Enjoyed our stay here very much The room was clean and spacious for our family We liked having a full kitchen and the location was perfect for us

Close to all of the biking trails We were surprised that they had a light dinner served the night that we were there That was a nice addition We were disappointed that the hot tub was drained since that was a big reason the kids picked this hotel, but it looked like they were refilling it when we left The only issue we had was the serving of breakfast It seemed a little overkill this far into the pandemic to have someone serving you breakfast instead of having it self service We’ve stayed in numerous hotels in the last 6 months (even other Hilton’s) and this was the first time we had seen that It was a bit odd Maybe it was a policy for the hotels in that area? Either way I hope they change that soon We would love to return again and explore the area more

Very clean, well maintained rooms Perfect size for 3 of usPool was nice too

Complimentary breakfastWas pleasantly surprised as we got a good price for the room

We checked in and in 40 minutes, we checked out Housekeeping DID NOT do their job and the management of these rooms can definitely be described as poor The couches are all dingey, with stains on them and multiple stains on the floor, the carpet is coming up from the floor in multiple areas, ceiling is cracked and coming down, and the overall vibe is a 1990 motel

You’re in guest services, regardless of your excuses rooms should NOT be rented if they’re in that condition, or be looked at as OK to rent out I’ve been to many Hilton’s and this is by far the worst one we’ve stayed at Manager on site was newer so she did the best she could under the circumstances, but we won’t be reserving rooms here again

We were in Indianapolis for a wedding and initially planned to stay at the bride and groom’s house We found out after the wedding reception that their A/C had gone out, and we needed to find a place to stay Upon arriving at the Hyatt with nothing but the clothes on our back, the staff greeted us at nearly midnight and treated us as well as any customer with prior reservations

They made the process of getting a room for the night effortless and within about 5 minutes of arrival, we were already checked in The room was great with tons of space The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice modern feel We felt at home in the HyattWe got a full night’s sleep and then woke up to a nice continental breakfast bar with just about anything you’d need From dry cereal options, eggs, sausage, pancakes, and anything else you’d want, it was all readily available and freshly cooked After breakfast we were able to easily check out and continue our trip I can’t thank the staff enough My only regret is that I did not get their names to thank them personally The nighttime staff of 5/20/22 and the morning staff of 5/21/22 were very welcoming and took what could have been a stressful night, and instead made us feel at home over 500 miles from where we live

Wow! What a hotel!! My husbands company set him up here for a continuing education course and I tagged along It wasn’t even a room, it was a full apartment! Dishwasher, stove and all! Everything you think you need is supplied! The amenities are fantastic! There’s a full gym, laundry area, a pool, a restaurant (free delicious breakfast), the dinner menu is small but yummy! (The other restaurants in the vicinity were all amazing!) The hotel itself was immaculate! Very clean! The staff was beyond friendly! I’m going to try to name a few: Donna Rose, Ami, Theresa, K, Jojo, I know I’m forgetting a few but they were all wonderful! Such service and manners! I really can’t say enough good things! It was a great week, I really felt at home not at a hotel!

2 things I judge a Hotel on Comfort of the bed and The quality of the shower The bed here was good, not great but good

The shower was horrible There was decent force behind the shower water but the quantity of water was extremely low The room was spacious and I did like the couch in it It had a high quality TV with decent station choices but only comfortably visible from 1 bed not both

Very welcoming vibe The front desk lady with a channel mask was very patient and helpful The rooms are amazing and comfy beds

The convenience store was anything but it was $10 for a bottle of water and sweet tea so bring your own beverage They do not offer breakfast as well I loved the patio attached to the room Very nice!!!

1 We arrived and the entire front drive up/drop off area is taped off You can’t drive up there to check in, drop off those with mobility issues, bring in large items, etc

There was no warning about this No work was being done the entire weekend so not sure why it’s taped off2 No extra pillows in the entire hotel We had 3 adults and an infant in a suite The sofa bed did not have pillows, so we asked for some Apparently there were NO extra pillows in the entire hotel Over $700 stay and we can’t have pillows for everyone in our party??????3 Incredibly loud teens and their families the entire weekend, presumably for a sports tournament We were on the first floor facing the courtyard and they kept us up being loud in the courtyard, took the chairs off our patio both nights to sit by the fireplace WITHOUT asking, were kicking a ball around that kept hitting our door and window, would knock on our door at 10:30pm and run, running through the halls yelling and cursing Kept waking up our baby and kept adults up late both nights with how loud they were in the courtyard and the hallways4 Went to get food at the “bistro” one morning and there was no one there serving and only 1 muffin available in the entire caseOverall, incredibly disappointing for the amount of money spent

Matt Thomas

Front desk staff was nice We had a two bed with a balcony but there was just a screen door and no balcony So we switched for a room with a balcony but that turned into King bed with a pull out bed which was not easy to sleep on and then there were no chairs for the balcony and the same price

Also the first room overwhelmingly smelled like heavy cleaner and the toliet didn’t flushon the second room but I fixed it On Saturday night the bar was closed with a ton of people in the lobby they lost business there Just expected a little better for the money I spent The racoons that live in back are pretty nice

This was a pretty nice place to stay Close to food, has a restaurant on site as well as a bar The courtyard is a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal or a cocktail

Your room may have a good view of the city or the Hwy depending on which side you get Overall it’s in good shape You can tell it’s in need of some updates and a some remodeling but nothing is falling apart and it’s maintained and clean

Nathan Choler

Stayed here one night when we came into town for a Pacers game This hotel is kind of hidden back in an office complex, but not too difficult to find There appeared to be ample parking when we arrived, but when we came back after the game nearly every spot in the main lot was taken

The rooms were large and the bed was super comfortable The pool is nice and was surprisingly warm No hot tub I think the only real complaint we had was people being loud in the court yard in the middle of the building during the night, but that really on effected us because we were on the first floor We would definitely consider staying here again in the future

Alysha Dominique

We had slim pickings and selected this one based on other reviews I’m honestly sure how it has such great reviews The rooms are quite dated

The bartender was beyond rude but only to select people We watched him tell a group that they could not have any food or drinks in the lobby area (He told us that the night before when we tried sitting at a table to eat pizza since the rooms are so small) But the group that came in before them brought in food How is that even fair? Also, the hallways had a very odd smell You have to walk outside through the courtyard to get to your room and normally wouldn’t be bad but it sucks when it’s raining and it just so happened to be raining while we were there We will be traveling to the area a lot in the future but we will definitely never be staying here again

Great hotel choice – upscale but affordable Every employee I dealt with was very friendly Room was clean and spacious

I did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighbors Bathroom products were quality Water pressure was good I agree with others, could have gotten hotterOverall great stay and will return!

Victoria Rutledge

Courtyard Fishers is a well kept property located in a parking lot not far off the freeway It doesn’t sound great but it really kind of was There are a ton of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the rooms are actually quite nice

The best thing about the hotel is the people I had contacted the hotel in advance to try to arrange rooms for our party I spoke with the GM, Michelle, and she couldn’t have been nicer She took care of everything for us when the ambassador team failed to be able to do so The front desk was so sweet at check in and really made us feel welcome Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and valued I will definitely return next time I’m in the area

Autumn Cordova

This is a nice, newer courtyard close to the freeway It is next to a grocery store and many food places nearby as well During our stay we didn’t hear any noise from the freeway or anyone in our rooms next door

It was pleasant The front desk staff were courteous, professional, and attentive Easy parking The breakfast buffet was basic with the scrambled eggs, croissants, fruit, cereals, yogurts, a sausage and potato mix although not what we would consider freshly made- it’s the same quality as you would get at any hotel for the complimentary breakfast The one thing is that they didn’t have complimentary coffee They do have a Starbucks kiosk machine, you can purchase on through that- it wasn’t too bad in comparison to Starbucks and does beat the watered down complimentary coffee that is usually served They also have a barista here during breakfast, again for purchase- no free coffee Overall rooms were really clean and spacious, and well planned out when put together and built A lot of smalls little things they added that make things easier for you during your stay on your room I would definitely come back and stay here again

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with big windows and really cool decor The shower has a big rain shower head with fantastic water pressure There was a bowl of water and a bowl of dog treats by the front desk so they are very pet friendly

The food from the restaurant downstairs was great! The service was fantastic The valet usually opened the front door for us and the owner of the valet service was there one day and he was very friendly The front desk staff was great Very accommodating The only down side to the hotel is that it is about a 30 minute drive from downtown and our big windows looked out onto a giant parking lot

Christie Caronis

This is a FUN hotel! We stopped here for one night on our way from Cincinnati to Lake Michigan for vacation It’s a great complex/campus with the hotel, apartments and retail We ate at two of the restaurants there as we were only there for one night

They gave us an upgrade when we got there, so that was a pleasant surprise The room was so cool and well-appointed Beds were super comfortable It was all very clean Lots of fun photo opportunities for sure – I wish we had taken more photos and had more time there Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

mia pickett

i absolutely love this hotel! the decor is so cute and well thought out and all the workers were so nice the room is very comfortable and safe and there is lots of light and space but my favorite part of the room was the rain shower!!! so cool and relaxing! lastly there is wonderful restaurants walking distance so you don’t have to go far to eat

It’s a beautiful, clean room with a beautiful view Be careful reserving rooms through 3rd parties like Expedia They gave me the impression through images that I would reserve a room with a balcony

Despite not getting the room that I wanted, I still enjoyed the room that they gave me with the lake view The ice machines are on every other floor, and they do not have microwaves in the room The staff and other guest were friendly and I would love to come again

Julie Daniels

The room was great! Very clean The hotel is beautiful! The people who checked us in were marginally interested in us; the gentleman who checked us out was kind and engaging I wish we were back to actual menus for room service (or at least an easy way to find it) as I probably would have gotten something

I also don’t think they communicated that they are still covid cleaning (not cleaning) Two of the three elevators were not working the morning we checked out, so it was a bear trying to get out of the 5th floor But we made it out with a bit of ingenuity All in all, the hotel added to my weekend experience rather than taking away from it, so I call that a win!

William Newman

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly Parking was a nightmare The lot is huge and has plenty of space, but there was an event at the hotel so you had to park on the back 40 to find a spot

Lots of kids Had I known it would be packed with kids and what appeared to be a large wedding, I may have chose to stay elsewhere Overall, a good experience, but would’ve loved something a bit more quiet

Had a GREAT stay Super friendly and accommodating front desk staff, good breakfast and loved my room The fitness center was perfect, clean and everything worked(often not the case!)

I was sad I forgot my bathing suit- the pool looked greatI was in town on business for a few days and felt very comfortable traveling alone and walking over to the Marriott for dinner each night

Monica Schuller

We booked the King Spa, and the spa tub was the best part of the room A nice double size jacuzzi tub But, the beds were not comfortable at all

There was trash on the floor and dirty marks on a chair We also did not utilize the pool as it also looked to be unclean, with a film on top of the water The breakfast was decent, but only one waffle maker, which caused for long wait times The employees were nice, but I would not rebook and pay the expensive price for the low quality cleanliness and comfort

Janice Martin

Room was a spacious suite but showing its age in some ways Problem we had was ants in the coffee station/mini fridge area–which had no light source by the way The only remedy offered was to spray but we wouldn’t have been able to sleep there! They could have gotten ant traps easily but refused

No hooks in the shower area to keep towel handy and shower curtain was 1 foot above the shower base so water everywherePros: very nice lobby area and extensive breakfast choicesUnfortunately, one ice machine on only 3rd floor

My family and I are currently staying at this hotel for a baseball tournament Our team has more than 10 rooms and are staying 4 nights My son went to the front desk to ask for a spoon and was told it cost $1

He came back to the room to tell me so I thought he misunderstood When I called the front desk I spoke with a young lady named AL(or that’s what she claimed her name was) she stated that her manager Zach Sams told them that they must charge for everything after breakfast which ends at 10am I was in Awe I’m like we have over 10 rooms for at least 3-4 nights paying $200+ a night and I can’t get a spoon I’ve never heard of such I informed her that I would be contacting their corporate office and posting this information on all the social media outlets

M

Spacious room and was very clean Breakfast each morning was fair considering Covid protocols Must request daily room service, which would have been nice to know at check-in

Overall, great location and good access to keystone mall and restaurants The Sheraton connects to the mall via a temperature controlled cross walk, so that may be a good option to check out if you want direct access to the mall

Honest & Truthful

I typically like Hyatt’s, but we won’t be staying here again The staff was friendly I requested daily cleaning, but no one came

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, you could clearly hear the cars on the highway, so it wasn’t a very quiet room at night and the room was very stuffy Also, several of the outlets in the room didn’t workThe front desk agent said that this hotel will be a Home 2 Suites by Hilton in the near future and they will be making some updates to it

I hosted an event at this hotel today and it was lovely We enjoyed it so much and the staff was so kind They made sure we were accommodated completely

The rooms were great! Super comfy and cleanThe amount of things around was lovely and breakfast was GREAT!THANK YOUUUU!

Paul Parker

As I am not a fan of writing poor reviews, sadly I did need to write this one as a warning to future customers This hotel is significantly unkept Our room was somewhat unclean when we entered

The bathtub had some weird film at the bottom of it The doors and walls looked that like they had been kicked at at some point in time Never properly patched up The pool was ice cold Probably the coldest indoor pool I’ve ever seen But, it probably was a good idea we did not spend a lot of time in the pool because of the light and electrical wire hanging in the pool (That is not a joke, I will attach a picture) However, the hot tub was very nice The only bad part about the hot tub was looking over at the rust covered vents Just seemed a little unhealthy I truly do not write this review to be hateful towards the hotel, as I have had a lot of great experiences at different Sheridan hotels This one just happened to be the worst Hopefully management will take time to update what is needed

Rachel Wayne

I’ve stayed at many hotels during my travels to different cities This was my first time ever staying in a Sheraton If this is how they all are, I am not impressed at all

I drove from Nashville to Chicago for a visit and chose Indianapolis for a midway stay, meaning I stayed here on the way there and back I was initially put in a corner room where it was very hot Engineer came to check AC and commented that “the corner rooms do not cool well – they are all like that” So, I had them bring a fan so that I could sleep without sweating The air vent is in the oddest place and blows toward a corner only No more vents in room; bathroom is really stuffy Flattest pillows I’ve ever slept on anywhere My neck is killing me on the morning after my second time around staying here I was put in a different room this time (not a corner one) yet it was still hot AC turned all the way down to 63 degrees but barely blows anything just like corner room No complimentary breakfast like all the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at FOR THIS HIGH PRICE Pool was closed “for maintenance,” which after reading lots of reviews this morning I’ve discovered that it’s been closed for at least 4-6 weeks already How long does it take exactly for “maintenance?” That appears to be dishonest and an excuse not to have it open So many people look forward to this at expensive (and “nice”) hotels like this one Oh and you gotta pay to park in their garage too – $15 per day It’s insane This place is a money pit but not worth it whatsoever The rooms feel outdated and the HVAV system definitely needs some work I am so disappointed Best thing about my stay here was the salad I ordered via room service my first night Very expensive but that was truly the most positive thing about my experience I can’t believe the lack of amenities for the very expensive price tag Will NEVER stay here at another Sheraton again

I stayed here on a business trip and was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and Aesthetics of the room and hotel in general Breakfast food was excellent and I also visited the bar for dinner one night which was also quite good even though the menu is small But what I really noticed was how fast their elevators move! If you want a fast elevator, this is the hotel for you

I was only on the second floor and it took like one second It took longer for the doors to shut, then it took to arrive at my floor

Darrin Schultz

Very clean and updated hotel The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Michaela that manned the bar in the morning for coffee and expresso drinks was attentive and helpful

She filled my cooler both mornings without complaint The lobby was expansive to gather with other people that were staying at the hotel It was a very good experience for a kids sporting event

Ronnie Thomas

This place is a scam! If I could give this place a zero star I would The front desk people don’t have any emotion and act like you’re bothering them when checking in or out We were going here on a friends and family discount for a wedding party

We were told it would be $99 a night (by two different employees) However, that became untrue pretty quickly We even confirmed this when we checked out with a different employee Instead they charged us $211 a night instead Then told us it would be fixed the next day back to the $99 When we call to get it fixed they say they will call us back and never do We have called 5 times It’s funny they finally called us back after I posted this review, and basically said there is nothing they can do So I’m out and extra $112 per night Don’t book here They will take your money

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have never once had a bad experience! The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is delicious, and it’s typically pretty quiet Above all, the staff (namely Anthony, Sean, and Leslie) work incredibly hard to make sure their guests are taken care of You can’t ask for a more consistent hotel

Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend staying here! This hotel will continue to be my #1 choice in Indy!

Firstly the location was great next to stores and restaurants Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here at all The mini fridge did not get cold enough only cool, which is not good because we had leftover food in there, so it needed to be at the right temperature to keep it safe to consume

So we called the front desk to let them know and they had to come change it out All they did was take one from another room and bring it to ours The “new” mini fridge (from a different room) still wasn’t cold enough There wasn’t a way to adjust the temperature inside the fridge either Then the toilet kept stopping up! It had horrible suction! Even the smallest amount of tissue would clog it up! We also had to call about that! The floor was dirty, crumbs on the floor and this room was just “cleaned” prior to us coming there for our stay! The carpet was also stained and sticky in certain spots The couch was dirty also with food stains everywhere especially the pillows This hotel was just dirty, considering Covid and many other virus out there u would think they would really deep clean like they say they do!! But of course they don’t I will never stay there again!!

This hotel is beautifully designed and CLEAN! We had an amazing 7 night stay in their 2 queen suite that was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 sm children) Guest Services were always great! Breakfast was okay but their after 5pm bar made up for that The location is perfect, with easy access to I-69 and is surrounded by pretty good restaurants that are within walking distance! A couple of favorites is Torchy’s and 1933 Lounge

IKEA is walking distance as well!!! yes, IKEA!! I don’t recommend bringing more than 1 child under 5 here without 2 adults per kid though! LOL :[

Very clean room, beautifully decorated and layout Kitchenette even had a dishwasher! King bed comfortable but thought pillows were a bit too “heavy” and not fluffy Bathroom and shower were awesome! Lots of towels and accessories

Staff was GREAT! Friendly even when they were busy Very quiet in this hotel and had great soundproofing To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Hot!! Roasted potatoes were delicious and crisp, eggs were great and everything was fresh and hot It was a wonderful surprise during Covid 5 star Hyatt for sure
