The positives: Great location, close to Bourbon Street, but quiet location Staff helpful and friendlyThe Negatives: Small size rooms

Bathroom is tiny The breakfast is very basic and hardly any warm items Bartender has no idea on how to make common local drinks No communication between front desk and housekeeping staff Cleanliness is sort of mixedA poor value for the price paid

Jon D

This was a great hotel stay! My hotel was clean and very comfortable The location is great as you can walk to everything in minutes When you go be sure to ask for Karma at the front desk! Karma is the best customer service agent by far

She made sure my stay was perfect and assured I had everything I needed Travel has never been this easy

Vanesha Allen

This hotel was absolutely perfect! I was there for a girls trip, the staff was friendly and the room was well kept On our second night it was raining so we didn’t leave to do anything, so we decided to eat at the bar down stairs Hats off to the chef because our food was delicious

The only complaint I have is that vents need to be placed in the restroom because in me taking hot showers, the steam set the fire alarm off twice Other than that there is not 1 thing that I would change about my experience

Not recommended! Poor communication, rude service, and the gym is NOT free We stayed here for 4 nights during a conference Beforehand, I called to confirm our booking and the agent canceled one of our nights without being asked to do so

It took several call-center managers and 90 minutes on the phone to get it back Upon arrival, the check-in clerk was unfriendly and difficult to understand in the loud space Housekeeping never showed up even though we requested it at check-in Their website doesn’t explain that the fitness room costs $12 per day unless you’re a upper-level Honors member (not the free, basic membership), and they didn’t tell us that until after we’d gotten up early and trudged all the way up and down elevators and across the hotel Then they still didn’t tell us they can’t accept cash for gym accessand by that point, we didn’t have time to work out anyway Our room was decent, except for the loud bathroom fan that ran constantly, even with the light off The river view was nice, but the staff was just rude, rude, rude They really need to learn to communicate accurate information with guests and other staff I definitely wouldn’t come back The Intercontinental half a mile up the street was fabulous — go there instead

This is an awesome hotel Customer service was number one From the moment of our arrival until our departure, every aspect of our stay was excellent

As busy as everyone was, I was made to feel like my family and I were the only ones that matter Our stay was made to feel personalized The food was delicious and of course loving the connection from the hotel to the River Walk shopping center This is my third trip to New Orleans and this is the only hotel that I will stay in The river view each morning was breathtaking I can’t wait for my next visit

michelle jones

The city view is amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor the room has floor to ceiling window wall that just captivates with the New Orleans city lights at night! Just stunning! We ordered room service and it was delicious the seafood pasta, Cajun baked catch was amazing enough for two with each order, comes with everything you could want! The prices are commensurate with local restaurants so was surprised with pricing not being overly expensive for Hotel room service! The valet guys are very courteous and prompt! Overall excellent service and amenities! I give it A++! I will only stay here from now on when visiting New Orleans!

We were in town for a wedding and ended up staying here for three nights The hotel has a great location, walking distance to everything but far away so you don’t have to deal with the hustle and bustle You may however, hear the train horns during the night

It didn’t bother us, but I could see it getting annoying The views from the hotel aren’t exactly scenic—it’s mostly a view of a parking lot and a mall, but the inside of the hotel is beautifully decorated and cleanIt’s a boutique hotel, so not many amenities, although there is a small pool and bar on the first floor There isn’t a gym inside the hotel, but you can get a free pass to use the gym in the mall nearby It’s an old-school gym that has everything you need to get a proper workout during your stayOur king room with disability access was spacious with a very comfortable bed (this is coming from a woman who stayed while she was seven months pregnant!) The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom slider door because it didn’t close all the way I love my husband, but both of us want a bit of privacy in the bathroom Oh, and there weren’t enough hooks for us to store our bath towels Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Whitney Haynes

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful when answering questions The rooms are clean and beautiful maintaining the old charm of the sugar cane factory that the building used to be It is in a wonderful location so close to the French Quarter

I read reviews about the trains people keeping up at night, but I did not experience this problem Best of all, I brought my two pups that were treated like guest themselves The staff offered us food bowls and beds for them There is a nice little area right outside for them to do their business which is a hard find in New Orleans I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Sara Tangen

Hotel One11 was gorgeous, well appointed, amazing amenities, and friendly staff We stayed here for four nights over new years, and it was the perfect launching pad for all of our adventures in New Orleans! I highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for an elegant romantic getaway Others have reviewed this hotel saying the train horns were too loud

Although at first I noticed them when we were awake, they did not wake me at all while I was asleep I would highly recommend staying here and will do so myself again when I come back to New Orleans

Location is prime it’s close in walking distance to everything, We had5 rooms, The 2 Housekeepers that we had were very friendly the front desk was very friendly the hotel manager was very friendly Our bathroom had pieces of rolled up toilet paper everywhere, there were dirty towels still left in the bathroom that smelled like urine, The rest of the room seemed to be pretty clean just the bathroom was overlooked a bit The floor that we stayed on, the soda machine was stopped up you couldn’t get your drinks out, But they did tell us to come down the next morning and they would give us a refund

The view out the window is beautiful the room itself is very pretty nice bed comfortable mattress nice pillows and sheets So overall it is a nice place to stay there was just an overlook in our bathroom, Can’t be perfect all the time, But it wasn’t bad enough that we wouldn’t stay again!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any room They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itThe suites are spacious with a separate living room and bedroom King size bed rooms are great also with a good amount of lounging space Extra chairs and couch with a fridge and iron included Separate shower and deep bathtubs And the casino is right there next to it!

Shauna Smith

One of the worst experiences I ever had staying at a hotel!!!! 5 of us ladies were there this past weekend and it was terrible!!!! First, they gave us a room with 1 queen size bed when it was suppose to be 2 queen size beds We get to the room and they provide us with this dirty roll away bed To make matters worse, the room was dirty from pillows to sheets

On top of that, we had no face towels to wash our bodies with only big drying towels When we requested more towels, meaning face towels, they brought us even more big towels The room was freezing as well which made us all sick!!!!! The next morning we spoke with Mark (very nice staff) who upgraded our room We also received face towels as well However, on Monday morning, we woke up to having no hot water We called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing about it So we had to take showers anyway Terrible experience I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Great location and value Keep in mind this is a very busy and high traffic area since it runs parallel to Bourbon Street Check in was okay; we had recently upgraded to the Ambassador status and thought we were getting the complimentary weekend night stay but apparently you have to make sure you pay in advance; learn from our mistake! Hotel itself is a bit dated

Hallway and room smelled musty; hotel seems to be having an issue with humidityone of the electrical outlets had mold forming around it, which was a bit concerning The pool is quite small and was too cold to use Never did figure out where breakfast was Otherwise, our stay was fine My husband particularly enjoyed waving to the “frat boys” in the room perpendicular to us They left their hotel room door open all the time (my guess is that they wanted to see everyone who came down the hall) My husband also delighted in standing by the door listening to the “frat boys” getting into drunken arguments with neighbors, such as one particular exchange where the “frat boys” loudly accused a neighbor of calling security on them while the neighbor accused the “frat boys” of calling security on them If you enjoy being on the sidelines of this sort of drama (my husband certainly did), you are going to have a splendid time!

Gina Rhodes

This hotel lobby is beautiful, but this is definitely not a 4-star hotel I have slept on many hotel beds in my life, but this was one of the most uncomfortable beds ever Two nights on that bed, and I need a massage and a chiropractor

As a longtime IHG member, I expect certain amenities when I stay at a hotel, such as coffee in the lobby in the morning and access to a microwave This facility has neither The location is excellent if you enjoy partying on Bourbon Street Still, I opted to check out early and book with another hotel a few blocks away with a comfortable bed and the amenities that I am accustomed to in a quieter, less congested area of the city

Was even nicer than I expected Upon arrival the valet helped my girlfriend and I with our bags even though it was raining at the time and he was extremely friendly The greeting in the lobby and front desk was extremely welcoming and everyone made us feel like we were wanted there

The room was very clean and modern and felt like everything was recently remodeled which was great The shower was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable Room service was amazing as they emptied the trash, made the bed, put fresh towels and restocked bottles of water for us every afternoon The location was also great as it was only about 10 minutes to walk to Bourbon street and pretty much walking distance to just about everything It felt like a pretty safe area of downtown as well which was nice I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans and I would definitely stay here again if I were to go back Oh and I forgot to mention they have a super awesome rooftop bar which has great views of the downtown area

CM Pierce

The room was clean, but not as sanitized as I expect from a Hilton property Property is dated and noisy Not up to Hilton standards in my opinion

Great shower! Comfortable bed Rooms very small with no room to move* Location about 4 long blocks from trolley No clerk on duty at night Breakfast was expensive and cold (hot buffet breakfast laid out) although the variety was adequate Roof top bar had broken windows and Pub Fare is whatever they feel like fixing that day (not what is shown on web site) which is expensive, cold and they cannot even provide you with a fork Being a Hilton property I expected more Hats off to Front desk clerks Richard (he changed out room so we had more room to move around for our long stay) and Amy who were exceptional as was Carl the Concierge who were the highlight of the stay

Ashley Storm

In a city of great hotel options, this is not one of them and should be avoided When I saw the photos and literature about the hotel I was excited for our stay Upon arrival, it was easy to see that it would be nothing like the photos on the website

Considered checking out after the first night, but was hopeful it would get betterPositives: comfortable bed, great water pressure and ample spaceNegatives: the front desk staff is hit or miss, mostly miss Our first room was dirty, filled with stains and had lots of missing items We were able to switch, which helped a bit The hallway smelled of smoke/weed and we were unable to get clean towels during our stay despite asking the front desk numerous times The parking situation is different from what was communicated on the website They have valet now – i did not want to valet but the man said it was the same cost as all the garages nearby This was not true So, after a little research on SpotHero we found a garage for overnight parking and in/out privileges a block away for only $20 a night The staff, in general, was indifferent and could not be bothered The rooms and common areas were not cleanNeedless to say, we won’t be back and will be doing much more research before choosing any Hilton family hotel in the future

Walking into the hotel was a breath of fresh air! The smell piped into the lobby was heavenOur room was immaculately cleaned each day, housekeeping even arranged my shoes and toiletries! The staff was personable and welcoming The bell staffed always opened the doors for us, remembered us and engaged us in conversations about our day

We had dinner in the bar twice, and the bartender and manager provided excellent service Attention was paid to the smallest details including replenishing our water glasses and filling our orders quickly The front desk people were friendly and incredibly helpful as wellI have stayed at many Loews properties, and I truly felt that this property is one of the best that I have ever stayed at!

Rachel Kim

The door and welcoming staff and front desk staff are incredible All were so personable and professional They had excellent memory, were kind and considerate, and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience

Rooms themselves were spacious and clean Our room had an excellent view as well as a desk, living room space, and large bed Wonderful roomsThe only criticism of my stay would be the lack of fridge in the rooms

Cristy Todd

I had a river facing room on the 20th floor which was a great view There was an umbrella in the closet for guest use which was very handy since I lost the one I brought with me The staff and housekeeping were very nice and accommodating during my stay

The hotel was within walking distance of many sites and stores which was very convenient too

I really liked this hotel- it definitely exceeded my expectations The lobby area and bar were fun with a quirky yet welcoming vibe-when we checked in you can tell that the guests there were definitely enjoying their stay and we were met with friendliness and a party atmosphere-the room itself ( which was a spacious suite) was quiet and well appointed- the only thing missing was a hook in the bathroom to hang a towel on and also a rubber bath mat for the tubBed was super comfortable and I really have no complaints

In fact I was so surprised to find out that a bountiful breakfast including hot items and huge bakery fresh muffins was includedI have been to many different hotels in Nee Orleans but I think I just found my new favorite-I will be back!!!

Michael Flagg

I will admit my wife booked this location I used to travel a lot for work and stayed at the big national chains Since this was a birthday trip for her I let her choose

She did her research and picked out a great property Nice old school vibe Marion who greeted us and was our go-to person for our stay was excellent Top notch restaurant recommendations, made sure we had transportation set up to go back to the airport on Monday Room was spacious and clean Love the little touches like a record player and jazz records in the room Had a blast at the bar each evening The young ladies that were bartending were a blast and mixed some excellent cocktails We would definitely return!

Dee Griff

This gorgeous hotel with large suites, was a good choice Although I travel with cleaning supplies, I was extremely disappointed to see a used bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo still in the shower These two things let me know that I needed to sanitize and wipe down all the surfaces in the room

Hotel staff was very pleasant, but masks were not worn by front desk staff, another disappointment Other than that, I had a fairly pleasant stay

I would give 10 stars if I could Pulling up to Place d’Armes is made to be a dream Valet parking is immediately available and they hold your car for 24 hours or the duration of your stay

You can come and go with no change in the price You’re greeted at the front desk by warm, smiling, and welcoming staff Stewart, the bell hop, is amazing and incredibly helpful So kind and generous and ready to help They give you a tour of the historic hotel as they walk you to your roomOnce we got to our room, an expansive, and GORGEOUS space, Stewart brought our bags and some ice up to help us get settled in He also gave us coupons to some amazing lunch spots in the French Quarter The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large and well lit, and the balcony overlooking the smaller courtyard was absolutely beautiful The pool was clean and clearly maintained well, as was everything at this hotel The back balcony overlooks Jackson Square and is great for people watching Even with such close and easy accessibility to everything the Quarter has to offer, we slept like babies Never heard a thing while in the courtyard, almost as if we weren’t even in the center of the QuarterWe’ve stayed in other hotels in the Quarter, but absolutely nothing compares to the quiet charm, accessibility AND seclusion, beauty and service of Place d’Armes This hotel sets a high bar

Kelli List

I just stayed here for two days and couldn’t have been more pleased The location was amazing (1/2 block from Jackson Square), and you can’t beat the price in the French Quarter The hotel and our room were charming and very clean

There is a quiet courtyard, which unfortunately we didn’t get to use because of the weather Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional I loved that I could just leave my car in their garage and see the area on foot I’d definitely stay here again!

Kristen Campbell

This hotel is in the very best location and was at the center of everything that is a must see in the French Quarter! Our room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable! The courtyards are peaceful and the pool was very nice as well Andrew the bellhop was very helpful with storing our luggage on the day of arrival until our room was ready and even stored our luggage after checkout until it was time to leave for the airport We wont stay anywhere else when coming back to New Orleans!

We had an excellent stay at the Ritz Carlton New Orleans Top notch service all around and very cozy beds Great location, you’re close to everything but still able to feel like you can escape the hustle and bustle

You have to go see Lila at the hotel lounge She makes a mean cocktail and went out of her way to make our experience next level and unforgettable Thank you so much, Lila!!

I enjoyed my stay for the most part However, my room stayed hot Air seemed to only work during certain hours of the daytime

There was no spa and no access to the pool There were several conferences going on at the same time and it seemed that most everyone was enjoying themselves Right now, you need proof of your COVID vaccination to get into the hotel restaurants, but you have to show proof of vaccination to check into the hotel So, there’s that We did not know we needed proof of vaccination to even check in Glad we had it There were 4 different charges for valet parking I believe 3 of those were different types of taxesThe saving grace was that the food was good Everywhere we ate in the hotel, the food was good The service just depended on who you got and when BTW, if you go to the 8 Block Cafe for breakfast, do NOT leave the serving utensils in the food That’s unsanitary Put them back on the plate in front of the chafing servers That was a point of contention for the young lady trying to keep that area up We got fussed at and we had JUST walked up But, it’s true You spoil the food that way But WE didn’t do itThe hotel is close to the Dome and the Smoothie King Center There is a bit of a walk to the Quarter

Stayed here recently while in town for a wedding First, note that this hotel is always busy, as they are usually hosting multiple events at the same time Check-in was quick, but valet service can take a while, depending on time of day

The Regency Club wasn’t open, but for that inconvenience, we got a daily $50 credit to use anywhere in the hotel, in addition to free breakfast each morning, since we’re Hyatt Globalist members Also, we liked that breakfast was served until 12pm, unlike most hotels that shut it down at 10amWe got upgraded to a junior suite, which still wasn’t that big, but I will say it was a good use of space Our room was in excellent condition, contrary to what other review say We couldn’t get the thermostat to adjust the temperature to what we wanted, so we had to alternate just turning it on and off throughout the day, due to it blowing so cold The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever had, and the bathroom had adequate space Note that there is no automatic room service unless you’re staying at least three nights Otherwise, you have to call & request room serviceThe hotel is huge and has over 30+ floors, so there are plenty of restaurants & bars inside Bartenders were great Restaurant food was average to me, and for that price, I’d advise you’d be better off getting food at any of the great nearby restaurants The hotel is right on the steps of the Caesars Superdome & just a few steps further from the Smoothie King Center Both very short walks Lastly, the hotel is about a 12-15 minute walk to the French Quarter, and it’s right on the trolley line which will take you around downtown and to the French Quarter as well

This hotel was close to so many food options Even had a great variety of food options within the hotel Parking choices were to have valet for $40 a night or park in the garage connected to the hotel for $25

The rooms were beautifully laid out We loved that it came with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash My bed was soft and clean Even had a coffee maker with individual pods The hotel itself is vast can be confusing to get around but it is so pretty you don’t mind being a little lost sometimes The pool was clean but always so crowded I believe it is shared with 2 other hotels I went in the morning which seemed to work out but any time after it is very full Out my window view was the dome which was amazing to see

Beautiful accommodations, bar & pool area Stellar, personalized & fast service – every staff member we interacted with (including Kevin & Jeffrey) was kind & thoughtful Also loved the welcome king cake & constant communication from staff prior to a d during our stay

I wish my actual bedroom at home was as lush as our room was – the French doors, high ceilings & beautiful vanity area were highlights Great location as well We will definitely recommend NOPSI to others

Absolutely loved our stay here The place is beautiful, room was ample (huge bathroom) and we felt like we were experiencing a real piece of New Orleans history The pool and bar were amazing and we spent as much time up there as we could

Above all else was the service – the drinks and the local recommendations made the trip! Thanks to Benny, Kevin, Tara, Paul and David (for the amazing Rasberry Gin Fizz!) Everyone was so great, including Maria, who kept the pool area clean and always had a smile Wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else when we come back

From the moment we pulled into the front entrance until we drove away, this hotel was an amazing experience!!! All of the staff were warm, friendly, and extremely professional Our beautiful Superior City-View Room was clean, spacious, had a modern design and a beautiful view of the pool and the Mississippi River We soon realized we needed a refrigerator in our room

They have a tablet at the bedside that guest can use to request anything from room service to shampoo We requested a refrigerator on the tablet and it was delivered in 17 minutes! There were buttons on the wall beside the bed that controlled the lights in the room and even the curtains that opened remotely The Vue Orleans above the hotel was an amazing way to experience the history and charm of New Orleans I am not a fan of the city of New Orleans but this hotel may have changed my mind about visiting again Thank you Four Seasons for making our trip to New Orleans one that we will never forget! ❤️🙏🏾😁

We’re in the middle of our stay; a perfect time to share our perfectly pleasant stay here at the Four Seasons It is my first-ever Four Seasons stay and I’m so glad we’re here While I’m an Ambassador with Marriott and extremely loyal; I think I have a new go-to for vacation hotels

The Four Seasons is an island of respite in New Orleans It’s fresh, bright, airy and clean The pool is an oasis, the bars top notch and the service, first class I’m sure the rest of our visit will be nothing but excellent!

Good afternoon, my son and daughter in law treated me to a night at your hotel They were so excited to share the experience they had the previous weekend To my disappointment my experience was very disappointing

My daughter and I arrived for our 3pm reservation at 3, however we did not get our room until 6pm It would have been much longer had we not complained The management in the lounge area were so wonderful He went got us in a room and made sure we got our luggage by bringing it to us We didn’t get to do anything we had planned for that evening which included dinner in one of the hotel restaurant We were given a late check out but that’s not what I wanted I just wanted to get in my room at a reasonable time do some shopping, enjoy dinner and enjoy the hotel But none of that happen We were to tired from waiting 3 hours and my daughter in law had several glasses of wine in the lounge I need that get a way so badly due to dealing with a lot of stress but it ended up very stressful as well

SUPER nice staff, specially the valet gentleman (he’s the only reason for the stars)Unfortunately I couldn’t sleep at all With the highway and Canal street on each side and windows that seemed to amplify noise rather than block it, you can hear every jerk with a modified tailpipe (every few minutes down here), every police chase at 3am, every car blasting is radio

Just as I feel asleep around 4am, and again at 4:30am, the microwave started blinking super bright in the dark room saying FOOD out of the blue for no reason waking me up againThe room decor is cold and uninviting with concrete floors They’ve replaced the cozy seating area with a makeshift kitchen strip (though the oven only stays on for second before overheating)Both plugs under the bedside lamps were having well out with live exposed wiresFirst room was hotter than the hallways or outside Even after two engineer visits, it was still 81 degrees in the room while it was 75 outside Front desk was very reluctant to move me until I said I’d be leavingSpeaking of front desk, they also wouldn’t upgrade me (gold elite) when I was first checking in even though it was mid week during a slow seasonMoved to another Marriott the night after and slept like a baby

The hotel itself was very nice I only gave 3 stars because during my stay they experienced an issue with the water Apparently ships docking affected the water pressure, resulting in NO water in my room

We couldn’t shower, toilet couldn’t flush I had to brush my teeth with water from a water bottle and no one really seemed to care They all took an, “oh well it is what it is” attitude I didn’t appreciate it; my group and myself had to leave the room for the day not feeling clean and they didn’t even offer as much as a complimentary bottle of water Smh, I understand that things happen but do better

Resauche Flax

The room was clean and overlooked Canal St The staff was pleasant The location was perfect for us since we like to get our steps in daily

We walked the entire French Quarter during our stay I am however extremely disappointed with the handling of room availability upon check-in There is a $17 per day self-parking (a block away) or $34 for valet
