Room was clean Beds are comfortable Staff is friendly

This is the third time I’ve stayed here, and I would definitely request a room on the back of the building next time We prefer less noise and the views from the front aren’t that great The bathrooms are tiny and the rooms are pretty small as well, but it is not something that bothers us much The pools are both nice and always kept clean

Paul Stevenson

This Hotel is clean and well maintained The rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable The Air Conditioning is the standard Window Type Units

Thermostats never control temperature well when you have that style of unit but at least they offered an option of keeping the fan running all the time Many hotels do not So that was a plus Bathtub / Shower unit was well worn but again in good repair Refrigerator was the best we have ever encountered in a room The complimentary breakfast was above average, but I wished it had opened earlier than 7:00am The staff was very friendly, and carts worked well The rooms were not near as roomy as they are made to look but I would give this place 45 if I could

Todd Talcott

Good, clean rooms which is nice but expected for the price Convenient location Balcony rooms on higher floors can have a nice view, but not all do

Daytime front desk promised 24 hour fresh coffee but the overnight staff doesn’t do that and pushes the in-room coffee, which are those lame small single serving bitter packets I’m not looking for fancy coffee here, just fresh and hot Fodgers grade but nope been waiting since 2:30 am and it’s 5:30 now If you don’t want to provide 24 hour coffee that’s one thing, but don’t promise it and then not deliver just because you don’t feel like making it

The front desk was super nice The rooms are great and I even had a had written note waiting for me The location is within walking distance to everything you could need/want Thanks for the great service!

We loved this hotel This was the last hotel we stayed at on our 2 week long road trip from Georgia to the Grand Canyon and back We stayed at Holiday Inn Express during the rest of our trip and didn’t have any issues

Unfortunately I accidentally had a mix-up where I booked the last hotel (Holiday Inn) for the wrong date and when I got there they were booked up I called around other hotels to see if they had any openings and was pleasantly surprised that the Hilton had a room available Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as well The location of the hotel was great It’s super close to lots of little shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to from the hotel We liked it here so much we decided to extend our stay and stayed another night Thank you so much Hilton for helping us end our trip on a very good note

Balinda Callison

We had a wonderful stay! The room was quite, located on the 10th floor The room was very clean and relaxing I enjoyed the soaking tub

Every person we interacted with was kind helpful and displayed pleasant attitude of genuine service It was a joy to come and go as the bell boys were just Johnny on the spot to help They were grateful for a tip but did not display a demeanor of wanting one We will definitely return

Stayed there for 3 days and it was great The staff is so incredibly friendly! There is an outdoor pool that is nice in size, clean and had a lot of outdoor furniture to use Pool can get a bit crowded at night but still enjoyable

Rooms are clean and the private balcony is a very nice perk Parking is a bit slim There were a few times that my daughter had to let me out at the door and then go park because all the handicap parking spots were taken The only reason I can’t give them a 5 rating is based on the breakfast While it was a very decent breakfast, there isn’t enough seating and they were constantly running out of things so there were times where you had to wait for more items to bring out And I’m not just talking about food items, even bowls for cereal, cups for juice, and sugar for coffee needed to be restocked They could have just been understaffed so I won’t really hold it against them to much and we will be returning in a few months

Billie Ball

TERRIBLE! There were so many issues We always stay at Holiday Inn and this was by far the worst experience First of all none of the exterior doors lock

You do not need a card to get in We had to get a new card almost every time we left our room The keys constantly did not work The pool and hot tub were very Grimey and never cleaned while we were there I watched them throw a cup of shock in after the pool closed Nothing else There was never any towels at the pool, luckily we brought our own A lot of the furniture was broken Our room was HOT when we told them they sent maintenance and he stated it worked fine and left Parking is ridiculous especially for my husband who was in a leg brace and had to walk up the hill and stairs constantly The trash in the parking lot was overflowing and never emptied while we there Breakfast was never changed and it would take them till past 8 am to get everything out Most of the front desk staff was rude and unconcerned with anything Just a big disappointment all the way around Paid the same as I wouldHave any other hotel When we complained they just said sorry Don’t waste your time or money here! Will not stay here the next time we visit Branson Not even if they remodel!

A great place to stay for the family

heated pools and all! We had a 2 bedroom suite and the kitchen was stocked with the necessities to cook, and we even had a small washer/dryer in the unit which definitely came in handy during a week long stay with kids Not super fancy, but a great place to stay while visiting all the sites in Branson!

Jerry Williams

Just a tour Be very carefulRead everything very closely A week after I got home we received two credit cards in the mail

We was unaware that we applied for credit cards They referred to it as a reward card Absolutely nothing was said about it being actually a credit card We were also told if we would listen to their presentation We would get a refund on our show ticket price Which we never received our refund for the tickets I called their phone and the lady I spoke with didn’t have a clue I’m not saying it was a bad company Just read everything They are great drawing you into Their sells pitch I’ve been trying to call the Branson office to talk to someone in person but unable to locate a local phone number I hope they will E-Mail me the phone number

We enjoyed our stay here very much The indoor pool and hot tub was perfect for us every day as the heat was sooo crazy most days so we escaped indoors to the pool every day The breakfast every morning was good as well with hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy etc and then a waffle and pancake bar

Rooms were cleaned well too

Stephanie Smith

Jessica at the front desk was AMAZING!!! There was an insane rush when I was in there and a lot of the people were very rude but she handled them all very pleasantly and with a positive attitude She was so awesome!! 5/5 and only because of herThe rooms were meh

Outdoor pool was okayIndoor pool was greatBreakfast area was good

Reagan Brown

Not bad not great, could use some renovations Breakfast was extremely crowded with three hot options that is served by the staff, odd Pool area is nice

Room is decent however A/C wasn’t the best and a blow dryer didn’t work The internet is awful They were counting towels and I practically was interrogated when I requested more towels after we went swimming Only good thing I would say is it’s located near all the attractions and we had experiences with a couple lovely staff members If you could stay somewhere else reasonably… I would If it’s your last option, it’ll probably get the job done

We booked on hotelscom and got a 2 bedroom for 2 nights for around 300 Definitely worth it! I’m not sure if it was because it was a weekday

The rooms we stayed in were super nice Well worth it in my eyes! No complaints here We will definitely be coming back Not sure if I like the oh you were randomly selected to be apart of viewing our other resort when I just read all the previous reviews stating the same thing 🙄 Just tell them no thank you and move on that’s what we will do next time It hasn’t been very busy with parking or anything but again it’s during the week Literally the only thing they could do is stretch the carpet Everything else was perfect for us stayed in 306A and 306B

Tristan

Initial check in is quick but to get a sticker for your car to park you have to wait in line and get a sales briefing which takes quite a bit of time checking in The furniture is new or updated and rooms are very well appointed and clean Very nice facility for a large group we bought the three bedroom with two masters and three kitchens which was huge

The three rooms are probably 2000 ft² with three different laundry rooms three kitchens with one larger master kitchen For a large group this would be an awesome purchase

Marcy Sullivan

Our room was pretty basic: one bedroom, a bathroom, full kitchen, and living areaWe had a problem with a dog barking in the room beside us and they kindly moved us to a much quieter room The staff were all very friendly and accommodating especially Mike our concierge and Lisa who checked us in

The location is the best part, because it is within 5 minutes of almost everything

Beautiful property! We checked in to our room and felt right at home The room was decorated in a lodge feel and was so clean and inviting We loved it so much we extended our stay for an extra day

The management were all very friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff was top notch Would most definitely recommend staying here

Natalie Daniels

My family and I chose this place to stay for our spring break We were not disappointed This hotel is beautiful inside and out

It was clean and very well kept!! The sausage and gravy included with the breakfast buffet was delicious!! The location was great, it’s on the strip, but there’s also a route that goes behind the hotel if you want to avoid all of the traffic We were within walking distance from attractions that included the Ferris wheel, go karts and helicopter rides We will definitely stay here during all of our future visits!!

Davina Tompkins

Our stay at the Lodge Of The Ozarks was pretty good One elevator was out of order, but still had one operational elevator The hotel is large, the pool and fitness room are nice

The breakfast was very good and plentiful The rooms are small and the bathroom is very small and the shower is even smaller The rooms/bathrooms could use an update, but are very clean The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful The location is good, lots to see and do nearby, good restaurant choices nearby as well Would be nice to have some sort of water option, like a bottle filler or water cooler in the lobby There’s only one that you have to go through the pool to get to and then water at breakfast My husband runs early in the morning and the pool was closed and breakfast hadn’t started yetmeans no water option available to him after running 12+ miles on the treadmill Most hotels have a water station in the fitness room

Staff and service provided are exceptional Very relaxing environment, quiet, safe, secure Nighttime milk and cookies are so awesome

Breakfast brought to the room every morning, I enjoy this place over the Ritz any day The food and ice cream are just as exceptional as staff Have stayed multiple times and each time is just as wonderful of an experience as the first time Love staying here

Ray C

This is place where special (birthdays, anniversary, etc) events should be celebrated The food and the service is what we’d usually find at very fine restaurants The trout dinner was seasoned and cooked perfectly

The vegetables are not over cooked, and gently seasoned An apple butter accompanied the rolls and biscuits The apple butter was not over processed The beef was cooked to perfection Not over cooked nor over seasoned The ice tea is brewed, not instant tea I don’t think there are wine and spirits on the menu, after all this is a university and the staff are students A typical dinner ranges around $25 per person Just keep in mind the food and service is worth it Plus I believe it helps out the university also

Kent Craighead

We visited the Keeter center for our anniversary and enjoyed our meal very much indeed This is a very busy facility with a large dining room with seating that is often limited by staffing not capacity Reservations are highly recommended

Our meal was top notch beginning to endI can’t recommend moreEnjoy

Upon arriving, everything was very cute and well maintained, great location, too Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful We got 2 rooms for us and our 4 kids, we booked 2 queen rooms but ended up with 1 and a king bed, which was fine

But the king room had an awful mildew smell and the carpet was wet We noticed the AC was draining into the room They were quick to assist and had to move our room They ended up giving us one of their suites to accommodate the 6 of us Pool was a little smaller than we hoped but overall a great place with comfortable beds & awesome breakfast!

Samantha Poe

The staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful Great breakfast Perfect location we are under 10 minutes from everything and can walk to 80% of the things we did

Service and location 5 stars I gave the room a 3 because the beds were really bad Super hard and springy/ lumpy The toilet is so small and low, its literally for children

Sandip Ramgirwar

Decent hotel rooms with good breakfastOnly concern we had was the smell in the room Somehow the cleaning must have had some kind of not so good odors involved which made our time in room some unpleasant

Bathroom drain was not working well taking lot of time to drain water making bathing experience not something to recall in future apart from while writing reviews about itOtherwise rooms are good and breakfast was niceGo for other options if you find for similar cost else this is not a very bad deal considering the price they offer Hence 3 star review

Nothing like the pictures We ended up leaving after one night instead of the four as originally planned Very dated rooms, bathrooms, carpets, etc

Pool was so tiny, compared to pictures Hot tub was super small And there were only three chairs, no tables, so with two families already swimming there was nowhere to sit, place our things or have room to actually swim Front desk staff was just going through the motions and not interested in giving great customer service Next time I know to pick a national brand I know will be good and not try a local joint

Stacy Kirkpatrick

Rooms were nice and updated Beds were a little hard and so were pillows But tolerable

My only real issue was the bathroom is TINY if you are a bigger person, I don’t recommend a queen room I’d ask for king or something else Ask to check room out first Because the door to bathroom won’t shut if you are on the toiletBut everything else was great We will definitely go bk sometime

Tammy Coles

We were here during a very hot week It was miserable outside It was nice to come back to college

The breakfast was great eggs weren’t very good and gravy had no flavor but the sausage was so good They had other stuff to eat so no big deal Would like to know what brand the sausage are Our room was great we were very happy with our stay I would also like to know what the mattresses brand name is in room 2219 please because I would like to go out and buy one Property was beautiful I loved going outside every morning and sitting by the waterfall watching the fish Pools or not up to par there was always way too many people in there screaming and yelling and all the kids were unsupervised by their parents So we were only able to go in there one time and we were there for five days The location of the hotel is perfect right by the strip close to everything Please let me know above info thanks Oh yeah our 16 year olds loved the arcade

Sheena Youngers

Very nice rooms in a great location in the heart of historic downtown Branson and near the old downtown area shops, surrounded by modern shops and restaurants, and walkable to many activities and accommodations There was even a free concert on the waterfront the night we stayed that we really enjoyed It’s also a full service hotel, so they’ll help you bring your baggage to your room or park your car with their valet service

The downside was that they wouldn’t allow us to pack the luggage cart to collect our things upon our departure We let them help us when we arrived, but felt more comfortable packing our items before leaving We ended up having to make multiple trips to the car A couple things I really like that stood out to me is that the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub The room wasn’t huge, but it was comfortable enough There was a mini fridge that was really tiny, but better than nothing There was not a microwave or free breakfast, which was a real disappointment Great fitness equipment, pool, hot tub, and lobby I would return and I do recommend this hotel The views from the rooms are fantastic!

Joseph Paine

I usually don’t use “I am a Diamond member”, but the service at this hotel was not very good Service being the in room dining/room service amenity We were there for two nights and both mornings we called and called for in room dining and no one ever answered or returned our call

We ended up going to Wendy’s Not okay I don’t really care that it was memorial day weekend They need to staff the hotel accordingly and expect lots of people calling for in room dining Very discerning The good side was the valet drivers Michael in particular was great He helps us every year we come to stay at the Hilton convention center Overall was a C+ Stay at the convention center not the Promenade

David Earls

There are no services in the South building and you need to walk outside to even get ice or use the exercise facility This is really unacceptable It is also a walk outside and very far from the parking

So there is no convenient access to your car you paid to park There are no Hilton owned restaurants in this building so you are not able to use your food and drink credit Our room was missing shampoo had very little soap, and the lotion appears to have been used The public restrooms in this building need better maintenance Overall a lack of forethought and consideration for this buildingEdit: I revised the review because they’ve moved us to the north building We were upgraded to a nicer room Ice is in the room with a full kitchen The balconies are nice There is access to the exercise facility and parking is a much shorter walk outside There is still no way to use your food and drink credit at this building You need to walk or drive downtown to the convention center to do so Overall I don’t recommend paying for the breakfast package if you intend to stay here The new room is very nice, but I would stay at the convention center if we return to the location For these reasons I can’t give this location four stars Service from the staff has been excellent

Chelsi Welker

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice and clean My children had so much fun in the pool, unfortunately my son who is 3 years old wasn’t tall enough to go down the slide but he enjoyed splashing around I thought personally the location was great, not on the strip but not too far away either

The only trouble we had was being charged for the amenities a day late which should have been totaled together with the lodging charge, it seemed like we kept on getting different charges without being notified I also thought that they had free breakfast but all we seen was a restaurant that was quite a bit over-priced, we actually bought pizza from domino’s because it was cheaper than what the hotel restaurant had to offer All in all it was nice, relaxing stay

n w

They refused to refund my money when trip was canceled Called up to be told they have to leave it open for a year before being able to return funds!? Told that the only person with authority to change this was busy and would take a look at it sometime next week

very sketchy The hotel itself is nice, but not at the risk of them being fishy with your money My advice is stay elsewhere and at least know your funds wont be messed with

I stayed at the resort for a conference My room had a stale smell but otherwise was nice I love that the elevators are quick

I did not interact with staff very often, but they were few and very quite Most smiled but did not speak I loved that the indoor pool was open 24 hours It was in a great location and the view was amazing It was a nice stay but I am not sure that I would return

Mary Harrington

We did not stay at the Chateau but had Easter brunch at the Chateau Grille Jessie, the F&B Manager, provided excellent reservation and follow-up services Very professional and pleasant

The chef did a wonderful job with the brunch with varied tasty selections for breakfast and lunch and amazing desserts The staff in the dining room were extremely pleasant and responsive Great job by all We would highly recommend!

M O

The hotel and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly The food at the Chateau Grille was delicious The resort offers a great variety of amenities, however some are unavailable due to covid (I question this since most of the country has reopened)

Our room was clean for the most part, but not quite to the standards of what you expect from a 4 star resort For example the tissue box in the bathroom was covered with a thick layer of dust, as were a few other places in our room The bedding and towels are very clean and soft The mattress was alright, but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable Like other guests I feel a mini fridge should’ve been provided with the room For more than $500 for a weekend stay it fell a little short of our expectations

This condo was great! Everything was clean and organized when we arrived Directions to the condo and how to utilize everything were very clear by the host Would definitely stay here again

About 17 minutes from the landing in BransonSome minor things: The fridge needs to be leveled so it doesn’t rock, vent in bedroom needs a little tightening But again, very minor

We rented a two room condo suite All of the rooms were very spacious We had great service from making our reservation, checking in, and upon checkout

The staff was very helpful and friendly The rooms were very clean, comfortable bedding, and comfortable furniture There’s plenty of seating in the living, dining area, and it even had enclosed patio with furniture Prices are reasonable for the amount of space that you get plus two full bathrooms, full kitchen with appliances, and even a washer and dryer

Kelly Kelz

Some of the rooms are nice We had two different rooms One room was up to date in style and the other room which was in another building was not

Staff was friendly and the location was perfect I must say the bathroom size trash cans for the kitchen are utterly annoying But we made it work Also when we ask for more laundry detergent please be generous This has happens alot with diamond resorts They are very stingy with their toiletries If I’m paying for two suits that sleeps 10 people I will need more than 2 packs of laundry detergent However I know you guys have rules so I understand you have to follow them but please consider making some adjustments

Shelia Lucas

The indoor pool seems as though it has not been cleaned in a very long time Scummy grey film around the top of stairs and all around the filters in hot tub as well Fully stocked kitchen is minimal at best for utensils

Also the “on site” fishing is down at the marina with water moving too fast to drop a line in and fish off the dock as they claim they provide Will never stay another diamond resort again

We enjoyed our stay in Branson The rooms were nice and clean The rooms were a perfect home base to see everything to do in the fun town

The staff were great They had a lot of activities to do on campus, but we did not use them We arrived the week that started the season so not everything was open However, we had little traffic and even had a pretty snowfall The shows were amazing! Branson was a great family vacation spot and the Willow Ridge resort was a perfect place to rest our heads at night

Andy Clark

The facility itself is very nice But beware, there are new charges in place that we haven’t seen before The worst of these are; $15 each time you want your towels changed

Or, $48 each time if you would like your room/villa to get the minimal cleaning service Or, $98 each time you would like housekeeping to do a full service cleaning This is on top of what is already a high nightly/weekly rate Also, checkout time is 10:00 AM No exceptions Probably going to stay elsewhere in Branson in the future

Nick checked us in and he was truly the embodiment of making a great first impression Despite the phone ringing off the hook, he made sure to acknowledge us and apologize for the delay in getting us checked in (which wasn’t but a couple of minutes) He was so friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable that we felt very welcomed

He was a great representative of the Best Western brand The room was nicely renovated with a very homey feel The bed and pillows were super comfy and the free breakfast was great with lots of good options If street noise is a problem for you, then you need to request a room at one of the buildings that doesn’t face the Main Street strip But if you want to stay at a hotel that is close to the Landing and downtown Branson, this is great option that doesn’t break the bank

Kyle Borne

Great price Great Location, they did supply ear plugs in the roomnot sure why! Not much noise

Only negative was indoor pool is only 3 ft deep Oh and they have the ONLY Tesla Chargerthough I recommended they put a holder closer to road (so you don’t have to trample into garden which could be dangerous for an older person) and even have contact to owners on case there are 4 Teslas which we found on our 3 days there

David FLowers

Nice place Very accessible to downtown Nice staff and place to stay

Only thing I have to suggest is changing breakfast end time to 10 on weekdays to match the weekend time Its vacation season not, I know we dont wake up till around 9 and so do most people Also I figured the King suite to be bigger, it was a fairly small room for the price But good stay all and all

Was nervous from reading some reviews, but come to realize there will always be a few that will have issues at any hotel you stay My room was In The second building which was warned is awful…was not at all My room was spotless, air conditioner worked great, while room is small everything was clean and the bathroom appeared to have been remodeled

Pool was surprisingly nice and clean and laundry room was great Fridge in room is larger than most hotels Staff was friendly and accommodating in every request I made Breakfast was very good and area was big Stayed with several families and no one had any issues at all Yes, getting room cleaned on a 7 night stay was a challenge, but most hotels are having this same issue They took my trash and replaced towels whenever I needed Would stay here again

Sherri Perkins

Great location Easy access to grocery and fast food Good security

Nice indoor pool with two hot tub Nice work out room and laundry area SMALL rooms, barely enough space to walk around the beds Poor room lighting, no bathroom exhaust fan, poor water pressure and a tiny TV If you like a cramped tiny room it’s an okay place but with kids and all their stuff it is not great

Amanda Waddell

Stayed 3 nights here Staff was amazing and just normal everyday people Rooms were tiny but functional

Breakfast was mediocre but Darlene the food attendant was nice! Would recommend maybe serving different Breakfast options 🤔 Bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan and as a property manager myself I felt this was odd No amenities in bathroom besides a soap dispenser in shower so bring your own shampoo and toiletries Wifi was useless so if you need it for work while there don’t depend on it Hot tub and pool were full most days4 year Olds were diving in pool and hot tub when signs clearly state not allowed, but not necessarily hotels fault Overall would say my stay was enjoyable but I don’t know if I’d book again

First time staying at this hotel We enjoyed a phenomenal experience Our suite was over and above exceptional

We were greeted by Hailey at the front and she provided excellent service and Information She made us feel very welcomed and appreciated our business Our suite was first class and very clean We were surprised at the breakfast buffet the next morning The buffet had a lot to offer and the dining staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming We have been coming to Tablerock lake twice a year for 35 years and this was our first experience in a hotel We really lucked out choosing this hotel I hope you also give them a try You will not be disappointed

Ronda Del Boccio

The hot tub was wonderful and the pool was a lovely temperature What that means to me is when I get out of the hot tub and go into the pool to cool off, it’s cool but I do not shiverThe only Mark against the pool and hot tub area is that for one thing it’s confusing to find it

It’s you go to where there’s a stairway and then there’s another door but the bad thing is then there are some stairs which are pretty steep to get up there So it is not accessible to somebody who might be mobility impaired or using it a wheelchair or canes or crutchesRooms are decent The area around the refrigerator in mine needs a serious cleaning Went into the bathroom and there was a soap dispenser in the sink, which was easily fixed and promptly fixedYou’re booking a meeting room be very clear on what it is that you’re getting because I can’t even believe they would let 40 people into the size room I’m really amazed the fire Marshals didn’t have a problem with it

Heather Smith

The hotel itself is kind of hidden, but it’s in a good location near most of the activities to do in Branson The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful The blackout curtains are amazing and kept the room dark even when it was bright outside

We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool since we were out doing other things They offer complimentary ice cream at night and breakfast in the morning
