Overall a great stay Only stayed for one night but stayed in a double beds room without any issues The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern

The rooms are a little bit on the smaller side but got the job done The staff was very helpful Be aware that as of my stay a few weeks ago, there is no room service or in-room housekeeping but the front desk agent made that known at check in so there wouldn’t be any confusion Location is great, 7 min walk to pike place Great staff

Il Tch

For the money it was a great hotel! Good videos, quiet rooms, clean Food at the restaurant is also good for the money It’s what you would expect a Hilton property to be like

Keep it upHousekeeping could use some training to recognize do not disturb signs! But I am not taking a star, as they dealt with a situation to my liking

Christopher Coves

My stay was perfect It was my first time actually staying in Seattle and I stayed here The staff was friendly and the room was perfect

I wanted to get a room with a nice view since it was my first time away in forever but I checked in early and the room was available Bummer but the room I got was great Randy from the front desk helped me out with a wine selection that was perfect Thanks Randy and thank you Hilton Seattle for the great stay

Panoramic views of downtown Seattle, comfy beds, luxurious decor and amazing customer service! We were thrilled that we booked our weekend stay here Sun provided us with exceptional customer service and made us feel so welcome We needed adjoining rooms with my parents which included my father who is a disabled vet, and she was very understanding and responded to all my calls promptly

We felt like extra special guests staying at this hotel- from the kind welcome at the Charlotte bar and restaurant to housekeeping, they were all warm and professional as well Kudos to the whole staff at Lotte Seattle!

Jenny Morber

My husband and I stayed here over a Saturday recently and were impressed by the decor, the service, and the cleanliness of this place We were given sparkling wine on check-in and sat in their beautiful upper floor lobby admiring the view After walking around Seattle and checking out some art we ate a fantastic dinner at the restaurant–just amazing food

That night we slept like babies in our quiet, comfortable room This was a day away from the kids for us and I am glad we chose this hotel It was perfect

Jamie Crespo

stayed there for the first time last weekend for my birthday celebration and second time to experience Charlotte restaurant and lounge exceptional service from the staff that helped me reserve my room, events coordinator, and director of food and beverage and the staff that weekend thank you for accommodating my large group of friends to help make my birthday celebration special

On a sudden trip, I ended up staying a single night in this amazing hotel A courtyard oasis in the middle of pike st Market a Mecca for foodies

I specifically went there in hopes that I could go to dinner at a certain place before the last seating Sadly my plane was late, but I still had the ability to have an amazing meal that nights just steps awayThe staff were courteous, kind, held my luggage when I took 90 minutes to wander the marketThey made me change, helped with bags, and have great rooms! The location cannot be beat as it is both centrally located, mass transit, and easy to find

Mike Richardson

Very well located hotel, has a lovely rooftop patio to relax and see the waterfront Friendly and helpful staff Room was comfortable and clean, however if you are on the street side of the hotel, the road out front can be quite busy and loud (notably much more loud on the weekends) so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to make sure to get an ocean or courtyard view room

Barbara Ray

We and our daughter came to Seattle to make up for a “trip of a lifetime” that her choir had canceled, located at the center of it all was this inn We had never stayed at a boutique hotel, and this one exceeded all our expectations The staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating, and were constantly offering to help us

Definitely made it a wonderful trip!

The location, rooms and staff are just first class I’ve stayed here several times and have never been disappointed The staff is so accommodating and positive throughout the facility

However, the desk staff is just amazing Special shout-out to Caprice Management has to know what they’ve got!!!! Kind, sincere and just a wonderful young woman who went way above and beyond any expectation in providing for our needs and wants Caprice, you made our three day Mariner trip even more enjoyable! Thank you!!!

Pretty standard room, but the staff here is amazing!! Very professional and friendly and helpful! The manager was covering the desk one day, and she ended up upgrading my room to a suite for no extra charge! And besides the free upgrade, everyone working was so friendly and easy to talk to, I can’t say enough good things about the staff here 10/10 would stay again and recommend to a friend If you are ever at the stadium or seeing a show at the Showbox or the theater, highly recommend staying here!!

Chancey Wilkins

This hotel is in a perfect location if you’re in town for a game or concert at one of the stadiumsWe planned a one night stay and had a great time The view was mostly great (the windows could have been washed)Last minute we decided to stay and extra day and move to a jacuzzi room, which they did with no problem

The next morning, we were woken up at 8:30 am by a knock on our door by house keeping asking when we were leaving Check out was not until noon As little as this may seem, it stained my opinion of this hotel I’m still confused why/how this would happenOverall, nice place to stayFront Desk and Valet employees were very nice and accommodatingNot happy about an unwanted wake up call

At check in the 2 gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful!! Went out of their way to show us things to do and how to get around!! Once we got to our room and opened the door I was impressed! (I travel a lot so this is not easy to do) The room was super clean, great view of the city! The big bathroom was beautiful and super clean!!! The beds were comfortable We did order room service and it was delivered very quickly and it was yummy!!! They offered us water at check in and told us the water in the room was complementary and if we wanted any more just let them know! This hotel pays attention to detail! Location is fantastic, close to everything you need! They made sure my stay was perfect and that we were well cared for Thank you Grand Hyatt!!!

Grand Hyatt Seattle made me and my family feel like we were the most important people in the hotel The hotel was absolutely beautiful, it looks like the person who designed this hotel really took his/her time to pick out every detail I also wanted to acknowledge Gary at the front desk

He is absolutely the most respectful young man I have ever met and truly went out of his way to get my family dinner and some stuff from a store when we arrived late to the hotel We arrived just when he was getting off work and I asked where we could pick up some stuff but everything was closed in downtown Without asking, he managed to find a store and bring us what we had been looking for (on his own time) and when I tried to reimburse him for it, he eagerly and politely refused I have never seen someone go out of their way to help a guest like this young man did I will a loyal guest for a long time to come Thank you Grand Hyatt Seattle

Lisa Johnson

The rooms are posh but the hotel lacks gathering spots; there’s only a Ruth’s Chris in the lobby but no bar or other option if you’re looking for a place to meet colleagues for a drink after your meetings Best thing about this place is the proximity to the convention center Made it to meetings at the conference in under 3 minutes while other convention hotels were 10+ minute walk

This hotel is wonderfully central to everything you really want to do!They have a great rooftop restaurant and bar, which is lovely in the late afternoonThe rooms are well appointed (beautiful) and generous in size There are plenty of elevators so you don’t have to wait very long for anything

They have a happy hour in the lobby most afternoons after 4 pm (Nice touch)The hotel staff are very adept at their job and are extremely helpful with any of your little problems They are pleasant and welcoming!I certainly would recommend staying here

Tiffany Oda

Stayed here for a handful of days before a cruise, and it was lovely(+) Great, central location(+) Clean accommodations

(+) Very friendly front desk folks(+) Love the “happy hours” everyday What a pleasant surprise(+) The nicest thing was that the day we got back from our cruise a week later, our flight wasn’t until later that night, and they let not only me but my family store our luggage there for the day until we needed to go to the airportGreat stay, will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seattle

Md Barr

The employees were fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable But the hotel itself is pretty dated Elevators were slow, buttons don’t light up, and floor indicators we’re taped over

Rooms lacked lighting, bathtubs were small, peepholes lacked covers, and the physical catch lock was flimsy at best The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean, but overall would prefer other Hyatt hotels nearby

T Hart

Booked this hotel for a short trip to Seattle based solely on the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed The front desk staff were very helpful Got an accessible room with a wheelchair fit in bath and it was truly accessible

The hotel staff gladly provided a bath chair when we requested one Cleaning was done promptly To top it off, the allowed a complimentary late checkout that gave me time to shop at the nearby south centre mallThe restaurant meal was quite affordable and really tasty Yeah will likely stay there again when next i visits Seattle

Lisa Brown

Very nice experience here The restaurant downstairs has great service and drinks The environment there was perfect with enjoyable music and ambience

The hotel room was fresh, clean and modern It was very quiet and peaceful The mattress was more comfortable than most hotels I’ve stayed at Very tastefully decorated All the staff were warm and welcoming I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Wendy Pope

I really wanted to love this hotel for my work travels It’s modern and new and clean The beds are comfortable and it is fairly quiet overall

The parking is terrible HOWEVER, the customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! At check-in the staff was great But Monday morning staff were rude and had an attitude when calling down with a need You call the front desk and it rings for 10 minutes before they answer Oh and I had to call 6 times for a hairdryer in one day After calling twice and waiting over an hour I was late for a meeting I had to dry my hair with an iron because they wouldn’t respond to a simple missing item in the room Should make them pay for my hair treatment since my hair will need repair after this trip Still haven’t received a hairdryer and it’s been 12 hours or request via phone and email I would recommend you stay somewhere that you are appreciated as a customer and that simple issues with rooms can be resolved with one call I will be telling my corporate travel team not to book anyone else in this hotel again

JD Fielding

I usually stay with Hilton and expect good customer service This hotel has a friendly staff but I feel like they are so used to having complaints that they don’t care and are super short on the phone The reason for these complaints “no late checkouts” seems to be allowed (from my experience)

Another reason is “the urban destination charge” a Hilton Item not city tax It’s supposed to force you into using the market, restaurant, or rooftop bar (book a reservation before your stay or you can’t even use it) because you are being charged $25 whether you use them or not In my case, I got $25 worth of items from the Market but was still charged the Urban Destination charge on top of this Check your bill it’s the principal! I know Hilton has to have a computer system doing this are they really overcharging customers on purpose? Seems like it!The hotel is in a super nice walkable location, parking garage around the corner if you don’t want to pay for valet (another $50 plus taxes) The rooms are clean, modern, and nice I think the price is expensive for what you’re getting but it is Seattle I wouldn’t stay here again Instead, I’d try a different boutique hotel in the area

Evan Lo Presti

Forced meal plan of $25/day disguised as an “interurban living fee” that is disclosed upon check in, but nowhere during the reservation process Very sneaky The fee is only usable for overpriced goods and restaurants at the hotel, which are only open intermittently

After check in, the first room I was brought to had hair on the bedding, mystery splatter on the headboard, and smelly pillows The front desk moved me to a cleaner, albeit smaller room than I had reserved The pillows in this room also smelled like a dirty hat, so I requested fresh pillows from the hotel staff The pillows provided were marginally better, but still smelled like dirty hair I brought this up to hotel staff, and was told “that’s the best it’s going to get” Twelve pillows and they all smelled gross, that’s a problemI had a two week stay for work, and the location was great for where I needed to go Close enough able to stop by pikes place market on foot in my free time That being said, I will definitely not be returning to this establishment on my next trip to the area and will look into other options

Mario Diaz

The charter hotel in Seattle was very nicely positioned in both price and location to meet all of our needs on our family trip The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, especially Ruby, the assistant manager who went out of her way independently to ensure we had everything we needed and that our stay would be comfortable with our 3-year-old I cannot recommend this hotel enough as it was one of the nicest staffs I have had the pleasure of interacting with

I feel this was a true five-star treatment at a fantastic price 10 out of 10 will stay again

I have been coming here for a very long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itThey let me check in early Lady found out I was doing this trip to celebrate my 80 birthday so when I got snacks for the evening, she gave them to me free Restaurant food was good, waiter was very busy but did a great job of taking care of everyone They took care of getting a to airport for me Only problem is location So many homeless Tried to go for walk but didn’t even get to sidewalk and someone asked for money Very sad but could see several more on the street so went back inside

Pioneer square area has many homeless Hotel is safe and many restaurants around but be careful outside Home baseball games walking through area made it safer for us

Cafe at first floor was good Order at counter so no server to pay Reasonable prices to eat At check in we were not told about no room clean up Had to call for fresh towels and empty wastebaskets Ok not to make/change beds but we were there 5 nights I dont think price reflects less service to rooms Got different answers to questions from different staff Checked out day early Disappointed

2nd stay at this hotel First time was great This time found some issues

The night stands were very dusty We wondered if the place has been cleaned at all Used roll of toilet paper remained We expect new roll for new guests Plus health issue from used roll? The washing basin sink was draining very slowly Possibly clogged The room gets service every 3 days Our room was done on the 3rd day, but no spare toilet paper left in the room We had to call the service for spare roll because it was almost out Surprised the staff did not notice there was no spare rolls Also had to call for body lotion None found in the room We booked a 1 bedroom studio by mistake They gave us a handicapped room The shower curtain was too high from the floor resulting in lots of water splashes outside The towel on the ground was all wet and slippery after each shower They should lower the curtain to minimize the splashes

Jackie Ivy

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I hated my room will explain more in detailParking is $9 a night (not terrible in comparison to Seattle)

Breakfast, which had good breakfast sandwiches and unlimited coffee (that was delicious) was a huge plus the dining/bar area was nice (though the bar never opened during the 4 days I was there) and there is outdoor seating which is great to hang out at in the eveningFitness center is small but nice with new equipment (treadmills and elliptical s) and weights and the laundry room was nice as wellBring a sound machine or sleep headphones (I travel with mine) bc the walls are thin and you can hear everythingand I mean everything)Kate at the front desk was wonderful and got me into my room super early I was put in room 201, which is incredibly far from both sets of elevators (not a problem) The room itself was spacious and spotless, but I was so disappointed to open the windows to see that I had a view of a retaining wall I had to crank my neck up just to see the trees and no direct sunlight either which sucks since I was there for 4 daysThe biggest problem was that you are up against the retaining wall AND I had a drain near my window there were bugs, spiders, gnats, beetles, moths all over the damn place and while the windows are sealed (you can’t open them,) they are able to enter the room through cracks and also where your ac vents out I woke up every night with bites, bugs and spiders in the bed and even (accidently) stepped on two beetles in the middle of the night during my stayThere was even a iguana or lizard of some kind on my windowthank goodness it didn’t get inside overall, I would stay here again (on a higher floor), just know that the most of odd numbered rooms on the second floor have that view as well (if I had to guess rooms 201 -219 (odd numbers only) have that same view avoid room 201 if you can

Mike M

The hotel was nothing special It was as expected for a residence inn Odd that I had to pay a parking fee of $7ish for the night

There was someone parked in the handicap without a handicap placard/plate The parking spots were tight too The hotel itself was quiet Room was by an elevator, but didn’t notice any noise The room could have used some maintenance A tile was off in the bathroom and the closet door had a spring that was out I don’t think the room was fully wiped down as there were crumbs over by the stove The breakfast was hot with the traditional fare of eggs, meat, oatmeal, and pastries Was just in for the evening and it was a good location

The rooms are fairly basic I was given a ground floor, no view room near service entrance And I was staying 3 nights

AND I am a Gold Hilton Honors member For an airport hotel a 3 night stay deserves a better room Also only one half a toilet paper roll left when i arrived That said staff was friendly and very helpful The GM can always be seen pitching in and is always around I like that Basically if I had had a nicer room with natural light and a view of anything besides a dumpster I would have given a better review Again slightly expensive for the room On par for expectations for everything else

Jazzlynn Garrett

The rooms are clean and comfy The hotel is massive, and we were not told how to get to our rooms It was a tad difficult to find your room unless you are aware that there is a building one and two

We also ordered food from the restaurant It took over an hour and a half, we were told it would take 25 min We ordered one medium pork chop to go It was a bummer because it was cooked well But nonetheless it tasted delicious

Kera B

We just needed a room to sleep in until our flight the next morning and this was the closestThe hotel lobby and dining area were absolutely beautiful, so I had high hopes for our room Boy, was I wrong

First of all, the room literally smelled like cat litter and old cigarettes It was nauseating Secondly, there was no free breakfast offered, and any food from the restaurant connected to it was so overpriced it should be an actual crimeThe bathroom door was one of those barn doors that slides from side to side As in, there’s no real privacy The whole bathroom looked like a bathroom in an rvThe beds and pillows were okay at bestIf you’ve got time to find a better hotel I’d highly suggest it This one is not worth the $200+ a night

Excellent service, lovely historic building with modern updates, great food We stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Seattle in a suite It was spacious enough for the king bed, pull-out couch and a rollaway

The building is historic and each room has a picture book explaining the history of the hotel They’ve updated the rooms and made them very nice We couldn’t hear any street traffic or other hotel guests The beds were very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms neat and filled with provisions We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, and enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar the second night Each time we had outstanding service and the food was delicious The hotel is in walking distance of a few restaurants, and an easy drive elsewhere Slightly longer walks will take you to the touristy parts of the city It’s nice the hotel is slightly set apart and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury stay in Seattle

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure!We celebrated with our wedding party at Hotel Sorento the morning of our wedding as we prepped for the big day We rented The Penthouse and used the rooftop as the backdrop for our first look The staff was amazing, the food was to die for, and Reina the event coordinator was so helpful getting everything taken care of for us We stayed there that night, along with several of our guests and the accommodations were fantastic It is a beautiful hotel and each room is unique with views of downtown Seattle Overall, we had a great experience at the hotel and would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent for a private event or to stay overnight!

I love staying at the Sorrento! It’s such a great location between Capitol Hill and Downtown I’ve been coming here for trips to Seattle for 20 years and I love the dark wood lobby and the clean, classic rooms The service is always warm and professional- and the value is really good

I just stayed here again after a cancelled flight meant I had an unplanned stay in Seattle and I was surprised to see how good the rate was

I went out here for a quick trip with my friend We were excited to stay at the hotel and it was a little pricey, but we are willing to pay for quality and cleanliness The first thing we noticed was that the parking garage was very dim and didn’t feel very safe

However, we kept our positive mindset The staff that checked us in was nice and respectful Good We also saw someone cleaning the book shelves in the lobby Double goodWhen we got to the room, we were let down again It did not seem clean and was nothing like the photos that are shown on the site The beds looked unkempt as soon as we walked in After wiping the whole room down we started looking around outside The area surrounding the hotel is a little rundown and it did not look like there were many places close by that we felt safe walking to We just decided to leave and find a better hotelOnce we confirmed we had another place to stay (about 40 mins after checking in), we went down and explained everything to the manager, he seemed bothered that we didn’t want to stay, and he proceeded to charge us over $100 for a “day stay” since they now have to clean the room…that didn’t even seem clean in the first placeThis hotel is extremely disappointing, the manager is unpleasant, and it is not worth the money

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be disappointedLove this hotel It is a nice escape in the heart of Seattle Central location within waking distance of most attractions Very clean and inviting lobby, and the rooms are well appointed as well They have renovated well and the colors are bold but muted Great breakfast options as well, if just a bit expensive

This hotel is in the vicinity of the light rail system from the airport, however you have to walk three blocks up and a few blocks over to get to the hotel I’m pretty fit in my late 40s and it was a bit of a struggle, so your mileage may vary based on your athletic ability and ability to walk uphill with your luggageFor some reason, I was charged $6 for a water and I didn’t even have water in my room

The front staff was friendly and did take it off, but I almost walked away with my bill and that tacked onI was in town on business for a convention, and the convention staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious Even the AV guy was knowledgeable and on his gameThe rooms themselves were very clean and there were plenty of AC outlets around the room for laptops, phones and other devices which was super helpful The lady who answers the wake up call phone when you dial from the room is super friendly and assisted me with directions back to the light rail and was overall professional and pleasant The lobby was incredibly clean and had lots of books for you to take up to your room and read, which is really a neat touch

We had a great stay at this hotel Front staff was very friendly and accommodating They were able to check us in early which was amazing

We had a corner suite and you could just barely see the water, but still a pretty decent view Bottled water is complimentary which is always a plus too It was fairly conveniently located to plenty of things to do The aquarium was about a half mile and we were able to walk there with no issues I would definitely stay here again

I have NEVER had such a smooth or welcoming experience at ANY hotel in my life From start to finish, booking was easy, the staff were warm and generous, they made early check in and late checkout accommodations, they answered every question and did everything they could do to make our experience wonderful I booked the room for my daughter’s 21st birthday and they sent her sparkling rose and gave her a beautiful city view

They remembered my name and helped with every detail to make it perfect From valet to concierge to management and customer service representatives, I cannot express my gratitude or my happiness enough If you want a warm Seattle welcome, this is the place to go!

Great experience in this hotel Can enjoy the lake sitting on the sofa The sofa can accomadate 4 people, 2 each side

Great for close friends to have a talk, play card games, drink cups of cocktails and enjoy the night The room feels clean and fresh The swimming pool is comfortable The restaurant give me the opportunity to have a great brunch sitting on the patio just next to the lake Will definitely stay at this place again next time I go to Seattle

This hotel is probably optimal for Boeing visitors but the location is terrible for anyone else Rooms are fine but I paid extra for a partial lake view

I could only see the lake looking sideways very close to the window This is rip-off I requested room service and the bed was made, but the room and bathroom were only partially cleaned Last, nothing to do around No decent restaurant walking distance (the only good one is closed half week) The lake shore walk is pretty nice though

I love the Hyatt Regency at Lake Washington It’s always a pleasure staying here The rooms are very clean, the staff amazing and very helpful

The location is close to various restaurants and shopping opportunities at The Landing and a movie theater is also at The Landing Lake Washington is right outside the North side of the hotel and a park with access to the lake is available to the public Amenities are available upon request The restaurant food looks great and is on the high side price wise I’m looking forward to trying it on my next visit Update will be posted after I have a meal there!

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately

I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Torri Jones

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities

Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay

We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms
