Great location, great value! Extremely clean Didn’t saved money paying for parking online ahead of stay A little less variety of breakfast to me without any sweet to go with coffee for my two day stay

Did not give 5 stars because no pool/hot tub and breakfast close at 9:15 not said 9:30 Around 9 I waited and waited for scramble eggs and I finally had to ask for them to bring out Everything else, including the view from the top floor lounge, was top notch!

falah madadha

Great hotel experience Stayed here 8 nights and couldn’t have asked for more from checkin to room size Great harbor views, nice neighborhood to walk/run in

The gym is extra clean and spacious with a nice rooftop lounge for good viewsThe breakfast is rather basic but it’s free so no complaints Room doors tend to be loud when closing automatically but this is common at hotels Overall would highly recommend it for business or pleasure

Jasmine Price

I’m on my way home after staying here for 5 days We initially booked another hotel but decided on the Hyatt Seaport because of they had a better view of the harbor We definitely recommend this hotel! It was comfortable, clean, and all the staff were amazing!!! We recommend booking the rooms with a harbor view (see photo), it’s definitely worth it for the view and the extra space (since we are a family do five!) I also liked the fact that we were within 20 minute walk from everything! Next time we are in Boston, we will stay here again!!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay This site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I’m sure!Modern design hotelHotel room door: slow closing device to reduce noise 👍👍👍Room design: modern, warm, comfortable 👍👍Electric outlets: it has light stand outlet, which I personally not prefer 😐 It has wall outlet but no light standWork desk: my room does not provide 😐Bathroom: modern design with designer mirror with time provided Shower tiles are modern Feels warm and welcome 👍👍👍No mini fridge 👎WiFi speed: smooth without disconnect 👍👍👍Window view: specular, waking up with eye catching harbor view 👍👍👍

Room was very nice and the hotel staff were super nice Is it a four-star hotel Yep

Is it worth the price Not in my opinion Paid over $400 for a room and to park the car (yep they charge for parking along with most places in Boston) for the awesome view on the harbor side However, is the price worth the view Absolutely not A harbor is a harbor is a body of water Same with the skyline Won’t stay again solely due to the price, and you also (we didn’t) have to purchase breakfast if you want it, on top of the room already

Noname H

Super awesome location – very convenient to the airport and amazing view of the harbor and planes landing and taking offVery very expensive, though Having to pay $78 for parking when you’ve already paid a ton for three nights is a lot

Add to it a “destination” fee of $22 that is charged daily!! The rooms don’t even have a fridge or a microwaveAlthough we enjoyed our stay, we wouldn’t do it again for the insane cost

We came in pretty late and Ryan was at the front desk He is amazing!! The valet parking is definitely worth it Our girls left some homework in the car by accident and Ryan offered to go get it for us

The hotel itself is beautiful The rooms are clean and very comfortable! I highly recommend it if you are in the area or need to stop to rest while passing through

I stay in Boston twice a year traveling with my partner to see her family I’ve stayed in hotels all over Boston We always pay somewhere between 200 to 400 a night, 2 to 3 nights each visit

This is a newish (pandemic era) hotel at the base of Charles Street, on the other side of the enormous intersection from the Liberty hotel They out together one new building with a second, older hotel, they kept some of the old facade which you can see when you exit the elevator It was a good experience, professional staff who genuinely seemed to care about their jobs, which I didn’t see at the Wentworth in Portsmouth on this same tripRoom had no closet but the bathroom was huge as a percentage of total space

Mary Goldberg

5 Star hotel from start to finish: compassionate, respectful, kind, empathetic We were in a jam, staying at another 4 Star hotel considered a Luxury Hotel We found ourselves in a room over a booming club happening in the lobby of that “other hotel” where we were asked to “pardon the noise level for a couple of hours”

Wait, What? At $450 a night – me think not We called The Whitney Hotel at 7:00 AM next morning to break us out of jail, pun intended It was worth the add’l $200 to be treated like a human being Checking in – the kindest staff, doorman, wait staff – every level of service was amazing A GIANT thank you to the entire staff – and especially to Mr Kamil Alafandi for truly being the most gracious host and understanding our predicament This was a busy weekend with the Yankees in town, we knew we would be limited, Mr Alafandi showed us the only room available at that moment, to ensure we were okay with the location – and while we may not have had the best view in the hotel, we were so grateful for the level of care, service and peace provided by the team This hotel goes ABOVE and BEYOND! We will be back!

Location of this hotel is superb So close to everything and easy to access Staff were great, and when asked if we could change rooms to a higher floor they were more than happy to help

Rooftop bar is great with fantastic views of the skyline Only downside is that the rooms are quite small (even the superior queen) so they are fine for a single traveller or a 2 night stay Anything more then it is quite tight Other than that, had a great trip!

David Crescent

For those of you booking, please read below for my personal experience I’ll try to keep it as concise as possible:PROS -Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed atSuper attentive staff that were friendly and helpful

Felt super secure / safe during the entire stayThe rooms for how small they are, use the space well to maximize storage optionsThe window actually opened up which was great for fresh airHonestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a hotel, ever And the shower was really nice!CONS -The biggest con for me is honestly the design of the room If I was staying alone it would be fine, but my partner would wake up earlier than me to get ready and the curtain separating the bed from the bathroom didn’t even filter 50% of the light coming from the bathroom lights Woke me up immediately and that was that There are THREE LIGHTS in the bathroom and ONE SWITCH to control all three Separating these on different switches, or separating the bathroom from sleeping quarters with a blackout curtain would have solved this issueLighting in the main section of the room is terrible Just some LED lights and a couple of reading lamps Some wall mounted or recessed lighting would have been idealThe fact that the shower and toilet are surrounded by transparent instead of frosted glass blows my mind You can look into both while sitting on the bed The curtain does cover them, but some frosted glass would have made the room feel more private Definitely do NOT recommend sharing a room unless it’s with your partner as there is minimal privacy between the main room and the bathroomFriday / Saturday night was really busy in the lobby because locals would come to access the rooftop restaurant and bar Not really a huge con, but it was a little annoying waiting for elevators to say the leastIn summary -I really enjoyed my four day stay here The hotel rooms are small, but not unbearably so Some design decisions (no real light in main sleeping / TV area, and the limitations on blocking light coming from bathroom) are confusing to say the least Not huge on the limited privacy the bathroom afforded me, but if staying alone this wouldn’t be an issue I would absolutely stay here again in the future

China Constance

Location location location! This place is great Went to a convention in April and it was only half a mile away The hotel is close to literally everything you need

What you see is very much what you get The size of the room isn’t big but it’s so convenient! There’s a towel warmer in the bathroom that came in handy I had such a great experience Even the ice machine was great 😂 dispensed water and the good crunchy ice The breakfast that you can purchase downstairs was basic but wasn’t bad Loved my room and can’t wait to visit more locations ❤️PS everything was very clean These are departure pics 😂

While the hotel, aesthetically, is very beautiful that’s where the positives endsThe EV charging station is nonfunctional and has been for months: they have no intentions of repairing it either They’re still fine with charging you $15 for parking however

Classy Check-in was at 3 and only one room was ready, forcing myself and my guests to move around our plans to accommodateWhile I previously have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences staying at Homewood Suites this experience was far from that 5 star hotel, with 1 star service

Varrun Phanda

Clean hotel and roomsGood amenities – Free breakfast, Gym, swimming pool, PAID parking($15)Breakfast is really nice with good options for vegetarians as well – Veggie patty, Breads, Bagels, Oatmeal, Oats, Juices, Fruits, Coffee etcCons: Location is isolated and not good for nights And location not that good for travelling to downtown or other Boston tourist places The station is little far – you have to park your car at station or take uber

Nicole Aljets

Booked this hotel online for an overnight stay in Boston Front desk staff very rude and inconsiderate We turned around and walked back out and booked our stay somewhere else

We have stayed in Hilton’s for years and this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had Looking at other reviews, I see we’re not alone Two pieces of advice: #1 Don’t stay here #2 If you do stay here and have a bad experience, definitely take the time to let Hilton corporate know what a horrible representation this place is of the Hilton brand

The check in process was really annoying Since I booked this though another portal, there was an error & I did not get the check-in instructions There’s no lobby/ receptionists so calling the help line at 11PM was not fun

It took about 20 minutes on the phone to get the codes to my room and the buildingThe studio room is spacious and looks just like the photos Great room to have if you need a work station The bathroom is small but clean and updated ( note only a shower, no tub) The bed was comfortable but the sheets felt like paper, scratchy and cheap There was a mini fridge, kettle and coffee station that was usefulLocation is great and very walkable, hidden between the other brownstones A lovely neighborhood to walk around, eat & shop Despite those great things, I would not stay here again mainly due to the sheets and small bathroom

Emerald

Hotel will not let you check in before 4 pm even though they list you can pay a fee to check in at 1 This is not a boutique hotel as advertised Everything is remote like a vending machine

No staff At this point it would be better to just go find a traditional chain hotel or nice local Airbnb owned by a Bostonian rather than some faceless entity

Jonathan Little

My wife and I stayed in the penthouse unit “Stellar Queen Room w/ Balcony” and enjoyed our stay The location makes it a wonderful spot for exploring the walkable Back Bay neighborhood with tons of food and shopping options The unit has its own private rooftop deck which had great views toward Boylston St

This property has no staff (imagine it as a rental on VRBO or AirBnB), though there is a cleaning crew that tidies up common areas and rooms after a guest checks out We let ourselves into the property with a code that was emailed to us, and leaving was as easy as closing the door behind us WiFi was decently fast and reliable There is no TV service, but a Roku is provided for using our own streaming accounts Parking was at the Prudential Center a few blocks away at $44 per 24 hours

This hotel is recommended by our colleagues I love the location as everything is in walking distance from the hotel There is daily housekeeping

As a matter of fact housekeeping come in and fill ice for us every evening If I didn’t have to work during weekday, I would have enjoyed all the summer events more Definitely recommend this hotel I’ll update with more photos later

Chris Davis

My wife and I were married here 32 years ago when it first opened and it was spectacular We returned last week to have a drink at the terrace restaurant and after checking in and waiting for our table to be cleared, the host came back and told us that we had to order dinner not just drinks to be able to sit outside He asked if we were going to order food and we said not after this experience and left

Terrible customer service for what was once a great hotel

Celia Pearce

Summer in the City at the Harborwalk Terrace – Sitting outside with a view of the harbor listening to good music was great; food was delicious but overpriced, the staff is super nice but overworked The hotel is apparently too cheap to keep the venue properly staffed when they have a promoted weekly event they know will be crowded, which is a shame because it made an otherwise nice experience unnecessarily frustrating Considering this is an allegedly “posh” with a room rate of $700 + you’d think they could afford to adequately staff the event

Excellent luxury boutique hotel in a great location Lots of shops and food places nearby, walking distance to the train, interesting historic neighborhood, and easily walkable, including to the harbor The room was tastefully decorated with a fireplace, and the bathroom was nice with historic-style fixtures

Our room didn’t have a view but was comfortable and sophisticated Thick robes and slippers Great experience and felt safe during the pandemic Special experience compared to large corporate hotels

Susan Susan

Just beyond the Boston Commons, this lovely, small hotel with a European feel was a quiet, wonderful getaway Our rooms, each very different, were quite nice, as was room service Meals downstairs at Moo I’d rate 4 stars, not 5, mostly due to service and a limited menu (entrees mostly meat), but all else was top-notch

Loved the car service and enjoyed our driver, originally from Russia, also the charming service at check-in and afterward when I emailed We once thought a waterfront hotel was our favorite but now it’s XV, hands-down

Jessica Goldman

What a lovely find! While our room was beautiful and comfortable and the hotel could not have been better located, the true standout was the staff! From the front door to the front desk to the restaurant to the house drivers, everyone was phenomenal They could not have been more friendly, charming, knowledgeable, and accessible We’ll definitely be back!

The location of this property was very good There are many restaurants nearby to dine I liked the complimentary breakfast in the mornings

There was plenty of parking We had a few things that needed attention when we first arrived and the staff addressed in a timely manner They seemed short staffed so patience is a virtue This location is near the train which loved to honk it’s horn I’d suggest earplugs or noise cancelling headphones I would definitely stay here again

Rachel McKnight

The front desk staff were really nice There’s continental breakfast which is nice, you don’t see that alot anymore Rooms were very spacious and nice

There wasn’t any silverware in the kitchenette though, so if you need forks or spoons, pick some plastic ones up This stay would have been much better had there been a shuttle to and from the airport That’s why we stayed so close to the airport, but the shuttles weren’t running

Christina Bucceri

The hotel and room were very spacious, clean, and comfortable Hotel was in a great location for us and parking was very convenient (although the $15/day fee for parking was a bit silly I don’t get why there is a fee for this ☹️)

The breakfast both days we were there was excellent Very good selection of hot and cold food Breakfast seating was also very niceThe only issue preventing a 5-star review was the drunk in our hallway beating on his room door and screaming at 3am on our last night there We called the front desk and they got him taken care of (but the music in his room played loudly for the rest of the night)

Hotel is in a great location on the north end, all of Little Italy is walkable Toilet had same kind of door as the shower, only matte so you can’t see through, but you get no privacy if you’re noisy and someone else is in the room There was a speaker in the bathroom, so the tv was really loud in there, but not in the room

The coffee machine was really loud, sounded like it was about to die, but the coffee was good The service was exceptional, everyone was so nice and helpful The best part, it was quiet either people were quiet or the walls/doors were really good, because I slept uninterrupted It didn’t hurt that the bed was wonderful I would’ve given it 5 stars except for the strange bathroom Also, fun that we could see the Constitution from our room

John and Jody Vossen

Overall the places was fantastic My wife and I don’t usually spend this much money on hotels, but we took a special trip It was very nice walking in to a hotel room that screamed CLEAN

It felt brand new and well kept The location in the North End was perfect for hitting a lot of historic places on the Freedom Trails and for walking around the various streets just taking in Boston The only thing I wish we had was a fridge

Christopher Magielnicki

Recently stayed 3 nights, and the experience was perfect From the check in to the booking of the cab for the airport, it was just a wonderful experience Walking distance to everywhere

And I mean everywhere Beautiful rooms and views Comfortable beds , and can’t beat the Nespresso coffee See you next yearThanks to all the staff

New hotel with a great location! The inside is clean and modern with a really fun decorative flair! We had a corner room with excellent views Our bed and linens were also super comfortable! They have a restaurant for breakfast and everything we had was excellent—I’d maybe choose an option a little less heavy next time, but super good! The only downside was parking—super expensive to park naturally, but somewhat expected given the locationThe only other thing to note was that our room was upgraded when we arrived, which was great, but my app still showed my old room and my new room—which would have been no big deal except someone stayed in my originally assigned room and I was initially charged for their breakfast items

Thankfully an invoice was sent to my email (2x—mine and the other room) in which I caught it and mentioned it to the front desk staff who credited my account I’m glad I caught it for the charge, but the other concerning thing is that I think I had key access to the original room that night as well since both continued to show up on my app—which would be unsettling if you were the new person staying in the room and some stranger could access your room I think it will be important to make sure that if you’re upgrading/changing rooms that you’re only being assigned one room and the the original room is removed from your access/accountOverall we loved being able to walk or jump on public transportation to get everywhere—really great location! Friendly staff as well! 🙂

Hotel is great, rooms are nicely appointed and spacious This was my third time at the canopy brand and this building does not disappointWaking me up at 2:58 in the morning for a noise complaint while sleeping…Terrible & Simply unacceptable

The noise complaint should have been on Security…knocking on any door at 3AM! Never mind a room in darkness with people 💤 I’d still be upset, but maybe wake us up via phone next timeThe staff here is completely new and it shows Any investigation whatsoever would have came back with the same conclusion (no noise) Spoke with front desk in the morning and clearly could not answer regarding any policy or protocol on how to intrude on guestsSome of the building remains unfinished and in the soft opening phase Staff needs training & experienceDiamond member credits were never applied ($36 in F&B for those wondering)Living 45 minutes from Boston, I would have a hard time staying here again simply based on service and disturbance However if you chose to and the stars align (see other reviews) 5 stars is certainly possible

Katarina Thomas

The Canopy by Hilton is a great place to stay It’s centrally located, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are very attentive and accommodating The hotel is brand new and during our stay it had only been open about 3 weeks

Our tv didn’t work in our room, but they hotel staff quickly gave us a different room and a voucher to use in their restaurant and bar I also really enjoyed that their ice machine also came with filtered water!

Pay for what you getPro: Nice ambiance Unlimited water bottles

Con:- the front desk is understaffed; the guy working was also at the bar entertaining a guest I called several times and then ended up coming downstairs to tell them we had ordered pizza-The exercise room is well equipped with decent equipment and towels, but no wipes I worked out at 11 pm and felt like there was sweat everywhere Also, I don’t know how this particular design was formulated but there is a door stop on the door so make sure you do not painfully stub your toe like me Why didn’t they put it on the wall?- don’t put your hotel room cards by your phone, it will demagnetize We had to reset several times- rooms were 8/10 clean Check your sheets and bring wipes I wiped down the counters and definitely picked up some stuck on funky gunkPro tip: park in back and request room facing back

Bed was not sanitary There were a couple brown stains that housekeeping just put thin sheets over to hide I left the room for the day with the stains showing to make it obvious to them but they just put sheets over it again

House keeping also didn’t replace our shampoo bottles There is no safe in the room for passports Transit is not great in this area, you’ll have to walk 15 minutes to get to a bus stop that can take you to downtown Boston On the plus side the rooms are furnished nicely, the bed is comfortable, and there is free parking, but I don’t know why this hotel has such a high price given the cleanliness

For any of our hotel stays, all my wife and I ask for is a cozy a room with a good bed to sleep in And if they have breakfast provisions it is a HUGE plus Well, Comfort Inn checked those boxes off easily

It’s not a difficult location to get to from the airport, roughly 10-15 minutes and they have adequate parking available for your rental car if you have one The interior design of the entrance is well done and very invitingStory timeWe were very tired from our day trip in the area and we were ready to drop everything and relax Unfortunately, there was a small hiccup between bookingcom and the hotel and we were told our reservation wasn’t in their system Our hearts sank I think we could’ve lost it especially from our exhaustion but they were kind and courteous and it didn’t take too long for management to find a resolution that got the matter solved and get us in a room at the same rate we booked for Phew! That was very noteworthy and above and beyondThe single queen bed room was very standard and had lots of sitting space The provisions in the bathroom have installed dispensers for soap and shampoos It was very well thought out and felt modern We had a very early flight the next morning and we felt well rested Their breakfast meal started at 6am and it’s very much like a buffet; scrambled egg, pancake, hash brown and sausage, the works and all deliciousWe definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn if you come to visit Boston

Clean and convenient, generous complementary breakfast, friendly staff Only a 10 minute walk to the Wonderland train station, where you can get to any Boston attraction safely and cheaply Good for families or business travel

Save your vacation money by avoiding the high priced accommodation downtown this hotel will not disappoint

Spent a really lovely evening here when I had an extended layover in Boston The staff was great and very friendly, and the space was nice I was close to the lobby and worried a bit about noise but it was never a problem

The room was nice and spacious, although it didn’t have a desk which I missed while I was working in the morning It was very clean except for a few hairs here and there that were not mine All in all, solid hotel with a great location and amazing staff

My husband won a free night stay from the Boston Boat show and we knew we would have a “nice” night However, we could not have had a better experience and enjoyed a fantastic night away Check-in was easy and welcoming, with a bottle of wine and some treats left in our room

The Room was beautiful, spacious, and the view was outstanding We grabbed a quick dinner out and rushed back to the room to enjoy our room It was a scorching, summer night (the best kind) but the gorgeous deck overlooking the marina and the sea breeze made it the best location to enjoy a glass of wineThe comfortable bed and cool room temp made for a great night’s sleep and the delicious breakfast, brought to the room and enjoyed on the deck, topped off the wonderful stayI can’t recommend Boston Yacht Haven Inn any higher, this is a special place!

Nice hotel Older building but seems like it has been renovated to stay relevant with the times Rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were pretty small

Rooms were clean and maintained well I was there for a conference and the ballrooms, merging rooms were great spaces for at all the people who attended The food was great considering all the food allergies and special requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten, etc) I eat everything and I didn’t find myself complaining about the food options I love the omelet station and bacon served on the last day! Can’t go wrong with bacon! They had meat options such as chicken and beef which was nice for those who don’t have any food restrictions Starbucks is on-site which was nice too as their coffee and tea options weren’t the best tasting If I’m ever in the Boston area I’d stay here again even with the prices being higher than other surrounding hotels

My family had an enjoyable experience, during our vacation stay, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel We had a superior two queen room, with a nice view of the city It appeared to be recently remodeled and was spacious enough for the three of us to move around easily

The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed The bathroom was modern – but smallThe staff was very attentive and check in was fast The hotel lobby was lovely The lobby restaurant was convenient – but pricey We decided to eat elsewhere during our stay However, the onsite Starbucks was wonderful and we visited there dailyRather than use the $60 a day valet, we chose to self-park at a nearby garage for about $40 a day Though the garage was old and wasn’t as convenient as we would have liked, it was safe and it seemed that many other guests appeared to do the sameOverall, we had a positive experience and would happily return again

Beautiful hotel in a great area One street over from Boston Common and close to restaurants and pubs Very nice lobby, restaurant and bar inside the hotel

Our room (one king bed) was a little smaller than expected but was nice and clean The bed was comfortable and the room temp was fine I cannot give it 5 stars though because of some room issues we experienced:1 The electrically controlled blinds and curtains did not work well One blind didn’t work right and had to be manually pulled down from a very high window Anybody under six feet tall would not be able to reach it The curtains did not work at all and did not want to stay closed when manually pulled closed so we had to clamp them shut with chip clips2 There was no separation from the shower floor and the rest of the bathroom so water from the shower would flow to the rest of the bathroom unless towels were placed on the floor to dam it Very dangerous as the bathroom floor still became slippery from the water3 The TV did not work properly and would freeze up We were only able to watch a few channels4 While the bathroom was large enough, there was very little counter space

Great location, excellent service! The Boston Marriott Long Wharf is located right next to the New England Aquarium The location is great for catching a dinner cruise or taking a trolley tour, as both are available mere steps from the hotels front entrance The room was clean and fresh, with great bath amenities

The staff was friendly and kind The hotel features an indoor pool with a great outdoor sun deck There is a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel’s in room dining is excellent!

Excellent location by the water Right next to the acquarium and minutes to the market Rooms were very nice and very clean

Very comfortable bed Team at the front desk were exceptionally caring, nice and professional Try to stay away from rooms by the atrium as sound echoes and travels to your room Pool was not appealing but works well for children Outdoor deck is a plus Hotel has food options and a convenience store

It takes a lot for me to think somewhere is a 5 but this hotel is worth the rating Spectacular location Beautiful updated rooms and great pool

Pool is on the 3rd floor with windows as walls on 3 sides so you feel like you aren’t in a dungeon Doors open out to a deck with chairs, tables and beautiful views and depending on the time of day they serve cocktails Staff was helpful and pleasant Overall would highly recommend this if you are going to Boston

This DoubleTree hotel was much nicer than expected! The staff was friendly professional and made the quick overnight experience very easy The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean The bed especially was very comfortable

We specifically chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle service We had to wait in the cold a few minutes longer than we would have liked to be picked up at the airport, but other than that the shuttle was great It was ready to go and on time early the next morning when we needed to get back to the airport We will definitely use this hotel again when we have another layover in Boston

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, staff were very nice and helpful and the room felt luxurious! Loved every minute I spent at this location Only issues I had was with the pool, it was not clean, but this was at the end of the day around 8pm so people had used it all day, assuming they would clean it in the morning The other issue being that guests have to pay for parking is not accommodating at all especially since it isn’t cheap per night

Overall loved my stay and would stay here in a heartbeat!

Love coming here and seeing a lot familiar faces Sitting at the bar is one of the ways to treat myself and my friends The menu is always fantastic and the service is always above and beyond

This place has something so special going: class, uniqueness and love for what real hospitality should be I visit sometimes just to get inspiration Thank you and keep being special!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years this is my first time back since covidThey have done away with conciergeThey can no longer get doctors to the hotel, every other four seasons I stay at as a house doctor and conciergeThe irons are appalling, so cheap used to be good

Breakfast room now on the 2nd floor same view yet much smaller If you are on a table of 2 you have to sit on a tiny table in a small bar The chairs in the breakfast room are ikea like moulded uncomfortable chairsRooms as always are fantastic and housekeeping staff are exceptionalRoom service the only word to describe it is ‘overpriced shite’Cheap poor coffee shop on the first floorThey have thee most American thing ever a glass door called the vault… full of free candy and chips something more accustomed to a Marriott rewards customerNot the standard it used to be by a country mile Great location and facilities the health club is still fantastic The prices if anything have gone up yet the services have gone drastically downhill

Sam Faden

I have stayed here many times pre-Covid and cannot say one bad thing about this FS location From the ambiance, to the charm, to the service, and comfort, I always feel at home The fresh arrangement of flowers in the lobby that are refreshed quite frequently are a great bonus too

I recently had to cancel a reservation I booked due to circumstances out of my control and used the new texting feature which was seamless from start to finish Thank you, Lucas, behind the texts, for your swift responses and extraordinary help I cannot wait to rebook very soon
