Bay Bay

I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The room was clean, big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and the breakfast was good There should have been more options but it was good The staff was nice, professional, and helpful

Housekeeping cleaned my room while I was gone and that was amazing!! I stay in different hotels each week that I’m in Dallas and this is the first hotel that cleaned my room since Covid

Deanna Swenson

Disappointed with Hotel considering it is a Hilton chain Room was very hot when we arrived & never cooled off Hotel was tidy but hallways & elevators had trash scattered in areas

Only 2 wash cloths in a room Location was great & front desk help was very kind & welcoming Arrived after 10 pm so we didn’t request help with air conditioning Thought it might cool off but never did Didn’t sleep well in the hot room

Eman Sherif

My stay here was amazing! The rooms are clean, the area is quiet, and the view wasn’t bad at all! The hallways are kinda humid, and only one elevator operates The breakfast was okay, and it was nice because it was a free all you can eat buffet in the lobby from 5am to 10am In conclusion, I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Dallas!!

Overall, I had a good stay The hotel is beautiful My king room was very comfortable

Nice bathroom with large showerMy only complaint is the $23 continental breakfast There is someone making omelettes if you want one, but the rest of the food is your standard continental breakfast fare There aren’t any other breakfast options nearby, so you’re kinda stuck paying it if you want something to eat Really overpriced for toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit

Amanda Palandri

I am a flight attendant and i can personally say that i loved this hotel room It was so beautiful and clean and felt so fresh The bathroom was floor to ceiling beautiful gold swirled white marble and had 3 different lights

It feels so expensive and cleanThe hotel driver, Tracy was so friendly and caring I wasn’t sure if my reservation was for AP north or south She walked in with me to AP north and waited for me until i had my reservation confirmed and i was checked in She was planning to take me to AP south if i was at the wrong hotel Thank you again Tracy

I was here for a business conference It was clean, well kept and nicely decorated It’s in a fantastic location, near DFW airport and major roads

The food served dor our meeting was okay, but did provide a lot should you be hungryIf you had a craving or need for headache medicine, etc, there is a small area for purchase of those items Candy bars start at $3Overall, this is a nice hotelThe restrooms were clean

Paul

It’s average Management needs to train all staff better Do kids eat free at breakfast or not

Why does my room rate include only breakfast for 1 but I have 2 adults and 2 children Isn’t the rate based on 4 occupants?Stayed there a month Never asked for room clean as we did it our self The one time we asked for room clean they didn’t change the sheets and didn’t vacuumed Lazy

My experience at this hotel was incredible! The shuttle picked me up seamlessly from the airport upon my arrival My suitcase zipper broke and the staff fixed it for me The rooms were spacious, very clean and peaceful

Gym was sufficient for a hotel gym and breakfast was good also! Will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend!

Jess Lynn

My friends and I were able to book the same day we needed to stay after our horrible experience at a different hotel we were supposed to have a booking at We went through Bookingcom and once we arrived shortly after booking, they got us our hotel keys and into our room without a single issue! The front desk staff were wonderfully polite and made the experience very easy and comfortable, and checking out on the 5th was just as easy

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy, it was a great place to relax and escape the Texas heat and the commute from this hotel to the Irving Convention Center was fairly short which is a huge plus for my group! Room service was very polite and in general, our stay ended up being very pleasant on all fronts We will be coming back the next time we need to book a hotel in Irving!

Brittany Jackson

I’ve stayed here for 2 weeks and I don’t have any of the issues I’ve read from others ! Except for the mildew smell in the front when you walk in but that has been remedied The housekeeping is impeccable and I love the breakfast I’ve been helped with fees as well as it relates to my pets

I have no need to use the shuttle but if I did I do understand there’s times where a driver is not available but that’s happened at other places I have stayed and we just found alternate means of travel and we’re young adults on a budget and we didn’t mind Everyone is friendly I feel at home here

Loved this hotel and proximity to restaurants, bars and shopping Very spacious and clean room with nice view overlooking canal The staff were awesome

I’m local and stay was business related, but I’d do an overnight here on personal time just for fun I liked it that much Drinks were good, but I’d suggest going off site for food Food on-site is convenient but taste very much like mass produced hotel food

The hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleaning The rooms are super outdated, dingy, and dark however we slept well the days we stayed It is nice to have the full kitchen

Wish ice maker worked in the room Trash receptacles need to be emptied outside Sufficient supplies need to be provided in rooms We stayed 6 nights and only one roll of toilet paper was provided Breakfast was good Liked that they had hot options like scrambled eggs, potatoes and a different breakfast meat each day Some days have pancakes and French toast They had boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and breads as well The location was good to activities we needed and seemed like a safe area Staff was good Had to move first night due to a water leak and they were quick to accommodate

Janie Bowerbank

The location was wonderful We loved that it as 2 bedrooms and a sitting Rea and a kitchenette The breakfast was delicious and there were many options

I stayed in the MCM Elegante Dallas for two nights and attended a convention in their meeting and event rooms The entire experience was great! The staff impressed me with their helpfulness and courtesy They had our event rooms set up and ready to go, stocked with fresh water

The bathrooms were always clean, and the staff was available whenever I needed help I found comfortable and roomy, clean and quiet There were several restaurants and a Starbucks within walking distance I’d definitely return

Justin Talley

While the room decor was nice, the paint was somewhat peeling and even though the two rooms we had, one in the poolside Cabana rooms and one up in the fourth floor of the main hotel, were supposed to be non-smoking, both smelled kinda smoky I know sometimes it can’t be helped especially after years of use But overall, for the price and the service, I definitely think it was worth our stay

The kids also enjoyed the pool in the morning before we checked out and the food that came with the room was excellent There was so much bacon! The breakfast food staff was helpful and amazing even with our large group! Thank you for the late shift to help us check in and we’re super helpful and kind

Sam Szczesny

We stayed at this hotel for the DollCon Dallas 2022 convention and I loved my stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean and I was genuinely surprised how many updates were made in a more historic/older building The TV was a good size plus the rooms had a spacious bathroom and a microwave and mini fridge The morning breakfast was also delicious! I hope we get to return to the hotel next year because it had the perfect layout for our event as well

Thank you, MCM Elegante and staff for the lovely visit!

The Soul Pot

We set a reservation here for my sister’s bridal shower The experience was AMAZING from Valet (complimentary with Spa) We were greeted at the door and quickly ushered to our individual rooms

The massage was very relaxing and much needed The facilities were kept very clean The waitresses were always there for anything that you needed I do wish they had more hot tubs and the sauna wasn’t working at the time I believe for as much as we paid EVERYTHING should have been operational and ready for use That was disappointing However, we then went to the brunch at the Outlaw and when I tell you it was SOOOO much food I was overwhelmed with all the food selections Not complaining at all let me add Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return one day Thank you

Lauren Winfield

Stayed the weekend for a wedding The room service was so good it made me want to leave this review lol I was surprised that the prices were fair as well! The room was great and had a balcony overlooking the pool

The housekeeping crew should definitely be rewarded! They cleaned our room multiple times per day and would organize your things It was wonderful My only complaint was that the bar closed at midnight I later learned that the patio area was still open for drink service but the bar tender just closed the door right when he saw our wedding party approaching and didn’t share any of that info

Victor Poore

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons Las Colinas! The location of the resort was convenient as both Dallas and Fort Worth were less than 30 minutes away The service from the bellmen, the golf shop, and the restaurants was Five Star! The cocktails at Outlaw were potent and the meals at Law restaurant were very good 18 holes at the golf course were challenging and the conditions were commendable

When in Dallas, I will make every effort to return here

We actually stayed at this hotel for a family member’s wedding Our stay was incredibly nice! The front desk and bar was always filled with awesome, friendly & helpful staff The rooms were great, as well as, comfortable making for a great sleep

We were actually provided 2 adjoining rooms due to the original room I booked not being available, which was fantastic! The wedding was decorated beautifully and every guest was treated with respect, kindness and able to fully enjoy a special evening The breakfast was always hot and tasted great and the spa in the pool area was fantastic, very relaxing and warm!!!This hotel was wonderful and provided an excellent atmosphere filled with warmth and happiness while providing beautiful Christmas decors from your balcony view to make for a great place to celebrate New Years Eve!

Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!We booked this hotel for one night, based on the reviews, which by the way, all those positive reviews are employees or friends reviewing their own business, because the quality of this hotel is a true hazard and a liability at this point The booking and friendliness of the staff was no issue this time, but the hotel had a cheap look overall We booked this hotel for one night, and two families stayed in two different rooms, both rooms were smelly, you can tell there was some water damage under the carpet because of the smell

The pillows were comfy, that’s the only reason why i gave them one star, but everything else was just outdated, SMELLY and for the love of God, someone needs to shut down their POOL and redo the whole entire thing from scratch The chlorine in the pool was just outrageous, the jacuzzi did not work at all !! i really wish i would taken pictures to be honest Just by sitting near the jacuzzi your eyes will water from the chlorine The floor of the pool has dirt visible from the outside, and its not smooth at all, we all came out of there with scratches and our skin felt disgusting from all the chlorine It was truly heartbreaking since the pool was very important for our kids My son was sick after being in the pool I’m pretty sure it was due to the conditions of the water On top of it all, breakfast is $16 per person more!!! I walked by just to see if it was worth it, and lets just say i am glad we did not have from there I wished at least one of the reviews from this hotel was completely honest, because it would of save me and my family from staying here AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS!!

Taya Zagurski

Upon checking in, there was a bug in my shower I wasn’t overly concerned about that so I didn’t mention it to the staff (it happens) I was there for business so I wasn’t in my room much

After returning at the end of the day, I spotted another bug that had crawled out of where the carpet met the bathroom tile I then noticed black spots all over my sheets and pillows I immediately checked for bedbugs but did not see any obvious signs Still concerned, I brought one of the pillows to the front desk to show them and request a new room They moved me to the room directly across the hall and reported they would have someone up there to inspect Thinking someone would be there immediately, I left the door hinge between the door to keep it propped open The next morning, the door was still propped open – indicating no one had been there to check For this reason, I became concerned about the overall cleanliness of this hotel and would not recommendI would say, the breakfast was really good and the employees who manage the buffet are incredibly friendly and kind!

Dave Moser

The staff were all very nice The design of the hotel room is the worst thing I have ever experienced, and I get that this is designed to be a “modern” loft feel A couple of the highlights:- The shower water just spilled out onto the bathroom floor

There was no way to get the curtain to stop the water- The bathroom sink was so close to the mirror that you splashed water all over the mirror- It was impossible to brush your teeth at the bathroom sink as there was not enough room to spit into the sink even with your head against the mirror- The platform bed edges stick out past the bed by 3-4 inches and you will hit your shin on it numerous times It is also painted black and there is NO WAY you will see it the first time- The in-room coffee machine is not plugged it, and can’t be plugged in where it is stored You will not notice this until you have filled it with water and ready to make coffee You now have to move a full coffee pot to an outlet Without said coffee to help you in this decision process- The barn door that covers the closet is also the door that slides to cover the bathroom But it doesn’t cover it well enough at all for a bathroom It also fell off the railing twice which caused me to lift this whole stinking door back onto the track- Steak sandwich was served raw I want my steak medium rare, but this should have a crust of some kind, but it was cut with the grain so it was literally impossible to chew So gross- Stains all over the ceiling I get the industrial look, but this just looks nastyAgain, staff was great, but the design is TERRIBLE, and makes for a miserable experience

PERFECT

for ME time, relax or get-away for the weekend My second stay in a month, and while I stay in my room most of the time, there WILL be a next time soon The whole place is hip, modern, and very comfortable Just enough to make you want to say mover and over, which I plan to soon The gentleman that checked me in both times, was amiable, informative, and professional, as were Ashley and Helen, who I met at the front desk on my second stay Lilian in Housekeeping was super nice, friendly, and helpful Keep it up, please! On my next stay, I will visit the bar and restaurant to see if the vibe is what I think it is Finally, while I am not a swimmer, the pool was small and needed a scrubbing – at least when I was there The pool area and patio was comfortable and relaxing, so there’s that NICE JOB! KEEP IT UP! I’ll be BACK SOON!

Shuta Wu

Not worth the price This hotel is very dark The bathroom are only lit by a weak vanity light on the mirror, there are no over head lights

It was like showering with a flash light The rooms only have 2 tiny lamps, it felt like a dungeon, not a loft Also the front desk is very rude and does not listen I kept saying I did not get my food credit for Hilton honors as it doesn’t show up on my receipt but they insisted I did Eventually I was told that the food charge was pure tip, so the wait staff had entered my meal and put the entire meal down for their tip, which pretty much negates the food credit! That’s shady to me I need a receipt that shows accurate billing for reimbursement for work, but the hotel refuses to send me a receipt that shows everything (Carlos) correctly They keep insisting that my receipt shows my credit when I can clearly see it does notAlso I booked a normal base room and when I asked about diamond upgrades they told me that room was was the upgraded room already, which doesn’t make sense

This place isn’t much to look at from the outside, but don’t let that stop you because the inside is amazing The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are comfy and clean, and the relaxation options are top notchLove the courtyard fire pit and the indoor/outdoor pool

Harinder Singh

Has old and tired decor, also a simple cafe for breakfast in the morning The rooms are basic and require modernisation There is a pool and a small gym

The persons at the hotel are friendly and very helpful I really liked the persons serving at the cafe and also the persons at the front desk

Tyra Devereaux

This hotel gets zero stars!!They need to work on their custoner service It starts at the service deskFirst an African American lady name Kimara was there and I asked her how she was doing And she said oh just trying to study for my finals

I’d be fired if I was doing that at work She was not friendly or cordial There was an issue with the code I used and the agent was aware of this but she did not help me with it and did NOT apologize for the inconvenience I also showed her my paper license and she did not hand it back right away so I forgot it and when I was checking out early I then told the male agent that she did not give my license back and he said it is hereThis hotel needs to be remodeled It is outdated The elevators are ALL THE WAY DOWN THE HALL!!! Oh I called to speak with the CEO or GM Nick and of course he took the side of his agent In my opinion, they both need to work on their customers serviceWon’t ever go back there I expected a Marriott to have excellent service and everything, but not this one!!! They are uncaring and they should be like in the oil field or something where they don’t have to try to assist patrons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Help and kindness goes a very long way but Courtyard Marriott Dallas Las Colinas know nothing about that!! I had to enter one star to be able to continue but ZERO STARS FROM ME

Hotel is under construction so the whole front entrance is closed That’s not a problem as they are working to make the hotel better When my family and I checked in around 5pm on Friday evening, the front desk attendant didn’t give us our breakfast coupons(we didn’t know this at the time)

So the next morning (Saturday) trying to get breakfast I had to deal with this with the front desk and breakfast staff Then again on Sunday morning I dealt with itAlso I asked for a 30 minute late check-out and was told I couldn’t get a late check-outRooms were pretty good Hotel was clean

I had a horrible experience with this hotel during last winterI booked a hotel room close to the airport in Dallas—a room with free airport shuttle and a great Indian restaurant nearby, for a quick overnight stay with the charitable non-profit for which I work The room was fully paid ahead with a business credit card—not just a “credit card on file”—in order to receive a discount

I arrived as planned, after waiting a lengthy hour for the free shuttle ride from the airport I arrived to find that they sold my fully prepaid room out from under me—with ZERO advance notice for which the front desk barely halfheartedly apologized So they sent me to the Las Colinas—miles further into Dallas away from the airport—about which this review reportsAt the Las Colinas, no one would recognize my reservation sent from the first hotel Desperate for a bit of sleep, I gave my personal credit card number so that I would simply have a place to stay, in faith that the cost would be sorted out later In the morning, neither the Las Colinas nor the first hotel would pay for an airport shuttle–which cost far more than planned now that I was farther from the airport than planned In the morning, the clerk wouldn’t give me a receipt but said it would be emailed And when, back at home after long flights, I found the receipt, it was charged for the amount I had prepaid at the first hotel PLUS $17 extra (before taxes) AND it was a duplicate charge on the same business credit card that they couldn’t look up the night before Very fishy; very dishonest; and totally not okayIt took about a dozen calls and emails to the managers at both hotels, neither of which were very responsive (the first hotel was responsive once, and after that not at all) It took about a dozen phone calls to Hilton’s US Customer service to get them to put a “case” in place toward getting the charges and refunds straightened out—the duplicate charge lowered by $17, the duplicate charge taken off the credit card, the $35 shuttle fee reimbursed, etc Why the hotel itself couldn’t and wouldn’t refund the money is beyond me—especially since they were able to charge credit cards they said they didn’t have, and for fees beyond what was promised The Hilton national offices had to issue the refund, and promised it would show up on the credit card statement within one week After I thought it was a lost cause, the refund finally showed up 8 weeks laterThe extra charges might not seem like huge numbers, but for a non-profit agency flying me for charitable work, which I accomplished in Dallas, they are major Not only that, but the ethics of services purchased, services rendered, and customer service promises from the hotels, is very important to me I don’t take broken promises lightly when part of a contract between myself as a well-traveled customer and one of the biggest hotel chains in the world I will do everything I can not to patronize a Hilton hotel for a very long timeYes, finally, the second room charge and the shuttle fee were reimbursed, only after many unkept promises along the way How does a hotel chain like Hilton make all of that right? Surely not only by refunding the bare minimum of the extra charges that were THEIR fault Since no one did anything to try to make this right as far as keeping their word, or going above and beyond, I have no reason to stay at a Hilton in the future They treat customers this lightly? There are far better options out there I have traveled all over the world, and everything that happened at the two Hilton properties during those twelve hours was outrageous

S

My only critique is You have to pay for breakfast I feel like if I spend 15000 on a room and I am a Hilton honors member breakfast should be included ! Besides that the hotel was very clean my room was very nice and clean i got some really good sleep and felt comfortable pillows were very soft plus the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful I would definitely come back! I do recommend this place

Biggest complaint – one towel when we checked in… that is the ONLY complaint we had This hotel is amazing! When we made our reservations and they were so cheap we just knew it was going to be bad However we were trying to stay within budget and holy cow!!!! Diamond in the rough is an understatement! Service was great, room was spacious, water was hot

Neighborhood was nice and quiet Will come back next time!

Mileydis Atkins

Nice pool back yard/patio, rooms were clean but hotel is old, looks like they did some renovation but still have the smell and old look in the hallway, doors etc You have to request the room service (boo if you don’t know) breakfast sucks! They only give you a box of prepackaged food that tastes like a cardboard No fresh food

Staff was nice, good location

Lori Throne

My family and I stayed this past weekend We had a 2-bedroom suite that far exceeded our expectations We arrived after midnight but were greeted warmly and checked into our room promptly

The room was very spacious and larger than anticipated There is free parking and a free hot breakfast with different items daily The front desk also supplied us with complimentary toothpaste and razor as we neglected to bring our own This will be our first choice on future stays

The hotel it’s self was beautiful and perfect for what we needed I felt like the staff appreciated our Marriott status, and took great care of usWe were with our nephew who wanted to see the planes

The front desk staff set us up in a beautiful room where we could watch the planes landing right over us That being said the building seems to be well insulated and we didn’t have to listen to the planes all nightI was able to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning It was a quick, easy, comfortable rideThey do have a beautiful, large lounge for platinum and higher guests, and they are pet friendly

Jacob Tidwell

Overall, it was a regular Westin experience It’s a deceptively large conference space Room was comfortable

The lobby/atrium ceiling opens up 4-5 floors, which made it incredibly loud at all hours for those of us on the end of the hall Most of the interior restaurants were closed or barely/poorly operating, which has become the norm in hotels during the pandemic Staff was exceptional friendly and accommodating Banquet food was wonderful!

Great hotel!Very clean, nice shower, awesome rooftop pool where you can see many airplanes pass byTheir bar is opened until midnight Beer selection might not be too wide, but I liked Dallas local beer

Food was great I ordered salad with salmon, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned!I lived the room somehow the floor was partially dump, but I only stay for a night, so it’s not an issue for me Phone was taken by nobody So I removed one star

My family has always stayed at Staybridge They are by far the best hotel Rooms are always clean

Housekeeping is always attentive Front desk is very responsive And this particular location was great I love that the rooms have a mini kitchen complete with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher and even pots and pans and eating utensilsWe did have a minor issue with our toilet not flushing but front desk sent maintenance immediately and it was resolved My only complaint was the breakfast Definitely could have been better But overall we enjoyed our stay

Megan LeBeouf

I NEVER leave reviews, but this was the worst experience in a hotel we’ve ever had The first clue should have been the stagnant, hot air in the hall, leading to our room Once in, we attempted to adjust the temperature to cool things down, but it never kicked on

We spoke with the front desk and both rooms that were offered to us were then “taken”, from the time my husband came up to the room to discuss which option we wanted to go with We ended up waking up our kids and leaving at midnight to stay somewhere else If we can help another family out, I’d say this: Word of advice, chose another hotel

Charlie Sanders

I’m late with this review, but I stayed from April 14th-15th, but was charged for the 16th as well because it was after checkout The area and the outside of this hotel does not match the interior The rooms were outdated and Room 318 had mold located in the AC register and the tub (see pictures below)

The AC seemed to be intermittent as well, even after adjusting the thermostat I told the front desk and the staff was willing to move me to the 1st floor, but after checking the room out (still outdated with a torn couch) I decided to leave and canceled my remaining time there The area is nice, but I would not recommend staying here

We were supposed to get two presidential suites with titanium rewards and they only gave us one, after promised, because the other one wasn’t ready

When we got to our “Basic” bedroom we found roaches and told the staff and didn’t do anything about itAt breakfast time the server was very rude to everyone, which I totally understand because he was the only one working but it wasn’t the right way to treat clients

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected However, there were a few disappointments during our stay

The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding The situation made me feel as though I was at fault Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Brandi

Was less than impressed during my recent stay First of all, everywhere in the hotel is warm The lobby, the rooms, the restaurant

I feel like I couldn’t cool down and it’s only May Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work either You have to manually turn it on? I’ve never seen that before The coffee bar is only open until 11 during the week and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner I was turned away at breakfast when there were people still clearly seated and eating It was 9:45 If you’re thirsty between the hours of the restaurants being closed, good luck getting something to drink (or eat) There are no vending machines and no where to get drinks/food The restaurant smells like an old bowling alley and the sheets smell old and musty The one drink I had at the bar was good, and the dinner menu looked good, but since I didn’t order cannot attest to taste

Beware Make a reservation through a 3rd party and your reservation isn’t actually guaranteed, as the front desk manager saidI made my reservation well in advance of a month through a 3rd party, paid extra for a king bed, and upon time to check in was told that they are sold out of rooms and only have a queen room available

The manager explained that since we made a reservation through a 3rd party our room time isn’t guaranteed, meaning that they will give your room away to someone who pays them directly for the opportunity to make more $$$She then tried to make it sound like we were getting a better room putting us on a higher floor Big whoop Higher floor with two beds instead of oneI could have dealt with the fact they had no rooms left and just tell me that You don’t have to make it seem like I did something wrong by making a reservation through a 3rd party and that’s why I’m not getting the room I paid forWhy sell your rooms through 3rd parties if you’re going to treat them like 2nd class citizensNice job!** Rooms are nice and clean – no issues there**

I’m very ambivalent about this place Spent a couple of nights here while doing a marathon and still cannot decide whether I enjoyed it as much as I thought It has a great location but did not like that the store was too far

Yes they have a mini store inside but it’s hard to pay 3 bucks for a bottle of water They have a nice bar inside but did not have a chance to try it out No free breakfast butt they have free coffee Bed was very comfy but pillows were nothing more than t-shirts, all flat TV was nice with on demand hbo, it took forever to find anything though because the controls were soooo slow Shower was nice and with decent pressure but shower head was not secured in the wall and felt like it would give out while adjusting it, loved the look of the sink and toilet, but they were very low height wise and after running 26 miles (17 for me as I failed to finish (that’s another story)), it was torture having to bend down to sit it was my face Oh well, I guess I might stay here again simply to try out the bar Thank you!

When we tried to book a room after getting back late from the airport, they said they were full and that’s understandable However, when we asked for help to book with one of the sister hotels, the front desk lady said “She was busy and that she had other things to do” We live in a very free country

If you do not want to work in customer service, you have the FREEDOM to get another job where you don’t have to work with the public She had horrible customer service

I simply love the lay out of the roomsvery nice staffI only wish the airport shuttle was on demand buy other than that it was a very nice stay and will be on my list of favorites!!

Front desk Gail was absolutely so unprofessional and rude Do not stay here I tried letting her know that guests at the hotel were using a shuttle to drop off at the Hyatt Regency for an event and we’re told it was too much traffic only for the guests to have to walk 2 hours

I tried to speak to a manager but she was too busy leaving for the night and would not speak with me Gail kept talking over me and treating me like I was stupid So I spoke louder since she didn’t want to listen to anything I said She kept saying that their shuttles DO NOT operate on the weekend???? How is that even possible? LOL this lady hung up on me I called back to apologized for yelling at her and she still had an attitude I was just trying to tell her what her customers from her hotel were complaining about DON’T stay here
