Absolutely amazing service My reservation got mixed up and the front desk and managers were super accommodating to switch my days around AND talk to my credit card to help get me a refund I stayed here for work only 5 minutes away and will definitely be back for future work trips

Rooms have actual fitted sheets on the bed which is the best and rare for hotels And reasonably priced! 5 stars

I was really impressed by the staff here I’ve stayed in some of the higher end Marriott brands that didn’t have the friendly staff that this hotel has From the front desk to the team at breakfast to the housekeeping staff

everyone was engaged and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and enjoying our stay Ask for a room side away from the highway It can be noisy if your room faces the highway

RUTH G

The room was clean and had great water pressure! Most of the staff was great The gentleman who check is in must have been new He did explain where and thing was, our room, the elevator or breakfast

He also didn’t mention the Wi-Fi Hopefully he improves with some training Word of warning the parking sucks Small parking lot that has a bunch blocked off do to exterior work The rest is on a steep incline and the spots are small

Stayed here back in 2019 for a hiking trip weekend with a friend, loved fishing on the lake, and having a fire in front of the cabins I’m in NC now and was just telling the wife about this place, couldn’t remember where it was or what it was called and spent nearly an hour investigating my camera roll trying to find it Now that I found it I plan on taking the wife here next year when we move back

Our stay was very pleasant! The staff were kind and attentive! Our room was comfortable, clean, and accommodating I am not sure if every room has this, the headboard displayed some of the local town in a painting style A unique touch! The continental hot breakfast was well put together! With all the amenities this hotel provides this surely made a great deal!

Overall a very good hotel The only reason I rated a little lower is that the neighborhood around the hotel is starting to get pretty run down There is a tent city directly on the other side of the fence for the hotel parking lot and a lot of activity there

I do want to note however, that we have not had any issues at all related to that, and the hotel staff is awesome and very accommodating They have a very secure parking lot and key requirements to even get in the building as well as night security guards as well That being said, I don’t like feeling like I’m in prison when I go to a hotel Hopefully the city will get the area cleaned up

Ambria Affriseo

Surprised with the size of the rooms & I loved the lighted mirror & window covers They allow as much natural light as you want or completely darken the room I through some sound motion lights around the head board of the bed & gave the room some color therapy

The kids loved it Also, the storages made it easy to keep the room looking clean while still having all your personal items at your fingertips & organized Overall I give this hotel ☆☆☆☆☆

Stayed there while visiting Mount rainier The motel is really clean for being a 2 star motel The front desk lady is really nice, they also serve hot and cold breakfast in the morning

They do not have elevator so have to carry the luggage upstairs and walls are really thin, you can hear people outside and downstairs throughout the night Also the price is a lot for motel

We were so impressed with this hotel!! We stayed in a King room that ended up having a kitchenette, which I was not expecting The room was nicely remodeled The bed was incredibly comfortable

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check in The continental breakfast had a good selection of items to choose fromWe will definitely choose to stay here again if we are in the area again!

Absolute nightmare dealing with Marie and Jose from the hotel They were rude and repeatedly abrupt, and I am still awaiting a call from Megan Riley for a month now The room we got was also unclean and it took a TON of negotiating to clean it! They will say “you can clean your room anytime” on their signage and hoardings, but when you ask them, they will say they clean a room only after 7 days of a stay (even when you show them pictures of dirty hairs and are staying there for 5 days)

Marie will repeatedly call you by another name, and they will promise “to make it right” but do nothing The pool was closed during the stay and the fire alarms – while alarms and drills are necessary, we were not advised at check in! It was 5 days of enduring shrills and entry into the room by different people Oh, and last but not the least, woken at 11 pm by receptionist saying there was noise from my room (when there was none, it was an ice machine down the hallway humming) So, you will be woken up from deep sleep to be advised about imaginary noise that “must be coming from my room” Now you have disturbed two guests, the one complaining about some noise and the other, who was asleep Great hospitality!

Great kitchen with fridge/freezer, fully stocked with a list of items you can borrow including a blender!Staff was very friendly and helpful I would give it 5 stats but my skin had a reaction to the sheets Night two they washed a set of sheets in just hot water for me, this helped a little

My legs still turned red and blotchy but I was able to sleep For over $200 a night you’d think they’d have an alternative set of sheets for like an allergen sensitive set of sheets for weird people like meOther than that, they accommodated an early arrival so we could get checked in and onto our high school state track tournament within 10 minutes of our hotelBeing next to the freeway is loud so I recommend bringing earplugs if you’re used to a quieter environment

I cannot say enough about this hotel The staff was amazing They are very friendly and talkative

They helped me out in my situation here and accommodated me very well It can be noisy at times, but they realize that and even provided a tip sheet on how to drown out the noise (see picture) The bar and food here are both very good I highly recommend this hotel, just park in the main lot and you’ll be good! They have security and the staff is watchful as well

I was only here for a night for work, but it was a pleasant stay Alonzo during check in was knowledgeable and friendly The check in process was a breeze thanks to him

I checked out at 3am and Tiffany was more than helpful! She couldn’t check me out right away due to the overnight audit being completed, but she made sure to get my email, verify the card on file, and check me out as soon as possible She made sure I was prepared for my travels by offering coffee from the snack shop and sending me off with well wishes While waiting for my ride to the airport, I heard her interacting with another guest buying food from the shop, and she even thought to ask if he needed a fork Tiffany is a keeper Thank you all for a pleasant stay!

I haven’t actually been to this Motel, but I have been to many of the Comedy club events sponsored by Nate Jackson I can tell you there is plenty of well lit parking at this location Easy access to I5 if you want to head into town

The recent renovation of what was once a Red lion Hotel made this spot the Holiday Inn it currently is

I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express The room was spacious, with all the amenities I needed The customer service was great and everyone was friendly

The only flaw I could mention is the location It was packed into a small parking area, arguably too small for the guests, with a McDonald’s directly in front of the lobby Other than that, my stay was great Happy traveling!

Jack C

Front desk clerk was friendly and helpfulRooms were clean, spacious Felt comfortable and had a good vibe

Only negative is they only had one elevator which you have to wait a long time forOverall would stay at this location again if needed and after looking at hotels in the area is likely one of the better ones

I came here because my hotel by the Tacoma Mall was extremely noisy being right next to Hwy 5 plus the area felt very sketchy That night I did not sleep well The person I talked at this Holiday Inn Express over the phone about available rooms away from the 512 freeway was top notch and true to her word

I checked out around 10 and drove for a couple of hours then decided to sit in the lobby until my room was ready The guy at the front desk offered to see if it was It was the first floor but I was tired and took it Up to that point service was excellent and I was extremely happy to find the room very clean and quiet Not only that it came with several K Cups of coffee and coffee cups, not the usual one requiring the need to ask for more In this age of post Covid that is hard to find Though I could hear some foot traffic above me this hotel meet all my expectations and then some A definite must for a revisit the next time I am in the area To top it off there are plenty of choices in restaurants nearby

My family had to stay here for 40+ days during our move out of state The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good There is a staff member named Ray that roams the halls doing odd jobs

He is rude and unfriendly He looks as if he is homicidal or suicidal I’d avoid him Everybody else is above and beyond friendly that goes above and beyond for the guests There’s a pool and hot tub that’s well maintained as well as a bar the serves drinks and food on the weekends There’s a small store by the front desk and a laundry room that requires $3 in quarters to wash and dry The business and conference rooms are great and helpful to work in The outdoor spaces are nice and include an outdoor smoking space behind the building If you ask to borrow a vacuum you might run into Ray or his boss He won’t speak to you just stare at you like he hates you She will literally yell at you that you better bring that vacuum back Disgruntled staff I believethey are the only reason I won’t give the hotel a 5 star This hotel would be a 5 star easily if they weren’t working there

I stayed here for a business trip in the area The rooms were clean and simple which I liked As with most any accomodations you will have to contend with the sound of other guests meandering about, but the beds were comfortable enough that I slept well

The staff were friendly and informative, and they provide a basic breakfast I enjoyed the small amount of time I spent here and the convenience of it’s location, so I will be staying here again
