Room was very comfortableHowever, the bathroom door did not close There was gunk all over the bathroom fan

There was hair stopping up the shower drain that I had to remove to get the shower to drain at all (eww) No soap for the dishwasher in our room at allHardly any toilet paper left on the roll and no backup rolls in the room so I went down to get more There was no one at the desk, which I understand, they can’t be there all the time, but there was no way to contact anyone and calling the phone just rang the deskwhere there was no one All in all had to wait for 15 min for toilet paperI mean, the room was very comfy, and we had a good time on our trip, but for $200+ a night before taxI really feel the details were lacking Especially the bathroom door that wouldn’t close There’s just no way someone didn’t know about that

Stayed here unknowingly on a Friday night as I was passing through on a family trip There is a nightclub at the hotel next door and you can hear it like it’s right beside your room until they close! I am a bonvoy member and this isn’t the standard I’m used to with Marriott I called down to say something and was told the girl was the only person there – and she couldn’t do anything about it or provide points as a concession for the noise

Don’t stay here on a weekend

We just came back from our vacation This was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel and we’re quite disappointed Is it under new management because it’s not Marriott standards anymore? Lacking utensils, a few big stains on the rug, no propane for the fire pit and the pool was closed after a few pieces of glass was found nearby for “cleaning” but it was never cleaned or reopened in 2 days

We’ve always enjoyed this hotel because of the outdoor pool and fire pit and thought being there July 4th would have been fun

One word: WENDY It was like having a personal concierge She went above and beyond

My room’s AC wasn’t working and she personally made sure I got a nicer room and even delivered ice to me when I asked where to get it She smiled, was sympathetic, and as a Marriott ambassador I can say she is top 1% no doubt She is a better employee than those in five star resorts I’ve visited, even all inclusive ones I’d come back just for her

Yv H

The location does not match what you see on the website The staff is wonderful but the exterior needs an upgrade and the rooms have a decent appearance upon entry but that’s as far as it goes The rooms need much more of an upgrade than they have received so far

The prices are way too high for this location Very disappointing for a Marriott, I would not stay there again

An overall great experience! Everyone was so friendly and service was great When I arrived in the room my mini cooler wasn’t working, I called the front desk and a maintenance man arrived within 10 minutes with a new one Check in and out was easy

The room was clean and beautiful, Starbucks in the lobby Valet was amazing as well Thanks for a great stay, if I need to stay in Richmond again, this is where I’ll be!

Angie Dotson

The common areas of the Omni Richmond are lush and peaceful The room was comfortable and clean We were on the side of the hotel overlooking the highway and enjoyed the view of the river, the trains, and the area surrounding the city

It was nice during the day and stunning at night The location is great Be aware that the parking deck is not associated with the hotel itself, so if you self park is is essentially at least $25 per day vs $30 per day plus tax and tips to valet park If you want to go out expect to pay about $5 per exit in addition to the $25 you’ll pay overnightIf we are back in Richmond, this will be the place we went to stay

Natalia Mesfien

My father stayed here for 7 months on business in my teens and I stayed with him for long periods of time so got to know the workers They are amazing, terrific, perfect especially Stewart he is amazing the best of the best The setup great valet expensive but they are very nice

I’m staying here now again with friends and insisted to come here and so glad I did The restaurant, Starbucks is great and if you are nice at check in they give tickets for free drinks at Starbucks or at the bar It’s a nice location to walk or drive around The restaurant is great and there is a amazing chef and very nice aesthetic There is a Wells Fargo bank across from that Next to the restaurant there’s a store that sells smoothies and açaí bowls All of that it’s amazing love it second home There is also great gym pool etc

It’s located in a convenient enough area, many cafes and food options close by, though it’s quite a haul into downtown Richmond There was plenty of parking Room was fine

The layout of the room is a little weird, but it’s spacious Front desk staff was courteous Breakfast wasn’t good— they just couldn’t stock anything— yet ran around needling to ask us all our room numbers, instead of stocking the food I mean, the hotel KNOWS how many folks are staying there in a given night and should be able to provide what they say they provide

Donna Griffin

I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place Richmond/Arboretum The hotel was very clean and very well maintained The staff was wonderful

I especially want to highlight an employee – Benjamin He went above and beyond each and every day of my stay He was very courteous and answered all of my questions and he provided excellent customer service

Elizabeth Dores

Rooms were clean enough, breakfast was good Service could have been better I accidentally left an item that my late sister left me in the room

I call the same day we left and the next 2 days Even offered a reward The man at the desk said housekeeping found nothing It was a white long sleeve wrap left on the bed If that room had been cleaned someone would have found it I told them I would pay postage I left it accidentally and I knew someone would be kind enough to return it I know I would have We arrived at the hotel 6-21-22 and left 6-22-22We were with Johnny and Linda Hewett Bus Tour Group I’m so upset it can’t be replaced, it couldn’t have taken that much trouble I’m sorry to say you can’t take pride in your employees I know it was found had to be, unless they don’t the rooms Won’t ever be staying there again A lot of family and friends travel, I’m sure they won’t be staying there eitherI’m hoping and praying this situation can be fixed and I get my wrap back I would be truly gratefulThank you,Louise Dores

The good: This is an older hotel, and it shows its age, but the bed was comfortable, linens were clean and no stains, AC did the job, water pressure in the shower was incredible Breakfast was good; the make your own waffle thing is pretty neat and the lady manning the breakfast was friendlyThe bad: The bathroom was not clean

The toilet seat was up with dried urine clearly visible on the underside of the seat I had sanitary wipes with me, so I just cleaned it myself Since I was cleaning the toilet, I started just wiping down the whole bathroom The tub was also in need of a real scrubbing, leaving residue on my wipes The shower head had lime scale that should be removed The sink faucet was broken in a way that it sprays water forward The floor had a handful of hairs Honestly,, I should probably give a 2 just bc of the bathroom I didn’t need it, but the microwave was also dirty insideOdd: There was no ice machine in the building, but there was the old standard hotel ice bucket in the roomI waffled on leaving a review, but when I checked out, no one asked me how my stay was, or if I had any feedback So, here it is

Karen C

Hotel is tired and in need of renovations Carpet was so dirty I had to wear my sandals when in the room Dark hairs on the wash cloths and shower wall

House staff was rude when I asked for clean cloths Bd was extremely soft Room was noisy from guests outside who were drinking and smoking just below our room Fro t desk staff were very pleasant

Miriam Silver

Avoid this one Lovely lovely staff, truly, BUT dirty rooms Not upgraded Bugs in sink, leftover peoples dirt and wrappers on floor

Not vacuumed Likely not sanitized AND gave us key card but walked into someone else’s room during day when they were sleeping or whatever Not our room EGads It was dark People there Mistakes, yes, but all told, extremely difficult experience Borrowed sheets and blankets from local friend, afraid of whatever in the room Sheesh Not confident on Best Western Really didn’t want to give any stars Dark dirty drab old rooms

I am SO impressed with our stay here I picked Aloft because I was staying with my dog and I would definitely choose to stay here again First of all the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful

The room was clean and a great size with spaces to get work done! It was so easy to park the car in the garage (and free) Last but not least the location was awesome Right outside the hotel is green space and a dog waste station There are a ton of restaurants to walk to or to just get exercise since it is in a mixed use community We LOVED our stay here!!

When my family and I arrived at our hotel, we were quickly checked in and given a room When we went up to the room, it was still dirty from the previous guest We immediately returned to the front desk and reported what happened

There was no apology for the inconvenience but, we did quickly receive a key for another room Unfortunately the breakfast supplied by the hotel was quite expensive! A single banana was $125 and small cup of oatmeal was $350 My family requested more towels the second night of our visit and the staff reported they did not have any clean towels to give us In the morning, around 6:30am, we went back to the front desk in hopes to receive fresh towels but, staff explained they would not have any clean towels until 9:00am I would not recommend staying in this area with young children as the hotel and close by restaurants play loud music at night that can be heard from even the top floor Nice workout facility!

willam gowen

I’ve stayed before and I like the hotel, however when the reservation is paid for in advance and I arrive to check in only to get charged almost the identical amount of reservation(5 dollars less) for “incidentals” which are usually a $50 charge, even the front desk employee said so, when I ask him about it and show the amount being charged he’s just dumbfoundedNormally this wouldn’t have been such an issue but this money is well was for my daughters birthday party tomorrowShould this incompetence affect my daughters birthday this will be my last stay and will never be recommending this hotel

I have stayed at the Linden Inn on previous business trips I much prefer the classic feel of the Inn as opposed to more corporate options The Inn has a charming and unique feel to it, and the rooms are dressed and decorated accordingly

The rooms themselves are huge in comparison to any hotel in which I have stayed My room had all the necessities – coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron & ironing board – and was quite charming in appearance The hot water pressure (a personal pet peeve of mine) was excellentI had minimal interaction with the staff, but they were all very polite and helpful in terms of advice on parking and restaurantsThe Inn is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, and is in close proximity to everywhere I needed to beAll in all, a great experience, and one that I will repeat the next time I am in Richmond

Calvin Thumma

The staff was super friendly and very polite The hotel itself is super adorable It’s not as polished as newer hotels chains but the old building is very nice

The beds were comfortable, the restaurant down stairs was yummy The only thing holding this back from being 5 stars was the AC They tell you not to set the AC below 70 due to it freezing the system, so we had ours set to 71 The room never dropped below 77, the high outside for the day was 78 With the being said, we will definitely be back next time we’re in Richmond

Pat Machowski

First time in Richmond Even though we only stayed one night this is one of the best Hotel experiences I’ve ever had The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

They are more than willing to go out of their way with whatever you need as soon as you check in I talk about atmosphere in my reviews a lot because I think it’s an important component to any location you visit, whether you’re staying the day or for the night Walking into the Linden has the feel and familiarity similar to your own homeI also wanted to mention a member of the staff who helped me out the night I stayed here I couldn’t get the vending machine to work and was about to give up when she called me over and handed me four of her own fizzy drinks, free of charge It might seem like a small gesture to some but was incredibly kind and totally unexpected Where I live things like this rarely ever happen, back up North The people here, and in general in Richmond, are really one of a kind I can’t wait to visit again someday Highly recommended Thanks for a great stay 👍 👍

This is the second hotel stay I’ve had in the Richmond area (previously stayed at the graduate) and for the price, I must say this is the better pick It’s a quick drive into downtown Richmond, the immediate area did not feel threatening for two woman travelers and the hotel is well maintained and cleanIt is atrium style so I will say you can hear the lobby and bar area but honestly it wasn’t too loud as to be an issue

We got the two bedroom with the pullout and it was perfect for our situation The pullout was nothing fancy but I wouldn’t say it was uncomfortable by any means The bathroom is quite small but did not pose an issue to us Having a door between the two bedrooms was perfect for privacy and both rooms were quite largeThe lobby was great and even offered a nightly snack, we didn’t partake but I believe it was things like a vegetable and meat and cheese tray Contrary to other reviews there is definitely a bar, pictured belowMy only issue and one that definitely could have been avoided with a question on my part was the deposit being the same price as the the entire stay so you’re essentially having double your funds unavailable at once Not an issue for everyone but definitely something to ask about or keep in mindThe front desk staff was very friendly and helpful although the housekeeping staff did knock multiple times one morning when we had a do not disturb sign on the doorOverall I recommend this hotel and I would stay again next time I’m in town

Leslie Theodorakakos

First I would say the front desk staff was very nice…always smiled and greeted us The breakfast was also very nice We were in town for a graduation and it was Mother’s Day weekend, so the hotel was crowded and VERY noisy on Saturday night

We went to graduation on Sunday and when we returned, our room had not been cleaned When I called the front desk for towels and coffee on Monday morning I was told that, since the start of the pandemic, rooms have not been cleaned daily because staff shortages I understand, but there are no signs in the room letting guests know The rooms are comfortable but quite outdated No bottled water was provided and only shampoo and conditioner as far as toiletries were provided The bathrooms are extremely small For the price we paid, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel nor would I stay again

tideroll55

I read several reviews and decided to stay here to see how it was Overall experience was EXCELLENT I would definitely stay here again

Jason the guy who checked us in went above and beyond They even started up the two free drinks at 530pm Indoor pool was fantastic Continental Breakfast was AMAZING Even though its a fancy hotel, I think to go plates for breakfast would be great

Stayed here for a few nights over Thanksgiving It was fine Not great

Not bad Just fine The rooms we had were good Clean, comfy and nothing to complain about The facility itself? It’s tired It’s like the conference center that time forgot about Brick sidewalks settling too far, creating uneven paths Weeds in the landscaping beds Wallpaper nicked and ripped in the hallways Any of these crucial things? No, not at all But just not as a pleasant as other places Perhaps the prices (which are good) reflect that? In summary, the Burger King cup in the picture was there, on the post in the parking lot, the entire time we were there No staff thought to remove it and throw it in the trash/recycling I think that’s a testament to the place A fine place but the details are overlookedThat all being said, it’s a good value and I will being staying there again because I’m OK with the flaws Others might not be and should know in advance

Linda R

The Hotel is outside the city of Richmond but just a short drive The hotel buildings and grounds are very charming

All the wait staff were wonderful and very accommodating to your needs The food for breakfast which was included with our stay was very good Plenty of choices to choose from on the buffet Dinner in the Tavern was very good too Everything was freshly made

Donna Rodocker

Recently stayed at the Virginia Crossing Hotel The hotel is under some renovations as with any construction project there are nuances that are part of the project so because of that the hotel itself rates a ⭐️⭐️⭐️However, the staff at Virginia Crossing Hotel are the real gem of the hotel

They are fantastic! Seriously, I have not met a kinder, friendlier, and hospitable group of people I did not take all staff members names but, Tamara, Dakota, Katie, Carla, Taylor, Selene, and so many others that I didn’t get their name are truly of a servant heart! ✝️⭐️They wanted to truly take care of me and even exceed expectations! Oh my gosh, I love them! And because of this the hotel gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The hotel is very close to many things one would frequent in their own town like gas, grocery store, fast food, and nail salons, etc So if you left home without ityou could find what your needing within a mile of the hotelBlessings & safe travels 💫

Great location, walkable to restaurants and stores Super cute, updated but kitschy feel to this old building The decor is super cute

Fun bar area, and the rooftop pool is perfect for lounging although you may need to fight someone for an actual lounge chair! Also I wish the walkway between the pool and rooftop car was actually usable but it was locked Rooms are cute, bathroom is absolutely tiny, as in, only one person can even fit at a time but also cute

We checked into Graduate Richmond on 8/4/22 to attend a Conference Upon checking in and arriving to the room, we knew it was not going to be the greatest experience The carpet was filthy, the shower curtain had stains and the room just looked old and dated

We cleaned the room ourselves because it appears as if housekeeping was lacking All of the furniture in the room was completely dated and it was just dusty The building appeared completely dated We figured we would be there for only 3 nights, so we attempted to make the best of it Our party had headaches after the first nights stay which leads us to 8/5/22 Our party had headaches all day long When we returned to our room the night of 8/5/22, our carpet was completely wet We all woke up again on 8/6/22 with headaches and it was just unbearable the night of 8/7/22, so we called the front desk to inform Nicole that someone in our party was really sick and we needed to check out a day early Nicole’s response was that we would still be responsible for the cost of the stay No offer to solve the issue, switch rooms or anything So we loaded up and went downstairs to check out I asked Nicole if there was an issue with mold in the hotel and she then stated that she would send an engineer up to our room to inspect It was only after I mentioned mold, Nicole mentioned possibly finding a replacement room disregarding a person in our party was really sick Nicole mentioned that someone would be in touch? Please be mindful of some of these issues mentioned before booking here The hotel hallways are not clean, the carpet is in need of replacement and it smells bad As of this time, no resolve

Hannah Peters

I booked this hotel during the $30 deal and I definitely would not go at the normal prices When we arrived, it took about 30 minutes to get checked in We had to wait for the desk attendant to find a room

The room looked nice when we came in but we soon found there was no way to adjust the thermostat on the wall and the one under the window sill didn’t work well at all There were beads like from a kids necklace and sequins all over the carpet as well as a discarded sock It seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed The beds were nice and comfyWe also had only three towels and no hand towels or washcloths in a room with two queen beds The soaps on the shower wall, one was missing a spout and was moldy insideWe went up to the pool which was fairly small and a guest was cleaning it out with the net because it was so dirty There were also no chairs! There was one lounge chair and two tables All of which were taken (some of which occupied by employees) There was plenty of space for more chairs there just weren’t any A kid ended up offering us his chair and some people who came after ended up just laying towels on the groundThe game room was fun but most of the games were broken or missing pieces If we had payed any more than we had, I would’ve been mad

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage house! My fiancé, one year old, and I loved the breakfast It was a 3 course meal with coffee available Very filling! The wine and cheese offered at 5 was amazing

Multiple options for wine (even a nonalcoholic) and everyone got their own plate of cheese and crackers to take The hosts were both so friendly Free exhibition tickets for the museum which is right across the street In a cute, safe area Definitely walking distance to Cary town Would definitely stay here again if we visit the area!

Loved our stay at the B&B!Melinda was warm, accommodating, inviting and super friendly; it was a pleasure getting to know her and staying in her warm, cozy place She does a great job maintaining it, and takes very good care of her guests We especially loved the breakfast that she cooked for us, and her homemade jam!We only stayed a night as we were just passing through, but it was totally worth it

Highly recommend!

Great stay Rooms always clean (as expected), Hilton brands have never let me downStaff very friendly & accommodating

Location great with shops & restaurants right outside the back door There is a fountain with pond and ducks-Will definitely be staying there againI might add they are a pet friendly location which I personally think is great for those traveling (I am an animal lover) They have a certain floor dedicated to pets so if you are concerned about staying in a “pet friendly room” you can always request another floor Absolutely all the animals I saw while there (3 days) were well behavedThey even allowed me to check in early (like early early) lol because I was fighting storms & tornadoes all the way in so I arrived earlier than normal trying to stay ahead of themLess than 10 minutes after I unloaded the truck the skies opened up I am truly appreciative of them going above and beyond to help me out

I am currently staying at this location Really nice facility and I usually don’t post negative comments but this is a location that business travelers should avoid So all went well during check in, I had a very nice dinner at the restaurant

Then I came to my room to clean up and get ready for bed As I completed “doing my business” in the lavatory, I went to reach for the toilet paper, There was none! I managed through the “awfulness” and called downstairs to the front desk I informed them there was no toilet paper in the bathroom The gentleman at the front desk said “there’s some for me at the front desk” I asked to clarify “you want me to come and get it” He replied “yes!” If you’re used to quality customer service avoid, at all cost, this location

love is

My stay was great there is something that I think needs to be addressed and that’s the accessibility of the hotel there is ample handicap parking spaces but I noticed there were times during my stay they were all occupied by cars that had NO indication of a pass or marked tag or window placardsAllowing those cars to remain there while guest that really need the spots was very disappointing and inconvenient There were two cars that never moved and after observing the leaves and other indicators of long term weathering collected on the two cars it was clear they had been parked there for so time, they were probably parked there and left that they weren’t even current guess if the hotel

Please monitor that situation to ensure that there is accessible parking available for those who really need it

The suites are in run down condition It is a pet friendly environment and all you hear at various times of the day and night are dogs barking, growling, and/or howling This is NOT a place to stay if you have any type of sinus or allergy issues

I repeat: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY TYPE OF SINUS OR ALLERGY ISSUES! The deadbolts barely turn, the anchor for the latch doors were barely in tact Our room was absolutely horrible The carpets need to be replaced The bathrooms were not cleaned properly The mattress on the pull out sofa was covered in yellow stains and needed to be BURNED! There was a group of 7 or 8 girls who were allowed to run up and down the staircase and throughout the halls with no adult supervision They were loud and disruptive As a Marriott member, I was disheartened to see this location in such conditions (Please note: there is a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel alongside the The Residence Inn & Suites where we lodged and what I am writing this review on)Those, I didn’t have the opportunity to check out The ventilation system needs to be replaced and ducts deep cleaned The first room I was in had black dust on the bed and tables from where it came out of the air ducts The ceiling showed signs of water damage as well The gentleman was quick to switch my room However, the bedding was quite uncomfortable I broke out in hives For $300/night, customers should be getting better accommodations

My dear friend worked here and she has a physical disability I have known this woman since she was 7 years old and she is the kindest, sweetest, most loving and caring person I have ever had the privilege of knowing This hotel management is ABLEIST and fired her

Not only this, but they blamed her termination on her behavior towards guests, stating lies about her character The management here has treated her badly since the beginning of her time there I am disgusted and appalled My friend is the most innocent and considerate person you will ever meet She only ever treats others how she wants to be treated I will not let this go lightly and am of the mind to contact the Better Business Bureau If you have loved ones or know of others with disabilities, do not insult them by supporting this disgusting hotel and their shameful management SHAME ON YOU, MARRIOTT!

K. Nguyen

The room was ok The first room we got, the A/C didn’t work It took several calls and complaints to management before they switched rooms for us

Management keeps saying they turned on the A/C and that it was smart despite us saying it wasn’t running at all The second room’s cleanliness was a bit questionable and there were some smells and food stuck behind the doors Breakfast was the usual that you would find at many Marriott that offer free breakfast The pool was a bit cloudy more than I would like

A very beautiful hotel in an excellent location near downtown Richmond The room was extremely clean, comfortable and surprisingly modern Also upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception guy David, he definitely made our trip more interesting with his advice & tips about the city, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance

Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It’s a true sample of excellent hospitality And the parking was great They have a parking lot behind the building and another parking lot across the street Thank you again David!! We are very much looking forward to our next visit!

So the building itself is brand new and overall was fine My only complaint was the wifi had significant issues and the A/C unit in room 503 rattled all the time Also, there is a poor design for showers because there are no glass doors or curtains to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom floor

The location is good being along Broad street and close to the interstate Also, the front desk personnel attempted to be helpful That said, I am an Ambassador Elite member that travel frequently for business and leisure travel and so there is a reason why I am giving this property only 3 stars The Marriott Ambassador service reached out to the management for a “Your24” request I am giving this location 3 stars because the management denied my request saying the property was sold out and therefore could not accommodate my 9 pm to 9pm check in/checkout request However, this was said in bad faith as I was there, the hotel was largely empty and could attest that the property was NOT sold out Additionally, as an Ambassador, I was in a regular 1 King room, I was not upgraded to a balcony or fireplace terrace nor did I requested this I could understand why they would not honor the request since rooms with all the “bells and whistles” are in high demand Nonetheless, my request should have been honored given what I observed on property and the reason the request was denied I rarely get denied Your24 requests I saw another person comment on this property not taking care of elite members If you’re going to open up under the Marriott Brand, the property should honor the most loyal guests, people that travel all over the world and pay the money to earn ambassador status I was not even offered a courtesy room upgrade as an Ambassador

While this hotel is definitely passable, the priceline makes otherwise forgivable flaws sting a bit more The rooms (and entire hotel) are very nice, since it is a new building everything is fresh, clean, and stylish That being said there is a lack of function; the rooms don’t have dressers or anywhere to store clothing aside from a small closet, and the walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear the TV in the next room or doors opening and shutting constantly in the halls (more on that later)The employees were all very friendly, I never had an issue with service and some of them even went above and beyond to ease the other pain points presented throughout our stay, such as comping parking

The one flaw of the service was that housekeeping seemed to linger in one area for an incredibly long time, which wouldn’t be an issue if it didn’t also seem that they had no way to prop the doors open or were constantly coming in and out of rooms Obviously they need to do their job and I can respect that, but from early in the morning the noise was a bit muchThe location or logistics of using this hotel was the most frustrating part of our experience, the hotel shares a parking lot with an apartment building and there are not nearly enough parking spaces for the hotel guests on most nights While our parking for a few nights was eventually comped, it seems out of touch to nickel and dime on parking fees ($12 a day!) when your parking lot seems like a complete after thought capable of holding ~30 cars, in microscopic parking spaces I understand that this is an urban location and space is limited, but this could have been considered during construction as there are many empty lots nearby and certainly many better solutions The parking situation at this hotel is so bad that I honestly think the best course of action would be to stop advertising that you have parking so people aren’t misleadFinally, some minor nitpicks that aren’t world ending but shouldn’t occur at a hotel that presents itself as one of a higher caliber : The doors all creak incredibly loudly, the showers don’t have doors and spray water all over the bathrooms, and the toilet paper/soaps in rooms are clearly not refilled between guests Overall, not a bad hotel, but it seems clear that on both the local level and very far up the chain that things aren’t going as smoothly as they could be

I love this hotel! My stay was very luxurious, clean and every amenity was available for use The room itself was decorated very well and very functional for working and relaxing I love that there’s an indoor pool and jacuzzi and access to a washer/dryer to wash my clothes during my visit

I was able to use the computer to print with great ease Hot breakfast was available, but my only suggestion to offer other meat options other the pork and having a small amount of vegan cheese available upon request I was very limited to what I could eat to ensure a hearty meal because the main options were pork

Amber S.

Stayed for the weekend, Friday night to Sunday Greeted with a smile and staff was very helpful Was allowed to change rooms upon arrival then previously booked (2 beds not available when booked)

Enjoyed the breakfast but beware coffee was very hot Hotel was clean and comfortable, worth the money Blankets on bed were a little light, if your cold natured I recommend bringing a blanket My friend and I did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to hours Wish it was open a little later, maybe 10p to 11p for Adults only It would be nice to relax in hot tub after spending the day exploring And pool/hot tub were closed on Sunday which was a bummer because we wanted to use hot tub before checking out since check out is 12 pm (which was great) It’s near many local restaurants and bars so we loved its convenient location Definitely would recommend

Chad Desorcie

We stayed here 4/4-4/5 2022 I would recommend this place to to anyone that would love to kick back and relax go for a swim or maybe use the hot tub The room was big with everything you could ask for Was trying to hook up Xbox for the kids and they sent maintenance right up and he took care of it

Great job Breakfast was great and place was clean Great job to All of you that make this happen keep up the great work We will be back

Very nice front desk staff and lobby felt clean The hallways do smell like smoke a bit, but rooms are smoke-free The rooms themselves felt a bit dated

The first floor is ground floor, so expect that there may be some dead bugs around windowsills We did find a spider on our ceiling, but “they kill other bugs”Very small fitness room, but at least there was one! Great mirror wall and water dispenser there with clean towels The location is good as long as you have a car It’s near shopping plazas and retail food chains but not walkableOverall a good stay, but you kind of get what you pay for

So so pleased with this hotel! Stayed for one night while passing through town with a toddler and a dog The hotel was clean and updated, the staff were extremely friendly, the room was quiet and had a balcony so I could easily see my car, and the pool/courtyard space was especially lovely It was in a nice part of town and I felt very safe

Will definitely stay again when in Richmond!

Frank H

They have a nice small commons area, complete with a bar that serves breakfast and a light dinner Rooms are small but adequate, I liked the pull out desk and sliding door to a small patio From what I could determine, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby but during meal times they do sell Starbucks

I am not a fan of the surrounding area but it was easy to get on and off the road making it a quick drive to a restaurant or to the Interstate Service was friendly and the room/area was clean

Very nice hotel Staff was excellent If not drinking at the bar, but have your own there is a nice lounge area off the bar for gathering with friends that is perfect

As Diamond members the staff goes out of their way Diamond member parking and Drink/Meal allowance is a very nice perk, even good for alcohol Clean and super convenient to the Riverplex fields with many stores and other restaurants in the area

Hotel room was pretty nice not amazing but still goodThe service was outstandingParking is easy

Many restaurants you can easily walk to in less than 3 minutesBreakfast a la carte (I did not try the breakfast buffet) at the restaurant was absolutely outstandingOmelet perfect, French toast better than almost every other place I’ve been toShort Pump is a really nice clean suburb with many great places to go to

The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and helpfulThe rooms are not up to par on what I expect from Hilton The first room we were in smelled horrible

The outlets on the wall didn’t work so the tv, lights and coffee maker wouldn’t work either A quick call to the front desk and they had us in new rooms within 10 minutes The second rooms were much betterThe hotel needs to spend some money on updating the rooms Carpets are old and used, beds are creaky and lumpy Lots of cosmetic/eye sores throughout the roomOverall I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it

Staff is amazingly kind The main room is a great size, plenty of space Bathroom is a great size and shower is very large

Bathroom has rusted toilet paper holder and door(see pics) The shower head has mineral and lime buildup(see pic) And there’s a strange stain on the front of the sink wood(see pic)No continental breakfast option but that’s normal for a Bonvoy, however there’s a restaurant serving breakfast from 0630-1030The beds have a nice selection of pillows and the comforter/sheets are good quality There’s a nice shelf with bottled water right at the entrance (can’t miss it) And to my surprise the remote control is inside a plastic bag (see pic) with a card stating all the surfaces they clean that most people wouldn’t think of(see pic)The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but they’re not individually portioned, they’re in a dispenser, which I find to be unsanitary and open to having anyone put any chemical they want inside the containers(see pic) so id suggest bringing your own The shower head comes out like a tsunami and doesn’t adjust pressure l, only pattern; if you have kids this will be a problem as it is very powerful and may be painful for them to useOverall, this hotel is comfortable, the bedrooms are is clean, and reasonably priced for what is provided They could benefit from polishing the metal surfaces, fixing the rusted door in this room, ensuring the front of the bathroom cabinet is wiped down, changing the shower head or at least cleaning it, and returning to the individual dispensers

This was the midpoint to my destination Staff was friendly & rooms were very clean First time bringing my dog to a hotel

It was nice to see other dogs there and how pet friendly it was You would never know that dogs were in the buildingDefinitely would revisit this location

Langley

The sink and shower were both awful The toilet made very loud clanks whenever you sat on it or moved an inch Horrible water pressure, women at the front desk were cold bordering on rude

Our second night the room next to us was very loud I called guest services and they said they would handle itThe partiers were loud until 2am When I asked the next morning they said I would have had to call several times because the first one is only a warningThey should have told me that on the phone If they say they are handling it why on earth would I push the issue They said something was being doneWhen I complained (politely) woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive and accused me of getting loud which was definitely not trueThe bar was pretty nice though
