Very good and clean hotel We booked 2 rooms with queen beds instead we got two spacious rooms with king beds The room had everything neat and clean

Totally impressed with the efficiency of the breakfast area They had provided and arranged the stuff so we make sure we use all the things , cups and cutlery and leave no mess In deed , everyone used the nook during peak hours left the area so clean Because we have everything needed to eat peacefully Food was constantly refilled until closing timeAll areas from reception, elevators and rooms are well maintained , cleaned and pleasant Will book here whenever we come

Samantha Faust

This place was immaculate The hotel was clean, room was so spacious/very clean Bed was soft and comfy

Location is ideal Great service Nice breakfast, everything was seriously greatThe best part was the front desk assistant, April She was AMAZING Literally anything we needed, she was our girl She was so kind, helpful, and friendly We talked for a good bit and I loved her personalityShe made check in SO easyShe literally made this trip I highly recommend

Yannie Nicole

The hotel room was very clean and comfy, I had a girls night slumber party and it was the best The room was cool on a hot Saturday night and the Hotel desk agent was more than happy to get me some ice (because I lack sense of direction in finding an ice machine 🤣) The shower was nice and hot, I mean REALLY hot, and the water pressure was the best ever

I slept like a newborn baby after a night of cake and gummy bears I would absolutely book this hotel again 🥰

The best (affordable) hotel we’ve stayed in, in Houston! We come here several times a month with our medically complex son who visits the Children’s hospital frequently and this is the only place we will stay! Always clean, very friendly staff, every accommodation you can think of and the beds great A comfy stay in a very comfortable neighborhood Definitely recommend!

Sarah M.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews unless they are truly warranted But this place… Just no Don’t stay here

The first room they gave us didn’t have functioning air conditioning The second room it barely worked The carpet was filthy and had stains all over it You could feel the springs in the bed The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the caulk was nasty For the price of this hotel and the fact that it was a Residence Inn I was really disappointed The overall upkeep and cleanliness was very poor Don’t spend your money at this hotel

R L

Not the best service experience at this hotel I am allergic to feather pillows I state on my profile preferences foam only

I requested foam and the hotel had noneI asked for a blanket to cover the feather pillows, the front desk staff never brought them to my room The elevator was out for more than 24 hours on my building The room was clean and breakfast was good

Stayed in the executive floor with the newly remodeled suite I believe our work group was first to stay in this floor after remodeling The suite was spacious and very well designed

They had not opened the lounge yet The staff was very friendly and they did have a bar downstairs as well Our package included breakfast which had a very good spread of eggs and breakfast meats that changed every day in addition to bread, cereals, etcReducing 1 star because the TV did not work and construction was happening during the day But overall great experience and would stay there again

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downHands down the best hotel I stayed at during my vacation the entire front office crew are rockstars each person I dealt with was kind, helpful and accommodating The night manager even followed up on a request I had submitted that he thought had gone unanswered The housekeeping crew was nice as well I will be back next month renovations are currently going on not a deal breaker also the renovated rooms are pretty sleek I didn’t try out the breakfast or bar this trip maybe next time

San Antonio Realtor Maria T Ferreira EXP Realty LLC

The hotel rooms are clean and very spacious Front desk checked me in and out fairly quickly Having a suite room is a big plus for me

It’s close proximity to the major highways and the Galleria was a definite winner The only thing I didn’t like about it is their toilet easily get clogged so we had to call for a service crew to get it done They were very prompt and took care of the issue quickly so that was really great I’m not a fan of “climate controlled” Ac coz I love it super cold when I’m in bed I would have given it a 5 star if it weren’t for the the toilet issue and the climate controlled ac

Exceptionally clean! The cleanest motel I have ever stayed in I looked and could not find dirt or dust The linens have that wonderful and reassuring ‘just a touch’ of bleach smell

The motel is basic and unassuming, but provided everything we needed while I was being treated at MD Anderson which is only 10 min away Lots of great middle eastern and Mexican restaurants nearby that offered delicious take away and delivery Great value for dollar at this establishment

Emmett Keyser

Very clean Nice staff Quiet

Unassuming Honestly everything you could ask for in an inexpensive hotel I know they probably aren’t _the_ cheapest but let me tell you I was at another hotel at the same price and it was rundown not to mention they had lost power (not Scottish Inn) I happened to be on a run and ran past Scottish Inn and asked if they had any rooms which they did As soon as I could I switched over to this hotel Didn’t regret it I would say that the only thing to mention as a negative is that the bed was a bit soft and mushy Other than that if you’re looking to save money, you could do a lot worse than this place

Oleg Papusha

I’ve been staying here for about three weeks now, waiting for more permanent arrangement But this place is truly great! Rooms are spacious and clean Large screen TV, microwave, minifriedge

Everything works Lots of channels on TV It’s peaceful and quiet Office staff and housekeepers are courteous and helpful And there’s Chevron only 2-3 minutes walk from here

Stayed two nights here a few months ago The rooms are comfortable and quiet for being right in the med center Location is perfect if the med center is where you need to be

I had room service twice and it was about average on speed and quality The clincher at this hotel, though, is Carl in the restaurant area I was fortunate enough to have him as my server both nights He is excellent at his job – a true gem in the service industry If you’re lucky enough to visit on a night when Carl is working, be sure to ask for a Princess Di at the bar

_

Had a pleasant stay for sure Clean room, with nice paintings inside and all the necessary things as hotels go Gym, swimming pool available thou entrance to it you have to find first

We were quite high above so the view was nice From minuses would be parking, yes you can use valet parking and pay quite a lot but if you are more like me and traveled for 6 hours in a car for a vacation you would like to buy a hotel stay and assume that if it is not possible to find parking outside the hotel that the hotel will provide it(just Hiden in the fee I mean) and not come inn tiered and try to find out how to do it and where Talking about breakfast it is a interesting, above average for sure with some healthy choices and vegetables and even cheese plates But it was confusing that when you come in it is not stated what is included in your stay and what is extra that will be put on the room Compliments to the reception staff, very polite professional and even with a small bonus My daughter asked about Easter bunny and at the reception they played the game and checked if he was staying at the hotel Next day small basket with a few eggs were given to her It is not something very expensive but I am very grateful and happy No bide next to the WC if you are wondering I stayed a few days and the room was cleaned every day Summary good modern hotel with professional staff Not too far (few min walk) tram station can bring you to downtown

Sean Vinck

This is a high quality, reasonably priced and perfectly located hotel I’ve had perhaps 5 trips to Houston over the past two months and each time stayed at this hotel I’ve never been disappointed

The restaurants are extremely high high quality The interior public spaces are beautiful and well maintained The rooms are very high quality comfortable with a number of luxury features There is a fine responsive very professional staff If business or pleasure take you to Texas Medical District in Houston this is a top notch option

The Hotel Indigo Houston at the Galleria is a very lovely hotel for a romantic getaway The atmosphere is artistically fantastic, and the service from the staff is very professional, friendly, and exceptional The room was absolutely perfect from the layout to the wonderful shower to the very comfortable bed

Importantly, the room was very clean, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have seen in a long time The staff averted a romantic disaster when I realized I had forgotten my corkscrew for my wine as they quickly allowed me to borrow theirs I used their weights and weight machine in the fitness room, and it was wonderful Finally, I really enjoyed the location of the hotel in the uptown area of Houston I will definitely return to the Hotel Indigo Houston at the Galleria in the future for another spectacular getaway!

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downIf you are looking for a very clean hotel with excellent staff, look no further! I was in Houston for business and was scheduled to stay at another “boutique” hotel However, once I arrived at that hotel, it was filthy I came to Hotel Indigo where I was warmly and professionally greeted by Sylvester who very promptly got me a room for the rest of my stay He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was exceptional, and that every detail was taken care of The room was very spacious and immaculately clean I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo and will be using them again for future stays

Hotel is very well located right on San Felipe Blvd and a few blocks away from main attractions such as shopping malls, pharmacies and restaurants The hotel is a bit outdated but it seems it’s currently undergoing renovations Service was great and very hands on! Very personal and people greeting you by your name at all times

Big shoutout to the valet team! Rooms are big and spacious You can find almost all amenities needed for a leisure trip We stayed on the x15-20’s rooms and their view is very nice, you can see the nearby skyline scene Definitely a great option to consider if you are staying in the area

Jim Foster

Very disappointing Even though some of the staff was very kind the hotel is no longer a good representative of the St Regis I knew The food tasted like it was a frozen hungry man dinner and the decor was very worn

When we arrived the room was hot and took a long time to cool down The sofa was stained and the cushions were coming apart at the seams The carpet was a patchwork of replacement pieces and the bed linens were so wrinkled and messy it looked like someone had just pulled up the duvet after sleeping in it It did not look or feel clean When we ordered breakfast they delivered breakfast and then the coffee came several minutes later because of some butler service? It was so annoying that two separate people had to disturb us in the morning We won’t be returning to this or any other St Regis for awhile it’s no better than a Marriott courtyard

Amber Blumenstock

Most Amazing Stay! I was really looking forward to this much needed “solo dolo” relaxation vacation From the moment I arrived to the moment I got in my Uber to go home, everything was spectacular When you walk in it smells like LOVE

They made me feel special at every turn! Samantha was a fantastic receptionist and explained everything I needed to know Valet was terrific and even greeted me by name I got upgraded and ended up on the 11th floor and the view was amazing Rooms were spacious, clean and came with its own set of robes and slippers I ordered a lot, and I mean a lot of food over the course of my 4 day stay and almost everything was perfect The only thing not enjoyable was the avocado toast Steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection, and OMG the lobster bisque is the BEST I have ever tasted ordered it 3 times (and its one of my favorite dishes so I almost always order it wherever I go ) This bisque was full of meat and flavor and I need that recipe All the sides were flavorful and the desserts were sinful Shout out to the creator of that Crème Brule Never had one like it and am going to try and recreate it It is a must try when you go there Breakfast was amazing and fast I ordered room service several times and was not disappointed by the food or the wonderful conversation I had with the server The main reason I picked this hotel was because of the Tea Time I invited my friends and we had an unforgettable experience Not to mention, there was a live harpist playing in the background, which would take requests for music We wanted to ask her to play “The Boy is Mine” with Brandy and Monica but figured that would be a very far reach in this particular environment I visited the pool, which was heated-ish but still comfortable enough to swim in and it was only 75 degrees I don’t have one bad thing to say about St Regis or the staff Thank you all so much for a wonderful getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this place I made reservations for my husband birthday at Alba Ristorante The attention to detail, atmosphere and cuisine was spectacular! If you are looking for something unique, elegant and high end this is the place you have been dreaming

There is nothing like this in Houston! Thank you for the greatest birthday dinner we could have asked for! You guys have exceeded all expectations!

Lynda N.

Had afternoon tea with a friend, and I really enjoyed the sandwiches / savory items The clotted cream served with the scones was excellent Both teas that I tried were good (black), and I prefer the Granduca setting over other tea rooms or hotels because it is quiet, and our conversation did not compete with music and loud voices trying to occupy open echoing spaces

Mira

There is no word to describe how wonderful it was to spend time here and have a nice chat with a great friend over a cup of tea and delicious sweets and savory bitesThe staff were super nice and attentive The overall ambiance was beautiful and calming

Kodus to the management and the great hardworking team for providing such a pleasant experience

Hubert of the Mokara spa alone made this review 5/5 stars The massages were exceptional We’ve had massages all over the world and these were top tier! The staff was kind, thorough, and paid very close attention to detail

They helped me and my wife have an exceptional time celebrating our anniversary The moment they found out the brought us a special dessert and made us feel at homeThe hotel food is extremely delicious Well worth what we paid The quality 100% meets the price Room service was incredible as well Ice cream hadn’t even thawed when it was served! Would recommend to friends and especially family! The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and fresh The room was missing a small refrigerator, but one is available for rent This would be my only concern Thank you Omni for an incredible weekend get away!

Beautiful hotel, location was perfect for all the places we went to All the staff members were fantastic, super friendly and very accommodating Our view from our room was a plus, for sure

My most favorite part and the main reason for the 5 star review are the valet staffs Every single one of them are so sweet!! Really made me and my friends feel so very special! Very helpful, prompt, and professional Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back soon! ❤️

Okay quality, maybe you’ll want to keep looking though…Upon checking in, there was an issue with one of our rooms; they didn’t have the correct bed (needed 2, had conformation for 2, system had one) so we had to wait an extra 15 minutes, no worries Once we got the correct room, it was on the second floor, the noisiest floor with some kind of banging that starts at 6:50am each morning that we stayed there It does go away, but we were already woken up for the day

The comforter was stained, and I realize it happens, but you don’t want to see it if possible The curtains in the pictures are not for all rooms, as we only had blinds which did very little The room is only made up if you leave a note, and the air conditioning is on an automatic setting where it goes to 62° in the middle of the night Both of our key cards for the room got deactivated the first night (being held separately) and we had to get them redone While at the desk, we asked for a hairdryer which they provided because there wasn’t one in the room There is only a valet option for parking which for us was $30 a day plus tax and we tipped every time The staff was lovely but this wasn’t the greatest experience

I have been coming here for years If you stay for a few days you won’t be let downNice clean rooms Valet service was very convenient and the price was good considering that the stay included valet Breakfast was decent but not spectacular, but good considering it was included No problems during our stay here

Darshan Satyamurthy

Firstly, this hotel is definitely a 2-star hotel if not 1-star For a 3-star hotel which charges 4 star prices for stay it doesn’t even have basics such as a bottled water for the guests during the stay Very CHEAP I thought for it to be calling itself HYATT and not including bottled water

Secondly, The AC is so loud that I definitely thought that something went wrong in the room only to realize that the AC got turned on Took some time to get used to the AC noise Definitely a downer if you are going to stay with a small babyAlso, the room and bathroom are so very small The shower is so small even for half a person to fit in Not that I care but they don’t even give good quality shower gelOh and Beware of the extra charge of $32 per night as PARKING fees – not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking Thought it was a loot for the stayAnd definitely do not leave valuables in the car when you drop your car when you do valet parking because when I left my bag, the valet guys had opened the bags and searched To my luck there were no valuables in the bagThe breakfast has not any major items in the menu and same as any 2-star hotel Hyatt should call this and advertise as a 2-star rather than a 3-star hotelAlso I would definitely suggest to book a different hotel and not this one

This was our first time staying at this Marriott It was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend it The moment we arrived, the valet gentlemen was so courteous and the gentlemen who checked us in was also outstanding

In my app I have request and every Marriott that we’ve stayed in will mention in when we’re checking in, which I appreciate The room at this hotel surprised us, when we walked in it was a nice 68 degrees, many times hotel rooms will be very warm and takes a while to cool down The TV welcomed us (our name) displayed The room was very spacious and hotel was very clean We decided to try the restaurant located inside the hotel, it was an open concept to the bar Our waiter was outstanding he explained he usually is the bartender but tonight he was on the floor because they had an additional bartender We enjoyed getting to know him and learned he recently moved here from California Beds are comfortable, it would be nice if Marriott would offer queen size beds instead of full size Perfect location and perfect hotel We will definitely be staying here again

35 stars if I could The lobby, restaurant, and gym/amenities are nice

Service is 10/10, everyone is very kind3 stars because the rooms are so outdated, shower was old, bed was not comfortable Could’ve just been my room though This is very much a 3 star hotel in regard to the room

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be disappointedAmazing staff makes you feel welcome from the time you checkin to your last minute on the property More than makes up for the somewhat dated rooms and the parking garage that takes a little getting used to

Simply superb! Stayed five nights Every time we entered the lobby the staff acknowledged my family with a warm welcome Clean, homey, and had everything we needed after a long stay in the hospital

Thank you for the loving welcome and piece of mind during my family’s stay Facility well maintained The website pics are accurate Conveniently located next to various restaurants, stores, and gas stations Parking lot is well lit and cameras are in view

The staff was incredible every one of them was very welcoming and very friendly! Now for the rooms, they need a major upgrade we had tiny ants which I was like whatever it happens no biggie but everything was very jank! Nothing to do with the employees I know that but the owner/management needs to step it up and redo their rooms Just some food for thought! The grounds were nice just need a lot of updates in the rooms for the price you pay Hopefully, they can give them some love and care and put a little love into them and not have such cheap junk! Spend a little of that money and put it into your rooms

Again we appreciate all the friendly employees that were just amazing thank you y’all 💜

My stay was for 5/1/2022 – 5/6/2022 (nice rooms)On our first night, our Tundra had its catalytic converter stolen while parked under a security camera, and parking lot light (Hotel staff offered no help, and mentioned that corporate took away their security guard)On our 3rd day, one of my 7 reservations was canceled without a reason

We were instructed to simply share a room (points were offered, but never sent)On the 4th day, both elevators went out on a 5 story hotel Some guests visiting the medical center for cancer services did not have the strength to reach their rooms via stairs One of our group had a great deal of difficulty due to recent knee replacementsStaff was friendly, but the front desk had a consistent attitude

This hotel is AMAZING! Wow From the valet parking team opening and closing the door for us with a big smile, to the receptionist explaining everything, letting us know about the great restaurants and walking us to the elevator AlsoJose, our kind and helpful bellman showing us the room, lights, speaker system, etc

We also had the pleasure to meet one of the housekeepers, getting our room ready with slippers and chocolates She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed… lastly we ordered room service and Leah was very sweet, presented our absolutely delicious dinner Even the water on the flowers vase was cold Bravo for your attention to details, taste to classy luxury high end finishes Fantastic Experience! Spotless and impeccable hotel from A to Z

My original 1star review was for the reservations department I was so happy to find out that person wasn’t actually working at the property

My stay was nothing less than amazing from start to finish! The customer service was unmatched! The pool area is beautiful and they even have a hot tub which was a pleasant surprise I just checked out and I’m already ready to go back! It was definitely the best 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in No complaints at all! I would give a 10 star review if I could

Wonderful staff! Courteous and willing to help with any questions and concerns The beds are extremely comfortable with good linens The room was quiet

Breakfast had a variety of offerings The meat offering was different every day of our stayHotel is older and needs some maintenance

Christian Vargas

The staff here is friendly From the outside the hotel looks decent The beds are comfortable

The card reader inside the gate doesn’t work the buzzer button also is broke The restroom has a super low toilet just glad my knees aren’t bad The wallpaper in restroom was coming off Had a stand up shower only the door only opens so much so if your heavy set might have trouble squeezing in The fridge was turned off in the room No TV guide in the room To park in the gate it’s $20 a night

Kaden Alvarado

Would I stay again? No Hotel is very outdated and in dire need of renovations Smells of mold as soon as you get into the lobby

Beds were very firm, but I know this is a preference for some If you are looking for firm, this is the place for you Was equivalent to laying on the floor for us Ac never cooled in room, felt more as a fan, but definitely not coldHotel was booked out so could not change rooms and as it was only for one night, we dealt with itRoom was clean, but very worn Roofing patches peeling off, cracked sink, wall paper peeling, and heavily stained carpet Over night parking attendant on hand Breakfast had a good variety, but no attendant on hand to clean up or enforce anything I witnessed both kids and adults grabbing items, with bare hands, not using tongs provided A serving spoon fell to the floor, and was picked up and placed back into the eggs Food all over floor and counter We decided to skip breakfast due to this and eat else whereWhat did it for me though was upon check out, my teenager went to front counter to buy a drink Clerk tells him it’s $10, son laughs thinking he’s playing with him He then repeats it’s $10 Mind you in store, $250 for this same drink Son responds, wow that’s quite an upcharge, but is just thirsty and tells him okay, I guess, and pulls out his card Attendant tells him, our card reader is down, it’s cash only I am a few feet away, overhearing everything I walk up as son tells him well I only have card Attendant realizes I’m with him, rolls eyes and goes well just take it then (for free)I’ll let you be the judge this situation on your own Based off of this situation, we will not return to this location We traveled for years to many hotels within the Hilton brand, and while I know items are marked up for convenience, find it hard to believe $10 for a drink Location was decent, and convenient to many places However, I do not feel it lives up to the brand at all

All of the staff, except for one, are very professional ,and extremely accommodating That “one staff, person”, a/k/a as “The Front Desk Manager”, often displayed total unprofessionalism with not only the guests but hotel employees as well If I had a Nickle for every time I heard complaints about her I’d be a billionaire

If I had a penny for every time I was dissatisfied with her, I’d be a millionaire Being the professional thatThe fridge in my room that leaked inside, continuously and although I reported it, it was never repaired nor replaced The room a/c was dirty, and blew out dust and debris, and didn’t keep the room consistently cool I kept reporting how extremely hot it was in my room, and the last report, I was told to BUY a fan I often saw roaches, and crickets not only in the common areas, but had some in my room! I reported that as well and was told that the exterminator would be out in a few days I ended up purchasing “No Pest Strips”and hung them in my room The gnat and flea infestation is totally unbelievable! If the health department conducted an inspection, there would be numerous infractions and citationsI finally checked out late one night due to the afore mentioned reasons coupled with the front desk manager’s total display of unprofessionalism and rudeness to me That was the final straw! Wasn’t worth trying to continue to tough it out! I do however want to acknowledge the employees below:To: Denise Richards, thank you so much for your kindness and assistance before and during my stay there I pray that God will continue to watch over and bless youTo: Shon, Courtney, Tessa, Gary, Keke, Evadine, and Harmony, I can never repay your for the genuine respect, kindness, and assistance that all of you gave me, so I pray for God to continue to watch over and bless each of you I want to emphasize customer service and genuine respect, because you gave that genuinely, not only me but to all who entered that hotelThe 8 of you demonstrated consistently what the The Hospitality Industry is all about! Don’t loose that, and in Jesus Name, you will go farSincerely,'”The Director of Regulatory and Tax Reporting”

Completed booking on bookingcom, upon getting to hotel after waiting for 20 minutes in the 24 hour lobby after calling for someone since no one was at the desk I was told it was cancelled at 11 pm and I have no notice of this Worker literally came from hotel room across the lobby, I suppose sleeping

Bookingcom gave me a confirmation number I will not be using this hotel again even though I”ve used in the past! Poor management!! Would rate a zero if I could If they decide to charge my debit card I will be filing a formal complaint with the company, but supposedly since I “shouldn’t” be charged

This hotel was just ok The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy The breakfast was good

The only downside to staying here is it cost about $23 dollars a night to park in the garage and there is no where else to park for free And one side of the hotel faces the freeway and is really noisy, and on the other side of the hotel the sun wakes you up early because it is super bright and the curtains are so thin it does not stop any sunlight from coming in Also the staff could be more friendly

NorCalGal Sacramento CA

Three stars is being generous This is a pretty property, very clean, etc (Thus the stars) But if you, like us, end up on the freeway side of the hotel, the immense amount of noise is unbelievable (even at the top floor)

Why would they not construct this property with better sound proofing? I suggest a white noise sleep machinesomething be added to all rooms Worst night’s rest during our stays in TX

Marj J

Honestly one of the best hotel I have stayed in … I am really speechless The staff are well trained They really cater to their customers

Very attentive to details Super clean The happy hour / the breakfast/ the dog park / the friend staff makes my long stay here super agréable It is my first time staying in StayBridge I usually go to Marriott but honestly Marriott extended stay have nothing on StayBridge StayBridge is modern and simply it surpassed my expectations A special thank you to Eric one of the manager there Thank you to all of you You deserve 10 stars

Just a Countertenor

This hotel was generally fine but had many small issues in our room We were booked in room 408 and there were several small maintenance issues The drain in the tub was broken, there was duck tape between the carpet and kitchen tile floor, the kitchen sink drips constantly, some cabinets were slightly broken, the dishes were not clean, and some of the provided amenities such as the soap bottles and note pad were dirty

The note pad had actually been drawn on, likely by a child, with crayon but whoever cleaned the room didn’t change it out The bed was clean and comfortable, but they only provide two pillows for each double bed The breakfast buffet was small but likely suitable for most guests Overall I would say that I won’t be returning to this hotel, as there are many other hotels in the area If this hotel is significantly cheaper than others then it might be worth it, depending on your standard of quality

Roni Lavay

I did not stay, however I booked a room for a friend for 5 days I paid over $680 and when my friend checked out they actually tried to charge her $400! The room was $80 per day I overpaid and requested a refund for the difference

They gave me the runaround and alot of mumbo jumbo I do not appreciate being ripped off I used a credit card so I will dispute the difference I would never recommend this hotel

Kayla Stutson

I knew it was a red flag when we pulled up and there was an empty grocery cart hanging off of the curb There isn’t any furniture in the hallways but silhouette stickers of furniture and trash lined hallways instead The elevator smelled like weed and our first room smelled like smoke

The front desk was very helpful and allowed us to move to another room immediately and apologized for the inconvenience The second room had damage to the walls, old carpet, chipped furniture, and badly needed renovations and updates There was a used q-tip on top of the safe in the bathroom It was so late that we just checked the bed, showered, and tried to get some sleep “Breakfast” consisted of potatoes, bacon, and eggs, watery oatmeal, dirty cereal dispensers, boils eggs and plain bagels When we returned to the room we found a roach crawling across the bathroom floor The staff was very nice and accommodating when we told them about our visitor but we left and booked the Courtyard down the street for less

I came with my 13 y/o daughter and our stay was great The room was clean and so nice The view was amazing

The staff were so sweet Parking is safe The next time I come to Houston I won’t even think twice about staying somewhere different Thank you so much for making our birthday special, it meant everything to us The location is also very convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, and the mall

Gabby Billups

I stayed here for my birthday vacation, and I’m SO glad I did First off, the staff was top tier, especially at breakfast One of the hosts in the restaurant there greeted everyone in their language

The waitresses were so nice at the ARA Breakfast Lounge and everything was so delicious My room was very clean on arrival and had a great view of the skyline Location was perfect for me and my boyfriend Everything was within a 10 minute Uber ride, and it was near the highway so going back to the airport was no trouble, even though that drive was longer I really could go on, but I’ll just say this I will be staying here again and have made it my business to have a yearly trip to H-Town This was my first time in Texas, and they made it a great stay

Lorraine Cunningham

This place was beautiful for holding a conference The food was pretty goodThe amenities were a different story

We paidfor the top corner room with the concierge lounge but guess what? We were there for the weekend but the lounge wasn’t open on the weekend In the room as well as the public bathrooms, the toilet seats were so low to the ground it’s like they were put there for children Watch out for those bathrooms too The far wall in the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months

I love this hotel because of the area and the balcony I dislike the parking rates but overall, great location Close and convenient to great food, shopping and easy city travels

The balcony was a plus, being up several stories, kicking up my feet with my husband was relaxing Service was great, all the perks and bonus items were provided with the suite

I wrote this review on Yelp as well, but wanted to make sure Kenneth got the recognition he deserves!Very comfy hotel to stay in for long periods of time Rooms are spacious and the amenities of the hotel are great! 24 hour market to buy meals and snacks and a mini kitchen to cook it all in The location is very convenient as well

And the prices are affordable for what you get But the reason I’m writing this review is because of the night manager, Kenneth A couple nights in a row I had to go down there for something or the other and he couldn’t be nicer or more helpful He goes above and beyond and just made this whole stay Both my boyfriend and I had separate interactions with him and we were both blown away by what a genuinely nice guy he is

Nelson Phan

I want to say that this is one the best hotel I have every been to The room were very nice and clean The rooms felt modern

It felt like we were the first people to sleep in the room The free breakfast is great! Parking is safe as there is a parking garage with hotel key access only Overall this is a great hotel Very kind people here too
