Perfect wedding venue! We were able to host a fantastic wedding weekend at the newly renovated Kent Manor Resort! The staff helped us plan a very special wedding … even though we were working long distance through a pandemic! We were able to have family and the wedding party stay at the manor, to host several events, and to enjoy the bucolic setting! Guests commented on the beautiful manor, and loved the newly constructed Farmstead! Staff were friendly and accommodating, easily ironing out any wrinkles that popped up! The bridal party enjoyed a fantastic lunch and the reception menu was stellar! The chef delivered delicious food, as expected! Our special event couldn’t have been any lovelier!R

This is a beautiful house with friendly staff! My husband and I were looking for a nice place to relax and getaway We loved going into town which has some great shops and restaurants Recommend eating at Amalfi for great Italian cuisine and wine

We also enjoyed the kayaks and poolThings we didn’t enjoy were being right next to the exterior door Every time the door opens it’s loud and wakes you up (people were coming in/out till 12:00am) There were also extremely loud guests from a wedding that weekend that were yelling/laughing down the hallway all hours of the night I did not sleep well the 2 nights we were here If you are on the 1st floor you can hear guests above you walking around and talkingGreat house and staff just inconsiderate guests

Today was a year I planned my wedding here, what a experience, I cried the day of my wedding no one deserves that for what is supposed to be the happiest day of their lives, I chose this place because I had a dream about my wedding in front of the water but it was a nightmare in the end, my ceremony got moved to a tent they use a day before were you could see all the chairs and tables that were used for a previous event And the worst part is that they didn’t contact me for this changeCommunication was bad, The only time it was good is when they wanted their money

Wedding coordination gave me more stress asking for everything in the last minuteIt was a year ago and I hope they have improved their service and if you are planing your wedding there record everything just in case when they say they have everything handled and at the end they’re just winging it it’s not worth it Last but not least the flies are horrible everything got covered in flies like a horror film

There are positives to this placeIt is super clean, the housekeeping staff are top class bestThe design of this hotel is not intended for the traveler to remember the view

The photo with the truck shows our view The other outside photo shows the beautiful view we should have enjoyed, because we were in the best of the rooms that is complete with a wonderful relaxing hot tub and a nice small balcony If the balcony view would have been the other outdoor photo I would have given a better ratingThe amazing king size bed was the most comfortable bed possible, wow, loved it !BUT , the room’s decor was stark, uninviting, and had the ugliest bittersweet color chair, which is shown in the photo1 ugly chair besides the next ugliest chair that served as a desk ? chairThe small TV was not placed to enjoy while in bed To be fair, this review is to alert those that enjoy ultra comfort in a fine welcoming environmentI will say, if you are just looking for a place to sleep while traveling, this place is perfect for you because that bed is like sleeping on a cloudI give the staff 5 gold stars, but the hotel itselfnothing extraordinary, it’s a minimalist environment Oh, no complimentary breakfast eitherOur room was offered at a great off season discount, which overall, was a nice deal Due to new hotels in construction around this hotel, I suggest a make over and while at it, give those wonderful housekeepers a raise, because this place was cleaned to perfection

Debbie R

Stayed here as one of the room block options for a friend’s wedding Nice place Very clean

Welcoming staff who were very helpful with any question we had Our room was good – laid out well, lots of outlets for charging electronics The in-room coffee, refrigerator and microwave were nice We liked the balcony, but it was on the side of the hotel next to The Jetty, a bar with live music, and parking lot traffic If you want peace and quiet, ask for the rooms on the other side of the hotel

Celine Li

Nice hotel in a good location Views by the water are great but room with a balcony is only worth it if you get a room with a bayfront view Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable

Service was decent but e-check in was not as smooth as it could be The entire pool area is very small and could do with a renovation- also the ladder was creaky and the water greener than you would expect Workout room had all the basics Would be nice if breakfast was included considering the price of the stay Very nice to walk along the dock and there is an area for sitting by the water

The Ivy has become are second home We are planning another getaway in August See you soon

The finest hotel we have ever stayed in We default to Marriott and have stayed at legendary, impressive brands The Ivy outclasses them all

From the moment we arrived and handed over our car to the valet, we knew we were going to be cared for by a well-trained TEAM Every single member has obviously been trained in service and teamwork They were simply outstandingThe concierges all had a broad knowledge of the surrounding area but were obsessed with making sure we received the experience we wanted They were pleasant and engaged without being garralous They paid attention When I highlighted a possible error on a 2rd party travel website, they took it personally and got to the bottom of it They understand service is not perfection, but a relentless commitment to teamwork and continuous improvementThe food was splendid The breakfasts were delicious, the daily afternoon teas were refreshing, relaxing, and welcome Dinner was always deliciousSo the price is higher than usual-and 100% worth it Yes, they provided value to us as clients and we would gladly return Spectacular time!

Megan Clifford

Outdoor pool area is nice and beach access is good Indoor pool was very cold and a little cloudy First floor rooms feel like a cave unless you book oceanfront(no outside access, no real window, room is below grade)

No fan in the bathroom made the whole room muggy after showers Birds in atrium are cool but the bearded dragons looked a little limp Needs an update, if we were staying more than 2 nights would’ve needed to change rooms No balcony/view is a huge negative on vacation Coffee was good Game room not exciting and fitness center clean but sparse

Salvatore P Pantano

The location is great, right on the beach Walk from hotel directly to beach It is an older hotel but still a good place to stay

They have indoor and outdoor pools A Cafe with bar to get a bite to eat or a drink The tropical birds in the hotel are a very nice to look at and talk to The front desk staff is very nice and helpful If you a planning a trip to Ocean City Maryland check them out

Erik Whisker

There were a few things I feel the hotel overlooks but overall I rate the hotel at 90% Accordingly, brooms are needed for first floor balconies The sliding doors need check for efficient operation

Perhaps incorporate a Continental Breakfast The sand behind the hotel could use raking to help clean litter The parrots are awesome and two nice pools plus staff are helpful

What an incredible hotel and hospitality experience — thank you, Annapolis Waterfront team! I’ve never been at a hotel this thoughtful and accommodating We were worried about having our puppy in the hotel, and Rene went miles out of his way to make sure we (and the pup!) were comfortable and happy The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-designed, and we are so grateful to the team that runs it

Highly, highly recommend!

Michelle Gothers

My husband booked the wrong date and we noticed about 30 minutes before we arrived to the hotel Janasia at the front desk was so understanding, sweet and was STILL able to accommodate us! The room was amazing and we could not believe the hospitality It was quick, painless and they made our weekend so much better by helping us out

HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Megan Bennett

The rooms are pretty but that’s about it We went for a girls weekend and wanted to watch a late night movie only to find out that the TV’s aren’t smart tv’s and have no streaming access like most other Marriott hotels For $500+ per night, you would think the bathrooms would be a little more lux

Our room phone didn’t work because the entire outlet was busted Our bedside lamps also did not work The view and location are the only attractive thing about the hotel

Liked it so much that we added another night We’re already checking our calendars to plan when we can go again! Great location!

Brian Harrington Jr

My visit here was great! I would especially recommend Barbara when checking in! She really needs to be promoted From the time I walked in she greeted me and was straight forward with the rates Not only did she help me, she even gave my wife a card and balloons as it was our anniversary

She made me and my wife stay relaxed from that moment The Oceanfront Balcony room was amazing, great beach and boardwalk views The room was clean and perfect with cable, smart TV a couch refrigerator and WiFi, everything you could want There is also a 24 hour bar which is not too expensive Breakfast was also provided, there was a great selection of fruit and breakfast foods and coffee Definitely plan on staying in a similar room here in the near future!

My husband and I have stayed at Harbor Inn a few times now The hotel isn’t overly fancy but they have done some recent renovations Saint Michaels is great for a quick and quiet getaway

There is just enough to do while leaving plenty of time to relax! We just stayed at Harbor Inn again for a few days, and this was our first time being there during the summer We LOVED the pool! It’s not huge, but there were plenty of loungers, umbrellas, food, drinks, and even some good music playing! We will be back this fall for our anniversary

Jen Spencer

Had a corner suite, large, well furnished and clean Private balcony was amazing with view of marina Staff are so kind and friendly

Had a paddle boarding accident that resulted in stitches in my foot Inquired at front desk if local staff may have crutches I could borrow to enjoy remainder of stay Nicole, along with Andre found crutches for me within hours! Was able to enjoy sailboat tour and do some shopping the next day Greatly appreciated and highly recommend staying here! Was our first visit to St Michael’s and we will return to do some things we were not able to this time!

Lauren Thompson

We really enjoyed our stay here It was tough to find a hotel that let us do a one-night stay in St Michaels but we were able to on a Friday night here We had a room on the first floor and it was so spacious with the separate living area

We had sliding door walk outs from the bedroom and living space It walked right out onto the dock area on the boat slip so nice!We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was in a great spot right near the docks We had appetizers at the hotel restaurant, crab dip and bacon wrapped scallops, which were both excellent We were able to walk from Talbot St back to our hotel in about 10 minutes and it was a lovely walk through the neighborhood They also have a shuttle that runs for you on demand for free Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is wonderful The room was the cleanest hotel room I think I have ever been in The front desk was fast and friendly during check in and check out

The view from my ocean front room was so nice Older style windows did obstruct the view a tiny bit, but not really a problem The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious with a nice variety to accomodate any pallet and price Afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise and delicious as well The indoor pool was very nice, but could have been just a little warmer I would definitely stay here again

Chris OShea

Came here for a weekend getaway and was not disappointed Great location on the beach Rooms are all Ocean view

Short walk, about a block, to the boardwalk That end of the boardwalk is quieter and has mostly rentals Will warn you it is a long walk to the other end of the boardwalk Rooms and hotel were clean Had a drink at the bar, Raj was our bartender and he was friendly and helpful

donna brown

For the price it did not meet our expectations The pool was great and people at desk were friendly Once you entered the room it was a normal room

You paid for the view The small table and chairs were worn and dry rotted My biggest complaint was the ceilings over the bed Nasty! The bathroom sink had a problem with the drain stopper Beds were okay It isa little noisy from the hall Thin walls Tea time was nice Wanted fresh cup of coffee It was $3 (very small cup) a cup from the lobby/restaurant The microwave makes a very loud noise For the price and what you get, I doubt we will be back We have pics, not sure how to upload on this site

Very nice boardwalk hotel Great location! Convenient to so many places to eat and shop The room was nice, bed was comfortable

The only thing I didnt like was the first morning there we had put the do no disturb sign on the door and went to breakfast, but when we came back housekeeping had already entered and been through our room Not a really big deal, more of a comfort level thing We were on the 3rd floor and one night there was a group of men on the large communal patio area below our balcony and they were very loud into the morning hours Finally an employee asked them to quiet down and thankfully we got some sleep Nice beach area in front of the hotel too We would absolutely stay there again

pam taylor

We have been going to Park Place for the past 10+ yrs We love Park Place from the location to how clean it is Some of the front desk people don’t have much of a personality while others did always greet us when we came in the lobby The house cleaning crew were very friendly

The one thing you may want yo watch with ocean front is they have a side that has the restaurant deck seating on and thats the room we had and it was very hard to sit there while people were eating on the deck You may want to request the other side I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place other than the prices have jumped so high practically doubled in price than what we paid in the past ever since they are under new ownership It’s not worth the prices when you are basically in a two bed hotel room They claim that’s how it is across the boardwalk however the previous owners were different and not greedy and accommodating I will say I was able to keep my rate this year due to making the reservations under the previous owners and I appreciate that But I have been so stressed about not being able to afford this place that we have gone to the past 10+ yrs and made many memories with my mom and daughter Hopefully they will reevaluate their prices or accommodate the people that have been dedicated in staying with them and referring many people to Park Place

Kayla Perkins

Room was clean and spacious Location is great – access to the boardwalk from lobby of hotel Kids loved it and already want to go back! My only complaint was the restaurant wasn’t open much (probably because they weren’t yet in their busy season)

Also, as a random side note, the in-room coffee maker is a 4-cup drip coffee maker I wish hotels would switch to something that accepted k-cups They are so much more convenient when traveling!

Their home is gorgeous, the rooms are warm and comfy, the showers great Breakfast was different on both days, with very tasty three-course servings The location is nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to numerous bars and restaurants We would very much recommend this place and hope to visit again

John Arey

From the time of our arrival to our very accommodating early morning check out, Steve and Shawn provided a warm and welcoming stay in Southern MD Breakfast was phenomenal, filling, and made for a great start to every day We even had a bagged breakfast waiting for us on checkout

We also looked forward to our text reminders of the baked cookies in the afternoon! Our room was comfortable and private with a nice view of the water This is also very walkable to many of the restaurants and sunrise/set locations on Solomons Island We would stay again in a heartbeat!

I loved everything except issues with the pool area people were leaving stuff in chairs and then leaving and going back to the rooms or somewhere for hours at a time so that left there no chairs for people that were actually at the pool Especially the Cabana chairs somehow I feel there should be monitored by the facility When we reported it they kind of just acted like there was nothing they could do about it

Right next to some beautiful views, the resort has 4 pools, a game room, from 9am to 10pm as well as a 24-hour gym, spa, and computer room with printer It might not serve breakfast but each room has its own kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, and sink The best part was the free laundry room

The parking validation was a breeze thanks to customer service

Great location to enjoy the national harbor area Not too far from Washington DC The facility doesn’t have its own parking, but there’s a parking lot across the street, which the timeshare acts as the intermediary

My guest arrived first and instead of asking how long they plan to stay, they assumed they would stay the duration of the reservation and issued them a parking pass for the length of the reservation When they left 2 days shy of the reservation, they were told there is no refund for unused time The lobby and common areas looked nice My room was a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony The room was a decent size, the amenities were a bit antiquated, and the rug was disgusting My grandson, a 15 month old, was with me and the dirt on his feet, daily, was unacceptable Unless Wyndham plans to renovate, I don’t see myself staying there again This is not the first Wyndham timeshare that I stayed at that seriously needs an upgrade It makes me wonder what they do with our maintenance

The Inn is a cute little boutique hotel located just over the Bay Bridge The bed was very comfortable The grounds were cute with the gardens and various outbuildings

I was there as a bridesmaid at the The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club so I did not get to enjoy the dipping pools I did walk around the grounds and they were lovely I would have liked to use a bike and ride around to see the sightsWe drove from western New York and arrived around 2:30 pm We had to wait for our room 🙁 All my hubby wanted was to lie down after a 7+ hour drive but I think we waited less than 1 hour…The staff was very personable at every encounter: from the front desk, to the door people to the drivers (Their breakfast sandwiches were priced well and delicious With a captive audience, they really could have hosed us on the price but didn’t)

It was a wonderful experience Great attitudes and service from the staff Rooms were clean and stocked

Could easily ask for more water if necessary My only issues were for it being called a beach club, there was no beach in view The coffee machine in our room was a bit different than the one in directions It probably worked the same way but I wasnt willing to mess with it Finally, add sandals/flip flops to the market shop, that’s easy money

We hosted our grandmother‘s 95th birthday here The service was fantastic, we highly recommend the tater tot bar and crab dip appetizers We also served the salmon, steak, salad, risotto, orzo, and asparagus

Everyone enjoyed the main course that the Smith Island cake for dessert in sundae bar were perhaps the highlight of the meal Especially for the kids! The outdoor grounds including giant chess set, pergola, and fire pit make this place an excellent choice to host any gathering

Before deciding on Gramercy Mansion, we toured nearly 20 wedding venues in Baltimore and surrounding areas We were very nervous when we finally made a decision to book Gramercy, but this decision turned out to be one of the best ones we have made in our livesWe booked the Platinum Wedding Weekend Package

This allowed us to have full access to the mansion Friday afternoon through Sunday morning We highly recommend this package as, even though it is more expensive, it allows you to get up to 30 of your closest friends and family together for the entire weekend, not just the wedding itself Leading up to the weekend, we asked nearly 100 questions via email Each email was answered quickly and without a sense that we were being obnoxious with our questioning They were there to help and that was a comforting feeling leading up to our wedding weekendUpon arrival on Friday afternoon, Gramercy staff immediately came out to help unload our cars and get everything situated before the rest of our guests arrived Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful and really contributed to our magical weekend They continued to be helpful throughout the weekend, including printing our wedding vows the day of our ceremony!Everything from the mansion staff to the grounds and everything in between was everything we could have hoped for If you are considering booking Gramercy Mansion for your wedding weekend, you will not be disappointed It was absolutely incredible!

If you’re looking for a quiet, serene get-away without a lot of distractions, then this B&B will do nicely The grounds were beautiful, the room had character and charm while being clean & comfortable and the morning breakfast was truly fantastic The Gramercy Mansion was affordable & provided us with a great overnight stay that wasn’t hard to get to, yet felt ‘distant’ from the everyday hustle & bustle that many of us are familiar with

Come to this place with no agenda and you’ll find it easy to rejuvenate

I was here for my Husband’s Birthday/Memorial Day Weekend and we enjoyed our weekend!! The resort is beautiful, the view of the beach was amazing!! The staff from check-in to check -out was friendly and courteous They made sure our visit went as smoothly as possible I really enjoyed our Atrium suite overlooking the pool

My only comment about the pool would be the hours The pool is open 9am -10am adults only, then until 10 pm adults and kids We don’t have any kids but found that we had to get down to the pool early to enjoy the quiet and relax; but noticed before 10 am kids were jumping in the pool Maybe extend the adults only time a little longer? I did enjoy the jacuzzihowever it is rather small My husband is 6’4 and we were in there with another couple and were comfortable Shortly a third couple joined and we left as it was becoming crowded I took off one star for the room as there was a leak outside the bathroom from the light fixture above Whenever the people upstairs took a shower or used the water it dripped in our room from the ceiling Upon checking out we told the staff member at the front desk and she said she would let the appropriate persons know; however, this may be helpful in the future but didn’t help us any Overall I would come back again, I love the resort, the location and all the great eateries within walking distance !!

Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort has so much to offer, especially if you have little kids The indoor pool, private beach access, and large atrium for them to run around was perfect for my 18 month and five year old! Parking is very convenient with their own garage We stayed in a poolside suite that had 2 beds in a separate room, and a living room with a pull out couch and full kitchen

Plenty of room for my daughters pack n play and us all to be comfortable! We will definitely stay here again, everything was so clean and there was always something to keep my kids busy!

Corina McNeil

Our stay was GREAT!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful We rented a condo, it had 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed the other had 2 queen size bed the living room also had a pull out couch 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen

With the location of the hotel you could either go out to eat but on other days maybe you just want to stay in and cook There’s a ACME grocery store within walking distance Having that option can save a lot of money The only downside was their elevator situation During peak times you may have to wait a good 10/15 minutes for a elevator But all in all I loved my stay
