My family and I had a great time in your hotel From the valet to the check in to the room, everything was amazing I also loved the welcome text and having the ability to ask questions through the text function was so convenient

I want to personally thank the two Valets and the text customer service Also the bar was a great way to relax I can not wait until it warms up, I will be back! Awesome Hotel!

We were in on of their banquet rooms at a celebration of life It was so nice & the staff was extremely nice & kind This hotel is exceptionally beautiful it being right off the lake

When you come inside it’s so cozy There is also valet parking I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family/friends I’m not certain of the cost but a very nice place to stay I would say

Used Resort Pass to book a cabana for a Monday Worth it! We got to the hotel at 10:30am and did their self park Super easy

The lobby of the hotel is so pretty Checked in at the desk and went out to the pool to claim our cabana! Bar opened at 11am so we got settled in and waited Our cabana waiter brought our chef’s welcome plate (fruit, good fruit) and mini waters Had to wait for the frozen machine to freeze (it was 110 that day, so yeah, we get it!) but had mixed cocktails to get us through Enjoyed the pool, the cool breezes off the lake, and the shade in our cabana Things to be aware of: prices are high (it’s a hotel, that’s how it works), lots of kids (summer time, that’s how it works), not super attentive staff (it’s 2022, that’s how it works) But overall it was a great time! We will be back for sure!!

Stayed here for a business meeting that was held in the conference room Check-in was a breeze, room was spacious and super clean The shower was amazing and relaxing

Bed was comfortable but I disliked the pillows as they had no support Had to put 3 behind my head But that is a personal preference and not against the hotel Breakfast I felt could have been a little better Juice cups were so tiny Conference room was nice and the staff was friendly Would recommend to anyone

Rylie Guffie

We were visiting on a work trip and my husband’s company booked Fairfield for 2 nights The location was very convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast had a lot of different options and everything we had tasted greatThe 2 stars reflects on the room and cleanliness

The AC hardly worked in the room and the room just felt dirty You can tell it wasn’t cleaned well It was slightly dusty but the biggest turn off was the clipped finger nails all over the carpet that wasn’t ours We did our best to make it a decent stay but it was really uncomfortable in the room itself

Fawn Kennedy

My friend and I stayed this last weekend, and it appeared a lot of things were going wrong(3rd party overbooking and such) but the staff we encountered handled it all with such grace Maria was absolutely amazing in every way and Ray was so sweet Those ladies did the best they could do with the situation given to them

The lady that worked the front this morning (4/10/22) was also just as kind We will be back

Hyatt Park in Rockwall, Texas – 1600 La Jolla Dr, Rockwall, TX 75087 – This is a super hotel I stayed there two nights and loved the bright lighting throughout the room and particularly in the bathroom where there was a make-up mirror with under lighting

The bathroom was supplied with large towels and had instant hot water in the shower which had a safety rail and an easy-to-operate-one-handle faucet The room had a full-length mirror, comfortable chair, L-shaped couch, good refrigerator, big-screen TV, and a nice closet with lots of hangers, a safe, an iron, and extra bedding The bed was comfortable with numerous huge/soft pillows and a beautiful white comforter; and the double-curtains made it possible to keep out the sunlight when needed The heat and air conditioning were easily adjustable and worked efficientlyThe entrance, lobby, lounging areas, TV’s, cafeteria tables/chairs, and food choices were more than adequate with a market to purchase salads, sandwiches, candies, and drinks 24/7 I enjoyed two full breakfasts while there – eggs, ham, bacon, potatoes, cereals, fruits, juices, waffles, bagels, and a choice of delicious varieties of coffeeThe amenities included good parking, luggage carts, workout room, swimming pool, conference rooms, and washer/dryer/microwaves on various floorsMost importantly, each and every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful They went out of their way to help me when I accidentally misplaced my iPhone Nothing makes travelers feel any better than to know that they are surrounded with staffers who care about them as individuals I am grateful to be able to recommend Hyatt Place Rockwall, Texas to any and all

Karmyn Ward

This is a great place to stay, and is not too much to pay either The rooms are a little bigger, beds are very comfy, nice showers, nice bathroom, TVs are really nice, and the service is great Every worker here is very friendly, and will help you right away

It’s in a very nice, pretty quiet, private location too It’s not right by the interstate, or right next to another building

David Lewis

The hotel is nice, breakfast is pretty much the same thing of eggs and sausage almost every morning But it is included The lobby is nice and spacious, with plenty of people willing to assist you

The location is great, but the rooms do not have any cooking place in them It’s the only extended stay I have seen where there is no place to cook They have 1 microwave for the entire hotel in the only laundromat as well The fridge is super small and is just a fridge no freezer The service is great, but the rooms lack of food preparation don’t make it quite as niceEditThey say one is the loneliest number, but this place has also taught me it is the worst as well One washer, one dryer, one microwave, one elevator for ONE ENTIRE hotel As my buddy I lived here with quite often says What a joke If you plan on staying here longer than a day probably find somewhere else to stay The staff are very nice though

The hotel staff was friendly and inviting The cleaning crew did a great job and kept the place tidy and towels well stocked The best part was the breakfast! You could see the gentleman in the kitchen chopping fresh vegetables making us the most delicious salsa

He kept such an organized kitchen and clean serving station all while making sure we all had what we needed

This is the worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at My room phone did not work and my toilet would not flush I called the front desk from my cell phone and was informed they would move me to a new room once one was clean

Two minutes after the call, someone beats on my door saying they’re “Maintenance” and here to fix my toilet I informed him I was already told by the front desk that I was being moved and he could gladly come fix toilet after my move is complete He then screams I can let him fix the toilet or leave because I’m not getting moved due to having no rooms This was completely contradictory to what I was told by Laura at the front desk I later find out that the maintenance man was also the head manager named Henry Please stay away from this property as they are rude, unprofessional, and clearly racist The night staff was great but the day time staff was the total opposite Don’t spend your money here

Dareyon gray-davison

the lady at the desk when checking in was on her phone playing a game the door was loud when we came in she heard us but i had to wait about a minute and then say hello can you help me! there was also a toddler being babysat both mornings when we were there she was a cute little kid but they mentioned they were babysitting while her mother slept? not sure what that was about but the hotel smelled so bad in the halls and in the room they were sold out so we could not move to another one, it was very loud and someone drumming in the wall next to us around 5am in the morning! i would not recommend this hotel unless you really need one and i wont be back!

huichin Lam

Watch out! I don’t feel safe ! I lost 2 vantage necklaces ! Just one hour after I checked out, I found I left 2 necklaces on the desk and called the reception, they couldn’t find them and very rude to hand up the phone while I was talking The facility is very old, mirrors door can’t close properly! The worst experience I ever had all over the world!

The staff here are amazing Despite the building being old, they have kept it well maintained The rooms were clean, and the staff were very welcoming

When I had an issue with my internet signal, I called their tech support, and though it took a little while, the agent was helpful the entire time The staff here made it feel as though I was their top priority With the affordable price here, i will definitely stay here again

Tammy Long

First time at a Sure Stay I normally LOVE best western, but our room needed paint where walls were damaged and there was a large group just outside my door for several hours The lobby was too small for them to visit and there was no outside seating

The breakfast was very limitedBut The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very clean with great water temperature and pressure The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful

Jeremiah Smith

Incredibly nosy and forceful house keeping Will call every morning at 8am, bang on your door and won’t leave you alone To top it off, they don’t speak a lick of English

When they clean they rummage through all your stuff and throw away personal items I checked out 3 days early because a decent night’s sleep is simply impossible here Very rude staff as well Any attempt to address the problem is met with hostility and legal threats Save yourself money and headache and go somewhere else

I can certainly say this Holiday Inn has the friendliest staff & very accommodating We had made reservations early & was on 4th floor & we really like ground floor so asked when arrived & the clerk checked & changed our room & was greatly appreciated The bed was certainly comfortable & room very clean & certainly will stay again if back in the area

OK well love the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room don’t get me started on the shower how amazing (pressure and shower head) However your TV needs to be updated (the remote was from the 80’s and wouldn’t even connect to room tv) the breakfast was subpar

cold And I always love the cinnamon rolls but WTH they were hard, and cold Needs some TLC and good Quality checks to get back to what Holiday Inns are know for 🙏

First let me start off by saying that the rooms are so nice and cozy, The beds and sheets are always clean, neat and comfortable The staff and manager are all so kind and helpful, they created me every morning I was there and would do everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was staying there! They also have a great selection of drinks, snacks, and hygiene care available in the lobby which made it so convenient instead of having to leave every-time I needed something! Will definitely be staying here again

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had I should have read the reviews before booking There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee

Bench in the shower broke No toiletries Breakfast was lacking No waffles Had to eat eggs with a spoon and knife because they didn’t have forks They were out of trash bag and the trash was piled up Overall was not a good experience

Clayton Evans

Do not, should not, would not 6/12/2022Got in late get the keys to the room Walk in room dirty bedding on the floor floor stained with God’s knows what me being so tired I went to the front desk young lady did everything she possibly could even went to clean a room for us to stay in

Wasn’t perfect but she’s tried, wake up 7 the next morning to take my daughter to breakfast absolutely nothing of worth for breakfast all the containers empty My guess this place needs new management house keeping worthless walking around all morning drinking coffee Cook I guess doesn’t have to cook probably one of the worst stays I have ever had and trust me I have had better services at a Crack motel in the middle of Mexico

Front desk girl was nice gave me my keys, I walk to my room on the door it says smoking room I opened the door, it smells awful! The bed’s we’re unmade, there’s used towels draped over the chairs the only thing clean in the room were the ashtrays Went back to the front desk girl and she gets her manager he says that that’s the only room he had clean, obviously it wasn’t They also advertise large vehicle parking and there is none available

I canceled my room and moved on down the road to Forney BW Plus

Kristina Wells

The website really had a great photographer! Well it wasnt all that horrible but definitly not as grand as expect a little more for the 115$ a night tab thats for sure!!! Breakfast was nothing more than thoroughly cooked reheat from frozen, but of course thats not out of the ordinary Now when the idiot they sent out at 10:15am pounding on my door like they were kaufman county to remind us of the 11am checkout time totally sent the whole impression sliding downhill I suppose when it teeters, the ‘P’s and ‘Q’s outta be carefully monitored

Overall not impressed and i highly doubt anyone would be Find another stay! Totally worth a few extra miles to avoid this place all together!!! (P S Go me for being the top 20% local review guides in lodging!!!!)

I totally recommend this hotel The staff are friendly and helpful Overall, the customer service is their best asset

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious The front desk personnel are happy to assist you right away The breakfast was perfect for me and the group I was traveling with The only thing I was disappointed was the noise of the vehicles in the highway However, I am still happy for the attentiveness and outstanding service provided Special thanks to Ms Adriana for her service and friendly attitude She prepared the breakfast and ensure food was available at all times Thank you Adriana! I wanted to ensure your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed For the young front desk lady, your help was much appreciated Thank you all! (Feb 6-8, 2022)

For the money, this is hands down the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at I have back issues and prefer to stay at a motel that has an indoor hot tub and pool The hot tub was perfect and loved the fact that it connected to the pool

Also enjoyed the fact that it stayed open until 11pm To finish it off, the Texas waffles for breakfast were amazing the next morning! Thanks again! Will be looking forward to staying here again and again!

Candice Godbold

Symone checked us in and was so friendly and courteous When we checked out, we realized we lost something and Roland went above and beyond to help us find it He even made sure to keep our information in case it’s found in the future

The beds are cozy, the showers have great water pressure, and even though the parking is small, the hotel is beautiful inside and the room was spotlessIf you’re traveling or staying in the area, this hotel offers luxurious accommodations for a fair value

We love to rent the little cabinsWe wanted to rent one for the 4th of July Weekend None are available because they have not been cleaned since the prior weekend I know the prior weekend was a busy rental weekend but you would think the offsite owner would have Iiked for the staff to take the 15-20 minutakes to clean these 150ish square foot cabins in preparation for the busy 4th of July rental weekend

After inquiring several times, if i was staff, i would definitely take the 15 minutes to ready a cabin for customers who want to spend their money at 429

Roger Broadway

It was HOT!!! We had a great site on the lake, but no shade All concrete pad and patio Full hookups

No cable (not important to us) It appears most of the park is full time monthly rental sites Office personnel, Stephanie and Cheyenne was super friendly and helpful Awesome huge laundry room Fair price! Just under $50 per night Website not very helpful No pictures of sites and you must call in for reservations We stayed 4 nights We would stay here again only when it’s cooler

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and poolside grill was perfect for us Easy in, set up, easy out Curbside trash service was AMAZING!!! We came for a quick trip for my son’s baseball so we didn’t take advantage of all the things but we did walk around the club house, it was a beautiful space

The lake looked beautiful but we didn’t fish We talked to a few residents that had been in the park for about a year, super nice!!! Office staff was very accommodating and nice! We will stay here again in the event we are back this direction

The very 1st night I owned my new-to-me 4-yr old truck camper I was on my way back home and randomly chose this RV park to spend my 1st night Pulled in ~6pm Monday eve and asked if any open spots for 1 night stay Was asked what year my rig was (2018)

Was then asked if it has holding tank Replied yes, but did not need to dump since it had not yet been used Was then denied to stay because it has “peeling stickers” Got a confused look on my face, excused myself politely and went out for a walk-around while scratching my head Then I noticed that the tape that had been holding the “for sale” signs onto the camper had left residue Well I was a bit insulted at this point and decided they did not want my money so I left, stopped at a rest stop and took a photo of the offending unit See attached for your opinion – am I scum that should not be allowed next to your camp-site?
