Fun atmosphere, and great food The rooms are unique and different We sat at the rooftop bar and enjoyed a beautiful day

They pool seemed nice, though we did not get in The bed is not the best, but it is still good I get the feeling that this can be a pretty loud place, so this may not be for you if you are looking for a quiet retreat For our purposes we really enjoyed it

Wende Walraven

My daughter picked this hotel which is different than where I usually stay It was convenient and easy to get to downtown I am very happy with her choice

The rooms were very clean and unique The roof top pool and bar provide an awesome view of the skyline and the atmosphere was relaxing and extremely laid back The staff was particularly helpful, friendly, and down to earth A very pleasant stay and will stay there again

So

my stay at Canvas Hotel was a lucky accident I got the last room at the last minute and it turns out it was the best room with the best views (512 for your booking pleasure)First the hotel is in an historic landmark building (1910 Sears building) in Dallas so it has this exquisite industrial Brooklyn loft-style feel Think Ace hotel LA or NY but with southern hospitality Big warm welcome, fun, inviting lobby with sofas and pool tables and incredibly high ceilings letting in tons of light My beagle Gigi was warmly welcomed all over the hotelThe service was pre pandemic “it’s all about you vibe” and the food was delicious But the high water mark was the roof top bar and view of Dallas Incredible, like no other in Dallas and with more personality and no Highland Park attitudeIf you are in Dallas, don’t go downtown, go to the Canvas Hotel and just chill out You have the best view of the cityBut I gave this hotel 5 stars not only for the views and food, but because of the people who workThat says something Thank you

Well, the rating was extremely tricky; the hotel grounds were welcoming and nice I really wanted to offer 1 star for the room, but a 4 stars for the hotel desk attendant She appeared to be very new, but helpful and super friendly

She did let me know that this was the only double bed with sofa available for the night, therefore we could not change rooms The room was a different story As soon as we walked in the hand towel in the bathroom was laying on the counter as if it had been used and there were gummy candies on the floor The room did not get cold at all! The room remained damped our entire stay We were in room 421 and the bed on the left is absolutely uncomfortable And yes asked about another room and the attendant let me know that this was the only double bed with sofa available for the night, therefore we could not change rooms These are the reasons I rated our stay a 1 starThanks

When I first walked in the hotel it was looking marvelous and the hotel staff was great The hotel room was great, great size ,great look nice bathroom thumbs up

Now me and my party was looking forward to check out the swimming pool but the main focus was the jacuzzi and it wasn’t working strike number one☝️ Before the night was over some things was crashing the party and it was a bed bug strike number two ✌ Got in touch with the night manager about the situation immediately he had left the front desk and came upstairs and took control the bedbug problem After that we have to sleep on the sofa sleeper the bed was a no go very the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, left the hotel that morning with disappointment and unsatisfactory But my party had left they glasses in the and trying to retrieve them from the lost and found and that was a no-go strike number three👌The reason for the two stars was the staff and the hotel but the room that’s a no-go

AM D

Front desk staff were wonderful, personable and helpful Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable Lots of places to eat nearby

I just wish Home 2 would have some oatmeal at their locations Also, not sure why rooms are painted yellow; would look classier with a light gray or other neutral But those are just tiny details Overall really nice stay Also, free parking Convenient location

Staff was fantastic all if them

Room service Receptionist Even the lady that makes a pretty decent included breakfast the room was clean big The shower trickles if you put it on massage the water dosent even hit the back wall About the only complaint My coworker said he complained to the front desk and they changed his room His second room was better but the same water issues

Romario Pedraza

Room was a 35 was clean but little details inside like not very well swept or the bathroom had some corners that needed a little look at Didn’t take pics but it was a place to stay for the night

A 45 on the breakfast they had sausage and eggs and biscuits and gravey The front desk guy was okay but I guess it was his last minutes of work so he was done I didn’t let that bother me he got me my room and key so I was happy Great place to just stay sleep and go

Na Lit

I stayed at this location weeks ago, but I have been too busy in my travels to have left a review sooner My stay at this Desoto Comfort Suites was good The breakfast was okay with a decent variety

I was a really late check in, but I was very pleased with the front desk check in person Joe was a really nice person to greet me with a pleasant and warm welcome Check in was no problem He has outstanding customer service 👏!! His sense of humor was refreshing considering it was late at night His professionalism extended into the early morning when myself and other guests came down for breakfast Unfortunately, when checking out later that day, the front desk service was disappointing It was a female I believe her name was Vett She seemed disengaged and unprofessional This is not good for guests to experience in the morning or anytime of the day We spend our money for comfort and great service all throughout the stay I’ve stayed at many Comfort Suites and Choice hotels, but this location may make me reconsider because the service was inconsistent Joe really made the difference, and I can really appreciate a positive attitude from professionals Please do better and talk with your morning and evening front desk staff I shouldn’t have to go to certain locations for Choice hotels to receive excellent customer service 🙄 😒

The staff and service at the hotel is very nice, friendly and helpful We’ve stayed 3 times at the hotel since last year and it is already showing a bit of wear Room 112 had missing shower glass and a little mold around the shower

The breakfast buffet has good local home cooked options, vs the cans, however they run out quickly and have a hard time keeping up with the them as they do replenishing the coffee cups and drink glasses Certainly recommend the hotel, but hope they can tighten up a couple things to ensure it remains a quality option

Herschel Taylor

We stayed Wed through Saturday, and housekeeping did not come in a single time We had to keep going to the desk for towels and bath cloths, and the dirty towels pile just kept growing No coffee pot, desk said we would get one by Thursday, of course one never came

The shower handle I could not turn, and when my husband did it for me, it moaned and groaned loud for several seconds The refrigerator did not ever even get mildly cool So no vacuum of floors, no trash removal, no bed linens changed or even straightened up The toilet line sounds like a vacuum leak or something, made a loud piercing noise every time it was flushed for about 30 seconds Marriott, for shame! The staff were nice and the breakfast manager was excellent

We were not familiar with the area and looking for a place to stay since my dad was at the VA hospital in Dallas on Lancaster and we live too far to make the drive each day in the traffic This was the closest place with a name we trusted A two-night stay for my mom and I ended up being 4 nights and each day we were unsure when my dad would be released from the hospital

Abby at the front desk was more than accommodating and understanding to our situation and saved the same room for us each night and I would call her when I knew whether or not we needed it The evening and weekend staff, Sandy and Fatima, were always well-informed when we arrived in the evening and I did not have to explain everything again Having the same room was also comforting since my elderly mom loved the handrails in the bathtub (I selected an accessible room for her) They were so kind and accommodating and told us where the washer was since we did not bring enough clothes and gave us complimentary soap! The ladies in the breakfast area were also incredibly nice and pleasant, especially Silvia who started to recognize us and knew my mom was sad and brought us a little Grab and Go bag to take to the hospital and even gave my mom a hug! It was more than a hotel stay These people really cared about us and our situation and made it a home away from home! The hotel was clean, the beds were super soft and comfy, the tv was easy to manage Thank you to everyone! I couldn’t be more grateful!

Mark Suggs

Unfortunately my truck broke down and I had to put it in the shop The hotel provided a shuttle to pick me up from the Freightliner place and carry me to the hotel The repair took longer than expected so I had to extend my stay

Jessie, the hotel manager was so helpful in doing so and also keeping the same room rate He was so helpful and friendly In fact the entire staff were very friendly and helpful The housekeeping staff were super nice making sure I had everything I needed The room was immaculate and very nice!! Spacious and decorated nicely The entire hotel was very well kept up, clean and taken care of Very quite and nice stay The continental breakfast was very good The food was very good and plentiful Sylvia, the main attendant, was super nice She not only kept the food and coffee stocked, but while she was cleaning tables, she went from table to table checking if everyone was satisfied and if anyone needed anything She had a great personality and very friendly as well I wish more hotels were like this place Very nice!! Thank you Holiday Inn Express, but most importantly, thank you Jessie for you and entire staff for making my stay so nice and comfortable!! Awesome

JMac mjjjm7

This hotel is so beautiful and unique art everywhere It has style and creative genius from the artist throughout the hotel The art is uniquely a time piece from Mary Monroe days

Today the front clerk wasn’t that friendly when we checked in and could have left a bad taste in my mouth however; a staff member named David was extremely kind and courteous to show us the entire hotel resort He was patience, great energy, knowledgeable of the history of the hotel He was tired from a long day but took time to help us explore the hotel I will recommend this hotel more than any other hotel Thank you David for making me only wanting to stay at the Lorenzo when I visit DallasProsThe pool closes at 11pmRestaurant inside the hotelHotel decor is modernLocation is 10 mins or less from downtownDecor is phenomenalPricing is reasonable

This was a surprisingly great little place It’s renovated so it certainly has charm, and the artistic touches will have you engaged in any room or hallway at the LorenzoThe beds are comfortable & sleep well, rooms are a great size for the cost even at the base rate, the views of the city are stunning with floor to ceiling windows, & the rooms are furnished with unique and aesthetically appealing pieces that you won’t see everyday

The bartender was friendly, food was quick, and parking was easy Highly recommended

Internet Name

Never Again I stayed at this place a dozen times just because of location to work I’m a lifetime platinum member

This place is terrible In July, the rooms are 80 degrees AC is significantly under powered Week of July 4th I has to change 5 rooms to get a room I did not sweat in Garbage in the halls, bathrooms moldy and rusty The place is not maintained

Maria Martinez

Upon check in the front desk agent, I can’t remember her name but it was around 1pm, was extremely kind and excited we were getting married later in the day We went to our room and got ready and she wanted to take some pictures for us before the wedding Honestly it was some of the best pictures we got from that day

Upon return from our wedding there were flowers and a card in our room She went above and beyond to help our special day just a little more special She deserves special recognition and I just wish I remembered her name

Jessica Carpenter

For starters, the gorgeous lady (wearing beautiful head dressing) at the front desk was such a delight on arrival and as we were heading out The room was absolutely gorgeous with a kitchen, living room area, comfy bed, and a wonderful bathroom It was perfect for our day getaway from our kiddos

We will definitely book again for when we take the kids to Six Flags here next week The location is absolutely perfect because we could park and walk up as we pleased instead of dealing with downtown Dallas parking/vallet I highly recommend this place!

I would like to thank the staff for making my 3 day staff a pleasant one Very attentive, courteous, thoughtful even a thank you Diana that took care of our breakfast in the morning before a long day that was before us To a clean relaxing room at night

A convenient location near restaurants and Walmart To the shuttle bus drivers that was careful with there cargo as they transported us to and from the hotel I definitely recommend this hotel as far as Security in the parking lot I cannot speak for that since I did not have a vehicle here

Belt Line

The room I had was nice However the front desk is rude and acts like they can’t speak When I would call the front desk from my room if I needed something, the lady would sound impatient and huff and puff and slam the phone

If you don’t know how to service people then quit working in customer service I cannot stand people with stank attitudes especially when I’m always polite I didn’t like the room they put me in because the TV had a big black line on the left side, looks like the previous guest punched it or something Housekeeping did not line the trash bins my second night They didn’t even clean my shower They left dark spots on the shower floor It’s beautiful on the outside but it is a very rachet hotel I would only stay here again if the staff was replaced and had better service

Romario Pedraza

A great place in Desoto Not so bad for a late booking from priceline The hotel does offer breakfast a full breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy

Enjoyed the stay was very comfy The room looked great but the halls smelled kinda odd The hotel looks high end The room we where assigned the door was really hard to get open Maybe because of the weather it set different but it was stuck you really had to pull on it Showers and bathrooms are nice Bed and pillows where comfy I would not mind picking this hotel again Was close to a Walmart that I really needed to go to in the morning Also places to eat as well so really do recommend

If you are staying away from a day or multiple this places has all your needs and wants! Very clean and maintained, they offer dinning and a free breakfast with a large variety The barmaid was extremely friendly and welcoming as well as the front desk! You could tell the employee enjoyed their job We didn’t get to use the pool but you should know it’s heated!! The $24 price for parking is worth the views and hospitality! It’s a great price to pay to know your vehicle is housed safely in a parking garage vs on the street

They also offer Amazon packaging delivery to the downstairs area where they have the Amazon lockers The kitchenette was ideally stocked and it made for a great home away from home! We traveled with two little ones and they enjoyed the spacious rooms! We will return!

Ian Gellis

Beautiful hotel; clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, good TV, nice downtown view, large fridge & microwave

Could easily spend 2+ weeks living in this room by myself maybe up to 5 days with spouseThey even had very good oatmeal on their complementary breakfast buffet Good breakfast buffet overall My one complaint is the coffee maker in the room was cheap to the point of being almost useless

Willow Taylor

Not only is the hotel beautiful, the staff handled everything with care and friendliness The valet parking was amazing and convenient They took care of our car and our personal items

The lobby was clean and the decorations were new and modern The free breakfast was delicious and hot, they had a wide variety of options to choose from The room we stayed in was the studio one king and couch The room was spacious and very clean The pillows and bed were goose feathered and soooo comfortable The bathroom was tidy and neat, the shower was amazing we had hot water the entire time 10/10 Me and my husband are definitely going to stay here again when we come back to Dallas

Accommodations are great, breakfast was very satisfactory and my son enjoyed the pool with friends However, every staff we interacted with did not seem happy to be helping guests and requesting a late check out was almost denied due to housekeeping

but we were checking out on a Sunday and it didn’t appear that they had an influx of check ins happening while we had to sit in the lobby for the next 5 hours We stayed here because our event was hosted at the adjoining convention center but not the best place to stay if you are passing through or would like a friendly staff

Diana Ramirez

I come to Dallas at least once a month and almost always stay here Usually I have no problem The location is great and it’s a clean hotel

However, the night of April 14, 2022 was an unpleasant experience I checked in kind of late that night between 10-11 pm with my boyfriend (who I added as a guest when I booked the room on the Hilton app early that day) As I approached the front desk a black woman working that night demanded she had to see my id and my card, also stating I hadn’t reserved the room and that I had to pay Keep in mind I am a Diamond Hilton member, I know how to properly book a room online I was only going to the front desk for a physical card for my boyfriend I even let her know I already had a room number and my digital key was working so why would I need to pay again? She completely ignored me and proceeded to tell the other woman who she appeared to be training that we were “irresponsible” for not bringing my id and card and that it was our fault (they were in the car which my boyfriend went to go get) When she charged me AGAIN for the room I also noticed the price was higher than what I originally paid for when I booked online NOT including yet another $50 incidental charge At that point I wasn’t going to argue with her or even ask her why the price was higher I was already sleepy and annoyed of her impolite attitude The day after checkout (April 18, 2022) I received my folio and noticed the charge was exactly what I had booked the room for myself THROUGH THE APP I proceeded to call the hotel and asked them why was my bank account showing a different amount charged The woman who answered claimed to work with billing and said she couldn’t understand why the woman had charged me more and that there was nothing she could do about it because it was 7am Monday morning after Easter and that maybe the bank hadn’t caught up to what the hotel actually charged Eventually this was sorted out but I still don’t understand why the woman at the front desk even charged me more that night? She also didn’t offer me the free water and snack Diamond members get Even my boyfriend mentioned how unnecessarily rude she was to us I usually don’t bother writing reviews but this is one I had to complain about Getting treated badly by staff for no reason definitely ruined my go to hotel for me

Jermaine Layton

I was visiting to enjoy a banquet located in Ballroom A The front desk hostess could have been more welcoming She wasn’t super rude, but she was very direct and unwelcoming

The ballroom where the event was located was stuffy and warm and needed the AC on The hotel room my boss had reserved for me to change clothes in had a stuffy smell in it as well, but I can say that everything in the room seemed clean I’m not sure how long their 2nd elevator has been out of service, but my hope is that it will swiftly get fixed due to long waits and the elevator stopping on each floor and the concern of social distancing (pandemic protocols)The servers that catered the food were friendly and accommodating which may have been the best of the experience For the purpose of the event, we did enjoy ourselves, but realizing the experience as a consumer, this hosting hotel could improve more with the small things

This is a great place to stay, new accommodations That was very comfortable The staff was wonderful, front desk friendly, accommodating, helpful etc

It is a new Hampton Inn and so the room is really fresh It is quite minimalistic I prefer a little bit more warmth in the decor but it was great for what I needed My only downer was the breakfast It’s not real good, and I had trouble finding low calorie protein delicious things to eat The eggs were like prepackaged and warmed I was tempted to go to the Hilton Garden Inn next-door for breakfast But other than that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place

Veronica Carrion

This is an exceptionally clean hotel The rooms and lobby were clean and well maintained The beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was not that bad

I felt safe in this hotel and was not worried about health issues while I was there Sunday breakfast was pretty good too, sausage, egg omelets, homestyle potatoes plus all the normal breakfast foods found at hotelsMy biggest complaint was the road noise Even numbered rooms are by the hwy and if you are not a heavy sleeper don’t plan on a good nights rest Additionally while we did make use of the indoor pool I felt it was time to have it cleaned but our visit may have been timed improperly for their cleaning schedule If not for that I would have given the hotel 5 stars We would stay there again but next time strongly request a room on the parking lot side

Brock Belmonte

We had an initial issue upon arrival with our reservation and room not being available However Ravi Patel the manager handled the situation like a professional and took care of the entire situation After I spoke with Ravi he resolved all of our issues

I’d highly recommend you stay here because of how well Ravi takes care of his guests On top of all of this the hotel breakfast was good both days of our stay The rooms were very nice and extremely clean which is much appreciated I look forward to our next stay here!

Easy check-in with clear instructions and a fast response if you’ve got any questions The room was comfortable and cozy, decorated impeccably The hotel is quiet, not too busy, and the pool was very relaxing I extended my stay on very short notice and they were more than accommodatingOverall, I feel like I found a little hidden gem in Bishop Arts and will definitely be returning in the future as I do come to Dallas regularly

This place was absolutely amazing? Staff is extremely friendly and available to help at all hours of the night with fast communication Location is safe and backed with gated parking and pass code locked doors The room is extremely comfortable and clean! For me, it felt like an extension of home where I was and not troubled by odd smiles or peculiar feelings of furniture

The cleanliness was second to none and created a healthy balance of feeling comfortable at home but still excited being on a mini vacation The location was not far from downtown and has pretty drives where you can see the skyline when driving into downtown The environment of the location was quiet and peaceful Overall, I highly recommend staying here Originally, I chose here because I had to for my first Airbnb stay, however, it ended up working out for the best and I will definitely be choosing to stay here again for future stays

This place is so beautiful A real hidden gem that deserves far more recognition All the rooms have different city themes which we thought was the coolest things

want to feel like you’re in Singapore? Get a Singapore themed room! And so on Highly recommend The staff is extremely friendly, the location is perfectly centralized near all the great places to go to in Bishop Arts and minutes from all the good places to go to in Dallas

My husband and I were hoping to have a relaxing time by the pool for our anniversary weekend and were greatly disappointed We almost got charged to enter the rooftop pool area (Waterproof) until we showed the staff our wristbands (they didn’t even ask if we had any, they just automatically told us it would be $25 to enter) Honestly, not sure the point of the wristbands though because the pool was completely packed, and you had to reserve/pay for seating near it

We decided to try the other pool which A) turns out to be the actual hotel guest pool and B) we only knew existed because our room was facing it I’m not sure which pool was worse? This was basically an apartment complex pool: lounge area, plenty of seating and cabanas (that’s a plus), a covered area for grilling (?), no bar/service, no view, they were out of towels, and you lose sun at like 3:30pm I politely informed the front desk we were not expecting this and that I didn’t see any events listed on the hotel site prior to booking We are obviously stuck there now for 2 nights and it was too late to book something else… I was told that this is a “public hotel,” that it’s “packed almost every weekend” and the events aren’t posted on the site because they are not sponsored by the hotel I was told there wasn’t really anything to be done about it but they would have the manager contact me That was Saturday, I have not yet heard from them We ended up checking out early and purchasing resort passes to The Omni’s pool

First, the good: Very nice hotel Very clean, great amenities, and overall a fun vibe Location was very convenient too

The bad: the parking is a bit of a walk and it’s not easy to be able to park by the lobby to get your bags in without having to haul them in from the far away parking lot Overall I’d stay again, but the parking thing is definitely good to know

This has been one of the most impressive Hilton stays we’ve had in a while I’d compare it to the service we have received at the Conrad in DC

Check-in process was fluid Since we are Diamond members we were given a great room upgrade, bottled water, and chocolate bars by Luis who was very welcoming He was very thorough in explaining all that the Statler had to offer from restaurants to amenities The room provided the perfect getaway we envisioned I always base my opinion of where we stay on three things: The bathroom, the view, and the quality of sleep The bathroom shower and tub were amazing! Great water pressure! The bed was one of the few hotel beds that I’ve found myself wanting to sleep in on So comfortable! Dallas isn’t too far from where we live, but we will definitely return for a stay-cation in the future!

The staff was super friendly and helpful The pool was warm and nice the hot tub was phenomenal The breakfast had lots of variety and was very filling

While there are front desk personnel who are friendly and helpful, my initial contact was rude and unfriendly When I asked about senior discounts, the response was I don’t know and the person didn’t try to find out The room was too expensive for one night for what was offered

The room was 3/4 carpet and filthy The shade could not be lifted up and the shade itself was so worn that portion of it could be seen throughThe friendly personnel have no authority to make, what I believe, necessary changes when left in charge of the shift The manager also lack a sense of an initial friendly communication If a person has a strong sense of persuasive communication and intelligence, you may be able to get your point over to the manager Otherwise, the manager will tlak down to you even below the level of a 6 year oldI have stayed at several Hilton locations but I won’t be returning to this one And by the way, as I was leaving, another patron was frustrated and speaking very negatively about her encounter with the manager The only reason for the 2 star on service was because of the two clerks who deserve praise

I do not recommend this place The lady at the front desk was very unpleasant She acted as if we inconvenienced her to check in

Very rude Tried charging me 2 times I had to ask her to double check her records to which she found our charge Hotel is not even the cleanliest & does not smell good After checking out we were given a receipt with a $0 dollar balance – since we paid up front DAYS later they charged my card AGAIN I called the front desk who was absolutely no help She said her hands were tied & there was nothing she could do She would not reverse the charges – she said it was up to me to get this sorted out Just to clarify – both charges cleared, nothing was pending Luckily our bank was useful & were able to reverse the charge Worst hotel experience

Just finished my stay at this hotel Overall it was a decent experience! I got a king corner suite and it was spacious The ac was perfect, I was able to keep the room chilly like I like it

Breakfast was great! There was a great variety to choose from and the breakfast attendant did a great job keeping it tidy Most staff was warm and welcoming The only complaint is the parking situation Valet is 30 a night, but this is the downtown area so it is understandable There was some small wear and tear in the hotel but not bad enough to give a bad review

We stay at Homewood Suites often when we travel, and chose this location for our time in Dallas due to its proximity to Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center The walk to the convention center is relatively short and easy, plus there is plenty to see and do nearby, so the location is wonderful The room had a few issues that decreased our rating by 1 star, including a very loud HVAC fan, slow-draining bathroom sink, broken toilet flusher, and some cosmetic damage

However, the best redeeming feature was wonderful water pressure in the shower The morning breakfast was great, with different items on offer each day, 3 waffle makers, including a Texas-shaped one, and delicious coffee The breakfast area was kept clean and stocked We found that they would open earlier than the posted time, which can be helpful if you need to be somewhere early The Suite Shop is stocked with a good variety of food, drinks, and other provisions you may need if you are short on time However, verify that you are charged correctly for your items; a bottle of pop cost $5 one night and the same flavor cost $4 the next night I did not see the error in the charge until I received my receipt the evening after we checked out We did not park a car, but there is a good pick-up/drop-off lane on Elm Street just outside the east entrance to the hotel for ride shares or delivery services Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay here again should we return to Dallas in the future

Highly recommend the Homewood Suites downtown Dallas! We came to Dallas to celebrate my husband’s and I’s birthday and to see our friends The hotel is centrally located to many fun activities that are within walking distance The hotel has many amazing amenities with the hot breakfast ranking as the favorite

I spoke with Vanessa who provided top notch customer service about a potential room upgrade being that is was our birthday’s She checked the system and there was availability We were in a king One bed room with a pull out sofa bed for the first night our kids were on the pull out It was a nice room! After our upgrade the kids had a room to their selves with their our bed as well My husband and I had a kind bed and our own room The room was amazing to say the least We are super grateful to Vanessa for this generous gift! That’s not all folks, we came home this evening and had a beautiful birthday card from Vanessa and two delicious cupcakes This world needs more amazing humans like Vanessa! Thank you and God Bless Vanessa!!! Check out Homewood Suites, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be let downAmazing customer centric experience Very clean hotel Went above and beyond and upgraded our rooms, as we were the bride’s family and had the wedding reception at Westin too Quickly and professionally resolved issues with door keys We’ll be back at Westin soon!

The bathrooms had the rain shower head which was a nice perk and the beds were firm but comfortable with the down feathered weighted blankets and pillows No microwave in room but available upon request The look had a modern style to it but I rate this a 3 because I reserved and paid in full before arriving for a 1 king-size bed only to find out they didn’t reserve my room

They gave me a double full bed room so I had to change my sleeping arrangements The staff didn’t seem to care, the overall attitude was too bad so sad, you are SOL and amenities were under construction
