My husband and I loved our stay We were celebrating our anniversary with a quick weekend trip to the Boise area and our stay was wonderful We stayed in the train room and it was very nice

It was clean and comfortable The bed was great, we both slept very well The shared living area was very nice to have especially because we brought our 2 year old with us We were able to put him to bed and watch a movie in the other room All the extra little touches made us feel at home and very accommodated Breakfast was delicious Communication was also very good

Laura MacCarley

Wonderful little gem! I was incredibly impressed with how personal, communicative, and genuine this place felt I only stayed one quick night as I was passing through town, but so glad I did! They went above and beyond to accommodate my early morning departure, even making me a breakfast burrito to go since I was leaving before their breakfast hours (I didn’t even ask, they insisted and it was hot and ready right on time!) Would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Thank you!!

Makayla Ross

Stacy and Eric were wonderful hosts! We went for a baby shower and they were very accommodating They kept great conversation and were genuinely interested Homemade breakfast in the morning by the owners themselves, home-like feeling, pool, Wi-Fi, rooms in main house and a guest house if you had a large family and wanted privacy

We will absolutely be staying here again!

Great stay, fun location! This stay was to celebrate a birthday, and the Grove went out of their way to make it specialFront desk staff was very busy when we arrived but they didn’t miss a beat! Room was quiet and comfortable I’m from Caldwell and have always looked at the Grove as one of the elite hotels, and I’m glad I was able to experience that level of service

We look forward to our next stay-cation here Thanks to everyone for making it special!

Donna Agopsowicz

Room was very nice and clean However, housekeeping carts were in the hallway and no one ever came into our room to even ask if we needed anything for our 4 day stay We had to ask several times for towels, soap and wash cloths, etc

Their phones were constantly in use including loud music at times Restaurant was very nice with excellent service Other staff were cheerful and helpful too

Angee Jensen

For the price of our room, I would have expected much softer towels that were much larger We were disappointed that the jacuzzi closed at 10 pm The pillows were way too stuffed and we woke with kinked necks

The bed was comfortable, the view was good, loved the robes, the staff was great! We won’t stay again because there are far better prices that offer really soft towels, 24 hours jacuzzi, and free breakfast, with a room just as pretty

We were in town dealing with a death in the family and just needed a calm and quiet place to sleep This hotel has zero sound proofing We heard every movement and every sound from the room above us- all night long

The breakfast experience was not much better We arrived to eat around 8:15a and found all the hot food items were gone No one was replenishing anything And on top of that no one was cleaning/sanitizing tables in between guests Gross We had very few needs and expectations yet were incredibly dissatisfied with our stay I wonā€™t stay here again and would not recommend it In fact, I want my money back

J. KING

Staff is really helpful, friendly, and kind Breakfast was good with a lot of optionsWe landed in Boise around 9:30a and got to the hotel way before check-in time but I called a head and the front desk let us check in early (which was so nice of them, especially with a tired 3 year old) so we were able to take a nap before lunch

We check out tomorrow but so far our stay has been great

Custom Built

1 Check in time was 3:00 pm We arrived at 4:00 pm and was told our room was not ready but should be within half an hour and we would get a call when ready, We had to go dress shopping, so it wasnā€™t a big deal

6:00 pm rolled around and still no call and we were exhausted after a 7 + hour drive We decided to go back to the hotel anyway, and the room was ready2 I was quoted a total stay price of $36900 When checking in, the price was $52500 for ā€œtaxes and incidentalsā€ Um, what?!?3 When we finally got to the room, it smelled BAD I canā€™t even describe the smell & it permeated throughout our entire stay4 For some reason, our room had a doorbell We were not made aware of this until our visitors rang said doorbell and the fire alarm/light went off If I had a heart condition, this surely would have done me in!5 We had a small group of visitors (3) Granted, they were a group of young adults who havenā€™t seen each other for a while and were excited We got a knock on the door (at 10:00 pm) stating that they could hear us all the way down the hall I donā€™t doubt that one bit But, considering the fact that I could hear a normal volume conversation being held right outside my door (many times) from inside my room, I donā€™t hold the above discrepancy at a high infraction6 We went to enjoy the jacuzzi Upon entering the facility on the opposite end of the building of the jacuzzi, we smelled the chlorine We entered the pool and enjoyed our time We decided to get into the jacuzzi and the chlorine was so strong, our eyes were watering, noses stinging Bathing suits ruined (literally, bleached) We were not the only ones complaining One child vomited, one elderly woman warned us about the danger and a group of kids had dipped in and immeygot out All in all, checking in was difficult & rude Asking for a receipt to prove my charges was difficult And the room smellā€¦ugh! One of the worst stays EVER!

Great stay, hotel is close to the highway, places to eat & not far from Boise The staff was very nice, helpful during my stay Breakfast options were plentiful, from breakfast sandwiches, boiled eggs, waffles, hot/cold cereals, juices, tea & coffee

I loved the motion sensors for the lights in the rooms, I didn’t have to always remember to turn off the lights, but they will turn off on you, should you decide to take a long hot shower The soft closing kitchen cabinet & dresser drawers is a nice added touch Bed, linens are comfortable The gym has a nice variett of the essential equipment to get a good work out From free weights, treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike & cable tree machine The laundry facility is coin operated & is very convenient for the longer stays Would definitely stay here again

uju

Great stay I loved the hotel’s relaxed ambiance and proximity [walking distance] to the gas station, grocery and restaurant They serve light breakfast but didnt get a chance to try it

The front desk staff could be friendlier My main issue was housekeeping For a long stay, they do the barest minimum They literally do not like to clean and would run the business down if they keep up with the shenanigans Everything stays the same after the “supposed” cleaning and you’re left calling the front desk to request for extra service and items

Matt Richard

Different rules for credit card charging almost resulted in a card charge that I didn’t want it on, then my 4am wake up call was not logged, recorded or made, good thing for my phone alarm, but I like having a backup The only reason I didn’t give a 1 star for service was that the person after the evening shift employee was good, then the morning staff made everything right and the correct card was charged Breakfast was good, fire pit šŸ”„ was a nice touch on a cool evening and the room was what a home 2 suite should be; rock star acceptable

So started off rough, but overall they made it right, thanks home2

+ Staff was friendly, no pests, pretty well kept and surprisingly quiet, great location too! Price was great, and I appreciated the variety for the breakfast, especially because it was all easy enough for my baby to eat too Bed was comfortable for me and my baby, over all stay was good- Pillows are awful (just bring your own), they go completely flat, left me with headaches and neck pain

The comforter was stained in spots, yellow, red, pink, and didn’t seem to fit our bed very well Fridge on the bathroom floor was interesting

Scott Matson

We unfortunately got stranded at the airport and had to stay a night last minute Best western went out of their way to get us to the hotel after their normal hours and had our rooms ready Nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower was great

We spent the last week staying in multiple hotels, and this location had the best breakfast options by far Darla took great care to make sure we had enough for our group

Meg

I originally rated this hotel lower but the morning gentleman at the desk was concerned with the issues that we had and that is not their normal practice After dealing with him I would give thia place a second chance Overall this is hotel is on the cheaper side but a good location and lobby is beautiful

For people who would want or need an elevator this hotel does not have one you would need a downstairs roomOutside room:Pros: lower cost, beds were soft, air conditioning worked well, check in was quickBeing right next to the airport that noise was not terrible The workout room is nice on the smaller side but over looks the pool areaTv had a good amount of channelsRoom stays darkBreakfast had a good selection something for everyone and the milk in the container was great for kidsCon: noisy, we were kept up with a door slamming throughout the nightRoom smelled likesmoke or something terrible Come to find out there is an ashtray right outside of the roomPillows are smaller and flatter then what we likeWhen we let the front desk know about the issues they just noted it and would not do anything furtherappears the outside rooms are not as well maintained as the inside rooms

This place was awesome!! Booked with a discount on their site, let them know we were bringing our dog, and they were so accommodating The room was nicely designed & had a HUGE shower And that bar – whew, what drinks!! I donā€™t usually find a place where I really want multiple drinks, but the cocktails were SO creative and beautiful I couldā€™ve easily picked three or four I wanted šŸ˜‚Cute outdoor seating area that was bumping at night – no problem for us with a little white noise track on the iPad for the baby ā˜ŗļø

Also, GREAT location! We easily walked downtown for dinner! So happy we found this spot – thanks for the great stay!!

Katy Grein

AWESOME hotel! We had every intention of exploring Boise the one night we stayed in town But we didnā€™t want to leave the hotel we were having such a good time Great vibe, great cocktails, great service, incredible food – whatā€™s better? Our room was clean and comfortable

We loved our stay! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Boise And itā€™s dog friendly too, which is always a bonus when we can bring the pup with us!

Ellen Moore

This was our first time staying here and overall we really enjoyed it The people make this place what it is: everybody was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable We were able to walk to many places, including the restaurants downtown, in about 5 minutes

Rumor has it that there is some drag racing and lots of engine revving on Friday and Saturday nights, but it didn’t seem to bother us Our biggest complaint was with the breakfast: it was super tiny (the frittata was a couple bites only) and the only fruit selection was a bunch of bananas If you offer free breakfast as a selling point for this stay, please offer a more substantial breakfast with more options: Hubs got granola and Greek yogurt but it had been made so far in advance that the granola was soggy and tasteless We ate there on the first morning only and then left to go eat somewhere else for the remainder of our time: an expense we didn’t think we’d have To end on a positive note: the housecleaning staff was super friendly and kind, and the overall vibe of this place is kitsch-y cool The vines covering the balconies and the landscaping around the restaurant are lovely touches Dinner at this place is not to be missed (and we saw that a lot of locals would come here too) Food and wine selections were great

HORRIBLE!!! Iā€™m disabled and need a ground floor room for me and my service animal First, wife was told when we checked in that they moved rooms on us because a wedding party who wanted to stay in adjoining rooms was more important than us Second, there isnā€™t a suitable place to take my service animal outside to go potty unless I want to use the area the motel 6 has for dogs

Lastly, and worst of all, after traveling for 10 hours yesterday and needing to travel another 10 hours today, we attempted to shower this morning before leaving and the entire handle to turn on the bathtub is missing Wife asked to talk to the manager to get it resolved this morning and they cowered in their office and refused to come and fix the problem, instead forcing one of the maids to do their job The solutionā€¦ ā€œonce someone else checks out, we will let you bathe in their roomā€ We have stayed in hundreds of motels, from bed bug ridden mom and pop operations to high dollar Hiltonā€™s, and a best western rewards member the majority of our stays have been at a best western, and this is by far the WORST experience Iā€™ve ever had!!!UPDATE: Someone from housekeeping told me while we were waiting for the room to be ready for us to shower that the room they rented us had been waiting to be fixed for over a month They obviously knew that the shower was broken and still rented it out hoping we wouldnā€™t notice? Also leaves me wondering when the last time the room was cleaned Very disappointed!!!

Samantha N.

Positives: Checking in was easy The room was large, with a suite like feel and very quiet Fridge, microwave, coffee station with a sink and dining table and chairs

Nice large closet with an ironing board and iron, hangers and plenty of storage in the roomThere was a large, comfortable king bed, desk and sitting chair with its own ottoman were all in the room The shower had 2 places to sit and even had a timed heating lamp and hair dryerFast food restaurants are all nearby and within walking distance as well as WinCoNegative: The only thing that wasn’t great was the breakfast selection The cereal was a little stale and the fruit was spoiled The bacon didn’t appear to be thoroughly cooked, otherwise I would have given 5 starsIt was a nice stop and prices were comparable to those in neighboring cities

Carrie Anderson

We requested a room on top floor close to the elevator and they said no problem , we checked in and she gave us a room opposite end of the elevator Took a shower the next morning and the bath tub was plugged up and they did come and unplug it ! We went down to breakfast at 8:40 am and breakfast was suppose to be over at 9 am , we had two children with us and there was no food , two of there employees brought hot water for tea as they were out of hot coffee ! They never did replenish the food and they returned at 9 and started putting everything away !Later that morning we left at 9:30 am and put the sign they had on the door to make up room ! We returned around 3:00 pm the room was not cleaned so we called the front desk and the lady named Kenda told us because of Covid they only clean the room if you stay 3 nights and we said why do you have a sign that says make up room and nothing was said as we checked in and no sign around front desk stating this ! She did not have answer for us and said she would bring towels up we said we need 6 towels and she said why do you need six towels and we said there are 4 of us and that is why we needed six towels ! She said ok be right up ! We didnā€™t notice until about a half hour later that she only brought 4 ! We called front desk aAnd asked for two more towels this was a different clerk and she said no problem be right up , and we can only assume she talked to the other clerk because she called our room back and she canā€™t bring us 2 more towels because they might be needed for the other guests !

This was a fantastic stay for our family of six We reserved a two-queen suite The room was massive, well-appointed, and clean, with excellent blackout curtains

Brandon and Herb at the front desk were friendly, kind, and responsive during our check-in and with some additional requests we had, both in person and over the Marriot app while we were on our wayBreakfast was phenomenal – a variety of hot breakfast sandwiches and quiches, as well as a great oatmeal station, waffles, fruit, and other offerings Min was working at the breakfast lounge when we left, she was incredibly kind and attentive to usWe didnā€™t use the pool or gym during our short stay, but both looked clean, modern, and well-equipped Unfortunately we only had one night in Boise before having to move on – we wish we could have stayed longer, in no small part because of our stay at this Residence Inn!

Alex C

This Marriott looks nice but is pretty run down and dirty I was especially disappointed with the cleanliness of the room My husband and I stayed one night with our toddler who touches everything

So as a mom, I had to do something about every wall/cabinet/door having all sorts of dirty marks on them Luckily we had a kitchen so I was able to get a rag with soap to wipe everything down Other than that we loved the location as itā€™s near a lot of great places to eat and things to do Just wish hotels in general would clean more than just surface tops and linens

Amanda Gibbon

This has been the best Residence Inn I’ve been toThe hotel was beautiful and the rooms were above my expectationsThe service was great (thank you for accommodating my early check in, this has been one of the only hotels which has honored this perk I get as an Ambassador)

Next time in Bosie I will certainly stay here again Thank you to all of the wonderful staff!

This hotel was just what we needed for our family trip We were grateful for the family suite (1 king, 2 queens) so there was real beds (instead of a pullout couch) for two parents and four kids It would have been nice if there was a little more privacy between the king room and the other room (large open archway

and giant mirrored closet doors made it hard to have private changing spots, etc) Staff was kind and helpful Housekeeping was only available by requestWe were grateful for the 24 hr pool (3-5ft) and hot tub that was stocked with towels The kids didn’t want to leave! Lobby has coffee, tea, and hot cocoa always available, as well as snacks for purchaseBreakfast was quite enjoyable and had a pretty good variety TIP: don’t wait til the end of the time to get breakfast It seemed that they didn’t refill anything that ran out in the last hour (weekday 6-9) so if you came after 8:30 or so the sausage, biscuits, eggs, and milk were all gone We enjoyed the gravy on potatoes, the waffle maker, the yogurt, the cottage cheese and canned fruit, etc Would have loved some fresh fruit (bananas, clementines, etc)We appreciated having the mini fridge and microwave in the roomAlso, note that they are very pet friendly and we saw a lot of dogs, but our room seemed well cleaned, and looked as if they had just shampooed the chairs possiblyNot the newest or fanciestbut we’d come back!

Jeremy Powell

I was really impressed with this hotel

for a 2-star, it was awesome The complementary breakfast was unexpectedly great, the indoor pool was pretty well-heated, and I kind of prefer the fact that housekeeping services are by request only (because I don’t like getting woken up at 6 AM by housekeeping if I forget to put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign) Front Desk staff was helpful and polite, and they even have a way of letting you text the front desk if you need anything, not that I mind using the telephone, but it was just another way for them to let us know they are serious about customer service Kudos to everyone on management and staff here

Brooklyn Miller

I was immediately impressed when I called the front desk for a reservation and received excellent service from Justin! The stay here continued to be great! Armed and his counterpart at the front desk when we arrived were so kind and helpful! The room was very clean and plenty of room! Definitely pet and child friendly Breakfast was tasty (warm breakfast! Hooray!) And the fitness center was one of the best hotel fitness centers Iā€™ve experienced

The location was easy to find and felt very safe Would absolutely stay here again

First there are two Holiday Inns right next to each other, so make sure you know if the one you booked is the Express or notThis felt like a new building Nice and clean

It was busy, so parking was tightThe receptionist was friendly As busy as it was, it was fairly quiet when we checked in at 10:30 pm But, whenever the AC turned on it sounded like a jet engine starting up, which woke us up off and on throughout the night Also, in the morning, we could hear people talking in the hallways and heard regular slamming of doors, etc So, not a super quiet place But, our room was clean and comfortable and we were fine with it for an overnight stay

Jordan

Overall very clean, and nice hotel Booked through expedia and was told I needed to pay an extra $25 on top of the hotel stay when arriving to check in Didn’t know that at the time that it was an extra sum of money I had to pay, I thought it may be a place holder for booking through a third party, but it was an extra charge

Wasn’t explained to me well, and didn’t notice till after the stay We get to the room it was exceptionally clean and my partner and I were excited to have a good nights rest before heading home About an hour into our stay (around 7 pm) the upstairs guests were super loud, running in their room, yelling, and honestly sounded like they were destroying the room above us We called around 8 for this because the sound disruption was constant and we wanted to get to sleep early The front desk told us that they weren’t allowed to go and tell the upstairs guests to be quiet because quiet time was from 10 pm to 8 am we requested a change of rooms and they said we weren’t allowed to do that We had about an hour of relief from the disruptive sounds, then they started up again right at 9:30 pm We waited until 10 pm and called the front desk once again because it hadn’t stopped They said they would “do something about it” An hour later still, the constant noise Finally, we called the front desk again, this lady did allow us to change rooms, on the same floor as the disruptive guests but at the opposite end of the hall We packed our stuff and moved to the different room, which was what I assumed was a suite We had breakfast the next morning, which was very filling and tasty The breakfast was the most appealing part of the stay

Sandra Schiavo

The first thing that occurred in the room was when I tried to raise the shade only to have the chain fall down I called maintenance (who cane quickly) and he was not able to fix it, but do a temporary fix We stayed four nights and not once did we get fresh towels or have the trash emptied

The elevator was filthy – not cleaned either having the same stains for 4 days I get we are still in a pandemic and staff is short, but come onā€¦towels should be changed out and trash emptied at least every other day! And how about cleaning the elevators on the night shift?! The bed was comfortable, but the place is VERY NOISY!!!

Such an adorable home Wonderful location, Fantastic bartenders and Nan(host) Most sweetest lady I have ever met They backyard bar is so nice to have so close

Nan cooked us breakfast on the day we were leaving Such a sweet gesture and she is a great cook I cannot wait to come back I cant see myself staying anywhere else when we come to visit Definitely recommend this place

This house is super clean and cozy! The folks who run it are very friendly, and they had some very helpful advice on things to do during our two day stay in Boise I also found the location to be great for us, being walking distance to some nice restaurants and the Boise River (roughly a mile away) The daily beer (and wine for my wife) was a unique touch

We stayed earlier in the week when the beer garden was not open to the public, so I can’t comment on that, but the backyard area where the beer garden is located is very attractiveThis was our second time staying here (We stayed for one night in 2021) In 2021 we got a room with a private bath, and on this latest trip we got a room with a shared bath down the hall While the shared bath worked out fine — no conflicts with other guests — we preferred the room with the private bath, it just wasn’t available at the time we booked our most recent visit We did use the common kitchen for some simple meal prep (reheated my pizza from the previous night’s dinner in their microwave), and we also took advantage of the big screen TV in the common living room This is a different lodging experience than a hotel, but I find it preferable, what with the quiet (residential) neighborhood, and the smaller size

I loved this place and already can’t wait to stay again! The house was so cute and cozy We stayed in the Skye room and I loved being on the first floor and having a private bathroom The room was bright and cozy

The beer garden in the back was awesome! I loved the bright colors, hammocks, and the choices of drinks One night was not enough but so glad we stayed here!

I would book here again if I go back to Boise! The service from the staff was on par, they offered shuttles to and from the airport and to our events at Boise State University (my sister and I had graduation ceremonies) making it easy on us, a hot breakfast with an omelette station, an outdoor heated pool next to a bar and restaurant that included service in the pool area, and comfortable rooms We rented bikes from the hotel and rode on the Greenbelt trail that followed the river It was beautiful with the spring flowers in bloom

The hotel is next to a winery, a brewery, and an awesome steakhouse, The Stagecoach Inn making it easy to enjoy getting out of the room without needed a shuttle or taxi The Riverside restaurant was great too! Pleasantly surprised that it was not super expensive but very good food Friends, it is not the newest hotel, but it is well maintained and the staff are friendly Stay here for a great hotel experience

kirk ingels

The breakfast was awesome The service was high quality and the people were friendly They provided a free ride to the airport in their shuttle

The bed was comfortable and the pillows fluffy This hotel actually provided room cleaning each day without being asked, just like before Covid hysteriaThey have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub I understand they are building an indoor pool

S Simon

We love this hotel, it’s our go to place to stay every time we visit Boise The service is outstanding, they always seem properly staffed & everyone is helpful & professional The location can’t be beat, walking distance to lots of great places & a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius & the airport

They have a decent restaurant, a couple good bars, & lots of live music options The rooms are clean, safe, & very comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept inbut, the showers The only issue I have is with the showers They are terrible! Old, poorly upkept, failing tile, short shower heads (I’m 5’5″ & on my most recent stay I had to duck to wash my hair), just unbelievably bad And it’s just not one room, we’ve stayed over a dozen times & the shower is always a 70s nightmare For $250+ a night I’d really like to feel clean after a shower & I never do It’s maddening

I booked this hotel last minute before reading reviews and then was very apprehensive about my stay based on some of the recent feedback So I want to reassure anyone else like myself that this hotel is fine and the staff are great! We stayed for one night on March 29 while on a road trip to Utah Check in was pleasant and the room looked very much like the pictures online

Of course the hotel is a little dated, but our room was clean (I always check mattresses and bedding for bugs), everything was working properly and the shower had good pressure Breakfast was ready promptly at 7am and was as good or better than the Hampton Inn we had stayed at the night before My only issue was the wifi signal in the room was a little weak, but our room was at the far end of the hotel and it did still work in certain parts of the room We saw painters in the hallway as we were leaving and the owner has mentioned new carpet is coming, so it seems that they are working on updating the hotelIf you are not a fussy traveler and realistic about the fact that itā€™s not a brand new hotel, you will be just fine here!

Brandon Russell

They charge a $150 deposit to your credit card that they don’t disclose when making the reservation It’s not until you check in do they tell you this If they feel your room was not damaged, you get back the deposit, with-in 2 weeks

We booked 3 nights and tried to cancel the last night due to a change in plans our of our control Nope they don’t do that Front desk clerk did not seem to even care Never going to stay here again

Deb N

Thought this would be a decent place to stay based on google reviews Extremely disappointed in the room We got a double queen bed room with our two dogs

Walked in and it immediately smelled like the room was sprayed with a ton of odor neutralizer on the carpet Underneath the neutralizer it smelled like dirt and must Okay, so we opened the window to air it out Then the chairs had lots of dog hair, dirt and debris in the crevasse like it has never been vacuumed The area behind the toilet looked dirty I also took multiple photos of the damage in the room and showed them to the front desk immediately Frayed and torn carpet by the front door, debris on the carpet like it hadn’t been properly vacuumed Dirt and scuff marks all over the bottom two feet of the walls Cracked tiles in the bathroom and two dents in the bathtub that had lazy patchwork done over them While I appreciate that the front desk staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to, I was surprised we weren’t offered to move rooms, or an additional discount for the evening with all the issues I pointed out I get that its a dog room but I’ve stayed at multiple hotels where it is SPOTLESS and clean I will never recommend this location to anyone with dogs

The room was great and service was excellent šŸ‘Œ Unfortunately all throughout the night šŸŒ™ doors were being slammed and there was constant noise from outside the room I think more soundproofing would have been usefull as I’ve never experienced that much noise in a hotel room

Finally the air was locked šŸ”’ I understand why bit it is a drawback

Not Happy really No instructions on parking, caused stress Room is absolutely unacceptable

There is dried urine on one of the toilets, something leaked From underneath the fridge, it’s not even cooling soda Waxy or oily handprints on headboard and the sheets look like someone has been sleeping on top of them There are dead bugs in the light shades in lobby Hotel staff says there are no guest relation cards to fill out

Barbara Campagna

Our ā€œwellnessā€ room was pleasant enough however, the fitted sheets and two mattress pads were too big for our bed and kept coming off all night for both of us I woke up at least 4 times to fix throughout the night Needless to say, it was not really a ā€œwellnessā€ experience for either of us

The shuttle service only picks up and drops off at the airport (wonā€™t even take you to local restaurants in the freezing cold)On a better note, the front desk staff was greatI was very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend with all the other hotel choices in downtown Boise

The staff is fantastic, and genuinely care about you having a positive experience Our room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived, so the ladies at the front desk offered to upgrade us to a better room, and reduced our price We ended up paying a third of the price for the room

One of the women running the front desk personally went into our upgraded room and cleaned it thoroughly herself She politely asked for us to give her an hour to make sure everything was perfect, and that ended up being a blessing in disguise and only added to my wife and I’s first anniversary While we waited we went to a ping pong, and axe throwing place within walking distance (probably a hundred yards away from the hotel) We had a blast for an hour, and when we returned the room was perfect, and we had an amazing night I have nothing but great things to say about this place, and especially the staff

Mara Blessing

We came up this weekend for a concert for our anniversary these guys went above and beyond! We originally booked the Hawaiian suite (the room was BEAUTIFUL and super relaxing) however 10 minutes after checking in our toilet flooded our room Talk about a real Hawaiian experience! The staff was super attentive and quickly rushed into action helping us clean and mop up the water! The manager quickly found us a different room and gave us two options elegant or adventurous we went with elegant She put us in the palace suite which was beyond our wildest dreams! My husband is 6 ft 1 and I’m 5 ft 2 and BOTH of us could fit into the tub! We were able to order room service at midnight after the concert which was a god send and the staff didn’t make us feel like a bother doing so! The flat breads are amazing and delicious! My husband had them sprinkle rose petals in the room and they were real! I expected fake silk petals nooooo they were beautiful pink petals which added to the luxury! We will be back!!!

Kaylea Monahan

My husband and I have rented 5 different rooms I have not had any issues The breakfast is awesome and the tubs are amazing!! If you ever get a chance to meet Melanie sheā€™s the biggest sweetheart and so helpful really makes you feel welcomed

She goes above and wayyyy beyond! If I could give out more stars I would! I will forever recommended

I dont think you can go wrong with My Place Hotel Reasonably priced Free parking

Clean Bed was comfortable Sheets were so soft and smooth I thought of asking if I could buy one Full size refrigerator, Stove & microwave in the room I stayed on the 3rd floor I did hear the footsteps upstairs but pretty quiet at night Staff Was very accommodating I signed up for their membership for free and they gave me a free bottled water Location was excellent its very close to everything especially the village shopping center in Meridian Idaho A very nice neighborhood I would definitely stay here again

Heidi G81

I called My Place Hotel yesterday to make a reservation It would have been my third time being a guest I stayed in 2018 & 2019 for a little bit over 2 weeks each time

When I stay last time I was informed that if it was 30 days the price would drop to $69 a night Last time I enquired about the price was October 2020 So finally after covid I was able to take a vacation The nice woman on the phone informed me that the hotel is under new ownership and that all pricing has gone up She also informed me that there is a surcharge for summer guests She also let me know that you get a small percentage off for 30 day guest and that was the only discount they offered When I asked the price per night it’s $162 a night So what was $2,270 is now $5,240 I get inflation and things going up 30%-50% but a 140% increase since the new owners took over in October That is just greedy Any comparisons to the priceOf gasoline or aircraft kerosene is dense Idaho is already becoming an expensive place to live and work I hope anyone reading this thinks twice about staying

Love this hotel! Only 4 years old, and in brand new condition The hotel is family friendly, with a snack station open 24/7, board games, TV area, family area, outdoor Connect 4, and a gathering space outdoors also The front desk concierge were so nice and welcoming! I booked the room using the HotelTonight app and got a great rate, and the hotel is pet-friendly and only requires a $75 non-refundable deposit, which was a MUCH BETTER price than this hotels competitors

The hotel is very bright and well-decorated The room was clean and much bigger than I expected The bathroom had makeup lighting built into the mirror which was a nice option I’ll be staying here again when I visit

Grace Running-Nichols

This Boise hotel is spectacular! The staff is full of kindness, professionalism and attentiveness, plus, joy in serving The setting is vibrant and inviting, the breakfast is hot and delicious (even if you arrive at the very end), our room sparkles with cleanliness along with brilliant, streamlined details (ample and bright smelling shampoo, soap, conditioner) and the practicality of elevator placement and even freshly clean stairwells is great! The pool and workout facilities are useful, clean and beautiful Thereā€™s even chairs along the poolside and jacuzzi for anyone with exceptional needs to be lowered into the water!! Even snacks available in the lobby (it was almost midnight when we arrived) are as delicious as you can imagine! We stayed only one night, but feel refreshed and filled upon leaving! If you need a hotel, this is absolutely the BEST you can find! Youā€™ll be delighted! TRU-ly marvelousā€¦the name is exactly right!

When you first pull into the parking lot the entrance is around the building Nicest hotel breakfast I’ve had Lots of options and their granola was the best granola I’ve ever had strangely! The bath and body shower gel smells SO GOOD that I’ll be getting some for personal use

I used their conditioner as well and went to bed with wet hair and normally when I wake up from sleeping with wet hair my hair is crazy curly, but it was soft and frizz free! The shower was very nice and clean, no tub though And not as many towels as other hotels provide so if you need extra ask the front deskHowever, I don’t give them 5 stars because the walls were PAPER thin I mean extremely thin I could CLEARLY hear the conversations between our neighbors I heard them talking to each other about how they could hear my husband’s phone alarm going off while we were at breakfast and he had forgot to turn it off I could even hear what they were watching on TV and when they blew their nose in the bathroom So if you’re a light sleeper or don’t like people hearing your convos I would highly consider staying somewhere else The hotel across the parking lot has a kitchenette and more sound proofing My friend who worked at Best Western said paintings on the walls help with sound proofing so maybe that is a relatively cheap option they could do if they care In the hallways you can hear people in their rooms talking as well And when there’s a full house it’s quite noisy We were there when a sports team had just checked inOther than that it’s a terrific hotel with very friendly staff The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the pool was very cold I enjoyed my stay so it was a 5/5 for me but I’m giving them 4 on here so people know about how thin the walls are
