Stayed for 2 nights and was very pleased with this hotel The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the property is clean and well maintained The location is freeway close but far enough away that you don’t get the noise

My last few experiences with Courtyard have been disappointing this property has restored my faith in the brand I would definitely stay here again in the future

Rebecca Brooks

Comfortable, clean hotel at very reasonable price point Exceptional front desk service from Eric and DJ Both were so helpful! We arrival was very delayed by traffic

Eric and DJ shared where we could easily park our U-Haul truck and car transport and helped us coordinate a door dash food delivery from our favorite restaurant before it closed for the evening Thanks Eric and DJ!

Colin Mohit

Checked in for 2 nights and was very pleased with this hotel From the front-desk staff to the staff in the coffee/bistro, they were all great I loved the look of the lobby area and the room was very clean

We did experience a problem with the A/C the first night and John (think that was his name?) spent an hour trying to rectify it, which he did and great credit to him Would definately stay here again in the future

We loved staying in this place The condos are cozy and just more inviting than a hotel room However, as soon as we walked in and started checking the place out we noticed a lot of dead bugs (crickets maybe?) in the condo we reserved

They were all mostly on the tile floor and one by the tub in the master bathroom We counted 10 in total We had mixed feelings about staying because of it, but my husband found a vacuum and just vacuumed them up and then vacuumed the carpets We don’t know if we will be back because of it thoughThe pool is really nice and they have an indoor pool/hot tub and then their outdoor pool/hot tub which is heated There weren’t a lot of people each time we went so we had a lot of room to swim around and the kids loved it

Michelle Fowkes

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed This place is beautifully decorated, very clean, nice furniture, nice master bath with jetted tub & walk in closet, beautiful deck w/BBQ, Pool, basketball sport court & tennis court The place is very organized & clutter free

Wish we could’ve stayed longer Will definitely Return to stay here

Oh my Goodness I was surprised! My two day stay was like the most relaxing vacation Katie, the front desk person was amazing; explained the rewards program, how we could get discounts

she was the sweetest most sincere person Our rooms were immaculate and cozy Even the pull out couch was comfortable The salt water pool was just the right temp, and the breakfast was amazing! We had build your own breakfast burritos one morning and then biscuits and gravy the next, and they had waffles, eggs, cereal, breadsI just can’t say enough good things And if you have pets, chances are they will get a treat or two! Thank you Jordan Perry! Every single person in this place was happy and amazing, including all of the housekeepers I highly recommend this hotel to everyone For the price, you will be amazed There is no other place I will be when I come through In fact, my children, who have a St Bernard, canceled the other hotel they were staying with to come here for a few nights

I’ve stayed here twice before and had no issuesThey were very comfortable stays This timeunfortunately was very different

Now, the staff were all incredibly friendly Desk to housekeeping And they were all helpful and kind And the hotellocation is nice and quiet yet convenient to StGeorge Pets were welcomed with a smile But that’s where the good news endsFor starters, for the duration of the stay the toiletdid not work It wouldn’t fill or flush But it was one night, so we could make the hallway ones work Oh wait! The hallway women’s bathroom wouldn’t flush either! Plumbing issues galore The room was really tired The couch had a massive hole in the cushion The carpets were dirty, and the room didn’t evenhave facial tissues or paper towels Thankfully thehousekeeping team provided And since we hadarrived at 3am, we had a do not disturb sign hungon the door No worries, the housekeeping teambarged right in during breakfast! They wereapologetic and left but maybe next time they could read the sign FIRST The shower had great waterpressure but never got truly hotThe property has great potential and has starred in the past, it just needs some general updates andimprovements now Parking was a breeze and the grounds were pretty Nice views from the front overlooking the city!Located really close to restaurants and shopping(Target is close by, handy for toiletries the roomdidn’t have!)

Cary Stockwell

Since this was a work stay for my wife, I thought we would share a little

This is a great place to stay! (See pics) sounds pet friendly, (judging by a little yapper this morning in the hall)The service was good Helpful staff The hot tub and pool were very nice (See pics) the view from our room was awesome! (Again, see pics)Looked up this room on Google for tonight, 3rd of July, and it was avail for $94 usdThere is a pet and smoking courtyard that is separated by a large wall

Blake Cozzens

We stayed here we have stayed here before and had to get experience but this trip we saw that they had a full fridge and went to Costco so that we could get some groceries to take home the next day when we went to unload there was no luggage cart, I checked every floor and they said the only one they have is in someone’s room who hasn’t brought it down and apparently the other two have been stolen and they refused to replace them cuz they are too cheap to do so They refuse to do anything we had to carry tons of groceries by hand without any cart This is a Town place suite with a full kitchen and they have no luggage carts

I’ve stayed at a lot of comfort inns and this one is one of the nicest ones yet The staff is really friendly and the bed is kinda comfortable (it’s a firm mattress and I like the soft ones) There was a couch in my room too which made it a nice place to sit and eat without worrying about messing up the bed

Also had a little patio with a couple of chairs which was a great place to relax after hiking at Zion all day Just don’t leave the door open or else you’ll get A TON of gnats coming into your room They offer free complimentary breakfast and it has all the basics Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again the next time I’m here to hike Zion

Vanessa Nguyen

So far our stay has been fine but we like to leave the do not disturb sign on during our whole stay unless we really need something cleaned since we don’t like invasion of our space and twice the sign was taken off when we leave for the day and come back Also the tip envelope is something We’ve never experienced before during our stays at any other hotels Other than that everything so far seems to be good

The sheets are soft and the bed comfortable The ac works well and the bathroom seems clean

Mitty Matty

What a nice hotel to stay at outside of Zion! They have a wonderful hot tub and pool which we loved after doing the hikes up in Zion The breakfast had several different things such as waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, and a few bread items as well as coffee/juices I would say the breakfast was a 10/10!As far as the room goes, it was spectacular with no complaints at all! The bed was super comfortable plus we had a couch in our room which was nice to have sitting on

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and answered all of the questions I had They have a laundry facility on site in case you need to do laundry and they were pretty fast (30 minutes roughly) The internet was also super fast in case you need to use the WiFi for anything! All in all, I would say this was a perfect 5/5 and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re back in the area for Zion!

The man at the desk was super friendly with my dogs, the rooms are new, modern, and clean Good area with a great little paved trail connecting the hotel property to a nice little neighborhood PLENTY of parking even on a Friday night Stay here, it’s a no-brainer

Crystal Albrecht

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality here The breakfast was yummy and filling The pool is heated and the hot tub is actually hot

The fitness center is nice The beds are comfortable We will definitely come back We do miss housekeeping coming in each day and it would be nice if we could stream from our phones to the TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc)

A great place to stay for the whole family! The front desk staff were amazing Very friendly and helpful every time we talked with themThe rooms were good (we had a one bedroom with 2 queens) and it worked well for our family of 4

The outside pool was great for ending our days after hiking in the mornings They had a pool basketball hoop with a basketball and there were pool noodles and a beach ball for guests’ use too There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables and chairs Pool towels were always stockedThe free breakfasts were amazing! Not your typical hotel “breakfast ” Fresh fruits, lots of options from eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, toast, pastries, fresh made omelets, coffee, fruit juices, etc!Monday-Thursday they had Unwind Hour from 5-7 with a salad bar, nachos, popcorn, and sodas (this was included in our stay)I highly recommend this hotel It was in a central location to do Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon

Marla Rugel

This hotel is a 5 star hotel in my mind!! The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the front desk was so pleasant and those serving breakfast were so kind and courteous I was like they enjoyed their jobs The breakfast spread was so amazing and delicious

The nachos and salad bar in the evening took it over the top! Super stellar place to stay!

First time staying at this hotel The rooms are very clean and beautiful They have beautiful flooring instead of carpet

We have 2 dogs that we are traveling with They leave nice metal large dog bowels along with bottled water and treats for the dogs in the room Staff is very friendly as well Beautiful pool and landscape It is so nice staying in a pet friendly hotel where there is no trace of urine I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be returning

Top 3 most scenic golf courses I have played The course design makes it very playable Stay out of the fairway bunkers, I found 2

They are deep and penalizing, you aren’t supposed to be in the bunker The staff was helpful and polite Rental clubs were very nice (Taylor Made Sims & Cleveland Halo) My family joined me & my daughter for lunch The wait staff was great and food was delicious combined with the views Great experience & very highly recommend visiting Sand Hollow Resort!

john oseguera

Went Golfing and had lunch here Great food, Friendly staff!!$$$ to play golf here

If you want a complete resort This is it If you just want to play golf i would go to Sky Mountain as it is half the cost for a much more scenic course I only wanted to play 9 holes but to play the championship course at Sand Hollow you have to play 18 holes Sky Mountain let me play 9 off the front which is the most scenic of the 18, I thought that was awesome Sand Hollow does have a 9 hole course named “LINKS” that I was able to play and had great fun So that did work out even though I wanted to play the Championship course Maybe next time!!! Sand Hollow also has free driving range with tee time reservations That is nice!!

Ryan Moore

Feels like an apartment! Really quiet, pool is great Restaurant is amazing with stunning views! Could have used a little more effort on the cleaning Shower curtains are discolored

A glass shower door would feel cleaner Also water pressure isn’t great but that’s understandable since it’s kind of away from the city Grab a cookie from the front desk, they’re awesome after a long drive

Overpriced for the quality Lock was broken in half and just screwed back into the door by someone with little maintenance experience Showerhead was always crooked and pressure sucked

TV didn’t work in the master bedroom, it wouldn’t change channels it was just stuck on baby kids shows Consistently ran out of food at breakfast Fire alarm went off at 6:44 in the morning No calls or anything to reassure the guests or to make sure everyone was safe Rust all along the bottom of the doorway to the pool, it could definitely cause injury The paint was peeling all over the ceiling of the pool and you could tell a “repair” attempt had been made but wasn’t sufficient Hot tub didn’t have working jets and the sauna was “temporarily” out of service I’d like to know how long its been since it actually worked For $140 a night i would have expected a lot more I’ll never go back

CR_Fox

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to say something I got ‘hot tub rash’ from only being in the hot tub for 10 min I came home and noticed red bumps all over my back

I couldn’t help but think of the nasty water in the hot tub and pool My son also has it After getting in the pool, I smelled sulphur and the bottom of the pool had debris that I kept stepping on After putting up with it for 30 min, trying to tell myself it’s not that bad, I just got out and never used the pool again during our stayOne other thing to note is that our room was not clean upon arrival We found used ear plugs by a pillow, something sticky on the desk, and some of the sheets had dirt on them I was not impressed at all at the level of maintenance the hotel has received We didn’t have a lot of choices for hotels over president’s day weekend, but I definitely will not be staying here ever again

The room was nice, but NOT worth $200 on a Monday night, the tv was small, the parking lot is under construction that limits parking Beds were comfortable, and room was clean( LOVE the 60s carpeting) 🤦🏻‍♂️ Walls are very thin🙉 and you can hear a lot

If it wasn’t paid for by my wife’s company, we would have NEVER stayed there Do better Hampton 😡

This was my first time staying at the Inn The positives are that the bed was comfortable and sheets were nice The grounds are also very well kept

The negatives, the rooms are very dated The plugs next to bed didn’t work No black out curtains, so very bright in the morning They decided to clean the pool deck mid day and closed the pool That’s easily something that can be done at night Completely unimpressed with customer service There are no nice hotels in this area, I would recommend booking an Air BNB

Bryan Rantala

I’ve been up and down the casinos and resorts from St George to Las Vegas to Death Valley in the last few months I don’t think anything comes close to the combination of quality level and value here

Fantastic rooms with great interior design and furniture, a hot tub, great views, an outdoor pool, at prices that are downright shocking compared to what you’ll pay for far inferior rooms in the Vegas/California areaThe downsides are:- You can hear highway traffic from your room a little in the morning- The groundskeepers didn’t seem to get that we might not want them around our windows on Monday morning Wait til we’re gone please

Brian Copes

Stayed here two times in a 5 period and it was a fantastic upscale experience Issues – the restaurant manager at the grille was rude to my friend and I She treated us like we didn’t belong and almost not good enough to eat there

The food was good but snobby and micro-aggression service experience The place has a dress code but yeah i will never eat there again from how she made us feel Room – basically a house with a garage, patio, washer dryer, kitchen, dining and family rooms Snack bar – good service and great food The grounds – a nice trail to snow canyon state park The view – breathtaking and has a stream in the backyard Bathroom- nice room with a fireplace The place does have bugs from the outside but if you have bug spray and turn the lights off when not in use you’ll be good I would recommend this place for sure

Definitely a great value Room was clean, location was great, and it had all the right amenities Just one word of caution if you stay during the summer: because this is a motel with doors that open onto the parking lot, the a/c is not very effective for the first few hours, so plan ahead and kick that thing on full blast in preparation for bed

I found that our room was still 80 degrees at 10pm It cooled down during the night, but I’d say the a/c needs to run at 70 or lower for about 4 hours to get to a good sleeping temperature (at least for me)

The breakfast was good They need to label their bathrooms in the breakfast area I didn’t see restroom signage so I had to walk to my room to use the facilities

We had to get new key cards 2x because they wouldn’t work The indoor pool floor was very dirty There were black hairs all over our bathroom floor and the grout was really dirty They need an upgrade I did like the bed and pillows Bed area was clean Location was great We wanted to play in the indoor play area but it was closed Staff was nice

Be careful! I’ve learned to never leave a bag out or on the floor in any hotelI and also a few of my kids woke every morning with clusters of bug bites in different exposed areas of skin I assume bed bugs because nobody had bug bites during the daylight hours

I had made mention of this upon check out and felt they did not care I look awful as these bites take weeks to healPlease clean the carpet or change colors? The black carpet made my feet look black and dirty right out of the shower I had to wear my shoes in my room(and that don’t help a dirty carpet situation)I have stayed here before and not had the problem(but that was 4 yrs ago) The location is perfect for using the freeway to get from one side to the other by avoiding the Blvd The price is great and my kids enjoy the outside pool the most!! For a free continental breakfast I won’t complain, the food was always hot and everything was always clean and stocked

They let us store our mountain bikes in the room They have an awesome heated pool that has a very gradual slope allowing for our baby to play in the shallowest and that is just a few inches Amazing hotel

Brian Vidal, if I remember right the manager, was extremely friendly to us My wife got extremely sick and we had to leave a day early He was willing to work with us and we were able to leave soon enough so we did not have to worry about that second night charge Amazing hospitality Let us have free waters when we got there and when we left

We actually live here in STG and our AC went out in the middle of the summer (110 degrees 🥵) and we needed a place asap until it was fixed We were very impressed with not only the amazing staff here at My Place that got us a room late at night but also the cleanliness of the hotel in all! Very nice, clean rooms with kitchen AND pet friendly!!! It was the first, of many, pet friendly hotels we’ve stayed at over the years that smelled fresh and you couldn’t tell pets were even allowed in We definitely will be recommending this hotel to all our family when they come to visit us from now on! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a very nice stop for 1 night Newer property with nice pool and patio We needed to park our RV prior to the next day check in

They have a large dirt lot behind the hotel and was perfect We had our dog with us, so they provided a ground floor room, near the exit so we could easily take him outside This would have been a 5 star, but I thought the price was pretty high for hotel pricing

Very nice place, with 4 big basketball courts to play on They have 3 pools and the most luxurious rooms I have ever enjoyed I enjoyed walking the landscape enjoying the rose gardens, they cover the entire landscape

They even have a great area for meditation At this time I understand that the resort itself is closed for revitalization, as great as it was I really don’t know how they plan to make it better, and can’t wait for the grand opening Definitely a place to spend some time

Cami Faulkner

I have stayed here a few times and I love the condo experience The room is clean and new appliances There are several pools, all are so fun and great for the family

There are many fun things to do, pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, and a good exercise room My two complaints are that there is not a working DVD player in my room And second complaint is there isn’t an obvious main desk to take complaints or questions Whichever unit you’re in, it could easily be managed by a different company than the unit next to you So it makes it kinda hard to get help if needed

The spa was great and the people were very very nice there We stayed there, going in thinking this was a 🌟🌟🌟🌟 resort but it was not that The rooms are small, a little dirty, my wife stepped on a pill in the main room, gross

The room at night was a little creepy It made a lot of creaking sounds like something you would hear in a old cabin The floor in the bathroom could use a mop and scrub brushLike I said the people were very nice the spa was *awesome* the rooms 🌟🌟 at the most and the pool needs an update badly I accidentally left my phone charger in the room called back the next day it mysteriously went missingSt George Utah

Wow! Best vacation ever and the 30 minute drive to Zion was way less of a stress than we expected and well worth it for the super comfortable stay Would definitely stay here again, and just might return soon just because it exceeded our expectations Probably gets very very busy in the summer but March/April was just about perfect for us

Bryce Gaudian

Epic!! Anita and Jay are the real deal in customer satisfaction off-the-charts We were sooooooo blessed by our stay We had all 16 of our family: 7 grandchildren, our 4 kids and two daughter-in-laws and one son-in-law

So close to Zion for hiking, the pool was used a ton, and as a birder, I fell in love with the Confluence Trail nearby in La Vake and it was epic birding I’d stay here again if ever in Southwest Utah!!!!!!!!!!!

What a gem! We stayed two nights while exploring some of the hiking near St George and had an absolutely wonderful stay The staff were so friendly and accommodating

We are vegan and had no issues getting non-dairy milk for the breakfast options (which were delicious) We stayed in the Sherlock room and it was really beautiful and very quiet The whole inn is lovely and well maintained There were also so many interesting historical details throughout the house We will definitely be back!

Jean Brown

We just spent three wonderful nights at Mulberry Inn and enjoyed every minute The Inn is so delightful, each room has its own charm, warm and inviting Peggy the inn keeper was so accommodating and helpful

The location is perfect, right on the walking tour of historic St George I enjoyed an afternoon noon just sitting on the front porch reading Restaurants are within walking distance We felt right at home We will definitely be back on our next trip to St George

Blake Anderson

Room was very quaint with great natural lighting Furniture is a bit old but not terribly uncomfortable The bathroom is small but functional with everything you need

Would have given this review a 5 but 2 things to note, the tub/shower is tight and the room is warm Host, Peggy, was fantastic! She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions She gave us great dining tips and places to go We would stay here again We will be back!
