GREAT hotel! So clean and so nice for a Residence Inn Stayed in a studio king room It had a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, all dishes/glassware, etc

Had a sofa sleeper, king bed and 1 flat screen tv Everything looks new and the hotel has updated modern decor Front desk was friendly We are only here overnight but I’ll definitely have my family stay here again when needed It’s just a few miles off I-10 Worth going about 3 miles or so away from it Oh and of course there’s breakfast included They also have a pool and a gym, stores and restaurants all around the hotel And the king bed is so comfortable!

Anel Zarate

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite yesterday, the customer service was excellent! Clean rooms with a full kitchen, stove, oven, big fridge, dishes, toaster and everything you can think of I was impressed They also have bbq grills outside by the pool We only had one complaint the pull out sofa mattress was so thin and uncomfortable I ended up hitting myself on the metal frame a few times because the mattress was really thin

Besides that 👍

Devdatta Ambre

Good location on highway with many restaurants on the stretch Location also at good distance from Indian Wells tennis center which was my reason to visit Rooms you could review from the photo; very good on-site gym

For some reason hotel does not perform room cleanup only takeout trash and provide fresh towels; which was also not done during my 2 night stay(not sure if some covid policy, but I let it go)

I think I found my happy place! A beautifully well kept hotel and spa located behind a strip mall??? Sounds odd, right? Well, pink better be you’re favorite color because there is a lot of it Loved the Moroccan themed decor too This is an adults only resort

It’s ideal for a girls weekend or bachelorette party It’s also a cute couples get away spotOur rooms were clean and functional My mattress was so comfortable! The grounds are well manicured and the pool area was relaxing Make reservations for a pool side cabanaThe spa is beautiful I felt like I was transported to a modern Riad I can honestly say I had one of my best massages hereIf I’m ever in the Palm Springs area again, this would be my 1st choice You’re money is well spent

Gisela Prishker

If you want Great service avoid going to this hotel they have no idea what food service is If you want to take beautiful pictures this is perfectThe staff at the restaurant is horrible starting with Greg maybe bartender who knows the restaurant is always empty and they act like is full of reservations all the time

I had no toiletries broken hair dryer , requested mil for the coffee never came I had to leave my hair wet cuz hair dryer arrived after we left Just horrible the worst experience ever had if you want a-good experience stay at another hotels I have some of my favorites but I wanted to love this one I go to PS area twice a month but won’t waste my money here

Andrew Devine

The Turkish coffee they make at the Pink Cabana was so good that 2 min after I finished breakfast of literally the best strawberry tartine and naan I’ve ever had, I brought my fiancé back to order two more Turkish iced coffees so she could experience it herself… and I could experience it again Apparently the secret ingredients that make it so insanely good are ginger and coconut K

If the secret ingredient was asbestos and formaldehyde I’d be like “More please”If the head chef or barista or whatever decided to set up shop in LA, I imagine Blue Bottle, Philz, Starbucks and Coffee Bean would have to set aside their differences and ally to craft the ultimate caffeinated beverage cause if not they’d all go out of business over night That’s how good this shizz isTry it Then weep all the way back to wherever you’re vacationing from cause you won’t be able to have it every day

We stayed here for two weeks in a 2 bedroom unitThe resort is located about 25 minutes from Palm Springs off Highway 10 Very easy to get around, but does require having a car

The room was very well equipped and we were able to change out linens and get additional cleaning supplies any time The resort is located near Terra Largo Golf Course Grocery store is easily accessible, within 5 mileEnjoyed our stay there and will return

Rational Male

Absolutely fantastic resort The prices were reasonable The grounds and facilities were kept up very well and it was fun walking around and enjoying everything the resort had to offer

The pools and lazy river were a hit with our family The staff were nice and helpful and the views were beautiful We very much enjoyed our time there and will most definitely visit again You can’t go wrong with this place

Shannon Knauss Q.B.E.

Lovely huge pools, the lazy river is great for relaxing or even walking against the current, lots of shade to enjoy or more than enough sunThe resort rooms are spacious with plenty of kitchen Giant gas grills heat up quick, throw on a steak and enjoy happy hour

The check-in staff even at midnight were helpful & knowledgeable about the area and happy to suggest the closest grocery and shoppingIn May here it’s very quiet as in the kids are in school and it’s adults at the pools I could easily just stay here at the resort and be happy Golf is really good around here though too and early morning is great to playit was 65 today supposed to hit 90 by later I would definitely stay here again and I could see bringing more family and having separate rooms but sharing meals at the large dining tables inside or on the balconies

First

Stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, wonderfully spacious! Kitchen was stocked with more than expected and a huge refrigerator! Big bathrooms! Even a separate spa for our little cluster of units! Very nice, but dated Would recommend this place to anyone with a family, not a luxury place Showers were not exactly up to par by my standards, comfy beds and nice showers are my must haves when on vacation

Minimal steams of water come out which made the water hurt and hard to wash my hair Everything in the pool area was fantastic except for the temperature of the pooltoo warm!!😕 I heard there is a need to replace a part that regulates the temp and they seem it too expensive 😕 Location is great!

Cassondra Mathews

The location was super convenient for our Coachella trip It was close to the shuttle, grocery store & fast food restaurants There was plenty of room for our group- one king, two double, and a sofa bed

Doubles were not very comfortable Having a full kitchen saved us money- coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge The pool area was nice and the hot tub was a plus Not sure what was going on with service, but they were friendly we needed towels and an extra pillow and had to call again the following day because no one showed up This wouldn’t deter us from staying here again

Rich Scott

It pains me to write this review because we have owned at Desert Breezes for over 20 years We haven’t been to the resort for the past couple of years and decided to do a weekend trip out there Got up to go to the pool Saturday morning to find bugs in the pool…I don’t mean a bug or two…they were covering the sides and bottom of the pool

My husband had put his legs in the water and bugs immediately jumped all over his legs I went to the office to discuss with the staff The girl at the front counter called the manager He proceeded to tell her they were water boatmen and they didn’t bite They I’d nothing about the bug infestation they had going on in the pool and were not at all concerned We go to Palm Springs in the middle of summer with the intention of sitting in the pool all day, so we ended our trip early It is sad to see that management is not at all concerned with guest concerns Needless to say, I will not be going back anytime soon and am going to try to figure out a way to unload this timeshare

Gurneet Malhotra

Their amenities are nice with a tennis court, fitness center, and a heated outdoor pool They have some seating outside with a fireplace that’s nice to sit by at night The breakfast was pretty good but the rooms and building itself is really old

The carpets and furniture have some stains and the room isn’t super clean The staff is nice but we had some communication issues with room service where different staff members were telling us different things about their room service policy during covid The hotel isn’t in walking distance to anything nearby

Effi Crotty

Friendly staff when checking in and the rooms are really nice Given it’s a Residence inn it’s essentially a spacious studio apartment so being able to have lite groceries was a plus It’s in a good spot from the highway, close enough but far away enough to not hear it

The parking lot filled up quickly next to our room though, not a huge inconvenience but there was still plenty of spaces in the complex

Ramie Shumate

Was very happy to be stay here on a mini vacation trip But at 1 in the morning when we found out we had bed bugs! Front desk didn’t seem to surprised And all they wanted todo that night was give us clean bedding

But we did end up leaving Next morning management was very good to us But definitely Not cool Marriott I hope you guys took care of this and got all new furniture in those rooms

Very kid friendly! I stayed here with my 1 year old on a family vacation She had a blast in the pools, on the splash pad, and sandy area The spa was also excellent with fabulous amenities! I hope to return some day

Shout out to the hostess in the restaurant (i didn’t catch her name) who found me some milk for my baby and saved me a trip to the grocery store with a fussy baby after a long travel day Thank you for going above & beyond!

Faith Rohani

The resort is amazing, it’s a golf and pool resort Service was great, there was a lot of communication within the resort of workers communicating the weather and what us as guests should and shouldn’t be doing The pools are pretty great, all around 3ft deep, they have a family pool which was pretty packed and there was a lazy river than went around the two slides they had

The hotel rooms were great as well The balconies were great too Food there was great as well!! The breakfast item, cinnamon roll, I would not get again It came out really hard and not the best But other than that the rest of the food there was great All around great place for a fun and relaxing place to go without having to leave

Srt

We visited our son & his family They were staying here for a couple of daysWe visited them at the pool & lazy river area & were hosted in a pool side cabana

The area was crowded but clean & as orderly as it could be while entertaining youngstersThe pool staff were really on top of things & I was impressed with their attentiveness to the crowd & their safetyThe cabana, though pricey according to my son, was clean, well set up & equipped with a misting systemThe wait staff & servers at the pool/cabana were very cool, very accommodating & very politeI cannot comment on the room because we live locally & did not stay at the resort

While the rooms are simple and lack a bit of personality, they are furnished with everything that’s needed and a little more The grounds are beautiful, the pools are wonderful, the spa: peaceful and the staff: exceptional An excellent stay overall, the staff truly made the experience superior

From the moment we were greeted by the warm, welcoming and light-hearted valet to our much-appreciated late check-out, each member of the staff was generous, friendly, accommodating and first-class Liz, at the front desk, was exceptionally wonderful She found a way to go above and beyond each day of our visit and is an incredible asset to the resort We’ll happily be back

Warattaya Vaughn

Second visit at this location Good service from Valet parking to receptionist Self parking is available for free but we prefer the valet

Room is nice but need more cleaning details Mini fridge can fit can waters and only small items Microwave is $20 per night upon request There were the stains on shower curtain and some former guests items were still in the bedroom Restaurants are quite decent with great meal

I have stayed in the Hyatt Regency in Indian Wells many times I just went recently after I haven’t been for a while and it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in It’s the only place I’ll ever stay in the Palm Springs area

First of all, this hotel is in a great location Close to Palm Springs and other surrounding popular cities This place is affordable, the rooms are pristine, and the outdoor area is fantastic! There are so many pools and it’s never crowded I also like how there’s basically a designated kids area where the water slides are The hotel restaurants serve great food Staff is very polite and helpful They are pet friendly also which is a great plus for people bringing along pets on their vacation Overall, this hotel is fantastic and I definitely recommend it!

We stayed here at the end of June We were active in the early part of the day until about 1pm, then it was time for the pool or indoors The resort is a lovely place

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly The restaurants were excellent We ate at Morgan’s in the Desert and it was a memorable meal The resort is very clean and there are many pools It sits up against a mountain range on the edge of town The decor is tasteful and pretty but simple Adobe and mission style tends to be sparsebut it looked very nice Price-point for this resort is excellent Excellent location We would stay here again

Bee S

Breathtaking experience! The pictures don’t come close to revealing the true beauty! The on-site dining is amazing! I’m a coast girl, but the calamari at Twenty6, in this desert, is some of the best I’ve ever had! Look forward to returning with friends and family! Oh! And some of the kindest, most patient, staff! I REALLY enjoyed this place!!

It’s not so bad here really, definitely a time travel experience back to 1989 with the

well, EVERYTHING really Decor is really in good condition, but literally 30 years old There’s a pool, a hot tub, I guess there’s a restaurant too but we didn’t goMy complaint is that the units have zero curb appeal It looks positively dismal upon arrival Fine inside though, and on the “yard” side the views look 1989 amazingAlso, hey it’s 2022, no friggin electric vehicle chargers? This is really low hanging fruit folksSpeaking of low hanging fruit, there’s the occasional grapefruit tree, be sure to raid them, they’re delicious, 1989 grapefruits, none of this ruby red nonsense, but real bitter proper grapefruit

Zachary Hale

We have been coming to this resort for 15 years and we have never complained There rooms are cozy and modern Though the outlets could be replaced because they’re weak but thats whatever

The view is beautiful and the pool is so nice The grounds are very well kept and the employees are extra nice, very laid back and chill Wonderful place to come and stay at while also being damn well worth the price 5 stars absolutely recommend it 🏜 👍🏻

To be fair I’ll have to review the casino and the hotel separatelyThe casino was great! Friendly staff with Lots of games with a good variety of low cost penny slots and higher paying games as well The rewards club is very generous although I was “cheated” out of a few offers I definitely would consider this one of the better casinos in the area in terms of value and entertainment

The hotel was not as enjoyable Let me be fair and say I have encountered many friendly and pleasant staff members But on my last visit the night manager and I had a not so ideal encounter I had a guest with me overnight and that guest used the room phone to call me a couple times Although he never reached me I was billed 78 dollars for the 5 calls When I inquired about the charges the manager was very rude I felt that more could have been done especially because the posted rates for phone calls were less then a quarter of what I was charged She seemed like she did t understand that I was not disputing the charge it’s self but the amount I was being charged per call By the third time I explained it to here she was so nasty with me that I just paid the charges and left early

T Perez

I came here for my son’s graduation from CV Adult School The experience was good I didn’t game I didn’t go into the casino but it was clean the music was really loud but the vibe in the place was really cool because everyone was really happy and excited for the graduates There weren’t very many people that were masked up so that was a bit unnerving but otherwise a good experience

Barry Tilley

Attended a Lady A concert in the Special Events Centre Very well marshalled Very well laid out

We spent the weekend (May 20-22) at Miramonte Indian Wells Spa and Resort and was not disappointed! The room was exceptional with all the comforts We had to ask for more towels and washcloths since they only supplied enough for one person The beds were comfortable but the pillows were like huge rocks

The coffee provided to brew in the room was not good however the restaurant had excellent coffee! Aside from the little hiccups described above, I would definitely recommend this place for relaxation and for the pools and spa fun Lastly I want to include how outstanding the landscaping set the atmosphere of tranquility So many trees and views!Great meeting rooms and stage for guest speakers and big groups

Emily Sutton

Spent the afternoon here after an early flight arrival and late air bnb check in What a way to the spend the day The place is beautiful

The service in the spa area was excellent and the facilities were clean They stored myluggage safely and had a locker I could access while I was there There was only one bartender but she was working very hard to serve the customers Overall would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to hang out during the day

Kyle Phillips

I read all of the crummy reviews and still decided to say because of he rate I’m glad I did This place was beautiful and very well kept

The staff was friendly and checking took less than 5 mins The whole property was well kept and the rooms were very clean The reviews recent poor reviews did lead to the place being fairly desolate Just not many people here Be we loved it I recommend this place to anyone Oh, and the best part was the dozens of citrus trees with ripe, oranges, lemons & grapefruit

I loved this hotel! Very clean, spacious, we got lucky with the view as well We had a beautiful view of the mountains, the sunsets were amazing The bar guys were AWESOME! Tony and the rest of them were very welcoming and added that needed fun spirit at the pool! I love when good bartenders makes me a good drink

I would definitely go back!

My husband and I had a really fantastic stay here A few awesome features to mention-super comfy beds and pillows, spacious and clean rooms, great on-site coffee shop, tasty cocktails and really good food by the pool with great waiter service, lots of pool chairs, free yoga classes held outdoors on the lawn (loved this!!), fantastic gym with plenty of machines/free weights, TRX bands etc My husband loved the golf course

There were a few issues that are worth mentioning- the walls are quite thin We had a noisy family next to us for two nights and it was frustrating And you can hear everything in the hall as people walk by But overall it was manageable Also this seems to be a very family friendly hotel There were TONS of kids in the pool playing ball and constantly screaming Just something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more adult experience We had multiple issues with the parking gates and cards not working We had to ask several times to have our cards activated The staff at the front desk seemed confused and not very aware of policies I was told different things by different people They were nice and tried to be helpful but it wasn’t a seamless process to get information All in all it’s a great hotel and has a lot to offer

The welcome starts with the Valet Attendants They are cordial, professional and expedite! We went for a taste test with your Catering Manager What a delightful experience

We met the Sous Chefs that introduced the samples It was so difficult to choose Every selection was delicious I am looking forward to the eventespecially now Thank you

Got there late on Saturday after visiting friends at Omni Resort n Spa Owner was very friendly, efficientNice flight up to the spacious room

Modern chic Liked the available in-room drinks and snacks for sale Loved the hot pool in the AMs for aquatic therapy fun The loungers and table sets were comfyBalcony was a nice touch–view of car parkA few tips: toilet is so low even my knees felt the challenge–plz change to a taller toilet fit for 5’3′ and upFix the iron fence around the pool–liability issueWhere were the pool towels? We dripped dry 🙂

Set up a room for one of my construction workers for my job Got a confirmation number and when my worker arrived, they said they were booked and didn’t have a room for them I have literally tried calling their number 15 times on three different phones for an hour straight and the hotel did not answer 1 time

Their voicemail is also full This is super unprofessional I get it if you are booked but what if a customer staying at the hotel needed to talk to the front desk? What if there was a problem? Or a concern? I’m glad hotels are a dying breed

Our air conditioning was not working for at least two of the days and nights leaving our room at 83 degrees despite our requests to fix it The main lightbulb was burned out when you walk in the room The cold water handle in the bathtub was inoperable for 2 days despite our requests to fix it making the bathtub unusable

The in-room coffee was decaf The restaurant was closed for most of our stay The room was only cleaned and serviced every 3 days We received a credit of two $29 resort fees which were unexpected and not nearly enough

We stayed here 2/15-2/17 and the 2 stars is the lake view only Nobody was at the desk upon our entering the lobby and after a few minutes I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender for assistance however she instructed me to ring the bell so that someone would come down Staff were not the most friendly of folks

We almost got the vibe like we were putting them out in a way Checkin was a laughable experience and the room was filthy – not dirty – but filthy See photos!! The location and lake is why I’m leaving 2 stars My recommendation is stay elsewhere

I came to the Château from San Diego on Sunday to celebrate my late mother’s birthday, as her resting place is in CoachellaFirst off, the welcome we received from Paul, was not at all welcoming He did didn’t introduce himself, didn’t inquire about how we were doing; he gave me a paper to sign agreeing that I would be checking out on Wednesday

He then handed me 1 key and told me the room number He said , “I just like to let you know that the restaurant will be closed Monday and Tuesday” Nothing else, no instructions, no enjoy your stay, nothing! We proceeded to our room, with the 1 key that he gave us,, kind of puzzled as to why we only received 1 keyOnce we entered the room, we found it modestly decorated, however the chair looked quite worn, and the carpet was filthy It didn’t looked as though it had been vacuumed, and it was stained The bathroom was very nice, but the shower glass didn’t appear to be clean We decided to go out for dinner, but we stopped to ask if it would be possible to get a 2nd key Paul asked us what our room number was, and retrieved the 2nd key We thanked him and left The next morning, someone was trying to enter our room, when asked , “can we help you?”, startled because it was rather early The person at the door was asking if we were checking out We told the person, no we are not checking out, as we were scheduled to stay until Wednesday A short time later, we received a call from Paul at the front desk apologizing for the mix up My sister then asked when Housekeeping comes to clean the room, we were then informed that Housekeeping only comes if you are staying for more than 3 daysAs we were leaving for the day on Monday, we saw the Housekeeping Staff, and asked if we could have clean towels and if she could possibly vacuum our carpet, as it looked as it had not been vacuumed the previous day Housekeeping politely obliged We stopped at the front desk, to let Paul know of our request of housekeeping , so that she wouldn’t get into trouble My sister commented to Paul(which we didn’t even know his name until after this exchange), that he seemed a little bit more polite today than he did the previous day Paul said, that he apologized for not mentioning the no housekeeping unless you were staying more than 3 days I told him, you didn’t tell us much of anything yesterday, then I thanked him and asked him his name On Tuesday, after our outing, we called and asked if we could get more towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex Not long afterwards, there was a loud knock at the door, it was Paul bringing the requested items My sister went to hang the towels, and noticed that the only hand towel given looked dirty An hour or so later Claudia, a member of housekeeping passed by our room, and my sister asked if we could get some clean hand towels and toiletries Claudia was very kind, and brought the items back Wednesday morning, I was up using the restroom, when I went to change the toilet paper roll, to my great disgust, the new roll of toilet paper that Paul had given us last night, was stained with something brown! It looked beyond disgusting, and I don’t know what it was I had to use Kleenex, to handle my business It was checkout day, so I left the toilet paper with Paul, and thank him Surprisingly enough, Paul was actually cordial for the very first time, but first impressions last, and we felt unwelcome from the start of our visitThe positives about the Château are, the bed was very, very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful There are sea turtles and catfish in the lake, the atmosphere is very serine I wish I give them a higher rating, but if I compared it to previous places I’ve stayed, the Château was subpar, when it could have been superb!I almost forgot, I was given $29 off for Paul not mentioning the room service

This was a great stay The only complaint was the pillows, but the rooms were great, and the little courtyard area with the pool was tranquil and refreshing The elevators were a bit old and were quite slow, but overall it was a great experience

The best part was the breakfast They have several cooks that will make your eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes right there, fresh as can be There is a bit of a line in the mornings but well worth the wait Other fruits, coffee, juices, cereal and standard items for a hotel but the fresh hit breakfast was the best!

The Resort is Easily located right off main street Parking right in front of our room Ground floor room was nice and Patio opens out to pretty walkway to view garden and pool nestled in central area

The Rooms and building is a little outdated but it has a relaxing charm Clean hardwood floors, very comfortable bed, a little crowded at times in the room and bathtub could be updated but the Best part was the Breakfast Actually Made To Order Eggs, Pancakes, Bacon , Sausage, plus plenty of quick choices for cold or stable food options, All includedThis hotel is a great place for everyone We are on a Family Vacation from Michigan and so far the West Coast Welcome to California has been spot on!

Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable Every single one of the staff members is great We were greeted by smiling faces as soon as we walked through the door

We were even asked what floor we would like to stay on; I’m a light sleeper so I was grateful for him even asking The rooms had a 1980s feel to them with modern appliances We really enjoyed staying here There is an actual chef who will make you breakfast You hand in your ticket and you can choose what you want from the small menu There were like 5-7 items listed; it was nice a simple My partner had pancakes with bacon and eggs; the chef was more than happy to put cheese on the scrambled eggs when he asked for cheese I had some hash browns with over-easy eggs and bacon I forgot to mention there is a security guard patrolling the area so it felt safe there too The staff is what makes this place so great; they are the reason for the 5 stars Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

We recently stayed here for a staycation and we enjoyed it The Free managers reception was very well put together including all sorts of cheeses and other foods They have a very open bar with beer wine soft drinks and even basic spirits

And the breakfast in the morning was well done as well, They even have cooked-to-order omelettes as neededThe rooms are very spacious we enjoyed them and they were clean, the gym was not too bad and the pool was fairly good too Even though the weather was super hot here in the middle of summer, the place was still very busy There’s plenty of car parking available for everybody and we really enjoyed the stay

The hotel was recently remodeled and very nice They had plenty of employees constantly cleaning tables and surfaces with disinfectant Our room was clean and very comfortable

We had a patio with gorgeous mountain views The breakfast was very good with many choices including made to order omelets The dinner snacks weren’t the best I’ve had at past visits but a free glass of wine is a nice touch We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend them

We have a lovely room that meets our needs nicely for a fun girls trip Comfortable beds, large refrigerator, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower and a sink plus a separate sink area with a bathtub Our outside patio looks out toward the golf course and the Marriott

Sunset is beautiful! The grounds of the property are very well maintained There is a nice pool across from our unit We can walk to the hotel using a path nearby or take the free shuttle We have enjoyed walking to the spa and hotel as it is not that far of a walk There is also plenty of covered parking for our cars I will definitely stay here again The only negative ( which does not affect my rating for the place) is the small child who started running around upstairs about 6:00 am and woke me up So, note to parents with small children who rent upper units: Some people like to sleep-in when on vacation so PLEASE be respectful and control your child(ren)

I stayed here for the weekend from 7/16/22-7/17/22 and it was very disappointing First off, our room took over 2 hours to get ready when we arrived Later we went to pool 8 and it was disgusting! My dad literally found a tooth in it! It was dirty and I found a ton of hair in it as well

There were cups floating around too Back into the room, they only provided us one very small can of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which finished very quickly There were 5 of us who had to take a shower and they finished after only 2 showers We tried calling the front desk but the phone wouldn’t work After a while, the phone worked and I ordered more shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and towels (which we ran out of as well) Then I had to take a shower right after we ordered those so I wouldn’t miss dinner and I showered with no shampoo or conditioner I had to use 3 hand drying towels to dry off my body until they brought the things we ordered The next day we didn’t do much at the hotel but the checkout is unnecessarily early which is an inconvenience Overall, do not spend your money here, there are much better hotels in Palm Springs

Rene Cornejo

I checked in around 4:20pm, and was told my room was not ready, and no ETA Even though check in is at 4:00pm I was not very happy

Went to the concierge service desk and was assisisted by Donna which was very helpful and got me a room next the a pool right awayThen I Couldn’t sleep due to a loud knocking noise coming from the fridge or water heater This was all night constantly every 2hrs or so When I checked out I mentioned this to the front desk lady, and said I’m sorry about that Not what I expected from this resort at all The only good thing was the pool area

Yes Checked in with My credit card and my BonVoy # However staff never added the BonVoy# to my account Now it is too late

Great location but your front desk are charming when they can look at their monitor but weak when they actually need to do something Restaurant, coffee bar, back yard are wonderful Pool bartenders were the best At this price point they should be better and consistent!
