Stayed on evening of 2/18/22 Evening/night front desk person always had a smile and was helpful (I needed a charger for a phone) Morning breakfast was very good with a nice selection of choices

Room and hotel was clean Pool was closed due to maintenance (did not affect my stay) Might call and verify that the pool is back open if that is one reason for choosing this hotel

Came through on my way to Atlanta, and was forced to spend the night 24 East had was shut down due to an extremely bad accident There were quite a few places to choose from in this area

I’m so glad that I chose Microtel The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating She worked with me on a fair price The overall appearance of the hotel is pretty good It was clean inside and out I was very satisfied with my room , it was neat and clean The free breakfast was a plus Complimentary coffee was available twenty four seven Ever in the area and need a hotel, I highly recommend this place The night time view of the hotel was more inviting than the ones in the area I don’t think you will be disappointed

Room 218 has some definite problems The refrigerator didn’t work, the floor is disgusting, sticky, and stained, the room had a strong musty smell – It was overpowering, The phone was disgusting and brown and had food and stains on it, there was mold inside the shower curtain along the bottom, half of one of the electrical outlet covers was missing so you would see right into the receptacle and the electrical lines has to be dangerous especially if there might be a child in there I did not even feel clean laying in the sheets

I was itching all night (there were no bugs in the bed that I saw, maybe it was the detergent?) There were small holes in the bathroom door The hallway carpet definitely couldn’t stand to be cleaned or replaced But the breakfast was very good, the young lady who was in charge of restocking and cleaning up was very nice The older couple that was cleaning rooms on the second floor was pleasant They just need to definitely train their staff how to clean rooms because it is not getting done well! That room was in such poor shape that I really don’t understand how someone hasn’t brought it to the attention of management and they weren’t cleaning it immediately I’m going to see if I can find a place to post some pictures I took of our room

Jay Kay

This is definitely a travel motel It is not fancy, but it’s clean and the lighting is good! I’ve never seen such white towels! They are responsive to special requests and now serve breakfast again

We were on our way too early to try it, but it was offered

Not what you should get for $175/night All hotels in the Tullahoma area are overpriced but the Hampton is about the most expensive of the offerings When I checked into my room, I discovered a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod, long hair in the tub and counter and a used eye mask laying in the floor

The shower curtain rod is mounted so high that it is impossible to keep the curtain inside the bath tub and not flood the bathroom floor I certainly expected more for $175/nightI am a longtime road warrior and not particularly sensitive to this kind of BS but when a hotel is gouging AND is dirty, that is a bit too much Hampton Inn (or other Hilton properties) is my go to chain in most other marketsIf this were the Baymont at $75 this wouldn’t be a big surprise but an overpriced Hampton Inn at $175/night should do better removing the previous occupants stuffI know that everybody is having a hard time with staffing but come on, someone should have noticed all this very obvious stuff AND it calls the overall cleanliness/sanitation of the property into question

Jim Kent

Rooms are as expected at a Hampton Inn, although the bathrooms are outdated That’s where anything good ends This locations policies are dated, they don’t know what the ADA is or how to follow it, and their desk service and management make mistakes and are rude or outright dishonest and disrespectful

We experienced this service on 2 different visits, and would rather stay at a hotel of less quality than them again

We had an issue with our car on our move When we checked in the lady at the front desk

not sure what her name was Was so helpful and nice She gave us a number of someone who got us to and from the break place and was just very pleasant The next day we had to extend our stay because our vehicle wasn’t ready yet The front desk gentleman and manager were very accommodating The stay was very comfortable and clean Would highly recommend

Tokyo Blues Man

For the price you pay, I’d say it’s a great place to stayWe all know it’s not Hilton or Marriott by any means but it’s a nice place to stayWe waited too long to reserve rooms for our business trip at Hampton Inn (where we usually stay) so it was a last minute decision but we were very happy with our stay

Only thing is they didn’t have hot breakfast like they advertised But for the money saved by staying here, we could easily just go next door and get hot breakfast from few places

Randy Nickels

I stopped at 5 Red Roof Inns on a Florida to Wisconsin road trip and this one was the best Clean room, Rhonda at the front desk was excellent, the location was perfect & it cost less than $80/night for 2 double beds Many restaurants within a couple hundred feet, Wendy’s right next door, BK, McD, plus other nice sit down places close by

Quiet too Will have to remember this one

I would give 5 stars if they had sewer hook ups & laundry, other than that we loved it here! Was first on the island but we had no cell service for work & no satellite service Lots of trees They were so nice to let us move to a more open spot

We loved it even more because it was a better view & closer to the lake The people are so friendly that work there! Great swim beach & great dog walking areas Spots are spacious & gravel Be aware that the leveling on the island is very tricky The area is very beautiful! We will definitely stay there again if we’re in the area!

Tracy Blasingame

Camped here this past weekend and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever camped! Every staff person was very friendly and helpful One of the host even went to the trouble of putting air in my granddaughter’s bike tire because we didn’t have a pump They have the cleanest campground bathhouses I’ve ever seen! Thank you all for a wonderful weekend!

Dallas Jones

Barton Springs Campground is one of our favorite camping locations in middle Tennessee The sites are always very clean, well taken care of and have easy walking access to the lake, with open and clear beach areas The campground staff is extremely friendly and helpful

They make sure your site is functional and give you any information you may need to have a great experience I highly recommend this campground

Front desk manager Sheila, quickly and cheerfully expedited my room check-in using my discount coupon with no drama or excuses! Enjoyed a spacious room in a quiet part of the premises and was much nicer than I anticipated! Clean fresh bed linens and a very good functional shower made for a good restful night of sleep as well as a refreshing wake-up experience!! I will return!!

Angie Myers

The staff was wonderful! I had just drove all the way from Fort Myers headed back to Illinois when I was getting very tired and just wanted to get some rest The lady at the front desk had seen I was wore out, and tired So, she went above and beyond to get me checked in! I will definitely be back to stay again, when I go on my next road trip

Y’all have no idea what it means to me, to know I’ve got a place I can count on to stay at when on the road again (Instead of pulling over and looking (seems like forever) for a save, and comfortable place to stay over night Especially when I have my kids, or dogs with me The bonus for me was she did not ejected me because of the breed of dogs I’ve got I love my Pit bulls, and it does get hard traveling with them because of all the negative about the breed But they except them with open arms It isn’t the the dogs, it’s how the owner raises them Mine are the biggest babies Thank you so much for y’all hospitality

Karolina Figus

I gave two stars because front desk was nice and room was spacious, but our room was not the cleanest to say least In non smoking room there were cigarettes left in trash( I put it in the trash bag myself and closed it to contain smell a little) room smelled horrible At first it looked ok, except smell but then when I grabbed towel to dry my daughter’s face it was all dirty on the inside

Bed was super soft, I’m not super heavy but I felt like I fell in We stayed 5 hours, overnight and it was definitely enough Definitely not family friendly When we were leaving there was bear bottle on the holleway Took couple pictures, but it doesn’t give me options to post it here

Comfortable, clean, and quiet I like how you can set a fan to run all night for white noise The blackout curtains are fantastic for keeping the room nice and dark

Sheets are soft and beds are comfortableBreakfast is good but I think it is unsanitary to set the serving tongs inside the food container on top of the food (this is how they set up the hot food items like the omelets) Very good coffeeThe pool is not heated, and the staff indicated that pool temperature is somehow related to outside temp It was 52 degrees the night of our stay and the pool was too cold for my kids – they would not even fully submerse themselves, much less burn off excess energy like I had hoped they would when I booked a hotel with a pool

Sarah Geissler

We have been staying here consistently for for 3 years now for trips between Tampa and Chicago, and my love for this place continues to growNothing beats a wholehearted, loving welcome, and that is what Kathy at the front desk gives us time and time again My golden retriever, Bohdi, absolutely loves her and is so comfortable here

Kathy saw our name on the reservation list and went out the night before to pick up special treats for him that she had ready for him when we walked in She also blocks off our favorite room at the end of hall for us so we can get outside easily The love and hospitality she has for her guests is truly above and beyond It’s what makes us excited for every visit and makes this place really special for us

Caidance Henninger

This hotel was amazing We had a fantastic experience with staff The room was very clean and no sign of bugs anywhere

The AC worked amazingly at keeping us ice cubes all night! When we asked for extra blankets, they gave them right away, not making us ask multiple times Overall this was a great experience and I definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling
