The entrance and lobby is cute and quaint Although the staff seemed kind, hotel protocols/policies are too rigid and almost illogical in bookingsThis hotel was one of the cheaper options on the Hopper app at $220/night

The rooms themselves definitely look worn and the metal rail for the bathroom door plus the metal inside the actual bathroom, showed signs of rustThe air was also not great and the tissue box provided to me in the room had some toilet paper stuffed inside at the top The other tissues were damp and had liquid drops on it, which was concerningIn addition, the air was heavy in the room I was given when using the heater at nightDisappointing stay although it was in a convenient location

Trista Adams

My niece and I stayed here this past week for her 21st birthday The night before our arrival I received an email asking what time to expect us so they could do their best to have our room ready I responded we were boarding our redeye and would be arriving at 9am

I had very little hope of checking in so early but when we arrived the front desk got us right into our room on the 23rd floorThe room was very spacious, had a view and had a refrigerator (which is beyond rare in nyc) We were able to get unpacked and take a nap before we began our trip The location is close to multiple subway lines and to a lot of activities So even though it was snowing it was very easy to get to and from our hotelWe requested extra pillows that were brought to us with minutes and even when my niece asked for dressing for her pizza she got from Joe’s, the front desk went to the back and got her some even though we didn’t once order food from the hotel They were so sweet and kind anytime we saw them or had a questionWe enjoyed very strong drinks at the bar as well and the bartender was very friendly And when we brought our luggage down to be picked up from Tote Taxi, the front desk made us feel much better about our pieces going to the right pick up personOverall this was a 5 star stay and I was not expecting that I was on a budget on this trip so I had assumed the hotel would be a rough stay but honestly it was nicer than some other hotels I have paid more for I will absolutely be back and I’m so happy with how special the staff made my niece and I feel It really was a nice little home for the 4 nights we were there

Cori Frede

Great location and friendly staff The room was clean and I didn’t notice the worn appearance that other reviews mentioned The room was very small but that’s typical of a NYC hotel

The bed was comfortable and even though at checkin they told me housekeeping was every other day, I came back every evening to a made bed and fresh towels in the bathroomThe bathroom had a shower with a glass door but it didn’t have a good seal and the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower I just laid an extra towel on the floor and it wasn’t a big dealI know NYC is noisy in itself so I didn’t expect a silent room but there was an odd sound that was concerning me As I was heading out I recognized the sound as the elevator’s notification but my room was what I thought was the farthest from the elevator Turns out due to design, my wall was against the back of the elevator Not sure about other rooms but once I figured out what it was, it wasn’t that annoyingThe breakfast was not worth $21 so if you are not a platinum Marriott member (they get free breakfast) I’d recommend skipping itIf I have another overnight in the city, I would stay here again

Our stay in NYC was awesome Really enjoyed the hotel and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were fantastic The front desk crew were there to answer any questions and able to make many arrangements for us, including getting car service

The breakfast staff were very efficient and kept breakfast running smoothly I never noticed an empty tray, they were always on top of filling the food before it was empty They did run out of raisins one day for the oatmeal and I mentioned it to a girl there and she promptly brought out more I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit NYC Location is fantastic Walking distance of Times Square and Penn Station so you can literally get anywhere in the city Hudson Yard is also a short 15 minute walk away and is beautiful

Daniela Zúñiga

We had a great experience in this hotel Rooms are quite larger than other hotels with similar price, super comfy bed, the location is perfect and the breakfast is really good! With a lot of hot/cold options I loved the coffee station available 24/7, specially during this cold weather

Also, the kitchen in the room is well equipped, so you can buy frozen foods and cook them there I’d love to come back!

Dave Saia

We stayed here for a few days in mid-April 2022 The hotel is very busy, but everyone was extremely nice and professional The room was clean, and in great condition

I appreciated having a hotel room with a little more space and extras like silverware and a big refrigeratora rarity in NYC unless you want to pay a fortune! Breakfast was good The location of the hotel was convenient We’d stay there again for sure

Loved this hotel and position, loads of flower shops on the street, good Korean food nearbyThe views are amazing!A good walk away from central park etc, but your here to see nyc right! So walking is good! You see, smell and feel the city if you spend time on the streets, you won’t be disappointed with a stay here

Tyler Saidla

Location is good Staff is good for the most part They were out of complimentary shaving supplies so they requested I paid for one in the gift shop which I wasn’t going to do of course

Never had anyone not give me a free disposable shaver and sample size shaving cream No hot water most of my stay was the biggest negative why this review was so low It wasn’t a one time thing it was most of my stay Nothing was communicated regarding an issue Very sad to check out this Friday to not be able to take a shower while going to airport Not fun Water wasn’t luke warm it was literally ice cold They wouldn’t give me a single bottle of water they instead charged me for it Overall they need to step up their tools on taking care of their guests I wouldn’t stay again only for the sole reason of not being able to take a shower That should obviously not be an ongoing issue at a hotel

Janice Genetti-Cerullo

Raphael at the front desk & Shandel were absolutely amazing! Great customer service Our room was beautiful and they upgraded us knowing it was my friends 30th birthday The location of the hotel is perfect and the hotel is gorgeous

Rooftop is beautiful to take pictures, and the rooms are big and spacious and clean! Seriously one of my favorite Hyatt’s I’ve ever stayed at- definitely will be back! Thank you for making this trip special!

This hotel was just ok The front desk staff who checked me in was dismissive and did not lead with customer focus I then had to go back to the desk because my key didn’t work to which he seemed annoyed by

The room was not great for the price Bathroom was dirty, floors were old and grungy, and the cabinets were warped and did not work properly The room also had an odd odor that was thankfully corrected by room spray My room was outside of the housekeeping room, so there was trash and other debris that piled up to my door during the dayWe asked for towels multiple times during our stay to which we were told they were out We were assured that a front desk representative would bring towels to our door as soon as they arrived I was there for 5 days and they never arrivedThe only positive of this hotel was the bartender, Janette! She was absolutely wonderful Very pleasant, attentive, and kind!Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again There are other Hilton properties in the city that provide more bang for your buck!

Nicholas Isola

Pretty good hotel, but some room for improvement Room wasn’t ready until 5:30, though I did get a free upgrade They also held my luggage until my room was ready

Elevators can be slow at times The bed was comfortable, and I found the room to be a decent size, but an armchair would have been a nice addition Air conditioner ran constantly while I was there, and was kinda loud That’s a shame too, because the room was otherwise wonderfully quiet I never wound up using the bar credit, especially because you have to go to the front desk every day for a new coupon I had no issue with the location, and found the proximity to Times Square station great

Joe Boocheck

A solid performer and I’d definitely stay againThe pros-newer and well maintained-decent quality of finishes in room-easy check in-well equipped room, everything worked-excellent water pressure with great shower height-good elevators-plenty of charging ports-quiet (I had a back of hotel room)-great internet-you get credit for your destination fee to purchase snacks, drinks or breakfastCons-it’s just across the street from the bus station and adjacent to several other hotels so the street is crowded and sketchy late hours-poor lighting… if you’re older like me you’ll have problems seeing-shower was scalding hot so don’t just jump in-limited dining nearby other than fast food

I highly recommend this place l The staff were so helpful and friendly The staff were extremely personable and dropped what they were doing to have a conversation with you

A staff member even walked me to a market on the next street so i didn’t get lost We had a booking issue caused by Bookingcom and they took care of it without issue The rooms are small, but if you think about it how big of a room do you really need for a couple of nights The rooms are very modern, and clean with awesome shower pressure ! The hotel is in a great spot as far as the subway goes There’s three stations within a very short walk The hotel is smack dab in the middle of the commercial wholesale flower district So coming outside to the smell of fresh flowers everyday will get you smiling The free morning breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruits, coffee etc Safety wise there’s no issues, plenty of cops around walking their beat and regular people too at all hours of the day and night

no body

Exactly what I expected for the money and location Location is very convenient to MSG and lots of tourist sites The room was small and there was absolutely no view, but it was nice and quiet

The bathroom was simple and clean The staff were able to hold our bags after checkout, which made out lives much simpler It is not a five star hotel, but for the price and location, it is perfect!

Precious O.

The front desk staff were nice and prompt with getting me checked in However, the only thing pleasant about my stay was being able to grab breakfast provided On entry, the room was VERY SMALL and everything felt CONGESTED, there was dust over the cabinets in the bathroom which made me run my hands through other surfaces in the room, makes one wonder if they’re “thoroughly” cleaning as they claim, given the present state of affairs we live in

Due to the dust and particles I noticed, I and my guest immediately requested for new sheets and comforters just to be sure everything was clean The man (not sure what his role was, as I didn’t see an ID, Asian looking with a skinny build) who brought us some sheets, started arguing, raising his voice, in a confrontational manner, demanding why we needed new sheets and comforters, insisting they were clean and new Even when we calmly explained that our request was to ensure our comfort and peace of mind, he continued to argue Going further stating the “hotel did not have additional/extra comforters”, which is mind boggling for a hotel business I wasn’t sure why this man chose to be confrontational for such a simple request Now I often try to avoid drawing conclusions on race being the driver in people’s actions, as much as possible, but I look back now and wonder if this man’s response would have been any different were I of a different race other than blackWe ended up getting one small ” YELLOW” blanket (for 2 people) that would most likely fit on a “full sized bed” not the King sized bed we paid for Asides from the hotel offering breakfast, proximity to transportation, there was nothing else pleasant about this stay My error was not going through the reviews, everything people have said is true PLEASE STAY AWAY, your money would and can go a long way elsewhere, this location is TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!if I could give Zero stars, I would!!

This place is clean, the bed is comfy and I love that they provide you a back pillow to give your back support while watching TV! The bathroom is quite small The bathroom door is barely able to open because it hits the toilet seat… really appreciate the parking garage! No free breakfast offered, and the food on the menu is quite expensive The only thing I wish they can improve is the indoor pool

It seems like the filter is not working properly The water is not clean, and it’s not heated in winter

Mariano Lizarraga

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, however I’m not coming back I understand the prices and inflation have impacted the cost of everything but I was a bit surprised to see a very significant change on the cost of stay this time around However, I was dismayed to see that on top of the fee change, they have also eliminated the “free breakfast”; a permanent staple of this category of hotels

Next time I’m in NY I won’t be staying at the Best Western Premiere

Karin Chavez

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel I liked it very much But, the only thing is that I couldn’t use their phone to make international calls with room charge, or they don’t have the international phone cards or anyhting like that

So, as an international visitor it could be a problem if you have an emergency call to make A part from, everything was good

The hotel has a very simple and chic ambiance to it Staff were all very nice We got upgraded to a king size bed and a complimentary bottle

The restaurant The Wilson was pretty good as well, the heaters and the live DJ was an awesome touch The location was convenient as there are many restaurants nearby The rooms were clean as they would come in every day to clean them and provided new towels and restocked everything The bed was super comfortable The only thing I didn’t really like was the bathroom shower, it seemed to be a little dirty on the corners Other than that we had a nice stay

Marisol Estremera

Amazing hotel Very clean, comfortable and felt safe here

Staff was friendly and profesional Restaurant was amazing We recommend the hummus, ➡️ Mac & Cheese ⬅️ and the pumpkin cheesecake😊all was yummy No there’s no room service but who wants room service when there are so many walkable places to explore and have a cup of coffee while people watching👀 I only have on suggestion for the hotel front desk – have directions (maps) readily available for guests when they ask for directions to the airport from the hotel (via subway) We received two different directions that were opposite from each other I ended up looking at my previous notes from JFK to the hotel (via subway) and used that to guide us back I will definitely stay here again☺️ PS don’t forget your comfy shoes Everything is walking distance and you will walk a lot⭐️Lastly, I donated my socks, jacket and sweaters to the homeless I hope every guest does the same🙏🏻

Desiree Pina

Don’t get me wrong I really enjoyed the location and the room was nice , ESPECIALLY the BED!! So soft I must admit I wanted to take the mattress home

However, for the hotel to be so expensive you would think they would have a pool or room service at least! We had two beds and 4 people so we asked for a cotthey had none, which I’ve never been in a hotel that did not offer a cot upon request nor did I see an ice machine but maybe I missed it So there were a few disappointments but overall it was nice being close to Times Square

We loved our stay at the Motto in Chelsea- the location is excellent! The staff was wonderful and accommodating Particularly the front desk staff, they were so kind and despite the busy hotel lobby, they were organized and efficient The rooms are very well designed for despite the small city hotel rooms- there are nice details throughout the space, such as storage under the beds for your luggage, and hooks/shelving throughout, that make the small rooms feel bigger and very comfortable

The sink outside of the bathroom is also very nice Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Definitely would stay again next time I am in the city!

Michael Edwards

The view! The vibe! The smell! Everything hits you all at once, in a good way! Firstly, absolutely breathtaking view of NYC skyline from my room Secondly, the vibe

the room was just right! It was cozy, tasteful, great colors, comfortable, and practical You can tell the design behind this Hilton line was well thought out The room smelled like it was cleaned well In a pandemic climate, you want to be reassured that things are really clean, and the staff at Motto did a great job Just as important as the amenities and rooms are, the quality of service from staff is right up there There were plant based options on the menu at the restaurant, and the staff was super accommodating as well Motto Chelsea definitely a hidden star – great location, great service, great amenities, and well worth it!

Adam Choinski

My stay at Motto was amazing The view of downtown NY from my room was thrilling and breathtaking, I was especially exited to watch the sunrise The rooms were very clean and the water pressure was surprisingly great

I highly recommend to stay here, as it’s centrally located and close to a lot of subway lines Special shout out to manager, Alex, who went out of his way to make my stay the best it could be 10/10!!

Great location! Was able to walk to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc Quirky hotel Rooms are small and space is limited but if you are traveling alone or for a short stay I recommend staying here

Rooms are basic but neat, clean, and felt new I had a room with double beds The “chair” and “table” were hung on the wall; there if needed but really no room to put them I used the second bed as a place to put my suitcase and other belongings since there wasn’t a closet or even a chest of drawers No fridge in the room either…or ice makers on the floors The check-in / front desk people were kind of snarly even for NYC On the entry level there isn’t a lobby but on the second floor is a lounge area and a bar There is a rooftop bar which apparently is exclusive because its under lock and key and also has its own street access for people not staying at the hotel The website says you get a free cocktail when checking in but none were offered or given even when asked The hotel does offer various social events like “drag makeup workshop” and “drag bingo” but nothing was scheduled when I was staying there Another quirky thing, you can use the rotary style phone (which is actually push button) to choose a bedtime story to be read to you

Phil Trotter

Amazing room Amazing guest service! Family came to spend Christmas in NYC after my work trip We had such a good time

There view from the room killed it and the distance to all attractions, in all directions were walking distance Centralized and also dollar pizza spots on block away There is a great bar to get drink at and club on the top floor There was this coffee bar right next to entrance that was easy to get coffee at to Easy to grab coffee in the morning

Katie Mau

I loved this hotel and my stay! I had a city view king room and the view is absolutely incredible! I am a solo traveler so the room size and layout was perfect I only wish the shower was clear glass to enjoy the view from there! The convince of the coffee shop in the lobby made mornings on the go or being lazy a treat I had a high floor room and the nightclub noise did not bother me or interrupt my sleep

I was sad I didn’t go up to see the view Thanks to the staff for being amazing and kind! I can’t wait to come back to my new favorite hotel!

Clean and pleasant hotel We spent four nights here and plan to book it next time The hotel was opened in 2019, so the interior renovation and decoration are brand new

The staff is charming and professional in their work At our first request, we received an additional set of shampoos and soaps, fixed the demagnetized card, and cleaning was at precisely the time we asked for the conda A nice bonus is the breakfasts and of course, the location from the subway and times square walking distance is very close The area is relatively safe and is part of the tourist zone

Everything was great but during our stay our room was quite cold even with heater on all day/every day at the highest temp we were able to set it at But location and staff members were great and friendly Staff member named Oswald I believe, he told me to call him Oz was wonderful! Went out his way to make my stay comfortable and nice

Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Room was nice for its size Only had room for the bed Pillows were not that good for people with bad back

The staff were nice They got our room cleaned up when we needed it during this pandemic Got new towels when we needed them Bathroom was dirty Sink was slow to drain Had an old toothbrush and used it to clean the drain It was full of gunk and hair Now good flow

Great location View depends on your room location The room was the min one should expect for a 4 star hotel

Nice bed and comfortable pillows Weird layout TV in sitting area would not turn off A/c in room kept slamming on and off and was a poor quality window rattler The front desk staff appeared to be burden by guests Security was lacking Although you’ll need a room key to access floors, this is by passed by guests allowing delivery people to tailgate No cameras on the floors Parking is $35 per night but no security patrolling the lotConvenient to NYC Make sure to get out and take a stroll on the boardwalk

Katie Natuzzi

Booked a hotel room block for our wedding and they were so nice and helpful and accommodating! Great hotel, clean and comfy Great location, walking distance to many attractions The staff was friendly

The room was a bit small but still had room for the baby pack and play (provided by the hotel) and for luggage They offer a personalized housekeeping schedule that you can define per your preference We stayed in higher floors and the elevator worked great, very fast, never had to wait long

– check in is at 3 pm No flexibility They said they had no clean rooms

But if I paid $50 extra, magically there would be a room- requested room to be cleaned daily immediately upon check in Room was not cleaned for two days despite 3 phone calls and 2 chats with the front desk No clean towels No refill shampoo etc- front desk was rude, slow, and unwelcoming- views from the lower level rooms are Into a clothing factory with workers all days of the week so you cannot keep your windows open at all Leads to a very dark experience at all hours of the day

Nice and clean hotel centralized in the heart of Midtown within walking distances of many shopping places, attractions, and most of all transportation

Very accessible to the 42nd/Penn Street subway station Security at night and the ability to use your card to access the building after dark made me feel secure Highly recommend and would stay again

This was a super fun stay We had a quad bunk room which gave each of us a single bed, nice to not have to bump up against your friends on a girls trip The room was super funky but there are a couple of idiosyncrasies that you might want to be aware of

No iron, but they have a steamer which worked out great for usNo fridge in the room but they did offer to deliver one… we just used buckets if ice which was fineThe bathroom was fairly ‘lightly frosted glass’ so you might want to avert your eyes from the bathroom when your friends are having a shower 😂 – we thought it was funny but be warnedThe cafe in the building had the BEST croissantsThe bar on the second floor was good fun, had a drag show on the Friday we were there and you get $30 credit a day you can use there (doesn’t get aggregated sadly so we only got to use one of the nights even though we spent a fair amount) And then the roof bar was stunning view, good drink deals, food was average – no love in the eats, sadlyAll in all… A great stay and we’d definitely be back

Just checked in this evening I split time between Denver and NYC and have to say I was skeptical about this hotels location But I am a loyal Marriott member so gave it a shot

It’s honestly kind of touristy- but pretty standard for a Times Square location The security in the lobby and the key card access to the rooms keeps it safe and quiet The room itself is SUPER cute and also very clean!! The shower is hilarious (no diving)! And the BEST shower I’ve ever had while traveling! The front desk staff was also very kind and accommodating! I would totally recommend this hotel and stay here again without hesitation!

This is a very hard hotel to review, since it has some great bonuses but fails some of the basicsFirst, the rooms are pretty small This would be OK, except they use space a bit

oddly The wall hanging pegs are useful, but the sink being outside the bathroom is weirdIf you’re not very comfortable & close with your partner before sharing a room here, you will be at the end! Frosted glass on the bathroom (featuring a crack that can be accidentally looked through) ensures minimal privacyThere’s also no coffee etc facilities, and the rooms can be EXTREMELY noisy at night The “weed world” across the crossing plays loud music until 1-2am most nights, and added to the street itself you’ll need to be a deep sleeper to copeOn a more positive note, the $30 amenity fee can be used at the GREAT cafe next door, which made up for a lot of the issues we had with the hotel itself There’s also quite often free candy / fruit / water in the lobbyFinally, the location is pretty good for the centre of town, but not ideal for the subway / travelling further

I was a little worried about the hotel before checking in based on prior reviews; however, this hotel was perfect and did not disappoint The front desk staff was courteous and responsive, had my free water as a Hilton honors member, and my room was available for early check-in The room was the appropriate size for a queen – not too small

It was clean, quiet and very comfortable Water pressure was excellent, too! I sat in the lobby to wait for a friend for a bit and overheard the front desk staff interacting with customers, everyone was treated kindly and I don’t understand the prior reviews complaints with the staff The location is great, right near Chelsea – walking distance to so many things I would definitely stay here again!

We recently visited this hotel April 21st-23rd 2022 for my son’s 26th Birthday There were four of us in a room and we had plenty of room Our visit and stay was fabulous, hotel was nice, in a good location, most of all hotel staff was very friendly

Erica was superior with helping us chose places to visit for night life as well for day trips I definitely would stay in this hotel again Easy access around to minor necessities you would need during your stay Just was hoping for a better view However the rooftop is Beautiful and has a great view of the city

James Blackwell

The rooms were smaller than I’d imagine they’d be and there wasnt much of a view But other than that they provided great amenities in the hotel itself, though I could not find time to utilize them, The roof top bar, dining facilities, and fitness center all sounded great I had an incident in which I was forced to move my reservation and while I was accommodated I didn’t appreciate the verbal reprimand

All together though the staff and hotel were great and I would return and/or recommend to friends

Beautiful hotel! The location is great (make sure you walk about 50 ft over to “Kiss my Slice” and get some pizza *Note: the 2 slices and soda for 550 is only cheese pizza

) We stayed here on St Patrick’s Day The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are truly gorgeous Also, we had one of the staff book us a black car for the ride out to the airport the next morning It was wonderful! The cost was $60 and it was the smoothest, nicest ride I have ever had getting to an airport

I have nothing but good things to say about this Hotel! So to start off I work for Marriott and went to this hotel using my employee discount which means they in no way have to accommodate me when requesting certain things like room upgrades Despite this, before I even walked through the door I was assisted on the chat in a friendly manner and when asking for a higher floor he graciously provided me with a high floor upgrade Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile and water and the clerk who checked me in even allowed me to check in early by giving the option for a 19th floor room but located across from the elevator

Keep in mind I already know this room will be a bit on the noisy side and I’m not bothered by it so I accepted this offer, however if you like peace and quiet this room is not for you Again she did not have to do this but she did and also acknowledged my member status which was refreshing to see because it doesn’t happen very often The manager or who I assume was the manager was very nice and always had a smile on his face, the staff dynamic was like a family and it shows The food and drinks on-site are amazing and worked out great for me since I was exhausted from traveling all day and then having to leave for a 3 AM train Overall I give this place a 10/10 and I will absolutely be returning ! Keep up the amazing work guys 🙂

This is a nice option to stay Hotel rooms are really hotel rooms with the usual space you expect from a room The service was excellent and everything perfectly clean and in well status

Price wise is ok with what you’re getting in a very regular expensive city like this Not sure if it’d be my first choice for next visit, but definitely would consider it among other options One detail I must express a particular issue for my situation was that the safe was too small and my laptop didn’t fit, so I found myself a little stressed having to left my laptop out of the safe when I was out I stayed in a previous hotel also 4 stars that did have a larger safe Minor details as not restocking products such as body lotion is something they should take care for the price you pay Other than those details is a recommended place to stay during your stay in New York Location is superb

We needed to find a clean and comfortable hotel, walking distance from my cousin’s apartment in the Columbus Circle area and after reading through the reviews, I was a bit skeptical to book But seeing that it was only a block away from her place, we took a chance and stayed there for 3 nightsThe location is very convenient, an under 10 minute walk from the subway stop at Columbus Circle

The hotel is also surrounded with plenty of restaurant choices, food market, coffee places, pizza shops, pharmacies and bus lines that can take you cross town easilyPrice was very affordable and rooms are very clean The front desk (morning shift staff), are very friendly I also saw the hotel manager serving their guests as well and that was a very pleasant site seeing that she was there to oversee things We did not get a chance to check out their breakfast but was told that there’s breakfast available daily between 6:30 to 9 am Front desk also allowed us to get checked in at 10:30 am because they happened to have rooms available and that was a big bonus as we were all tired from our red eye flightTruly grateful for that! Will definitely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC Keep up the great work!

The rooms had everything I needed The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size considering it’s in New York The bathroom could have been a little cleaner

It smelled like urine perhaps they should use bleach They have a good size gym with the basic equipment The breakfast was not best but certainly not the worst Although the coffee was very good The hotel is located in a convenient area and it’s within walking distance to major interest points such as Central Park and Time Square

Nice hotel located in a quiet area Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom Room size fine

Unfortunately if all the staff was fine One receptionist was really not helping and difficult to deal with Other negative point we had 2 rooms for 4 nights, both rooms have been cleaned (and towels changed only once)But I still would say it’s a good hotel

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I’m sure! After reading the reviews I must admit I was skeptical, 1) not which familiar with the area 2) would the images live to expectation I’m happy and very pleased to inform they did, what I saw is what I got, we booked a queen bed room, which was the perfect size, everything was clean and house keeping was fine I found a great deal booking directly with them instead of a 3rd party so check your options We didn’t need much interaction with staff, we were in and out as pleased, this location is a few blocks from great bars, restaurants and Times Square! Please keep in mind, we booked for 2, any more you’ll be crowded in that room Also, please read fine print for the additional fees, so your not surprised later If you’re looking for a sign to book this hotel, this is it

Location is what makes this hotel even remotely recommendable at beat Julie at front desk was very nice which is the best I can say This is a motel, not a hotel

Elevator from parking garage didn’t work, not even one luggage cart , no one to help with the luggage, no refrigerator in room which was shocking, and if you are concerned with security then this is not the place for you This is not a 4 star hotel, 2 at best and worth nothing more Room was fine since we weren’t in it long but having not refrigerator was not great and no ice machine

Isaiah Stebbins

You get what you pay for Considering location in Manhattan, room size, and nightly rate (even with lose lovely fees), you’re still getting a comparatively good deal This means that you’re staying in one of the cheaper hotels in NYC – so you deal with what comes along with staying int he cheaper hotel of any city and the undesirables that come along with it

That being said, the value of this spot is solid, and they really do make it feel more worth it than other mini-hotel deals Most of the people staying here, saw other cheaper hotels and simply went with this without being sure of what they were getting in onStaff are good at what they do, for the few times you’ll interact with them (the check-in process is done via tablet kiosk) The terrace and restaurants are a nice touch if you’re not feeling like going out but don’t wanna stay in your room all cooped up And on that note, the rooms, they are definitely smaller than what you’re used to, but that goes for about every hotel room in NYC – they’re all space efficient Also, being such – no fridge or microwave For me that’s no big deal, but for some that could be a deal-breaker Choose for yourselfKnow your location Research it up without other people’s attached feelings and make the choice for yourself I consider myself a pretty budget-minded traveler, and pretty much always find myself here as a go-to spot for shorter and longer stays
