First impression is a good one Clean, bit of an odd layout for a hotel , but very friendly staff We booked on line very easily

We stayed two nights Had breakfast one morning There’s a buffet on Sunday morning for $16 a person However we decided to order fresh off the breakfast menu & were very pleased They did a great job with my special order of an egg white mushroom & cheese omelette cooked well Delicious!Only two disappointments: one was the pool being in disrepair That was one of the reasons we booked there I hope it’s repaired soonThe other was my husband had called the front desk with a question and no one answered the phoneBottom line, I really did like the modern interior design It’s a less expensive, good , clean , quiet place to sleep if you’re traveling in the area or going in and out of NYC

I liked it there Very easy to find off the highway The receptionist was efficient and helpful

I got to my room and it was clean and what I expected I didn’t hear any noise while sleeping, everything worked Even the cleaning staff was helpful I overall enjoyed my stay there I even asked for the receptionist to print my covid test for me and she was happy to help Will be back

I had mixed feelings about this hotel There were strange sticky spots on the floor (I do not want to ponder what they could have been) The room was nice, newly renovated

You could tell they definitely cut corners and some things were barely hanging onto the walls The location wasn’t great, I mean it’s conveniently located off route 17 but I didn’t really feel safe going to and from my car At one point during our stay, there were a bunch of cop cars pulled up in front of the building Everything just felt a little sketchy But definitely not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in

The thermostat wasn’t working when I got into my room and the room wasn’t ready for my check in time The black out curtains didn’t close all the way and the amenities room (laundry room, deck eating) are not connected to the digital key, which made me need to obtain a plastic key as well The response to needing assistance was the quickest I have had and my issues were addressed with speed and friendly staff

Staff has offered intimate and detailed information on which bus routes to use to get where and the easiest way to do the little things as well as some fun tourist options that were meaningful to them The top floor has a nice view, if very distant, of Manhattan and it doesn’t have the building cluster of the inner city Nice happy medium Staying on the top floor at the end give the best view for price The bar is very small but they had a snack, soup and salad, and cheese platter section available to go with the hotel bar’s 5pm-10pm service time Overall, I would say it’s a decent bang for your buck if you don’t want to be in the thick of it The business center on the main floor has lots of open spaces and plenty of comfortable looking chairs to lounge in The gym is rather small, but it does have a decent selection of equipment

Brenda Warren

Our stay here was excellent Our room was decent It was clean, they are on the small side and the bathrooms should have vents but other than that it was excellent

The staff was courteous, professional and efficient The breakfast options were varied and the coffee was good The breakfast eating areas were very nice The parking was convenient Because we were staying more than five days we did not have to pay $15 per day parking fee The hotel is right at the highway exit which was great Will definitely stay here again

We stay at this Hampton Inn many times since we have family in the area We haven’t stayed there in almost 2 years because of Covid Wow how it has changed we arrived around 6PM there were 3 people at front desk and 4 families waiting to check in Only one waiting on customers

We waited 10 minutes and checked in ready to go park our car when the employee told us about a $1500 per night parking fee No mention of that on the website I booked on He told us we could park across the highway at the Hilton It was dark and 25 degrees outside we paid the fee Staff needs to work on customer service Hotel and rooms were very clean and modern Went to go to the pool and was told they don’t supply towels We had to use our bath towels Needless to say I am not paying 15000 a night and have to pay $1500 a night to park and no extra towels for the pool One bright spot was a great free breakfast buffet with very friendly staff keeping everything full

Great stay with Crowne Plaza for our New York excursion! We decided to stay in Jersey to save on costs and this hotel was perfect for our needs The hotel is located near a hospital building, but we were never disturbed by any ambulance noises – pleasant night sleep! The hotel lobby is well-maintained and opens to the dinning/bar area We stayed in the standard king rooms and it was very clean

Some reviewers have commented on the bathrooms, but I have nothing to complain about them I felt they were clean and tidy The hotel parking lot has a great-looking food truck that we unfortunately didn’t try, but there is a pizzeria around the corner facing a gym that was stellar Additionally, the breakfast buffet is well worth it – Adrian and Gloria recommended it and we were happy that they did Overall, this was a great hotel experience and I will be looking into this hotel again for any more excursions to New York

Nothing special, except the bad vibe from the manger I usually don’t notice racist people but when I checked in it was the most awkward and racist attitude I noticed that because she was treating a other differently and she insisted that my booking wasn’t legit thill she finally found it

They charged me $50 for insurance and said three businesses days, I will get it back Then they charged me $3530 for no reason and when I called they don’t even know why? They said they will call me back but they never did I bet if I was white no one will charge me extra or there will be doubt if I have the money to stay or not I wish I know why they charged me $3530 but they can’t even tillBed are and the mattress are not comfy, it’s not worth the money or the 4 stars hotel The carpets and rugs are super dirty and smells super bad Not worth the money at all Stay away if you want to have a good night sleep

After a fairly pleasant stay in April, I was booked to stay here but received a call from the hotel while in transit stating that there was a “plumbing issue” in the King rooms and I was relocated by them to a Best Western I should have suspected an issue when they did not offer alternative accommodations at the Crowne PlazaHowever, when I arrived at the other property I was informed the Crowne Plaza said they told me I’d need to pay although my stay was already fully paid for

In addition, they were planning to charge me almost $400 for a new room at the “walk rate” as if I had just showed up I will never stay here again and would never recommend this property after this experience This was abysmal customer service and feels like a scam

I booked this as a birthday getaway for myself as a busy mom of 3 I needed this I’m an Hilton Honors member and have never been disappointed Now I’m not hard to please and very understanding, but somethings in hospitality just don’t stand

Upon arrival I check the to room 212 I had a king suit with the jacuzzi tub it was beautiful (I needed the tub), all appeared in good standing but the toilet was not wiped and had some urine residue on it But I didn’t stress it I brought my own cleaning products and disinfecting spray, as I always do a nice cleaning and disinfecting Upon further inspection my shower had some mold in the corners and on the floor Again it was a small bit and I had my bleach so I was going to handle it I called maintenance to have a the light bulb in the shower replaced because it was not working This matter was taken care of right away It was a quiet stay, I even deep cleaned the jacuzzi which came back very clean I checked the bed and towels of the two towels only one smelled sweet as though it had been used or had not properly washed at the time of laundering So I threw that one to the side and use the one that appeared fresh, I was only staying 2 nights 3/8-3/10 I sprayed all soft surfaces with micro ban and Clorox fabric disinfectant and I was comfortable with that Room service was hard to get in touch with, but front desk staff was very professional and proficient in addressing this matter At one point room service was too busy to deliver to the room which again didn’t ruin my stay However 10 days following I’m now covered in an unexplained super itchy rash, I went to my doctor today 3/18/22 to find I have acquired scabies Which takes about 2 to 4 weeks to show symptoms, an has never happened in my life I called to speak to the manager immediately upon finding out, I was actually still in the doctors office The front manager for the evening of 3/18/22 disregarded any possibility of me acquiring my infestation at their establishment He further explained that due to it being 10 days out, there was nothing he could do for me not even take an incident report He did not ask questions, or hear out all the details and that was the icing on the cake for me For the amount of money I spent as an honors member who just wanted a nice birthday for myself, to have the experience I had is unacceptable I could have certainly saved my money, I am extremely disappointed and suggest you stay else where The area is beautiful but this particular hotel wouldn’t be in my list of places to stay It’s unfortunate to say, but it’s clear that corners are being cut within their housekeeping department even during a pandemic And I should have never overlooked the warning signs, I saw before laying in their bed Because now I’m suffering with a mite infestation in my skin covering my body that I also found out I am highly allergic too and now suffering double With no resolutions or concern

I stayed here with my boyfriend from Dec 27-30 in 2021 Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the front desk and check-in was seamless We even received warm chocolate walnut cookies and complimentary water bottles

That was a nice treat to start the stay with We were able to check in on the app also and picked out our room We only went to the front desk to pick up the key cards because we prefer having a physical key in addition to the app key Upon arriving into our room, the king bed and the room was very nice and cozy and cleanThe bathroom is spacious, and the counter top has so much space which I loved with a bright and lighted vanity mirror However, when I checked the shower heads (there were two), it looked like it could use a good soak and scrub because it had hardened limescale (See pictures)I requested for them to clean it the following morning as we could wait to shower until the next day since their room service options are limited hoursThe following day, room service did a light clean in our room, took the trash and used towels, re-made our bed, and supposedly cleaned the shower heads There was no visible change in cleanliness so I just cleaned one of them myself so that we could shower I felt like it would be pointless to argue and call them back up if they weren’t going to do anything That was quite disappointingThey had an attached restaurant on the ground floor whose food was really tasty and convenient Their servers were kind and we were able to dine in and /or order for pick up to eat in our rooms I wish they could have also delivered the food but no big deal On the occasion we ordered our food to be picked up so we could eat in our room I noticed they gave us ketchup packets for our side order of fries but they were expired I could tell because the packets were extremely puffy meaning bacterial gas build up I threw them out They were so puffy that I knew if I ripped one open it would burst with the gas and contents Better safe than sorry Restaurant needs to check their inventory to prevent guests from having food poisoning Condiment packets are good for only about 90 days I have a food safety license so I knew better than to let myself and my partner consume ketchup packets that were past their shelf lifeAnother thing to note about my stay is that the heater is extremely drying and inconsistent It was cold in December naturally so we used it but I would have to raise the temp to like 79 to get the room at least up to a comfortable 70 It was just rather inconsistent and would make the room feel extremely dry although I tried to keep it at a solid room temp of 72 degreesMy partner and I did not attend the breakfast because it wasn’t complimentary anyway so we would try local restaurants and diners instead which I highly recommend Their restaurant was helpful and convenient for lunch or dinner because it was open late and just a few steps awayOverall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel minus the poor clean on the shower head and the expired ketchup packets They will hopefully address these issues in the future and have more room service availability I would stay here again because the location was nice and their staff is kind

Pete Ponyboy

The location is great for the area The restaurant staff and food is terrific Not happy at all with room service as I was not told when I checked in that room service was only upon request

On day three as the wife and I departed, I asked for the room to be cleaned while we were away Upon returning 5+ hours later, the room wasn’t serviced I asked the housekeeper, who happened be across the hall, if she planned to clean our room and she said that she was not told toNeedless to say, the desk clerk assured me that the request was made and the manager(?) made excuses for the housekeeping staff Eventually, the garbage was taken out and towels exchangedUpon checking in, the room was clean overall but the couch and chair were stained I’m told by locals that this is the best of the hotels in the area but I am not that impressed

The evening bartender was a solid 5 – kind, friendly, efficient and attentiveThe front desk worker was disappointing because of some billing errors and because he would not split incidentals off of a company card and put them on my card Despite several requests he refused and told me it was not possible

After checking out, I called back and was able to do it over the phone with him FrustratingAlso, lighting in the rooms was poor and unlike the photos presentedReally good food too In fact, everyone in the restaurant was fantastic

Chris “BostonGreekGeek” Vaxevanis

It looks like your typical Marriot, clean rooms, large entrance hall, bar, lounge ample parkingMy issue is that this place has no electric vehicle chargers which I feel is a must for any new construction This hotel was built in 2018 and they put no electric vehicle chargers? How is the world meant to transition to electric vehicles, when new hotels don’t care enough to include doors with that included? Also for a new construction I was surprised at how paper thin the walls were at I could hear other rooms every night

Not the same ones so you could day I just had lots neighbors Different people at different timesFinally I have pictures of how the outlets next to the night stands just come straight up They aren’t fixed in the stands or anything That is poor workman shipOverall it is clean and looks good, so if those details don’t bother you, your stay will be great However I can’t give a higher rating to a place that isn’t trying better

Jim Anderschat

Two forms of GPS may be necessary in finding this property! Why on Earth would they build a hotel buried behind office complexes, I don’t know But, if you find it, a decent hotel! Like all Courtyards, no included breakfast, everything comes at a priceThe room was nice, but my problem with this hotel is the location

If you want to go out to eat, you will need a car as this place is the last stop on the tracks, surrounded by offices and highways No good walking available Doubt we would stay here again Good if you work in the nearby offices

I was staying here because a friend was getting married in Patterson The hotel is currently under renovation and as such, is hard to judge I had a double queen bedroom for two nights and it was clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable

I originally had a king for one night, but the staff was helpful in accommodating for 2 nightsI like that checkout is noon, it allowed me to sleep in a little bit and not rush to leave I also liked that the continental breakfast ran until 10am Really a nice change from other hotels that are done by 8am The food was okay, but it was free and it changed between Friday and Saturday which was coolI have no complaints, it’s a solid hotel in my experience

Tarik Ghiradella

Service was great The newly renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful They have entertainment some evenings in the lobby and it’s really quite nice

My only complaint is the location which can’t really be helped The hotel is quite isolated but there are places to eat within a decent driving distance

April Elansari

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced The staff at the front desk was extremely rudeMy stay was for a wedding and they caused me to miss the family pictures and part of the ceremony because our room was not ready until 1 hour and 30 minutes PAST CHECK IN TIME (3PM)!On top of that, the staff told me they would hold the shuttle and they did NOT

which meant I had to UberLASTLY THE POOL WAS CLOSED AND THEY DID NOT TELL US PRIORDO NOT STAY HERE!

From the highway, it looks spectacular But, navigation of the road and parking lot to get here is the first turn off Then, you enter a beautiful lobby and imagine how nice the rooms are

you’d be wrong if you thought the rooms were special Small, very few working channels, bathroom sink doesn’t shut off all the way, and carpet starting to peel away from wall This facility is like the tale of two cities And for the price, it should be better I think a nicer brand hotel should take it over and make it into what it truly has the potential to be The bed was very comfortable however

Nisha Smith

We stayed at Sheraton Mahwah from 5/12-5/15, 2022 as we were attending an Indian wedding, with 3 functions being held at the hotel  While the hotel itself is nice, the elevator situation was absolutely horrendous  Firstly as the hotel was at almost 100% occupancy, I would have thought the hotel would have ensured that all guest elevators were working

There was only one out of 3 elevators working and it was a nuisance having such a long wait time to get to the 16th floor  Our repeated requests to the front desk to have the other 2 elevators fixed so we had ease of going up and down fell on deaf ears  We were told to use the service elevator and that is so unprofessional  But the nightmare began on Saturday evening when the only guest elevator stopped working  Some of us were stranded in the lobby, others on their high floors  The younger kids used the stairs to come downstairs but there was no way any one was going to attempt to climb up 16 floors or even 14 for that matter  The service elevator too either stopped working or was locked by the staff  It was so bad that my niece got trapped in the elevator and the fire marshal and police had to come out  Not one word of apology or compensation from the hotel’s side  We missed an integral part of the reception due to this  We travelled from Texas to come for this wedding and then to miss the celebrations due to non working elevators is just unacceptable  Throughout our stay there was no manager on duty or if there was they hid in the back office  I have never seen such a poorly run hotel  I sent an email to the GM, Sam- 6 days ago requesting some kind of response or explanation for this debacle but to date there has been no response from his side which exacerbates the situation  Extremely poorly run hotel  On a side note, housekeeping was great, attended to all our needs in a professional and very timely manner

Carmen Martinez

The building looks really nice My GPS got me there with minor issues They have guest parking

I went to an event I did not stay at the hotel A friend of mine who attended the event stayed at the hotel to be closer to the event She loved her room and the amenities The staff were nice They made sure I got to the right location of the event

I was skeptical to stay after reading a few reviews, but I am glad I didn’t listenfirst they lets us in the room early, the room and bathroom clean, beds were comfy

Hallways and main floor were clean and smelled nice We ate at the pub and Pablo the bartender/ waiter was great We shared all our food and he made separate soup bowls, salad and our entree’s Also we bought wine from snack area and was able to drink our wine with dinner, that was very nice of Pablo We saved on drinks which reflected on his nice tipThe pool was nice and what a great gym, unfortunately I didn’t partake but my husband did He was like a kid in a candy shop I would recommend this place I hope to stay here soon

YayIts K

It’s pretty good! Our hotel room was perfect I wish that the bathroom was in a different location or just street it was weird how it was positioned like the toilet but I guess there’s nothing I could do about that also a weird thing was that there was a beam in my shower just kind of on the side I found that slightly strangeI want to give it a three out of five but I’m giving it four because The employees here really are so funny and sweet very nice and also I loved how the police was just minutes away from the venue at the Venetian We had breakfast on our thing but we didn’t end up using it and we didn’t use the pool either but I heard it was pretty nice from the other guests

Mark Simmelkjaer

Positives: Nice location, good staff, reasonable price pointNegatives: LOUD – thin walls make sounds permeate throughout the entire building

Given this hotel is a frequent wedding venue the clientele can be loud in hallways AC units take a while to cool rooms leaving a very stuffy feeling

The rooms were incredible I stayed over for a bodybuilding competition near the hotel The room was a spacious, modern suite with full kitchen—refrigerator, microwave, mini–stove, and dishwasher

This was very convenient since I brought meals for the bodybuilding show The front desk staff was especially helpful and accommodating Definitely will stay here again One of the best hotels I’ve experienced

Nice hotel Made reservations through Reservationscom for a Homewood Suites room with a Manhattan view

When checking in, I was told the room description did not match the listing on Reservationscom Despite room availability, I was given a non-view room on the Hampton Inn side of the hotel I feel this dispute between Reservationscom and Hilton should not result in a room downgrade for a prepaid visit I certainly won’t be using a third party to book in the future I’m undecided about staying here again

Joseph Park

We were not assigned our room until an hour after check in time (3:00) It was only after I asked to speak with the manager was anything actually done about it Please do not take on the capacity if you are not able to handle it

If anything, at least notify guests that rooms will not be ready by the expected time period This was a very special weekend for many people visiting Teaneck and for me, it happened to be tainted by the hotel staff’s inability to accommodate and communicate clearly

Booked one night due to a wedding Pleasant experience Room was neat, amazed it had Paul Mitchell products for bathing

My only concern was the noise at the lobby at midnight They had a party there and if my room would be located on the first floor I would be upset

The hotel advertising did not match the reality They advertise a pool, a restaurant, and normal hotel niceties – however they do not have an open pool, the restaurant has severely limited hours, and they dont clean your room unless requested I went with nieces who packed bathing suits, no one said anything when we checked in about: no pool, limited food hours, or request only cleaning

The first manager kept insisting “we took the pool pics down” even though I had the website up and was showing her a half dozen references The next day, manager #2 was a bit better, I showed her the pic of my room door that had pool guidelines on it!! And she said “oh we tell ppl when they check in” … no they dont We almost didnt eat the day we had to leave bc breakfast ended at 9:30am!! 9:30am!! The man ahead of me on line arguing about venti versus grande size almost cost me my only meal all day! I had NO idea until I was ordering at 9:31am and the girl said “oh let me see if the kitchen is still open”!The rooms were clean, the little restaurant was nice – but the failure to communicate was inexcusable For one manager to say “there is no pool” and “oh we took that pic down” gaslighting me as I held the website up on my phone was surreal And for the next manager to change the story to “the pool is closed for covid”?? Put it on the website then! And at 9:31am to find the restaurant is closing is also something to let guests know clearly

I stayed at this Sheraton during the July 4th weekend to attend a family weddingThis is a beautiful hotel with a huge facility, huge rooms and a lot of banquet halls All the halls were occupied and looks like every party was having a great time in this hotel

This hotel also has 2 swimming pools- indoor and outdoor pools which guests were taking advantage of, that’s good to seeThe front desk and housekeeping staff were courteous and professionalI had family and friends staying in all the floors of the hotel The reason for two stars in this review is because one of the handicap rooms on the first floor (the last room next to the exit door) had small bugs in the bathroom and on the floor of the bedroom This was highly unlikely for such a Grand hotel The issue was raised with the front desk and housekeeping came to review the issue but the bugs were back the next day in the bathroom I’m not sure if this was because the room was on the ground floor and right outside there were shrubs and plants There might be some insulation issue in that room that led to the bugs from outsideOverall I had a good experience at this hotel and I heard the same positive response from all the other family and friends that stayed in this hotel during the long weekend except that one room

I attended only for my senior formal, so I did not stay overnight Wonderful service from attentive staff who answered all my questions and served us Loved the food, we had everything from crab cakes to burgers to cannolis

The inside is clean and safe, there’s an ATM, and of course the outside looks stunning, along with plenty of parking There’s also a small lake in the back with bridges where you can walk a loop There’s even a souvenir shop past the lounge I believe there are other restaurants and such down the street and it’s convenient to get on route 80 and 287 quickly

This hotel needs a full revamp, it’s in rough shape The halls and elevators are not air conditioned so they are a steamy 100 degrees The entire place smells funky – there are air fresheners all over the place to mask the smells

The shower in my room was jerry rigged together so when i tried to raise the shower head up past my shoulders, water came spraying out of the pipes The AC in my room sounded like a diesel engine Will never return

Very good service! The staff was helpful and accommodating I am in town for business in the area and this hotel was perfect for that Breakfast was straight but expensive wouldn’t recommend if it wasn’t the only option

The bare at the Koi Lounge was OK too Mainly because the bartenders determine the bar experience This bartender was the only one and very busy But A1!!!! She earned two of the three stars I give this place!

Hotel once was a Holidome Sold and changed with indoor pool covered over It wants to be good but

cleaning service has not cleaned room every day I had to ask to have it done yesterday 2 cleans out of a 7 day stay But better is that the bathroom does NOT HAVE A TOILET PAPER DISPENSER!!!! True You have to hand hold and un-wrap Incredible

On a positive note, the staff was very responsive and the breakfast was delicious! The room was damp and dingy and the sheets were stained Woke up with irritated skin and the shower is missing any form of ventilation The ceilings are popcorn tiles and you will knock into them if you raise your hands

Very poor lighting in most rooms with an awkward view of the parking lot or lobbyBeautiful backdrop in terms of location as it’s nested within luscious greenery but overall extremely disappointed with this experience

Good ratings online, so I booked The poorexperience began immediately Upon arrival, we were told they did not have our room (2 queens) so we would receive a king with a sleeper sofa

We needed two beds to sleep four I asked how we would be compensated for the change I was told to call on Monday They could not get the card reader working to complete check-in My daughter needed a restroom so we went to the lobby bathroom to find two clogged toilets We were given a room key to find one king, no sofa New room, one queen, twin sofa When I returned to the desk, I was told the employee (who was very kind and patient) would call his manager He returned to say there was, and I quote “nothing” he could do for me, as they were sold out (But they would not give us the other king room we saw because someone had booked it Ironic since they gave our room away earlier…) I threatened twice to sleep a family member in the lobby since the only other option was to sleep on the floor I was told the front desk staff would call police We spoke for a long while and finally landed at me sleeping on the floor or in my van because sleeping on a lobby couch wouldn’t look good for Sonesta We got an air mattress from the van (for our final destination), moved furniture, blew it up and returned for linens They gave us linens stained with multiple yellow marks (one rather large) Add to it the smell of weed in the hallway and the “corporate” number they gave me taking me to an “incident” line (explained as being a line for theft, etc) and this hotel gets a 1 star rating, ONLY because the staff was patient and the room was nice The booking policy is TERRIBLE and the ability of the staff to help is ZERO Their hands were tied The manager should call ME I shouldn’t have to reach out two days later for resolution Terrible experience Just terrible

The hotel is great Amazing management Would give the complete 5 stars if front desk treated guests in a proper manner

They hardly ever answer the phones, even without a line even being there Sometimes they don’t even answer calls at all, or tell paying customers to hold on without even letting them get a word in then making them wait over an hour just to be hung up on Needs new people working front desk with real customer communication skills Horrible front desk Front desk is 0/5 stars

Jenny Reis

I had called to make a reservation and I was told to come in instead, that worked out perfectly and I did get a room That night I had a terrible experience with another hotel in which I had a reservations and when I got there to find out that there was no room for me The gentleman at the counter was very courteous and sympathetic with my experience prior

Good customer service is always appreciate Thanks once again

I honestly can’t believe it has such good reviews The carpet was pretty gross throughout and coming up in areas Our room was filthy, walls are dirty, the light above the table was covered in gunk, carpet completely stained

My daughter ruined her socks on carpet nails sticking up from the kitchen area to the living/bedroom space The tub was also stained/dirty Breakfast was pretty mediocre No pool for an indefinite time I gave two stars instead of 1 because the staff was all great that we got to see The room sizes are pretty good too But for just shy of $200 I expected better

Sunniya LA

The young lady at the front desk during our stay for the night (4/16 arrived at 3pm) was very nice and helpful We spilled some of our food on the main floor, came down to Apologize, my husband was ready to clean the mess, but the area was already cleaned up as if nothing happened Her and the rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful

Chris Hall

This hotel allows pets, and though we didn’t have one, unfortunately our room smelled strongly of dog urine Aside from that, the rooms were clean, in decent condition and noise was minimal The pool was out of service, the little store near the office was always closed, and the free breakfast is not very good

It’s not a bad place, we would stay here again and just alter our expectations

Affordable and comfortable place to stay on business Its not fancy but has the comforts of home you would expect to find The cleaning service does a great job and the free breakfast is okay

I’ve stayed in some that were worse and some that were better Highlights are ; the staff is friendly and helpful , the building could use some work and a 20oz drink is almost 4 dollars at the desk, also there’s some remodeling going on so there construction materials everywhere

kim sandoval

This was by far our favorite Hyatt on our trip The rooms are always consistent at Hyatt What made the difference was the staff

Excellent breakfast buffet each day Consistently had great coffee (strong but not too strong) and the management had the best set up with 3 different coffee stations with all the supplies needed so multiple people can get coffees at the same time They were always restocking items so you rarely waited for anything They also consistently had oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit cut up and added blueberries and other fresh fruit They did the best job of rotating the warm breakfast items as well The staff were friendly and helpful Our room was kept clean while we stayed for the week Hyatt should use this hotel as example for others

Gurnoor Pannu

The staff is amazing! Everyone was so helpful, they would go out of the way to help me out! The room was perfect, I went there to take my exam and as I had requested I was given the exact room, rather better! Everyone was so cooperative all alongTanisha was the best there, she and Justin were always a great help to me and made the best coffee for me I highly recommend this place, it’s amazing

Had the best experience with hyatt till date
