I had just relocated from Dubai to Frisco I stayed in this hotel for 20 days and this was the best decision!!The staff is super friendly and helpful I don’t think I’ve seen such courteous staff in other hotels

My cargo boxes were due to be delivered when I was traveling and they managed to keep them in the conference room till I came back and took them Kate and Shelly are amazing ladies and they were extremely helpful throughout my stayThe place is very conveniently located near super target and a lot of restaurants nearbyThey have managers reception every Wednesday with complimentary drinks and finger foodOverall great experience!

debbie smith

Absolutely loved staying here I see why they got such good ratings We were house-hunting, so it was a 30+ day stay, so it was our home away from home

Thank you Shelley, Vickie and others for such great service I worked in hotel management for almost 20 years and you’re doing it right at Homewood Frisco Keep up the good work!

Tina Roberts

This is a pretty good hotel come down once a month This is the 1st time at this hotel The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows

The shower is great and is perfect for taller people Tv is a bit small Shampoo and conditioner was enough that I could use one each The front desk lady was a bit condescending when I got there since my friend was there 1st

Although we are locals, my husband an I take little getaways every so often just to spend time alone and reconnect, and this hotel is our go-to place The location is very convenient It is private, but close to all amenities – restaurants, shops, and entertainment

The place is very clean and well kept The beds are very comfortable and the staff is truly the best They always go out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable A big SHOUT OUT to Heinz at the front desk who remembers our name every time, and for all the great, personalized service and attention to details she provides BIG Thank you, too to the hard-working and nice people of the restaurant They are so friendly, helpful, and efficient

Connor R. Peters

The cleanliness of the room is terrible Yellow stains on all the beds food on the floor, no fitted sheet on the beds After bringing this to the attention of the front desk she moved us to another room

When we got to the new room it was even more dirty Only 1 sheet on the bed so we would basically be sleeping on the mattress with no sheet Liquid stains running down the side of the bed Food on the ground A big water spot on the carpet Overall the hotel is beautiful in the lobby but the rooms are old and extra nastyI would definitely reconsider booking this hotel!

Dani Thomton

It was a very nice hotel The lights were out in our bathroom and the maintenance guys were on it as soon as we let them know My only complaint is the desk clerk watched my grandson and I walk back and forth with our luggage trying to find the correct elevator to take us to our room and didn’t say a word until I specifically asked

As I an a disabled US Army Vet with a noticeable knee impairment, it would have been nice had she asked if I needed assistance rather than watch us struggle while noticeably lost

I will definitely stay at this wonderful Marriott hotel again I rarely have the experience that all hotel crews are with the same high standard service throughout the whole stay period If you like to swim outdoor in the winter, their heated swimming pool has the best temperature that you could dream of and the swimming pool is very clean

I also like the fitness as it is not crowded most of the time and also very clean Breakfast buffet is so delicious (most fresh fruits I ever tested at buffet) Adult is $24 and child is only $12 You also get free breakfast if you have platinum staus or higher They confirmed my upgrade request several days ago instead of last minute Also approved my late check out soon after I checked in I also receive an status appreciation letter and a box of chocolate and a glass bottle of Dr Pepper you will also love the weekend complimentary free self parking If M club is also open over the weekend, it will be perfect Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel

Jason Weinpel

When I pulled up to the hotel, I was pleased with how the building and landscaping were immaculate However, that only goes so far I had a tuxedo rental to return via UPS

On the day I was checking out, I called down to ask if they could do UPS returns via the front desk They said “sure, just drop it off with the return label attached” So I did I was happy that I would not have to venture out and find a UPS location on the last day of my vacation while also making my way to the airportWell, five days later I got an email from the tux rental company saying I had been charged a late fee for not returning the suitthe tracking status still said “Label created” When I called the hotel to look into this, they let me know that the package was still sitting behind the front desk I asked the front desk manager, Charles, why it had been sitting for almost a week and he said that I was responsible for scheduling a pickup request on the UPS websiteAfter telling him that this was news to me and asking why nobody told me that originally, his reply was “Sir, we offer this service as a convenience to you Most people know they have to schedule their own pickups” In my opinion, that is not an acceptable response If he had said the word “sorry” one time, maybe I would feel better It seems the nice facade of the hotel only goes so far if the staff is not trained on proper customer service Charles said that the hotel is able to reimburse the tuxedo rental late fee, but I have not heard anything from him in a week

The Marriott Hotel is a high-end hotel located in a beautiful shopping center Ideal place for a wedding or a small business congress Their amenities are unmatched within a five-mile radius, largely due to the extensive retail experience outside its front door

Their room service, buffet dinners and facilities are mildly impressive to the location In close proximity to the Toyota’s headquarters; and thus, you may run into several of their executives and/or stumble into a few journalists within the automotive world The 24 hour access to gym, dipping pool and hot tub was our favorite part

Overall, I had a good stay The hotel is beautiful My king room was very comfortable

Nice bathroom with large showerMy only complaint is the $23 continental breakfast There is someone making omelettes if you want one, but the rest of the food is your standard continental breakfast fare There aren’t any other breakfast options nearby, so you’re kinda stuck paying it if you want something to eat Really overpriced for toast, scrambled eggs, and fruit

Amanda Palandri

I am a flight attendant and i can personally say that i loved this hotel room It was so beautiful and clean and felt so fresh The bathroom was floor to ceiling beautiful gold swirled white marble and had 3 different lights

It feels so expensive and cleanThe hotel driver, Tracy was so friendly and caring I wasn’t sure if my reservation was for AP north or south She walked in with me to AP north and waited for me until i had my reservation confirmed and i was checked in She was planning to take me to AP south if i was at the wrong hotel Thank you again Tracy

I really enjoyed this hotel Pretty fancy for any Courtyard that I have visited Shuttle service

Staff was great They treated us with tender loving care Manager was superb and varying caring about his guest I met the General manager because I wanted to know why this Courtyard was so different from others I had stay He freely explained to me why I appreciate how he took the time to do that with little old me thank you for great hospitality You do have an superb team in your hands

Matt “Deadman” Green

Pretty nice Courtyard Marriott, plenty of space in the bar and lounge areas The decor was nice and modern throughout the hotel The room we stayed in was wonderful except for our view

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding nearby, and when we awoke the next morning, we were greeted to the back of the building next door Other than that, it was a decent hotel

Tova Heimeyer

We travel at least once a month, as we show cattle The room was 18000 with tax

Not bad, but a bit pricey for us The hotel was very nice No breakfast was provided However, there was a restaurant where you could eat I saw a small brown bag with chips and water at check in I assumed these were for the gusts since we had received these at many hotels due to them not having much food due to COVID However, when I asked about the little brown lunch sack, I was told it was only for the elite members However, I could drink the $600 bottle of water offered in the room Needless to say that was a bit rude in my opinion

I think her name was Sinclair or something like that We had some issues with getting the ac unit to cool Sinclair sent someone up promptly to fix the issue She even called back afterwards to follow up Before I forget the guy bar tender had really great recommendations and great service as well I’ll definitely be back Thank you for such wonderful service

Lobby is very pretty! Good location However, room is dated; definitely not what I expected after seeing the lobby There is also no fridge or microwave in the room, which was inconvenient

No complimentary water given either unless you are at least silver status on Hilton Honors Front desk was okay but not as friendly as other places Breakfast area staff was not friendly, and breakfast is not complimentary Hotel is dog friendly as in they allow dogs (which was a plus!), but not very friendly past thatAlso, housekeeping was on our floor so we asked them if they could add our room today They said sure, just go down to the front desk and let them know When we went down, front desk said it was too late to add on our room Sounds like miscommunication between staff that was inconvenient to guests Fine place if you just need a place to stay the night, but that’s it

Madeline Bui

This location was so nice, I’m sure this hotel has been around for years so some features are bit dated but other than that everything else here is pretty modern! I was a bit skeptical booking this hotel at first from the mixed reviews, but overall it was a great experience! It’s right by the highway so it was somewhat close to a lot of the places we wanted to check out in Dallas Room was really clean when we checked in and the parking lot was well lit and spacious, so bringing our toddler with us we felt safe☺️ Thank you again to the kind staff and the complimentary cookies y’all!

Hotel staff is exceptionally sweet and friendly I’ve now stayed here multiple times and feel right at home Staff feels like an additional family member to me and is more than accommodating to any need I might have

Room prices are unbeatable for the space you get and very clean as well The maids are also very lenient when it comes to being late on your check out Love love love this place

Eve B

Booked a one bedroom suite, was given a studio suite After driving 7 hours, bringing up luggage etc, decided it wasn’t that big of a dealWe chose this hotel because of indoor pool

(It was HOT outside!) Granddaughter was turning 7 and had a few cousins over to celebrate Pool was closed (‘waiting on a part’) However, they called our room an hour later and said it was now open I think the ‘broken part’ was the a/c, as it was like a sauna in there! (I may have lost 10#!) But, the kids were happy and I was thankful they opened the poolWe have stayed here and staff is always friendly and accommodating

Harrison Hays

I REALLY tried to give them a chance, upon check-in the room was FILTHY, dried urine and hair all over the bathroom floor, body hair in the “clean” towels, dust caked air vents etc🤢 The front desk was apologetic and we were changed to a new room that wasn’t AS dirty However, the dust covered air vents seems to be the norm

😷🤧 Pullout bed had no sheets, mattress was gross and stained, when we asked, we were given the most ragged, yellow, holy sheets for it So bleached and dried out they had holes all in them and the seams were ripping apart and disintegrating as we tried to make the bed Had a 2 night stay planned, however I don’t think we will be staying the second night Went down for the “breakfast” at 7:30 (its supposed to start at 7) and saw a single (dirty) microwave, some packaged breakfast sandwiches and a few cartons of milk I asked the staff (who politely stopped their conversation they were having on their cell phone) when breakfast started, and was told 7 I guess that’s their take on breakfast? /: I hate to say it, but this Marriott location does NOT come close to the standard I know the corporation sets Already booked our second night at the Hilton Home 2 across the street Hopefully I can get the second night refunded Even if not, it’s worth paying twice to have a better second night I suggest if you’re reading this review, you do the same! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya 😬

Stayed two nights Very quiet, bed comfortable, breakfast was quite nice with perfectly done scrambled eggs, bacon one day and sausage the next Coffee quite good

My only complaint (and it didn’t particularly bother me or my wife) which might bother some people is the shower and toilet rooms (two separate rooms, which is nice) have frosted glass doors So if the toilet gets used at night, the light may bother other sleepers in the room

Richard Sides

This hotel was reasonably priced, so I was surprised to find the staff to be so helpful (I’d had outpatient surgery nearby, and recuperated in my room for a day) so I wasn’t in great spirits – but the staff rolled with it and were totally amazing! The room was spacious and well equipped – absolutely no complaintsThe breakfast was crazy! Reality good food, with well selected options – I left full and happyMy only disappointment was that I was heading home where things would be less accommodating!!!

Danielle

Rooms are nicely renovated Cleaning staff not through, I asked to have my room cleaned twice and body wash refilled The sinks, counters, floors were never cleaned and I had to ask multiple times for body wash

When calling the front desk, they made it seem as if it’s an hassle to ask for their assistance The breakfast menu is terrible, they only offer breakfast sandwiches, Quiche and oatmeal, not very appealing taste wise No option for hard boiled eggs , fresh eggs or breakfast meats They have a bar, which is a nice service in the evening I will not be staying here again when I travel to the area

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton Garden Inn The staff was a highlight, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (and comfortable) While some wedding guests took to the halls to continue the reception after it officially ended, I felt the rooms were set up wonderfully to drown them out

You do have to pay for breakfast, but I do feel you are getting a better meal than at many similar hotels (and way better than an average continental breakfast) Also, should you wish to venture out of the hotel for a meal, there are numerous options just a few minutes away Speaking of location, it was very convenient to get to and from the airport, while feeling like a world awayIn summary, should you want a wonderful hotel in the area, at a wonderful price, I really feel you cannot go wrong the the Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Lewisville

Shamika Solomon

So much for Memorial weekend at a hotel that had no running water due to “plumbing” issues All the money this property makes and you all have plumbing issues? The stay was less than what I expected, we were not being told anything other than, “we are waiting on management to arrive (that NEVER arrived), on top of being given the run around about when the water would be back on The most this property has agreed to do is provide Hilton Honors points, yea right you are kidding me I would like my money back!!!!!! Never again! Till this day, that same “manager” has yet to compensate the members

Ridiculous!

James Alstatt

The building seems older than I expected when I stay at a Hilton The door on our room would not latch and we had to switch rooms Not sure how anyone could of missed that

Plus some elevator buttons were not working Seems to be lacking maintenance Also after checking receipt when I got home my room rate was $5 more than what I booked on their website

When I first checked in it was easily 5 stars all the way around and couldn’t believe the wonderful service for the price But unfortunately as our stay continued the price started rising and the Continental breakfast went from top notch to motel 6 standards Getting charged more for less Service from where we started

The Staff has kept the wonderful service through all the changes they are having to deal with

Lisa Fleischer

I visited the Inn while “back home” dealing with family issues The staff here is incredible! So very accommodating and helpful My mom and two sisters also had rooms

Additional issues arose and they helped us work through the details without complaint The cleaning staff was also very helpful working around OUR crazy schedules!! Thank you so much!! For sure visiting again!!

After a long day of work I arrived to the hotel around 1030pm The room I booked was not ready and I was told they did not have my room type available Marriott has a reservation guarantee so I told the front desk of the policy

They seemed to be on the same page and to honor the policy A few minutes later, the shift manager made a call to the facility guy on site and asked if a room was clean He wasn’t sure but she asked him to take a look and make sure it was ready for a stay Supposedly this guy cleaned and prepared the room within 15 minutes I am not sure if it was actually cleaned or not In total, I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby and was able to get to my room at 1130pm No accommodation, poor service, no urgency, no customer service I stayed over 100 nights with Marriott last year I have never had a bad experience until staying at this Westin

David

The suite they put me is was nice, but it had a strange layout The toilet was down the hall and around the corner with motion sensores closet lights with no doors in between That was annoying at night

I didn’t want the lights on!Lastly, the shower head was very low They said it was because it was an ADA room Maybe that is a legitimate building code or requirement in Texas However, I have been put in many ADA rooms in my travels and never seen this Just be aware when booking or being assigned your room

Alan Bielefeldt

The hotel and rooms were modern, clean, very nice and comfortable I had put in for a specific suite upgrade, which i was told i received When we checked in, it was a room with a Pelton which they said was a Junior suite

But this wasn’t one of the two suites I had requested, so it was disappointing to have two suite nights used for this upgrade As a Platinum member, this is room would be the normal upgrade we typically receive without using a suite night as the Pelton was the only addition to what seemed like a regular room Another area we were very disappointed with was their breakfast staff and food which was lacking in comparison to many other Marriott hotels we’ve stayed For example the first morning they give us a menu, but recommend the buffet since they said it would take at least 25 – 30 minutes for any menu item we ordered So we select the buffet which my wife picked the oatmeal which turned out to be dried up and cold, from sitting in the pot I selected the scrambled eggs and potatoes which were also cold and eggs were runny Our waitress only came by once to bring the bill, so we had to wave down other staff for coffee refillsAlso, we were very frustrated with the pool which was over crowded, they have limited chairs with umbrellas, so we baked in the sun, which is not great in Texas with 105 temperatures Not to mention the pool water was very hot, so it took away from our plans for a relaxing weekend

Rooms were nice, but standard Unfortunately, no microwave to heat up leftovers and mini fridge was pretty mini Staff was nice and the little shop next the front desk had a good selection of drinks, snacks and necessities to choose from

They do sell alcoholic beverages from a mini fridge behind the front desk if you don’t want to get a drink from the bar Pool area was nice, lots of seating areas, but pool was a little on the smaller side Overall, nice hotel, would consider staying here again

Brian Range

The bed was hard We had a suite and the room was not at all what we had expected It hadn’t been dusted either

So it makes me wonder if it was even sanitized Was very disappointed that there was no microwave! Was very inconvenientthe shower pressure was awful I did enjoy the bar and restaurant service Al the bartender was amazing and if I was to come back it’d be because of his customer service Thank you Al! Breakfast was good as well but was disappointed there was no pancakes or waffles on buffet I’ve never been to a hotel breakfast that didn’t have them just like the microwave situation, for the price of the room and it being a suite it should have a microwave! I will definitely consider staying somewhere else

Currently in my room and this place never disappoint me I love everything about it Indeed, there are additional costs when parking in certain spaces as well as having a great breakfast

But it is an option if you want it You can pass up that option and just get a room without those perks for a lesser rate The restaurant in the hotel is really good and comfortable just like the rooms This is my 3rd stay and I look forward to many more stays as we travel up this way frequently for my daughter’s ice skating lessons

Hotels have their own rating system and for that a five star hotel has certain features that help them receive that status This is not a five start hotel based on amenities and luxury Based on my room and experience it was a five star experience, would stay again

Close to everything fun and great restaurants and shopping a short drive up and down the tollway

Absolutely disgusting!!!!This hotel was a joke, right?Get to the hotel and the lady at the front desk comes out in dirty socks with kids running in from behind her Strike oneShe shows us the bill to sign and it’s $100 more than the total reserved price we booked from their site directly

She claims it is a $50 charge for incidentals, but can’t tell me what the other $50 is for Strike TwoWe walked into the room and there is blood on the walls, feces on the floor and wall and smells of wet dog Gross We called down and asked for another room, said it was all they could do as they were bookedIt was very late, the sheets were clean (we hoped) so went to bedWoke up, closed bathroom door and found someone else’s snot on the back of doorTalked to the clerk early Saturday morning She promised us the manger would hear about this and the room would be cleaned while we were gone for the day This was at 7:30amJust walked back in at 9:30pm and nothing was done! GROSS!!Front clerk, again in socks and kids in tow, tells us there is no manager and she can’t do anything about it Strike 3This place should be condemned Those working there should be firedI’ve never been treated so badly at any IHG facility and I stay at hundreds throughout the yearCorporate office is hearing about this one

I’ll start with the positive

all the staff I encountered was very nice and helpful The common areas appeared clean, there was not trash anywhere The laundry room, gym outside seating area and pools appeared clean as wellthe downsidemy room was full of hair!! Dog hair, human hair, who knows what other species type of hair I have a rambunctious toddler and she would be full of hair by the end of the day it got on her clothes, in her mouth, everywhere After a complaint, housekeeping was sent to vacuum but, I think that made it worse the cheap vacuum on hand just did not get the job done I would’ve brought my Kirby had I known This is a pet friendly hotel The breakfast was ok, there was not a variety, they served the same thing every day Would I visit againprobably not

We really enjoyed our small family vacation at this location For reference, it was my 11 month daughter, husband and me We didn’t really do any extra add on activities

Our room was very nice and cleanBreakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend getting the add on breakfast package My husband had chicken and waffles each morning and I really enjoyed their French toast Also, make sure you make your reservation for breakfast the night before It will make your life easierThe water park was nice It stays relatively busy, which I feel is to be expected My daughter loved seeing and playing with the other kidsAlso, my husband loved the pizza place on-site

The most amazing family trip we’ve had in a very long time It was everything and my daughter had the most amazing time ever as did my husband and IBest Christmas destination hands down

The pool, hot tub and the water rides were glorious to say the very least I loved the fact that we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner on site so we had options to eat anytime which was greatThe arcade was so very enjoyable, we spent hours and hours there as a family having lots of funThe atmosphere was amazing, staff was just amazingIt was our favourite trip and certainly looking forward to our next trip to Great Wolf Lodge and having an amazing timeDefinitely recommend this place for the family 10 times over

Ignore some of the negative reviews and see and experience this place for yourself This is three star hotel and it doesn’t disappoint If you go in expecting a five star hotel and resort, then you should have gone to one

There are a couple of five star aspects, one being the clean rooms My wife knows a clean room and she says this one is better than any The staff were five star helpful and friendly The water park is honestly a five star attraction It was clean, fun, had enough exciting slides for even my teen It definitely competes with big name water parks, just on a smaller scalePro tips:These come from reading the reviews and our experience- Get there at 1 pm for check in It was a little hectic, but organized After check-in you can immediately go to the facilities before actually getting into the room- Wear your swimsuit at check-in That way you aren’t changing somewhere like a community restroom (or your car) since the room isn’t ready- Leave the luggage in the car until your room is ready- Ask for a room on a floor you don’t mind taking the stairs to There were lines at the elevator throughout the day- Pool towels are available as a free rental However, be sure to verify how many you checked out and how many you check in!- Make a breakfast reservation the day before You’ll thank me later :)- Late checkout at 2 pm was worth it

Well, this is a nice hotel but, being an older property, there are some issues The thermostat was flashing a “replace battery” indicator, so I took it to the front desk They went back and found six different batteries to try but they were all dead or too low to work

The lady stated that the only new batteries were in the engineer’s office, but of course it was locked in the evening The only way to get into this office would be to set off an alarm, which I declined So I just bought some AA batteries and installed them myself, after which the thermostat worked just fine Another disappointment was that the desk is situated right by the window AC unit, which resulted in the unit blasting freezing air on my back when running Also, there very little water pressure, which resulted in it taking a long time for my wife to wash her hair Oh, also, there are only 42 channels on the TV, some of which are duplicates, and only about half are HD channels This is too expensive a property for that

I had such a terrible experience here I was here with a friend recently and a women at the desk named Aida was extremely unprofessional I heard her cussing loudly in front of myself and other guests

I also noticed that she was very unpleasant towards other staff members as well when the staff members attempted to assist herAids would make rude remarks under her breath about how the management in the place was lacking and how the rooms were small and not accommodating for guestsWhen I asked her if she enjoyed working at the hotel she mentioned she was fairly new and that she felt the management lacked the “intelligence” to handle guest complaints as she had to deal with guests coming to her complaining about random things that where “above her pay grade”Quite frankly if you have a staff member like her working at your hotel, I would question why she is there She only seemed as if it was a paycheck to her and that we as guests were more of an inconvenienceLuckily I at least had the pleasure to work with Lauren once or twice before we left and she was very bubbly and caring about our needs Thanks Lauren for trying your best to make our stay better

Ok so let me say, THE STAFF is 5 star without a doubt They were great & wonderful Kuddos to the staff! Now as far as the hotel, the rooms need an upgrade

Had balcony room Patio furniture looked like it was fresh from a construction site Full of dirt & dust The balcony itself could definitely use a good pressure washing Looked to have pet urine stains Not sure if pets are welcomed that’s just what it looked like Had balcony facing the tollway & could hear cars with reved up engines all night Definitely could use a sound insulation upgrade The a/c at times sounded like the cars on the tollway Not sure if I would stay here again until the rooms are upgraded Again the staff was pleasant with the ealry check-in & late check-out

1st time visit to Sandman

Amazing! We arrived at 3am and the front desk staff were there with smiles on their faces! The hotel lobby and common areas were beautiful and our room amazing! The smell upon walking in was so good – I need to know what that was! 🙂 I want my whole house to smell like it The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a soaking tub in it!! I was able to detox from our long drive in the tub before going to bed and if was an absolute dream!

Staycation Experience — we truly enjoyed a quick weekend trip her and will definitely return againCute and trendy stylish hotel, professional and friendly staff and very convenient location to restaurants and shops Beds were comfy and room was spacious

We did have a slight issue with the ac not cooking in the living area, while the bedroom area was just right The manager quickly moved us to a new room and was very accommodating

We stayed here for a corporate event recently, and it was the perfect hotel for our group of 60! It’s a beautiful hotel in a central location, and the rooms are updated and well furnished (nicer than similar hotels I’ve stayed at in the area) Plus the two bars that were on site were perfect for getting together after hours Sherri Ray was awesome to work with in making all the arrangements for our group! I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others (whether for business or personal travel)

We recently stayed for a night at this location and were excited to arrive with our past experience with Embassy Suites This location was great but had some setbacks The room condition was excellent, the A/C worked but seemed to be struggling

My wife and I set it to 70 degrees and left the room for the evening and arrived to it still trying to reach 70 degrees It stayed on for the majority of the night trying to cool the room down It did not bother us much, but it was worth mentioning Additionally, we wanted to enjoy the pool and spa later in the evening and found that it was occupied for “swim lessons” The entirety of the pool was coned off and the swim instructors were using all of it My wife and I sat in there for a while hoping that they would finish but had no luck after an hour This was upsetting due to the fact that we paid for a room with the amenities provided but it was being rented out for a local swim school I would hope that Embassy Suites would understand that we are headed into hot summer days and guests will want to use the pool more regularly I would rather go to another hotel down the road that keeps their amenities for guests staying there instead of other local businesses Other than our frustrating pool and spa incident we really enjoyed our stay The breakfast is excellent and all of the staff is very nice!

Meagan Murret

The pool was clean and well maintained The evening reception was fun and did not have long waits for drinks Bartender was friendly and accommodating

Lobby was very pretty Morning breakfast was delicious! Room was clean, AC worked well Only complaint was that the fold out sofa was very uncomfortable and there were no pillows for it The extra blanket was gross and scratchy

Jaysen Bechtel

The first couple of days we stayed here, there was a very strong sewer smell between the lobby and convention center entrance doors The entire hotel was very clean in appearance and I loved the myriad of fountains Our room was very nice except for the fact that the air conditioner did not seem to function

My wife gets sick to the point of nausea in Temps above 67 over a long period of time (hours or sooner if she gets a hot flash) The first night a maintenance worker attempted to fix it The next day we asked the front desk if they had a fan or could we switch rooms They told us that they would get it fixed, but we still returned to a room that was above 74 I went and bought a fanBefore we booked the hotel we read somewhere that they had 24/7 room servicethey do not Room service operates between 5pm and 9pm, and they don’t deliver to the roomyou have to go pick it up Their breakfast setup was great and the food was good They do custom omelets, but nothing else The bartenders were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to take of a room service order that was not correct even though the cook had already closed things downThe pool/gym were clean and well stocked The hot tub did not work the first 5 days we were there It was working 2 days before we left The sauna did not work the entire time we were thereOn our 6th day we upgraded our room so an older son could spend some time with us The room’s AC worked and it was cool enough for my wife not to need a fan The views from both of our rooms was amazing Oh, and FYIlate checkouts cost an extra $25 Not that it really mattered, but we were not informed of this and did not find out until hours later

I have stayed at many other Fairfield’s but this is the worst I have experienced When you enter the lobby, you can smell the sewer smell WiFi never worked and couldn’t conduct my business at the hotel

Cell phone signal is also very weak, could make phone calls from the hotel Rooms are nice At breakfast not enough fruit No bananas at all I will not stay at this hotel again

Joshua Fischl

Arrived after receiving a notification on my phone that my ‘room was ready’ However upon arrival, I was told it was not ready, and I would need to wait an hour and a half longer I wouldn’t have left the comfort of my last location to arrive at this hotel, if the room was indeed, not ready

Poor communication Poor manners Completely unacceptable so I opted to cancel and move onto a better hotel
