We stayed here for 7 nights In April and had such an amazing time The staff was all incredibly accommodating and friendlyI actually had the pleasure of speaking with Robert (Guest services operator)on the phone before our stay and he was incredibly accommodating

My family was coming with me for a convention and we were going to Disney for many days during this stay My family also has many food sensitivities so he was very helpful in making sure that we had a microwave in our room and some other amenities for our baby Our housekeeper Hector was very efficient and did a great job Our room was very clean and restocked everyday The only downside with the stay was that there is no kitchen and only one sink in the bathroom but we were able to make it work It’s also a little further away from Disney(20 min walk) than some of the other hotels but it was so lovely that we’ll definitely stay again

Amazing hotel to stay at for Disneyland! I will not consider staying anywhere else for my future Disneyland trips Everything about this hotel was awesome, from the staff, to the room, and location I especially loved the ART bus stop right in front of the hotel that will take you to the park (not free, but very cheap and HIGHLY recommended to save your feet)

The pool area was lively and fun Also competitively priced and much lower than the competition for similar services

The room was adequate, but the building needs some renovations Elevator didn’t work, the gym was really hot Room was stuffy

Some portions of the hotel need some loveHowever, the staff was super friendly and nice John was incredibly helpful

Cyndi “Cyn” Carpluk

Great place Awesome breakfast Service was amazing until the check out

Lost one star for only having one person on the desk at 11:30 on Sunday, when check out is noon They had a team in house as well Line was backed up to the door They specifically request that guests bring the card key back to the desk when checking out so less inclined to leave in room and take offBy grace of God, my husband and I did not have anywhere to be so we could wait Another person finally came out after about 10 minutesSomeone may have called out but it seemed like poor staff planning

Sarah Dumlao

Definitely run down and old Will not be staying here again While the rooms were decently cleaned, ie, clean towels and linens, there were cobwebs in corners and looked like termites in the room

I killed a few termites in the bathroomThe hotel is in need of some updating Overpriced for the location and the condition of the rooms The toilet was sketchy and didn’t always flush immediately Sometimes it would fill with water so slowly I thought it might be broken on multiple occasionsThe staff wasn’t super friendly but they did let me check in early, I felt like I was an inconvenience for asking Early check in was a $40 charge Which I’ve never been charged at any other hotels when I’ve requested early check inI’d recommend the Doubletree hotel across the street The rooms are cleaner and overall a better experience for around the same price

Great hotel Very modern! Rooms were very clean Everyone smiled

Every employee I spoke to I had fresh towels and linens in my room everyday Service was outstanding Internet wasn’t very fast as I like BUT I can only assume it’s be a use EVERY guest was using it at the same time The balcony seems a bit easy to get to your neighbors side Only separation was a glass wall that someone could easily cross over The latches on my door didn’t lock in place but the back up bar bend the sliding door was enough to keep anyone from getting in But all in all it was a great place and would come back from Kansas again! Thank you!!

a davis

Our stay here was great! Restaurants and food stops to purchase food inside location and all that we had (food)was good They have a station that makes pizza’s per your request, there is a deli type location that serve breakfast in the morning and things like burritos in the the eveningGreat cocktails ( from when you are Disney-out!)

Location very clean with sanitation sites everywhereStaff was great and very helpful and willing to assist you with any of your needsLocated across the street from Disney Toyland parking which was very convenient for my family to get to and from the park

Arthur L Attocknie

I appreciate the loyalty program Marriott has and it truly has its benefits and perks The view from the room was amazing even though it was a view of pretty much of all the metro south of Anaheim The weather in California is obviously nice, but the balcony and sliding door allowed me to keep the room at a comfortable temperature without A/C

The room A/C worked, I just like outside weather too The room service food was enjoyable and the staff was amazing Most of the time when I needed something, they took less than 10 minutes for anything, even though they quoted me the usual 25-30 minutes The check-in and check-out experience was fantastic and expedient This hotel should be at the top of your list if you’re visiting this area Disneyland is short journey from this location You could walk if needed

This was my first time visiting Pomona and this hotel was great Easy check in, free cookie( my sister said it was delicious), clean room, close enough to downtown Pomona I would definitely stay here again

The only thing I would suggest to you is to download the Hilton honors app before arriving and making a profile because you will use that as your key

Mary Shaw

Booked a block of rooms for our son’s wedding this weekend The rooms were spacious and well maintained Front desk clerk, Chris, was the best part of the stay because he was helpful with our needs and requests

Restaurant has tasty food but closes way to early Only downsides were the main elevator not working and the property needing a bit of a make-over

Jessica Perry

While it will always be known as the Shiloh Inn to me, this Double Tree is much nicer than I had anticipated We booked it because of its proximity to our family and because it’s a Hilton property Knowing the area, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were and even though we were near the restaurant which was booked with parties both nights of our stay, the room was quiet and comfortable

Since we are former locals who still have family in the area, we will absolutely stay here again when we’re in town

CONS: I’m not normally one to complain online, but I would NEVER stay here again, especially for that price!!! It felt comparable to the cheapest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in Not what I expected from a Marriott facilityThe hotel maintenance was horrible!!! The room smelled like mold

Tub wouldn’t drain and the toilet would constantly clog The spa jets at the pool didn’t work either They did not have any fans in the bathrooms, so the room got extremely muggy when you took a shower They didn’t service the rooms, so you had to go get your own towels from the front desk on the ground level and there was trash and towels outside of the doors all over the hallwaysThe rooms were very small and we had our son with us and would like to have had privacy in the bedroom, but the curtains were sheer!!!There were only 1 or maybe 2 elevators working, mind you there are 14 floors of rooms to transport people and their luggage up and down constantly My husband and son used the stairs, while I had to ride in the the elevator with our luggage all the way up and back down, because it was the only way to have any available space to get in an empty elevator We were staying in the 6th floor, so I was unable to haul all of our luggage up/down 6 flights of stairs!!! Hotel was old and outdatedPROS: water pressure was good (though tub wouldn’t drain), A/C worked great! Friendly staff

Anaheim Marriott Suites in Anaheim, California is a good place to stay in town if you are coming for Disney, LA or other attractions This hotel is just couple of miles from Disneyland The hotel has nice spacious rooms with nice furniture and other amenities

They had nice swimming pool No meal or breakfast is covered by hotel Parking is spacious but you pay for it There is Starbucks right inside hotel which was convenient for breakfast, coffee etcThere is Target store across street There are nice dining places at near by areasThe fridge had a wooden cabinet door that had sort of loose hinge Thermostat battery cover was looseHotel staff was cooperativeAmenities: 4/5Cleanliness: 48/5Comfort: 47/5Location: 5/5

Santiago Guerra

Everything in my stay has been great, service, room, cleanliness I am not giving 5 stars just for the fact that the building and furniture in general it’s showing its age and it doesn’t seem like they care Everything feels very old, the elevators, the beds and mattresses, the desk in the room, the couch, etc

I didn’t particularly liked that there is no safe in the roomApart from that few minor stuff, great value

Very clean, peaceful area, workers are very kind and helpful The rooms are comfortable, bed is really good, the view we had was amazing, my toddler made it her home away from home Pool was clean and decent size but the water was freezing, so we got in the hot tub which was like warm and perfect for the sunny weather

I would definitely come back Thank you!

Q N

Been to this hotel on several occasions for work It’s consistently comfortable Sheets and beds are always clean

Amenities are abundant and the staff is incredibly friendly You need only ask once for what you’re short on, and they’ll have it to your door in a matter of minutes I’ll be coming back here frequently as long as my work allows

Shaun Wolf

When I got to the resort with my family most of the staff was rude but others were doing their job and making us feel at home like Luis g He made sure we got to our rooms safely while helping us carry our bags there as well as fixing the water problems we had in our room too He made sure we had clean and dry towels when we went to the pool and he even keeps the pool crystal clean when most resorts are half way clean, and that’s what makes our stay enjoyable

We need more people like luis g who is hard working and determined to make everyone else’s day a better day

The staff here are so friendly and kind They really took the time to talk to us and get to know us whenever we went to the deskThe rooms are very nice and comfortable

I love how it is right next to Disneyland but the pricing feels very reasonableTheir continental breakfast felt slightly lacking and their hot tub was more like a warm tubBut overall this was an excellent stay and I will definitely come back!

Kym St Claire

3 stars because of the proximity to the entrance of Disneyland The staff are very friendly which I appreciated when my 12 hour drive turned into a 15 hour drive in the rain I booked this hotel on a friend’s recommendation and because it’s within walking distance of Disneyland and it has an indoor pool and hot tub

After dropping off our suitcases we headed to the pool – the water was incredibly cold, not just cool and would feel warmer with activity, but cold The hot tub was only slightly warmer, but still cold – no warmth in the hot tub at all A staff member checked the temp and controls and said the water was warm a few days ago and she will call the pool people in the morning Too cold to swim so we headed back to our room for a hot shower, the noise that came out of the shower head sounded like an old time furnace starting up, it banged and made a loud deep siren sound the entire time the shower was on The towels are not much larger than a hand towel and feel like you’re drying off with a loofah We were given 3 towels and 4 washcloths for our party of 5 When laying in the bed you can feel the springs poking through and the pillows are very flat, it takes 3 to make one regular pillow – I’m not exaggerating; unfortunately we had only five pillowsIf you just want a spot to drop your stuff and you can sleep under any circumstance, this may be the place for you I won’t book here again

Joy Becker

We enjoyed our stay! We were in the Parlor C2 room which was perfect for our family of 6 (2 teens) Loved having 2 bathrooms with sinks outside of toilet/shower room My only request is that they provide conditioner—only “conditioning” shampoo was provided

Location was phenomenal and I loved seeing Space Mountain and Matterhorn from our room Grab and go breakfast consisted of pastry (actually pretty good!), granola bar, orange juice, and red delicious apple (was crunchy!) Would stay again

Amazing stay Very clean, a simple but great hot breakfast, easy straight direction walk to Disney AND the ART drops you off right at the hotel if you feel so included to use the bus! Service was great, pillows comfy I am very very happy with my decision to stay there and I will absolutely be back

Thank you for a great trip! We stayed in the Theme Park view 2 bedroom suite with bunk beds I did find the view pretty lame lol, but not a big deal to us I will try a different room next time because I hear the non-theme park view rooms are just as nice All I care about are cleanliness, service and distance to Disney and it is five stars all the way Thank you!!

Maggie Marchesky

My family and I came to the hotel around 11am for check-in, knowing it was very early, but just letting them know we were in the area and ready to check-in when it was available The Front Desk Agent offered to put a rush on cleaning the room, and told me someone would call me when our room was ready Less than two hours later, we received a call that our room was ready and were able to check-in early to visit the pool! The front desk crew was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean – the bunk bed room was a big hit with the kids

The pool was fun and always had towels stocked We grabbed breakfast to-go with the kids as we headed to Disney early each morning but found that very helpful Quick walk to the parks We wouldn’t change a thing!

Mark F

Room, service, and location were great for those visiting Disneyland Close enough to walk with firework viewsOnly downside was that we chose here for the splash pad also, but the water was FREEZING

kid got instantly cold and began to shiver after a few minutes Had to warm her up in the spa before leaving the pool Pool was cool at best, not warm at all Everything else was alright except for the water temps to be remotely enjoyable for kids

We stayed at the Westin and we were very satisfied with our stay This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so accommodating and helpful The restaurants on property offer some wonderful dining selections and the distance to DISNEYLAND was only a 10-15 minute walk entering at Downtown Disney

I am all about cleanliness and this hotel exceeded my expectations Not only were the hotel grounds immaculate but my room was spotless upon check-in and loved how they came in to service throughout my stay as I know some hotels and resorts are not offering housekeeping due to the pandemic If and when I travel back to Anaheim I would definitely stay at the Westin again

S Flores

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I’ve had at a hotel I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room

We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks

Sanford Sundara

The hotel was excellent It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma We ordered room service and the food was amazing

Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could’ve packed them home with us The only drawback, that otherwise would’ve made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests My suggestion would to add “check tub drains” during routine guest room changeover cleaning Other than this, our stay was fantastic

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished Our room also had a nice view of the Disneyland fireworks from the balcony It is also within walking distance of the park

Unfortunately there seems to be active renovations going on in the hotel which can be a bit noisy There’s also the issue of the on site dining options We went in for the breakfast buffet and were charged $56 for two people The quality was adequate, but for the price, the options were very limited I believe they had the basics, bagels, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, coffee, etc… However, for the price, I would have liked more options and higher quality I essential paid $56 for some scrambled eggs, bacon and a bagel Had I known the prices before we started to eat, I would have stayed far away You also have to pay for self parking and the shuttle to Disneyland if you don’t want to walk It is within walking distance like I said, but for the price of the rooms, parking and the shuttle should be included

Aubree Brown

Checked in April 1st around late night We had received great customer service from the front desk receptionist

I wish I had gotten her name, but she was extremely helpful and very welcoming and that is an understatement for the true hospitality that she had shown us that night She put us in the new renovated rooms and my god was I impressed with the room It was super clean, quiet, including all the needed necessities and more! We stayed over the weekend to go to Disneyland which was only minutes walk to the park Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure to have met the receptionist and I look forward to my next stay here at the hotel

Sasha Lubkin

Currently under renovation but rates are excellent during construction Good size rooms, comfortable beds, well designed bathrooms Excellent customer service from Alexis when we checked in, she made me feel like a welcomed, valued guest

Only drawback to this stay was the room we were in had the TV off to the side from the bed and we’re the kind of people that tend to watch TV in bed and fall asleep with it on so that was a little less ideal positioning than we prefer but we made it work Looking forward to returning when the renovation is complete

We stayed for our Disneyland trip, so we wanted a clean room that was walking distance to the park I was leery after reading some of the reviews, but our experience was great We did not use the pool

We walked to the park, but we also noticed that some people used the bus service that can be bought through ART We didn’t think that the walk was bad – 10-15 min The breakfast was fine for what you would expectWe did prepay, and when we checked in they thought that we hadn’t paid, but this was resolved via email the next day I think that the important thing to note is that we did have an issue and it was quickly resolved The hotel is clean, new and the staff was friendly, We would definitely stay here again Our experience with the hotel was great

Exceptional hotel and staff! The family and I had a wonderful experience first time staying at this property Tremendous service by the hotel staff, from the moment we stepped into the lobby to check out Special thanks to Conner at the front desk for accommodating us at check in

Our stay was excellent, and first impressions of the hotel exceeded all expectations The hotel was remarkably clean, breakfast was a delight, and our relaxing 1 bedroom, 2 queen sofa bed suite w/ full kitchen was perfect for the whole family Thank youElement Anaheim Resort team for making our stay a memorable one

I really enjoyed my stay here We’ve come to Anaheim to go to Disneyland several times but this is the first time we’ve stayed here rather than our normal hotel It was a good experience

The hotel room was nice and what we needed I enjoyed my association with the employees They genuinely seem to be glad that I was there They were helpful and courteous and happy The breakfast was great every morning And those employees helping with breakfast were terrific That was a big job to run breakfast for all those people and they got it done every morningThis hotel is only a short distance from the Disneyland gate You can ride the shuttle but we walked each day I feel like the price was very reasonable Parking was greatThe only thing that made it a little bit hard that is by no means a negative was the security I have younger children that are impulsive and would get ahead of me They would get on the elevator before me and because it takes a room key to go to any of the floors with rooms, sometimes I would get separated from my kids and they wouldn’t be able to get to the room because they’re too young to have a card key I’ll have to figure that one out in the futureWe had a room on the east side of the hotel I think next time I’m going to ask for a room on the west side The freeway is on the east side but the cars going by didn’t bother us much, it was more like white noise I just want to be on the west side so that if they do fireworks at Disneyland some night, I might be able to see them from my room

We stayed at the Yorba Linda Ayres Hotel as part of a large wedding party in mid July and were very well pleased with everything about our stay We benefited from a group discount rate, thus we felt we received outstanding value We look forward to staying again and possibly exploring other Ayres properties as well now that we are aware of what we can expect

We had a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Hotel! Service was incredible from everyone we encountered! Our room was large, with plenty of room for our family of four, our stuff and all our shopping The sofa pulls down to a real twin bed, which looks comfy, but we didn’t use it Our two queen beds were soft and cozy with nice crisp white linen

Pillows were wonderfully soft and fluffy Disney touches all over the room including the headboard which we used as a magical night light The pool is great, with waterslides, hot tub and poolside drink and food service The gift shop had a few things we didn’t see in the parks This stay was well worth the splurge!

Wonderful experience!! Went for a week with my family to celebrate my birthday, and we had the best time Everyone was so nice and helpful We brought our 9month old and asked for a place to warm up bottles and they brought us a microwave and a bottle warmer!! The walk across the street to downtown Disney was perfect

We will definitely be back

This place was phenomenal! The hotel room was beautiful and so was the pool! We got a little confused as to which tower we were actually staying in at first but the staff was extremely kind and helpful in finding the right way The hotel was quite a bit further than I expected it to be from the Disneyland Parks, having to walk through the whole Disney Downtown District, but all in all it was a great stay with great service and the walk wasn’t too bad because there was always something that grabbed my attention

Great place to stay when visiting Disney It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance and across the street from a large mall with numerous dining options This was a clean, comfortable hotel

Staff was friendly Pool is cold but the hot tub was nice with lots of lounge chairs and easy access to the drink & snack bar Self-service laundry (at no charge!) is a great amenity Plenty of parking, but charging $24 a night is a money grab Also, breakfast is not included and what they do offer for breakfast is very limited and expensive No complimentary coffee either Surprisingly, the At&t cell signal was very weak at this hotel and the complimentary WiFi was pretty slow I also hate the fact that they no longer service your rooms daily, which means you have to call and wait for clean towels, or new trash bags, coffee, etc If you’re only staying one or two nights, it’s not a big deal; but we stayed four nights so I think they can do better Overall we were pleased with our stay and I would recommend considering staying here

We weren’t here for Disney so that’s the one thing about the location for this hotel If you’re doing the Disney thing this is within walking distance to downtown Disney which would be great Otherwise this hotel has a premium cost associated with it that can be removed by traveling a few miles away

Hotel was clean and nice Shower worked great, beds were comfy enough, pool and hot tub were awesome Bar at night and boutique breakfast stuffs in the morning

Chris Schendel

This is just a short 15 min walk to the east entrance of the park! The hotel is super nice with a beach theme Super clean, large open spaces for family gatherings The family suite with two queens and a pull out bed is super spacious, room enough for the whole family

Bathroom is a bit space constrained for a large family and only one sink The pool is huge with a hot tub, a corn hole setup, jenga blocks, and a ping pong table Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

It all started with large long black hairs all over rooms and all over pillows Glasses at restaurant have soap stains If you eat outside there are meat wasps that will ruin your food

My dog stepped on glass I called super upset for Neosporin The front desk didn’t even let me finish telling them the issue before routing me to a number that rang and rangRan out of towels and toilet paper twice in one week No room service on anything Spilled on my sheets so I took them outside came back 12 hours later and they took the sheets and cups but didn’t replace themThis place might be cool to drive a couple of balls but the hotel staff is super rude and not even close to hospitableThey literally shoes me away and while my dog was bleeding they accused me of stealing a gold club because I left it behind They made me feel unwelcome and I’ve had extremely better service at a comfort inn Terribly over price and the rooms are outdated

Breanna Meyer

Very disappointed in this place All this place has going for them is it’s pretty They didn’t have room cleaning each day which you don’t find out till you are in your room, they have a sign on the bed

They can’t even bring you fresh towels each day There was no microwave even motel 6 has that Ran out of toilet paper was only there for two days and was only in the room to sleep All hotels at least provide extra roll somewhere When I opened the bed I found some hair on the covers Pillow case had a stain Don’t recommend

Celeste Ramirez

I am not one to leave reviews but I saw way to many reviews saying similar things in regards to their stay and I experienced the same I wish I would have read them before booking my stayThe hotel is very outdated, the rooms are poorly maintained with tons of decaying

No housekeeping Refrigerators in the rooms do not work The Blow dryer was very old and almost dangerous to use as it would spark flame when turned on The toilets would also not flush right away, it took minutes to flush away (close to 10 min of that) The water from the shower would also take minutes to drain They must have some plumbing issues Poor quality and worn out/old bathroom towels Paint scheme/decor over 40 years old This place is NOT a resort or high end hotel and definitely not worth the price Avoid this place
