Bull Dogg

This is an excellent hotel locate in one of the most affluent suburbs of Minneapolis The hotel is conveniently located only 15-30 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), and within walking distance from two malls, one of them being, I think, the first mall in AmericaThe lobby is a bit impersonal but the staff is very friendly and professional

The check-in process was fast and simple, and the information about the hotel was genuine and easy to understand, not the “commercial subtitle style info”The hotel features a restaurant, a great bar, a gym, and a pool And, of course also conference facilitiesI was upgraded and had a fantastic room with views in two directions The room was very clean, and there were helpful amenities I was surprised, however, that the hotel doesn’t have complimentary slippers That is odd for a hotel of this standardThe breakfast is very good, and if you are in a hurry you can get a coffee and a snack from the bar in the morning Also, there is a Starbucks right next door and it opens at 6:30 so you have plenty of optionsWe didn’t have dinner at the hotel so we can’t rate the restaurant, but others said it was quite good However, if you prefer to eat at another restaurant you can just walk across the street to the mall, which features (at least) two very nice restaurantsIf we come back to MSP this will definitely be one of the options

Great location! Located in one of the most opulent suburbs in the Twin Cities!Attentive staff…very friendly and accommodating!Atmosphere is very inviting and the rooms were attractively clean!Great location as well as this property is across the street from both the Southdale Center and the Galleria malls Perfect for eating and shopping!

The front desk person by the name of Julius could be the rudest person in hospitality that I have ever met He told me to stay on the club level and explained all the amenities but forgot to mention the club level didn’t have the amenities available on the weekend ( not even coffee) So I asked him later in my stay why he “left out” that important fact and he was unapologetic and rude and called me horrible names even though I was asking a reasonable question

I would be very careful of this man who, in my opinion, has a couple of screws loose to become un hinged the way he did Westin should be ashamed of this employee and hopefully will not expose future guests to him

Super great stay We spent a couple days here after our wedding reception Kristen and Angel were extremely attentive staff members, amongst many others who helped make our stay that much more comfortable and wonderful

Rooms were comfortable and had a great view – rooms were stocked well with plenty of amenities Very convenient location (walking distance to target field/center, downtown) ample parking in underground garage, located in a mall Hope to stay here again soon

Jackie Lauren

My husband and I stayed here for a night on the day of our wedding (June 25th) and had such an incredible experience We ended up being upgraded to the presidential suite and the room was beautiful! So spacious and had a great view Easily the best hotel room we have ever stayed in

Also wanted to add that the woman who checked us in was so sweet and genuinely excited for us! Overall had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again Thank you for making our stay so special!

Christina Nicole

My sister was visiting from NC so we opted to stay in the city for the weekend (4/8-4/10) We literally chose this hotel for the view and location I reserved our room a month in advance and added our reservation to the list for a 16-19 floor room with a view

However, when we arrived and I asked for a higher floor, I was given room 1456 which had a north view with a very tall building right across the street (I could barely see the top of it w/o putting my face on the window) and another tall dark building behind it, off center to the left There were several very noticeable stains on the floor and ottomans The shower was turned so tightly we both had trouble turning it on I had to hit it repeatedly to break it loose When we called the front desk for help we were told it would be 30-60 minutes for someone to come help There were gnats in the shower and it wasn’t until we showered that we realized why the water took forever to drain! By the end of my 30 minute showers I was in ankle deep water, wading in my own crud The ice drawers in the hall way had a bag of ice in them that was torn open, I’m assuming to take a cup at our own risk? We opted not toRoom service was very quick When we first arrived and checked in, I asked for extra towels and the awesome room service beat me to my room with them! I complained about none of this during our stay because we were busy exploring Minneapolis and St Paul before I leave for good However, I did email the hotel so they will hopefully resolve these issues for future guests!I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 due to the location and ease or parking (very safe, gated underground ramp) Otherwise, I’m highly disappointed in the quality of this hotel

Modern hotel near train stop, handy Rooms were very nice with no ambient light leaking and glowing everywhere Big window and super comfortable beds with a good A/C unit as well

Rooms very quiet too Only downside no drawers for clothes, just closet and two shelves Bathroom small and efficient and not sure if all are the same but in mine, if you were someone who brings a lot of stuff to put in the bathroom, you’ll have trouble Restaurant had a very nice breakfast, cooked to order, reasonably priced for a hotel The game room was fantastic! Ping Pong and other things to do – and we used it too! Gym looked nice (great owl murals on wall) but we didn’t get to use it Staff very pleasant all around, and good security Can’t get past main entry door without key so not anyone can hang around lobby

Bruce Buerger

Room decor and functions were a very different experience that what I’ve had at other hotels Lots of electrical outlets but no drawers for clothes No closet either but large functional art piece on the wall to hang items

Everything was comfortable Told the front desk person about something we saw and were surprised by getting offered a drink ticket instead of an offer to move us Bartender was really good Impressed with his infused liquors

Lucian Torres

Nice Hotel, clean areas, the room have a nice size, the bed is comfy, bathroom was clean and with enough space, big LG TV, Fridge, Safe box, big window, and the front desk lady was very kind The only thing they need to do better is for the parking spaces, when I get there, they already doesn’t had parking space, all of them was busy I needed to park in a private parking in the next street, not so bad

We had an excellent stay We had three rooms for three nights as we were in town for NCAA womens basketball championships Upon checking, the desk agent was very friendly and quickly assisted us with checking into our rooms

We loved the suites we were upgraded to The hotel property is beautiful and the suites were very well equipped It was nice having a full sized fridge Parking is free, convenient and plentiful The server in the breakfast area, Chris, is so friendly and attentive to every need He’s doing a great job in the breakfast areaI would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again

Danielle Wilmot

Comfortable beds, nice lobby and outdoor space Friendly staff Building is older, though, and some updates are needed

Faucets and door handles got stuck frequently, AC in room was very noisy And while staff were nice, they did not make any extra efforts to accommodate requests (would not extend a later checkout or let us use conference rooms to work after checking out before catching an evening flight, would not get us a bottle of wine to take up to the room 2 minutes after bar closed, etc – most Marriott properties we’ve stayed at before have had zero issues accommodating similar requests) Food at the restaurant was also pretty hit or miss – flatbread was good, shrimp rolls were awful Overall fine, not amazing

My wife and I recently stayed at this super hip and fun hotel in downtown Minneapolis The accommodations were great, the atmosphere hip, and the location pretty niceAnd while we were expecting a restaurant on the premises, we were able to find several nearby

The PROS: Cool vibe Nice amenities Super, super nice people I especially enjoyed talking with Paris Khoddami and Lynn Williams, both in the Sales/Marketing department for Moxy Also, the bartenders were superbThe CONS: No on-site restaurant (a pretty big miss, IMHO) And the windows don’t open You know, for “Fresh Air?”Other than that, superb visit

Zuly “Catholic Charismatics” K

Dog & Cat Friendly Complimentary house cocktail at check-in Free coffee

Nice gym NO free parking PARK around the corner, overnight for only $5 No pool Smaller rooms No snacks & No free breakfast Hotel smells great Funny or offensive male model DO NOT disturb signs? Awesome architecture & design Plenty of public seating space Convenient location right across trader Joe’s & Jimmy John’s Price okay? More deals are welcomed, can keep this hotel booked solid year round Consider offering hotel guests greater parking discount Finally, exceptional MUK shampoo & conditioner

Michael Bosley

feel like it needs to be said the rooms are nice but why is there a guitar and an amp in my room?? i don’t know how to play a guitar but if someone happenes to come back to their room dunk one night, they might want to try play it which wouldn’t be great for the room next to me as the rooms aren’t very soundproof

Also, the bartenders downstairs don’t know how to mix drinks beyond a simple gin and tonic so be careful just stick to the simple drink requests

I love the huge pool I like to do laps The staff is great and the rooms are cozy

I do suggest making sure the bedding is fully cleaned Twice now I have experienced bits on my body A couple months ago and two weeks ago now I had to go see my Doctor this second timeHotels are Hotels things are going to happen However, I suggest checking in on the staff and making sure proper procedures are consistent

Double check your booking before getting there to make sure the payments are all set up and there is no extra fees for your key card in the event it is deactivated Besides that everyone is friendly and the breakfast is the best The rooms are super clean and smells so good

I’m talking fluffy Belgium waffles, French toast, sausage, bacon, bagels cereal, eggs, juice and let’s not forget the ☕

Brandon Ebensteiner

The hotel was fine, looked nice on the surface but definitely not maintained at all Our room had a busted divider frame in the seating area as well as a broken closet door mirror I let the front desk know about it immediately apon us checking into our room, they said they would let maintenance know right away

we stayed 4 days and it was never addressed The other negative part was the pool, my daughter was only able to swim once due to the extremely over chlorinated water It was hard to sit in there it was so bad Her eyes burned for days after swimming in thereThe staff was friendly The room was clean, it is just sadly starting to get run down from what I can tell

I arrived late and they didn’t have my room available The next day I was finally placed in the correct room However the initial arrival was extremely frustrating

The staff was very nice and did do their best to help us out The hotel is beautiful The decor is outstanding The beds are incredibly comfortable So if your reservation isn’t messed up, an amazing place to stay

Accommodations for my daughter’s wedding… 11/10The Rand Hotel had the white glove approach and accommodated over a hundred out of town guests for our daughter’s wedding Everything was exceptionally handled, from the guest check-in to the impeccable service in the dining area Guests commented that they were treated like royalty, and the staff bent over backwards to help meet their needs

One review came from my elderly parents When the dining area was closed for lunch, the service staff cheerfully accommodated them with whatever they desired off the menu On a separate occasion, our large family was having breakfast and wanted to sit together, so the staff orchestrated a table to seat 14 people comfortably in the tower club outside the restaurant areaKelly, the event coordinator, went out of her way so many times by overseeing the arrival of guests to organizing the welcome bags we had delivered for each guest! Kelly orchestrated a warm, welcoming environment to host a bar of welcome drinks in the Rand Tower Club, and guests were in awe at the atmosphere of the club and bar service! It’s a gorgeous space for such an eventAll hotel staff, from the reception desk to the service personnel, proved to go out of their way to make guests feel at home The downtown affair was an incredible experience and we have heard from many guests that the rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortableThe Rand Tower impressed them beyond measure! I would recommend the Rand Tower Hotel for a stay or to host a special occasion in the Rand Tower Club on the 5th Floor!

Jon Webb

This was a fascinating place! No valet parking, or parking at all, which was a little confusing initially We paid $30 a night for parking across the street We used the sky bridge Friday to get back, but the sky bridge was locked and closed on the weekend, which was weird considering it was the access to the hotel via the parking garage

The rooms were very small but had everything we needed They didn’t do any room service while we were there, which was fineWe went to the whiskey and soda and ended up leaving because the bartender seemed flustered and didn’t talk to us to order

This was an interesting experience – one I will NOT be repeating This location appears to be an apartment complex converted into hotel rooms So, there are many separate buildings that you have to navigate to find your room

The good news is the buildings are only 2 stories high, but the bad news is stairs only And the buildings smell old and dirty If you don’t have a car, you may want to warn them up front so you don’t get a building at the other end of the complex Additionally, the layout of the room and the placement of furniture makes watching TV in bed incredibly difficult Room did not smell, AC worked and bathroom set up was decent Breakfast was as expected but the main building was extremely warm (like AC wasnt working) and uncomfortable to sit and eat breakfast

Erica Vilas Boas Massini

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful and kind, but the apartment I stayed in, downstairs, is terrible – no natural light, extremely dark, depressing Also, I could hear footsteps in the apartment upstairs, as if there was an elephant walking on the ceiling And it wasn’t a problem with the person, because I switched apartments, to another one on the ground floor, and had the same issue

The breakfast was just ok – few options and the bananas were always looking perfect but black inside

La Wanda Fleisher

My 2nd visit to this Inn I am impressed with cleanliness of our room We stayed for 8 days

We had an amazing experience with our friends We return to our room and we were happy Our room was comfortable Breakfast every morning Friendly and warm staff waiting to helped us at anytime We enjoyed our time here Definitely a good place to stay

We stayed there last week and the room and hotel were nice However, the service we have received was less than what we have ever gotten at a Hilton brand hotelAn item was left there on accident and we called within an hour of leaving and left a message with housekeeping and the front desk about where the item was left

No one followed up with us on if they had found it or not I called the next 3 days each and got no responses i was transferred to corporate who said they would escalate the case and find out why i was never contacted Several days later after hearing nothing again, i emailed corporate and they said it would have to be handled at the hotel since it fell under lost and foundI would have been content if someone called and said they were looking for it or could not find it But it has been 9 days since our stay we i have still received no communication from the hotelWe have stayed at Hilton hotels many times and have been overall pleased with the experience in the past However, I would not recommend staying at this particular location It will meet your needs if you just need a room to stay and want appropriate service during your stay If you are looking for good service before and after your stay, i would encourage you to find a different hotel

Serena DeMars

Check in was a breeze Be aware there is a $50 refundable deposit but that is typical Room was clean, spacious, & modern

Unfortunately there was maintenance being done on the pool & hot tub during my stay Affordable for Hilton if you book through a 3rd party site I don’t really have anything bad to say about this place My stay was amazing!

S D

I paid about the same amount to stay at the Holiday in as I did here and definitely would go with Holiday in instead The double tree does not provide free breakfast in the morning like Holiday in didHoliday inn has a big breakfast selection and really good! Fresh fruits, juices, and healthy stuff

Also the hot tub was down so I took stars away for that Also they had barely any channels 😕On a positive note for Double Tree, I liked that double Tree was close restaurants, shopping, theater and groceries stores though!

J Lopez (JLo)

This is a nice hotel The sheets are extra soft The lamp between the beds very conveniently has a night light, which I think all hotels need

The bathroom has a shower only, no tub, but the space is largeThere is a full size fridge with freezer in the room and they provide dishes, silverware, real glasses and a nice dishwasher in which to wash them There’s a nice big closet and lots of counter/desk space with open shelves above which provides a sizable area for each guest to utilizeThe seating area has a couch and all lamps have extra, easily accessible plugins for charging personal devicesThe table is tucked under one of the counters out of the way, but it’s also on Wheels so you can move it around as necessaryI didn’t make it to the free breakfast, but there was no indication that it would be anything out of the ordinary for a Home2The parking lot seems small until you realize they have an underground parking garage where you can get very near the door to the elevators of the hotelThis hotel isn’t terribly far from the airport comments in a nice neighborhood It’s definitely the expected Hilton hotel experience Business travelers looking for extended stays would do well to consider this hotel Definitely recommend

Shannen Paige Chandler

The top sellers here are the comfortable beds, wonderful amount of space and modular furniture, and the lovely kitchenette With a Markey right out front of the hotel there are plenty of easy meals to keep on hand in a huge fridge! And with plates, cups, and silverware provided, it meant we could eat in more and save more money to spend in other places The indoor pool and hot tub are fantastic for a cold snowy day

Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful It was the best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in

Tonya Allen

The rooms were very clean and have fully stocked kitchens w/ plates, silverware, refrigerator w/ freezer, full dining table, and dishwasher, and deep sink Well designed w/ lots of storage and the privacy curtain between the sleeper couch and bed was a great addition for some privacy! The breakfast was wet soggy omelets in a bag, kids didn’t like cereals, and the waffle batter tasted bad There is amazingly a grocery store located in the parking lot and other food options in walking distance

The female African American shuttle driver was great, I blanked her name The hotel didn’t place it on the card she did pass out on each of our ridesThe shuttle driver was knowledgeable about the city and the hotel, professional, energetic, and simply went out of her way to meet the needs of the guest she is an amazing staff member And would be a great addition to the front desk staff

Where do I even start to share how truly remarkable and fabulous this motel is! We were there with family to celebrate our daughter’s wedding Particularly outstanding was the check-in staff and the lady who managed the bistro bar Every question and request was more than adequately addressed and we truly felt like we were VIPs

Teri in sales was our point of contact and we could have not been served better by her, from the get-go! Tami at the West and Brittani at the Courtyard were also particularly helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you, we are so grateful We are now Marriott customers from here on out!

Dee

Pleasantly surprised Typically don’t frequent Marriott, was concerned because the exterior looked oldChecked in extremely late, (midnight) young lady at the desk was professional, informative and courteous

Room was clean and organized, plenty of coffee and water availableStarbucks on-site and restaurantComfortable bed and sofa, close proximity to where I need to be, good experience no issues, will return!

Lisa Cherveny

We were here for a wedding Beautiful venue, good food, friendly staff What was lacking was the handicap accessibility

My mother in law has to use a wheelchair Some of the doors didn’t have the push button, and we really struggled to get her in the restroom I had to have someone hold the door for us and barely got through the door Had she wheeled herself there she wouldn’t have been able to get in Maybe there’s a restroom more handicap accessible, but I didn’t see any signs Beautiful place, just not very handicapped friendly

Best place to say The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was to die for words can’t explain it The breakfast was cooked for you

Kinda of like a restaurant is but better You site at a table and they hand you a Menu, you tell them what you want and the chef will cook it for you Pretty cool if you as me I wish all hotels did it this way So worth the drive The front counter people were amazing as well I would totally go back there again Thank you so much

We love the location! So thats why we like stay here But our room was an ADA room, and being in a wheelchair was very tough in that room No where could my wheelchair fit with the bed in the way and TV stand/clothes closet

So I had to stay in the bed, the bathroom was nice size and nice roll in shower But the toilet was lower than a typical ADA toiletAlso, one other thing that was confusingcheck out is at noon why was housekeeping knocking on our door AND coming in before 10am? We were sleeping, recovering from an awesome weekend Our roommate was in the room and housekeeping did the same thing to him so he checked out way before check out time!Staff was very nice, and professional Brian the bartender was amazing! He was one of the reasons we come backplease keep him!We would like to come back, but needing a little better ADA room arrangement If you would like to contact me, please do

This is a public service statement as well as a rating This place was a disappointment and I would suggest that you seek other hotels in the area I selected this motel as they had indicated in their on-line advertisement that there was a lounge and a restaurant in the hotel, but there was not

The price of the hotel was actually higher than others in the area (that offered hot breakfast in the morning as part of their stated price) Not only did Sonesta not have a restaurant, but they did not offer a complimentary breakfast; they did have some very basic and limited breakfast items at a counter that were available only for purchase For example, there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby I had to purchase a cup of coffee from a counter, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to man the counter and pour me that cup of coffee The cup of coffee was nothing special, but they charged me $600; and the worker thereafter indicated that it would be another purchase for a refill If you wanted to eat something for breakfast and if you were to purchase just basic items (hard boiled egg, small box of cereal, banana and some milk) it would be cheaper for you to drive to a local restaurant and buy breakfast There were no USP ports in the room to charge devices The hot tub was warm at best and the jets were weak To top it all off, before we arrived there was a ceiling tile that fell in the hallway near our room, and there was water and wet carpets on the hallway floor during the duration of our stay Seriously, you would be better off spending your money at another hotel in the area, you would then have free coffee, a warm breakfast, and USB ports for a lower price

We originally stayed here for a week and then extended for a longer period of time because my husband is working here for a month or soAt first the hotel was great except for no breakfast, not restaurant or bar ! ThenThe hot tub was drained and we were told they were refilling it and putting chemicals back in but a week later nothing was done to it and the pool was cloudy and green too ! Evidentially there was no maintenance done on it and no one seemed worried about getting it doneDanielle is great!! ! I can’t say enough about her customer service and her personality! She speaks to everyone in a friendly , respectful manor unlike the manager Amber! Amber is very rude and complained to us about working as many hours as she does which I feel was very unprofessional and no excuse for being so rude ! I’m guessing she treats her employees like she treats hotel guest and that’s probably why the whole housekeeping staff quit on her one day ! Our entire stay we never asked for our room to be cleaned because the housekeeping staff was so overworked so we would ask for sheets and towels and kept our room in order ourselves Again I can’t say enough about how great Danielle is ! The staff should take lesions from her about customer service !

Ashley Hoffbeck

Bad service Was hung up on trying to make a reservation Was going to stay for a wedding, but decided not to after talking to Lynn, as I’ve never received such rude service

The pool and the hot tub were closed No free breakfast I get there is a labor shortage, but that is no excuse to be rude to potential guests I decided to stay elsewhere

Great location with restaurants and stores all around you and not far from the city What made this place stand out was the FREE breakfast This was the best quality FREE breakfast I have ever had at a Hilton brand and the Chef was so friendly and accommodating

Hotel is fairly new and it shows Parking is ample and the indoor pool was fun for the kids

Chas Ruby

An ideal location in Edina It is right off a busy thoroughfare The busy street noise though, is not heard in the room

It is good and quiet for a wonderful sleep 😴 The room has enough space to move around and enjoy your time in the room itself Thete is a nice size refrigerator and a microwave for those who want to prepare their own meals And a work out room (small but you can still get a sweat going) right next to a medium size pool There is shopping area close by, as well as a grocery store I had a great stay and will be coming back

Reuben L Correa

Very modern design and decor and accessories very business birth causer and business birthing person friendly LolThe pool room does not have a hot tub much to my chagrin and the smell of chlorine is quite over powering causing irritation to the eyes and lungsBreakfast is pretty good, no pancake or waffle maker

Big disappointment! Coffee choices are available throughout the dayThe rooms have a toaster oven annnnd a microwave very nice and a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets full of crockery, drawers have flatware, same colorful wall decor very modern European bright colorsVery convenient to shopping, exercising and other eatery choices

I would not recommend this place The pictures posted by the business make it look a lot nicer than it is The pool looks really nice in the pics, but once you arrive it is a lot smaller and quite dated

We arrived to find dirty wash rags in our room, as well as only 2 sets of towels, even though we had marked 4 people to stay We also paid for “breakfast” which we were told the next morning they did not offer, to later find out when checking out two days later that they do have a small boxed breakfast not what you would think of for a hotel breakfast thoughAll of the garbages were full on the property, they were out of coffee each morning we went up there I also felt bad for the front desk guy as he was opening the pool, stocking the towels, filling the coffee, answering phones, checking in people Seems they need to have the maids doing some of thatAlso, the prices for their snack bar were excessive $2 for a 1oz bag of chips ?! The prices at Hilton or other nicer places are better than thatOverall not a great experience, needs a refresh in parts of the hotel, more cleaning/service, and better snack bar pricing

Upon arriving, we were there 15 min early than our check in The counter employee said the rooms would be ready for an hour or so There wasn’t any manager to talk to

As we waited with 5 others to get a room There was another employee that started work A woman and her kid checked in and got a room, but our weren’t ready!! Went back to the desk and said something and he just up graded my room at no charge Gave us a 10% off to the adjoining restaurant Come to find out it doesn’t open til 11, so there’s no breakfast for checking out Now that was great until I seen make-up on the pillow cases and went to cut the air on and there was a hole that you can see the outside Satins on the curtains fly in the room probably from hole Never stay there again and won’t recommend them!! Hotel has gone down need a face lift and upgrade!!

The Creative Bite

The pool was the reason we booked this hotel and it was a tiny cesspool I am not very picky when it comes to cleanliness, but this hotel had me grossed out The very small pool had clumps of hair floating in it, the bottom was covered in sand and in the shallow 3 foot deep sections, my kids could barely see their diving toys on the bottom it was so murky

The kids had already gotten in the pool before I realized how gross it was, so I let them swimI called the front desk the next morning to see if they had any plans to clean it and she assured me they cleaned it every morning LIES! The next evening we went back to check it out but it was still so gross I wouldn’t let the kids get back in The sand was piled in the same spots on the bottom and it was still murky No staff had touched that poolThe rest of the hotel was also just run down and grimy As we walked in, the ceiling was crumbling into buckets on the floor from water damage When we walked in our room the first time there was a dirty women’s headband filled with hair on the floor, meaning the room was likely never vacuumedThe pros: It was relatively cheap and the AC worked I did a bedbug check and didn’t find any I have never done that at a hotel, but this hotel warranted it

The staff at this hotel are great All smiles and ready to help The only negative I have to input is the corporate office could do with giving this place some love

The rooms have many items chipped with ripped cutains The location is 10 minutes from mall of america in a very pretty side street With a lap pool and playground attached to it Marriott upper management should do right by this location

Chandar Kumar

Not so good service as it used to be, nice 1 bedroom kitchenette suites Shuttle service facilitiesRoom service/ cleaning is very poor

When asked reception to get room cleaned, then the reception staff is handing over a letter saying the rooms are serviced/cleaned every 3 days So you have to smell all the garbage ( food waste for 3 days) I usually put my garbage bin outside before heading out ( not even cleared even leaving it outsideHave to ask for bodysoap, shampoo when it runs out( Frustrating as room will be serviced after 3 days of stay 🤭)

Wonderful hotel establishment Exceptionally clean, quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful Beds are very comfortable, water pressure was great in the shower, and I didn’t have to crouch in there (I am 6’1”)

Pool is on smaller side and shared with adjoining hotel, so if that is a major concern for you, this may not be the place One of the better hotels we have stayed at Would definitely recommend!

Jacob Vestering

Thank you soo much to Lori and her team for their exceptional hospitalityMy room was clean and comfortableThe staff were polite and prompt with their service
