New, clean, nice property All people working were very friendly and helpful Good location in downtown Denver

Just being totally forthcoming here, room size was a little on the small size, lighting was a little dark, electrical outlets were not plentiful and the biggest drawback on a work trip No desk workspace with chair which made working/prepping difficult and awkward The room would have much better if used for a non business trip Bathroom amenities were perfect, shower and water pressure were great Oh, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were awkward with a large base and narrow neck which made it difficult to get the containments to actually flow in a reasonable time That can easily be improved Besides the lack of a work desk and chair, a very nice property

Spending a glorious weekend at the Thompson for a little downtown staycation The hotel is beautiful, the furnishings and finishes all high-quality, our room (a corner King) truly is surrounded on two sides by floor to ceiling windows with a nice view of the clocktower, and is spacious and comfortable We’ve enjoyed delicious cocktails at both the lobby bar and Reynard Social, coffees from their Duel coffee bar, and a delicious treat of complimentary macarons and dark chocolate truffles sent up to our room

The staff have all been amazingly accommodating, and everything about our stay has been perfect so far Also, breakfast at Chez Maggie is totally worthwhile Possibly the best omelette I’ve had, complete with fresh greens, and they make their hash browns in a little crispy buttery cake YUM! My first bite was like a scene out of Emily in Paris You just have to try it to understand! Highly recommend the Thompson and all it’s food and beverage amenities for your next Denver stay!

Our experience at The Thompson was wonderful The room was comfortable and evoked a true sense of the word “luxury” The service on the other hand, was very home-like at every step of the way

Manny and Alex were great hosts and gave excellent recommendations for food and things-to-do nearby Every random item we requested including a humidifier, hair-brush, toiletries etc were delivered to our room with utmost priority During our 4-night stay, the room would be cleaned and tidied-up in the afternoon, but without the air of ‘intrusion’ in the process Being in the heart of LoDo Denver made getting things done and exploring the city easy The several other perks that come with being a guest at the Thompson made our experience nothing short of outstanding Kudos to the ethos of the entire staff in making things hospitable for every person that walks through the front door

Friendly and accommodating staff I arrived for a two night stay two weeks ago, and due to travel plans I would be arriving earlyMost places won’t allow you to check-in until the afternoon at the earliest

They were able to accommodate my early morning check-in without issue I really appreciate this and I will be back!If you are looking for a solid place to stay in downtown Denver this is the spot

Chris Clabo

Our trip started out great with an awesome check in with Norma, the only good part of our stay From there we had nonstop issues with our room Over our 6 night stay they came to our room 3 different times to “fix” the thermostat

On the 3rd time we were told to “just don’t touch it” because if we do it won’t work anymore It never worked in the first place Then they refused to move us to a new room But the icing on the cake was on our check out day The hotel general manager, Brad Leonard, came by to knock and check if we were out of the room yet, which is fine Rather then walking into the room to check or even ask us if we brought a dog he just walks away Then proceeded to go back to his office and charge me a pet fee for our entire stay No we did not have a dog/pet in our room at any point during our stay When I got the bill I called and spoke with him and he began to call me a lair and say he heard a dog in our room when he knocked on our door I had to defend myself to a clearly sneaky, incompetent, and deceitful Hotel General Manager I would have hung up or talked to someone hire up but unfortunately he is it After arguing with Brad Leonard for 20 min the best he could do is just refund the pet fee After being called a liar and deceitfully being charged and extra fee, I felt they/he should have done more If in the first place he would have just simply ask, excuse me do you have a pet inside I would have happily showed him the entire room Putting his questions at ease showing NO ANIMALS But nope, he went the other way with the situationI am beyond disappointed and will never suggest this hotel to anyone Nor will I ever stay there againDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

This place is Awesome! Not only did I stay here once when I traveled to Denver, I lodged at this establishment for a second time Arlisa customer service is exceeding, there’s never been a moment where she hasn’t showed me great hospitality! She has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure the customer stay is Amazing and I appreciate that! Also Jake is a great individual with it being my first time in Denver he was knowledgeable about things to do in the area and at the hotelI only have three issues that should be addressed:The pillows there are way to soft, I normally had to stack pillows on pillows to get that comfort that I was looking for

The lighting in the rooms could be a lot brighter

From check in to check out we could not have been more impressed! The decor was very appealing, the room was spotless, the bed actually slept better than our own bed! Of course, staying in a hotel is all about the little things, right?! The towels were fluffy the service was great, water pressure in the shower great, the room immensities were outstanding, the room was ideal and the bathroom was perfect! You can also go downstairs and step into their bookstore where we had lavender lattes and purchased books for gifts! Simply stated, a five star rating from us! Six if it would allow! We will definitely stay there on our next trip to the Denver area! you won’t be disappointed! Happy customers from Arkansas! Thank you!

Stayed with my partner over the span of a week The hotel has a lot of small, simple touches that really make it an enjoyable stay Although we ended up in a Queen room, the bed was so comfortable that I did not even mind

We ate at Famille almost every day for breakfast and dinner The food is delightful and the staff was friendly Emerson was our bartender almost every evening He was personable, sociable, and gave great drink recommendations All of which made our experience a well rounded one While we tried a different dish each day, the Opera cake was by far the most amazing thing we had The cake is not only tasty but also gluten free Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again Five out of five stars, would recommend

Dorothy Spartz

Hotel is new Rooms were decorated contemporary Beds were comfy but the queen seemed to be more of a double

Restaurant downstairs was delicious Prices very reasonable with great presentation, almost like fine dining prepared dishes Staff was very helpful, especially Whitney at front desk She went above and beyond for us Highly recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Thornton this past weekend Despite no elevator service, our stay was excellent The staff are top notch, especially Awani and Christopher at the Front Desk

Great room Nice pool And the ‘wings’ we ordered from the apps menu were some of the best we have ever tasted No kidding!! Highly recommend!

Stephen Kellis

The overall hotel was decent enough and the room was clean There was a softball team staying here that was incredibly loud in lobby when I checked in at midnight so there was some concern that might affect our nights sleep but fortunately enough didn’t hear a peep even though we were staying on the same floor as the team, i mainly just felt bad for the guy that had to work all night trying to keep them contained Unfortunately all of the positives are immediately negated by the “curtains” in the room

They are barely even that as they are see through so as soon as the sun came out we were awake I cannot recommend a hotel that is designed to prevent a good night’s sleep

Adeline Griffin

We had a wedding party that stayed at the hotel the heat in one of the rooms would not turn off, it was looked at three separate times to try to fix it It remained at 74° when it was 90 outside

The restaurant/bar was not open or available The outside patio was not available to be used But the staff tried very hard to be helpful but this hotel definitely needs a lot of work done to it

Great location but several fees that weren’t disclosed Valet only fees No free breakfast

Continental breakfast $10( for cereal, milk and muffins)Our room was extremely dusty No vent in the restroomI stay at Hilton hotels everywhere I travel but this by far was a disappointment The only positive I didn’t really enjoyed was the location we were in walking distance for everything downtown

Lena Ponce

We had a three night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Union station We had the greatest service from everyone, especially the valet The front desk staff was professional and accommodating

The hotel has their own parking garage to keep your vehicle safe The location of the hotel is very convenient as it’s right off I-25, has a grocery store across the street and restaurants close by with one connected to the hotel We did not hear any other guests, but could occasionally hear loud vehicles drive by the hotel The one and only negative thing about our room is the room smelled mustyI highly recommend this hotel and may stay there again

Cristina

I would definitely return to this place when my destination is Denver Colorado!!!!! Although my check-in was two hours late at the reception, they were very kind enough to give us breakfast and the parking voucher during our stay

the facilities are new and very nice spacious and clean rooms!!! Its location is great if you want to enjoy the super recommended downtown

Will Cleveland

Spent nearly $200 per night for a room while on vacation Our original room was so hot and the air conditioner did not work We were traveling with 3 kids so we needed 3 beds

They moved us to a single king and offered a fold out bed The fold out was a twin so that wouldn’t work Ended up with another room and separated The next night they had moved us into the room we initially booked with 3 beds and a working air conditioner The only reason I gave 2 stars was the service but we were not even offered anything off from our stay or points back for IHG I would avoid

Josh Jones

DO NOT STAY HERE I stayed at this hotel for one night When I arrived, they told me that there was someone in my room

I waited in the lobby for what seemed like an insubstantial amount of time (5-10 minutes) so this was no big deal The next morning I get my receipt reflecting the correct amount that I booked the room for The next day, I was charged a second time for the same room, this time for over twice the amount that I booked the room for! I spent two weeks calling the hotel, being told I would receive a call back Apparently the only person that works there that can refund an incorrect charge is the general manager and she is never there I had to dispute this with my credit card company and am still dealing with this It seems like the 5-10 minute wait in the lobby has turned into me dealing with a fraudulent charge for the last month Seriously, unless you want to pay three times what the booking says the room should cost, stay somewhere else Anywhere else

For other options in this price point in the area, I like this one the best even though the hot tub is not working The staff is very friendly and accommodating as they managed to get us checked into our room very early because we had been driving all night The receptionist was even sweet enough to fill me in on the beautiful pond to walk around right outside the hotel and a little bit further than that an awesome park to bring our son to!! Thanks guys! Would stay again!

LeAnn Archangeli

I’ve stayed here multiple times while visiting familyThe front desk : Anjoli is extremely kind, a hard working and professionalMy rooms and the bathrooms have always been extremely clean

I’m very particular about thisThere’s a well stocked breakfast bar in the morning and they even have a small buy- and -go snack and essentials area for anything you need or forgot to bringThere’s plenty of well- lit free parking close to the buildingThis establishment is very conveniently located and right across the street from great shopping possibilities as well as quality restaurants I never have to drive far for shopping or dining which saves me a lot of timeConsidering it’s great location it is an amazingly quiet area with nearby parks for a nice walk I feel very safe while staying here

Angela Mitchell

Pros* the employees are super nice & helpful, the hotel was always clean, very pleasant smell, breakfast which was kept full the entire breakfast time, rooms are larger than most, and there is a laundry roomCons* there is only one washer and one dryer, coin operated and the dryer has to complete two cycles to dry the clothes, in the room the mini fridge is indeed mini, and there are no kitchenettes even though people stay for extended periods of timeOverall, it’s a very nice place to stay but for extended stay where you don’t want to eat out everyday, I’d choose somewhere with a kitchenette

You HAVE to stay in this hotel if you’re traveling in to Denver to catch a Rockies game! The rooms were incredibly clean and nice The hotel’s location is as perfect as you can get, you literally just go down to the lobby, walk out the door, walk across the bridge that’s right there, and boom you’re at the ballpark! The rooftop pool area is incredible as well We stayed here for one night and caught a Rockies game and we cannot say enough incredible things about it

And the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Kevin Carlson

We came in to Denver this past weekend for a hockey game and stayed at the Rally Great spot Every staff member we interacted with was very nice/helpful, our room was very clean, and the location is great

They offer a courtesy car that will take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel and we greatly appreciated this service going to/coming back from the game The only bummer was the hotel bar was closed the days we were there (Sunday-Monday), but there’s not shortage of places close by to grab a drink at Can’t really fault them for not having the bar open on what I assume are their slowest daysWe’ll be back!

Michael

My wife and I stayed over the weekend It was our first time staying It was exceptionally clean and the room itself was fantastic

We had the Mile high suite and had a full view of coors field Between the complimentary car service and the rooftop hot tub Our trip was amazing We will be returning soon and staying at the Rally again Special shout out to the boys at valet They were great to ride with

Extremely happy with the staff and help during our stay Everyone was friendly and made our stay pleasant Clark at the front desk went out of his way to accommodate us as we came in on a very early flight

He was also very professional and encouraging as he was training someone at the front desk The location was great We walked to the Shops at Northfield and enjoyed meals there ( I recommend Zen)The breakfast here is also the perfect startGreat place to stay!!

Justin Black

This Staybridge location in particular is hands-down one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever visited, period! Past visits here we’re always pleasant however this one reached new levels and set the bar even higherIt’s a bit on the pricey side compared to other well-known brands in the vicinity, however I would say that it is worth the additional cost, which is probably marginal at best When I arrived, I did not have a reservation – in fact I was in need of a little help due to some circumstances out of my control

The lady at the front desk initially said that there were no rooms available – it’s notable that I arrived 2 to 3 hours prior to standard check-in times However the lady was determined to find a way to help and after a few minutes prodding through the system, she was able to find a room that was clean and ready for early check-in, a small gesture that was very impactful to meThe rooms are always very clean and the staff is always courteous A breakfast is served every morning I think I enjoy this location as it’s never appeared to be overly crowded and parking is attainable with very little effort By the way, the laundry room is open 24 hours a day and is complimentary!! Who even does that? It’s the little things that go into guest appreciationI enjoy quite a few different hotel brands, but this one just topped my list I highly recommend the Stapleton location to any weary travelers who are in need of a little rest

John Carpenter

We stayed at this location while on vacation The first night was a IHG rewards night After checking in we called the front desk and asked about extending our stay for a second night

We were told yes no problem My wife asked about payment and we were told we were good We woke up Sunday and went to do some exploring in the area we received a call from the hotel saying they wanted to know when we were going to check out They told us we had to come get our stuff So we dropped everything left in the middle of what we were doing and headed back to the hotel Once there we discovered the lady at the front desk didn’t write anything down and didn’t extend our stay The staff acted like it was our fault We went back to the room and the bedding was removed from the bed and all towels removed from the bathroom We called the front desk again and were told that housekeeping would be back shortly So we left the room went to do more exploring and when we came back late at night the bed wasn’t made and no towels We called the front desk and after an hour or so they brought down two towels Monday morning when we checked out the manager asked how our stay was I told him, he apologized and said the second night would be no charge When we got home from vacation the full charge was on my cc statement When I contacted IHG and told them of our experience they said it was up to the hotel itself Needless to say we’ll never stay at this location againBreakfast each morning was subpar and we ended up eating out

Valerie Thompson

Such a unique hotel, with great amenities The self-check in process was quick and easy, and our room was incredibly well appointed We had such a short stay we didn’t get to use the kitchen (which even includes a tiny hidden dishwasher!) in our room but would have definitely cooked a meal had we stayed longer

The space was so well-designed and high-quality, everything has a place so it’s truly the best of tiny living The lobby is a really relaxing spot to post up and play a game or eat breakfast in the morning We also loved The Red Barber – both the signature cocktails and bites were amazing Coolest hotel in Denver in my opinion, in a great area, and design lovers will love every corner of this place

Mike Clinkenbeard

This is hands down the most eclectic, well appointed hotel in Denver You will NOT find a cooler place to lodge in this city From the elevated beds , smart spacial design and kitchenette to the projection screen / blinds that also act as a 2-way art piece for all to see on the other side – this place was the highlight of my recent Denver trip

Great breakfast , awesome room and amenities – check out the cookbooks ;)Will definitely be back

Doug O

What a great experience Rhino is a new up and coming location, so many cool places to eat and drink The Catbird is in the center of it all

Such a future forward hotel The design is just plain cool from the art work to the workstations situated throughout the lobby It feels like a lounge, it’s super comfortable and efficient The food was delicious and the rooftop bar and space is like a fun park Highly recommended!

Perfect hotel for downtown Denver It is next to the train station and there is no noise issues at all Beds and great, high levels of connectivity, shower pressure and immunities are excellent

You get access to free bikes, free Tesla rides within one mile, gym on site and access to gym next door that has more options You even get access to the contemporary art museum for free The staff is great, food and drinks were very good and the price was right for what we got This is our new go to hotel for Denver We paid about 300/night over the weekend in April

We stayed at the Kimpton Hotel born for our anniversary for 4 days This hotel is very well located, very walkable things in the area, lots of restaurants and cool shops around It also wasn’t very difficult to catch an Uber or a cab from the hotel as it’s super well-located

The hotel itself is absolutely one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at It’s got a super cool Urban Cottage vibe to it with lots of natural wood mixed with clean modern furniture The room was spacious with a view, the bathroom was beautiful with a stand up shower and the toilet in a little separate room in the bathroom This hotel isn’t super big and it never felt like there was a lot of people coming and going, except for during the beer and wine hour when you would see a lot more people in the lobby The staff were very friendly, the few times that we had to call down for something they were very prompt to answer and very kind to deal withWould absolutely stay here again, can’t recommend the Kimpton Hotel born enough!

Would visit again!!! Such a lovely hotel & what a great idea to have a partnership with the Colorado Athletic Center across the street! It’s conveniently placed right by the station and walking distance from the stadium so I went for a baseball game The restaurant isn’t shabby either and they get extra points for the wine-down happy hour! This picture is the view from my room

Fabulous hotel Worth every penny! Great location, very clean room and bathroom, awesome friendly staff who are very attentive, great valet service, lots of amenities, the list goes on We enjoyed all of our time there and felt so comfortable, especially after long travel days! Also really appreciated that they were able to provide us with a crib for our baby

Would 100% stay again and recommend to others

I liked this hotel The location is superb We spent the whole Denver stay right around there on foot

The room, while initially described as spacious, had just enough room for the king bed, but it wasn’t uncomfortable The water was alarmingly hot and I loved it The old hotel is incredibly charming from the moment you walk in but some of that is lost when you enter your room I’ve seen better renovations, you don’t really pick this one for the views, and $75 parking + tip/night were the only cons keeping it from a 5-star experience

Valorie Wagner

It is now called the AC by Marriott The hotel itself is great It is small footprint but done well

The rooms are modern and clean They have all that you need It is a great location for the convention center However there was a small that was so bad it made me gag even with my mask on It got worse at night It was mostly in the lobby but was also on my floor near the elevator I would not eat there because of it I did not even want to get a drink at the bar I took it to my room to avoid the smell I am not sure why but it has to be addressed

I normally stay near DEN Airport when I’m in town; However, with the skyrocketing of room prices, I was forced (maintaining a budget) to look elsewhere I’m glad I did, found a nice little gem about 20 minutes away that saved the company some $$$ It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s a nice, clean, safe hotel to stay and it’s just south of the airport

The rooms are pleasant, clean, and most appealing… comfortable The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating I enjoyed a nice mountain view with the city of Denver in the foreground from my room The only negative feature I noticed was that the room(s) didn’t have a mini refrigerator or microwave available Nevertheless, the breakfast burrito I had was very delicious and filling … I do recommend this entree Every staff member was friendly and professionally helpful All-in-all, I’m looking forward to booking this hotel in the future Maybe, they’ll have mini refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms then

Lawrence Satchel

Me and my family had a great time! Pool was awesome for kids They even have arcade games in there as well I can tell it was a fairly new staff

Great property, Brody needs a bit more training with customer service and overall knowledge of the hotel Hilton is extremely big on service and wowing the guests, there was a disconnect here Other than that, pretty alright stay

Alyssa Frickmann

Don’t waste your money The lobby is beautiful however, our room was a dump There was stains all over the wall

When we made the reservation on the phone we were promised a king size bed and a sofa bed and instead we got two full-size beds When asking the employee at The front desk The reservation we made over phone they informed us that that’s not their problem and that they weren’t willing to accommodate They charge extra for parking which is a joke/scam as we paid The additional charges and there was no parking available My husband had dietary restrictions so we went grocery shopping before we checked in thinking that the refrigerator would be in the room We were charged extra for the Hotel to put in a mini refrigerator for my husbands dietary restrictions and needs that the hotel couldn’t accommodate I couldn’t let them start for the week so I paid the outrageous fee when his dietary restrictions are medical I explain that to the staff and they showed no sympathy or compassion Out of 10, I would rate the experience, staff and hospitality as a 2 out of 10 Definitely recommend bringing your business elsewhere

Nice place, but for the rates should be an awesome place Standard room nothing wrong, just nothing special The beds are WAY TOO SOFT for my liking

I know it’s preference, but it’s like a giant pillow – no back support left me stiff is putting it nicelyStaff was all very friendly, willing to help No complaints thereLocation is out of the city so it’s 20 min to get anywhere and not super close to the airport

N G

Nice hotel Staff was friendly and professional Hotel is located in a nice quiet area

Room was clean, which is a plus for me Bed was comfortable I noticed a few cosmetic things, like the tub had a scratch and maybe the bathroom could use some new paint Nothing major It just seems like it’s an older hotel but very clean! Nice property overall We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again Also, there’s a Starbucks in the lobby 😁

Joshua Williams

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, great staff Only two restaurants in close walking distance, but both were great and several others are close by Nice walking trails just off property

We stayed one night in the Tower Room and our stay was amazing!! The room was comfortable and very peacefulStaff was so friendly and helpful with everything but the breakfast is the absolute stand out of the stay We sat out in the wonderful back patio area and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had

Great coffee and tea and the egg scramble for breakfast was so good!Highly recommended and way better than a noisy downtown hotelCan’t wait to go back! Thanks for a great stay!

If you don’t mind walking out of town, this is a great place to stay in Denver The room we had was amazing – at the top of the house and overlooking the park The staff were fantastic

And the breakfast tasty (if a little spicy)We were taken back by the number of homeless people living in tents on some of the streets we need to walk through But you could always catch a cab

Charlie Seo

The room, the food, and the people (staff and other guests) were all amazing There is so much attention to detail from the decor of the room we stayed in to the amazing breakfast that we had during our 2-night stay Milan, who runs the place(?) and makes breakfast, is really friendly and knowledgeable about Denver

He really took the time to help us with ideas for exploring Denver and made some awesome recommendations that weren’t on our list We appreciated the little touches, like the cookies that were made for guests and what felt like a genuine interest in making sure that our time in Denver was the best At the end of our trip and upon our return home, we kept talking about how much we loved Denver, and how the Queen Anne was the highlight of our weekend

The only problem I had was the rude lady at the coffee shop on the lobby level She got the order wrong and became rude, when I told her Other then that the stay was very warm

F Rey

Front desk staff were friendly Our room was not serviced as requested Beds not made, and they didn’t stock us shampoo or toilet paper! We also requested extra towels in the morning and never received them

So we called to ask for the items we needed We received them 3 hours later after several callsNot very good room service Probably go with another hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at The Maven The staff are a particular standout, everyone who works here, from the concierge to security, is friendly, sweet, and professional On of the guys at the door, Aaron, drove us to pick up a rental and gave us some great tips along the way

The room has a minimalist vibe, but the bed was comfy, the shower and bathroom was spacious, and the balcony was great Tough to beat the location as well, right in the heart of downtown and near some great restaurants and shopping And, to top it off, there was a local market happening in the alley outside of the hotel, which was really well done and full of cool stuff We’ll definitely be back!

Samantha Young

We were over the moon with our stay at The Maven Kristin and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helped us make the most of our stay The rooms are super cute and modern with amazing views

We love the artsy vibe of the whole place, swing while you wait for the elevator? Yes please The restaurants and bars downstairs are also praise worthy and super hip Love that you get a free happy hour drink too This is the perfect home base for a stay in Denver We enjoyed starting the day with a cup of coffee at Huck Hope to come back the next time we are in town!

Amelia Power

We stayed at the Maven for a special celebration evening We had been wanting to stay at this hotel for quite awhile as we really enjoy this part of town Overall, it was a good stay

Our room was fantastic in that it had a huge patio, the bed was very comfy with nice linens, service all around was awesome, and we really enjoyed our evening downtown and coffee on the patio in the morning However, for the price (almost $700/night), the Maven really needs to step up their game There were only outlets on one side of the bed (and it was clear that they had sort of rigged that power strip into the side table) The shower is good, but there are no shelves inside to keep personal items, so you have to place them on the shower floor (yuck!) There was no mini fridge and the coffee set up (messy pour over) was chintzy Finally, the perk of this room was the big patio, so you would expect that they provide extra blankets or some way to enjoy the outdoor area in late winter, but there was nothing When you pay luxury prices, you expect to feel pampered and have your needs anticipated, and this hotel did not meet that expectation

The room was all right, but I couldn’t shake the feeling this was going to drip on me I understand this a design choice, but I could be wrong We checked in around nine or ten at night

The lobby was busy, a cacophony of bright colors and people all rushing and bumping into one another I made a mental note to check out the restaurant in the morning and went directly to sleepIn the morning I found out that the restaurant freely distributes stink-eye to the weary poor folks who wander into their establishment uninvited”Do you have a reservation?” The exasperated host asked looking at us as if we climbed out of a dumpster We slept in a modified parking spot, not a dumpster Cut us some slack?Eventually we were allowed to sit at the bar, where I had a scone and some yogurt My water glass stayed full I really do feel we upset many people by even walking into this place I spoke with no one, outside of ordering, and I still don’t know what the right answer was for where I was allowed to eatBreakfast was good I felt relieved when it was time to pay the checkStill not sure what the mandatory amenities charge was for, I did not find much to use it on I feel it is more likely being used as a depositBe prepared The experience was not bad, just not for me It is a very nice and hip place, very loud and trendy, the water is as expensive as anywhere elseI’m just happy the ceiling didn’t drip

Graham Vance

The room is extremely quiet but the air conditioning is quite loud The ceiling in the room is bare concrete which is interesting The shower is nice

The location is right next to Union Station making it a great place to stay if you fly in as a train takes you from the airport to Union Station There is a pretty decent restaurant in the hotel and many more restaurants nearby

Laura Riggan Feltner

Do not stay here Half of the outlets don’t work in the rooms, most of the TV channels don’t come in due to “weak signal”, there are no safes in the rooms, and the housekeeping staff do not respect the do not disturb signs I had mine on the door, as I do not want people in my room during a pandemic

The housekeeping came into my room, touched and moved all of my things and then took the do not disturb sign away I CANNOT believe they did this and put me and my household at risk by contaminating my room AND my belongings I travel here for work and stayed here due to it being the closest option I will never make that choice again Last time I stayed here, there was dirty carpet and clothing from previous people in my room Disgusted and very upset!!!!!

It was nice I loved the pool and hot tub We stayed in a room that had a tub in the room with a beautiful view of the mountains

We where a little disappointed with the Market Food was really good at the source restaurant They have some of the most beautiful flower arrangementsFront desk staff was great and friendly I will say the couch was not super comfortable

Kelsey Zeikel

Hotel has a modern, industrial layout Feels very spacious and new Rooms are a great size however do feel dorm like

“Mountain view” does in fact face mountains but you mostly see a ton of construction and large parking lotsBeds/pillows aren’t the most comfortable AC is extremely loud Also had issues with my bathroom and toilet making loud, screeching voices all nightPros are location as the market hall is quite nice and all the restaurant options are above average Reunion bakery and Safta were favorites

Enya Spicer

Beautiful hotel with an excellent staff I received nothing less than great communication and customer service from the front desk to the housekeepers! There was a lot of confusion about my charges, stemming from receipts never making it to my email and cost breakdowns Each time I called over the past two weeks, the front desk was always patient and helpful

Maria and Jamie (I hope I spelled their names correctly), helped me with my final charge and gave me all the information I need I could rave all day about this hotel Thank you for an incredible stay
