Nice place to stay, close to downtown, about a 3 minute drive Couple different restaurants near the hotel which makes picking where to eat less of a hassleThe rooms were very nice, very clean

Beds were comfortable and bathroom had a bath and not just a shower which was nice The carts you use to bring up your luggage was a bit of a tight squeeze in the entrance of the room, but still fit non the less Over all, I would definitely stay here again!

Terri Lane Noe

Very comfy room Ac nice and cold during this heat wave Good water pressure

Bed very comfy especially if you like a firm mattress Only draw back was the tub was really hard to stand in It must have been refinished which left a very narrow area in the bottom for you to stand flat It does have grip but makes for a very awkward shower I would not try to bathe in the tub It would be too narrow

Becky Walls

The rooms were clean and comfortable enough Beds were good However, we never were able to get the AC to work

Fortunately my husband and me are not people who have to have it really cool Biggest frustration was with the supposedly “hot” breakfast There was nothing hot but toast and a sketchy waffle maker Coffee had to be the worst I have ever had Colored water Also, no one brought us clean Linens until I called for the second time Was told that I should have brought them and exchange them For the price they were getting for these rooms, the least they could do is bring ckean linensrooms, the least I could do is bring you clean Linens rooms oh, I think the least they can do is bring you clean Linens

Matthew greeted me on the phone before coming in the building Then he was able to check us in at the front desk

He was friendly and super accommodating Even delivered a roll away bed himself to a room for my kiddos He also recommended an amazing restaurant nearby for us which we LOVED O Charlie’s I believe it was called We stayed here just one night on our way home to Michigan from Florida Kids enjoyed the pool A little cold but no one was there so they were able to be a little wild and let off some energy! Breakfast had the biggest selection I’ve ever seen a hotel It was really good, fresh hot food Kids had a blast picking out what they wanted Everything was super clean We had an amazing stay here and was a 180 compared to the hotel we stayed at in Atlanta Would definitely stay here again Thanks to Matthew for being so accommodating and kind

Cindi Harnichar

Stayed here 1 night with my daughter and 2 small grandchildren I’m very picky about hotels, and usually don’t write reviews much But I really wanted to let folks know that our stay was wonderful

The beds were so comfortable ( a must for me) , the staff was great, the breakfast was decent, and the entire hotel was very very clean It was a decent price too So don’t hesitate to book here It is a wonderful hotel

Chasity Smith

I didn’t take any photos The first room I was given the blinds in the windows would not work so I was given a new room The 2nd room the drain was broke in the bath, I never had hot water while showering and mens facial hair from shaving was left in the shower from a previous guest

When politely letting the front desk know of the issues while checking out the lady never looked up at me, kept looking down like she was busy even though she was on her phone when I walked up, and when she finally looked up she said she would let “them” know

Had to go to ER for CT-Scan and had to pay with my insurance I am going to retain an Attorney and file a suit Called back following day and got the same girl who did not care I told her I need to speak with a manager and she told me to call back No apologies nothing I was on vacation and live in a different state

Deborah Martin

We srayed one night after seeing The Ark Encounter Rooms comfortable for one nights stay and all staff were friendly Was disappointed in breakfast as each warmer had a bagged sandwhich in and NO food for people with dietary needs, as all sandwhiches had cheese, only other thing was biscuts and gravy

We had to go elsewhere to eat ALL Marriotts we ever stayed had real food under the warmers and a variety even if small to accomadate people who can’t eat cheese, bread, and gravy

Our visit started a little rough in the beginning, we were arriving with a baby and toddler very late at night and they couldn’t find a crib Thankfully after 2 hours they were able to find out The next morning, my wife was waiting by the elevators and because the other elevator was being repaired, it took a long time that she missed breakfast time with our kids

I thought could the stay get any worse Well I am going to share with you the exceptional costumer service Marcelo had Juan, from maintenance saw that my wife had missed breakfast and informed Marcelo He quickly offered to give us a voucher to eat at the other hotels restaurant From day on every day Marcelo treated us like family, attending to all of our needs I am so impressed with the ability of such good costumer service Same as Juan! This hotel is beyond lucky to have these 2 individuals working for them I have never gotten better treatment in any of the Marriotts like Marcelo did They need a raise!!!! Until this day we still talk about Marcelo in our home and the impression he left in my wife and kids!

Terrible customer service experience Nice location and modern hotel Only stayed one night and ordered food around 8pm

They said it’d be about 20 mins An hour goes by, I call to check on it and front desk said they’ll inquire and get back with me within 10 min About 5 mins later, the manager called to apologize and said she’d have them remake my order and at half cost At this point, I cancelled the order and made other arrangements Got checked out next morning, and then just a few minutes ago I get another random “Thank you for staying” email I call to see what that was about and the front desk informs me that there was a charge for in room water ($5) used which I never touched It seems like trying to squeeze money out of me since I cancelled my food order last night after they dropped the ball Also parking is $12 a day so keep that in mind

My family and I are Lexington locals We had an unfortunate emergency sewer pipe block that caused severe leak and our home unlivable With a toddler on spring break and husband that works remote, we needed to find a last minute home away from home with unique accommodations

Natasha, Peter, Marcelo and everyone from staff to management went above and beyond to make our troubling and inconvenient instance as comfortable as possible In fact, a hand delivered bag of bath toys for our toddler is just one example of how they went above and beyond during the duration of our stay Thank you Residence! We highly recommend this hotel

This location has restored my faith in Marriott and the hospitality industry as a whole New & modern facility Exceptionally clean, there was someone cleaning the public areas of the lobby at all hours of the day

Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet Everything you could ask for Parking is very easy and reasonable Adjacent restaurant at the Residence Inn was very good with attentive service and reasonable prices M Club staff were extraordinary polite Every employee at this location was professional and engaging Breakfast had a reasonable assortment of options with, again, very friendly staff Everyone at this location worked as a team to ensure optimal guest experience I cannot imagine staying at another hotel in Lexington

Nicole Guidotti-Hernández

This hotel is amazing A real remaking of space by Marriott in the best way possible Service from the moment we arrived was superb

The M lounge reduces waste by offering refillable drinks The breakfast buffet is a real value for the price point Bed was awesome The only thing Marriott needs to do in general at all of their hotels is redesign their showers so the water doesn’t overflow between the doors A chain-wide design issue Will stay here again if given the opportunity!

Harlem Girl Treats

Great location! We enjoyed the modern aesthetics, the outdoor seating m, the cleanliness and the gummy bears in the M club (nice touch! Lol) The rooms were greatThe big misstep was the A/C stopped working around 2AM the first day we got there

Erica at the front desk was very accommodating and apologetic (definitely wasn’t her fault) She offered us a fan from the offices We were pretty upset that there were no maintenance employees called for the emergency Pretty odd… We were told it would be fixed at 7 AM It was as promised and we were comped the night Great customer service and we received a handwritten letter apologizing (very good touch) Overall, the front desk, security and valet were a pleasure This is definitely the best hotel to stay at in the downtown area

The lady that works the front desk on the weekends, was outstanding!! She was so nice, always available, great service! This hotels saving graceThe night person was NEVER available The weekend day girl was unfriendly almost rude, more interested in her phone than the business of the hotel

The pool was murky and smallThere wasn’t a hot tub although so many pictures showed one – the only reason why we chose to stay thereImagine our disappointment when there wasn’t one Upon entering, checking in, someone was calling and asking about the pics they saw of the hot tubThe rooms were standardThe rates were good for what it was

So much bad Not a 3 Star, not even a 2 star First the Good

Maids friendly and good workers Maintenance man was BUSY but very personableOur room was two queen beds But only one chair in the room (I sat on the floor) Had a small desk but they had a lamp and the morning coffee set up on the desk If you want to do any office work the lamp and coffee tray have to go on the floor A two person room but you better be prepared to live out of your suitcase Only two small drawersMattress was like sleeping on cardboard with a foam pad over the topWashing machine and dryer coin operated slides get stuck, will not pull out Front desk says its been that way for awhile They have to be really banged and push/pulled to get them out We skipped our 2nd load of wash Front desk does NOT have a supply of quarters for laundryWent to get juice for breakfast and noted a stale smell from juice dispenser Apple Juice tasted funny Suspect unit is NOT cleaned as it should beExcepting the maids and maintenance man the whole place indicates indifference to customer stay/customer care Obvious that there hasn’t been much money spent on keeping the place up Cheapness endemic everywhere you look Lack of investment and attention to the details than make a pleasant stay are missingWon’t stay here again, Would not recommend Don’t be fooled by the 3 Star rating

The hotel did partially refund me for the following issues and the staff were very kindMy first room has definitely been smoked in recently After switching rooms, I tried the gym

Basically a glorified closet, what did work didn’t work well Loose pieces on the weight machine Had to step over other equipment to get to the back of the “gym”The second room had a jacuzzi tub (yay) but when the Jacuzzi was on, I could smell mold The shower curtain was moldy and the bathroom sink took 2 hours to drainThe Jacuzzi would turn itself on about every 30 minutes Took the attendant and I over an hour before we finally unscrewed the cover and I unplugged it myself Then, as I laid down, I could hear tons of noise in the hallway and front desk (first floor unit)Of course they were sold out so couldn’t change rooms again and too late to change hotels

Currently under some remodeling, We have seen the crew but not heard them

Vicky and Snickers Anderson

Nice place to call home It’s quiet, isolated but very close to main roads Large area for the dogs to run and play

Currently under renovations My room is great Hot water with the perfect pressure Deep shower bowl for soaking my tired feet The staff is friendly and interested in assisting you Dog friendly for a fee, no surprise The bed and pillows are super comfortable I love the recliner Spend my evenings here

Trae Brown

Room was perfectly clean and very friendly staff Only issue I had was my shower water press was extremely high and I couldn’t adjust the nozzle head to point it down so it wouldn’t constantly be hitting on my back or chest If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 5 stars

To do laundry is free and there is also no free breakfast unfortunately

Highly recommended The most memorable part of my month long stay is the all night long restful comfort of the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in I was here, along with friends, for the month of July

Room was spotless and comfortable My room Attendant, Leaha, was efficient, friendly, unobtrusive, doing and excellent job The daily free breakfast bar included a healthy and wide variety of tasty foods and beverages The Attendant, Annie, kept all food items in sufficient supply as well keeping all tables sanitized and spotless during her shift On a side note: a man was on duty never wiped tables or spills on the counter surfaces and food frequently ran out by 9am during his shift The patio/courtyard area was comfortable and kept clean The only negative is the free wifi was very poor and unable to access unless I went to the dining area or the computer room

J. Lawrence

The fist time I stayed here there was an issue with a toilet that was always running and a shower door with chipped glass-not to mention some construction going on at the time (think of a cement truck running, then backing up seemingly every 15 minutes, starting at around 4am)The staff moved me to a different room without issue, really, and my subsequent stays were pretty goodMon-wed they do a social hour from 5-7, free dinner food and $1 beer- Not bad at all if you’re exhausted from a new job and are staying there until your family joins you in town There is a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a two burner stove, and a microwave in the suites, which made it really convenient

As of June/July of ’22, there’s unfortunately some construction going on that is an unpleasant alarm clockBut really, I would recommend Staybridge to visitors I have, actually

Sundee Holliday

We spent one night here for our last night in town Really impressed with the size our 1 bedroom suiteLet me start with the kitchen: Full sized kitchen with a full size fridge

The kitchen has a counter top stove, a microwave that is bigger than the one in my home The cupboards were stocked with plates, bowls, cups, mixing bowls Yes there is even silverwareNice sized living room Same with the bedroom Both the living room and bedroom had tvs The beds were very comfortable too!Bathroom: Separate vanity from the toilet and showerBreakfast: Nice little buffet downstairs stocked with coffee, juices, milk, muffins, warm donuts, cheese omelets, cereals, toast, bagels, sausagesNighttime: I know they have a social hour downstairs and you could get drinks, we didn’t partake in this as my daughter wanted to swim in the poolPool: Nice temperature, indoors, large and cleanPatio: Seen several guys bbqing for their dinner, the patio is really set up nice!

We stayed at this facility two times in the last couple of weeksWe were traveling with our grandchildren, so I booked both stays via phone to make sure that we got two rooms with an adjoining doorWith emphasis on the need to have connecting rooms

The first stay was on 7/22/2022 and there was no major problemsInitially we were not given connecting rooms but they fixed this quicklyThe second stay on 7/29/2022, I checked in but was given two rooms that were across the hall from each otherI did not find this out until we got to the rooms so I went back to the front desk and explained that I had booked and expected the rooms to be next to each other with a connecting doorThe night manager said that she saw where I reserved a connecting room with a king size bed and the other with two queen size bedsI explained that I did not care about the beds and that the most important need was having connected roomsShe said that there was nothing available so I had her call her manager, (Nathan Locklear)She explained to him what I wanted so she gave the phone to me to talk with Nathan furtherNathan explained that they do not allow reservations for connected rooms and that there were no more rooms available that were connectedI re-affirmed that when I made the phone call and explained what I needed there was no push back that this was not availableI also explained that we had stayed at this facility just a week earlier and there was no problemNathan’s response was that Marriott only considers requests like mine as suggestion and not a commitment on Marriott’s behalf and further commented that he could refund the room charges for the night and I could go find a connected rooms at a different hotel on my ownI explained this was not acceptableAbout this time the night manager jumped in and said that she found two connected rooms that were reserved for airlines stays and that she could put us in those rooms and give other rooms to the airlines companyI have several issues with thisWhen a customer calls and makes a reservation with special needs the person performing the reservation should make sure that there is availabilityThere WAS a solution that the night manager found while digging around in the room reservation application which should have been the first effortNathan acted like my problem was only problem and not hisInterestingly enough I saw a TV advertisement by Hilton that the accept reservations in advance for connected roomsNot sure why they spent money on a national TV add stating this but just maybe they found out that Marriott has had problems with this and are capitalizing on Marriott’s inflexibility

Nicole & Roger MARTIN

I would like to ADD one thing and it’s not a big deal everyone one has an off day but I’ve worked customer service for years and when u have someone working the front desk I wouldn’t have someone who is tired and off their game in the front and having a manager come in and have to speak to someone over the phone and say to the front desk employee YOU JUST HAVE TO BE FORCE FULL in front of paying customers You might want to wait till the customer have left the lobby But our stay was great and the place was very clean and all the other staff was great and friendly and went out of their way to help

We stayed on our way back to Canada Price was higher than listed on this site but glad to find a place Online it sounded good with a bistro and breakfast but disappointed in both

When we arrived I saw there was a few tables and a counter in front of the check in in the lobby Come to find out that is the bistro and breakfast spot The bistro is not really a bistro it is a morning grab and go location We ordered something from Grubhub rather than sit and watch people check in As for breakfast they say it is Starbucks but tasted like normal poor tasting coffee watered down I called at 5:30 am to the front desk and nobody answered even though I let in ring a long time I wanted to find out what time breakfast was It doesn’t open until 6:30 and eggs are $1150 when I went down at 6 am the man behind the desk got me medium two coffees for 509 dollars Beds where comfy and pillows Long black hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower otherwise clean Tv was large which was good Would I stay again only if there wasn’t another option When I was on my Marriott app I didn’t see that it had a residence Inn beside this Courtyard which looked very nice Next time I would try that

The staff were welcoming The room and accommodations were very clean We were much more comfortable in this hotel than we have been at other brands that we have stayed in this year

10 out of 10 would recommend Small note that there is currently construction, but we weren’t bothered by any noise or smells We will be staying at more Home2 suites in the future! Standards were right on track with even Disney owned and operated hotels (That’s a big compliment coming from us!)

We met here for a family reunion It worked out well for a base to visit the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter Breakfasts were very good

Bar closed early, way early before 8 Manager reception started late Restaurant was not open Shower door handle was broke and shower did not drain Was charged parking($12) because I did not use the group code, when called to use group code for reservations was told could not reserve a 2 bed room suite Online reservation did not have the parking fee in the reservation total Breakfast was limited for a Embassy Orange juice came out of the dispenser brown, we drank water Banquet service was great, food was goodWhen all was reported to front desk, no concern was expressed Actually made it out that we was being difficultNot the same standards of quality received at other Embassy Suites or Hilton establishments in the past

My room here was very nice and I loved that there was no carpet on the floors The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful I really appreciated that they had bottled water at the front desk

I was here for a conference and the food served during our meetings was very good I had the opportunity to use the spa and they were fantastic! One of the best massages I’ve ever had The only negative I had was there were a couple of paths that didn’t have handrails and one that wasn’t lit very well at night I would stay here again

We stayed for a family wedding Room rate is way over priced There was a view of the room and there are hardly any drawers in the rooms to put clothes in

Bed sheets had holes in them My moms room was so dusty there was writing on the window My brothers room had left over hair in the tub They messed up the wedding block so we were not together The restaurant takes FOREVER no matter how big your party size is I understand being short staffed for wait times but the 2 days I got breakfast there my order was wrong and it had to be fixed Short staff doesn’t create an excuse for wrong orders The only thing I can say good about this hotel was a comfy bed, thank god there was Starbucks coffee, and free water in the lobby

Enjoyed the room and the outdoor pool on our recent stay There was also a great bike trail across the road and the hotel provided bikes and helmets and had them ready for us But the best part was Laura who we encountered at the front desk

We were celebrating my 40th birthday and on our last night we returned to a super thoughtful card from staff and a slice of cake and wine Really meant a lot and this is why we always stay with Marriott! Thanks Laura!!

We came to Lexington for a short couples getaway I wanted to find a hotel that was decently priced for a king room and one that had a pool This one was my first choice, and I wasn’t disappointed

The staff was friendly and the hotel was well decorated Our room was nice (even though it was right next to the interstate) You could definitely hear the traffic outside, but we’re used to noise, so it didn’t bother us much The TV worked fine, and the king-sized bed was super comfortable Everything else was standard for a hotel room I was impressed that they had a gym and a pool We did go for a swim on our first night The pool was a bit cool, but we warmed up to it after a minute or so Breakfast was good, no complaints about it Overall, I’m very pleased with our stay here 😊

The bed was was very comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the water pressure for the shower was wonderful All the people who worked there were just very friendly and wonderful to talk with Some one said it was a very dated Hotel

I say who cares my comfort was more important than looks I recommend this Hotel and will be back during my next visit to Lexington

Too much highway noise!Although I had requested a King room away from the highway I was informed that all King bed rooms faced the roadIf I wanted other than a King I could get a non-roadside room we opted to stay with the King room but had no idea how loud the trucks would beRoom was clean but in need of updates

Staff was friendly

The Murder Mystery Dinner was an incredible experience! Our event was held inside as opposed to on the rooftop due to the hot weather, which was perfectly fine by me The room in which the event took place was finely decorated and well set up with 8 round tables and a bar in the corner First course of appetizers was brought out promptly at 7 and the other courses were perfectly delivered throughout the rest of the evening by the attentive and professional waitstaff

The food was outstanding, at times unique, and filling I would visit again to just try the restaurant As far as the theatrical part, I was blown away by the incredible acting of all those involved The actors were sure to put on a show and fully embodied their characters, it was most entertaining Overall, an absolute enjoyable experience- perfect for a date night, a night out solo, or with a group of friends!

Thank you for such a nice stay! Everyone was extremely friendly and check in was easy! Our room was great and enjoyed the sound machine for sleeping at night Love the personalization with a special card when we arrived and fresh flowers For dinner, we went to their restaurant, Castle Farm, and we started off with the ravioli and asparagus salad which were both great! Our entrees (braised short rib & black and blue strip) were delicious and cooked perfectly

We also had breakfast before we left the next morning, which was tasty and piping hotJordan made our visit extra special and was a great bartender with delicious cocktails!

I booked the Grand King Deluxe for my wife’s special birthday and every element of our stay was exquisite The room was immaculate, it had everything we needed (thank you for the white-noise machine – not that we needed it; I just can’t sleep without it), the bed was comfortable, the staff was accommodating, etc and the next morning my wife and her friend’s enjoyed a wonderful brunch

I’m told all the plates were cleaned and all reports were very positive Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very disappointed with the stay The hotel is an old hotel and the room was VERY small and was not clean at all The furniture is worn and in need of replacement

The room was very damp and musty smelling The staff at night are very rude I asked when checking in if the points would go on my account They immediately said it’s already taken care of Funny thing is, The account was in my first name and I had made a reservation using my middle name which I go by So needless to say they had no idea what my account information was and acted as though they could care less Later that night after returning to the room I had to call the front desk 4 times about a lady following me up the hallway trying to get into my room After hearing a loud commotion outside my door I see the lady laying in the floor I again called the front desk with no response from the staff The lady ended up laying down in the stairwell I was concerned about her safety and well being Still unsure if it was a medical problem or just drunk from the bar Finally after the 4th call they sent security to speak with the lady This was at around 11pm when they finally sent someone to check on her I would definitely not stay here again In fact I won’t be staying with Hilton again because everyone I’ve tried to tell about this experience just blows it off and won’t even listen So I would hate to have a problem with a reservation I can see how their customer service really works now

Overall the hotel was fine The employees at the front desk were great and helpful The Rackhouse Tavern is great and we loved the servers

My issues with the hotel surround the experience with my room and the experience with the Outpost Cafe The room is fine but there were quite a few bugs and insects in my room Also, the Outpost Cafe is a disaster They should fire every employee that works there, they have better things to do than serve you Waiting in line behind only 1-2 guests could turn into a 30 minute ordeal

I was nervous about trying this hotel out seeing all the mixed reviews I had read When we arrived to the hotel I was told my reservation had been canceled The manager said someone called in and canceled it according to their records

I was the only person who knew of this reservation and I had a confirmation email that I showed them where I had booked it I had been sent an email the day before as well with check in info The manager did get a room booked for us promptly and was apologetic Our room was ok I quickly understood the mixed reviews The room overall looked clean It wasn’t quite like the pictures had shown but it was enough for one night The rooms features felt very old with a coat of new paint The entire hotel felt the same way, like it was renovated solely with new paint The bathroom however looked unkept There was dirt in the corners and on the back of the sink The shower looked like it either hadn’t been cleaned or was just that stained The walls of the hotel were paper thin You could hear people talking in the rooms and hallway, you could tell they weren’t talking loud either, it was just easy to hear everything I personally wouldn’t come and stay at this location again I think it’s a rip off for the amount of money I paid Definitely not like other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in I was not impressed whatsoever Very disappointing

The best part of our stay was the friendly staff, especially Ashley in the dining room If I could give a dual rating, I would give the staff a 5/5 and the hotel a 1/5, so I’ll give it a 25/5

The rooms were not very clean One of the bed sheets had stains and holes in it When we asked for it to be replaced, the new sheets had stains and holes as well There was also a huge bug on the ceiling There were multiple stains on the ottoman, and the desk was sticky with multiple scratches The housekeeping staff was friendly and hard-working The hotel is just outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment: new linens, new furniture, bed skirts, caulking, etc Allowing dogs in the building is a huge drawback for me Overpriced for what you get

I would have given it a 2 star, but the people at the front desk were great Made some great recommendations for my family, and she was very knowledgeable of the area The hotel itself had some issues that need to be addressed

The main area/restaurant area was gross, the carpet was disgusting and that was the first thing you see when you walk in the main door Overall the rooms need a major update, tub and showers had years of grime stains Ice machine was broke on the floor we were on And we paid $6 for the worst continental breakfast ever, not sure if they were just having a bad day, but on day 2 of our stay we chose to go to Cracker Barrel If it was not for the very nice people that work there, we may have left before Night 2 I now see why they offer a cheaper, no cancelation deals

christe bellow

Room smelled like mildew right when you walked in Must’ve had a water issue at some point So our TV remote didn’t work

They brought another one after trying to fix the one we already had They actually brought 2 more I think None worked They moved us to the room next door but it had 2 beds instead of a king So we just said forget it because by that point it was actually late It took quite awhile, this remote fiasco lol We kept our original room We received a credit for the hassle and all was good The ladies tried to help and they were very very nice about it

Overall it was decent Hot tub was nice, but didn’t seem like there was enough water to keep the jets from spraying out The cleaning is not very detailed

You can just see dirt in the corners, the floor and shower just seemed a little grimy The beds and furniture were clean which is what matters to me Breakfast was hot waffles or muffins/cereal All staff was friendly and helpful

Checking in and out were full of waiting The hallway smelled awful but the room didn’t smell so that was good Beds were on the harder side but ok

Where this hotel shines is Tonya the breakfast attendant She was wonderful!! Tonya was very friendly and made us feel welcome and added personality to our morning! She’s amazing Keep her around!

These guys are great When we entered our room I was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room So we went back to the lobby to ask for another room

There always a small line but the manager saw we were back and came up to us with a key for another room He mentioned there had been a note about the smell in that room that he’d missed and with sincere apologies he upgraded us to a bigger place that was very good smelling Very nice and we appreciate it so much

If you don’t want to shower at your hotel, add three stars to this review If you plan on showering, subtract these twoThe room was pretty, the bed was comfy, and then the water was cold

The desk man came to feel it, after advising us to “give it a few minutes,” and claimed that the room-temp-at-best water was warm I said, “You’ve showered before, right? You can’t shower in that” I asked for a room with warm water He said maybe too many people had showered, and we could checkout at 12 instead of 11 This was a major disappointment after such a promising location and rest

Do not let the 2 star fool you It’s a great hotel I have stayed at a lot of hotels across this country

And it’s hard to give a number one But this hotel and my experience with Shelly, is above and beyond The friendliness’s and the hospitality is above par The room was clean and even smelled nice No cleaner or chemical smells Bed felt amazing And even the other guest were seemed happy and smiling 10/10 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at

While traveling in Kentucky, my friends and I found ourself in a bind due to our previous hotel being unable to extend our stay So I had to find something available, and thankfully Guest House offered us the solution we needed While we only stayed for a day, we were treated nicely by the staff and had two fantastic rooms

I read many of the reviews prior to selecting this hotel, and most of them were good while a few were slightly alarming Some of the things I saw involved a rude desk employee, musty rooms, mold, and dirty floors-but my friends and I experienced none of this Our rooms were fantastic, especially considering how last minute of a reservation we made The tv had access to numerous channels, which made down time even more enjoyable Checking out was the easiest I’ve ever experienced too Love the horse-inspired designs of the rooms as well! All in all, a great hotel that won’t break the bank and helps any weary travelers in need of a place to park Thanks for a great stay!
