Used Resort Pass to book a cabana for a Monday Worth it! We got to the hotel at 10:30am and did their self park Super easy

The lobby of the hotel is so pretty Checked in at the desk and went out to the pool to claim our cabana! Bar opened at 11am so we got settled in and waited Our cabana waiter brought our chef’s welcome plate (fruit, good fruit) and mini waters Had to wait for the frozen machine to freeze (it was 110 that day, so yeah, we get it!) but had mixed cocktails to get us through Enjoyed the pool, the cool breezes off the lake, and the shade in our cabana Things to be aware of: prices are high (it’s a hotel, that’s how it works), lots of kids (summer time, that’s how it works), not super attentive staff (it’s 2022, that’s how it works) But overall it was a great time! We will be back for sure!!

We were visiting on a work trip and my husband’s company booked Fairfield for 2 nights The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast had a lot of different options and everything we had tasted greatThe 2 stars reflects on the room and cleanliness

The AC hardly worked in the room and the room just felt dirty You can tell it wasn’t cleaned well It was slightly dusty but the biggest turn off was the clipped finger nails all over the carpet that wasn’t ours We did our best to make it a decent stay but it was really uncomfortable in the room itself

The hotel is nice, breakfast is pretty much the same thing of eggs and sausage almost every morning But it is included The lobby is nice and spacious, with plenty of people willing to assist you

The location is great, but the rooms do not have any cooking place in them It’s the only extended stay I have seen where there is no place to cook They have 1 microwave for the entire hotel in the only laundromat as well The fridge is super small and is just a fridge no freezer The service is great, but the rooms lack of food preparation don’t make it quite as niceEditThey say one is the loneliest number, but this place has also taught me it is the worst as well One washer, one dryer, one microwave, one elevator for ONE ENTIRE hotel As my buddy I lived here with quite often says What a joke If you plan on staying here longer than a day probably find somewhere else to stay The staff are very nice though

This is the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at My room phone did not work and my toilet would not flush I called the front desk from my cell phone and was informed they would move me to a new room once one was clean

Two minutes after the call, someone beats on my door saying they’re “Maintenance” and here to fix my toilet I informed him I was already told by the front desk that I was being moved and he could gladly come fix toilet after my move is complete He then screams I can let him fix the toilet or leave because I’m not getting moved due to having no rooms This was completely contradictory to what I was told by Laura at the front desk I later find out that the maintenance man was also the head manager named Henry Please stay away from this property as they are rude, unprofessional, and clearly racist The night staff was great but the day time staff was the total opposite Don’t spend your money here

the lady at the desk when checking in was on her phone playing a game the door was loud when we came in she heard us but i had to wait about a minute and then say hello can you help me! there was also a toddler being babysat both mornings when we were there she was a cute little kid but they mentioned they were babysitting while her mother slept? not sure what that was about but the hotel smelled so bad in the halls and in the room they were sold out so we could not move to another one, it was very loud and someone drumming in the wall next to us around 5am in the morning! i would not recommend this hotel unless you really need one and i wont be back!

Watch out! I don’t feel safe ! I lost 2 vantage necklaces ! Just one hour after I checked out, I found I left 2 necklaces on the desk and called the reception, they couldn’t find them and very rude to hand up the phone while I was talking The facility is very old, mirrors door can’t close properly! First time at a Sure Stay I normally LOVE best western, but our room needed paint where walls were damaged and there was a large group just outside my door for several hours The lobby was too small for them to visit and there was no outside seating

First let me start off by saying that the rooms are so nice and cozy, The beds and sheets are always clean, neat and comfortable The staff and manager are all so kind and helpful, they created me every morning I was there and would do everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was staying there! Front desk girl was nice gave me my keys, I walk to my room on the door it says smoking room I opened the door, it smells awful! The bed’s we’re unmade, there’s used towels draped over the chairs the only thing clean in the room were the ashtrays Went back to the front desk girl and she gets her manager he says that that’s the only room he had clean, obviously it wasn’t They also advertise large vehicle parking and there is none available

The website really had a great photographer! Well it wasnt all that horrible but definitly not as grand as expect a little more for the 115$ a night tab thats for sure!!! Breakfast was nothing more than thoroughly cooked reheat from frozen, but of course thats not out of the ordinary Now when the idiot they sent out at 10:15am pounding on my door like they were kaufman county to remind us of the 11am checkout time totally sent the whole impression sliding downhill I suppose when it teeters, the ‘P’s and ‘Q’s outta be carefully monitored

Overall not impressed and i highly doubt anyone would be Find another stay! Totally worth a few extra miles to avoid this place all together!!! (P S Go me for being the top 20% local review guides in lodging!!!!)

For the money, this is hands down the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at I have back issues and prefer to stay at a motel that has an indoor hot tub and pool The hot tub was perfect and loved the fact that it connected to the pool

Also enjoyed the fact that it stayed open until 11pm To finish it off, the Texas waffles for breakfast were amazing the next morning! Thanks again! Will be looking forward to staying here again and again!

We love to rent the little cabinsWe wanted to rent one for the 4th of July Weekend None are available because they have not been cleaned since the prior weekend I know the prior weekend was a busy rental weekend but you would think the offsite owner would have Iiked for the staff to take the 15-20 minutakes to clean these 150ish square foot cabins in preparation for the busy 4th of July rental weekend

After inquiring several times, if i was staff, i would definitely take the 15 minutes to ready a cabin for customers who want to spend their money at 429

It was HOT!!! We had a great site on the lake, but no shade All concrete pad and patio Full hookups

No cable (not important to us) It appears most of the park is full time monthly rental sites Office personnel, Stephanie and Cheyenne was super friendly and helpful Awesome huge laundry room Fair price! Just under $50 per night Website not very helpful No pictures of sites and you must call in for reservations We stayed 4 nights We would stay here again only when it’s cooler

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and poolside grill was perfect for us Easy in, set up, easy out Curbside trash service was AMAZING!!! We came for a quick trip for my son’s baseball so we didn’t take advantage of all the things but we did walk around the club house, it was a beautiful space

The lake looked beautiful but we didn’t fish We talked to a few residents that had been in the park for about a year, super nice!!! Office staff was very accommodating and nice! We will stay here again in the event we are back this direction

The very 1st night I owned my new-to-me 4-yr old truck camper I was on my way back home and randomly chose this RV park to spend my 1st night Pulled in ~6pm Monday eve and asked if any open spots for 1 night stay Was asked what year my rig was (2018)

Was then asked if it has holding tank Replied yes, but did not need to dump since it had not yet been used Was then denied to stay because it has “peeling stickers” Got a confused look on my face, excused myself politely and went out for a walk-around while scratching my head Then I noticed that the tape that had been holding the “for sale” signs onto the camper had left residue Well I was a bit insulted at this point and decided they did not want my money so I left, stopped at a rest stop and took a photo of the offending unit See attached for your opinion – am I scum that should not be allowed next to your camp-site?
