Amazing visit from check-in to check-out! There were two amazing guys from the front desk that were so patient and kind with our special needs son! The hotel is beautifully maintained! The pool was a major hit with our son and we loved the hot tub! Thanks to all the staff! If visiting Greensburg in the future this is definitely where we’ll stay

Milky Mcskim

There is a wonderful lady at the front desk, I didn’t catch her name but I did bring her a bunch of crumbl 😉 so find her and tell her what a great job she is doingAlong with her, that dude James is phenomenal Going above and beyond to make things feel like home

The room is nice and clean and has a decent view! Pool and spa were fantastic Bed firm but not hard 🙂 safe area set apart from main access Sooo nice

Hanan P

Stayed here for work, it was a nice hotel, but rooms are outdated and weren’t as clean as I hoped It is possible the sheets weren’t replaced since the last guest and the bathroom still had an old soap wrapper lying around which just tells me the room isn’t cleaned thoroughlyThe service was great and I had no other issues during my stay

The breakfast is phenomenal The beds are like sleeping on a cloud We’re a 4 person family and we typically never get enough towels and rags in our bathroom at hotels but there was plenty here! Microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot which was great because hotels don’t always have all 3

The staff was very kind and helpful The pool and gym are a nice touch And balcony is such a nice place to escape Hope to be back when its warmer out to really enjoy it

Tirzah Allen

Everything was perfect! The front desk clerk Tim was friendly and very informative He recommended an excellent restaurant for take out and answered all of our questions about the local area George the shuttle driver was excellent and got us to and from our destination quickly

The breakfast food was delicious and hot The room and common areas were clean If we ever require accommodations in this area again we will definitely stay here Thank you so much

Casey Day

Our family stayed here to go to the dodger and pirates game and I just have to say how beautiful and amazing this place was From the staff to the rooms We even just so happened to be shuttled the same day to the game with one of the owners ( we didn’t know he was an owner at first) and he and his family were so kind and sweet

The staff was absolutely incredible as well And let’s not forget the patio view this hotel offers It’s an absolute stunning view of the city The hotel was also very clean and the rooms were very clean I would definitely come back to this hotel and I would recommend this to anyone I don’t ever leave reviews and we stay at a lot of hotels but this one definitely needed recognition!

This hotel rates among the mediocre of Hilton properties all aroundThe quick: for $100 it wasn’t the best Hilton brand hotel we’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t the worstThe long version:We stay exclusively on Hilton Properties because we find that we have the most success with them

We’ve never stayed at a Home2 Suites prior to this stay and I think we will continue to stick with Homewood Suites, or others, when possible instead We did like that this still had the “suite” feel and had a kitchenette and more of a studio like feel for the spaceFor us, on a personal note, this hotel had smoking and non smoking rooms as well as allowed pets However, they don’t have any rooms that are pet free So if you have common pet allergies that would be a concern, pick a different hotel to be safe They did advise they clean well and use a spray but I don’t think their version of clean would help someone with severe allergiesThis location had salted the walkways but not shoveled it The parking spaces and walkways were thick with slushy, mucky, and salt mixed snowUpon arrival, we were greeted not terribly, Just not very professionally We were checked in quickly, which was great I was able to get our free waters when I asked for them the next day, but they weren’t offered upon arrivalThe room was not the cleanest; there were splatter marks from something on at least one of the walls The bathroom door needs to be wiped down as it’s visually grimy (I was able to take a wash cloth and wipe away the prints and stains visually visible But how unsanitary it must be for them to neglect sanitizing such a common surface) There was food debris in the living room lounge area as well Basically, cleaning could use a little helpThere were only 3 pillows on a King bed instead of the usual 4 and there were no extras in the room anywhereA breakfast was available The set up is a bit crammed and people kept bumping into one another, but it wasn’t bad The breakfast is always a great amenity in our eyes even if it’s not the best food They generally have a pretty decent variety of foodI di love the Hilton Honors app so I could check us out on our own No stopping at the front desk

I can honestly say I would stay here over and over I had surgery today Aug 23rd,2022 and had to stay in hotel and the staff was amazing and helpful The place was very clean and the coffee is AMAZING

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR STAY THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF I spoke to Glenn this evening and told him how I loved it here and I’m sorry I can’t remember the girls names but they were very sweet also to me I also like to say Glenn was very kind when I asked for a extra pillow for my stomach due to surgery

Valerie Hassett

The facility itself is very nice Great location and close to restaurants We stayed here for a family reunion in Pittsburgh

We had a pleasant experience overall The rooms were very spacious and clean I enjoyed having a kitchen The breakfast bar was nice The man that ran the breakfast bar was extremely friendly and helpful! Great service! He even came in on his day off due to large crowds and staffing shortagesThey were really understaffed! We stayed a week and never got room service They said they didn’t have staff for it except every 4 days It never happened We had to ask for extra suppliesThere were some things that needed maintenance The back door lock didn’t work We had a gathering on the back patio and had to use a towel to prop open the door The lobby women’s bathroom paper towel dispenser didn’t work I mentioned it several times They put a roll of paper towels in but it didn’t last long I got tired of having to ask for more paper towelsHopefully they get more staff to help maintain thingsOne more thing, our room smelled like a wet dog had been there It wasn’t visibly dirty just smelly

stayed here for a mini trip in pittsburgh and it was so great! this was roughly the same price as hotels nearby but it’s so much more worth it because you get an entire apartment there was a kitchen with dishes, silverware, dish soap, etc it was very clean, in a great location, and the staff at the front desk were so nice and made my stay so easy

loved that there was a rite aid right next to it parking in the garage attached was $30 a night which wasn’t too bad giving air bnb vibes but it’s a hotel

Dianna Loevner

Etage was truly a wonderful lodging experience in Downtown Pittsburgh Communication by staff when calling prior to my stay was lovely Check-in was a breeze

On-site staff was kind and accommodating The lodging itself exceeded expectation by being large with a full kitchen set-up and fun colored lighting by the bed The views were fab, and featured a view of the valley and PPG PlaceWill definitely stay here on future travel to Pittsburgh! xo

Boo Briggz

The view associated with these apartments were EXCELLENT! Management and staff were respectful and courteous Mr Shakur went above and beyond the call of duty,we truly appreciated him helping us with the questions we had

Had my daughter’s wedding shower in the restaurant on the top floor Absolutely beautiful view We couldn’t open the windows or really utilize the outside space because of the weather but was still great

We had buffet lunch – 6 different small bites items and each was tasty Loved the cream cheese cucumber sandwich especially Lots of staff dedicated to us and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Brett Wilson

The location of this hotel is fantastic Hotel parking is valet only and it’s $25 We asked for extra towels when we checked in and never got them

We stayed in a deluxe king room The room was clean and nicely appointed, but small I shudder to think of what the micro rooms are like size wise I don’t know what size the bed was It was larger than a queen, but it definitely wasn’t a standard 76″ wide kingThe weeknight price wasn’t bad for the room But I’d drop dead before I’d pay what they’re charging for a weekend stay

Victoria Morningstar-Poole

I really enjoyed my stay here It was only for a night but I had wished it was for a bit longer afterwards There is so much to do around this hotel and get to experience from shopping to great food

My room was clean and had everything I needed I loved how nicely stocked the coffee and tea was I also thought it was nice they had a bottle of water supplied Everyone was so helpful and kind at the hotel and checkin was very easy as well as understanding the valet parking that is offered

Wonderful! This beautifully restored house is in a great location right around the corner from the zoo and a 15 minute drive to downtown We stayed in the Anna suite and it was great! The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable Randall is a lovely host

He was kind and accommodating and cooked the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time We showed up way too early for check in (sorry Randall) and he made sure to get our room ready as quick as he could We will definitely be staying again when we’re back in Pittsburgh!

Wesley Middleton

Jewel of a spot in Pittsburgh I was a little skeptical at first, we landed late, got access to the house and our room Very clean, well maintained

Comfortable bed and pillows Breakfast the next morning was excellent Randall was a great host, waited for us to come down to cook the omelet English muffins were crispy and fresh Lemon yogurt was excellent Served with fruit More than we could even eat Great stay, would do again!

My wife and I stayed at the Morning Sun Inn when we were getting ready to move to Pittsburgh There’s nowhere else in Pittsburgh I would stay! The inn and accommodations are lovely, the service is personable and excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic! I think the most appealing feature of this hotel, as if it isn’t good enough to have a pool and clean room, is the shuttle service they offer for guests Both nights we stayed they drove us from the hotel to a bar within 3 miles to Carson Street And Kim, the driver is absolutely amazing

So awesome If only they offered it every day of the week

Raj Kal

Hotel is right next to the train tracks and trains are plying all night and blast the horn when around the hotel I am not a light sleeper and yet could hear 5 trains pass by Beds are uncomfortable as they sag in the center

Sofa had gummies on them so it wasn’t cleaned They charge $22 for parking which is not advertised anywhereBreakfast was good

Cody Layman

The room we had was decent Our party of 3 fit nicely but there were no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch so we had to walk down to the front desk to retrieve them The yellow stains on the bed were hard to ignore but my wife slept on that side of the bed anyway

Upon exiting the 4th floor elivator where our room was located we were greeted by the rancid smell of a puke/sewage like substance that lingered the halls for our entire stay The indoor pool was located in the lower level and was as cold as an Alaskan ice rink but my 9 year old didn’t seem to mind The room was clean and quiet except for being located right beside a graffiti covered train track that seemed to have a train rolling down the line about once every 2 hours so it made sleeping a little difficult As for the continental breakfast it was your typical runt of the mill hard eggs and runny oatmeal that 90% of hotels offer Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I think there are better options in the general area Also parking on site is $22 per day

The ice machines weren’t working so you had to have the front desk get you some from the Cafe The breakfast is made to order and is NOT included with your room cost Coffee and fruit are offered free however

The hot tub was out of order and the pool was too cold for my liking so we didn’t utilize that amenity Also the guest laundry feature was out of order Check out was noon and I was able to have a late checkout til 1pm without extra charge Beautiful back yard with large gas fireplace over looking the river made up for all the other things out of order though Very nice Service from staff was excellent

Awesome weekend stay with my kids! Very spacious and clean lobby upon entering the hotel We were greeted by two employees at the front desk with a warm friendly welcome Check-in was quick and easy

We were told that breakfast ends at 10am on the weekends before we headed up to room on the 4th floor The associate also told me that if we needed anything not to hesitate and just ask Elevators were quick and clean Once we got to our room and opened the door we were very impressed The room temperature was perfect, the room was clean, and the carpet floor was beyond clean The bathroom was spacious and had everything from towels to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash A hairdryer was even present!!! The beds were extremely comfortable with both soft and firm pillows provided The tv was a large flat screen mounted to the wall which could be pulled out and turned right or left for optimum viewing angles There was a nice size closet, a desk, a fridge, and an iron This hotel is our go to when we stay in the Pittsburgh area!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews But in this case I just feel it’s so necessary! ALL and I mean ALL the staff were extremely polite and very helpful and accommodating! I really appreciated the valet staff being especially patient with us loading and offering to help! The room was exceptionally clean and even smelled super clean when we walked in It was great having the breakfast and kickback

Also loved the pool and hot tub! Thank you for being the best hotel around!

Vern Rogers

This is a great hotel for people attending a convention It is very convenient and you’ll save a great deal with the free breakfast and the evening snacks The room was clean – it’s nice to stay in a room where the HVAC doesn’t wake you up when it comes on

Some of the rooms have no view and look directly at a wall – but you probably aren’t spending time in the room to enjoy the view The fitness center is small, the pool is decent, and the rooftop deck is great when the weather is niceThe best part was the staff Everyone was professional and helpful I really appreciated Darnell – he does excellent work in the dining areaBefore you leave, make sure you go down to the basement to see the old vaults from the bank that used to occupy the building

K C

Our stay was amazing We had the best time and was a great location So close to everything

The free breakfast and dinner buffet was great also and the free drink vouchers I have to say the front desk had great staff but hands down Nina was so sweet and gave us lots of ideas to do while we were there She definitely went above and beyond her job and amazing She definitely deserves a raise We definitely will be back real soon and can’t wait to stay here again

George Lutz

This hotel was excellent, and that’s from me, who is old and cranky The young man at the desk the late afternoon of April 7th was friendly and very helpful The room was spotless

The free breakfast was real breakfast, not a box with some muffins in it We travel with a small dog, and the hotel put $200 on my card for amenities, so I think that if the dog damaged something (it didn’t), they would take it from that That’s fair – I would expect to pay for any damages What I appreciate is that if there are no damages, we don’t pay anything This is opposed to a recent stay at another hotel, which charged a $5000 pet fee regardless of any damagesThe South Side location was very good – quiet in the evening, and convenient to where we needed to be (Carnegie Mellon University)Parking was excellent – in a garage beneath the buildingFinally, I was happy with the cost Room rate, taxes, fees, and one night of parking for under $20000Going forward, we won’t stay anywhere else

sue gee

This was by far the best hotel stay we have ever had! There are only 2 negative things I have about this place and that’s the parking garage situation and how they definitely shouldn’t be charging $20 a night for what that was and the fridge stunk horribly

other than that so much was within 5 min walking or 10-20 min driving distance Loved there was a marina and bike trail entrance close by There’s construction going on next door and we barely heard anything We didn’t hear anything from the other guests in the hotel The rooms were decent sized for a family of 4 The shower was huge and the pressure was superb 👌 👏🏽 finally!! They tried the best they could with breakfast Pretty similar options to most major hotels and the pool was fine But my favorite part was the view over looking the river When I’m back in Pittsburgh this is the only place I want to stay Sorry I don’t have pictures inside the room I thought I had a video but I can’t find it

Josh Prew

This is the worst Hyatt property we have ever stayed at and is now on our avoid listParking: Parking garage requires double parking This means that you must hand over your keys to the front desk in case they need to move your car

We found our rental car moved and smelling of smoke – it appears that someone had smoked in our rentalBreakfast: We went to breakfast at 9 (they close at 9:30) and found that they were out of nearly everything No coffee, eggs, or pastries No silverware and trash cans were overflowingRoom: Dirty and has has tape on the ceiling Had a cracked toilet seat (which required maintenance to come by)This property also hosts events Be prepared for loud music until 10:30 at night (followed by an hour of them breaking down tables and cleaning up) Not where I would recommend going for a restful stay – though the wedding party seemed to have fun

It was good Christine at the front desk was amazing and gave us so many restaurant recommendations! However, the room was not very clean to Marriott standards and the couch had some very questionable stains on it which I would not sit on I even tried flipping the cushions but they were on both sides

The bed was comfortable and very good water pressure Breakfast was good

Customer service was and is always outstanding We have stayed at this hotel for years when coming home to visit family I’m retired military and my son is active duty

He and my granddaughter arrived early on our last visit and the staff was very accommodating in getting them a room close to us Breakfast was very good and the area was very clean Once agian, all hotel staff personnel were friendly and very attentive Big hit for us were the room(s) this visit Curtains/shades had large cuts and red stains all over them, floors were greasy and slippery in kitchen and bathroom area, etc (Big decline)If the rooms and some of the common/hallway areas get a make over/cleaned up that would improve your ratings and prevent us from seeking another hotel with better/cleaner accommodations I hope you make these suggested modifications because we really do love staying at the this hotel

Jay Mack

Overall, I would have to say that I was very disappointed in our stay at their hotel My son and I were just there for a baseball tournament and we stayed at their hotel When we arrived, there was a sign on the front desk stating that the pool was closed (nice feature and part of our decision to stay there with a baseball team needing to unwind between games)

I inquired and they said it would be fixed and ready to go the next day We found out later that evening it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday after we were gone They offered no form of apologies or compensation for thisNext, I called and asked if they could send up sheets and a pillow for the pull out sofa (used to be standard in the room or hospitality would send it up) and they told me to come and get it from the front deskFinally, our room had a kitchenette and I found it curios that there were limited plates and utensils in the cabinet I looked in the dishwasher and found it full with water and grime sitting in the cups and bowls (ones which were not upside down to allow the water to drain) I found this disturbing because I have no idea how long they were sitting there and would not use themI don’t think I would stay at this particular hotel again!

They offer fresh warm, DELICIOUS cookies when you check in Stayed on the 16th floor away from elevators Room smelled great and was clean Had a decent view, walls were a little thin Very spacious room with a wine fridge which I loved but wish room had a freezer I also wish there were better assortments of teas & coffee in the room Bathroom was small and I hated the pedestal sink The water pressure in the shower was heavenly, I could’ve stood under it for hours I was not a fan of how the room was set up I like the bed being tucked around corner not right by the door That way there’s more privacy when/If door was open Towels weren’t the softest but got the job done Love love loved the gym!!! Lots to do, very clean, plenty of equipment

Superb location within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, fine restaurants and the convention center The staff are very courteous and always offer prompt service The rooms are a little dated, in general

That is probably common with a lot of the other downtown hotels that are located in historic buildingsI had a city view, high floor room, but the windows were extremely unclean, thus completely obscuring the view The bed was comfortable with fresh, clean linen A large TV with extended cable, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and all other standard room features were available The bathroom was really tiny, with no counter space around the sink and the toilet being cramped up near a wallThe gym and pool area are well maintained, and there’s a very good restaurant on-site, that also stays open until 10PM Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for a solo work trip

Overall a good experience Staff have been nice and helpful all around, including front desk, restaurant, and valets Speaking of the restaurant, the food is excellent and fairly reasonably priced

Not a huge menu but they seem good at what they do My suite was nice, almost the size of an apartment Fridge was tiny – almost useless, and room shows a bit of wear, but isn’t awful I agree with others – the shower water pressure is great! The gym is nice too! The elevators seem a bit iffy, so beware of that Location is top notch, with lots in walking distance Overall I’d recommend it

We really enjoyed this sweet boutique hotel First, the staff was friendly and helpful Front desk was informative and efficient

Housekeeping was quick to respond and rooms were clean Don’t ever lose those great dreads:) and smile(you know who I mean) Second, the valet parking had good communication and service Shout out to Mica I’d trust him with my ride any day Lastly, location Close to exits and walking distance to all the cool things in downtown Pitt They were doing some remodeling but it wasn’t a hassle You are going to rock even more when it is finished! Keep up the good vibes I’ll definitely stay there again when visiting Rock On!!

Room was very small, bed was comfortable though Temperature was perfect, the lobby was beautiful very nice decor and wonderful staff There is a beautiful terrace on the 10th floor with an amazing view of the city

It was really in the perfect location, target and LA Fitness was 8 minutes away so it was very convenient The only big issue I had was there was NO parking, I had to leave my car on the street they only had three stops and one of them was for an electric car and handicap The lots are so expensive, 25$ every time to go in and out so parking at meters and leaving my car three blocks away was SUPER annoying and honestly a big deal breaker for meThere is no microwave in the room, but you can use the lobby I am a Graduate student so I had to go down to heat up my food every day which was also annoying My room also did not have a blow dryer, but the front desk would have gave me another one I just never called back The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean Amazing and friendly staff!!

cam ,

It’s easier to mention what’s bad since most is good First of all, I’ve never ever had a front desk attendant as rude & useless as the accented, bearded, tall black man who checked us in This is not rooted in racism, all the other black employees were incredible

The room was really tiny for a king suite $35 for valet and $25 for self park is absolutely unacceptable, should have a free option of some kind Restaurant/bar wasn’t openPretty clean, location is best in city, rooftop deck was nice Very, very comfy bed Shower was awesome Modern Security was great, felt quite safe Internet was pretty quick Very clean area

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding The room was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly The bar closes fairly early, so we had to move our after-party elsewhere

If booking a block of rooms, note that a very steep fee is charged for unused rooms, and they are unwavering on it We had multiple cancellations in our block due to the travel issues and COVID, and these rooms were ultimately charged to our master account This policy is very different from other hotels in the area, so just be sure you can meet their minimum requirements I would definitely stay here again, but there are probably more flexible options for wedding blocks in the area

*Update to reply to the manager’s reply below*If you truly cared, you would actually call me back I’ve literally left 2 voicemails and my information with two other staff members, asking for a call back There is absolutely no excuse to not have called me back to resolve this

Baffling how a simple task such as shipping a small item back seems beyond your capabilitiesThe hotel itself was great, but the staff has been absolutely incompetent in following up with a simple lost and found request We let the front desk know we thought an item may have been lost in the hotel We received a call a few days later saying it had been found and to fill out a form on a website, which we did We then heard nothing I placed three calls to the hotel, leaving a message on housekeeping voicemail once and speaking with a front desk representative the other two times I never received a call back from anyone I filled out the form on April 3rd and finally received notice on May 23rd that they had my item (which we already knew) and to fill out a form for shipping The shipping rates for a hat and gloves are $37 at the cheapest and $54 for the most expensive, which is absolutely outrageous for an item to be shipped 3 hours in-stateI now cannot get through to anyone at the hotel and am on hold with Marriott customer service Incredibly disappointed in what should have been a simple request to ship items back to a loyal customer

The only place I will ever stay when I come to Pittsburgh is The Oaklander Gorgeous rooms, a beautiful rooftop bar and steps from many great restaurants My only gripe is the staff is 50/50 here

Sometimes you get super friendly people and other times they have been very standoffish but the rooms and views keep me coming back! Super friendly valet staff too!

Horrible service compared to other 5 star hotels or even hotels with fewer stars Many receptionists ignored us and kept us waiting whilst chatting amongst themselves We waited patiently for them to finish helping this white woman

After they were done, 3 or more staff members behind and around reception stared into space or chatted for quite a while before even acknowledging us A man who looked like the manager also stood around allowing this to happen and also ignored us When they finally got to us, the tone we received was one of indifference It was pretty shocking to be treated this wayI’ve eaten at the restaurant, fl 2, before The food was not bad However, more recently, I was turned away at the door from even getting one quick drink at the bar once when it was 30 minutes from closing The bar in the lobby, Andy’s, had great cocktails thoughIt’s too bad that it’s the only “5 star” hotel in this city because I definitely wouldn’t recommend this one

I used to love this hotel

So it saddens me to say that this past visit was terrible I got the presidential suite for my wife and I to have a romantic getaway night The room was in poor repair Coffee machine had no water reservoir on it, furniture stained, etc There was no glasses or silverware in the full kitchen I ordered two wine glasses from room service and it took a full hour for them to be delivered The restaurant and bar was closed We had to walk up the street to the liquor store just so that we could have a drink! While everyone working there was polite, they did NOTHING to make our stay any better I asked for the manager to call me in the room and he couldn’t even be bothered to call and talk with me Unfortunately, a once beautiful hotel has fallen to the level of a Best Western Needles to say, we will be finding somewhere else for the next time

This was probably the worst experience we had at a high $$$ hotel ever We prepaid for 2 rooms and we’re told we could check in at 3pm When we arrived at 2 pm they told us our rooms should be ready at 3pm and they would text us when it was ready

We never received any communication from them at all My wife had to call multiple times to check to see if the rooms were ready They told her that they weren’t sure when either one of the rooms would be cleaned and ready for check in Finally after 4pm she called again and they said one room was ready Checked into one room to discover the carpet was dirty, light bulbs out, mold under the glass on the desk and all in all just nasty for 5 star hotel To make it even worse they sent a text message at 6pm to tell us our second room was ready They offered free breakfast and parking This hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Pittsburgh, but I wouldn’t waste this kind of money to stay there again

We planned to stay in Pittsburgh but chose this Hampton Inn because it was half the price and had good reviews We were extremely pleased with every detail It has easy access from the highway

The room was spacious and immaculately clean and well appointed Little details such as pull-out access to coffee maker and writing tables in the room, small ottomans that can be wheeled out, comfortable furniture and bedding, coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator, a desk, and everything was in working order Honestly it is the best hotel stay we have had in years The breakfast buffet had all the condiments we could ask for, plus mini waffles including blueberry! And EVERY STAFF member we interacted with was friendly, polite and friendly Well done!

Linda Purcell

They charge double the rate of local hotels The rooms were not as clean as should be with sticky furniture and lint or paper snips on the floor There was no daily housekeeping unless specially requested

The breakfast was no better than other hotels and possibly less offered Hot coffee 24/7 I was told good I drink tea The water provided was not hot enough for tea to steep Hotel is due for some upkeep to freshen paint chips Room colors dull and art work monotone and blah Not worth the extra $$ but we chose to be in same as other family membersOn the bright side The staff shines Very attentive and accomodating Would be nice to think they were receiving the best pay of local hotels

N Y

Totally dis satisfied with the night check-in agent and the process, availability of towels and not keeping up to the promise of having rooms together which i have called multiple time and confirmed that they are going to be together The carpet was not clean and even after requested, the carpet was still not cleaned and there were lot of crumbs all around

Also, for us the 2nd day, by time we got back to the room, the thermostat was turned up to 90 and was very very hot in the room and it took more than 2 hrs for it to come down to a comfortable temperature My kids had to suffer through it Would not Recommend at all

Loved the location! The room was nice and quite quiet considering it was so busy around town! Loved the little bar as well The walls, microwave and fridge could stand to be wiped down I would recommend parking across the street for $10 a night versus $20 a night at the hotel

Shopping in the strip was a cool experience as well! I love Pittsburg and would stay here again!

Ryan Mills

I use Hilton hotels all over the US in my work travels This was another one for a conference I was attendingStaff = friendly and helpful

Convenience = short walk to convention center, downtown and very close to the strip districtRooms = comfortable with good amenities Bed was comfortable which is a huge thing for mePoints of improvement = supply enough soap for the kitchen, bathroom and shower There was only one bar of soap in my room after I checked in But the staff gave me more when I asked Dish and kitchen utensils / supplies limited There were no plates or cups, very odd

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be let downVery clean and great service!Easy parking with paid $30 a dayBooked 2 rooms by hotel com A little problems with checkin, but the manager Anthony gave us a great hand We will be back Highly recommended to anyone!

The hotel is starting to really come together! The new restaurant is open for breakfast (The Factory) and I was very happy with the breakfast bowl and French press – creative and deliciousThe main lobby is gorgeous and open with arguably the best city view you can getThey are still constructing the remainder of the bar/restaurant, so keep that in mind, but over all a really great experience and the staff are all friendly/professional

Latosha Jackson

We have been staying at the Sheraton Station Square for many years I was happy to see the lobby and room/barhroom updates, it was needed The restaurant is still under construction but we rarely ate there when it was open

The shower pressure wasn’t the greatest, but it got us clean The patrons in the halls were loud, but that’s not the hotels fault I didn’t know we weren’t gonna get our room cleaned, but one call and we got new bathroom towels in under 5 minutes The location is convenient and close to lots of things and the views are spectacular We’ve never stayed in an inside room, but this past weekend there were several weddings so I couldn’t image the noise level there
