Only stayed a night but will definitely return next opportunity I’ve stayed at several La Quintas but this is certainly one of the best It’s a very nice property in a pine-tree setting, looks more like a mountain lodge than a standard hotel

Loved the room — cozy, great beds, extra clean, real nice bathroom The check-in staff was very friendly, above the average We have a little dog and it’s nice that this property does not charge one of those ever-increasing pet fees Bottom linea perfect stay

Michael Elsik

Flagstaff was on the next leg of our move to NV Staff was very friendly and the room looked very trendy We have two cats, so we appreciated that the furniture is more “cat proof” than other types of upholstery

The hallways smelled clean rather than a scent sprayed over to mask the musk The only downgrade I give it in this price range is there is not good parking for a 26 ft Uhaul pulling a vehicle transport I have to park in the Kohl’s parking lot and there was not a good or lit path to walk down to the hotel Otherwise, 9/10 would recommend and will def mark this specific hotel when traveling with my pets in the future

Tina Barnash

Highly recommend! Same great service and quality rooms one would expect from La Quinta; and this one has the beautiful updated grey/purple color decor ~ I just love it 😉 Beds are SUPER comfy as always, staff friendly and helpful, and copious amounts of coffee always available Has well maintained premises with welllit, safe parking all around the buidling so you can park pretty close to your room, and as usual pets stay free and feel welcome!! Well done La Quinta!!!

Courtney Cartellieri

I would stay here again The staff is very friendly and helpful The breakfast is great for a hot Continental with plenty of space to eat and not crowded around the serving area

The pool really surprised us, very clean and the water temps were perfect in the pool and spa! We had a blast swimming The beds were comfortable and rooms clean Only complaint, and maybe a big one, is how noisy it is The walls doors and windows are so thin you can hear conversations in the hall and cars driving by and TRAINS that rattle the room The door to the room also let light in all around and was too easy to open, my 18 month old kept opening it even with the deadbolt and when we latched the top he kept closing his fingers in the door The noise from outside was tolerable, but my kids are also loud so I feel bad knowing everyone else can hear themThe bathroom door is the worst thing about this place It’s a sliding glass door so really no privacy, and ours didn’t shut all the way so the kids kept messing with it It lights up the whole room if you have to turn the light on at night or early morning The track for it to slide on also got our toes a few times

Arturo Rivera-Cota

Unfortunately, I wasn’t too fond of this hotel Maybe it was because we were traveling with our dog and we got the older tiled room (not as they picture their rooms) and it was pricey It is next to the train tracks, so you get to hear it go by every 20 minutes or so, but we left the air running to help with sound

We heard the people above us stomping around (not really BW’s fault)The workers were very nice and friendly, the pool was small, and the Breakfast was fine*Thank you for the response, Best Western They really are kind and friendly people that work there I do believe you when you say people find the train comforting, so I adjusted my review a bit Also, yes, the rooms for dogs are convenient to the pet area Thank you

Richard Huston

The Best Western front desk was very nice The room was clean and seem to be recently updated I would have rather had them put more room in the bathroom and not have such a large 8-foot entry closet an entry

Seem to be a lot of wasted space in my opinionThe bed was comfortable

Laura Bevan

Very nice clean rooms Cinnamon rolls at the buffet breakfast, which was nice And not mini cinnamon rolls

Legit sized cinnamon rolls Served warm! We didn’t try the pool as it was outdoor and as such was still closed for the season, but the hot tub was open and looked nice Close to the 40, which was convinient Also close to Bushmasters park which the kids loved

Bret Schwalb

The staff is great They were welcoming and helpful The rooms are decently well kept, especially considering we’re coming out of a pandemic

The breakfast options were enough that even our picky son found something he liked Keep in mind, if you’re visiting, the entrance can be a bit hidden, but there are three ways to get to the hotel, which helps

Greg Davies

The hotel charges $5 per night for parking Three of the four towels had hair on them Sinks and tub did not drain properly

While taking a shower the tub filled with water The carpet had sticky spots They put the half and half for coffee away after breakfastUpdate:The owner responded and addressed my issues She provided excellent customer service and I have updated my review accordingly She explained that the parking fees are from the property owners and not part of IHG

We had a short stay in Flagstaff in a last minute trip And we really enjoyed and appreciated our stay!First of all, we planned Flagstaff at the last minute, because our other scheduled trip had to be cancelled So we decided to drive to Flagstaff for our kids to enjoy the cooler weather

Right from the start, they were super accommodating The hotel was quite full but the manager Sara was super helpful in finding us 2 adjoining roomsone with a king bed and another with 2 doubles/queens She helped us find exactly what we needed to be comfortableThe rooms are well appointed and clean like any well run Hampton Inn But they were also really clean and while we didn’t have the room cleaned during our stay, the cleaning staff was super helpful in getting us extra toiletries for our stayThe breakfast setup was very comfortablelots of options and also a great dining area to enjoy all the food Like I said earlier, they were quite full with a school group staying there, but both cafe worker and the front desk person (Staci?) were constantly keeping the food replenished and dining area clean I was amazed how efficiently they were dealing with so many people at breakfast timeOverall, we had an excellent stay and really appreciated our stay Having to plan a last minute trip to Flagstaff would not have been enjoyable without the service we received at this hotel We will be back!

Sean Austin

Far and away the worst service in town If you have to stop for the night I’m sure it’s great, but for longer stays don’t bother The staff refuses to accommodate anything and has an attitude about just about every question

I asked for additional hangers and the young man laughed and said he had no idea where they would even be Our mistake for not staying at the Marriott as usual

When checking in, person let us know that we needed to pay for breakfast at front desk prior to eating We were out most of the day and came back to sit in the jacuzzi and pool In the photo when visiting the website for hotel presented the pool to be a bit bigger

Photo was deceiving Pool was kind of small but we still enjoyed it Bed was too firm, did not really get a good night sleep Felt like I slept on the hard floor I had kids who were needing breakfast to be paid for as I had only paid for 2 I went down to front desk and the lady at front mentioned that it was to be charged to room So there some misinformation Breakfast was really good, we filled out tummy Check out was at noon which was helpful for us to get ready at our pace and not in a rush Enjoyed the staff friendly demeanor, the pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and time

Kurt Russell

The room was neat and shiny clean, the desk staff never forgets to welcome you coming or going The lady who checked me in the first night made my check in so easy and was able to cancel my original registration with a booking company that my office had booked for the wrong nights and had me in a room an under fifteen minutes with two bottles of water to go

It is very rare today to find people that appreciate what they do for a living and it shows Kurt R

Marie Mandet

The service was really good! We had booked only for one night but wanted to extend our stay upon check in and it was immediately taken care of! The staff is always welcoming and smiling The pool is clean! The rooms are big and clean! We asked for extra towels and got them within few minutes! The location is really good too, plenty of supermarkets and places to eat around!

Ideal location for families and pet friendly Rooms are clean, big, and service is good Parking is close and walkable to restaurants

The hotel doesn’t have their own restaurant but you are in a prime location with tons of options a few minutes of walking The breakfast is decent usually with eggs, bacon, sausage, different breads, fruits, yogurt station, oatmeal, coffee and tea, and a self serve fresh waffle station The pool and hot tub is indoor The exercise room is tiny but who comes here to exercise? The laundry room is decently priced We stayed for a week and absolutely would stay again

Andi Fineran

This is a gorgeous hotel Very clean, comfortable, and just beautiful inside and out The suites are nicely laid out, the pool area is great, and it was probably the best hotel breakfast we had the whole trip (6 hotels total)

The staff was nice The biggest downside to me was parking The lot right outside the hotel is very small and narrow They have another lot available, but its across the street, and a little tricky to access Arriving on Saturday evening everywhere was packed, so navigating into any parking lots/spaces around pedestrians was quite the task

Dawn

Only did delivery there, so didn’t see the rooms Areas I did see were very nice, higher class looking, staff was very friendly Elevators were a little different then what I’ve been on as there are doors that open in front of you as well as behind you

Lol, so I did get momentarily confused once I got on & off, but it was rather comical to say the least I’m sure the rooms are just as nice as the rest of the property It is in original Falstaff area, so parking may be issues for some, but I was lucky and got spot right by door, so there may actually be a lot that is designated to them, worth checking into if your planning on a visit to the flag area

Second time I have been up here I would recommend the double as opposed to the single room The single was a side by side and I could clearly hear the other guest on their phone and their TV if I was silent

The accommodations were nice, gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and full kitchen Plenty of things to do nearby Staff was friendly and welcoming

Mark Moyer

We spent 7 wonderful days with our best friends from South Carolina at this resort We were guests of our friends as they are owners The room we stayed in was a 2 Bedroom Deluxe with a jacuzzi on the porch

The room was decent but the appliances were incredibly outdated For example, coffee pot took 25 minutes to brew coffee Overall our week was decent My low rating has more to do with the “low pressure” timeshare sales pitch we were sucked into The woman Marilyn that spoke to my wife and I was so pushy and rude! She spoke to us like we were “stupid” after pressuring us for 90 minutes because we said we were not ready to make a decision She actually said to us to “not overthink” spending $107,000! REALLY? If that wasn’t enough when we said the timing was not right she had the audacity to try to get us to pay $3,400 for the ability to go to another “pressure pitch” later Are you serious? Folks, listen, stay away from this place if they ask you to go to a low pressure timeshare sales pitch I’ll never get the 90 minutes back that I wasted to be insulted and pressured into purchasing a terrible investment! Folks, stay away and make sure you are prepared before agreeing to sit through anything with them They are ruthless sharks!

Prepare to feel totally pampered when staying here The rooms are delightful and have wonderful ambiance, one with a wood-burning fireplace and another with an electric fireplace The beds are very comfortable and have the most luxuriously soft sheets

The rooms have the quaintness of olden times, with a claw foot bathtub and Tiffany lamps, but with all the modern amenities The breakfasts are delicious and there are always freshly baked cookies and chocolate candies available to satisfy your sweet tooth Max and Monica are great hosts and make everyone feel at home and truly spoiled

Sydney Stevens

Wow, this place is amazing! This is by far the best service I have ever experienced at any place I’ve stayed, and the room was clean, wonderfully appointed, and comfortable We were welcomed with freshly baked cookies (gluten free for my husband!), provided with numerous dining recommendations, and shown around The room was so comfortable that my husband and I opted to stay in all evening and have a romantic dinner at the table in our room with the fresh flowers that were in our “Lilly” room

My favorite part about the stay was the early morning room service of coffee and pastries that preceded breakfast, but breakfast was astounding in its own right! Custom souffles to meet our dietary restrictions, parfaits, and copious amounts of coffee were promptly served as we chatted with other guests Max was an exceptional host and it would be a tragedy if you didn’t stay here while visiting Flagstaff

Roy DuBose

It was amazing! From the time you walk in the front door you feel the warmest and most comfortable B&B I have ever stayed in The owners are the best host making sure you have everything you need The breakfast in the morning is delivered to your door and it is gourmet style

We liked it so much we booked another trip for this monthThanks,

Nice comfortable stay! Location was great! Suite was nice, lounge area with a couch and desk separated from sleeping area, beds were very comfortable as well as the linens Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and seemed like they truly cared about their guests! Loved the extra closet area for bags and such!! Great central place to stay and enjoy area sights!

I love Marriott I usually stay at Marriotts This one sadly was disappointing

Location was good Check was not the easiest The room itself was a good size and layout was good (space wise) Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to the details It wasn’t as clean as a Marriott standard and the carpet in room and in building were dirty That was a turn off The pool was indoor, very small and was not heated The breakfast was awful, even my kids were disappointed Just sausage patties, biscuits/bagel, fruit, a bag with a waffle you warm up in a microwave and cups of cereal It was like a low budget motel breakfast We were disappointed and we will not stay here again We paid over 200 a night and expected way more Usually Marriott doesn’t disappoint but this one did

Amber Morris

Our first time to book SpringHill It was so cute for a 3star hotel Our room had West Elm sofa with a trundle

The breakfast was top notch! So many options and the staff was fantastic My kids loved this place And dog friendly!Husband and I smelled gas outside while we were loading up and the staff acted immediately While we were pulling out, the fire department came All I think within about 10 mins of our report to the front desk These things happen and it was nice to see them take action quickly

Fantastic, historical hotel within walking distance of Flagstaff’s downtown highlights Three competent restaurants that all appear to use the same kitchen and similar menus Rooms can be quite noisy in the evening due to the hotel’s popular bars

Things usually quiet down by 10:00pm tho Don’t miss the chance to have a drink and people watch on the balcony ‘Will definitely stay here again

I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place I checked in with my dad for a weekend family vacation and right away we were greeted by very kind staff members I appreciated the excellent customer service

I had called several times (I’m a worrier) and always got someone patient and pleasant on the phone The lobby was very cozy and clean, I felt like I was in a log cabin! The room was also very clean and the sheet/bed was quiet I spent time in other hotels with very loud and scratchy sheets The fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and good water pressure was very appreciated My dad had 0 complaints and that’s always a plus! The free breakfast provided every morning was simple but had some good options If you want to a quiet and cozy place to get away, this is the hotel for you Relax and sit by the fire it’s well worth it!

So close to being a luxury resort It has the look, has the feelBeautiful lodge style main lobby and breakfast area

With a high ceiling and tall fireplaceThe rooms were modernized and clean, bed was comfortable there was no complaints! I’m pretty picky on noise and barely heard a peep They’re dog friendly and not to mention super affordable, I think we paid $80 a nightDitch the Comfort Inn “stigma” and update the laundry and gym facilities would be my only suggestionsI wish this hotel could follow me anywhere in my travels

Great cabin style ambience for lodge style comfort My top 3 things would be

Beautiful hotel! I stayed here for a couple of nights and have nothing but great things to sayThe room was immaculate and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were huge It also included a number of great amenities, including a fridge, a microwave, a safe, a few sets of glasses, a coffeemaker – the list goes on

Even the room keys felt high-end!The grounds are also impressively well-kept – there is a large pool and hot tub area, along with 500 acres of forest you can take a stroll through The location next to the highway is convenient, and yet the sound from the highway is barely noticeableHighly recommended

Dave B

Great management! Clean, updated rooms with perfect amenities Soaps and coffee are top shelf Very accommodating staff

Baby friendly Calming forest views and well-maintained grounds Wonderful pool and hot tub tucked into the forest with spa towels, large tables and umbrellas for outdoor dining Overall, a top notch resort-style property at a budget price! Best hotel in Northern Arizona for sure!!

Kit

The location of this hotel is fantastic; it is about 10 minutes ride to and from the Flagstaff Airport/Amtrak Flagstaff Complementary shuttle bus service is included for hotel guests But the service doesn’t run late at night or super early in the morning; so be sure to check the hours with them

We were at the airport and we called them Within 20 minutes, a staff picked us up at the airport Room was very clean I liked the two separate bathroom sinks Underneath the coffee station, you will find a safe, a fridge, a microwave and a storage space I saw a review saying they had no elevator That’s not true; they do have elevator We took advantage to use their hiking trail which was a very easy trail to walk Occasionally, you will see some tiny lizards and snakes as you walk Service is wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the fancy shower didn’t drain well and I hate to stand in a pool of water so I remove one star

This place is just what I was looking for Nothing fancy, but the room didn’t have any strong cleanser smell and the staff was very friendlyThe pillows on the bed were not pillows

It looks like the staff have a good workaround for this but frankly these pillows need to be replaced with actual pillows Actually, what would really be great is when you’re checking in they wheel out a giant wall of pillows and you can pick the firmness and dimension that you’re looking forI used the kitchenette daily I made coffee and stored groceries in the full-sized fridge which is huge for meIf I ever come back to Flagstaff I will definitely consider staying here again although I will bring my own pillow

Sheila Wilkins

I simply needed a place to sleep for the night before moving on in the morning and chose this because of the location and price It was one of the only hotels that had a decent price and also had good reviewsCheck in was smooth and fast and the front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful

If you haven’t stayed here before, you might think this is an apartment complex at first, but she provided a map to our roomWe arrived after dark and the grounds were well lit and felt safe I was traving with my husband but would have felt comfortable had I been traving solo Our room was a “huge” surprise Like a small suite with a full kitchen, large bathroom and sitting area Very cleanIt was very quiet! No noisy neighbors keeping us up all night I could hear someone walking around above usnothing major, just normal human noises and not enough to make me lose sleep or annoy me But someone easily disturbed might want ear budsBathroom fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer (actually worked didn’t just make some noise and not dry my hair, which is unusual) and plenty of towels In-room safe provided as wellKitchen has full sized stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker (as well as coffee and fixings) and other necessities for a simple mealThis hotel would be great for anyone on an extended stay in the area For someone just needing a place to crash for the night it might be overkillOnly down side is breakfast isn’t served until 7:30 and we were on the road at 6:30 so missed it Also, beds could be more comfortable (they’re definitely not terrible, but for the price could be better)I would definitely stay here again Pic of bed was taken as I was checking out It wasn’t all rumpled up upon check in 🤣

Booked through Hotelscom but they never got the reservation to the hotel Nevertheless, Sarah the receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and did everything she possibly could to get hotels

com to fix the issue It wasn’t to be so we ended up booking with her directly She is the best hotel employee I have ever encounteredThe room was basic, but clean and functional

Excellent experience! First and foremost I am an Ambassador Elite member and have stayed in numerous Marriott properties This was one of the best encounters I have had with the front desk staff Carson was extremely helpful with my wife’s check in,explained the process and pointed out all of the great local attractions

Carson even helped with our luggage! I really appreciate his assistance and how much he promoted the hotel and local attractions Great job to management for having him on your staffKudos!

Great place to stay if you are vacationing, skiing, or just passing throughWhen entering the property, stay to the right, through the blind curve Proceed to your right to the higher level parking, which is where the main entrance is

Parking is $6 (as if the date of this post)I like the spacious lobby with generous and comfortable sitting; great for enjoying coffee, breakfast in the morning, or social gatherings at nightThe beds are comfortable I’d like to see the original sized refrigerators brought back, the current refrigerators are almost half the size – which poses a challenge when you’ve brought some perishable foods or drinks

Adriana Fernandez

The front desk people that worked on 3/7 & 3/8 were nice, helpful and professional The hotel and room were clean and looks just like the pictures The beds were comfortable

We rested very well, no noises or complaints There’s a $6 parking fee The amenities were good, which we used It’s near restaurants/gas station Not far of a drive to downtown I definitely recommend it!

Welcoming, clean, good food, comfortable This hotel and its staff has it right You genuinely feel welcomed by very nice people

Additionally this hotel has a beautiful theme along with extra amenities like a sauna, spa and outdoor pool The restaurant serves good food and is very spacious I’m very thankful for this stay and wanted to take the extra time to highlight this excellent abode and the people that run it Ben, KiKi, and the restaurant staff (sorry I didn’t get all your names) Thank you

Savanna Ritchie

Very nice hotel with one caveat, no free breakfast While I’m sure the food in the restaurant was excellent, it was a little on the expensive side Staff was very nice and willing to help out whenever we needed it

The room was very large, comfortable and had enough outlets (this is A good thing haha) The shower was difficult to operate and I only burned myself once But bathroom was nice overall The hospitality was appreciated and if we do return to this area we will stay here again! Thanks!

We just returned from Flagstaff last weekend We took the children up to play in the snow Drury Inn continues to be one of our preferred lodging options

I appreciate the small improvements that I continue to see by this organization creating a better environment for their consumers The sixth floor balcony overlooking the campus also provides enjoyable views of the area And the hotel staff are attentive and quick to address any concerns we might have With the additional benefit of the indoor pool, the free happy hour and dinner provided at 5:30 daily, and warm breakfast in the morning… It’s hard to beat The value having room is large enough to accommodate two parents and four children, is also not always easy to find I am grateful for any business that adds value to our communities There’s a reason this hotel continues to be rated so highly year after year

The staff here is excellent I love that they offer a breakfast and what they call “heavy appetizers” which is basically a quick dinner The rooms were nice but I did get some dirty pillowcases and there was some hair on bathroom towels

Other than that the room was very comfortable There is a sink, microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge which is nice The location is great It’s very close to food and things to do

Rebecca Knox Captain Save A Home (Captain Save A Home)

Exceeded expectationsThey have a happy hour which is a meal in itself and the breakfast was excellent

Their biscuits were really good The beds are super comfortable and the whirlpool works very wellThere was absolutely nothing that could’ve been improved I will be booking at Drury in the future Much better than Hilton

A decent hotel, but definitely not worth the price The staff was all very friendly upon arrival When we got to our suite, the carts for room service for blocking the door but we couldn’t find them anywhere to ask if they had had an opportunity to finish cleaning a room

We eventually moved them and the room appeared clean at first glance Unfortunately some of the utensils in the kitchen were covered in Old bits of food There were also Crumbs from tortilla chips all over the floor Most hotel rooms will have a mini fridge and a microwave, so it really doesn’t seem worth it to pay over $200 for a room that doesn’t have other amenities like a stove or ovenOur biggest issue was the noise There is no weather stripping on the door, so there was about a half an inch around the sides and bottom of the door where light came in all night and we couldn’t sleep Cleaning started very early in the morning and room service came to our door three times to clean It was incredibly loud and there was a lot of slamming of the doors We have trying to go back to bed but it seemed like every couple of minutes there was a new car or door slamming or someone trying to clean our room When we left, we realized that they were doing some sort of deep clean on that floor as all of the other doors were open and they were mopping, vacuuming and doing some industrial style cleaning Obviously this has to get done and I appreciate their detail to cleanliness, but it really Disturbed our stay Would have loved a little bit more soundproofing on the room so we actually could have gotten some sleep, or if they knew that the cleaning was going to be done that morning, perhaps we could have been put in a room on a different floorOverall, not a bad hotel but for over $200 you can typically get a resort style hotel anywhere else

Albert Ruiz III

All in all a decent hotel for reasonable pricing The location is very convenient off I40 there’s plenty of business within a short tripThe aesthetics of the hotel are great, but they definitely fall short with a few functionality details

Among the issues the sound insulation and shower door configuration created the most frustrationThe staff was very helpful and friendly The hotel’s point is value for money

My husband and I stayed here for a week in September as we traveled to different parts of the area on our honeymoon The building was so nice and clean and our room was amazing! It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to come back to everyday! Our days of travel were very long and getting to stay at such a comfortable hotel room every night was really the cherry on top of our trip! Will absolutely stay again if we return to the area! Thank you Hampton!!

Suited rooms with great layouts and lovely common are ads with fireplaces make this hotel an enjoyable option every time we are in Flagstaff The kids especially enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi! 24 hour coffee/tea service and a hot breakfast option in the morning are great options to partake in – especially if there’s weather and venturing outside is not high on the listStaff were very friendly and helpful – looking forward to being back next time!

Total 35 Food 5 stars, room clean 5 stars

AC noise 3 stars, check-in process 2 stars I booked 2 rooms in one reservation but when I check-in, the lady only asked my name and gave me 1 room key Then I asked for the other room and was told that the guest whose name appears on my reservation must be there or call in to cancel I said that friend can’t come due to schedule change so I found other friends to come and stay But the 2 rooms are in one reservation, why I can’t get all keys? They asked me to show the confirmation code which I took a picture at home and showed them but they said it’s different then their system internal code and I have to show them the bottom of the confirmation email or the credit card that I used to book the room, which I also didn’t bring with me So I was trying to flip my inbox for the email about 3 weeks ago and finally they did something to allow me get the other room key Room looks old but still pretty clean Early morning about 5am I was waked up by some loud click click typing sound, and realized it was from the AC I couldn’t get back to sleep so I went to the kitchen soon The food was ready and fresh coffee, tea, bread and milk everything was ready
