For the Naples area, this hotel is a great value for the price point The rooms were clean and quiet, housekeeping and hot breakfast daily (first one I’ve had at a hotel that was actually good since covid!) and a heated pool and hot tub Also it was so quiet at night, even though breakfast seemed packed with people every day! The staff did a great job here

10/10 would recommend!

Dawn Downey-Aichele

For the most part, the hotel was decent Breakfast was good every day, but our room just smelled It was a very musty smell that only went away of we opened the door to the outside

Unfortunately, they were completely booked and could not move us Also somehow the inside metal latch shut while we were out of the room and locked us out Luckily the front desk was able to enter the room from the outside to let is back on Others with us had no problem with their roomsbut #134 needs something done to get rid of the smell

This Best Western punches far above its weight I stayed here for two nights to catch my breath during a long road trip, and boy was I glad I did This was the most pleasant hotel stay of the whole trip

The location was perfect for me: within striking distance of Naples, but also in amongst the stores and services I needed The whole design of the building felt very upscale, and the room did not disappoint Aside from the hot water being slow to heat up (unusual for a hotel), there was basically nothing wrong with it I had a balcony with a nice view of the green space behind the building, as well as the poolI didn’t get a chance to use that pool, but I did get a chance to use the business center The computer and printer worked great The WiFi in my room was also fast and reliable, still a rarity in hotels in 2022 for some reasonLast but not least, the continental breakfast here was magnificent Easily the best I have ever had Whoever is running that show really knows what they’re doing There was a slightly different selection of food each morning, with many, many options, and all of them good This Best Western could serve as a gold standard for other hotels as far as breakfast goes I was beyond impressedOne of the few things here that felt old and tired was the elevators They looked like they could have used a revamp

Rooms are very nice! We stayed in the beach suite and it was perfect for our family of five Recent room update and super clean It’s a older hotel but still very nice

The service, beach and housekeeping are a 10 out of 10! It’s not super fancy and luxurious but you’re treated that way We only ate lunch there but no complaints on that either Would recommend and also return

Courtney Barnwell

This hotel has the best service I have ever experienced! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and seem genuinely happy to be there It isn’t overly fancy but they have all of the details in place…we especially love how they set up you lounge chairs on the beach for you They also serve delicious breakfast and the mid day cookies are another highlight

We will be back!

Anna Smith

What a beautiful place for a beach wedding! The staff was so helpful and accommodating We cannot say enough good things about Shannon, Taylor, Matthew, and Enrique! Our only regret is not having the room next to the cabana room The bathroom near the pool is wet and sandy and the other nearest bathroom is a bit of a walk…through the restaurant

The cabana room is also used for food prep so it would’ve been nice to have a place to escape the heat other than the parking garage The appetizers and cake cannot be beat!

All in all we had a really great experience here The pool was awesome only downside was that it closed early The entire hotel was incredibly clean

This was very easily the cleanest hotel I’ve been to and the cleaning staff was so friendly The breakfast was good and they always had food even at the later end of the breakfast time The only downside was that you had to enter the hotel from the main entrance It also was very quiet We would definitely stay here again

Nate Schoenly

Fantastic location very close to downtown Naples and the beach Not within reasonable walking distance, but a very short drive to get to Old Naples or 5th Ave The rooms were very clean and felt newly renovated

Honestly my expectations for a Holiday Inn were pretty low but this was far better than I expected The included breakfast was better than expected as well By no means a resort or anything, but excellent for a clean, modern hotel in a great location We like to visit Naples and we will absolutely be staying here again

Guillermo Barrios

I have seen some bad reviews here and I can’t speak to their veracity, but, as far as my experience, it really was a great one, the rooms, cleanliness, service, breakfast was very good too and the manager Priscilla was really nice and great to us I was expecting otherwise since I always read reviews before booking, but I really had a great stay in this hotel So much so that any future trips to Naples I will be checking with them first

The location is very good too, very centralized and thus a short drive from everything

We had a great experience at the Inn The staff was very professional, they did a great job I would definitely go back

Each morning they provide fresh fruit, yogurt, toast/bagels and a waffle maker They will temp you with fresh donuts as well There is a daily free shuttle to Vanderbilt beach which is just up the road The rooms are very nice with wood floors and a small balcony

The Dugans

While I usually come down to Naples for business, on this last trip I was joined by my wife On a picture perfect day, the beach shuttle and complementary beach chairs and umbrella made for a great outing on the Gulf coast The front office manager was extremely helpful and gracious

The cleanliness of the room was impeccableThe ambiance and customer service at the Inn provides a five star experience without the exorbitant cost

Nathan Foster

We had a bit of a mixup with our room upon arrival, but they were more than able to make it up to us Everyone we encountered provided good service and staying there a week we really got know some of the staff The pool is shallow and not too big but very clean and inviting

Rooms are cute and have a small balcony Breakfast was ok but has absolutely no protein except for some small yogurts Fortunately, everything you need is next door at either Publix or CVS We didn’t use the shuttle since we had a car and the local beach looked crowded Overall, we had a pleased stay here

I stayed here with my family from March 31 until April 4 The hotel staff was amazing Justin, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and very accommodating

He gave us a beautiful room, and we will forever be thankful, it made our stay extra specialThere was construction going on, however it wasn’t disruptiveThe shuttle bus allows you to visit the golf resort down the road with a newly renovated poolThere were many great food options and the beach was beautifulWe will be making this a yearly trip!

Kayla W

My husband and I just got home from a four-night stay at the Ritz Naples Beach Resort While there is a lot of construction going on (which we knew about before booking!!), we didn’t find it negatively impacted our stay at all Our room was updated, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view

The food on property was delicious and the cocktails were great (Chris, the bartender at Dusk, was awesome!) We enjoyed the beach & pool, and took advantage of the shuttle to the Golf Resort where we spent a day at the pool/lazy river We can’t wait to come back and visit once all the renovations are complete!!

Laura Dembowski

From start to finish my time at Ritz Carlton Naples was fantastic, literally perfect Though it is under construction, it didn’t affect my time there at all Everyone made sure we were taken care of, the room was bright and comfortable and clean

Oh and the view! The view is so awesome there are no words Stay here and hang out during your visit, as food, drink, and beach vibes are abundant

loved the staff at this hotel i never leave a review after going anywhere but the Front-Desk Manager Rebecca was amazing & helpful as well as Grace Clean, comfortable, love the breakfast

They always got me what I needed even it was one person doing the jobthe hotel in itself was nice and very airy and has great energy 🙂

Jesus Vasconez

Booked a 4 night stay here with my family as I am in process of relocating to Naples Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to my kids new school, what a BIG MISTAKE! We only lasted about 10-15 minutes in our room, as in that short time we saw at least 4-5 roaches in different locations around the room! I let the front desk know After seeing this many roaches in such a short period of time my family and I felt uncomfortable staying here

We spoke with both the Assistant Manager and General Manager of the hotel, who were NOT helpful at all Their lack of sympathy for my family and I was truly shocking I stated the reason we initially picked this hotel, they offered to relocate us to a hotel another 1/2 hour further away Management was rude, unapologetic and lacked any type of consideration for my family I missed my kids school orientation as a result of having to find somewhere else to stay for the night We did not find another hotel until 10pm HORRIBLE start to our week

Fantastic deals on staying here if you’re looking for a perfect location in downtown Naples We walked to and from the pier for sunset it was so close Rooms are nice for this older condominium

Went to the Dock restaurant for dinner! Delicious! And the breakfast in the hotel at the Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe is classic and wonderful! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating!

jim giuliano

Good location, and the breakfast restaurant attached to the building has very good food and service Two other decent restaurants nearby, but if you”re healthy and reasonably fit, you can walk into town for more options Also, there’s a free shuttle (you tip the driver) from the Cove’s lot to most downtown areas and Tin City

The rooms are individually owned condos managed by the onsite staff As a result, you’ll get some variation in decor and amenities — some better, some worse For instance, we traveled with friends Their room had a safe for valuables and ours didn’t Overall, however, the basic layout is the same: bedroom with sliders and view of the marina; kitchenette with stove top, microwave, small fridge, and sink; small but serviceable bathroom Good for families with small children There are deluxe rooms with large balconies but we didn’t see themI’d stay there again

George Calleja

I was very impressed with this Hotel The room was beautiful (321) with a great view to the bay The room had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and wine cooler

Everything was nice and clean Looks like it was recently remodeled Very close to 5th street where you can walk the entire strip The front desk personnel was friendly and informative The last think left to remodel was the elevator as it was pretty old looking Other than that, everything was great and I even proposed to my fiance on the balcony It was beautiful Will definitely consider staying there again

If I could I would give this place no stars Absolutely no service here You are on your own

I have travelled the world and I can say this is the worst hotel experience I have hadI have stayed in Southeast Asia in places that cost $30 US per night that offer better hospitality than this hotel Please spend your money at another hotel You will not be pleased with your stay here You are better off at a Red Roof Inn Very low end stay

Maria Rodriguez

Have stayed here for years and hotel is nice , well -located for 5th Ave walking and clean Unfortunately, front desk has an employee ( maybe Nancy is her name ) in her 50-60 s who has horrible people skills and rude It’s slow season as the parking lot was not full all weekend and she refused to let us checkout just 1 hour later at 12

Hotel management should not allow this person to alienate any customer , and esp those that follow rules

Wonderful hotel for a convention Every room has a balcony with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico I only wish the Gulf was a little closer, so I could have made it out to the beach

The resort is wonderful! The property is older but it is well kept I was a little disappointed that the furniture cushions on the patio are grungy Room service is pricey and delivered in plastic containers with plastic utensils

That was not cool! I don’t mind paying The food was delicious but presentation matters However, their wonderful and well trained staff made up for the short comings We will be back

Callah Clan

Our families have been meeting here every July for 25 years It is such a relaxing and stress free vacation We have enjoyed getting to know much of the staff and always feel so welcome and accommodated

The rooms are always exceptional as is the food at the Baleen Breakfast is our favorite! The beach is never crowded in July and the service on the beach and at the pool is excellent We feel truly blessed to enjoy our reunion with family in such a luxurious and friendly atmosphere

Tyler Austin

We stayed at LaPlaya four nights The rooms and staff were awesome We stayed in the ground floor – beach access

Staff were very attentive, courteous and friendly The beach was exactly what we expected and the resort location is close enough to take Ubers about $20 a trip (downtown Naples) Also quite a bit to do with my son (10)… Boat tours, Zoo, Paragon Theaters, 3rd Street, Depot Museum, Pier, Water Park I would stay again for the location, service and quality of roomsThe improvements needed here are related to food The quality, selection and prices are completely out of sync and were really disappointing I would recommend finding different options around town and avoid completely until they make significant changes

I’ve stayed at The Hyatt House twice now and both times I have been disappointed To start, in the bathroom the shower leaks outside and soaks the floor Also, there is no ventilation and after a couple of minutes it becomes unbearable, and the door needs to be cracked open

There is no storage to put towels or other basic toiletries The hotel itself has absolutely no insolation, and you can hear everything in the surrounding rooms The pool doesn’t have enough seats for the amount of people that stay in the hotel, so we often found ourselves waking up early to run and get chairs or sitting on the floor Another problem we ran into was that we wanted to walk to fifth avenue to get lunch/dinner but the hotel doesn’t offer any transportation The location is nice because it’s close but not close enough to get all the chaos, however a twelve minute walk can feel to be thirty in the heat, and having a shuttle or golf carts to rent can solve that problem The hotel is over a twenty minute walk to the beach, and the only form of “transportation” they offer is a business card of a guy that drives on tips, but doesn’t answer the phone! The best part of the hotel is the staff They are the only reason I would come back to this hotel The chef Jose Gonzalez makes incredible food, and the other waitress, waiters, and bartenders made our stay more enjoyable They were extremely friendly, and timely on getting drinks/ food out, and helpful

The hotel have a luxury’s beautiful looks, love the wooden looking floor, the room was clean amazing river view … however the restaurant was not so good

my daughter and I went to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we waited for our food for more than 35 minutes and had a reservation I also saw the food was overpriced and there was no bread given with the meals or nothing added to it I really don’t like to complain or criticize places but I feel that since the pandemic everybody using an excuse not having enough staff but their still overpricing their food I do however wanted to complement all the employee that was attending us at the restaurant there was super friendly and helpful… I really appreciate you guys💕💕

I came here for a wedding on the marina!! I enjoyed being outdoors The bride came in on a boat!! We had some difficulty hearing the nuptials at times since its busy with aircraft actiity overhead The highlight for me was seeing the marine life! Such a beautiful thing 😍

My surprise came where the room was not up to date and things were in need of repairThe ballroom was set up very nicely and the service good though Overall, it was a nice location

Hotel was great!!! No complaints the room was clean The covers smelled like chlorine wich is a good indicator that the bed covers have been disinfected

There is a vending machine and ice machine on the second floor It does take credit cards Breakfast was a bit disappointing but nothing horrible Coffee, juice, toast, butter, and danish with milk and cereal Wish they had eggs and bacon but I understand for the price it might be too much Overall great stay

Kerry Krivoshein

I’m not sure if it was new or recently remodeled, but this is a template for what a traveler’s hotel should be Rooms were a little bigger than average, bathrooms were a bit small, but had plenty of room for storing extra towels, etc Floors were composite tile rather than the usual carpeting that gets dirty easily

Check in and check out was virtual, that is, a hotel employee was on a TV screen interacting with patrons in the lobby Parking was easy as was access in and out of the building There was an employee always cleaning something Breakfast was excellent and on time Beam me up, Scotty! The future is here!

Again this hotel manager lied The hotel does have bed bugs We have written proof from the doctor

She said she has never seen a case so bad in her life The Lee County Health Dept will be notified with the sickening photos of the bites over my husband’s body Do not stay here unless you want bed bugs If anyone wants photos I will share with you

Amazing hotel, pools, nice sized hot tubs Staff was top notch, room was awesome Could see the pool from the balcony, but had enough trees that it still had privacy

High end Italian restaurant attached, but I didn’t try it Didn’t come with the proper attire, but the poolside bar/restaurant next door was great More things to do around you than you can do, 10 minutes from the beach And the beach is gorgeous, my 11 year old didn’t want to leave Hell, neither did I 😂😥👍👍👍👍

Highly Favored

Great location to walk around all the restaurants, shops and nearby beach Clean room, bathroom, super comfy bed, and quiet Hotel has great decor, with friendly staff

Price for one night adds up after all the taxes, parking and fees but thats the norm in Naples We enjoyed the steam and sauna, very relaxing Recommend offering a drink to guests upon arrival

What a fabulous hotel It’s the perfect location located on fifth Avenue in beautiful downtown Naples We spent three nights here in the club level building

The fact that this place is considered a 4stat hotel blows my mind I’ve stayed in 2 star places that are nicer than this From what I’ve heard, the place used to be great but has recently come under new ownership and his going down hill fast, so don’t be fooled by all the old great reviews

From when we checked to when we left it was nothing but problemsNo one offered to help with bags or show us to our rooms, no one gave us any information about the amenities Our keys cards failed 3 times in 24hrs so we had to keep walking back and fourth to have them fixed I paid for an extended check out time of 5pm, but was still called and harassed about not checking out at noon Our room was not as pictured, not tub, and the power would flicker on and off every 30 minutes or so resetting the TV There was 2 tiny water bottles in the room and that’s it, no Qtips, no combs, basically you get what you’d expect from a 2 star place The pool/hot tub they showed in the pictures is part of a club member place across the street that you don’t get access to, and the pool at this one was just not that niceI was drastically over charged, and the only reason it was corrected was because I caught it as I was leaving When ever I asked staff a question the staff seemed cluelessWe also used the spa while we were here, and that was awful, the saunas were out of order, and while everyone was friendly, they again overcharged us, claiming that all the prices posted around the hotel, and the prices online were outdatedI will note that my wife and I are not some yuppies with ridiculous standards, if this place was half the price and a 2 star hotel, it would’ve been acceptable, but with being a 4 star place anyone would expect a lot more All these things that were missing made our whole experience disappointingI recommend you stay pretty much anywhere else, because at this price it is horribly overrated

Sublime On concierge level (building across the street) was so accommodating I had a distinct feeling that if upon being asked is there anything I can do for you? Tenth time

I’m thinking “if I said to kiss my behind the response would be ‘certianly which side would you prefer?”

Angela Palmer

I paid over $400 for 2 nights in the 1 bedroom suiteAs others have said, I have no idea why this has such a high rating My vacation wasn’t ruined because of it, but I definitely feel like I overpaid

I selected the suite because it was advertised with a kitchenette, balcony and small living space with a couch and tvIn hindsight, the only reason to select the suite is if you’ll be there for an extended stayPros:The staff is very polite and welcomingFree parkingQuietLocationCons:It is very outdated Don’t let the photos fool you It may have looked fancy at some point, but it doesn’t nowThe “kitchenette” has a 20 year old microwave and mini fridge As well as a small sink It did not come with the stove top shown in photos The breakfast table and chairs was nice thoughThe king size bed was incredibly firm and the pillows were smaller than an average twinThe complimentary breakfast bar was a couple fold out tables in the lobbyThe balcony isn’t actually large enough to sit out onOnly one set of towels per personIndividually, these aren’t terrible But this was supposed to be a fun getaway with a few luxuries we don’t normally have at homeUnfortunately, we did not get that experience here either

Kirsten Smith

When we initially booked our trip, we were a bit skeptical about getting such a nice room for such a reasonable rate However, once we got there, all of our concerns were eliminated The suite we got was more like a small apartment and gave us plenty of personal space

They were renovating the entire hotel but I can honestly say that our trip was not affected in any way No loud construction or any construction debris The staff was very friendly and helpful When traveling in Naples, we will definitely book with them again!!!

E Robles

I really didn’t get to see all the reviews that the hotel got lately I decided to go back because of previous stays, hotel is under construction, pictures shown are not the real deal No sitting breakfast, just grab and go

Pool looks dirty and outdated, couldn’t even use it No room service during your stay, you need to leave your garbage out and towels to be picked up not replaced, for that you need to ask front desk Staff wise, front desk just give you the info needed, no more than that Cleaning crew, you hardly see anyone around I decided to leave a day prior, really felt disappointed for what you pay is not worth it The way this hotel is presented is not how it is

Calling the corporate reservation line was a huge headache so after booking online and arriving things began to get better Upon check in the front desk was very friendly, price matched priceline which was nice and quickly gave me my room key The room was clean, spacious and comfortable

The only issue I had was with service during the evening, I had called the front desk to ask for a few replacement items and they said I could just come to the front to grab them When I stay at a hotel vs motel one of the things I expect is convenience The front desk eventually sent someone to replenish items so at the end it was okay but definitely encourage the evening service improve Overall a nice stay and would come back

Logan Hawke

The room was awesome & the pool was a great experience The balcony has the AC displacing the heat directly into the balcony area, so you choose between a comfortable quiet balcony or a cooled room in Florida The dining & pool was serviced by a single person

The food was mediocre The location was great Definitely a middle of the ground experience

Gordon Wainwright

The hotel staff was courteous and attentive to my needs My room was ready and waiting upon arrival The hotel is conveniently located for necessities, entertainment and shopping

DoorDash and the hotel staff complimented each other well Hotel parking is well planned out; I didn’t have to walk a mile to get the hotel after parking the car when I returned to the hotel late at night
