The Signature Towers are fantastic But, and it’s a big but, the walk to the convention buildings or The District (Food), is for the young and healthy The Casino is even futher

The value is an exceptional room which is way cheaper than the MGM GrandValet parking is free vice over $25 a day If you come in late you run the risk of it being full and your directed to the self parking lot at the Grand (unless you’re handicapped) If you’re old like me, a 45-60 trekFor the money, an outstanding value

Moon S

The music in the lobby was entirely too loud Their were guest screaming and yelling in the hall at 2am The hotel staff didn’t stop it when I called and complained

Their often isn’t staff available at the check in desk to ask questions The elevator will not let you go to other floors for ice or snacks The room was beautiful and large I just wish I jad a better experience with the staff and my experience in general

Hotel is very dated but nice Great outdoor pool and barRestaurants are few

Expect to spend $$$$ for drinks but that’s everywhereStaff is great!Do not be fooled by booking on 3rd party site that looks like you’re booking directly They may have deeply discounted rates but you’ll forfeit your Honors points (you won’t get any) and points towards free night stays including your playing You won’t earn any points for this either In addition I had to pay for “upgrade” when told I was booking room with pool view, and resort fee was not included and had to pay extra at check in for this as wellI was totally lied to by that site even when asked

Holly Goshinski

My only real complaint was that the rooms really need to be updated but there was four of us staying in one room and it was rather spacious I wished that the room we had would have had a refrigerator so that we could have kept some of our bottled waters cold but otherwise the room was fine I ate at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was very good

We did use the pool one time during our stay and it was very nice The hotel is at the far south end of the strip so you do have to do a lot of walking either up and down the strip or to the monorail to get where you want to go but it was a great location We did need extra towels and we had an issue that maintenance came up and checked and they were very fast checked everything and brought us extra towels immediately so the service was very good

Janet Arqui. Momtraveler1

Love our rooms very spacious Clean bed Room service was exceptional

When you ask for towels or toiletries they are there within mins I gave them 5 stars for the room service My 10 year old loves the pool The pool has an on duty life guard It has a gym as well if you want to work out The lobby is not too crowded It’s right on the strip so everything was walking distance We were able to visit MGM, M and M, NY NY, Excalibur, Hard Rock, and easy access to the monorail The only issue I have was outside of the hotel, but they have good security I understand due to location there were a lot of transients and tourists

The location was okay but the staff did not prepare properly for incoming guest The room was not ready well after check in up to 3 or more hours after 3pm There was no breakfast in the morning as food supply ran out extremely quick by 8am I heard with thr staff only trying to close the doors on guests rather then inform or try to do what they could

The shower was scolding hot making it near impossible to take a decent shower The price was up there as well n the basics were not met very well I’d recommend the site to partially refund everyone that experienced the short comings over the weekend I would not recommend this place Others places for less that are nicer and do a better job with service

Wow! We loved our stay The front desk personnel were genuinely friendly Sarah checked us in and gave us a perfect room placement

We loved the courtyard and flowering trees Our college aged son really loved the pool The suite was really nice too We didn’t get wash cloths with our towel sets, but it didn’t matter, as I had packed a few for our travels in the car

Amy Hollen

Loved having 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with full kitchen Couple issues

there’s not enough hooks or places to hang towels & your clothes in the bathrooms Used hangers in closets to hang our towels Bathroom off main bedroom wasn’t cleaned when we checked in, but everything else seemed clean Beds & pillows were comfy Location was great Pool was relaxing after long day

Beth Bavis

Excellent stay! We booked the 2 BR 2 BA unit for my husband and I and 2 teenagers It was spacious and clean Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly

My only suggestion would be for the staff to ā€˜patrolā€™ the pool area a bit more frequently One of the nights we were there, a whole family was smoking weed inside the pool area The smell was so pungent we needed to leave the area I know that it is legal, would just have preferred a designated areaThat being said, we will definitely return to this resort – it was an outstanding stay!

This is a wonderful, family friendly hotel that offers several different room sizes We stayed in a 2 room suite, where each room was a suite of its own The main living space had a living room, a dining table, and a full kitchen

Staff is always very friendly and ready to help They also have a schedule that changes every week of activities that they host that everyone is welcome to attend, though some will require calling ahead to confirm attendance My family loved how central this location was to everything, being just a 2 minute walk from the strip We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we visit Vegas!

Pros- the beds were so comfortable and the pillows weren’t flat The water pressure was good and the water got nice and hot The room was clean and the lady at the front desk was super sweet

They also had semi parking to accommodate us To me, these are the main qualities of a 5 star reviewCons- the tile was cracked and moving and our bathroom could’ve really used some remodeling, but overall it was clean and satisfactory

Make sure to use Hį“į“›į“‡ŹŸŹ™oŹŸŹŸŹį“„į“m when booking your hotel This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in this area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!A great place to stay off-strip All the “rooms” are suites with kitchens and well-appointed The suite was spotless and everything in good working order All members of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful For a SUITE within walking distance of the center of the Las Vegas Strip, the rates were very reasonable

Peggy Canales

Nice, updated hotel, about 2 blocks off of the strip Makes it quiet, but an extra walk to the typical tourist attractions For me, that was a huge plus, but may be worth considering if you want to be right in the action

The room was HUGE!! with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a giant size soaking tub The couch was a little hard, but nice sized The patio was nice for breakfast, but the furniture was metal and got a little hot I had to cover them with a towel in the afternoonParking was included, also a nice feature I saw a few higher end cars, and didn’t hear of any break-ins, so the lot seems secureThe spa was never open, which was the only real drawback for me I didn’t need services, just some product because I forgot to bring a couple of itemsOverall, the staff was friendly and helpful when questions were asked Housekeeping was only on request, which wasn’t told to me on check-in But they were good about giving extra towels, coffee, and an extra pillow when i asked the front desk

Ann Clawson

Overall, really great hotel option for people who want to visit Vegas, but don’t want to be overwhelmed by the Strip Very conveniently located just off strip, can walk to the monorail station, and the rooms are super spacious with nice amenities (full kitchen) Hotel staff friendly and professional

This is my second stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again!

Diyandra Villegas

Definitely one of our favorites! This is exactly what a low key suite is suppose to be As shown in the pictures it had everything we needed It is also part of MGM so your able to walk through

It was definitely comforting, it is valet only so make sure you carry change And if it does fill up there’s a self park located behind the buildings but they do offer a shuttle drive back to the hotel It was not stated in our itinerary but there is a $100 a night hold with a max of $300 Also they should have a designated smoking area I feel that’s something they could work on for those who do smoke

Remember to use Hį“į“›į“‡ŹŸŹ™oŹŸŹŸŹį“„į“m when booking a resort This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedLoved it here! I stayed in the deluxe suite My room was clean and had a nice view! It came with a fridge, microwave, whirlpool bathtub, and even a stove top in case you want to cook your own food My only gripe is that with it being such a nice hotel, thereā€™s no room service Public service announcement: They offer free valet parking for guests You are allowed to park your car with them so you can check in Once you return with your room key they can park your car The Signature has their own parking garage, so donā€™t go to the MGM Grand!

Psychic Roni

Need better service! Waited on bellhop for an hour because the system had an error Housekeeping never came when I needed them Valet told me they were closed after we just left to get food and we had to complain to get them to park our car

Lobby under construction hurt ambiance Loved the room though with balcony and strip view Very roomy felt more like a studio condo instead of hotel Had a nice kitchenette Loved the shower and tub Bed was comfortable Table in room scuffed and old lookingneeds replaced Carpet had some stains No smart TV This hotel is so in need of renovation I saw a museum artifacta DVD player šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚ The hallways look run down I’d stay again though because overall the room was nice overall nice stay

We stayed at this resort a few years ago and enjoyed the suite We are a family with 4 kids and the convenience of having two rooms, two baths and a sofa bed for our two littles is too much to pass This is a more comfortable stay than a hotel on the strip

While you donā€™t get the noise of hotel guests stumbling down the hallway at all hours of the morning, this hotel does have a couple minor issuesFor starters, we are lucky that our two girls are 7 years old using the sofa bed, they are not comfortable In fact out of the 4 hotels we staid in with a sofa bed, these were the worse They are in stupid need of upgrading the mattressesThe second issue is that for anyone staying in a main level unit, beware the unit above You will hear footsteps and just about everything that is dropped above youThis aside, we will be returning and we strongly recommend this location We manages to snag up a deal on it as it was close to a last minute booking and we are glad we managed to stay here againThe nice; clean well equipped units, clean pool area and resort grounds, friendly staffWould be nice if a breakfast was offered, even if it were just a grab and goNot giving it full stars because of the two issues mentioned With any luck, we will see you guys again in a couple of years

Randi M. (RJM)

2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with kitchen Living room snd a deck was very comfortable for our stay to visit family member in the hospital Pools including adult only were very nice

Free shuttle to strip was efficient and helpful Staff was friendly Exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable rate Did not miss staying on the Strip Much quieter and spacious!

Jeje Love

Family and I enjoyed our stay Upon entering the unit it was cool and refreshing Both rooms were clean and the beds were extremely soft

Location was quiet, and very inviting Great customer service, the oven was not working, but we texted the front desk and received an immediate response Oven was fixed within 20 minutes I like the idea of the two pools Family/kid pool and adult pool if you are looking for quiet time

The door to my room couldnā€™t shut from the inside unless I slammed my hip into it with all my force, or used all my might to pull it shut from the outside My last night there, there was no water to my room at all There wasnā€™t a number to call to ask about it anywhere listed in my room No one answered the number listed for them on Google so I had to go down to the lobby late at night to find an empty lobby counter and a sign for a different number to call I called and the lady said the water might be back on in maybe 2 hours and didnā€™t express any empathy as to how disruptive no water all night would be to their guest Customer service goes a long way in general, but especially in a city that has literally thousands of other hotels to choose from I do not feel inclined to stay here again when I come back Their bag retrieval kiosk wasnā€™t working when I went to use it my first night The outside bag drop guys were great though Only other issue was one of my sinks was clogged and drained very very slowly I read another review that this place is a bit outdated, and itā€™s true I didnā€™t take advantage of the kitchen appliances besides the fridge, which was leaking inside, but that kitchen area was a nice feature

We booked suite for 4 days So far Horrible customer service, the most basic appliance has not worked since we arrived

the microwave Day two and Nobody seems to know anything and wants to blame someone elseso unprofessional We are hoping they replace the microwave The price does not match the service We got the pen house suite and and the fact that we don’t have trash bags which is something so basic and kept calling house keeping which is taking forever In addition the valet parking is horrible! They don’t have enough parking so be prepared to park at MGM and then walk back and hopefully you get refunded $1500 for parking at MGM And if you are lucky to get valet parking at the hotel please plan accordinglyit takes like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get your car They only have a few valet drivers Extremely understaffed The only positive is the view from the balcony is nice and the balcony is huge

Room the we got with bookingcom was greatBig, clean, nice view and all amenities that one needs

The checking on the other hand took 25 minutes (no joke) While i was the first person in line Only 2 employess ware at the register, each with a customer already and that took 25 minutes Insane and just poorAlso the walk to the district takes you through a labyrinth of shops and a casino floor, there is no direct wayBut again the room made it up for it in my case

Nice place to stay with a family Service was excellent Responded immediately to all our needs

Nice and clean, well kept resort Lots of space in our rooms to stretch out Even the bathrooms are spacious Liked that the dining table held all 6 of us The only negative is that part of the pool and slides were closed, but that may be due to a staffing shortage

The hotel could easily get 5 stars but unfortunately it didn’tI’m posting here detailed notes so that the management can make improvements

The goodSpacious room, nice pool, gym, friendly staff, cleanI loved the food in their restaurant – good options, tasty and reasonable pricesThe badThe better half of the pool was closed as “it’s not the season yet” (???) The entire pool closes at 6 pm Why?? It’s very warm after 6 and lots of lightThe room was noisy as they put us on level 1 next to the entrance (room 3109) Every time someone entered the building the room door would shake and make noiseDespite the great pics on the website our room was facing the parking lotThe checkout is by 10 but the pool only opens at 10 am So if you check in after 6 you miss the pool entirely
