Really enjoyed our stay here Obviously pool and hot tubs are amazing and really not too crowded except for around 4:00 Lots of stuff for kids to do

Staff was amazing Shout outs to Brad, Matt, Monique, Wade and the guys at the ski valet So nice to walk in and out to the slopes Rooms aren’t as nice as some privately owned condos but stocked well enough This was our favorite place to stay in 9 years of family ski vacations

_

Great location for staying at the base! Not a ton of restaurants there but most places will deliver and if you have a car, groceries aren’t far at all Hotel is great, but pool is outdoors only, no indoor side But one of the best hot tub scenes I’ve ever witnessed, modeled after hot springs with waterfalls its a wonderful setup

Rooms are generally clean and nice but would be better if they werent carpeted Overall a great place to stay at PC

Cheryl Spriggs

We stayed here 25 total nights in the last 12 months (summer season) We love it! The amenities such as the pool, hot tubs, games and other entertainment are fantastic! I love the fire pits and my kids love making s’mores in the evening It’s so great to be right at the base of the mountain for easy access to hiking, biking and other activities

We also love walking to Main Street from the Marriott Mountainside They have daily activities for kids, weekly live music and some conveniences like smoothies When you call the desk for something, they are polite and quick to respond with the items you need

The check in process was also the most sketchy check in I have ever done We walked in said we need to check in She told us a code to the safe that was in the hallway

When we opened the safe, we found envelopes with about a dozen different peoples names, room numbers, along with check in and check out dates We never even told the front desk lady our name We could have been anyone We didn’t show our IDs Nothing That is not safe When we found our room it was outdated A few holes in the wall and ended up being smaller than my other family staying in different rooms The icing on the cake was the railing on the balcony was starting to fall off to the point I wouldn’t let me kids play on it I would rather stay in a motel 6 then ever stay here again Would have saved lots of money too

Nick Bruscato

A beautiful hotel with ski shop off of lobby Rooms are big beds are comfy The bathrooms are also very spacious and comfortable

Their places to put your skis and boots in your room and the views from the balconies are also great There is also a hot tub , a pool, and a business center This hotel was also going through some updates so it should only get better in the future It’s also right at the base of the mountain so you can just walk to the ski area Would highly recommend

We recently stayed at the Montage to celebrate our anniversary The staff made us feel so special and so welcome The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful! There are incredible views in every direction and fire bowls throughout the grounds

We were welcomed in our room with a hand-written note and the most delicious mousse cake we’ve ever eaten Later, ice and water bottles were delivered to our room and chocolates and turn-down service were offered We went out to enjoy the sunset and came back to even more celebratory surprises The ambiance all over the resort felt luxurious and cozy, all at the same time We especially loved that there was live music to enjoy We enjoyed a very memorable stay, we will definitely return again!

Theresa Trivette

Beautiful property Great views Exceptional staff

They work hard to ensure you have a great stay!! We only wished that the coffee shop stayed open later (2p is too early for us night owls), and wished they had a sundries kind of store (only had nigh end shopping, nowhere to get kid friendly snacks or grab n go drug store type things)

Thank you St Regis Deer Valley!

Joe Hupp

Really nice hotel! The hotel itself is gorgeous and the views are beautifulWe had a “premium” room and it was nice but not what I would consider “premium”The staff is EXTRA helpful and completely full service

Definitely what you would expect at a St Regis! We also did a couples spa treatment and it was the best couples massage we’ve had!

richie asay

I have stayed here multiple times, and had a great experience One of the best places to stay in Utah for ski in, ski out The ski valet and service is amazing! You pull up to the resort, and there is someone waiting for you to take all of your bags, and ski gear

Once you wake up in the morning, you go down to the ski valet area, and all of your stuff is laid out, and ready to go for the day Depending on the season, and how busy they are, the quality of service could go up or down Either way, it’s super convenient Room are clean and nice Beds are comfortable If you have any concerns during your stay, management will take care of you Scott in management did a great job handling a couple speed bumps on my last stay with them There are a couple good restaurants on site, book in advance during busy season Spa is awesome, and one of the most expensive I have been to There is tons to do around the resort An awesome pool and hot tub They offer complimentary hot chocolate from 3-6 everyday As simple as it is, the gourmet hot chocolate bar is one of our favorite things to look forward to after skiing Great resort! Good customer service! Always a fun stay I look forward to every year

Incredible place for a weekend Nice and quiet and and excellent views This is an excellent place to escape the heat and the summer and incredible for skiing in the Winter

You can ski in-and-out directly from the residences The staff is incredible as well They take care of every need and are very friendly This is one of the best places to stay in Park City I highly recommend it and will be back again soon

Anthony Rinella

Update

Stayed at the Chateaux which is the Stein Eriksen Residences sister property this visit to Deer Valley but we did hike up to the resort twice from the Snow Park base lodge The property was just as beautiful in the summer as it was in the winter when we stayed I got a few good photos of the pool this time The resort was definitely quieter in the summer, but still one of my all time favorite places to stayThis is the nicest place to stay in Park City / Deer Valley We were in a two bedroom suite and had a wonderful time, everything about this resort is first class from the restaurant to the valet service to the high end finishings in the rooms there was not a single detail missed I’ve stayed at nearly 100 four or five star properties in my life and the Stein Eriksen Residences is right up near the top of all of the places I’ve ever been It doesn’t have a sweeping lobby or all of the little shops within like the Montage nearby (which is also very nice) but it is very exclusive in the way that there are only 54 residences available to stay in If your looking for privacy along with all of the other high end amenities that you’d expect from a top notch resort this is the place to be

Stayed two nights in a co-ed room for a ski trip The room, bathroom and common areas were kept quite clean My fellow roommates were extremely considerate of quiet times so I had very restful sleep

There’s plenty of bathrooms so I never had to wait to shower or change (only female in the room) The huge walk-in fridge was a nice surprise The location is great, right next to two bus stops to get to Park City or Deer Valley within 10-15 minutesThe only suggestion that I would have would be for the cleaning staff to check/vacuum under the beds, and sometimes the bathroom floor was wet after people showering there – may need extra bath mats, or a way for people to wipe down the floor when they are doneBring an eye mask as the window coverings do not black out sunlight in the morning

Noemie

Truly debating writing this review as I’d love to keep this gem for myself I booked a private room for a solo ski trip and it was amazing The bed was comfie, the smart TV was huge and Netflix log ins were provided for you

It was also quiet! Guests were really respectful of the 10pm quiet time, and it was pretty much quiet by 9pm The bathrooms are sparkling clean, lock individually, and I never had to wait for one The bus stop to the mountain is a 2 min walk and it takes less than 10 minutes to get there I didn’t cook at the hostel, but did put a few yogurts in the walk-in fridge for breakfast (again, super convenient!) The hostel is also located across from a 7-eleven which can be convenient I stayed 2 nights and really wish I stayed 3 I’ll be back, thanks again!

We recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Sunrise Lodge to enjoy a week of skiing and relaxationThere were both pros and cons with regards to our trip experienceLodging: The room was nice and cozy with all the amenities needed

There was a large smart TV, and the bed was comfortable The refrigerator was barely working so we stored items on the balcony since it was colder outside The fireplace was great and easy to useStaff: Brian the concierge was awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful! Sally at front desk was also very helpful Drew drove the shuttle and doubled as a bellman and was also great However when we checked into the lodge, Matthew at the front desk was far less than welcoming No smile, no eye contact, no greeting of any kind We would have understood if he was busy but no one else was in the lobby besides us, him, and Bryan who quickly salvaged our first impression of the lodge and its serviceSki accessibility: Skiing was what we came here for and this was quite disappointing The Sunrise lift was not working, a big drag if you want to ski The Canyons We had to walk 7-10 minutes to the Red Pine gondola in our boots which was no fun The website stated it was a ski in ski out facility NOT! What was most misleading was the supposed “easy access” to Deer Valley I was informed it was a 30 minute SHUTTLE ride to Dear Valley Instead it was a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift, followed by an indeterminate wait for a free public bus to Dear Valley, a total time of 1 hour & 10 minutes The return was 1 hour & 25 minutes! Even the icon pass couldn’t compensate for the inconvenience of getting there and backWe still managed to have a great trip but I’m writing this because skiers should be made aware of the challenges they’ll face during their stayWe still had a great time but may likely explore other options next time

Fenn French

If anything the front desk and concierge tried too hard That’s a complimentNever saw and food drink or gift shop for amenities

Parking was hard (underground) but free Most places like this now charge $50 a night for parking, so that was a huge plusRooms were nice and updated, almost new Must have recently renovated

Laura Balke

Short story: had to move to 3 different rooms because of major issues and left after the first night No refund or compensation for our nights we didn’t stayLonger story: We had such a bad experience at this resort we ended up leaving after the first night

The resort needs major updating with different problems in each of the rooms we were moved to The first room had heat blasting instead of AC It went up 5° in the 5 mins that I had the AC turned on We were moved to an upgraded room The second room had a broken door that wouldn’t close all the way (major safety and security issue) along with a broken TV and missing slat in the blinds We were moved to a third room (back down to the same room as the first but with a view of the roof from the balcony) with the promise that we would be moved to “one of the best” rooms for the next two night Well that room was wasn’t available the next day like they said that it would No one wanted to own the problems Resort said to talk to timeshare Timeshare people said to talk to the call in timeshare people Those people said that it was a resort problem Being in the resort was upsetting and ruining my vacation I needed to leave I just wanted a room for two night at a different Hilton in the area or points to cover those two night An assistant manager was suppose to talk to the general manager and let us know what she could do for us Well 30 hours+ after leaving, still no answer from the assistant manager and now she isn’t returning our calls STAY AWAY!!

Spent a few nights in a luxury cottage here and it was beautiful! We were upgraded with our status to a cottage with a view and private hot tub on the patio The lake and mountain views were beautiful, and the fireplaces and hot tub were instrumental to the enjoyment of the stay The room came with a big kitchen if you are wanting to cook your own meals

The hotel was less than a mile from the main Park City lifts, the crescent and payday lifts, and the hotel offered a free shuttle every 30 minutes which was nice since parking is tightThe historic Main Street wasn’t too far away either, and several shopping malls and strip malls were within walking distance to the hotelThe breakfast was pretty good, offered at the onsite Ruth’s Chris restaurant, with the usual options like eggs, bacon, oatmeal, bread products, and cook to order omeletsOverall the property was very cool and also seems like a great place to visit in the summer with its golf course!

John Logan

Visited Park City Ruth’s (a fabulous facility located on the Park City Golf course) for my birthday with my wife and friends from Zimbabwe, Africa We arrived at 5 PM as the restaurant was opening and waited just a few minutes to be seated in a very comfortable booth We all ordered with some variations the 6oz

petite steak special that comes with salad, sides like mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach as well as several desert choices The food arrived boiling hot and was delicious For dessert ice cream was the favorite, but I ordered banana cream pie which was way better than most and it was comped by Ruth’s for my birthday We visit Ruth’s periodically when in Park City and will be back soon You should visit too

Janet Robbins

Very luxurious place Love the individual cottages Absolutely loved the private hot tub

Would have liked a privacy screen, so the neighbors didn’t get a peep show Ice would have been nice in the room Had almost everything else Beautiful view of the mountains and grassy area Loved the rain shower and toiletries Love lavender Only problem was they made a mistake on charging us, when it was prepaid

One of my top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed at Chanelle was SO nice, very accommodating and just super professional She’s a great representation of best western plus

We didn’t try breakfast But inside the hotel is very clean, including the rooms 24 hr pool which is a huge plus We’ll definitely be staying again Even if it’s going out of our way a little bit to get there

Lisa Jones

We have stayed at this hotel more than once and always loved the service we received They are currently only cleaning rooms every 3rd day, which is understandably tied to the current employee shortage, but also disconcerting for someone who cleans their own home more frequently than that We are staying in a standard room that is no cheaper than last year, but with less service

My husband went on the hunt for trash bags this morning and keeping things in order is on the guest This is all fine and understandable, but not for the price I chose this hotel because it’s always so nice and clean Possibly leave a small vacuum and broom in the closet with extra towels for guests?

Deb Pearson

I dont know where to begin with the compliments I had been travelling by myself for days driving cross country I had terrible luck finding safe, clean hotels

The room was HUGE, spotless, comfortable and super accommodating to my dogs The next morning I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast Real eggs!! The breakfast was super yummy with lots of simple options The staff were incredible, the front desk guys were friendly and professional, i spoke to Keaton and an amazing woman who was being trained the morning I was there They made me feel like we were old friends I cant say enough about this hotel I needed this stop to rejuvinate me Thanks guys, I appreciate your hard work and your amazing personalities and hospitality

This hotel really is a fantastic location for access to everything in and around Park City It’s also right next door to a grocery store and pharmacy The hotel itself has been around for many years but was remodeled about seven years ago when it became a DoubleTree by Hilton franchise

It’s clear they have made some upgrades to the lobby, restaurant, bar, and conference areas but don’t expect it to look or feel like a brand new hotel It’s obvious that the hotel is a little dated but our room was clean and very comfortable and definitely met our expectations You can also expect the signature DoubleTree cookie upon arrival which is always awesome The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming and professional We had accidentally booked a room with two queen beds and Mike was very accommodating and found us a fantastic room with one king bed instead I also had a small billing issue that Angie quickly remedied I can’t say enough about the front desk staff and how well they took care of us Staff like Mike and Angie are true assets to this hotel and make the guest experience better with their friendliness and professionalism We look forward to staying here again the next time we come to Park City

Jennifer Osgood

I absolutely love this property and we high recommend it! This was our third stay here and we’re always so happy with our experience Michael always makes us feel so welcome and is incredibly helpful, going out of his way to ensure we have what we need Carla took excellent care of us at breakfast each morning on this last trip, making sure my allergies we accommodated

The rooms have always been clean and you cannot beat the location Two grocery stores, a state liquor store, two bus stops, five minute shuttle to the base of PC, excellent dining within a 3 to 10 minute walk…truly our preferred place to stay with in Park City

Very dated lobby Hard to tell what they had in mind with the weird bungee cord decor and ugly carpet Gas fireplace barely puts out any heat

The front desk service is very good Food at their restaurant about 2 stars Breakfast buffet is pricey Recommend ordering off the menu Wife had pancakes one morning and they were pretty bland Hotel is a block away from the Park City free bus line Major plus when getting to and from the nearby ski areas Outdoor parking so be prepared to scrap off snow and ice if you happen to be there during a snow storm as we were Fitness center is fine They have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub Shopping center just behind the hotel with is great for food, beer, wine, etc

Not only was this hotel extremely clean, it was probably one of the best we have stayed at customer service wise Erica was amazing She bent over backwards to give us a late checkout, since we couldn’t check into our next place until 3pm

Even the maintenance staff was friendly and helpful The breakfast every morning was very good, and the restaurant has really good food you can order delivered to your room The gym is one of the best gyms I have seen in any hotel The indoor pool/ hot tub/ sauna was very relaxing and enjoyable I have no gripes whatsoever about this hotel I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in Park City

Stayed here on my first trip to Park City and absolutely loved this hotel! Slept very well and the breakfast was phenomenal Really appreciated that the breakfast was served by the employees at the buffet (eggs, bacon and waffles) rather than guests touching the utensils to grab the foodOnly complaint was that it was very easy to hear what was going on and conversations in the hallway from our room, however that didn’t impact our sleep since fellow guests adhered to quiet hours

This is a nice hotel with good rooms and a really fun pool (two hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, and two sauna rooms – a dry one and a steamy one) The breakfast is good yet not the most organized for flow of people It isn’t really walkable to anything and is maybe an 8 minute drive to Kimball Junction (with no traffic)

You are much closer to downtown Main Street The parking a little limited and they seem understaffed, especially at night time The rooms were really nice and clean

Amazing views, gorgeous and IMMACULATE rooms, super friendly staff make this the perfect place to relax and unwind The tub is soooooo deep and wonderful! The little soaps are even fantastic We stayed for the ST SUV Experience and are so glad we made the journey! The restaurant had really good food and large portions, but we were rushed to order our meal and he didn’t allow us the time to order an appetizer

It took forever to get the food and forever and a half to get the dessert The lava cake was pretty rubbery on the edges, but everything tasted really good The fries were amazing and could have been a meal themselves!

For the most part, the staff was friendly and attentive The room I booked was decent, but the carpet had rolls in it and needs to be stretched The shower also had soap caked on the ledge

For $500+/night, I expected a more polished roomThey surely make a huge profit on overpriced food—$18 for a “double burger” which consisted of two thin hamburger patties and frozen fries—not to mention what they charge for bottled water in the lobby market You’re better off paying the same price for a DBB burger in the Village and it’s higher quality food The bottom line is to eat elsewhere as much as possible, if you stay here, and bring snacks/refreshments to avoid being robbedFinally, it’s not a ski in ski out hotel this year They don’t own the adjacent lift and Vail Resorts doesn’t have it running due to staffing issues If you book a non refundable room, and the lift next to the hotel is not operating, then you have to rely on the hotel shuttle…if it’s around Otherwise, you’re walking down the hill to the Village lifts, which gets old and tiring coming back up after a day of skiingOverall, I’d suggest other lodging such as the Waldorf, the Silver Star or the Grand Summit

Beautiful hotel! Staff were excellent and very friendly Our room was gorgeous, had 4 separate balconies looking out onto different mountain vistas, and the whole hotel was very clean Excellent gym and pool facilities as well

Food at the hotel was expensive but was delicious (you can eat in the restaurant or at The Market for takeout) Amazing experience!

This place felt magical when we first arrived and took a walk around Then we decided to get lunch at the cafe here Connie is so nice but pizza was the only hot option available

Luckily I like pizza and it was good just like she said Other than that they had some grab and go Then we went to the pool At least 25 children in the pool and running around the pool area All chairs had towels on them The kids were out of control and we left and went to room After a low pressure shower in an elegantly decorated bathroom, we decided to check out the on property bakery Unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment as most bakery items were sold out and there were so many wild kids and crying babies it was headache inducingI love kids and raised 7 myself so I do understand but these kids were not being checkedMy advise to this lovely resort: have a small section and pool for adults only ( yes, add a poolside bar and another real bakery we could brag about!)

We stayed in a three-bedroom town home that was beautifully apportioned and clean; everyone in our three-family party was pleased and happy with the amenities All bedrooms were located upstairs and accessed by a long, steep staircase There were three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area with a long table that sat three families with six children comfortably, a laundry room, and a secretly tucked away theatre room

Besides the amazing accommodations, we were allowed to use all the Zermatt resort amenities – like the indoor/outdoor pools (which made a big splash with the entire party), the arcade and game room, the gym facility, etc There is plenty of on-site parking All in all, this idyllic stay in the scenic Swiss resort among the foothills of Midway, Utah was fantastic! We’ll be staying here again in the future!

Live Free and Play Hard

A pretty awesome place tucked away in Midway, Utah along the Wasatch Mountain Range! Beautiful scenery and the resort looks like it belongs in the Swiss Alps Stopped and visited the place while taking a drive to the Wasatch State Park The ambience inside really gave that mountain vibe to it

Staff was very friendly and even though this was just a stop along the way, they shared activities and sites to see and do The lounge is gorgeous and the outside area had stunning views Stopped in the bakery before heading back out on the road and that was a real nice surprise Bought a few pastries and a sandwich on the way out All the bake goods looked awesome!

Other than location I am not sure how this place is getting 4 and 5 star reviews We stayed in a 3 bedroom “deluxe” unit and while the location was excellent, the condo itself was terrible Apparently there are huge differences in the quality of the units since they are all independently owned, but avoid unit 212 at all costs unless you are a huge group looking for a boarding house type set up

The entire unit is all very cheap furniture and a mish mash of styles and colors The bedrooms are essentially all beds Every single available inch of space is used by a bed As an example, in the master, there is a king, two twins, and another twin with a hide a bed underneath it You could easily sleep six people in that room The space ship twin beds in the master are a whole other topic The other two bedrooms were just as strange The kitchen was very poorly outfitted with very old pots and pans, utensils, etc You could make a meal when forced, but don’t be looking for any non stick or anything modern There is a newer huge TV in the living room, but no remote, so you have to use the controls on the side of the TV to change channels There is also a really odd iron chandelier hanging in a sitting area on the lower level It is hanging at about 5’6” People in our party only hit it about ten times with our heads when we were walking around So if you want a unit with a great location for a group of 15 and you don’t care about how things work or look, request unit 212 Otherwise avoid at all costs

If you choose this location, you must keep in mind that it is a 3-star accommodation with a ski lift right outside your door and the local bus stop outside the garage The Town ski lift is the reason why we stayed Even though it’s not high speed and a 2 seater it was convenient to walk out the door & onto the lift

The property, the furniture & amenities are dated and limited Each unit owned separately so there is probably a range of quality but does offer ski lockers & a parking garage The steakhouse downstairs was recommended but we have not tried; lots of restaurants & stores within a stone’s throw Expensive rates because of location in the historic part of Park City and the ski in/out amenities RESPONSE TO OWNERSHIP: TY for your response Our unit is definitely not Four Seasons The tv is tiny, no automation here, tables are needing refinishing as are doors and non-stick cookware is terribly scratched It would be a good idea to see if the owners could upgrade It would help your property to have consistency between the units Your recommendation to ask for pictures, if available, would be helpful I wasn’t aware it was part of the reservation process
