I love Marriotts but previous reviews are correct…this is a pretty outdated hotel The wall paneling has fallen off the interior of the elevators and the thermostats are old school, yellow, hard to adjust ones We had two rooms, the exact same, and one had a microwave and the other didn’t

The fitness center was decent but missing two or three separate weights (15lbs and a few others)It was a clean hotel, though The key cards are the outdated insert ones that get demagnetized if you look at them funny (I got locked out three times) but I was told they would be updated to the tap style and digital key cards this month Staff are super super friendly though

Before anything, staff was polite and respectful They were the only good thing to this place The lobby is nice and new; the rooms are horrible!!! It is very used and aged

Look at the image of the chair! Our room faced the freeway and we got a so-called balcony All we saw was dirty chairs, stacked table, and trash in gutters The carpet had long white hairs all over itit was gross Now look at the glass door image, what is that? Is that a shatter from an object like a rock? Bullet? This room was a huge NO Plus, who allows a guest to stay in a room with 2 wasps nest in the balcony?!!!

Joshua L

Dated hotel Heard people all night long in their rooms No breakfast

Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area Room smelled of animal pee I only gave two stars cuz the pool was nice Front desk staff was very nice and switched me to a 2 queen room Won’t stay here again unless everything else is booked up All in all was disappointed for the $180 dollar price tag

Was in town for a concert and this hotel was close to the venue The hotel is nice and quiet Bed was comfy and the room was nice

My room had a mini coffee maker, hair dryer and a mini fridge They offer a really nice continental breakfast with plenty of options The coffee downstairs is much better than what is offered in the room There is also a local pub just next to the hotel and within walking distance which is great The staff was very friendly and welcoming Would gladly stay again

Billie Fremont (A Pretty Good Adventure)

Great location to catch the ferry the next day Good room, goid service and decent breakfast Only issue was ADA bathroom wouldn’t actually be accessible for a person with a walker or wheelchair

The bed was too close to the doorway which made it awkward This is where BW sometimes falls short at many locations, they do what they should but don’t quite understand the mechanics of how it works If you have a placard your parking space will be right out your window which is nice but I don’t so we had to park on the other side of the building My issue isn’t the obvious kind but I needed main floor and grab bars

My Husband and I stayed there on our wedding night I have a service dog- with documentation, that I gave the concierge first thing My husband informed me that they charged us for her stay- $250!! Which is literally not only against the law but descrimination

They had no right to give us a charge as our dog is literally my medical equipment When I called, the manager Matt acted as if they did us a favor by reimbursing the charge We have traveled all over, to nicer hotels, and never experienced such— especially on our wedding night Awful experience

Matthew W

Concierge leaves a lot to be desired Very confused about their own policies (Check in is 3PM not 4PM per their emails and general site information) Regardless of repeated checking in and request for early check-in, room was still not ready on time

Concierge was rude when notified they were past their check in time Requested Manager call back, never got one No attempt to make up for their own poor service Suite does not have mini-fridge Merely adequate hotel at premium price Better to stay downtown and uber to Ballard Inn at Market if fabulous wish I stayed there for my whole trip

Ronthel Payne

Very exquisite boutique hotel located in the Ballard district Had the opportunity to stay in a courtyard suite Very large space with each room separated by sliding barn doors

Large oversized tub ideal for soaking along with a sizeable walk-in shower I was not able to get to the on-site restaurant; however, once you step outside the restaurant, there are several bars that serve food There is also a spa located in the same building

For the price and location you would expect better services at the restaurant and bar I was told to put on shoes today but for the last few days I visited the bar for drinks with no shoes If you have a policy it’s best to enforce it all the time not just when you choose to

The room smelled like mold which is why room service opens the window Last few days we were there when they cleaned Breakfast was OK not great but not bad either

Thomas Clark

Beds were too soft could not sleep on had to sleep on most uncomfortable couch ever My wife who likes a soft bed said it was too soft as well The room itself had been lightly cleaned but I use the word lightly ,lightly

Let me say that the food was amazing the wait staff and bar staff are incredible and the actual hotel staff were all extremely nice Being as it was a Hilton I expected the level of quality and cleanliness to be much higher than it actually was I have stayed in a lot of small side of the highway type cheap motels on road trips and such and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting a room ever I have brought this to the attention of the staff and it sounds as though the new house cleaning manager is going to make sure things are done at a much higher level of quality

melanie nuesa

The amenities and service at this hotel is top of the line! Friendly staff, spacious suite, decent sized pool, delicious continental breakfast and a great happy hour all make for a great spring break vacation! The Cascade restaurant located within the hotel have surprisingly good food with big servings and priced reasonably, great for families with young kids who are too tired to eat out after a long day of activities! This hotel is highly recommended!

The first impressions were very positive Check-in was fast with very friendly staff and the room was clean And the location is really amazing, it is probably the best thing about the hotel

However, there were two major issues that prevented me from getting barely any sleep overnight First, the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything that’s going on in the next room, especially at night when the noise carries I got woken up in the middle of the night when my next door neighbors seemed to have come back to their room, took a shower, brushed their teeth, The walls were so thin I could almost make out the conversation they were having in the next roomSecond, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes overnight It was coming from the bathroom, where the smell was unbearably strong and it spread throughout the room There was a vent in the bathroom so it’s possible the smell was coming from one of the neighborsBetween the noise and the strong smell of cigarettes, I ended up getting only a couple hours of sleep If you are a very deep sleeper, this hotel might be for you If you are not, either come prepared with ear plugs or you’ll have a rough time trying to sleep

Nina Thang-Winters

We pulled up and was not greeted by the valet We were out there for some time and sorted out things from our vehicle and still no greet by a valet We went inside only to find no receptionist

Both the valet and receptionist came out of the office at the same time Indeed I questioned his whereabouts because we HAVE to pay for valet ONLY Friendly & good service but I was not impressed with the required valet service The room is cheaply made without fire rated doors We can hear your conversations from a few doors doors down I can hear kids running and what is being said on the radio between hotel staffs The single King room has a beautiful bathroom but the shower has no shelves to put your necessities The view… no view…too close for comfort The food was good! The stars goes out to the staff

Austin Prasad

Really not the stay I expected from this hotel Let’s start with the bright spots: valet was awesome, bed was comfortable and location was good Now for the not so good: took me 35 minutes to check in to the hotel because nobody was at the front desk at night, key card didn’t work 2 nights in a row, bathroom door was broken, dirty rags on sink upon arrival and rest of room was not completely clean

I let management know on site – but I simply could not justify another stay here at this price point, I thought my stay would be nicer If it were cheaper and a 2 star hotel would totally get it Has a ton of potential – hopefully owners get some staff to help out as it seemed like the staff was overworked

We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

Great staff especially front office Every one was pleasant, helpful, warm, welcoming and hospitable! Found this gem through someone about a decade ago The room was great and had it’s own hot tub which was a pleasant surprise! Fast forward a decade later, the name had changed from Navigator Inn to just Best Western Plus

Hotel is clean Staff is world-class! Complimentary hot, fresh array and scrumptious breakfast! Pool, hot tub, business/office and fitness centers were open and clean, as well! Exterior awning is an actual airplane wing which is pretty cool! Interiors are great, too! Kudos to the hard working and pleasant team!

Reading some of the reviews has me glad we ran for the hills We didn’t even care if we lost the entire 3 night’s stay worth (luckily we did get partially refunded through Expedia) There was no way we were staying in that place

After driving around looking for parking (there was none) we passed by a tiny parking garage a few times with about 6 people having a little tailgate doing god knows what We had to ask where to park and were given a super shady spot (it wasn’t even a parking spot) or park by the gas station We decided on the gas station As we passed the party-goers we noticed one of them rummaging through the garbage! Another man slumped over was going in and out and eventually went up the elevator before us Had me dreading what we’d find, especially taking into account the other man walking around the lobby We were at risk of being towed because the cars parked on either side of us had us parked wonky As we grabbed things from our car we had the pleasure of young men walking past us screaming We get up into the room and can smell cigarettes The room looked nice, I can definitely say that But there was no way I would feel comfortable with my car parked down there and with these people outside and up and down the halls our entire 3 night stay Absolutely not We immediately checked out and went back to the Hilton on Paine Field where we stayed the last time we were here

Jaquelyn Oyola

Bring your towels from your room to swim and good luck getting more If you ask the night Lady with the chest tat she rolls her eyes and says we don’t have any It’s best Western

elevator is broken Water pressure is better in the pool shower than your room For $100 it’s a decent hotel For $175 a night which is what they charge, it’s trash I will stick with best Western alderwood from now on

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel The hotel itself and the rooms are very nice and new The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly

The only downside was the service They were not good at actually picking up towels from your room etc when you ask or really fulfilling anything regarding your room when I don’t know if they forgot or they don’t relay it to the correct people Other than that I wound recommend thus hotel

Rangan Sarathy

5 stars facilities are clean, rooms are spotless, and beds are comfortable The property looks new and feels new

The gym is very spacious and has a ton of equipment the main lobby and bar and business centers are comfortable and stylishWe are staying here for 5 days for a local wedding Absolutely recommend staying here!some cons but not a deal breaker- does not include free breakfast- no mirrors in gym

Matthew Chan

Great hotel that’s in a convenient location The rooms are very clean and updated, not loud at all from guests or staff, safe area with lots of parking, and nice staff Only downsides are the large gap under the door, the rooms facing the freeway experience louder than normal road noise compared to my stays at similar hotels (but still not bothersome), and the rooms are slightly smaller than your average hotel studio

Beautiful hotel! It’s unassuming from the outside but the inside is very elegant The views are showstopping and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen Would have loved to bring that espresso machine in the suite home with me! I stayed in two different rooms, one was a queen & the other a corner king room

The queen was nice with french doors for a view of the seaside, regular percolator, and usual amenities at $230/night for week nights The corner king suite was literally the perfect get away with a kitchenette, espresso maker, dishes, a fireplace, stunning views, and a jacuzzi tub for 450/night weekend night Absolutely recommend & would love to visit again!

Wayne O

We stayed here on a Saturday night Very cool location, especially if you get a water viewIt is right next door to an Ivar’s restaurant and the Diamond Knot Brewing Company across the street

The Mukilteo Lighthouse and Lighthouse Park is a block awayOur room was clean and well appointed, we could watch the ferry traffic and have a good bay viewThere is covered parking and a good breakfast (typical of Silver Cloud) with good optionsWe’ll be back!

Chris Daigle

The Silver cloud Inn What a nice place to rest your head for the night or even a week I spent 3 nights there, in a corner room with water front views

We were close to the peer, so we watched people fish, and others just taking in the views The rooms are quite up to date, very nice and clean, nice big walk in shower They also offer a morning breakfast with you stay There is dining right next door to the inn, very good food also Sea food, steaks, and so much more The hotel lobby also has water front view There is a large gas fireplace to cossey up to They were in the process of getting a liquor license I hope they can get it done There is covered parking for your ride also Great handy cap access ability The working light house is just a short walking distance away Lots of good history there Put your car on the ferry and discover all that there is over there to see Its worth the time, great food, lots of shopping and antique shops

The people at the front desk were VERY nice and accommodating There were indeed free cookies – which were yummy – and although pets are allowed there, the lobby did not smell of dogsIf you need to go to the university medical clinic, and don’t mind the smell of pot, the location is fine

The rooms were a good size They seemed in need of a refurbishment All pieces of furniture were scarred, nicked, or dinged The trim was split in the bathroom The duvet cover, which is the only blanket you get thanks to some sort of “European bedding” initiative, was frayed and didn’t seem to fit the duvet correctlyThe bed is uncomfortable and the pillows feel like they may be filled with sawdustBut the room did seem clean I saw no bugs and the bottom sheet (again, the only sheet you get as there is no top sheet) looked clean, though I could see some sort of stain on the mattress beneathThe fire doors in the hallway would not stay open so they ended up banging open and closed for much of the evening And the rooms on the back half of the hotel look out on an alleyway that is apparently used for all the garbage and delivery trucks in the area It gets pretty loud starting around 5 AMThe elevators did require your room key to operate, so that was a nice safety feature And while there was never anyone at the counter of the on-site cafe when i would stop by, there is a small market across the streetOverall, I guess it was fine for what you are paying for in Seattle

Jack Pucillo

Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not very clean I’m shocked at all the good reviewsOur king room had a dirty bath tub with a drain that wouldn’t stay open

The sink also took about 1 hour to fully drain The front desk was nice enough to switch our rooms, but to a queen room instead The bath tub was still noticeably dirty Not to mention the TVs in each room are around 15 inches big Extremely small and old for the current priceAdd to the fact there is a $20 amenity fee each night So whatever rate you have, be sure to add 20 a night to it in order to be more accurate…

Pete Zee

Impressed from check-in to check-out (Thank you Jason!) I’ve stayed in just about every hotel chain globally many times This hotel hits a really good pricepoint and service level for leisure travelers

Firstly – if traveling with your dog, you’re going to love how dog friendly this place is Next level!Second – the rooms had exactly everything we needed and the essentials were of a higher quality than you’d expect (bedding, bathroom supplies, bathrobes, … )

To start, my room was ready early I had booked a tower king room with a view and it did not disappoint The room was nicely updated, very clean, big walk in shower, and a beautiful view of the water

One of my favorite parts though had to be the bed The sheets were so soft and almost silky and the mattress had a nice firmness to it The hotel staff was extremely helpful in helping me find my way around and the cleaning ladies were the sweetest I’d definitely recommend staying here

Love this place The rooms are like apartments in that they have living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and multiple closets 😲 I loved the bathroom’s design I really liked that you put your room key in a card holder on the wall! They use it to conserve energy when you’re gone and it makes it easier to keep up with your key

😆 The breakfast was good, they had a variety of options (yogurt, cereal, waffle maker, fruits) and they had fresh omelets! Parking is super safe and convenient Good location to Fremont Troll and relatively to the west and east sides of north Seattle Very kind staff! ♥️⭐🏨

Turn that frowney Upside Downey

My family & I are very satisfied with our stay at Staybridge We are a family of 7, 5 kids (11,10,9,8&2) & of course there’s my husband & I The suit we stayed in was very luxurious

It was ultimately like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, with a full kitchen We had only stayed 2 nights but, our next trip to Seattle we plan on staying longer We were able to hear whomever stayed above us walking around (we were at ground level) but it wasn’t unbearable and we have definitely stayed in hotels where we could hear Everything/everyone around us I think the vaulted ceilings helped the noise tooThe parking garage did have a very low ceiling, 6ft 5in entry Our full sized Ford expedition, with large tires fit We very concerned it wouldn’t It was snug, probably an inch or two taller it wouldn’t have made itThe room was very clean & had everything we neededThe staff really made the experience though The two guys working at the front desk were so kind & extremely helpful! We will book a suit here again, it was a wonderful experience for my family & I

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This website will compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itI had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Suites – Fremont location for a month while awaiting the birth of my son Great Staff and great service The pool, morning breakfast and laundry facilities are really nice, and we especially appreciated the pet “potty” area on the roof We were here while it was kinda wet but on the roof has a nice setting and BBQ area with a gas fireplace that has a nice view of the city skyline There is also a nice ground level patioThe only thing I had trouble with during my stay is at one point I was driving a tall vehicle that would not fit in the parking garage, so I had to park on the street and spaces were hard to come by I would suggest if you have the option, drive a vehicle that is under 6′ 5″Thank you Fremont Staybridge for a wonderful stay
