What a great experience!! We stayed in unit 703 and it was perfect! The view from our room was incredible! Yes, the room is a bit dated and the tvs are “small” but the view made up for it all!The condo was so clean and spacious! There were 4 of us, 2 being “adult” kids and we felt very comfortableThe building itself was dated and we only had an issue once with the elevator taking a little longer than usual but overall it was a wonderful vacationOur visit was mid June and the beach was not crazy busy which was perfect for us!

Donna Shinall

Great company, great communication The condo had the best view, it felt like we were in the middle of the ocean on a big ship Condo is a bit dated and could use a few touch ups, but everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked

Plenty of room for large family or group of friends Building is well maintained and staff was friendly Make sure you wear your arm band for the pool They monitor closely to make sure it is only residents I would book 703 again

Wendy Carlile

We spent our spring break in this beautiful home The decor is amazing, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen, including a crock pot! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of ports to charge all of our electronics The elevator issue seems to be the only drawback as one of the main elevators has been out of commission for months according to some ‘snow birds’

We would stay here again but not during spring break

#609‐ Most comfortable beds EVER!!! We are frequent travelers and the beds in both rooms were super (I stripped the bed just to find out what brand they were)The kitchen in the condo was well appointed and the over all style/decor was higher end and comfortable The large shaded balcony was cool with plenty of seating options and tables for cocktails

The parking garage provided protection from the sun and weather with a covered walkway to the main building The grounds were impeccable and all staff was welcoming and friendly Michael provided excellent umbrella service for our 10 day stay! This was booked as a last minute trip with friends to escape Ohio’s cold weather None of us had been to Panama City in the past, itis a bit more public than were are usually accustom to With it being the first week in May we were surprised at the volume of people on the beach which certainly did not hinder us enjoying the beach or having a good time Great place to visit if you don’t mind all the people

Brooke Samford

We booked last minute for a weekend trip from 4/15-4/17 and we weren’t let down! The condo we had was beautiful and the view was break taking The pools were amazing and clean! Security is also very tight and keeps things in order by checking guests wristbands and making sure dogs are properly registered (we brought ours so that’s how we know lol) If I have one complaint it would be the parking Guests pay a pretty penny for the condo and then once there, pay another $30 for a parking pass and the space is limited so if you’re out late, you may or may not get a spot

Talen Blackford

The rooms being cramped were both irrelevant, because we spent about 10% of our week in said room, and our fault for having 7 people in our family But other than that the pool, beach, and location were great! I’ve been to only one other location like this, but I feel like I can say that this was a great place to stay, but finding a good parking space in the garage in tower two is a pain, but if you are playing to stay in Panama City Beach, then I highly recommend you choose Grand Panama!

We stayed in SW1522 the view was amazing, it was very spacious and quiet there majority of the condos are personly owned The security is rude, and not helpful

It’s ok to be strict and keep things nice , but there is also common sense that to be nice and helpful to those staying there only 1 car per unit can park underground, any others have to go to emerald resort in person an purchase a 2500 parking pass The pool is huge, the beach is quiet and amazing

Kyle Anderson

We’ve been staying here now for 10 years and we have stayed in multiple units with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and for the most part the rooms have been great as well as the service But this year will most likely be our lastThe property as a whole is still really nice and very well maintained but we have had a few issues with cleanliness when we arrived and just random things wrong with the units, and that is a reflection on the cleaning/maintenance services used by Resort Collection, not the property or the owner of the unit

I should say that our issues have been handled to the best of their ability after the fact, BUT these are issues that should have not been present in the first placeWe have also already looked at the rental prices for next year and they are almost double what we paid this year We are already paying a premium price and not getting a premium unit like we have here in the past So why would I pay that much more to continually get a sub-par product?

Jamie Forester

If there was a negative – I would rate it negative I have workers sandblasting cement right outside my room

it is a disaster Ron at Soleil was a big help Carleene; Charlene she doesn’t belong in customer serviceBut regardless, I cannot leave my room without walking through concrete and a group of workers I do have pics and audio/video I would not waste my money on this place

Rooms were so so clean By far one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at Staff was beyond friendly and helpful

Lobby was extremely clean and well maintained Not super crowded and easy to get to A little far from the beach but worth the drive The bathroom was unbelievable It had a huge walk in shower and we loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner choices (Paul mitchell) I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend

Alaura Bee

I just drove across the country and stayed at four different places and this was by far the nicest hotel room at a fair price Clean Spacious

Like a very big room With full size couch and 2 tv I saw a review for bugs Checked None here Comfy bed and I could go into many more details But I can confirm it’s is very nice

Jaqwonna Brooks

Great hotel the only thing I want to warn people of do not stay in room 121 if you like to sleep in peace The food prep room is next door and they woke us up at 5am slamming pots and pans and slamming things up against the wall I went to the front desk around 6:30 am because we just couldn’t take it anymore to ask them to please have them stop banging up against the wall

The front desk guy was like “well they are fixing breakfast “ and I’m like well I’ve cooked breakfast all my life and I’ve never had to bang on a wall or slam things up against a wall to cook breakfast Other than that issue I don’t have any complaints I just want others to be aware especially if you’re pregnant like myself and know how important sleep is On top of that we drove 9 hours to get to the location so we definitely needed sleep Breakfast attendant needs to be a little more considerate of people sleeping in the morning

This has been a very disappointing stay The room was very nasty especially the bedroom Sheets had sexual fluids dried up on them in several spots

The headboard full of sticky stuff had to wipe down Also had sticky candy and hair around the mattress and pillows Pillow cases had dirt and makeup smudges on them Bathroom smelled like wet clothes Hotel was sold out so could not change rooms Went to front desk late nite to get fresh sheets and those sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well Did not feel comfortable sleeping on a unkept dirty unsanitized room It is obvious housekeeping is not doing there job or atleast on this room prior to my reservation Will definitely not be back here and not sure if I will choose Choice Hotels again Very disappointed! Spent almost $600 for two nights of nastiness UNACCEPTABLE!

Melissa was great I believe she is one of the Managers She made things quick and was friendly with great customer service

The hotel is in great walking distance The down side was the stuffy rooms, gloomy dark hallways and the lack of cleaning to the pool The room was decent and better than most hotel beaches but can stand for improving on cleaniness and updates

Julius Burton

Me and my family had a fair time there Cool room, stylish and comfortable Excellent hot breakfast and not to mention right in the heart of all the entertainment and only minutes away from the beach

However, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is customer service Upon checking in, a few of the customer service staff seemed very rude and I noticed one was silently saying ugly things about my wife but thought I wasn’t noticing which was very unprofessional and childish And just didn’t feel accepted Just wanted to relax and enjoy our stay, but all is well So, our experience anyway sure everyone else’s are differentbut not sure if in town again probably won’t be our first choice is all

Jasmine Jones

Such a disappointing experience My fiancé and I added 2 extra days to our trip last minute so we stayed here our last two days, while there I was verbally and almost physically attacked by a front desk employee while trying to fix a problem they created by charging me twice for the same stay She even went as far as to call me “stupid”, which is completely ludicrous for that to leave a customer service rep’s mouth in the presence of customers no less

When I reached out to the front desk manager, who witnessed the altercation, nothing was done even after the front desk manager agreed that her employees behavior was out of line I then reached out the the hotel manager which was useless seeing as he never even bothered to get back to me If you’re looking for a pleasant vacation this is not the place to go The beginning days of our trip we’re wonderful and stress free because we did NOT stay at this location If I could give negative stars to this location it would be well deserved

Beautiful stay! The moment that we opened the door to room 902, I was so impressed just how clean The view was amazing and the condo has everything you need The appliances were in very good condition and the kitchen had everything you need, including a crockpot

The floor was so clean, that a wet wipe barely picked anything up It’s so beautifully decorated and we loved everything about it! The check in and check out was effortless The area felt very safe and family oriented I was nervous bringing 2 teen girls, but it felt comfortable enough to let them have a little time for themselves The property has a gate, which requires a code to enter for the guests Parking was very easy Made some great memories during our stay and hope to see it all again!

As I am seating in the balcony enjoying my morning coffe with a nice view, I can smell the Marijuana smoke coming from everywhere7am 12pm 6pm 10pmI understand the medical or recreational usage of this plant but come on, is way to much to go unnoticed

Is very difficult when you have kids that can’t go out to the balcony and enjoy the view while reading a book without the constant odor and smoke coming out of everywhereIs unfortunate, but I don’t think I’ll be back

Amazing spot! Arrived after hours and was able to check in no problem Extremely friendly and informative staff at check inThe room was very spacious! My goodness so much space everywhere

Not cheapo appliances either and a nice washer and dryer included in the unit as well! Sofa sleeper was very comfy as well Plenty of closets to store things too Internet nice and fast! A screened in balcony with table and chairs included Two bedrooms, two king beds and two sofa sleepers and two bathrooms one with a tub and one with a shower onlyPool was perfect with a full array of books so you didn’t feel like you were on top of anyone Plenty of table, chairs and chaise lounges It was never an issue to find a spot Zero entry walk in or stairs for the pool A nice sized whirlpool as well Love how there was a volleyball net in the water and volleyball available There is a bin too that has a few random pool toys and noodles available as well! All around the pool was some activities, corn hole, a little putt putt practice area, some other lawn games and the playground with splash zone right there as well A bar available poolside as well with reasonably priced craft beers/beers on top and a few alcoholic beverages and snacks etcWeekly activities were provided by a wonderful team and my whole family enjoyed it! Plus we also enjoyed the meal and snack specials from unlimited topping take and bake pizza on Sunday to nacho night to chili dog night to afternoon cookout and pancake breakfast All activities were very reasonable in price as wellLocation was perfect and in a nice quiet spot away from the main noise and action but not too far from it either Definitely loved this resort and all the thoughtful detailsThis resort also has bike rentals available too and had a few options for families like a smaller bike or trailer etc

Our Favorite Vacation Spot of all time!! This is our 3rd year staying a week at a time and I love all staff both at the front desk, pool bar and room attendants every single time! Mini apartments are always super clean, I love love love it ! The kitchen, the washer and dryer, the screened in balcony’s overlooking the pool !!! 😍😍😍 It’s a dream, and we won’t be staying anywhere but here when we vacation ! My kids love the pool , they’d rather stay here all vacation instead of the beach and outside areas ! It’s so quiet, so peaceful and so relaxing !!! We are thinking to visit twice a year instead of once just to stay here!! Thank you so much for your warm and welcoming hospitality Marriott’s Legends Edge at Bay Pointe ! We adore you all !

Phillip Hill

The staff are polite The rooms are nice Need more sitting furniture in the living room

The property is small After staying at Marriott Vacation clubs all around the US I’d say this is a well below average property The property is in an older area, high traffic area No beach No beach access Definitely much better choices in the area

The cons outweigh the pros! We’ve been coming here for several year and the quality has gone down noticeably! There was mold in our bathroom, dryer didn’t work, and when we purchased the dolphin tour through their reps they didn’t give us the free ticket they sent in our email even though we gave the code!!!!! We are already looking for new & better resort to stay at next year This place is so outdated it needs some TLC

Lalo T

The hotel was okay, the room was a little uncomfortable (tight spaces) bumped my knee a few times… the beach access was a winner feature for my family The thing that ticked me off was the guys at the beach, making their business renting chairs and umbrellas So they setup everything really early in the am and they hogged the front ocean view, leaving people who already paid a lot of money without any space close to the ocean

Look at the first two pictures, that’s the Majestic The third picture is the hotel next door that actually does the right thing You come to the beach to enjoy the sand and water, not to stare at chairs in front of your view!!!! Finally, my dad can’t walk and he uses a power chair No handicap access at all No handicapped beach chairs available and no accesible ramps This is why I am giving them 3 stars

Awesome stay The guards are there until after midnight It’s Panama and some places you don’t want to bring young kids

This place is cool for both scenes If you want to party they will let you but don’t let it get out of control and if you have your kids you don’t have to worry about them seeing things they aren’t supposed to see I give this place for location and beach access a 10 out of 10

If I could leave no stars i would Do not book with Vacasa and do Not book condo #1202! We booked for a week months in advance, payed in full and the day after we arrived, after we had just unpacked, put all the groceries we bought for the week and Finally made it down to the beach Vacasa called us and said we had to leave! We ran up to the condo, someone had Been Inside and we called demanding an explanation They hung up on us 3 Times

Didnt want us to talk to a manager or supervisor Told us they were charging us for the night and we had to leave and find our own place! Told them we weren’t leaving, unless they gave us a full refund or found us a place and return some money for the inconvenience they said No and that the owners would show up in the morning, Kick Us Out and Press Charges! We live a 6-7 hour drive away Everything was book or Overpriced its July! We had to repack not just our luggage but All the Groceries too, left around 7pm and made the 6-7 hour drive back home! Our whole vacation ruined They didn’t help us out At All! And the condo itself Everything outdated, holes in the couches, broken coffee pot, no good cooking or baking wear, showers didnt work properly, made a lot of noise, handles were barely hanging on and had no water pressure Only good thing was the view even though it was storming Please dont book with Vacasa or Twin Palms condo #1202 They literally Kicked Us Out and not a single apology I’ve Never experienced this, Ever And nor do i Ever leave bad reviews Go look at all my reviews, I am honest and try to be nice and positive My friend and i were in tears on the drive home and so was her baby that didn’t want to go home His 1st time experiencing the beach and it was ruined for him Never again Vacasa, NEVER AGAIN!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here The rooms were a little dated, but very clean and the view from our room 1024 was fantastic! Bobby at the front desk was just wonderful to work with and was so nice to us as it was our anniversary He is a great asset to the hotel staff! The concert on Saturday night with Deana Carter was most enjoyable! Food prices were a bit high at the resort but I guess that is to be expected – you have to pay to see the water! Not many walkable food choices around so the hotel got much of our business

All the staff were very friendly and helpful Cheyenne online answered many questions cheerfully Gary the shuttle driver to the parking lot was a really fun and friendly guy to have around – we appreciated him too All in all a great stay at this resort

Rebecca Poor

Perfect family beach resort! Rooms were comfortable Have an acean front balcony was wonderful The gigantic palm tree was a slight bummer but we could see the ocean to the left of it

The pool area may be the best I have seen with a large heated pool, children’s splash area and lazy river They work hard to keep this place clean and they do a fantastic job of it Our kids absolutely loved this hotel! Added bonus – Live entertainment throughout the day all week Pizzas are amazing and the best deal on property Otherwise, food is unbelievably overpricedSadly, Bar staff is terribleI mean absolutely terrible but I won’t let that ruin my experience for the hotel If I were reviewing the bar, it would be a 1 at best Bring your own drinks and let them enjoy talking to one another and ignoring the customers Enjoy!

Kelley Menjibar

I can’t begin to tell you how privileged we were to win a beach trip here by listening to 957 The Mix It was worth every second

My 2 year old did not stop smiling and laughing The staff go way above and beyond The food was delicious The entertainment was the BEST! There is always something for the kiddos to do The best beach access The attentiveness of the employees was the best I’ve ever seen ❤️ My brother in law is visiting from Guatemala and was able to communicate with all of the staff who are bilingual We could not have asked for a better vacation This is kind of resort where you get your money’s worth and you can easily stay all week and never go out There is always something going on

Hotel is hidden in a residential safe area close to everything! Our room was spacious and beds were comfortable The bathroom is a little snugged but the atmosphere was good overall The food at Tides Restaurant was good & the server Tracy made it a fun experience for the kids, GREAT JOB!Overall, it was clean

Customer service was 👍 good Everyone at hotel was kid friendly which to us, & THAT EXPERIENCE made a big difference Parking was nice and well litOther than minor cosmetic stuff around hotel, its a nice Sheraton to go back to and visit Definitely recommend!

Lynne Killingsworth

We just returned from 3 nights here Total cost was around $900 just for the room (no food/drink) I can say our room (3116) is a perfect location directly in front of the pier and beside the pool

You can hear the pool activity (lots of small kids) during the day and they showed a movie at night, but by 11, it was quiet outside The pools are really small, hot and crowded Since daily I passed right by the huge, quiet spa pool I went in and inquired about using it I was pretty rudely told only if I booked a spa service could I use it I wasn’t offered a services menu and the was no mention of a day pass The next day as I went by, there was a family with several kids and rafts in there, so I suppose they had a family spa service(?)The private area on the bay is a decent little walk, and could be hard for some Chairs are provided, but several are broken (same at the pool) We drove down Thomas Dr to a public beach access Parking is an issue at these, so plan on walking a bit There are lots of really good restaurants very close to this resortOverall, not a bad experience, but I would stay elsewhere next time I would recommend looking at a site map and requesting your room location as to whats important to you Ours was accidentally awesome, but others in our party were really inconvenient

Hello There

What an incredible stay My wife & I were at the resort for Memorial day weekend and it was blast The staff, the food, and the live entertainment was great

But, above all else it was Gary & Kathryn helping us to have an awesome time I hope that the decision makers are paying attention and relive they have to hold on to their rock star employees and give them a promotion, paid vacation, and raise The hotel area is wonderful and the backbone of any business is it’s employees
