Update: The owner has Not step one foot on the premises If so, they will notice the bathtubs are Not thoroughly cleaned! Clearly, being a guest as of This morning I can assure you there is Only One working elevator (which was dirty as well) Again, This hotel needs a better cleaning staff and better management

This hotel is decliningHorrible Simply Horrible Traveled from Maryland to Philadelphia looking for a nice and clean hotel However, we found this hotel is dirty and only has one working elevator The rooms are outdated The bath tub is extremely dirty There is a ring of dirt around the tub in room 315 Could not take a shower Therefore, we switched rooms The second room was just as horrible The second bath tub is still peeling, rusty and dirty It was cold Turned up the heat, it’s still a major draft coming from the windows We froze throughout the night and checked out early The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned, renovated and upgraded

I called a head of time and asked for a room with a pool view and was told I could get one When I arrived I didn’t get one and was asked to pay an extra $40 because they didn’t note that I had called and requested it My friend checked in after me and was given the room with no extra charge

The toilets in both of my rooms were not working properly They did send someone up but they didn’t fix the issue The pool area was nice, the staff were friendly for the most part Room was clean

Eric Saunders

The staff at the hotel is great, they are consistent and professional The bar is fantastic The two bartenders I met were great, the drinks were amazing

The reason why I am giving 1 star is the actual facilities The hotel is run down, out of date and poorly maintained You can see damage to the exterior of the building as you drive in The rooms were dusty the ceilings you can tell were obviously painted over to hide water damage I did not feel comfortable enough to take my shoes off in the room If it wasn’t that I had already pre paid for the hotel, I would have checked out immediately after seeing the room I have stayed here before in previous years but this time was the worst The staff is not at fault of how management has allowed this building to go down I will be in the Philly area again in the next coming weeks and trust I have booked elsewhere

As we finish our relaxing weekend stay at Barley Sheaf, I am compelled to sing the praises of this location Prior to our arrival, when unforeseen circumstances had affected the original room we had reserved, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our satisfaction Our stay since has been extremely enjoyable, from the incredible service of the staff and gourmet meals (dinner at the restaurant was superb, as was the complimentary breakfast) to the peaceful grounds and lovely room

I would recommend this location to anyone seeking a relaxing or romantic getaway The 5 stars are well deserved!!!

Aunnika Short

We came here to catch up with friends for dinner and the service was excellent We hadn’t seen each other in months, so thank you for giving us time to catch up before taking our orders We were able to take our time and really enjoy the meal

If you come here, be sure to get the chocolate pudding cake – it’s heaven! They also give you a cookie to take home which is icing on the cake of a great evening Thank you for such a great dinner – now I just need to try the brunch!

Wow, what a place! Such a slice of tranquility just a short drive from Philly Was here for a wedding and we were so glad we had the opportunity to stay overnight at the Inn – in the Hello Sweetheart cottage in particular Sure the clearance is comically short in sections (at least for a 6’2” guy) but the uniqueness of the space (including a below-ground jacuzzi

most excellent), comfort of the bed and excellent shower more than made up for the slight inconvenience of contorting or ducking to account for some wacky ceiling angles Add on a very gracious and helpful owner and probably the most impressive and delicious included-breakfast in Pennsylvania, and the place is a dream Excellent venue for a wedding, too Just had a wonderful time overall and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will be back for sure

This was a beautiful hotel, but it’s certainly not within walking distance to any amenities And we had some issues as soon as we checked in Once we arrived we were told that one of the rooms out of the two that we had booked for a family vacation, was not available a 1 King 2 Queen 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite was not available, we were very disappointed to say the least, but they did make it right by giving us a total of three rooms for the price of two

When they were going over the hours of the facilities, they said the pool was closed, I thought they were talking about at that moment, she said no, it’s closed permanently It’s been closed for two years, well that was another major disappointment!!! We had three grandkids with us and we were all looking forward to having a nice refreshing swim, after visiting Sesame Place, there should have been a large banner in bold print on their website stating that the pool was out of commission, because we likely would not have stayed here if we would have known that at the time of bookingThen once we came back after spending the day out with the family, my son got into his room then the red light started to flash, after going to the front desk the girl reactivated his key, but that didn’t take care of the issue, so he couldn’t leave the room anymore that evening as he wouldn’t be able to get back into the room, there was no maintenance staff available until the next day, and I find that totally in excusable!!! What happens if your toilet breaks or springs a leak, wait until the next day? There should always be someone available!!!We then went down to the front desk to get some snacks and drinks from the concession area and the girl that was supposed to be working the front desk was on our floor the fourth floor and she said she would be right down, she never did come down in the 15 minutes that we waited, so we helped ourselves, also there was someone waiting to check in and couldn’t, there was no one around to help him out, what a way to run a hotel!!! We did pay for our snacks and drinks the next day when there were more people at the front desk I believe you should have more than one person running a hotel of this size in the evenings, because your customer service is lacking in a big way!!!However, on a positive note, the suites were really nice and spacious, but some do need the sofa bed cushions replaced, the breakfast was great, with a good selectionBut after the issues that we experienced, we likely won’t be back

Marshall

This was a great experience Not too far from Sesame, close enough to stay for the night A quieter area than sesame, which was nice

The breakfast was fantastic and had fresh choices for everyone The room was well prepared, clean, and comfortable Staff at the front desk was more than willing to go out of their way to help We arrived on a Wednesday when they had an evening social that included soup, salad, cheese, crackers, chips, wine, and beer A nice surprise We also enjoyed the pool and the patio with grills was beautiful Thanks for taking care of us, Homewood Suites!

Naomi S.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Sesame Place and all the other hotels in the area were booked As many of the hotel reviews indicate, this hotel is dirty We have a small child with us, so we came prepared to sanitize the room, and it really needed it

There was visible dirt on doors as we wiped them down The outside perimeter of the bathtub was visibly dirty and the carpet under the AC units have not been cleaned well in some time The grates on the AC unit in room 404 are broken and we had to make sure the child with us did not stick his hands inside The furniture in the living room needed to be upgraded, especially the sleeper sofa You can feel the springs poking into your back as you sleep Also, there was no bath soap available in the shower The front desk said that their delivery had been delayed, but this is inexcusable The hotel could have, and should have separately purchased soap for bathing

Internet was out so not only did I have to use my data but they could only give out one key Apparently that key had the ability to open all the doors There from Friday evening to Sunday morning and it was never fixed

No sort of compensation from the hotelIs a nice looking hotel Complimentary breakfast was tasty Indoor pool was warm Gym was pretty good Could use a second bench

Meryl Wimberley

Over the weekend I had my wedding and I was very happy with my room block at the Bordentown location The breakfast was actually very good, which I don’t ever expect from a hotel 😅 The rooms were big and perfect for getting ready in

I had my baby at the hotel with me and she slept all night, it was nice to control the individual Temperature in the living room and room Helena was very helpful in setting up the group block and answering all my questions promptly and kindly

ulyssa llovet

Easy check in & check out once I downloaded the Hilton Honors app The app made life a lot easier with the digital key as well Once we got into the room you could tell they didn’t clean it up to par, someone else’s underwear were still hanging on the shower rod … that’s upsetting

The pool had a too much chemicals it changed the color of my bathing suit so I had to throw it away Besides that the hotel was fine

We took our toddler to sesame place for one overnight stay The staff was very friendly and accommodating They delivered a pack and play to our room and the way the suite was set up was great since we were able to sleep separately from our toddler

Everything was very clean The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty with lots of options The nicest thing about our stay was the included shuttle ride to Sesame Place and back Not only did it save us money on parking at the park but Lori, our shuttle driver was absolutely amazing! She told us about places to eat and local events She gave us tips about the park, the had children’s music on in the shuttle and gave snacks and cold water on our way back after a long hot day The shuttle is decorated adorably with all the Sesame Street characters She was also very helpful in loading and unloading our stroller I will absolutely stay at this hotel if we take another trip to Sesame Place and will look for this type of hotel on future trips! (Just be careful when booking as a package, somehow the park tickets were not included in the package I booked)

Katie Z

I stayed in this hotel because it was the only option in the area with any type of suite available The cost was reasonable and the entire staff, from management to housekeeping, was extremely friendly and helpful When I asked for anything – information, extra towels, a comforter, I got it quickly

There is a pull-out bed/couch in the main room and unlike the photos online, there is actually a sink area closed off by a separate door before you get to the bathroom or bedroom VERY nice for parents wanting to sleep separately from the kids The hot breakfast was pretty much what you’d expect from a Marriott – waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etcThe reasons for the three star review are lack of cleanliness and comfort The bed was hard as a rock After a five night stay my back is killing me I don’t know how that thing passed for a mattress but it was awful When I arrived at the hotel, there was some dried-on brown stuff on one of the towels, disgusting stains on the comforter, and hair on the sink that wasn’t any of ours The dirty items were at least replaced upon request The hotel is still not doing housekeeping during each guest stay, but I at least expect a clean room when I arriveThe walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything, including crying children in adjacent rooms, talking/suitcases rolling outside, and people peeing in their toilet next door I was on the first floor and there was a light constantly on outside The curtains block light but you have to put something against the seam to prevent light from coming through The smoke detector in the bedroom had lights that flashed all night They allow smoking and pets and you can smell both in the hallwaysThis hotel has the potential to be much nicer with some upgrades and policy changes The staff is wonderful and it’s close to Sesame Place with a free shuttle

Sybil Morley

Great hotel for visiting sesame place We had a king studio with 2 adults and 2 children We were visiting with another family, also 2 adults 2 children

We were disappointed to not get adjoining rooms, booking the package through sesame place was not very smooth–unsure if there were issues with their site or what (we booked a few months ago so maybe resolved) There was a full sized fridge, and stove top and microwave The bathroom had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, I brought my own, so can’t comment, but they were available We brought our own pack and play, so also can’t comment on infant accommodations Hotel included an average hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle makers, French toast sticks, cereals, etc The shuttle, and the driver Laurie, were fantastic Laurie really went the extra mile and was friendly, provided information about the area, makes sure everyone gets back to the hotel, and when she was about to pull out she noticed our group leaving and circled back around to pick us up and had cold water and snacks for the group

We had our wedding at Fernbrook in November The day started out a dark, dreary, downpour of a morning The staff was incredibly accommodating & did everything they could to make sure our wedding was still going to happy outside when the sun came out & it warmed up

We could not ask for a more picture perfect day Our guests still talk about how amazing the venue was and the food We chose chicken pot pie & braised short ribs for our family style dinner & were blown away by how delicious everything was I have since, been back to buy more of their pot pies from the market to have on hand because of how great they were! We have also dined at one of their spring dinners & were also pleased Fernbrook has a great variety of options for their seasonal menus & everything is fresh being farm to table

Where do I even begin to describe how fabulous our wedding day was! From the staff (Thank you so much Teri for making our day so stress-free and flawless!), to the picturesque scenery and the amazing food- I could not have asked for a more perfect and memorable day!The food came out family style and blew us away! All our guest still talk about how amazing the food was We had the country glazed pork chop, the herb roasted salmon and the baked butternut squash & spinach pasta as the main courses and not a single dish disappointed You know its good when your friends and family still talk about the food! The staff was so pleasant and really catered to us! Everyone made us feel so special and took such great care of me, our friends and our family

The entire evening felt so comfortable and we were able to relax, have FUN and not worry about anything except for enjoying our weddingOne memory we will always have is being able to hang out by the fire pit after the festivities to enjoy a little “after party” where friends and family staying at the Inn were able to relax with some s’mores and firelightThank you so much Fernbrook Farms and Teri for such a wonderful job and for making our wedding day unforgettable

Rachel Boelter

The Inn at Fernbrook made all of our wedding dreams come true The team is so supportive and truly bends over backwards to make your vision come to life We left our wedding feeling like the staff there were our new friends

We truly did not have a worry in the world on our special day because we were so well taken care of They are wedding pros and know how to make sure everything goes off flawlessly without anything feeling cookie cutter They truly catered everything to our vision and made us feel so seen, supported, and cared for Cannot recommend this venue and their team highly enough, truly

Not worth the price Pool and hot tub were both out of service They would only provide one crib but we have 2 children under 3 years old so this was frustrating

Poor service at the bar and my children found a partially eaten Oreo on the floor of our cleaned room Have stayed here before but will look for another option for our next visit

We booked the Sheraton as part of the Sesame Place vacation package I compared all of the Sesame Place official hotel partners and decided to go with this one, even over the one that was walking distance to the parkWe arrived during a heat wave, but were so happy that the room we were assigned was clean, spacious, and cool

The location was also great It only took a few minutes to drive to Sesame Place and was central to a lot of restaurantsThere was also a mini refrigerator in the room that came in very handy We bought a pack of water for our stay and was able to store several of them in the refrigerator so that we could have nice, cold water Ice is only available in the pantry in the lobby and comes pre bagged One bag was enough to use for 4 bottlesThe staff was very friendly and did a great job making me and my family feel welcome It was really nice to come back to such a nice hotel after Sesame Place The towels were so soft, so showering after a day at Sesame felt amazing! We also took advantage of the pool It was a bit dated, but the water temperature was very comfortable The gym looked really nice, but unfortunately didn’t have time to utilize itOverall, I’m extremely satisfied with my dedication and our stay!

Josh Robinson

Nice hotel, but the rooms are definitely older and the garage parking in the rear is confusing The beds are comfortable though, and the rooms are cleanThe staff are all extremely pleasant, and have been the last couple of times I’ve been too

Jason was top notch checking me in, and turned my awful evening around The breakfast is delicious and the waitresses are attentive tooSo far, I haven’t been disappointed here, but I do wish they could open the club lounge again

Joseph Dutko

Stopped by to attend a trade show and meeting in one of their event rooms, it was clean and well organized Restrooms were clean and well supplied It was a good venue and intend to come back again

The hotel staff that I met were helpful and cheery Being a Sheraton, I imagine that the rooms would be just as clean and organized too

I attended a special event here, so its not really a dining experience There is a decent size event space where there were over 100 people in attendance It was tight and frankly, a little hot

The food and drink were good and the people were nice and helpful There is a nice bar that looked inviting There is no parking lot, so you must find street parking or use one if the nearby municipal lots Its a cool historic building, so you get the charm, but also the issues with old buildings

Kirsten Finsterbusch

We had both of our kids’ birthdays at Temperance and have dined there too This a gorgeous establishment, with incredible historical value and very reasonably priced The food is absolutely delicious and the service is worth every penny

If you want to visit a historical venue and get delicious food, this is the place for you!! Plus, they will accommodate their menu for your littles too 🙂

This was my first time here I Finally got a night out after a few years and we chose this place from good reviews Service sucked

We waited 45 minutes after ordering food and drinks There were 2 groups that came in 20 minutes after us and they got drinks before us Okay, I understand it’s only one bartender but why did the others received drinks before us when we waited 45 minutes with nothing We left and will never come back

The hotel is not a go to destination being at an intersection of two interstates and across the street from a truck stop But the staff still treated me like I was staying there to enjoy the sites Clean room with a very comfortable bed

Breakfast was meager but filling and there was a good cup of coffee Check in was very easy as was check out

Jennifer D

The hotel appears to be undergoing a needed freshening up Our room seemed to be somewhere in the process, which was a bit disconcerting The bathroom was 1/2 renovated (we think?); the rest of the room seemed a bit worn and dated

The room looked clean and the beds were comfortable, which was our priority There was no hot breakfast, just a small muffin and an apple in a bag There is no neighborhood to speak of or anything of interest in the immediate vicinity Staff were pleasant and helpful, which we appreciated Of course, your mileage may vary!

Kenneth Bentivegna

I want to start this review by stating that when my family travels we almost always stay in a Hampton Inn I say this so you understand that I realize I am not staying in the Ritz, and I manage my expectations accordingly I also realize that this hotel was just off of two separate highways, in the middle of relative nowhere

The lobby and elevators were clean and nice The room was mostly clean, and the beds were clean and well made Now let’s get to the issues:1 The bathtub, did not drain appropriately, thus creating a pool of water that reached up to my ankles during my shower2 The bathtub had a black ring around the bottom, likely due to the tub’s failure to drain3 The door to the bathroom squeaked loud enough to wake the dead, so definitely loud enough to wake anyone that might be sleeping4 There were many holes in the bathroom from old fixtures in the bathroom that were just spackled over, and were quite obviousAlso in the bathroom, there were several purposeful cuts to the wallpaper that appeared to be abandoned prep for new fixtures5 The toilet seat was VERY loose loose enough to move off of the toilet and possibly pinch someone’s thighs6 The sheets were nice and soft but the quilt cover was very rough and uncomfortable7 At the base of the bathtub and floor tile there was a large black stain? Not really sure what it was It didn’t look like mold8 In between the beds the outlet cover was not large enough to cover the hole in the wall]9 Near the window the joint between the wall and ceiling was peeling as was a corner of the room Both of these areas were several feet in length10 The free breakfast area was clean but too small Four was a crowd It only had one waffle maker which really slowed down the process for everyone waiting There was very little choice of food, and what food they did have, there was very little of it, including no coffee They also ran out of eggs, and after a long attempt to find someone that worked there and a worker at the front desk that did a very good job of not making eye contact with anyone, someone did finally go in the back and make some more eggs and sausage and then left the area No fresh coffee was provided hey did have some fresh fruit, but it was 3 oranges, and about 10 black bananasAll in all, a very disappointing place to stay Definitely not representative of The Hampton Inn brand

The rooms are lovely and plenty big Very neat and clean, but these rooms DO need better lighting In-room safes would be a plus as well Other than those minor things, I would absolutely stay here again if my travels bring me to this area in the future

Only stayed one night, really nice Hotel, right near six flags and many restaurants, room was clean Pool was great, many other dun amenities like mini golf and other games One issue we had was we were on the 4th floor and the window would not lock, with 2 young kids was certainly a concern but we reported to management and they were concerned and said they would address

Overall great stay

HOWEVER, I was charged for things that my parents never did I called the hotel and the response was pretty much oh ok, we’ll give that back to you They did give it back but thank God I check my statement on a regular or I wouldn’t have known So I’m not saying they do this on purpose hoping that people don’t check, maybe they do, maybe they don’t What I’m saying is, if you decide to stay here, check you bank statement and make sure they did not charge you for some extra stuff

I would give no stars but one is the only option This Marriott used to be great for a family stay or just a solo vacation to relax or travel to The thermostat didn’t work and the ac was blowing out hot air

The dishes were stained and not properly cleaned As you look around there were knobs and holes in the rooms Hotel staff were friendly at the main office but yet facility was disgusting The room had a crack bag in there and also blood and bodily fluids on the sides of the sheets Breakfast was limited and ran out quick Great staff in the kitchen but wouldn’t change out the trash bins and would let it overflow Pool not open to customers of course of COVID standards but still charge you for the luxury of it Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all Laundry room everything was closed or not in service very high prices for a 2 star motel experience

Upon arriving, staff was very respectful and polite Once I entered my room, I noticed carpet was not clean, found a glass mixing bowl in the oven with an odor, old dried out rice and ground beef in it The fitted sheet had a stain the size of a cantaloupe

I asked for my sheets to be changed, the staff told me it wasn’t my day for my floor to have room service They sent someone up with a set of sheets to give me That set had a rip in it As I pulled the first set of sheets off, 90% the mattress was STAINED NEVER again!!!!

Very disappointed Definitely not a value for the $ they charged Weak management

Breakfast marginal at best Institutional eggs, pre cooked single meat choice , packaged everything else Toaster did not appear until day 3Water leak appeared on 2d floor and made it to the first floor Hotel shut off the water but no messages sentRooms tired and need an update Cracked tiles, carpet undone, mattresses not flipped, toilet paper holder fell offFront desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, as best they could They were the bright spot in a stay that was tolerated but will never be repeated

We enjoyed this hotel Parking is convenient and free There are services right next door to include restaurants and a shopping center, and it is right off of a major highway

I strongly recommend making the trek to grounds for sculpture which is a 15 minute driveThe biggest detractor for this hotel was the breakfast While the spread was good, the seating was extremely limited given the population of the hotel

Rebecca Davis

We were here for 3 nights The pool was nice The gym is limited, but enough in there for you to get your vacation workout on

The staff was very kind and helpful The room was large and definitely worth the cost There was real bedding and a whole pull-out couch The only thing missing was a microwave It was in walking distance of Marketfair shopping mall where there’s plenty of restaurants The breakfast was simple but with good variety They had oatmeal with so many options of fixin’s We really enjoyed our stay

I stayed at this hotel while helping my son move back to the Princeton campus because of the convenient location to the Lawrence Drive student housing location and its close proximity to several restaurants The only complaint I have is the room service I requested after Day 2 of a 4-day stay Housekeeping only added some hand towels and never picked up the used towels nor replenished the toiletries and toilet tissue

Overall not as clean as I was hoping I was pretty disappointed in the room cleanliness, especially in times of COVID when everything says “deep cleaned” The only thing pleasant about my stay was the front desk girl that checked us in

She was kind enough to change our rooms after walking into one that clearly was not cleaned You’re better spending your money at a Marriott down the road As a Hilton member, I would have expected more Cleanliness is a huge for hotels, now more than ever Unfortunately this stay left me hesitant to continue my membership with Hilton in the future

Superb 6 nights in adjoining rooms for a family funeral We came up to the bitter cold from SW Florida and our stay was terrific

Laundry facility was clean, breakfast was delicious and we loved the lobby decor So cheery and the staff was very pleasant Helpful with any issues, thankfully we had a few that had nothing to do with the hotel Parking was great and the room was superb We travel a lot as a family for sporting events and this was by far the cleanest and most accomodating The rooms were very comfortable, beds felt like home, kitchen large enough to store groceries for our long term stay Bathroom was gorgeous, LOVED the frosted glass doors!! 5 stars!!!!!

Chose to stay here based on my last experience at a Home2 suites and I am a Hilton honors member for yearsWow this place is awful Staff is rude

Upon arrival we were greeted with “Can I help you?” We walked in with suitcaseswhat could we be there for?The front desk throughout are stay were Ignoring guests because they were too busy gathering at the front desk complaining how awful the management isBreakfast was not edible The breakfast sandwiches were old and rock hard The juices and oatmeal were watered downThought this was just an off morning so decided to get up earlier the next morning to see what the breakfast offering was It was worse There was a plumbing issue and breakfast was pared downbut the breakfast sandwiches were still rock hard and the mini “omelettes” were burnt and hard No idea how that could even happenBut no problem, the staff were still at it complainingAnd who ever has the key to the sales office come in the building on her phone wearing a black romper and nearly knocked us over as she ignores us heading over to unlock the sales office I can only assume the phone call was more important than guestsThe room was dirty with minimal provisionsa roll of paper towels with only 4 paper towels left on it A dirty bathroom floorSeems they have some management issues here and rather make excuses o and cut corners than actually make changesInstead of asking people to call and discuss it, read the damn review I’m not sure how I can possibly give any more details Whatever is going on here, you should address it directly instead of avoiding it by asking people to call

We stayed recently for a medical appointment and we were very happy with our stay Check in was a breeze with friendly staff The room was larger than expected and had an included mini fridge and microwave

I liked the sitting room being separate from the beds and how comfortable the couch was The beds were just right and I had a great night’s sleep The pool is indoor which is wonderful to be able to use it year round It’s not heated so it can be chilly but the kid didn’t care much and gladly swam for an hour Will definitely stay here again

Very clean with everything functional Hard to believe it at a Marriott you have to think of that We checked in here after leaving the Element – another Marriott brand

The two are not really comparable other than the brand Marriott SpringHill place lives up to the brand Elements is more Red Roof in ambiance than anything else The employees here seem more professionalYou got to really read the google reviews and the most recent ones since the industry is having so much difficulty

If I could give 0

I would give 0! I got to the hotel after traveling 2 flights, 1 train ride and 2 users Arriving at 11:15pm I called hotel early in day and said I would be in late They said no problem Get in and they say the hotel is sold out I say I have a reservation and had it for 3 days! I’m here on bereavement and the woman had not a care in the world I asked to speak to a manager and they had to call her She was on phone saying I’m not on duty and basically didn’t want to help The girl behind the counter Alia I think kept talking over me and being very rude Then another girl came on duty and the other girl Alia walked out and left very abruptly The girl who came in Melanie helped me get a room 25 mins away but they wouldn’t get me a ride there She called the manager and the manager Jacklyn said just keep a receipt Why should I have to put anything OUT at all I am here after all this travel and they are basically throwing me out to the curb I want my points back, I want to be reimbursed for my suffering waiting in this lobby for over an hour after all day grieving and travel This should have never have happened and I should have gotten a call early in the day! I should be transfered to hotel with their expense What a complete disaster and poor management!!
