This is a great value Okay, it’s not the Ritz, but it’s solid for the money Staff was extremely friendly

Rooms were very clean and felt comfortable My biggest surprise was their “continental breakfast” I actually wasn’t expecting anything, but it was so much more than a simple muffin and coffee Saved me a lot of time and was more than I needed The rooftop bar wasn’t operational when I was there, but lots of great spots within walking distance Pro tip: Don’t waste your time and money with the place across the street Lots of cool spots around town that are a better value, and better experience

Cori Brown

Excellent service from the front desk this evening! We went in to pay for a room for a birthday surprise in April and we were so happily greeted with nothing but friendly, polite and attentive reception It is nice to know that the room is secure and there won’t be a hassle at check inThank you so much to the folks at The Coast Hotel!

Cheyanne Farr

Overall this was a decent stay The positives are a comfy bed, great continental breakfast (including breakfast sandwiches and hard boiled eggs), and location The rooftop bar was closed when I visited, but I’ve been told it is a great attraction

The views are great, and the elevator is a fun way to see Wenatchee as wellThe downsides were my room was very noisy, and I requested to be moved, however was told this wasn’t possible due to being fully booked The confusing part about this was I could still book a new room, and the parking lot and lobby were never full The hotel itself is also fairly outdated; it would highly benefit from some basic freshening up as well, such as window cleanings (the windows especially in the elevators are covered in bird poop, a bit of a distraction from what is an amazing feature) & deep cleaning the bathroomsFor the price it’s overall good, but it does have room for improvements

Well, for starters, the room was overwhelmingly musty Shower was cold throughout the 4 days of my stay People were parked directly outside my bathroom window which, made me feel slightly uncomfortable

to say the least And to top it all off, I was locked out of my room because I stained a towel with dirt I’m a construction worker We get dirty sometimesI would recommend this place to absolutely no oneAnd I paid $20 for that $2 towelMAYBE THAT IS WHY I ONLY GOT 80 OF MY 100 DOLLAR DEPOSIT BACK? 🤷🏻

melissa courchane

Rooms were okay T V didn’t work for a couple days

Our room door didn’t lock automatically when you you shut it So you could just push on it and it would open I will never stay there again they kept my 10000 deposit because the towels were dirty They weren’t that dirty at all But to keep my whole deposit is not right So I’d you stay here make sure you dont dirty the towels or else they will keep your 100 dollar deposit

Honee Hill

If I could leave no stars I would! My husband paid 200 dollars for a “jacuzzi” room for my birthday There was rotting food in the microwave, the panel for the jacuzzi was lying on the floor and bugs were crawling, 2 to be exact on the tub! I went straight to the office and he said they were short staffed So I replied, then how can you charge full price for a room that looks like it belongs on skidrow!? He said he would give us a 40% discount and when my husband checked us out he only gave him 20 dollars off

We had to leave and go find something to do until 7 o’clock that night until our room was suitable to use Then when I turned the jacuzzi on yellow foam came out of the jets so we didn’t even get to use what we paid for! SAVE YOURSELVES AND DON’T GET A ROOM HERE! PAY THE EXTRA 20-30 $ AND GET A DECENT ROOM SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Nicole

It was exceptionally clean! Every corner, nook and cranny was spotless I’m someone that usually gets disgusted easily at public locations, hotels and public bathrooms, but I felt very comfortable in our room especially the bathroom Front desk person was very friendly and helpful and the entire property is welcoming

For the price you can’t go wrong with it It’s also a 10min drive to Leavenworth My only complaint is the fact that they only gave us thin blankets, no comforters! It was cold without thick blankets and it didn’t feel right without them BUT they have good heating/AC system

Allison Barnhart

First, I would like to say that the customer service is great Very friendly staff The room was pretty clean aside from the floor being a little sticky

Price is decent The issues that we had were misinformation on their website Said it was 5 minutes away from downtown Leavenworth So we assumed it was within walking distance, that’s one of the things we were looking for Not even close It was actually 10 minute drive to downtown Leavenworth which really put a damper on our trip

Kirstin Juarez

Quiet and clean On a work trip on graduation weekend and they have provided everything we needThe property does not allow pets

I have a service animal and they were very respectful and easy to work withWe also have not been bothered by any young folks or their celebration ruckusThanks for everything we appreciate your services very much!

We have a wonderful stay We arrived early and only had to wait 15 minutes and our room was ready It was a friend weekend, so we were meeting others for a BBQ and picnic

The room was really clean, the A/C worked REALLY well They had cookies and popcorn for guests in the late afternoon and evening They also had a breakfast, but we didn’t get to partake in that Looked pretty good, though The pool is right there to see when you arrive Looked to be a great place for a family to have fun

Carol Gallegos

This is a modest hotel, but the service excels! Upon arrival a very friendly Rachel greeted us and checked us in She offered that they have popcorn in the lobby until 6PM and cookies later in the evening She recommended several choices for dinner

The room is clean and the bed comfortable Upon our return from dinner Rachel gave us cookies to take too our room Then around 2AM the noise from the people in the next room was ridiculous! They were partying and so loud that we could not sleep I called the front desk and Pam very politely said she had already spoken to them once Then she went to their room, knocked on their door and warned them again That shut them up I was very pleased with Pam’s attentiveness to the problem When unruly guests disturb others, please don’t blame the hotel But her attention to solving the problem was impressive Thank you!

Sallie VanDyke

Everything was clean if a little worn due to age and usage – nothing that would stop me from staying again The breakfast was OK Employees were friendly and helpful

Toilet was way to low, hard for us older folks to get up from it Hopefully when they need replacing they will use higher onesThis hotel as well as every other one I have stayed in needs more hangers, hooks in bathroom and room to put items you will use every day (toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, hair brushes, electric razor, etc) things you don’t want to have to dig out of your luggage everyday Since the TV was on top of the dresser there wasn’t a lot of room to use Also two of those “thingies” you put your luggage on would be niceAll in all I would stay there again

We stay here all the time and recently stayed for my son’s birthday Super friendly staff The rooms are always clean and the pool area is perfect for the ones who get cold easily when swimming

I didn’t like the change in the breakfast price and packages We purchased a suite and still had to pay for breakfast We arrived at 830 for breakfast The buffet was normal oatmeal, cereal, juice, and toast The buffet did have some eggs and potatoes that were cold The buffet was 9$ If you want bacon or meat you have to pay for that as well does not come with buffet Which was 5$ for bacon paid14$ for breakfast wasn’t worth the priceWe definitely were not aware of the buffet charges Better off ordering a plate from the kitchen Other then that we had a great experience!

The hotel is located in downtown Wenatchee with lots of amenities close by The rooms are clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the staff is friendly They serve a decent complimentary breakfast with sausage patties, scrambled eggs, hash browns, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, etc

It is only about a three block walk down to the beautiful River Walk I would have given it five stars, except it has a air conditioner/heating unit that does not have adjustable vents, so it blows directly on to the bed It was rather noisy In all fairness to them, we did spend the night there when it was about 110° outside, so the AC was kicking on and off all night long

Rexcene Schendel

First I was greeted by Able, he was a God send Not only did he make checking in easy, but he made sure he put me in a room I could keep as I don’t know how long I will be here He gave excellent directions back to the hospital, as I got lost finding a motel

He gave me advice on where to find great food and his service was full of smiles and compassion I will come here again because of him The rooms are clean and comfortable

Samantha Renee

First of all, when I called this place the receptionist said the hotel was 30 mins from where I was (I was from out of town and my phone’s location wasn’t working) only to discover that it was actually a little over and hour away from where I was This was when gas was getting close to $6 a gallon Check in was painfully slow and there was only one group ahead of us

in the lobby there was this disgusting artificial cherry/vanilla smell that was so bad I had to cover my nose with my shirt if I wanted to leave the room at allThe room itself was nice It felt spacious for the price and didn’t smell as bad as the hotel itself but still had a musky smell and I could tell especially in the bathroom the cleaning standards weren’t quite there The toilet had some cleaning products that weren’t quite wiped off and the sink bowl had some stains you could tell that were probably from the previous guests the night beforeAll in all, in a pinch I would stay here again for the price, but I really hope they sort that smell out

I know that there is a lot of mosquitoes around this time of year But this place is infested with mosquitoes! Bring lots of mosquitoes repellentI do want to give some recognition to Amora the kitchen’s lady she was absolutely wonderful! She is a very upbeat and perky

And Hunter in the reception was nice and helpfulThere was misunderstanding about a double charge When this was brought to there attention in the front desk she was just dismissive of what had happened The reception lady (Cindi) was NO help at all and had lots of attitude

Lynn H

To start a with I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room I stayed in It was spotless and the front desk staff was very friendly My main problem with this hotel is how loud it was

It was one of the worst nights of sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had At 1am there was still a large group of people standing in the hall running around and loudly talking I was the second room from the front desk They had to know how loud it was There is no quiet time in this hotel! If your someone who appreciates your sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel If your ok with a loud night you will most likely enjoy your stay

I booked our room online ‘way back in April for our August road trip and am glad I did I used the online registration the day before we got there, which was very easy and convenient Christina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us our room

Our room was clean and comfortable, and also quiet, which we really appreciated The refrigerator was the perfect size for our needs The room was very clean, and we really appreciated all the extra work the staff goes to in these days of Covid to keep things sanitized The shower had awesome water pressure, and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies The a/c unit was pretty quiet and easy to setThe complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing: pancakes, waffles (bake your own), fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, link sausage, bakery items, and yogurt; we ate in a pleasant dining area with a fireplace (which we didn’t need!)We only stayed one night, and Denise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly She got us checked out quickly and easily I want to give a special shout-out to both her and Christina for helping to make our stay so pleasant

Abby Hegberg

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I always have a great experience especially with the staff We stayed here and in the morning when we were came out to the lobby for breakfast, we were unfortunately we got out there just a couple minutes after the closed everything up Fortunately for us, one of the workers or manager was extremely helpful

He saw that we were hungry and said that they still have some food in the back if we want to dish some up He made us some fresh pancakes and the kitchen staff were even letting us know that they still had some eggs, bacon, potato hash-browns, and even biscuits and gravy left We were so grateful to be able to dish everything up, they even had whipped cream and strawberries for the pancakes; it was a great breakfast and we give all of our thanks to the very nice man and kitchen staff! He even went and got a fresh pot of coffee for an elderly couple that were waiting in the lobby as well I have no bad feelings to say, it’s all very new and updated as well, their customer service is phenomenal :))

Leanne Walp

The rooms were clean and the breakfast good But the GM here is awesome! Very personable and friendly She deserves a raise for everything she had to deal with

There were two hockey teams here for the weekend so things were a bit crazy and loud at times But, for the most part, they were pretty good Great staff all the way around!
