My Husband and I stayed there on our wedding night I have a service dog- with documentation, that I gave the concierge first thing My husband informed me that they charged us for her stay- $250!! Which is literally not only against the law but descrimination

They had no right to give us a charge as our dog is literally my medical equipment When I called, the manager Matt acted as if they did us a favor by reimbursing the charge We have traveled all over, to nicer hotels, and never experienced such— especially on our wedding night Awful experience

Matthew W

Concierge leaves a lot to be desired Very confused about their own policies (Check in is 3PM not 4PM per their emails and general site information) Regardless of repeated checking in and request for early check-in, room was still not ready on time

Concierge was rude when notified they were past their check in time Requested Manager call back, never got one No attempt to make up for their own poor service Suite does not have mini-fridge Merely adequate hotel at premium price Better to stay downtown and uber to Ballard Inn at Market if fabulous wish I stayed there for my whole trip

Ronthel Payne

Very exquisite boutique hotel located in the Ballard district Had the opportunity to stay in a courtyard suite Very large space with each room separated by sliding barn doors

Large oversized tub ideal for soaking along with a sizeable walk-in shower I was not able to get to the on-site restaurant; however, once you step outside the restaurant, there are several bars that serve food There is also a spa located in the same building

Was here on a work trip The parking lot was snug for the Carolla The elevator requires your key card to go to any floor other than P3 or the lobby

This failed at some point and we needed to go to front desk to renew our cards This was fine but felt like I was going crazy in the elevator when I was unable to get back to my room We had a great view so that was nice The breakfast was an array of standard hotel breakfast foods and coffee Had a good trip

Dante

The rooms, service, and location are great! The parking is a bit problematic as nearly every space is compact, and very compact at that Several spaces had crossover vehicles taking up to spaces simply because there weren’t any non-compact spaces I would stay here again, especially if I had a small vehicle

Parking is also expensive, but I think that’s par for the course with a downtown hotel

Tif Taylor

It is an OK place Things are fine enough Clean

It’s very busy hotel so I always hear doors slamming in the hall The parking garage fills up super fast, so get there early! There is no way to open any windows so the units smell very stale and the curtains smell like recycled air with a dash of cigarette smoke While there is no reason to say no to here, I wouldn’t necessarily seek it again

Beautiful location and clean and cute roomsI see the reviews on how dated it is but Dad’s are here today and gone tomorrow There is no point spending hundreds of thousands of dollars like the chain hotels do to remodel

If it was run down I’d understand but it is far from run down Everything is in excellent condition and very cleanIt was cute and had character If you have the technology to write a review saying it’s dated than you have the technology to review the photos and reviews of a hotel prior to check inIf you don’t like the decor prior to check in Then don’t check in It’s pretty easyThis is not a corporate owned hotel and I loved our stay

Deana Uber

Amazing staff! Great prices and a nice impeccably clean room! Yes, it is a little dated, but everything is in perfect condition, and totally reminds me of going to Grandma’s house

They even have FRESH BAKED COOKIES!!! The receptionist even said she would get me a glass of milk if I wanted it Again like Grandma would I totally love this place! They still have a continental breakfast that most hotels stopped doing

Ana Lena was so helpful and a joy to work with The Mansion is absolutely gorgeous The rooms very comfortable and luxurious breakfasts! The breakfasts were delicious

We rented the whole Mansion for our Wedding, for our Reception and for our family to stay overnight It was a dream come true! The location is fantastic The leaves in late October are beautiful We plan to come back as often as we can for our Anniversary and we’re even thinking about holding our family reunions there

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast 10 minutes away from Pikes MarketPros:- Safe neighborhood- many people walking- Beautifully furnished like right out of a movie- Breakfast fancy continental/ has varietyCons:-Street parking- there’s no property parking your parking on the street and typically a few houses down-No control of the heater / AC in your room- Shelf check-in: you get a email with the door code, you walk into the house follow the instructions on which floor/corner You find your room take the key off the door knob

Felt like I was trespassing a little vs having been like personally welcomed and checked in That’s a personal opinion wasn’t hard just felt weirdWould I go back yes ,I thought it was cute My husband says no, the lack of room temp control and parking situation made him dislike it

An intimate and cozy hotel in the middle of a city, close to all amenities you would requireThe lobby of this hotel is very warm and comfortable There are varieties of seating arrangements, as well as a wonderful fireplace to enjoy with family, friends or just a nice cocktail

The staff are very helpful and attentive to the needs of the guestsThe rooms are quite large and filled with natural light, I had a corner room which provided with an excellent view and lots of natural light with the curtains open The bathrooms are quite unique, they have an old world look with a modern twist to themThe attached restaurant has a wonderful menu to accommodate any time of the day, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options They also have a great selection of wine, I enjoyed a vintage Cabernet with my dinnerThis location is close to many things including the waterfront, several coffee shops, cafe’s and restaurants Take a quick Uber ride down the street to several shopping options, the space needle or maybe the science museum

Alex Grant

Overall it was nice They’ve made it look very classy and the top floor rooms are nice Mostly the service was good but I found one of their front desk people rather dismissive and condescending when I voiced a complaint about housekeeping missing our room

For 300 bucks a night you’d expect max customer service The location is pretty good but there isn’t too much immediately nearby Walking distance there is a lot, though Parking is valet only and costs 55 a night Restaurant is called Juno and they have great food There’s also a nice bar in the lobby called Polar Bar I would probably recommend this place if it’s prices are competitive against the other nearby options

Bad communications regarding closures We booked through hiltoncom

The week prior to check in, we received the expected reservation reminder email Upon viewing the reservation details, we found a page with a banner stating “We’re sorry, but as part of local prevention efforts, our hotel is currently closed through January 01, 2022” We thought perhaps they were still honoring existing bookings, but no one is picking up the phone, so presumably they are completely closed The Hilton guest services number has a lengthy wait time, so we gave up and booked a room elsewhereOur high level feedback is that if a facility is expected to close, there should be a notification to the guest ASAP that the reservation can no longer be honored We should have not received reassuring emails that our check in was upcoming We are also generally confused by the statement that they are closed for “local prevention efforts”, whatever that means It is currently June 2021 and most hotels in the area are operational I’d find this excuse acceptable last year, but not now

Overall great hotel By far the best lighting I have ever had in any bathroomEverything worked fine, nice buffet style breakfast which is constantly monitored and filled with nice assortment

All staff friendly and helpful, lots of parkingBed is fine with many pillows and an easy to work tv with on screen show selection Very easy checking and even got us in early

Melinda

One of the best breakfast rooms Nice room and pool but

When I went to open the windows I saw there were no screens on the windows at all Both windows open fully All it would take would be for a parent to be napping or in the bathroom a child could easily climb out that window and fall to their death Unbelievably dangerous not to mention a multi million dollar law suit

Evelyn Kidd

Fun one night stay! I enjoyed the beach, the view from the rooms, going hiking, socializing with other guests, and the hot tub! Nice, friendly staff Noise travels really easily between the outside and rooms though, and so I wouldn’t recommend staying here without ear plugs This party, social environment was fun, but I also wish after 10pm that quiet hours were enforced when it comes to noise coming from the fire pit area

Their conversation and laughter woke me up briefly close midnight I slept fine the rest of the night with ear plugs, but if quiet at night is important to you I wouldn’t recommend staying here, or maybe if it’s possible you can ask for a room that is in a quieter location?

Love this place The rooms are like apartments in that they have living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and multiple closets 😲 I loved the bathroom’s design I really liked that you put your room key in a card holder on the wall! They use it to conserve energy when you’re gone and it makes it easier to keep up with your key

😆 The breakfast was good, they had a variety of options (yogurt, cereal, waffle maker, fruits) and they had fresh omelets! Parking is super safe and convenient Good location to Fremont Troll and relatively to the west and east sides of north Seattle Very kind staff! ♥️⭐🏨

Turn that frowney Upside Downey

My family & I are very satisfied with our stay at Staybridge We are a family of 7, 5 kids (11,10,9,8&2) & of course there’s my husband & I The suit we stayed in was very luxurious

It was ultimately like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, with a full kitchen We had only stayed 2 nights but, our next trip to Seattle we plan on staying longer We were able to hear whomever stayed above us walking around (we were at ground level) but it wasn’t unbearable and we have definitely stayed in hotels where we could hear Everything/everyone around us I think the vaulted ceilings helped the noise tooThe parking garage did have a very low ceiling, 6ft 5in entry Our full sized Ford expedition, with large tires fit We very concerned it wouldn’t It was snug, probably an inch or two taller it wouldn’t have made itThe room was very clean & had everything we neededThe staff really made the experience though The two guys working at the front desk were so kind & extremely helpful! We will book a suit here again, it was a wonderful experience for my family & I

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itI had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites – Fremont location for a month while awaiting the birth of my son Great Staff and great service The pool, morning breakfast and laundry facilities are really nice, and we especially appreciated the pet “potty” area on the roof We were here while it was kinda wet but on the roof has a nice setting and BBQ area with a gas fireplace that has a nice view of the city skyline There is also a nice ground level patioThe only thing I had trouble with during my stay is at one point I was driving a tall vehicle that would not fit in the parking garage, so I had to park on the street and spaces were hard to come by I would suggest if you have the option, drive a vehicle that is under 6′ 5″Thank you Fremont Staybridge for a wonderful stay

Our stay at Hyatt House in Seattle was amazing It was a great location for everything we wanted to do (mostly City Pass activities) and were able to walk to most locations The staff was professional and friendly

The room was wonderful and we enjoyed the view from the roof top terrace We loved the breakfasts – it was quality food with different options each day I would definitely return to this facility in the future and would recommend it to family and friends

Alec Hardy

The hotel is in a great location, though many of the amenities are lacking Staff is very friendly and helpful, howeverThe breakfast isn’t the best, eat elsewhere

The elevator is very sketchy and takes you to random floors and the doors close on guests as they try to exit (and keeps pushing closed They’ve pretty dangerous)Only visit here in cool days, the room air conditioners are very poor and unable to cool rooms below the upper to mid 70sThe hotel is great, but for the price, these issues shouldn’t exist

Broken kid’s PoolNot a very interesting situation happened to us The kid’s pool is broken, the heater does not work and is not expected to be fixed soon

The large pool is cold I was kicked out of the warm spa with a toddler, explaining that others do not want to be there with us However, there was no one On my remark that (because of the broken kid’s pool it looks unfair), we were told that there was a prohibition law for toddlers to be in spa When asked to show the law, it turned out that this was the rule of their hotel However, this rule was not written anywhere After that, the staff went and printed out this ruleI believe that we should follow the rules, but when they print a new rule in front of you and do not fix the cause of the problem, this is non-customer orientationDear hotel, please, fix the heater in the kid’s pool, children have equal rights with adults to be in warm water The rule that you came up with about 10 minutes every hour is not a solution to problems

Evan Minichiello

My family and I stayed here in 2016 and it was amazing We are scheduled again for 2021 and I had some questions before booking and called in Maggie was excellent! Very knowledgeable and detailed about upcoming events, things to do, how to accommodate our needs

Very welcoming and very much looking forward to our second stay at Inn at Pleasant Beach

Great rooms, clean, comfty beds, wonderfully decorated My room has a fireplace in it; started right up with a twist of a switch wonderful big showers

Clean Beautiful property The check in guest services was nice Check out services was someone else who was just sitting in the chair seemed to be confused about the check out protocol and couldn’t provide a receipt Told me they will just email it to us eventually 🤷‍♂️ House keeping was very nice and professional

We are time share owners and this is the first time coming to this location The kitchens are smaller then other world mark locations but being a historic hotel that was converted into a timeshare it makes sense We had a one bedroom suite and it was a nice size for my family

The pool was small but much used and loved by my kids We even used the grill in the little courtyard area one night for dinner which was nice There is construction happening next door but didn’t bother any of us Honestly my baby loved watching all the big trucks from the window You do need to pay for parking it is around 20 a day but honestly parking in Seattle is nuts so well worth it If you are coming here and your not a time share owner they will ask you to do there sales meeting You don’t have to go just thought I would give you all heads up they will ask It really is a nice hotel if I was coming back to Seattle would go here again

Mark Matlock

The room we had was immaculate We love the modern and elegant furnishings at the Camlin The service was very friendly and helpful

And you can’t beat the location The waterfront is very walkable, and the Space Needle can be reached either by a longer walk, or a short walk to the monorail We spent a week there a few years before and never used our car as we toured the area We will try to return to the Camlin the next trip to Seattle

This hotel is in a perfect location! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable and most importantly, the staff is amazing!!!This property follows all the rules of safety and though the restaurant is open only tor breakfast, all other food delivery options are available and plenty of restaurants and shops around the corner There is a little convince shop on the first floor, where you can find anything needed for a night or soHotel staff is friendly and is always ready to help, replying our calls immediately

I am not sure which delay on call replies was mentioned in previous reviews There is an ATM machine on the first floor, several vending machines on various floors and a microwave in case you want to warm up your ordered food! We highly recommend this hotel!

Convenient hotel 15 miles from the airport There is shuttle service every 20 minutes on the hour Very basic amenities

Rooms have been upgraded The bathroom door is a bit odd Just make sure it’s fully closed or else everyone sees you business 😁 Not all elevators were working, so that slowed down the service There are snacks, and water coolers with regular and lemon water Concierge service is friendly and accommodating Room service for food is pricey but convenient, since the location is a bit remote and there are not many eating options outside Beds are situated on very high platforms! They are huge but comfortable with many pillows and extra blankets There is A/C which is very necessary since the windows don’t open and it tends to get a bit stuffy in the room There’s also a desk where you can work as well as a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine I do highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel! The fish and chips, burger and fries, lobster and salmon fritters, tea and coffee are excellent! This hotel is recommended of you’re looking for basic accommodations at a reasonable rate

Scott Walters

Good location, about 4 blocks from the waterfront and pike place market, was nice to walk everywhere Lots of rooms here which can make the elevator situation slow The beds are comfy here and I know that is always an important part of the stay

We asked to have our room cleaned twice during a 3 night stay but was never done once, which was disappointing They should upgrade the showers and no fans in the bathrooms

A nice and clean hotel and it’s quite close to Pike market and Seattle aquarium My room was small but cozy The breakfast bar was good

Their fire extinguishers seemed to be well maintained and the Exit labels were clear, and it looked like the hotel taking the safety seriously, which is a good thing The aisles were small and water flow from the shower didn’t work quite well Even so, I still enjoy the hotel a lot Definitely will stay next time

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedReally a very nice place to stay Within an easy walking distance to Pike Place, the ferry docks and the new waterfront area Bit of a homeless problem nearby but that can be said of most of downtown Seattle Rooms are great, staff is very friendly; I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

My children absolutely loved staying! The park is so close that is was perfect for our soccer tournament There is a Llama!! My daughter took 100 pictures and talks about her to this day We picked blackberries as a family and Patty (who is very educated and informative yet gave us our space) made us blackberry pancakes and gave us history about the island

What a fun trip! We were able to get family time It’s was great!

My new husband and I came here for one night of our honeymoon The entire property was as charming as if straight out of a fairy tale! With acres of beautiful greenery to walk around; There were endless berries to pick and little green pathways to explore She has wonderful farm life including Sassy llamas, chickens of all different colors, ducks and beautiful geese

Best of all was the owner Patti So knowledgeable about her land and all her animals You can feel her passion for what she does in every sentence as she makes you feel right at home The room we stayed in was very elegantly decorated with what I’d call African themed with an Asian twist Breakfast in the morning was my favorite part Patti served us caramelized apple soufflé with freshly baked sourdough bread and endless fruit We shared wonderful conversation over breakfast with another couple I will never forget the wonderful experience here at my first ever bed and breakfast!

Holly Lane Gardens is nestled deep in the woods of Bainbridge Island, a delightful getaway from the big city The B&B is situated on a working organic farm, where locals include two llamas, and flocks of chickens, ducks, and geese Patti is owner and chief cook and bottle-washer

She makes delicious omelets with her farm fresh eggs, and scrumptious homemade bread for breakfast If she’s not in the kitchen, she is probably on her John Deere tractor Our suite was rustic, roomy, and very adequate We had a little trouble finding Holly Lane because we left the NE designation off of our search Make sure you enter the exact address My sister and I loved getting to know Patti, and exploring the farm If you are there in August, you are in for a treat plump, juicy wild blackberries there for the picking Enjoy!
