Good choice for lodging in Annapolis! Great location, walkable to town, but have your comfy shoes ready if you’re choosing to walk There is a FREE shuttle that loops around Annapolis It picks up and drops off right in front of the Westin

Very convenient!Modern, clean, comfortable rooms No complaints there It was nice to have a pool for the kids to splash around after a long day out in town I only docked a star because, breakfast should be more reasonably priced Over $100 for breakfast for a family of 4 is not reasonable in my opinion Also, no included coffee in the lobby I was not about to pay for Starbucks after already paying the rather steep nightly rate If great location and a comfortable stay is what you’re looking for, you can’t go wrong with the Westin

Warm welcome from the Manager of Westin Annapolis started my business trip off to a fabulous start Sherry was incredibly helpful as it was our first event since the pandemic so we needed assistance with our logistics His warm smile each and every time I saw him was amazing

Susan was also very helpful with our booth setup Enjoyed my experience at the Westin and highly recommend

Probably one of my best hotel stays quiet clean room comfy beds nice and clean bathrooms as well Had a chance to hit the pool only 3ft deep but still got a good swim plenty of good options to eat nearby valet is 34 bucks a night but they provide great friendly and fast service 35 a night to self park and each time you pull out of parking

Absolutely stellar in every way The location was great and easy to get to with plenty of stores and restaurants in the area (though I highly suggest the Ports of Call restaurant inside the hotel) The junior suite was massive and had a very large soaking tub

Rooms were clean and looked great Finally, the staff were hands down the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with If I’m anywhere near this area in the future I will definitely pick this location again!

I contemplated writing this review because the staff was friendly but this hotel is not up to par with other Double Tree Hotels We booked a suite since we were traveling with a 9 month old and our puppy Upon arrival we were never offered the cookies that they go way out of their way to advertise over and over on their answering service and online, as Hilton honors members we were not even offered a bottle of water at check in

When we got into the room we noticed the room was not very clean Aside from the room being very outdated there was very minimal towels in the bathroom, red stains on the carpets and a funky smell throughout the suite We allowed our 9 month old to crawl around on the floor while we unpacked to which she found a LARGE switch blade knife left behind by the previous guest, after further inspection we found old moldy limes on the floor as well When my husband went to the front desk to complain about the room we were switched to another available suite We paid extra money to check in early and spent the entire time of our early check in at the front desk and then switching rooms and we weren’t offered the early check in amount to be refunded At first glance the second room seemed more suitable although still outdated and dingy with stained carpets etcbut at least this room had towels, however I found a small SLUG on our bed! Afraid of what we might find in room #3 we got rid of the slug and stayed in this room The pool was nice and is pretty much the only reason besides the friendly staff that I rated this hotel a 2/5 however we were charged wayyy more for the poolside drinks than what the menu states- double to be exact, with no explanation as to why we paid double the price for each drink Trying to salvage the rest of our stay we attempted to eat in the hotel restaurant When we went down the restaurant it did not appear to be very crowded however we were greeted by someone at the door who said it would be a very long wait before they could seat us and was basically trying to deter us from eating there We looked around at the many open tables and decided that it was probably best not to eat there since our stay was not going well thus far and left the hotel to grab dinner This was incredibly upsetting to us because we specifically booked a hotel with all amenities so that we could relax and enjoy ourselves in once place and not have to travel around with the baby The buffet breakfast was included with our stay so I have to say that is the only reason why we went to breakfast in the morning, the food was good but the dishes were not clean, there was lip marks on the orange juice glass I had and food and grease stuck to the “clean” plates next to the buffet I am incredibly disappointed with this hotel, for the amount of money we spent on this one night I would have preferred staying anywhere else, definitely not the experience you would normally get at a Double Tree Hotel

Chris Caldwell

Jody, the daytime shuttle driver, was awesome, very kind, and as flexible and accommodating as possible considering all the wedding traffic at the hotel, as were most of the other staff Maybe a 10 minute ride to downtown or the academy Rooms are a bit tired and dated, but adequate with a audible clicking, yet functional AC

The firm king bed that I slept upon was not at the Double Tree standard that I have come to expect, but others may prefer it The rooms are relatively quiet if you are on the front side away from the busy four lane Breakfast is typical Double Tree and a decent Annapolis hotel value with a good $15 buffet and multiple cooked to order optionsI’ve never written a review mentioning loyalty status, but if you are expecting any sort of status upgrades or preferential treatment for being a long time Honors member, look elsewhere Despite no wait behind me and being alone at the front desk with two attendants, my Honors status was not acknowledged at check in, I was not offered water, or even a cookie, and I even received a lecture from ‘Joshua(maybe 5’9″ or so, balding, with glasses)’ about the limitations of the food and beverage credit, and how Honors members have long taken advantage(his words) of the complimentary breakfast Almost ‘anti’ in the customer service department and likely in need of remediation I also had the displeasure of phone call with ‘Joshua’ a couple of days after my stay, due to a billing error, and he once again reinforced his hospitality shortcomingsOverall, a decent hotel but one bad egg can cause a lingering odor

I stayed overnight with my daughter and she said it was the best day of her life! Great location, lovely staff, clean spacious room and the indoor pool was a bonus! We walked to the historic ships and the National Aquarium, the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay but the hotel provided a list of local eateries and the breakfast cafe was ideal We will definitely be back!

Well me and the wife stayed here for an anniversary getaway The service was absolutely amazing Ms

Michell at the front desk sent us chocolate covered strawberries and champagne Complete surprise for us We were just having regular conversation and she sent us a gift Very attentive and caring to our needs and privacy Mr James the concierge made sure we barely lifted a finger or the phone He knows all the good spots close by We loved the view and the staff

James Coutourier

The staff is great with good hospitality The location is actually even better, right across the street from the beginning of the harbor A very peaceful hotel but It’s way overpriced

Very old looking with a weird carpet stench Chipped walls, chipped doors Looks like an old Catholic Church Doesn’t have a good view either compared to other local hotels Old dirty carpet ! It was a burn mark in the unattached foot rest not to mention it didn’t even match Just a badly designed hotel for the price Needs remodeling

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

This was not a comfortable stay for us It was not a nice Embassy Suites The entire hotel seemed unclean and outdated

I can’t even get into all of the details of the different issues with thatOur room smelled terrible The couch in the living room was so dirty I asked my daughter to not touch it The curtain rod from the shower was hanging down from loose screws on both ends of it, from the walls We could not even keep the shower curtain closed enough for water to not come out onto the floor And we could only shower after having maintenance come up to jimmy the faucets to get them to workThe back of the toilet tank was broken, there were stains on the bathroom floor The carpet was very dirtyAfter just feeling so uncomfortable in the hotel itself, we were at least looking forward to breakfast Got down there at 6 because we had to hit the road, and waited for a while only to be told that because it was a holiday, breakfast was not until 7 That was annoying because not only were we told 6, we were also given a piece of paper that said 6 o’clock The man sending us away actually argued with me and told me I would have been given a piece of paper upon check in that said because of the holiday it was 7 I pulled out the paper to show him, which said 6 And another couple standing and waiting with us, had actually just called the front desk and were also told 6 So we had to leave without eating and go find a gas station breakfast so we could hit the road Really just annoying and disappointing Not a fun stay

Visited MD 5 times within 3 months because I’m buying a house and, so far this is best hotel we stayed at Amazing location, Hotel is gorgeous, staff is nice, unlimited parking… but few things why I’m not giving 5 stars- 1st and most important, room cleaning service is available only every day and you HAVE TO REQUEST IT FIRST

So if you booked for 3 days or 2, your room will not be taken care of- Rooms are too close to each other Almost no privacy When you open your room, a bunch of people can see inside if they are outside in front of their rooms, on the balcony or even in the elevators which are fully transparent- The breakfast service has this lady who is so unprofessional and rude Zero customer service I went to breakfast on day 2 and it was a very nice and professional gentleman making the omelettes On day 3 it was a lady and literally everyone was complaining about her attitudeOverall, it was a good stay even if I called a week ahead and specifically asked for a baby crib in my room for our little one but it was not there Luckily we got it about an hour later after checking in That didn’t affect my review I wish I can give 45

This past weekend we stayed at the Embassy Suites at BWI We spent 36,000 points for a suite and were super disappointed When we arrived our room only had two towels and three pillows, which clearly isn’t enough

The room overall felt dated and honestly dirty The carpeting was pulling up in the common areas The shower was tiny (see photo) and there was mold around the whole base The shelf in the shower had been ripped out of the wall and never put back up, so our shampoo and soaps had to be placed on the floor (see photo) The floor of the shower was also poorly patched leaving it super rough The toilet paper holder had also been ripped from the wall and not replaced (see photo) We told the front desk, but I think they misunderstood and sent us extra soap and toilet paper The staff was struggling due to the hotel being booked and them being stretched thin The evening reception was poor We were limited to three drink options and poor bar snacks There were only two staff members, so the drink line backed up to the lobby Again, we have no complaints with the staff, there just weren’t enough of them Then for breakfast they couldn’t keep up with the crowds There was only one person bring out food, which left the counters a mess and everything constantly empty The man was trying so hard to keep up and he was so kind, but in a fully booked hotel, one person is not enough for this task The parking lot was dark and there were hardly any open spots We came across a car (not far from our own) with a smashed window and all the tires missing (see photo) There were no cameras or security around the parking lot, which was super alarming Additionally, this was my first stay I have had since achieving Hilton honors diamonds status and nothing was mentioned or provided regarding my status during my stay

The Inn is a cute little boutique hotel located just over the Bay Bridge The bed was very comfortable The grounds were cute with the gardens and various outbuildings

I was there as a bridesmaid at the The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club so I did not get to enjoy the dipping pools I did walk around the grounds and they were lovely I would have liked to use a bike and ride around to see the sightsWe drove from western New York and arrived around 2:30 pm We had to wait for our room 🙁 All my hubby wanted was to lie down after a 7+ hour drive but I think we waited less than 1 hour…The staff was very personable at every encounter: from the front desk, to the door people to the drivers (Their breakfast sandwiches were priced well and delicious With a captive audience, they really could have hosed us on the price but didn’t)

Sean Smith

It was a wonderful experience Great attitudes and service from the staff Rooms were clean and stocked

Could easily ask for more water if necessary My only issues were for it being called a beach club, there was no beach in view The coffee machine in our room was a bit different than the one in directions It probably worked the same way but I wasnt willing to mess with it Finally, add sandals/flip flops to the market shop, that’s easy money

Chris Kohout

We hosted our grandmother‘s 95th birthday here The service was fantastic, we highly recommend the tater tot bar and crab dip appetizers We also served the salmon, steak, salad, risotto, orzo, and asparagus

Everyone enjoyed the main course that the Smith Island cake for dessert in sundae bar were perhaps the highlight of the meal Especially for the kids! The outdoor grounds including giant chess set, pergola, and fire pit make this place an excellent choice to host any gathering

Fun spot to stay! Great views of the harbor in a residential feeling area Super easy to unpack and check in Had a room facing the courtyard which felt secure but let in a lot of natural light

Bed was super comfy! Plenty of closet space and drawers to unpack and feel at home The A/C worked…ventilation fan in the bathroom (why is this so rare in hotels these days?!)…and it was very clean Located right near the Fells Point action, but isn’t too noisy or busy Very nice to walk around outside Bars are about a five minute walk away along the private slip docks Will definitely recommend this good deal to others

We loved our stay here We stayed for a week while in town for a family member having surgery at John’s Hopkins Hospital The location was great for weeks at we needed and the parking was a nice location and secure

Our room was very pretty with nice furniture and some welcome items such as water The beds were comfortable Our marina view was pretty and we enjoyed looking out at the water We took walks around the area everyday and the location was great for walking with paths and sidewalks with easy access to cute areas and a variety of restaurants On the property they have a very nice common area with couches and a coffee and tea area The courtyard is also a very nice place to and get some fresh air and relax The staff was nice In particular, Raymond is an excellent leader and provides outstanding customer service William was also helpful The breakfast is pretty basic with packaged stuff and some fruit, but we appreciated it We had a couple minor issues with maintenance such as there were ants in our room and the drain was slow in our sink However, the pros definitely outweighed the cons We will absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area It was an over all great experience

Sandfilled Boots

Great renovation and re-decoration since March 2020 Always a good nights sleep here and great front desk help Lobby attendant at breakfast is always so helpful and cheery

Small business ‘center’ is appreciated for the printer The wooden boardwalk has since been repaired and early morning joggers pass by outer rooms more discreetly than before and rooms facing the interior garden are the quietest! This is our go-to hotel in Fell’s Point Highly recommend

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, including two kids, and it was a great option for us The hotel was clean and the check-in was easy and smooth Everyone at the front and bell desks was friendly

Front desk gave my kids “golden tickets” good for a free item at the coffee shop, which made the kids feel special The hotel is directly across the street from Camden Yards and you cannot beat this location if you’re coming into town for a ball gameOur room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable and fit our four people The only available option when I booked was a room with two double beds We would have enjoyed bigger beds but for one night it was perfectly fineI booked a room with a ballpark view and it blew away my kids If you get a different room view there is a great spot on the fourth floor where you can look out into the ballparkThe pool is a lap pool and less than 4 feet deep at all spots It was enough for a short time with the kids to get some energy out but not big enough to spend an afternoon or any extended period of time

Aaron Chau

Great hotel! The experience was seamless from check in to check out It’s also really close to the harbor so it was neat to explore/walk around the neighborhoodThe rooms were large and clean

Many of them have an amazing view of the ballpark A few drawbacks though – the air conditioner was kinda on the weak side and the showerhead (or water pressure) can be improvedThe breakfast was only buffet style I wasn’t aware of this ahead of time and since we were pressed for time, we skipped it Thankfully, the lobby also had a grab-n-go cafe with breakfast sandwiches and drinks!Parking was also quite cheap for a downtown hotel So no complaints there! The garage was easy to navigate and there are more than enough spaces

S R

The mixed reviews made me a little nervous, but overall it was a great stay I booked some sort of special that came with a plush animal & never got it, so if you see that, don’t bother Room was nice, kids like the pool despite the filtration system needing a check as the water wasn’t a clear as it should be

There is a restaurant/bar area open that had a delicious breakfast & everyone that worked there was friendly I highly recommend using the app to check in & out of the hotel I did have to go to the front desk twice & both people working were nice & we received requested towels promptlyThe hotels located is awesome, walking distance to the Babe Ruth museum & directly across from Camden Yards

Overall good experience The hotel was modern and clean The room was a bit small, but very comfortable and clean

My only dislike was the need for a reservation for the pool, by the time I checked-in all timeslots were taken so that was a bummer Plenty of parking Staff was niceThe location was great Near a mall and plenty of restaurants

Josh S

I can confidently say I can review this hotel with vast insight My family and I called this home for 4 months while traveling for work This was an amazing hotel with the best staff you could ever hope to get

Not only was the stay amazing, the experience was out of this worldThe rooms were of good size, we started in a room with two beds and ended up wanting a little more play space for our son so we requested a different room We were brought up to the floor and shown a few different rooms to choose from We chose a room that offered more of what we wanted and were very happy with the choice for the rest of our stay We found that the entire hotel stayed very clean and tidy The hotel offered many amenities including a laundry room which saved us a lot of hassle and time Our son LOVED the indoor pool and spa The hotel gym was not used as much as it should have been by us but it was very nicely laid out and offered many machines to choose from As for the hotel restaurant, we mostly took advantage of weekend breakfast which never disappointed My wife liked to grab a Togo breakfast and coffee before work and raved about how accommodating the staff was I truthfully believe we knew every face of every staff member before our check out and we had zero complaints with any of them They all were amazing The staff went above and beyond with our son and even invited us to a WONDERFUL Christmas party where the big man in red himself showed up ( Thank y’all so much for this, it meant more than you could ever know!) While there for four months, we only had one opportunity that needed the staffs attention, our electronic lock on our door failed and we got locked out The engineering staff took wonderful care of us and knocked out the problem instantly Truthfully it was no inconvenience due to the wonderful attitudes of the gentlemen who fixed everything The hotel is VERY convenient to literally anything you could ever need Restaurants, malls, grocery stores, you name it and you are no more than 10 mins awayI can only hope our next hotel is half as good as our crown plaza stay Thank you for the amazing experience Crown Plaza Annapolis, we hope to visit you again someday!

James Ortegaz

The hotel is nice and clean And house keeping was amazing But reading the reviews on here I see it a common this to be told that your stay comes with breakfast, and be denied breakfast on my visit! I spent over $400 for 2 nights (Saturday & Sunday)

I understand Saturday is a premium rate day but Sunday the hotel was empty So I don’t understand when I brought it to the front desk attention all they can say is I have to spend more money for breakfast! Smh

I picked this hotel because of the close proximity to the aquarium I would like to give it a 5 star but was turned off because there wasn’t any washcloths in the room when we checked in so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to our room A few minutes later there was someone at our door but he stated that they didn’t have any washcloths and handed me two hand towels and stated that I could use it in place of a washcloth due to not having any? I don’t know if this meant that the hotel didn’t have any at all or if there wasn’t any clean ones? I assume not at all due to not having a single washcloth in the room upon check in

Other then that the hotel was really nice, love the elevator The parking was great and was attached to the hotel You have to pay to park but its expected in this area

The employees made it excellent, along with other kind hotel guests Yes, it needs refurbishing, yet when there is a “Miss Penny” who understands we are disabled and treated us so very well for some delicious breakfasts that matters more than a few stains on a carpet The bartender was gracious when I asked for a scotch after my husband had a small hissy fit which upset me

I gave the Porter who took our luggage down a $20 tip He arrived promptly did his job politely and I so enjoyed his reaction The Front Desk Staff was always willing to give us more bottled water and coffee podsNone of these individuals had to be so cheerful and helpful They did it because of who they are I believe they are grateful for their jobs, hopefully enjoy working for the Hyatt Regency and are, quite simply, just kind, good people We had a wonderful time

This is hard to narrow down I stayed 4 nights recently for work The location is fantastic, very convenient to the Inner Harbor activities

All the staff were friendly and helpful All the meals I enjoyed as part of our meetings were delicious and well presented Those are the good points I stayed 4 nights Not once was our room serviced I asked at the front desk and was told rooms are only cleaned every third day? And yet the rooms across the hall were serviced daily There is only 1 tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom that was soon overflowing I looked for 1 near the ice machine but found none The shower was lovely, but only provided water that was either boiling or freezing, nothing in between You had to decide each morning whether you wanted to freeze or boil I opted one evening to have dinner in the Bistro 300 restaurant The maitre’d told me to pick a table, which I did And then waited And waited After nearly 15-minutes I left On the lift back to my room there was a large advertisement for room service “Just look at the menu in your room and call for service” Looked in room: no menu Dinner that night consisted of some snacks I had in my bag Would be hard pressed to recommend this hotel

Very convenient location for access to downtown and a few great, very close-by restaurants and barsHowever, agree with others on horrendous service Front desk staff are frankly combative and seemed to take pleasure in denying reservations

A weird culture of trying to make the travel experience as miserable as possible Had to ultimately contact third party booking site, who then got in touch directly with hotel, to get pre-paid booking honored Quite an ordeal One day, the staff also failed to alert guests of adjoining road closures until the day of, when parked cars became inaccessible for several hours Manager completely unapologetic regarding all of thisRooms are good, price is fair for area, safe neighborhoodBottom line: do not recommend, will not stay again

Suzie Jacob

Location is great, walking distance from restaurants and bars The room was fine, pretty standard Service however was terrible: checking in was an ordeal, with bad attitude from the receptionist

Room service is only provided if specifically requested We were also not informed of a road closure, with signs posted on elevators the day of – for a closure starting at 10am and lasting the whole morning! Had to figure out myself where to temporarily relocate the car, as the receptionist seemed very unconcerned and didn’t provide any help Would not recommend

My wife and I stayed here 20 years ago We went last Wednesday for our anniversary Hotel staff was great

View was great Bar was great Bed was very comfortable My only complaint would be I could not get the room as cold as I wanted it but I think we were facing the sun most of the day with the curtains open because of the great view!

Christopher Ferry

My wife surprised me with a last minute reservation to spend the night at Marriott Waterfront to celebrate a belated wedding anniversary The location is nice with a great view of the inner harbor The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Our room was modern and clean We were both very pleased with our stay and look forward to being able to visit again for an extended stay in the near future

I had a very nice stay Everything was great I was in town for a concert at Pier 6 and the location of this hotel was perfect

The view from my room was greatThe only complaint was the elevator situation It was a nightmare every time I needed to use it Bad to the point that people were wagering money on when they would show up To be fair the hotel was packed when I was thereI had a nice stay and I’d definitely return

On June 3, 2022, our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Annapolis, MD When I booked this room, I was under the impression that it would sleep five people If I try to book a room at your hotel today, it still shows the same information

This means that your website is set up to allow five people in a suite that should only hold two people When we arrived and checked in, we were assigned that room and I’m not sure how five grown people were supposed to sleep in that one room? I have never had an issue booking for five people in the past and if I could not fit five in a room then it would make me do two rooms However, this did not happen when I booked at your hotel The front desk was able to give us a room with two queens, which left one person sleeping on the dirty floor Needless to say he woke up in pain and the pain lasted for several days, which he had to seek chiropractic care for relief Someone had checked in earlier with the same impression and they were able to get a cot, we had to end up with sheets on the floor We also had an issue with blood all over one of the pillows We had to request a new one from the front desk Management has been contacted twice about the issue and the issue was brought up that day to the front desk I still have had no resolve to this matter Poor customer service, questionable cleanliness issues and terrible all around experience from someone who used to stay regularly at IHG Hotels but will now look into my other options!

I booked a surprise weekend for hubby and I to get away The Inn at Horn Point is on a quiet residential street with parking right in front of the Inn It was beautifully decorated in general but more so for Christmas

The Owners, Cory and Carol were knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions and made reservations for us The Inn is within walking distance to everything and was a welcome change instead of having to drive We really enjoyed the down time Breakfast was great and they accommodated my vegan dietary restrictions and allergies The Sequoia room was nice especially with the fireplace Thanks Cory and Carol for a great weekend

Diane Pizzano

The Inn at Horn Point was a fabulous experience for us Cory provided excellent personalized service including dinner recommendations and advice about the local area, customized breakfast service, and other useful information The Inn is an intimate setting in a quiet residential area with free parking

The inn is within a 5 minute walk to water views and restaurants, and the commercial area of downtown Annapolis is about a 10-12 minute walk

What an incredible hotel and hospitality experience — thank you, Annapolis Waterfront team! I’ve never been at a hotel this thoughtful and accommodating We were worried about having our puppy in the hotel, and Rene went miles out of his way to make sure we (and the pup!) were comfortable and happy The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-designed, and we are so grateful to the team that runs it

Highly, highly recommend!

Michelle Gothers

My husband booked the wrong date and we noticed about 30 minutes before we arrived to the hotel Janasia at the front desk was so understanding, sweet and was STILL able to accommodate us! The room was amazing and we could not believe the hospitality It was quick, painless and they made our weekend so much better by helping us out

HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Megan Bennett

The rooms are pretty but that’s about it We went for a girls weekend and wanted to watch a late night movie only to find out that the TV’s aren’t smart tv’s and have no streaming access like most other Marriott hotels For $500+ per night, you would think the bathrooms would be a little more lux

Our room phone didn’t work because the entire outlet was busted Our bedside lamps also did not work The view and location are the only attractive thing about the hotel

Wandered in here looking for a place to eat and have a few drinks Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and amazing food My wife had the fried chicken sliders and cheese popovers which were awesome

I had the baby gem wedge to try something different I don’t usually enjoy blue cheese dressing but this was top notch!Really good food, decent drink selections, and excellent cocktails Would definitely recommend

This place is on a stretch of great brunch places but did not have a bottomless mimosa option and though pricey the crab cake sandwich was good I bought a round of drinks to keep the peace about the pricing vs the generous gratuity already on the checkOur waitress was not as attentive as many of the places in the strip

It was mostly noticeable because we didn’t have bottomless mimosas to occupy us but had to keep re-ordering drinks one at a time a wait for the bartender to make the roundSomeone heard us talking and told us that dinner pricing vs portion is more reasonable…I guess come after 3 n u won’t leave hungry

Tracy Belaski

I’ve always enjoyed Waterfront, but I’m not convinced that the new ownership under Atlas is for the better The entire menu has been overhauled- gone are the days of solid, reasonably priced bar food and drinks The menu is also significantly limited

We ordered the spinach dip, which came with a measly serving of bread and a small bowl of potato chips – the potato chips seemed like an odd choice I also ordered the crab cake, which could have been good if it hadn’t been burnt to oblivion This cake was not a little over toasted – it was clearly burnt and should not have left the kitchen, especially considering it wasn’t a cheap entree in the first place Crab meat is expensive and they ruined it Under other circumstances I would have sent it back, but the service was slow for our entire visit and I was too hungry to wait around for new food I had to ask for a glass of water on 3 separate occasions before I finally got one There were 2 bartenders on duty: one who was experienced but was too busy gossiping with another employee most of the night, and one who clearly had no idea what he was doing and had very little experience dealing with a busy and fast paced environment I don’t think I’ll be coming back except for the few occasions that my friend’s band plays there, and I’ll definitely be dining somewhere else beforehand

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

Gavin GUARDMAN

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep
