Excellent staff, even though they were short handed Rooms were spacious and relaxing Pool lacks a hot tub but was great for having a birthday pool party

Breakfast was kinda blah but plentiful Limited seating in the lobby but we were able to take it back to the roomWould definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

The hotel is very accommodating The rooms are spacious with lots of storageThe employees went above and beyond with our service

They were always available and quick to help with anything that we neededMy only issue with the rooms is that the TV’s size and placement is a bit unconventional Other than that, it’s a great option

I stayed here, during a life emergency, for 10 days and I didn’t want to leave The tiny hiccups that occurred were handled promptly, and politely, by the front desk I didn’t get their names, but there were 3 desk guys (blonde, long hair, and one with glasses) and the lady who helped me at breakfast were all very accommodating and kind

My room was perfect, the location was great, and if the emergency repeats itself I will be back My ONLY complaint is that the pool is too cold After a few weeks of hotel life, this is the one pool I couldn’t tolerate longer than 2 minutes Thank you for a great stay!

Pretty good hotel, nice staff, good restaurants nearby I don’t really know what else to say, it’s a good hotel I recommend going

I like the feel of hotels because it’s like you are having a sleep over, but you get a mansion and you are having a sleep over with a ton of people But because of the people it is sometimes loud at night You can hear people through the walls and the air conditioning is SO loud But whatever Also I don’t think they clean the showers, I find hairs in them Well, whatever That’s my view on this hotel Is you read this entire review, good for you! Again, I still would recommend going here Anyways, review, over!

Was very disappointed in the room The use to be beautiful yellow chase was completely stained I threw the waffle blanket on it as soon as I check in

The breakfast was good Staff friendly But word of advice if your charging almost 200 a night b4 taxes I don’t want to see a chair covered in stains You had everything going for you but to me that’s just nasty You do one of two things when this happens Find fabric that’s close to the original Send a professional to clean them If not you throw it out and buy a new chair Room 113

Lauren Shamon

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed

While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue

Clean spacious room, bed was oh so comfy, comforter was fluffy and delightful Front desk admin/managers were friendly and very helpful

Although construction is taking place you’d never know it, there were no loud noises or banging, construction workers were friendly too! Continental breakfast had great choices as well Although there are many hotels in this area, spend the extra $20 bucks a day and have a very enjoyable stay!

Randy Reynard

Clean and welcoming overallDuring our visit (5 days) the ice machine on our floor never did work – reported it the first day, finally the last day they hung a sign on itBreakfast (free) was really basic and the guy running the breakfast area made a point of telling us several times he was out of things and because his manager had gone to the mountains and taken the company credit card with her, he couldn’t buy provisions so he could adequately prepare food

The hot foods were never really “hot” On the 3rd day they finally had orange juice The coffee was super acidic, not sure how they messed that upThe front desk people were absolutely delightful, every one of them, and the room was clean and comfortable The bathroom showed signs of wear, needed some TLC from the facilities team The elevators were much the same – just looked a bit worn and could use some attention to detailIt was convenient and comfortable, and I’d go back, but my expectations would be lower and I probably wouldn’t plan on eating breakfast there again

Nice hotel, up to date Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable Jacuzzi in the room which we didn’t use (they’re a waste of space, in my opinion)

The bed was too firm for our taste, but the bedding felt good Hot breakfast was nice, the breakfast room attendant was paying close attention to every detail, working very hard at doing an excellent job He deserves recognition from management

Just stay at Castle Rock Comfort Suites for 2 nights after 2 nights of camping Our first night we tried to use the pool but someone was hosting swim lessons for toddlers in session groups of 3 to 5 kiddos It’s a small pool so it made using it for recreation awkward for actual hotel guests

The staff at check in was very timid and just not welcoming Upon checkout my statement from the hotel was drastically different than my bank statement so I called down to ask where the extra charge came from I know some place an extra hold until it clears but it was an odd amount with change They couldn’t explain where the charge came from and began yelling at me that it wasn’t their problem I hung up and went down to ask for the manager to which I was told that she was the manager and has been for 15 years as she continued slamming paper around telling me she was done helping me and that I was welcome to exit now(as my kids were still up on the room mind you) I again tried to ask if someone else handles billing questions or if there was a corporate department to ask my questions to and she and her cleaning staff rudely told me to “google it” She made other sparky remarks and when I asked for their names she said “Debbie” but all other staff who involved themselves in the conversation refused to provide a name and none had name tags on I have never been spoken to so rudely by anyone let alone someone in a management position at what appeared to be a nice hotel I will never recommend Comfort Suites to anyone and am so disappointed that this is how our trip for my neices wedding is coming to an end

First priority for me when I travel is whether or not I have a clean place to sleep Comfort Suites in Castle Rock, CO fit the bill perfectly My room was clean, the pool area had fresh towels stocked (yes, the hot tub was the right temp and very relaxing after a long drive) and the breakfast bar was stocked up! Bob and Stacy were wonderful

I was happy enough to book a return trip with them upon my check out Next trip to Castle Rock, I know where I’m staying

We broke down in a bus on the side of the freeway with 27 kids and eight adults I phoned to see if they could help with rooms Not only did they get us the rooms they had, they worked with another property to get us fully set AND organized rides to help us get there, and to dinner too

Amazing people! Wonderful facility as well, but truly, incredible people Thank you!

Jon Smith

We’ve been staying in Holiday Inn Express hotels for years They have great locationsl, ty close to the freeway or interstate highway

Their room are always clean and comfortableThis one had a mini fridge and a microwave, but normally you’ll find at least a Keurig coffeemaker with coffee & tea choicesTheir breakfast is great, but get their early to avoid them running out of popular foods like pancakes This one seemed to have more to offer for breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausage, but I only eat the pancakes There’s juice and milk to go with whatever you are having for breakfast Cold cereal for the kids and even those tiny muffins everyone enjoysThis location had a pool and a small jacuzzi There was even a fitness room with treadmills and whatnot’sHoliday Inn Express is a great place to stay for a business trip or for your next family vacation Check out this location when you’re in the area Enjoy

The hotel itself is fine Location is also fine My extremely high rating is due to this hotel’s excellent staff

Everyone we encountered seemed happy, so this hotel must be managed well What a rarity these days! Usually people in customer service seem to hate customers now We found the staff at this hotel to be friendly, accommodating, and to take pride in performing well Housekeeping got our room ready very early for us due to our flight schedule We were upgraded to a 2BR/2BA without asking Maintenance initiated checking with us to ask if everything was going well with our room and whether we needed anything Front desk staff readily gave out free bottled waters and always greeted us politely Plus, our teenage sons said the hotel breakfast may have been the best they’ve ever eaten!

Hunter Santiago

My room was immaculate The two guys on the desk around 11 pm were friendly and welcoming When I had an issue with my Digital Key, the desk staff made sure to get me a physical one right away

The hotel was clean and breakfast smelled amazing! Have stayed here before and definitely will return A huge thank you to the front desk agent working this morning You are truly a blessing

Robyn Shepard

Perfect spot, especially if you’re traveling with a dogI spent two weeks trying to decide which hotel to book for my long term stay in Denver I needed to be South but was worried about staying somewhere labeled “tech center

” I am so grateful I booked this hotel The GM, Jesus, is incredible Kind, welcoming, humble, and accommodating He went out of his way to help me find the right room I was looking for The maintenance men, Jarret and Miguel, also incredible Had a couple lights burn out and when I asked for help (expecting service the next day) both men were up and fixed the bulbs within an hour Incredibly kind and earned brownie points when they praised and pet my dog The surrounding around is easily walkable and there’s plenty of green space (outside the golf course) and sidewalks for going for a short or long walk with the dog The hotel itself is a little dated, which you’d only know if you regularly stay at hiltons/Homewood suites, but there are no updates that could possibly outweigh the benefits of the staff at this hotel I have talked with 5 different individuals working the front desk at various times of the day and each time I am greeted with a smile and helpful attitude In a past life I traveled >250 days per year and this hotel has the best staff I have encountered

The morning staff are amazing!!! I did not get a chance to interact with the evening staff much, but they seemed nice as well Yes, the rooms could use a little updating, but they are clean and comfortable The location is convenient

I have two big dogs and it is awfully hard to find a place that will allow them I was able to book this place last minute after an unpleasant experience and show up early and still get in with my pups When I needed to make changed to my reservation, they were extremely helpful and accommodating I have nothing bad to say about this placed They literally saved and helped me out a lot considering I was in a foreign state several hours from home with two big dogs and no where to stay No review I can write will ever do this hotel and their staff justice Amazing place and staff I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if I am even in that state again

John Spalding

Great place to stay Staff was always helpful and polite We were there 4 nights, had 2 suites

The place is accessible no matter what part of town you’re coming from We traveled all around the area during our stay and found a new route in every trip out and about LolIf they recommend Brother’s as a good place to eat, just don’t It sucked terribly All 4 of us adults agreed on this If it’s just drinks, go for it

Hallways are Filthy! Rooms are outdated and dirty, walls banged up, floors not vacuumed Sharp carpet grips coming up through floor, lamps broken

The Hallways are not cleaned Overall Not CleanWe booked a week and wish we had not! Pictures do not show true state of Hotel which is poor I travel often and have never scene piled of garbage bags in stairwells and hallways Forget being clean and even sanitary for covid Breakfast was frozen burritos For realThe first room we had the upstairs people were so loud we moved rooms Sticker hooks on walls? Like Comando Strips on ceiling also? So many questions about that Paint chipped Just overall bad The Hotels in this area are Sub-Par at best Do your research No one seems to care anymore Would Not Recommend

Was a 5-star hotel before; however, there are now a number of problems that drop it to 41 The biggest problem was having to leave your driver’s license at front desk to get a pool towel

Not only is this inconvenient and takes up overloaded front desk staff time but is illegal and prone to identity theft issues If you want to do towel check, follow Waldorf Astria policy and just ask for room # and name and put on a list They can scratch off list when they return it They had two people just in charge of the pool area though not like the lone front desk person here So, for small staffed hotel would not recommend doing at all2 Heat coming out of vents in halls and common space was 95F and halls were so hot that the house keeping staff was having to open the windows in hallways to get heat out throwing money out the window The heat needs to be turned down especially since rates are going up You can replace all pool towels several times a month for this loss3 Last two times I came recommended adding second caffeinated coffee pot to the breakfast area but has not happened On weekend coffee was out over 80% of the time and breakfast server was not able to keep up The long distance from where coffee was made in breakfast area to front desk also contributed to not keeping up4 The hot food in breakfast area was out of stock most of the time during weekend This is due to half size replacement containers Please use full size like all other Hampton Inns5 Now that construction has started on North Side again Dust has become a problem Recommend like Embassy Suites to sell rooms with air filters to fix this as well as a good upsell6 Letting unqualified people substitute at front desk One time I came down to complain about the heat hotel (#2) was wasting in hallway and young girl with glasses never at front desk before (Maybe Overworked Breakfast Server) said “No one else has that problem” I think the owner, management company or whoever pays electric bill would disagreeGood news is that elevator 2 did not trap me in it this time Both elevators, though slow, functioned properly

Great place to stay Staff is very nice and accommodating, even when an issue arose with a leaking A/C unit made our 2 BR suite not available the first night They gave us a 1BR and kept us informed as soon as our room was fixed we moved

Nice pool and patio area The breakfast was okay with a variety of items to choose from We also enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen The pictures on their site are accurate and look just like the rooms Clean and comfortable all the way Great location close to metro train and across the highway from a mall Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the Denver area

Have lived in Multiple residence inn before but this one was my worst experience To begin with Very limited options in breakfast

Almost nothing for vegetarian Room service comes only twice a week And for me it came only once in 1st week and twice on second Even though the staff knew that I am staying for 2 weeks, they gave me the worst possible room in the hotel with minimum sunlight and no view at all There is a wall in 6 meters of my windows which blocks sunlight and all the views I asked for room change the 2nd day I moved in and I was offered to get new room 2 days before checkout There are 2 working washing machines of 3 for which I had to wait for 1 hr Truly disappointed with this branch

Divine TribalSol (Dez Yohe)

Some of the staff is all right but I’m there’s no real care in the customer care for this hotel which was sad because I paid a lot of money to be there and for my staff so four star review because some of the stuff is snotty and when I’m spending money like that and there’s no real concern about me or what’s going on I just take my business to another location Mind you I’m terminally ill have no immune system and it’s hard for me to move from one location to another but I had to do so because of security issues and there was no concern about me my account the money I spent the money that was taken I love Marriott and I will continue to use them just not this location

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable Beautiful location too We did have an issue with customer service at the restaurants and the manager, Hunter

I reached out to the GM, Curtis, and he made it all right and gave excellent customer service! Matt and Kurt at guest services were both amazing, Laura at check in was great and has a fun energy! Wayne was also great and helped me with my issues with the restaurants If we are back in the area anytime in the future we would give it another try! We love Hilton properties and they always have great customer service which is a MUST in the hospitality industry!

The Really Honest Traveller

It was fine, nothing really stood out about it It’s for sure not a bad hotel, just nothing great about it It was clean, friendly staff, nice views of the mountains on one side of the hotel

Breckenridge Brewing Company is the hotel restaurant which is sweet Very large hotel so getting to your room can take a bit Not much within walking distance WiFi was good I think the shower pressure was good, I can’t remember If I had to I’d stay here again I would but I prefer hotels closer to stuff to walk to

Jaime McClellan

Beautiful king suite on the top floor with private access and a balcony! What a view! We stayed for mothers day Brunch was amazing Service was spectacular

We plan on coming back soon to take more advantage of what the hotel has to offer We saw indoor and outdoor pools,a gym, golf courses, tennis courts, on site dining and bars Room service and so much more Can’t wait to go back

Hands down the best place to stay in castle rock Book early the rooms get reserved quickly Attentive service if requested but just enough space that you won’t feel awkward or bothered

A landmark property that helped build the town up to what you now see today A very Well kept recently remodeled property Old timers in town say: The Steve Miller band created the song “Abracadabra” on the back patio

This place has been amazing for me as an extended stay I’ve been looking for a permanent home in Castle Rock and Joel and his staff have made this a great place to stay while I’m navigating this crazy real estate market The room is very comfortable and clean, and this is also a very peaceful place

They have a nice patio with plants, under a big shade tree, where I often sit and relax in my down time The motel is also attached to a consignment shop and plant nursery with some really cool items to shop for I’ve already bought a few succulents for my family as gifts Furthermore, this place is right in downtown, so I’m able to walk to all the shops and restaurants and experience downtown Castle Rock This place is a gem, and I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a short stay, or a long stay like myself Joel and Alicia, thank you so much!

Zachary Gee

I’m here at Castle Pines Motel right now This place is just absolutely wonderful The staff have been very accommodating and even let me check in 3 hours early

The rooms are very nicely remodeled and the location is supreme The lack of a microwave can be an issue for a business traveler like me but everything else makes up for it The little common area courtyard is a great place to meet the other guests at the hotel I love that the place is rather small which makes it kind of exclusive You know exactly who’s around and you know if your safe or not The owner is fantastic and I wish I could have known about this before booking an Airbnb for a week starting tomorrow I would have stayed here instead This place rocks!EDIT: After speaking with the owner about the microwave issue, they accommodated me to the fullest I would definitely recommend this little gem to any business traveler

This is a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in a convenient location (aside from the construction on the roads nearby – but that’s obviously temporary, and no fault of the hotel) The night auditor at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful when I arrived for a last-minute, late-night check-in The rooms were clean and spacious

I appreciated being given the option of a high floor and balcony If my travels take me back to this part of Denver, I would stay here again

Amber Viola

This wasn’t just your typical hotel I think one of my favorite things about it was how friendly the staff were, and the resturants in the lobby The breakfast and dinners there weren’t just serve yourself buffets, they were legitimate restaurants

The staff even brought the food out to you Not to mention, the food was fantastic! The pool was a little small but it was still nice I really enjoyed the hot tub It’s a really nice place to stay for both short and long trips

saurabh shegokar

Very good stay, they do have Starbucks inside so no need to look around for coffee Breakfast is paid but awesome The location is good and parking is nearby so walkable

Overall good stayI did not see microwave inside room so giving it 4stars otherwise fabulous staff and great location in Denver for stay

Perfect customer service; 1st class all the way I brought an ARMY veterans group here for a 4-day reunion in July, 2022 Staff was perfect; so was the facilities

Breakfast was good I cannot imagine better treatment anywhere, and I have stayed in 5-star facilities in Tokyo I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in the Denver area

Clean rooms, friendly staff Jamie was very helpful at the front desk There’s plenty of parking around the complex and a load in area near the front of the hotel

The rooms have kitchens with refrigerators and stoves and dishes etc There’s a small pool located in the center of the complex that’s never too crowded There’s barbeque pits located near the pool that you can use when needed There’s also a gym located near the main office There’s a small convenience store and a complimentary breakfast buffet for guests also You might want to get a room further from the highway if you want extra quiet, but the highway noise didn’t bother me and I was right next to it There’s nearby restaurants and a movie theater and an event center with bowling and arcade style games located within walking distance This hotel is also pet friendly which makes it convenient for those traveling with pets I will stay here again

I would not even momentarily consider returning to this dumpThis place is ruined with cigarette smoke, and appears to be “the local dive”, where “that type” of people like to stayThe hallways are dark and gloomy, and often smell like cigarettes

I saw a guy in his 20s, wearing an oversized winter coat, looking lost, boarding the elevator with a cigarette in his mouth I notified the front desk about this, and asked them to send security to our building They didn’t even replyI’m a Marriott gold elite member, and I requested a late checkout 3 times throughout my stay: once in my reservation, and twice via chat They didn’t even respondOne of the toilets was clogged upon check-in, and one of the showers was backed up throughout our 2 night stayThis hotel is basically a run down, lower-class apartment building Absolutely nothing like any of the other Residence Inns we’ve stayed at, and far from the Marriott brand standard Priced at nearly double the last one we stayed at, in Bismarck, ND, which was exceptionally clean, new, and well-maintainedTo be clear, these problems don’t strike me as the fault of housekeeping whatsoever Even upon close examination of my 2 bedroom suite, they definitely did their job, and did it as well as they couldRegardless, I would definitely not recommend staying here One star for a gross-feeling, poorly-soundproofed, poorly-maintained hotel, with a sketchy and borderline disturbing vibe to it, and most importantly, a non-communicative front desk

First off the staff was awesomely friendly Always friendly and happy to help But the room leaves much to be desired

The bed is like sleeping on a concrete floor All of us including my kids woke with sore backs The hot tub is disgusting Also the room was not as clean as they claim There was questionable substances on the wallsWe asked for cleaner and wiped it down ourselves But the staff os awesome and the breakfast was good

Staff and management is very rude I have never felt compelled to write a review in my life, but after this experience I had to share my story I was in town to visit my dad who recently had surgery and wanted to stay at an affordable hotel while I was there

BAD IDEA! When I walked into the hotel the lady at the desk was on her phone video calling someone She didn’t even acknowledge me I walked up to the desk and was just standing there for about a minute I checked into the hotel and I as I was walking to my room I heard a loud bang from another room After a few hours I contacted the front desk to let them know about the noise and she said that they’ll take care of it The noise stopped for about 30 minutes and then continued At 12:30am I went down to the office to let the staff know that the noise was still going on and she rudely said to me “We asked them to stop, what more do you want us to do?” I was so stunned by the response that she gave me that I just asked to check out of the room She told me that I would have to take it up with management and walked away I contacted management the next day about my experience and the manager I spoke with tried to place me in another room just to avoid giving me a refund She never apologized for the inconvenience or anything that I had experienced I left the hotel that day and had to dispute the charges with my bank and with the help of my BBB report 0 STARS

The staff at this hotel alone make it worth returningThanks to Snow, Brooke, Amanda, (one night girl whose name I don’t recall) and all the kitchen staff bc the breakfast was out of this world and I was made to feel at home no matter the hour of day Will certainly return to this small, quiet and comfortable hotel

Thanks to all6 stars

My husband and I made the last minute decision to drive up to Castle Rock from Southern AZ to surprise our family for our nephew’s first birthday We had a reservation with another hotel, but that hotel refused to let us check in early even though we had requested it the day before The La Quinta staff were so kind – they booked us right away and let us check in early with no problem

Each and every one of the staff members went above and beyond our expectations I would highly recommend staying here They will make you feel at home!

Edward at the front desk needs to receive an award for the best customer service in the state of Colorado I’ve gone to lots of places with good customer service But Edward tops it off with Phenomenal customer service

The property is clean the staff is very professional The rooms are immaculately clean very comfortable and welcoming Must go to!

Lisa Kennedy

First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quite The reasons I’m only giving 3 stars are: 1 My sister fell getting out of the shower

This was totally preventable There was nothing in the the tub to make it non slip and there were no grab bars anywhere This is a safety issue and should be addressed2 The free breakfast was not that great Waffles, instead oatmeal, bagels, toSt, pastries If you wanted protein your choices were hard boiled eggs and yogurt
