FINALLY!!!I am a full time traveler Every Sunday I check out from an Hilton and check into another one Different city, different zipcode

For oncelet me tell you1 The customer service and the employees were absolutely nice and welcoming They were always willing to help and with a smile on their faces I go workout everyday around 4 am and unlike many hotels, there was ALWAYS someone at the front desk and not in the back hiding to sleep2 COFFEE AND WATER available 24/7 which is a PLUS because many Hilton don’t have that3 A lot of parking spots4 They have the small bell Carts which are amazing! I personally prefer those instead of the bulky ones5 The POOL and outdoor area super nice and super clean and there were always clean towels!6 ROOMS : Spacious and finally with Keurig coffee and microwave (a lots of Hilton Don’t have a microwave and they have a weird coffee machine with flat podsuseless)CONS :the room smelled like mold and the meeting room as well It is the only reason why I don’t give them 5 starts along with BREAKFAST with no set price 🤔 and a lot of people I knew complained about the price changing daily

Roberto De Monaco

Polite and friendly right from the start, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the amusement park They stored our bags before check-in at no extra cost The air conditioning problem in the room was fixed immediately, although I hate to think the room was not checked before a guest arrived

Our stay was very positive

It’s was pleasant, quiet, & clean My only complaint was that the door didn’t latch on its own So you had to manually pull on it to latch locked

Had to figure this out on my own Which makes me think of how many others may become at risk Safety 1st people hopefully the motel fixes that issue before something that could of been avoid happens

User Metri

I work in the legal medical cannabis industry I smell like cannabis I don’t smoke , eat or drink the stuff

I stayed there 2 nights After checking out the motel “attempted” to pull $108 out of my account for smoking in the room The maid apparently doesn’t know the difference between burnt smoked cannabis and cannabis plant smells The office lady was rude Not 420 friendly Drinking in the parking lot is ok though

We stayed a week in the hotel, the hotel was very clean and nice, indoor and out, the staff was friendly Outdoor pool and relaxing area was absolutely beautiful and even more gorgeous at night Loved that they had breakfast for their guests every morning, the only down fall with that was it was the same things over and over, but everything was good just wish it had a more healthier selection and a little more variety but still good

They loaned us a fan for our room, which we really appreciated cause we sleep with one and without one would have been miserable so that was so very appreciated Our overall experience was above average, so thank you all for making our California stay a wonderful relaxing one Highly recommended and we will come again

This hotel appears to be pretty new The design and the furniture are very modern We stayed here two nights for six flags magic mountain after our San Diego trip

The bed is very comfortable, the room is extremely spacious with big closet which can fit almost all of our luggages The bathroom has shower room only which might be challenging for family with kids like us The breakfast has lots of selections and meets the typical Marriott standard But the hotel is not the cleanest one among all that we have stayed since this year The maintenance/ cleaning group needs to work hard to protect Marriott brand The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly They were here to help address any concern you have

Timothy Bee

Close to magic mountain and pretty quiet considering it’s next to the freeway They had a good breakfast buffet and plenty of seating both indoors and outThe hotel is quiet and one of the newer properties

Our room had plugs everywhere for charging devices The wifi was pretty good as well Parking is free and plentiful

There is no maid services in this hotel No clean towels, shampoo ran out the first night Need anything? You have to go the front desk and ask for it

No one clean up your trash There is no remote control for the TV Neighbor is very loud particularly there is no TV in our room to overcome other noises Took my shower at around 8:00 pm, the water is cold Breakfast is good with hot food and lots of choices Staff friendly Room filthy due to lack of cleaning with oily fingerprints on furniture Water marks on the bathroom floor Both key cards not working the second night No maid services but the maid opened our door at 8:30am to “check” on I don’t know what Good location not too far from the freeway Lots of restaurants nearby In-and-Out Burger across the street Outback Steakhouse next door The cost is around $200/night I gave one star because cleanliness and services are two areas that I rated the most important for a hotel This one has none of those

Doug Gallardo

Friendly staff, clean updated hotel:I was very happy with the hotel’s updates The furniture and carpet wasn’t old and worn out, and everything was clean! There was always someone cleaning floors and carpets during late morning/early afternoon Most of all, everyone was happy there – friendly! Unlike some hotels, I was treated like a welcome guest

Golfkat B

Great hotel with friendly staff I had a quiet and comfortable room Would like healthier breakfast options (less processed), but this is what you get everywhere

The coffee in the lobby is improving (I have low expectations and usually cannot drink it, this was drinkable)Thanks for a great stay

Nice, newer hotel Great views of Magic Mountain Very nice and knowledgeable staff

They are a bit stingy with towels There is no garbage can in actual bathroom where toilet is and in the main living area Still really small ones The fridge, dishwasher, cook top, dishware, glassware, utensils and pot are sufficient They have a corkscrewniceBeds were comfortable, couch is firm There was a hockey teams so a bit rowdy, puke in the hallway from night before Not their fault, but wasn’t cleaned up by the time we checked out Will probably stay again to try out pool, but also enjoy Embassy Suites that is less than a mile awayThe view of Magic mountain was awesome

Rebecca DOUTHIT

My family and friends vacationed in Santa Clarita for 5 days and were very satisfied with this newer hotel Very clean, rooms were decent size and beds were comfy Sofa bed not so much but not any worse than others

Kitchen was well stocked Full sized fridge, microwave and a small stove top Also had a dishwasher Breakfast area was large and we were able to use the room for a family birthday party Website says restaurant however it is not built yet The salt water pool was really nice with lots of lounge chairs but no umbrellas which would have been great to have Full size bbq and nice area for eating and visiting Ample parking We would definitely stay here again Very close to several freeways and we had a great view of Magic Mountain

Michael Harrington

Front desk and all staff for that matter, were helpful and very friendly The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean Our room had a small microwave and an apartment size fridge

It was very relaxing The morning breakfast provided many choices of oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, fresh waffles, fruit, muffins, juice, and yogurt The food area was kept clean and the chairs and tables were adequately spaced There was a pool and spa available, as well as a coin op laundry which we did not take advantage of We will definitely stay here again

I’m beyond shocked I was never spoken to by any management I also was not told to file a police report, in fact I waited in the parking lot for over 5 hrs for the police department

At one moment the manager was there, then the next he was on a flight for vacation What about a report from the hotel? No such thing is part of their protocol They put it in a zip loc bag and wanted to sweep it under the rug I made a complaint to corporate and this hotel reported I found a piece of plastic Do my photos of device found show a piece of plastic? This hotel will lie and not take accountability for anything Don’t stay here with your families

I stayed here with my son and husband and it was a very nice placeThey had a mini fridge in the room and a microwave as well as a desk which was perfect for workThe windows have shutters which look really nice and have great insulation

Highly recommend! Will be staying here when we go to Six Flags again as it’s location was very convenient

Spenser Landis

I stayed here a few weeks ago and had no complaints for this place The rooms we had were nice, beds comfy, water pressure food in the showers The rooms were clean when we arrived

There is limited parking on premises, so be wary of that, but you can park on the street next to it if need be Staff were very friendly and helped with any issues we had When we were leaving, they were updating the buildings, painting all the trim along the buildings and made it look very nice I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I head to Six Flags with my family

Braedyn

A friend and I stayed here – room 201, after driving 1,500 miles from Nebraska First off, little to no parking, especially for U-haul trucks After crawling up the stairs from exhaustion, we were greeted with 2 cockroaches that needed to be killed

As well as, another cockroach scurrying under the bed Oh, don’t forget the used cotton swabs on the floor too The bathroom had an odd stench and the shower nearly completely flooded the floorAdditionally, the property had several security flaws including doors being propped open, homeless individuals freely walking into the ice/laundry room, etc When confronting one of the managers who handles guest complaints, we were informed that there’s “nothing he can do because service has already been completed” However, we reached out to him the same day to handle these concerns We were then informed to have brought it up during check out but “service had already been completed”, so what difference would it have made? Not to mention that we were having language barrier issues with the motel worker at the time as wellBeyond dissatisfying experience, especially due to the absence of customer service from management Based on the responses gathered from management, they’re conducting highly deceptive business practices I would never return or recommend this motel to anyone

A very nice place to rest your head at the end of a looong drive! I called on the last minute as I we decided to stop for the night on our way north Lady at the front desk was so personable, very pleasant to talk to, her name is Sydney She immediately arranged our accommodation as soon as we arrived, making all my request happen- a room on the first floor, close to parking

She delivered world class Guest Hospitality!! Keep up the good work Sydney!! It was a very clean room, nicely furnished, amenities- microwave, coffee maker, fridge, etc The bed was very comfy- firm but not too hard on the body, plenty pillows I gave a 3 star for the location as it was quite aways from food places, kind of a hassle to drive 2 mi to get something to eat We shall definitely be stopping here again on another trip, get food before we check in👍!!!

James Bond

No body wash, no hand soap, no shampoo, the HVAC filter was disgustingly plugged dirty! No complimentary breakfast! The room stank! This is the lowest quality in the area! I have stayed in all the other local hotels and this is the worst and will be the last time i ever stay here! Paid 280 for a bed! Trust me people stay elsewhere you wont regret it! The one across the street is amazing, we stayed there and they are absolutely great at the Embassy suites!! The Court yard is garbage!!!!

Chris Cloutier

This place is horrible Nothing special about the rooms and beds are VERY uncomfortable They don’t even come and clean the rooms except for a couple days a week

They do not empty trash, make beds, clean, or even replenish your towels You have to call them for everything and they are so rude They serve food for 3 hours a day and there is no room service so have to go offsite to eat Our sink got plugged so we called to have them fix it They were so rude and never came and fixed the sink 1 star horrible place You can barely call this a hotel since they do not offer any of the perks a hotel offers

First off, the parking is so tight and compact not all of the spaces can be appropriately occupied 2nd, when walking into the room, it doesn’t look bad until you turn on the light (which was so dim we had to use our phone light) Once we turned on the light, you could see floor boards coming up

If these were the only issues I would even bother mentioning it But, when we looked at our beds one had blood stains and something yellow, and the other had burn holes in a non-smoking room! I requested fresh linens, as we had nowhere else to go, guess what the front desk employee brought?! 2 flat sheets, when he arrived with only 2 in hand I asked for the rest for 2 beds and he seemed confused The second time he came back it was no different than the first, just 2 flat sheets! No blankets no pillowcases to replace the blood stained case So we had to go to Walmart and get blankets ourselves Oh and lastly you can’t even shower here the shower floor is so black and disgustingly dirty, you would come out more dirty than going in I would not recommend, and we will not be returning

Ashlee Laymon

Rooms were dirty and they have a no same day cancelation After the first night I didn’t want to stay anymore but I couldn’t cancel so I had to stay the 2nd night Very friendly service but the rooms are yuck

There was a pair of dirty socks in the nightstand and hair in the shower drain Rooms are non smoking but there were cigarette burns in the bedding

The viewer Channel

Update 2022 the pool and jacuzzi at this castaic inn were still dirty and empty, not as advertised on google as functional pool Also upon checking in we were told it was non smoking and when we reached our room after a while started to smell weed from the next room over The room itself also looked like a bad makeover attempt

The whole hotel looked rundown and shady, would not recommend this as a stay

Came here to camp the night before starting the Condor Trail and I’d go to great lengths never to make that mistake ever again Small cramped sites and no enforcement of noise issues even well after quiet hours left us listening to blaring music and large groups yelling even after midnight Large sections of the campground were packed wall to wall with tents

If you don’t mind all of that it did have pay showers and laundry in the bathrooms

Space

Went here for my first camping experience A medium amount of land with plenty of camping lots Lots aren’t very big, only about two medium/large tents fit alongside a car or two

It’s a bit difficult to navigate the area at night, however if you are having trouble finding your lot, look to the road floor for the lot numbers There is no signal which can be seen as a plus or negative depending on how you prefer to camp There are available bathrooms, showered, and clothes washers/dryers available for use Only the bathrooms are free, everything else requires quarters to use Each camping lot has a fire pit Bring everything you might need, the closest store is a small liquor store which only sells food and drinks The lake is good for fishing, not so good for swimming There is also a makeshift oath alongside the right of the lake Overall a good time and good utilities

Melissa Ochoa

Camp ground was pleasant and huge we stayed with full hookups there’s only a few of these spots

Nice drive,no service area but they offer wifi as for the lake it wasn’t what I expected the beach area is small and it was windy so it kinda made it more an of a drag to sit there with the kiddos and enjoyRangers are always on duty and can help find your spot when you arrive afterhour’s

Some of the rooms are good, others not so much For instance, in one of them there were some bugs Some of the staff are a bit on the warmer side, while others will make you wonder if they are going to find a reason to throw you out and keep your money

What really bothers me is the parking fee and in addition they charge it every day that you’re there, and this is a common practice among many hotels but it really should be illegal It maybe listed in whatever site that you are looking at but it’s definitely in the fine print, so you may want to double check to make sure you’ve read everything If you’re not aware of it it’s always a surprise when you check in and if you have a non refundable it’s not always convenient The breakfast is not free I just don’t suggest bringing any pets or animals with you in fact it’s confusing because on the website we booked through this hotel said they had a very strict no pets policy but then they let you bring your animals with no fee This hotel still has a good rate, but they could use some improvement and again the parking fee is troublesome There is no ventilation in the rooms and some of them have an albeit very strong smoky smell

Edward James Trovada

Place is way overpriced for what it is A very old, outdated hotel The rooms, carpet, and decor are clearly decades old

They charge $15 for their breakfast “buffet” which has less things in it than most hotels give you in complimentary breakfasts even what they did provide was mediocre at best, the oatmeal and the syrup were both watery, and the waffle maker was not well maintained if you want any kind of egg, potato, or meat, you have to pay extraTheir “restaurant” is a straight up dive bar, and the food there was, again, mediocre Heck, they even watered down the ranch that came with my onion rings, and my bbq bacon cheeseburger was completely falling apartThe service was hit or miss depending on who helped us at the front, but it was usually an attitude of making us feel stupid for things I asked where the restaurant was for the drink coupons I had and to utilize my $25 credit for food The front desk person told me I have to go outside and around the corner to the bar like it was obviousno lady, what is obvious is the area marked “restaurant” would he where I’d go to get foodEvery time I think I’m sufficiently lowering the bar enough for expectations, something else keeps lowering it more

Richard Balko

This place was a bit priceyThe room I stated and could have been much cleaner If they lowered the price I would stay there again

I’m so glad to be out of Southern California All citizens in California are being burned over prized for items Needed to live on Gasoline prices are insane The cost of living there is out of sorts And overpriced Animal wage should be much higher This is what I meant earlier saying citizens of California in zip California are being ripped off

My family and I stayed here to go to six flags in the morning Excellent location, near a bunch of food options and the heart of the townVery clean and new furniture

Loved that the room did not have carpet Staff is super friendly and they have just about everything you could need if you forgot anything from homeCheck it out, definitely worth it The price was stellar too for how nice the hotel was Very impressed

Kaitlin Hansen

This was a very nice place to stay Everything was clean and the service was absolutely wonderful! There was a worker at the front desk (I believe her name was Liz) who was absolutely wonderful She always had a smile on her face and ready to help right away

The beds were comfortable and the rooftop area was beautiful We will definitely stay here again

Chamba

Nice little hotel next to the old town center Great location The interior is modern, and clean

The cleaning staff cleaned the room everyday The gym is small, but well equipped to get the job done The only thing that might irritate someone is the occasional train noise It’s not often (once or twice a day) but you’ll hear the noise if your room is facing the street It didn’t bother me, but for someone sensitive to noise they might Overall great stay Will stay there again

I stayed for 1 night and I had a pretty good experience with this hotel The front desk staff were VERY friendly and welcoming really enjoyed talking to them The pool and spa were nice and clean and plenty of space

The room was for the most part very nice and clean plenty of space and plenty of USB ports to charge all your devices I would recommend staying here but I did just have a couple of small issues The bathroom vent was dirty, there was a bag over the smoke detector when I showed up and I do not smoke, and the toilet had a peice broken Other than that though I had a great stay and will be staying again next time I come down

elesia lang

I have no idea how this motel even has 3 stars, where to begin The rooms are cheaply, sloppily thrown together and filthy! Everytime the person above me used the sink my drain would let up this smell of rotten eggs and sewage that completely filled the entire room Even with the bathroom vent constantly on there was no way to cover that putrid smell

The “continental breakfast” was literally a banana and granola bar Seriously that was it Meanwhile the guy behind the counter was eating a bowl of Cheerios so clearly we know where his priorities are Speaking of priorities they have a NO CAT policy They allow dogs but no cats which makes ZERO sense That’s like saying we only allow boy children, no girls You cannot discriminate against a certain animal it’s either no pets at all or all pets welcome They even tried to turn me away with my registered service cat I had to tell them that was illegal and make the front desk contact the owner Which the front desk lady was nice and the wifi was fast but for $120 a night you’re better off literally anywhere else This place is a joke
