This is a decent place to stay Decent amenities and looked like good meeting rooms as well Nice workout area, and a good breakfast buffet

The only issue I had was that our shower curtain didn’t hold the water well at all and the bathroom got all wetI did tell the staff there and they found a better curtain for us very quickly Excellent staff, very courteous and very willing to help

If you had asked me a 4-5 years ago, I’d have given this hotel a 5 but over the years, they’ve let it go downhill really fast Where it used to be maintained regularly, now everything looks dirty and disheveled Not to mention the hotel now carries a musty smell that’s hard to ignore

The front desk staff was still really friendly and personable but that’s where the good part ends You could tell the hotel carpet hadn’t been truly deep cleaned in forever and the room, though spacious, looked like more of a Motel 6 room than a HyattThis hotel used to be my favorite when I was flying in and out of Atlanta but you can tell the management stopped putting effort into taking care of the place because it’s gone downhill pretty quicklyHad I known, I wouldn’t have wasted my money and points here

Sorry excuse for a hotel Only one elevator works and the inside of it is filthy TV quality is from 1996

Inconsistent cleaning/removal of trash…we had to out our trash away or put it outside the room Ugly and small bathroom Breakfast is trash and looks stale Never again I understand it’s a 3 star hotel but I’ve seen better The only good thing is the shuttle to the airport

My wife and I decided that we would go down to Atlanta the day before our flight to Vermont so we could take the hotel shuttle to the airport We were able to leave our car at the hotel until we returnedOur room at Courtyard was very nice

We had dinner and the next morning’s breakfast at their Bistro restaurant Meals were good and reasonably pricedShuttle service to and from the airport was comfortable and didn’t take long

Sabrina Valentine

I arrived at the international terminal in ATL and was disappointed to hear the shuttle only ran to the domestic side At the moment, logistics at the airport is not the best especially waiting for the domestic connector shuttle so it was a hassle getting to the Domestic Terminal Waiting didn’t take long for the shuttle but after I finally arrived

I was disappointed to see the quality of the Hotel go down as soon as I made it to the hallways that lead to the elevatorsI noticed a strong cologne scent on the first floor only The room was clean and descent I noticed it had an updated bed (cheap sheets and pillows), furniture, and television, bathroom sink and toilet; still had an outdated tub and AC unit I woke up several times listening to the water drain in the AC unit I spent 2 nights here so I was in the room more than I wanted to be The rooms are not soundproof so I heard everything in the parking lot (outside my window) and even walking and mumbling in the other rooms and hallway There were times through the day, I heard construction and the floors and walls were vibrating I wanted to leave to pick up a delivery and the bolt on my door was stuck to a point they needed to call maintenance to help me get out There’s some extra jiggling on the handle you may need to do if you’re in room 229Thankfully I didn’t need to park but I was overall disappointed in quality of the stay due to shuttle hassle and soundproofing 3 stars only because Service was friendly and attentive The courtyards were very well kept and I could see a pool out there but didn’t take part Leaving was easy and the shuttles run regularly Just be sure factor in time for logistics getting back to the international Terminal if you don’t want to catch a cab, Lyft or Uber

Danielle Boukai

This is by far the worst Courtyard I’ve stayed at Won’t see me again The staff is rude, don’t want to work

They keep making jokes at the front desk and can care less is the guests are waiting for assistance I checked in for my daughter volleyball tournament in the city and the room was smelly, dirty Complaint but no one cared to help Don’t plan to come back here ever again !

Darius is a golden star here who was the first to jump in and help us Wilson is delightful and Bree is like sunshine right up front The entire cleaning team are amazing and just so kind

I’ve had to spend the last 2 months traveling down for medical care and treatments at the infusion center Being medically fragile in a wheelchair and having so many extra needs I was worried I would encounter a team frustrated by my needs To my delight and surprise, we instead got a front desk filled with kind, helpful, smiling team members A staff willing to work with me and my allergies A repair man who didn’t hesitate to seek out a new mini fridge for my cold medications And a cleaning team who makes sure the room is safe for me and understood my circumstancesI don’t think you could find a better staff anywhere more willing to step in and help and brighten your day Darius has consistently gone out of his way to ensure my comfort and safety He’s always stepped in to be as helpful as possible and never made me or my family feel like we were a burden with all my needsIf you need a place to stay for anything, or just want a good experience with a front desk team- this is where to go

Teri M

The good: Evening staff was amazing Honestly the most friendly hotel staff I’ve met They made sure we had all we needed and were able to suggest some great hiking nearby

Hotel gym was big, and clean with great working equipment The bad: There was a loud party on the back patio going on until 2am Night staff not helpful Rooms seemed to have thinner walls than the average hotel

Jay Toteno

I have stayed a lot of Holiday Inn Express as I travel for my career and Darius at the front desk is the most friendliest and helpful I have ever encounteredHe took time to explain to me how IHG change their status from Spire Elite to Diamond Elite and went over all new benefits with me on me being a Diamond Elite now prior to me being a Spire EliteAlso took time to show me how to use new hotel card for this particular hotel

Lastly this hotel is absolutely amazing as far as cleanliness and comfortable king size bed too!I highly recommend staying here and thank you Darius for making us feel so welcome!

I have almost lived in this hotel at times over the last 4 years Staff are still friendly, location is great for airport However FI&S have decided to abandon their philosophy of warm welcome and commitments to quality with breakfast

Microwaved soggy biscuits, no breads, and plastic tubs of cereal If breakfast is important to you look elsewhere!

Easily accessible from the airport, via the Sky Train, but they don’t mention that in the booking email When I couldn’t find a shuttle bus, I phoned the hotel and the receptionist wasn’t particularly helpful I don’t think it occurred to her they might get out of state visitors who would not be familiar with the airport

The room and bathroom were a good size and a pleasant style change from the usual chain hotel Not sure about the bare concrete ceiling in the bedroom, looked more like a money saving than a style The hotel itself was newer, clean, quiet, but soul less Fine for an overnight stay, but that’s it I didn’t try the restaurant which seemed more of cafe

Vivian A.

The friendliest hotel staff I have ever met The guy at the front desk helped me when i had a migraine Everyone is always smiling, happy and friendly

I wish i remembered their names so i could give each person a shout out Love this place Giving them 5stars because the staff is amazing!!! Great for events too, their energy is contagious

Tara Grambo

This was a hotel offered to me after a cancelled flight After a long day of travel and lost baggage, I was delighted to find out that this hotel is one short sky trek away The hotel also offered dining in the restaurant until 10 pm which was great

This morning I was checking out and purchasing a water and the kind lady said that I could just have the water Thank you, Renaissance for being so welcoming and kind after a chaotic day

The room appeared clean but I didn’t get the burst of clean that I expect from Hilton The coffee table stone top was not secured to the table and it almost fell on my two year old (yes it’s heavy) Food is way overpriced but it was fresh and tasty

I had the turkey club, my wife had the burger and my son had the chicken tenders Hotel staff was extremely polite Our microwave didn’t work but we called and they brought one up ASAP! We needed extra pillows and towels and that was brought up ASAP Quiet hotel even though Delta rooms there Would recommend based off location and not as expensive as being in downtown

Shelby Orlick

Aside from there was a gross hair in the bathtub, the ice bucket being very wet inside (very gross), and the wash cloth had some kind of black residue, the beds were comfortable, parking was convenient, the rooms were mostly quiet but the walls seemed thin (we heard our shared walls alarm going off this morning and their kiddos), and the resort was beautiful! I would definitely stay again! We booked our room through ZenHotels and overall had a great experience We would definitely stay here again, just please make sure that the rooms are more thoroughly cleaned

Azad Kaligi

Shoutout to Vanessa at the front desk She understands customer care, service, and good business After coming in from a very delayed flight at 1AM, with no available rental car options, the she saved me with a last-minute room reservation and shuttle ride

On top of that- one of the nicest people I’ve ever met The staff handling breakfast was great as well And the hotel is nice too I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling for business or pleasure

I came for a little me time I booked for a week My King Suites was nice and clean and the climate was perfect

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice Miss Connie and miss Ambyr were both very welcoming The pool was the perfect temperature and was clean The only thing I would rate low would be the snacks during the managers reception hours They could be warm finger foods The breakfast was great and the drinks at the bar were OK I do like that it is centrally located to everything I was interested in which made getting around very easy for me

Inspired By Monae

If I could rate this hotel in the negative, I absolutely would Viewing this hotel on line I was really impressed Once arriving to the hotel I was immediately turned off

The building in general was hot and the air was stale and humid When I entered my room it was the exact same I took over an hour for the room to cool and the air to begin circulating Eventually, hours later the room did get cold The restroom stunk so bad, to the point I didn’t even want to go in there to use the restroom nor shower Unfortunately, I had no choice but to do so so I sprayed my perfume which did not help I’m not for certain but it almost seems as though the smell is reeking from bad plumbing, maybe but it’s awful I also took a picture of the ceiling over the hallway sink where it’s bubbling, lumpy and could potentially be mold It looks as though all it was just painted over and that’s it I was highly disappointed with my stay and will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel I expected way more form this hotel, especially at the rate that I payed I know going forward I will not ever stay at any other Embassy Suites hotel due to the dissatisfaction and disappointment I felt This was disgusting and I really hope this feedback reaches someone who can make changes and rectify these issue

HANDICAP REVIEW: This was a great stay! Parking was tight with regards to using our ramp The room was large enough for me to maneuver my power chair The rollin shower was great

The bedroom portion of the room was really tight for my chair and walker The breakfast was great, as it is always at this location This was our third stay at this location The staff members did a great job of making us comfortable and making us feel welcome

I stay in hotels 3-6 nights every week due to my job and this Holiday Inn is by far one of the most relaxing comfortable hotels I have ever known The entire staff was very friendly and helpful especially Kenya from the front desk that seemed to be everywhere all the time doing anything that needed to be done WITH A SMILE AND A GREAT ATTITUDE! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was great,tv was nice and the entire property was clean as a whistle

Rosie Tureau

When I got there around 1am there was nobody at the reception , I even thought I was at the wrong entrance, I went out the building, walked around and came back and finally the receptionist appeared Bedroom was clean and at a comfortable temperature, BUT when I came back after a day of a training class I realized the room was not serviced, I let it go thinking I could get into the pool ,when I asked the front desk about it they said the pool “wasn’t opened ” (and it was around 6pm, the posted ad says it closes at 9pm )that was disappointing since that’s one of the features of the hotel and I would expected to be able to get into Not sure if the price of the stay was worthy

Aaron Nelson

This is a Holiday Inn Specifically this location is located quite far way from anything besides the studios and a shopping center, so you may imagine what this location entailsWhile there are uncomfortable beds, creaky/rusty shower flooring, worrisome miscellaneous stains on the couch, terrible television video quality, or a lack of generally-functioning appliances, you eventually get used to it

At the end of the day, this right off the road location serves as an okay place to try to sleep and recoup, before inevitably continuing your trip onwards to a nicer hotelStaff was nice and were very apparently trying to manage the location as best they could Golf Cart Rentals were priced well at $25/hr

Such a nice hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly Our room was spacious and smelled freshly cleaned The mini Waffles were delicious and the various fruit toppings were a special touch

Coffee and creamer selections were plentiful Also, the laundry room was stocked with detergents which gets extra points in our book for hospitality ❤️

Travis Vinson

We had half a day to kill With 7 and 9 year old children So we called before making a reservation to be sure the pool was open (it’s July BTW)

We were assured it was open Upon check-in the manager rudely told us that the pool was not open and that for all of 2022 it has been closed So I recommend booking the establishment across the road, they have a working and open indoor/outdoor pool

Very convenient access to the airport Walkable eating options in other hotels You’ll need to have a car for anything else

The room was clean The closet was a nice size The lighting is poor for those who like to put on makeup Staff were polite and helpful I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast however other people liked itI stuck with coffee/,tea and a muffin most days if anything at all

amy hunter

Staff were very friendly and helpful The only reason we didn’t give five stars is because their was a motorcycleConvention at the hotel all weekend Unfortunately the hotel did not mention this until we checked in

Motorcyclists we’re playing loud music and revving their bikes in the parking lot until 3:30am throughout the weekend The front desk stated they could not ask them to quiet downGood place to stay however I would call ahead to ensure you are able to sleep

C. Handy

Delta oversold my flight and booked me a room for the night Originally, I was booked at the Marriott Due to a volleyball tournament, I was moved to Spring Hill Suites

Helen and Tiffany at the front desk were very kind and helpful!Uber friendly staff and the facilities are clean and spacious Very convenient for airport arrivals and departuresBreakfast is lite and there were many optionsIt was a very pleasurable experience!

Overall I enjoyed this stay The room was very comfortable although no fridge or microwave I don’t mind not having the room serviced regularly anymore

The hotel was clean and facilities pleasant Food left something to be desired Restaurant menu was limited and no coffee or food within walking distance Good restaurants within a mile drive Lake, golf course and cart paths adjacent

Brandy Mudd

I loved this hotel Very nice rooms, huge lobby, good breakfast but it is not free I recommend booking the breakfast with the room so you only pay $10 for your whole room instead of $22 a person when you get there

It’s an incredible upgrade from any hotel breakfast I’ve ever had so definitely worth the $10, it was cooked to order The only downsides we had- no microwave in the room, and the snack/drink selection for the lobby was empty Only sprite and Coke Zero for pop selection, but overall I would 10/10 stay here again

Lev Gorn

Okay… First let me say that the rooms are nice and spacious and they keep the hotel clean The gym is excellent and the pool is acceptable

The service… This is probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my stays throughout the world in hotels I have been to Third World countries where the service is more professional and diligentI am not going to single anyone out, but I wouldn’t stay here unless you really have to

Would not recommend this hotel, especially to anyone traveling with children We were placed at this hotel by delta after a flight delay and called well ahead of time to request a crib We were assured on the phone and upon arrival that we’d have a crib in our room

There wasn’t a crib, turns out the only remaining one was broken (but we weren’t informed of this, we had to call 2-3 times to find out), and they offered us a roller bed (for a baby??) This place is not worth the hassle or the money Room was also small and the AC didn’t work The only redeeming factor was an incredibly friendly shuttle service staff (specifically Rory) Other than that skip this hotel and find something else

I arrived at 2 and was told to wait an hour as guests were checking out fine no problem

Upon finally checking into a room I noticed my water wouldn’t get hot in the shower I contacted the front desk and 45 minutes later an engineer arrived He suggested I move rooms The current room I was in had been vacant for over a month (so why was I made to wait an hour for a room that had been vacant?)Moved rooms which was a hassle and eventually ordered room service The attendant Deborah I believe had the nastiest attitude over the phone I over looked it, times are hardWhen I arrived downstairs to retrieve my food The 3 attendants behind the desk were arguing! I stopped them I was told by the SAME attendant that took my order that room service was closed 🙃I informed her I was i ordered 38 minutes ago, she told me to go check with the Starubucks, we’ll you guessed it Starbucks closed early, and my food was NEVER PREPARED I waited in the lobby, in my pajamas, for 37 minutes to get my food and it was uncooked I did not receive any sort of apologyI won’t ever stay here again unless I can speak to actual Operations manager who can assure me I won’t be experience this level of inconvenience at a 4 star hotel The shower in the second room was rusty Just horrid

My room was clean I slept very well, and got to the airport quickly The water is free, I really appreciate that after staying at W hotels with their lowkey not free waters

There is a bar inside, and people seemed to be enjoying it The bartender at the Delta lounge recommended it, and she was all sorts of helpful so I’m sure this bar is greatIn addition to free water, and what looked like a fun bar, the hotel provides a shuttle to the Sky Train It’s about a 5 min walk if you’re fastThe shuttle can also pick you up from the Sky Train, but again I think its faster to walk than to look around for the shuttle It’s kind of a creepy walk in a dark parking lot which is maybe why they provide the shuttle service Whichever method of transport you choose, this place is about 20 min to the security gate

M K Walker

The hotel is very nice! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and comfortable! If you need anything, such as sugar and cream for your coffee, call the desk and it will be at your door within 5 minutes The only problem, the water pressure is to lowMy husband and I will come back again!

We arranged for the park and fly, 7 nights parking back in March We stayed 1 night on the front end and 1 night on the back end of our trip The room was clean and bed comfortable

Enjoyed the lounge, bar and food However, you really need to get your parking situation handled You supposedly need a room key to access this area but no cameras, security, etc The door of our SUV was hit hard in two places (dent/paint chipped) and the glass on the passenger side was chipped How does that happen? From reading other reviews about recent car break-ins, etc we won’t return The hotel takes no responsibility for parking/damage issues (posted)

I’m currently staying here, this is a real-time review LOL, I’m attending work training and my company provides hotel accommodationsTheir service is excellent, they care about their customers I’ve been staying here for about 3 nights so far without letting the mates access my room for cleaning

And today!!!! … I found the towels left for me in the bag at the door, I’m so appreciate it I’ve been traveling for work, but never had any great service like this The room kits/accessories are really important when you have to stay at hotel for several weeksTheir breakfast/ lunch at cafeteria are wonderful! It’s all tasty I like every meals they prepare since I arrived, honestly Thank you Crown Plaza, Peachtree teams for making a wonderful stay for me and my fellows

Management was great, so kind and gave a discount when we expressed concerns at checkout (not usual at hotels) Experience and room was fine- bartender was very friendly and attentive The only real negative was the restaurant

It is all chicken fingers and kid menu food, not at all what is advertised We paid $30 each for their buffet that was all cold pasta and garlic bread you could break a window with

Beautiful grounds and lobby Bar service(Holly) and front desk ladies were very helpful I deduct 1 star for the breakfast available

It’s a Buffet only for about $1400 Many Seniors such as I do not enjoy a buffet So, I spent 14 bucks for a saucer of food when a simple bagel or sweet roll would have been sufficient We would stay here again but make other arrangements for breakfast

I wanted to give this place 5 stars but the rooms weren’t the greatest Front desk staff were so helpful and nice, if I could just give them 5 stars I would 2 queen suite is spacious, smelled a little weird but we needed a place to stay since our flight was cancelled twice

We missed free breakfast but the lobby & hotel was very clean!

This was my first time staying in a Holiday Inn, I usually stay at Express I expect something better, but it was all about the same, but the room was not as good We had a queen bed suite, which was spacious, had two big TVs, but the floor looked like it was not cleaned enough

Probably just oldThe paid breakfast was exactly the same as they give in a Holiday Inn Express for freeProbably I should not compare the two as much, but I can’t help it

Very nice hotel Front desk staff and bellman very attentive Room wad very nice and comfortable

Very convenient to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel Restaurant staff friendly but after we were seated, it took a long time to be greeted by our server We even had to ask if our server knew we were seated? Server apologized couple of times for being slow to greet us Server was friendly and cordial Food choices not extensive, but was good Will go back to this hotel next time we fly somewhere

The location was great The staff and the promptness of their service was 5 stars! The atmosphere lacked the level of sophistication and upkeep I’m use to when staying at a Marriott hotelThe carpet was stained and the TV didn’t work properly

The pool was cloudy blue I stayed on the 9th floor and it didn’t smell pleasant at all The windows are super thin and the highway traffic can be clearly heard The toilet handle was broken and kept getting stuck and not filling up There was no soap or conditioner in the containers (when I called they brought it right away) The hotel phone only work on speaker and the outlet didn’t work so my phone never charged The door needed to be forced shut or it stayed ajar (huge safety issue)The handicapped front door did not stay open long enough when my mom walked through it closed on her every timeWhen traveling the attention to detail matters

This is a 2 star hotel with makeup on Firstly booked one room and it smelled of urine Booked a different room because of this

Upon leaving we realized we left a charger we called the front desk and they said they would get it Approximately an hour later we come back and the front desk claim they did not see it Go back to the room to see the house cleaner cleaning the room and he stated he did in fact find the charger and he would bring it to the new room This never happened I’m have now been sitting at the front desk for 15 minutes waiting on “someone” to help me Still have not seen anyone They clearly stole the charger The bathrooms are gross Rust everywhere Tubs dirty The drains don’t drain well The sink pooled with water after being turned on for a few seconds We had cold water last night that we had to wait to get fixed The room is so moist the bedding also seems wet And The people are rude DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS DISGUSTING THIS IS NO LONGER AN UPSCALE HOTEL Ps I’m wrote this whole review and I am still waiting for someone

Found the hotel because of the unsafe and deplorable conditions of the Neighbor hotel! My friend was stranded here due to a family issue and her flight was changed to a layer date and time and she was very pleased but didn’t have the funds to stay on the extended rates The front desk staff were very accommodating and kept her luggage until I could get her some food and handle some business and where even accommodating for her to stay in the lobby of the hotel several hours before getting the shuttle to go to airport for flight home Very courteous and pleasant staff

Will recommend to others

Great hotel Room was nicely furnished and clean There is a restaurant and bar open until midnight

Adrian the bartender was very nice and made great cocktails Food was great Front desk staff were very professional The night front desk clerk was really nice Shuttle to airport was quick and the driver, I think his name is Rudy, was very helpful with loading and unloading our bags Will stay again when in Atlanta

So overall I give this hotel a 3 Reason being is staff was not friendly but not unfriendly, entrance well light and welcoming, clean The rooms is where I had issues

From our window we could see a roof for the walkout and had a very dead bird on it The blinds were frayed and broken, the pictures were supposed to be bolted and weren’t and thus crooked The rooms were plan and not welcoming They were very clean at least The bathrooms again were very clean but the lighting was not good at all I feel for the price I paid it should have been a lot nicer Also what hotel, again for the price you charged does not offer any type of breakfast, even a continental breakfast
