Overall decent experience staying at this hotel The parking isn’t a great situation thoughFor other diamond members who are use to other Hilton properties providing multiple bottles of water during longer duration stays, this location 100% will not

Only 2 per room per stay I understand that’s always been the policy, just all other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at provide extra throughout stayFor late check out, you cannot request at check in or during stay- you have to call day of check out to see if they will accommodate it This makes it difficult to plan your last dayBreakfast was good, lots of optionsRoom was good, bed comfortable

I have stayed in hotels/inns in very rural towns in the US and abroad and this stay was the worst that I have ever experienced My family and I thought we were going away for a quick, impromptu long weekend before my husband starts his new job What we experienced at this hotel was disappointment after disappointment

First, we were told that we could not check-in until 4 pm That is fine, and expected as that is the stated time However, others were checking in as we waited in the lobby until 4 pm I visited the front desk twice, and each time was met with horrible attitude and abhorrent customer service When we finally checked in the gentleman that helped us gave me a breakfast card for only the adults, which I had to correct No big deal, no one is perfect Then we entered the elevator and were greeted by the screech of grinding parts, which was unnerving Later that day, we noticed that that elevator had been taken out of service In the room the cleanliness left much to be desired The shower grout was filthy There were stains on the bedding, and the dust was visible The hotel was full so requesting a new room was to no avail On the way back from dinner parking was impossible in the front so we parked in the back The doors for us to enter were supposed to be accessible by room key only These doors were not secured so anyone could enter the premises The next morning two of the three elevators were out of service This meant that we could not actually get down to breakfast Taking the stairs leads you outside, and in this case into the rain My family waited at the elevator for 20 minutes or more and could never get on Families trying to carry luggage down faced worse experiences At this point we decided to check out and go to breakfast elsewhere, at our expense, although we had breakfast included at the hotel We tried again to get on the elevator, again to no avail This time we had to carry our luggage down four flights and across the parking lot (no luggage carts on stairs) I called the front desk to request that the additional $30 that I was charged be removed from the bill, as of yet this has not happened although the manager indicated that it would be taken off She also stated that the breakfast would be extended due to the elevator issue This also did not happen My family and I will never return

Overall, the hotel was great The employees were all very friendly and the complimentary receptions in the morning and evening were great For the price of the room, I did expect that the furniture (footstool specifically) wouldn’t have looked like it went a couple rounds with a cougar and the toilet paper holder wouldn’t be close to falling off the wall but the service and food as well as location made up for it

The room was fine Clean and comfortable The breakfast fell short

We were there on Mothers Day morning, at breakfast by 830 No eggs Fruit bowls empty Other foods low Choose our food and sat for 20 minutes Never saw ANYONE tending the breakfast area No more eggs No wiping tables Nothing I get that staffing is short, but 1 person can handle it!

Chris Julian

Almost everything was perfect about this stay Great room, comfortable bed and big TV There were two downsides

No HBO is one The other was getting hassled by the guy at the front desk because he didn’t believe our dog was a service animal He started asking questions deemed illegal by the ADA Some training regarding how to properly comply with the ADA is needed That being said I will definitely stay at this hotel again

Definitely one of the better hotels in the area I loved the amount of space

They have a fairly big bathroom, living area, bedroom, and kitchen I LOVED the kitchen fridge, freezer, stove top, microwave, and anything you could possibly need as far as eating utensils & cooking Breakfast was very good, they change out your towels every day, just leave any dirty outside your door Overall I enjoyed my stay

Deyonne Hallberg

Our overall stay was great until it came to our last night there Our room overheated – it got to nearly 90 degrees in our room and I had my two children with me – an infant and a preteen It was nearly 10pm at night and the management told us we would have to wait until the following morning (smh)

They had other rooms available but since they had a large wedding party coming in the following day (check-in would be at 4pm and we planned to check out by 10am) they couldn’t give us a new room – everything was “fully booked” In addition to this, they told us that since we booked our room through a third party (we booked through Expedia) that they couldn’t move us into a new room based off that It made no sense at all Thankfully we had a great staff member, Devon who did a great job at accommodating us He called multiple people from management, continued to check in with us to make sure we were good and eventually got us into another room! We were very thankful for his attention to the matter and getting the situation resolved THANK TOU DEVON! You are the reason why we continued to enjoy our stay

Dealing with Hiral has been an absolute pleasure! We have been sending employees down to stay at this Comfort Inn for months during an out of town job and she was always extremely helpful, often going above and beyond her duties to make sure we were taken care of Truly made booking and cancelling a breeze I didn’t stay at this hotel personally so I can’t speak to “my stay” but our employees never complained about noise or cleanliness issues

Rashawn Nance

I understand the service industry can be tough You’re dealing with different personalities all day One word of advice, everyone is not the same nor should they be treated as if they did something wrong simply by checking in

Letting go the obvious bad taste with the lack of welcoming atmosphere, I was introduced to something I couldn’t ignore The room was dirty but felt clean I slept on top of the covers as I always prefer After my alarm went off I saw something out of my peripheral crawling It scattered quickly and I thought nothing of it Then I saw it again on the night stand and it was a roach! Staring at me like I don’t belong here I called the front desk and accused guests of bringing them in She profusely blamed everyone instead of accepting responsibility She then proceeded to ask me to bring it to her for proof, what?!!!! After killing it with my scandal I saw yet another one It doesn’t matter what she thinks it’s obvious you guys have bugs Please check all of room 222 before staying FYI you’ll also have a $150 deposit on arrival even if you used a third party to pay for the hotel

Sala

I’m staying here for a business trip and my company paid for me and some coworkers to stay here for the weekVery disappointed staying at this hotelThe rooms are not clean

My bedding had like dust stuff on itBeen feeling itchy in my roomThe breakfast is disgustingThe front desk is extremely rude after checking in like they put a front up at first pretending to be niceNot helpful at when you ask them for anythingThe pool is closedThe area where the hotel is doesn’t give safe vibes and the other hotel guests I’ve encountered seem sketchyThe company will reply to this saying they can’t find me on their records like I’ve seen in other reviews Well I’m 100% a guest here and this place is gross!!!Trust me please beware and find somewhere better 🙁

What a great find so many hotel options in this area, but this was adequately priced for such a great experience

We only stayed 2 nights, but I wish we stayed more! Outside there is a nice sitting area and fire pit Once you walk in there is a very welcoming foyer, with TV, coffee, sitting area, etc The staff are so friendly and helpful Near the front desk you have juice/water/soda for purchase as well as an array of snacks The gym (which I used twice) was super clean and very nice It was quite large Probably the nicest I’ve seen at a hotel They have an indoor pool which people seemed to really enjoy The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable I loved the kitchenette and living room area We enjoyed watching football in the room as well The fridge and microwave were very clean, which I liked The shower was nice and roomy I would definitely give this place my business again

Nancy Mundorf

We stayed 6 nights with a family of 5 and were very comfortable in our room! Not only was the room very clean but the entire hotel and property was kept extremely clean! Breakfast was good, lots of choices Everyone was very friendly and welcoming during our entire stay! Very convenient location! Look forward to staying again next time we’re in town!!

Julie

It was good because the room was very spacious, had a curtain for privacy between living area and bed area Dishwasher and everything, even hidden beef jerky in the cabinet! Beds are pretty comfy but I found a blood stain so 3 points for effort I guess The counter table could even be used as a bed for guests

The bathroom doors are brutal, almost got stuck in one, almost had to press the emergency button, very scared The pool was nice, you can open your eyes with no tears but my friend had eye irritation about an hour after The pool tasted salty, a lot of little kids were roaming around so it tasted quite urinated I hit my chin at the bottom of the rough floors, now I have a mark so no hot girl summer, biatch My brother asked for an hdmi cord and the guy at the front desk was very rude about it, didn’t even give us a goodnight just a “GIVE IT BACK” This random little girl with snuck into our room and was telling us off, saying “Ice doesn’t melt in the microwave” and what not because the sink water tastes chemical She acted like the queen of coffee and had at least 5 cups which I don’t know how because it was ATROCIOUS by the way, she calls herself “The Coffee Addict” We got ding dong ditched around 9:00pm and when we kept going out to check no one was there, it was very frightening and in that moment I was on my knees praying to my lord savior Jesus Christ, asking for forgiveness for slapping that one guy at the playground I was in the shower during this time and the shower head was pretty good, great water pressure and there were a lot of towels The curtain was very see through and since we were on the bottom floor you could see everyone walking by and it added more onto the horrifying madness The breakfast was okay, the waffle maker was broken, not filled so we had to wait 20 minutes to actually eat our food I felt like I was in a school lunch line, waiting for my food with an empty stomach and a narrow mind This boy taught me how to work the waffle gadget so very thoughtful of him The waffles were dry but filling I guess, not many options for breakfast We payed to leave till 12:00pm and while we were napping this woman kept knocking on our door asking when we were going to leave so very annoying, I was in the middle of my nap daydreaming about leonardo DiCaprio I am starting to begin this hotel is haunted first the random knocking, then I had a mid day nightmare about the doors opening and closing and the curtains as well Then in the dream a genie ghost figure was arising from the bed and my friend and I were horrified But in the end of the dream we were greeted with cupcakes so that was good I guess Overall pretty good hotel if you want a break from your husband

This Sheraton was probably a very nice hotel prior to March 2020 The area of the hotel is surrounded by several companies and offices Since the pandemic, many are working remote now, therefore the area is a bit depressed (not all of Naperville)

In the hotel are many vagrants that have taken residence The upkeep of the hotel and housekeeping has significantly suffered due to this About 30% of the rooms are these ‘long terms’ and you will find them roaming the hallways at all hours and leaving garbage outside of their rooms We used our Suite Upgrades for a suite that was in severe neglect The curtains were all torn terribly Items on the wall were falling off like door stoppers and racks The pull out sofa bed was broken and completely unusable They moved us to another room that was not much better The lounge was closed since 2020 and no indication that it will reopen

Mary Chandler

We were there for the Buick national car show as a swap meet vendor Lovely King room, very Comfortable bed and pillows Great hotel for an event

Lots of meeting rooms, large banquet room, Starbucks coffee in rooms and in lobby and at breakfast buffet I tried to get more coffee packs sent to my room twice but never got it Breakfast buffet was ok Pancakes were awesome Nothing special on the buffet for $16 However we did get ours for $12 since we attended this event Lots of free parking Lobby was very spacious and had comfortable couches and nice decor

Dalal Sheikhah

Never trusting the Sheraton name again It was the most dirty hotel I ever seen we already found our room full of dust and the bed sheets was disgusting and worn out They just are using the covid situation as an excuse for not cleaning every day and when the come to clean the stuff are rude and want to clean on there own timetable

So believe me pick another hotel and don’t waste your money

I have been staying at this facility for over 2 years for work I often travel for work and this has been one of the best Hotels I have stayed at The rooms, common areas and gym are always super clean

The staff is professional, helpful and always friendly Over my stay the General manager Joanne, Anthony and Milly, and all other staff have always made sure to address any issues I might have They work as a team and make your feel like this is your home away from home My family has came to visit multiple times and my wife is amazed at how well this property is ran and how good the staff is I have personally recommended this hotel to at least 10 people, everyone who stays here for work always comes back to this hotel when they return to work due to the hospitality, cleanliness and customer service This is a 5 star hotel I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area, as someone whom has stayed at 100+ different hotels and paid twice as much for half the service, you could not ask for more than this hotel has to offer

Lauren Kelly

Overall, I had a great experience at this location for the ten months I stayed there I loved the free laundry and spacious rooms, however, I did not like that the staff did not accommodate to me when I asked to move rooms – closer to the elevator – due to my arthritis starting to get bad They also allow trucks to take up two parking spaces which I think is absurd

Anthony, Abe, and Malachi were always very nice and took care of any issues I had Joann was very nice, but did give excuses as to why a room was being noisy; kids will be kids but parents need to be respectful of others too I never really spoke to Millie, but I did not appreciate the one week’s notice of room rates going up almost $20 per night nor the excuses for the trucks to take up more than one parking spot She suggested I also talk to my doctor about receiving a handicap placard, which is not her place to suggest in my opinion Like I said, overall, it was a decent experience, but I will spend the money at another Sonesta hotel

Natalie Taylor

I believe that this location is being used as a residence by some of the patrons It had more of a dorm type feel to it The staff were helpful but not hospitable

There was a smell when first walked in that I couldn’t put my finger on The rooms still have the eyehole that doesn’t have a cover on it Noise continued until about 3 am I wasn’t uneasy about being there, it just had a different feel to it I will not be back

Great location for where I needed to be during my stay & quite, for the most partDuring my first 2 nights, a lot of families staying for what appeared to be a multiple state school event, with kids running up & down the hall & stairwell Although, I think the loudest incident was the tornado siren that went off outside my window

I went on this trip knowing full well to pay attention to the weather, & for the most part, know what I need to do in case emergency I also seek out the evacuation plans to familiarize myself with the safest route out Right away I found the instructions for a fire but had to search the room for the welcome book to see if there is any further instructions for a tornado Once I finally located it laying on a shelf near the tv, I read the tiny paragraph that told me to shelter in the bathroom if I am in my room or in the hall of the lobby area if I am downstairs For those that do not read the welcome books it might be beneficial to add those instructions to the fire escape plan on the back of the door so when the siren goes off the guests know what to do and are not searching the room for instructions Just happens that a tornado touched down not far from our location & I knew what to do when the siren went off because I searched for the informationOn a different noteIt was great having a kitchenette in the room so that I could make my own meals instead of eating a bunch of fast food the whole time Comfortable seating area to unwind before retiring to a soft pillow in a spacious bed & warm blankets Restaurants, bars & stores are not far down the roadI would definitely consider staying here again if I find myself back in the area

When we first got there the outside wasn’t very appealing at all To the point we thought about finding another place to stay The building was just to plain

Sure they had gas grills you could use that were clean looking But we weren’t there to cook I was having surgery in the morning So I needed to get things done as the hospital requested But we went on inside and the place was really nice and the lady behind the desk was really nice and friendly We told her about what we were thinking when we first drove up She laughed along with us We checked in and went to our room Talk about being pleasantly surprised how the room was and how much space we had all over the room Now as for the bedthat one needed to be changed out for a new one It sagged in the middle some I couldn’t sleep on it due to my neck So I slept on the big couch just fine Tim slept in the bed but didn’t get much sleep due to how the bed was Yes we will stay again when needed Just not the same room/bed We didnt take time to walk around to see the pool and all As we were busy getting ready for my surgery in the morning

I don’t think words can fully express my gratitude towards the staff here and how nice and quiet the place is If you’re in the area, THIS IS YOUR HOTEL, I promise!!! Staff are very attentive and whiling to accommodate to fit your needs and wants I stayed 4 nights for work in the area and not 1 problem arose

They have a Diamond Award displayed from 2021 and its very well deserved You can tell the owners and management take pride in their establishment and want to serve you Thank you so very much for such a great stay 🙂

Reviews fooled me! My husband and I arrived here right before midnight Per the guy at the front desk if you’re not checked in by midnight they will charge you for the room and will resale your room 🧐Anyways the hotel check in went smooth The lobby was nicely decorated and smelled clean

However, the smell of wet dog hit us as we entered the room The room was nicely decorated too, but there were more issues besides the smell The toilet seat was cracked, stains on the carpet, and the tiles on the jacuzzi were buckling at the bottom I was completely shocked! Then the continental breakfast didn’t not offer any type of protein (meat) Just drinks, eggs, oatmeal, and bread on top of bread with a few other things I would give them 25 if it was an option

OUR CAR WAS VANDALIZED! I was a guest at the Hyatt Regency in Lisle, Illinois June 9-12 I was in town for my stepdaughter’s wedding, down the road at the Morton Arboretum We had an adjoining room for the night of June 10 for the bride

While we were there, many things were less than desirable, but the worst occurred on my final night there On Saturday night, June 11, I parked my other daughters’ car in the Hyatt parking lot I parked it in the well lit lot, close to the building, and thought it was a very safe spot The next morning, the catalytic converter had been stolen and the front hood was damaged When I reported it to hotel staff, they said they had no liability and could not help me I was shocked at their complete disregard and lack of concern, they also did not seem a bit surprised I would have hoped for some empathy, contact information for the police, somethingI guess that I should not have been too surprised though as the whole time I was there, the staff seemed unconcerned Even though the adjoining room was vacant on June 9, (we asked because we thought about getting it early), it was not cleaned and available until 4:30 pm June 10 We told them it was for a bridal party, with an early morning wedding the next day, but that did not seem to matterWe also witnessed other guests arriving after 4 and still not having their room ready They were offered drinks at the bar, but many needed their rooms Then we witnessed damage to the number board in one elevator, causing some floors to be inaccessible The other worst thing we saw was when some guests got stuck in the other elevator and were ringing the bell for some time They got out, but then that elevator was shut down for a dayAll in all, I will never stay there again, and fear to stay at any Hyatt

Naqia Najafi

At first glance this hotel looks like it will be a great stay The lobby is grand, clean and spacious However, the rooms do not match this vibe & does not look like the photos advertised

They are outdated and dirty The beds are tiny in size We stayed in a 2 double bed room, but the beds were closer in size to singles The washroom curtain had stains, and water pooled up to your ankles when taking a shower Our TV did not work & wifi also did not work for our first day of our stay We travelled with a large group and several members of our party experienced worse issues Earwigs in the bathtub, ants in the room, an electrical spark & flame from the outlet, blood like stains on sheets upon arriving in hotel There was also no daily cleaning/room service offered until the third night of your stay, which would have been nice to know prior to booking The only reason I’ve given this hotel 2 stars is because the staff is very kind and helpful But overall, if you’re expectations are a clean hotel room, I would not recommend this place

Mistic Mods

Room was great but asked for regular coffee 2 times and got decaf both times Last time we asked they never even came to the room Also we were supposed to get wedding venue rates and asked multiple times and was told fully booked but groom said they were not

Called sales dept and told the same thing I wouldn’t recommend for the price service should’ve been better

Me and my husband stayed here a while ago and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at The door man was very friendly as well as the front staff The rooms were amazing, very clean and spacious

I have never had room service and I was one of the best experiences of my life as you can see I didn’t order anything fancy but it was still amazing

DIVINE DESTINY

This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable The staff is polite, warm and inviting upto the cleaning staff Speaking of, they do a remarkable job of cleaning the rooms

This is coming from someone who generally travels with my own pillow, sheets, blanket and cleaning supplies I did not have to put in any additional work to make this place up to par for my visitIf you are there and looking for breakfast, try the coffee and smoothie place a few steps away (I forgot the name, my apologies) However, the ham and Swiss croissant was simply amazing! The only downside to my visit, was the bar was not open during my visit on a holiday weekend It turned out ok, because the location of the hotel gave countless other close options right on and off Route 59

Lillia Amor

The reservations manager Emily here made my stay absolutely repulsive I over slept and did not extend my stay, instead of receiving a phone call from the reception to politely ask if I was extending my stay- Emily approved of the staff barging into my room as I was naked showering I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel

When I told her my concerns she let me know that she can send someone to gathering my things for me to check out This was upon telling her that I feel uncomfortable extending my stay further since anyone can come in- unapologetically Being a woman staying alone this was a repulsive reaction from Emily I would never wish this upon anyone The hotel is nice, but unfortunately an unqualified reservation manager has trashed it

The pool and gym were open The free breakfast buffet are hot and cold foods and served in the hotel’s trendy lobby area The front desk hosts were so helpful and ensured that our experience met our expectations, which it did Special kudos to Manny We thank you for your help! We really enjoyed our stay

Our stay was great! Very clean roomManager & staff was very accommodating Comfortable / large sitting area in the lobby if you have company

Good breakfast optionsPet area in the back of the hotel is big, lots of grass for our dog to roamWill definitely stay here on our next visit Loved the location – right off of I55, easy access

We are traveling across the country with 2 dogs, so chose La Quinta’s since they accept pets This was the cleanest one we stayed at so far The room itself had lots of space to get re-organized

The remote was missing and the AC wasn’t kicking on but the front desk agent came upstairs and fixed both of those things We’d definitely stay at this location again

We recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for our wedding weekend, hosting a room block with assistance from Lauren She was INCREDIBLE and was with us every step of the way Anything I needed help with, she was quick to respond and provide

I grew up in Naperville and lived there for 20+ years, and never had the chance to stay at Hotel Indigo Our stay was fantastic, and our wedding party and guests loved it Hotel Indigo gave us “vacation” vibes, even though I was down the street from where I grew up The hotel is SO nice, Plank Bar & Kitchen was great for our Friday night cocktail event, and Sydni at the bar was awesome The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating as well Highly recommend Hotel Indigo for a stay in town, or a wedding or large event!

Barb Montagano

Our family and friends had a phenomenal weekend stay, for our son’s wedding, thanks to the team at Hotel Indigo Naperville We are extremely grateful to Sydni, Mike, Ashley and Maddie for taking care of every detail We thank them for their guidance in planning, efficiency, professionalism and kindness throughout

Check in was a breeze and all welcome boxes were handed out The lobby and guest rooms are immaculate and beautiful I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Naperville!!

Eric Binder

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown Naperville We stayed in a suite on our wedding night Spacious room, easy access to parking garage, large walk-in shower, twin sinks, and incredible views from the numerous large windows

Easy check-in/out TV was a bit small and awkwardly placed, but we didn’t really use it much so it was fine Overall, a stellar experience

I have stayed here and across the parking lot at Hyatt House Every time the front desk people have been amazing and helpful The rooms are nice and clean

Also can’t beat the price for the services For example: tonight the AC in my room wasn’t working I called down and within a minute the service tech came to my room They worked and worked but it still wasn’t working So they helped me get a room at another hotel near by, refunded me completely and gave me 2 free nights for the future Can’t beat it

Janice Marfiz

Stayed here for a work trip and the pricing was very reasonable The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast had a good variety of product There was free parking which was great

The restaurant is not functioning right now but they have a snack bar and some items for alcoholic products The first night we ended up ordering in pizza and ate in the lobby, we wiped off the table when we left but the next morning when we ate breakfast there were still crumbs on the floor and you could tell the table hadn’t been cleaned The rooms they show online are not the rooms that we got While the room had almost everything the same, online it showed a full kitchenette but all we had was a coffee maker and small fridge The rooms online showed an entirely different setup The furniture looked old and tattered When I sat on the couch I felt lower then the ottoman and it was awkward to use together The faucet in my room was missing the bottom piece and it was weird stepping out of the shower and having to maneuver around the toilet The hotel did have a clean smell which was nice but no housekeeping available under 3 days stay unless you ask All in all I think for the price the hotel was a decent stay and the employees were super helpful I guess I was expecting more from a hyatt company

Anthony Norton Hernandez

The rooms were very clean and smelled good I loved that the rooms had a nice big couch along with a very comfortable bed Mini fridge and coffee maker in the room although no microwave, I think there was one downstairs

The AC works perfectly and they have a pool/hot tub and bar downstairs As far as the patrons, I had no problems with any other guest and everyone was respectful

I stay here twice a week I have stayed in all the motels in the area in this price range Sleep Inn is miles better than any of them

Everyone at the front desk is polite and professional It’s cleaner than rooms for three times the rate They are serious about clean They have a good breakfast It’s an all around great deal for the money

Clover Spang

Stayed here several times at this point Desk service is very nice n patient Tho the rooms appear clean enough most smell pretty funky

The cleaning lady apparently has a vendetta against me cuz every time I got off or on the elevator she was mopping the floor directly in front of it no matter what time it was!! I’m hella clumsy and tore my hamstring a cpl yrs ago so slick concrete floors make me extremely nervous :/ mopping is NOT the same thing as laying out a red carpet or flower petals in front of guests like Coming to America

Jessie James

You will have GPS it because it’s not upfront on the road Next to a Cracker Barrel which is great I was told they had truck parking

Get there and the Desk Attendant seemed fluttered almost as if she was looking for an argument Instead of truck parking I was told “I could park on the street since for years they’ve never had a problem” After diffusing the initial conversation I asked about an area on the property and was told if I can get my vehicle in there then I could very well park it there So I did just that Breakfast was ok prefab eggs sausage and the like If you’re wanting to rest and relax next to a lake this is the place

It is an older property but in a good condition Staff is taking pride in their work It is clean! Weekly housekeeping services and you can have it daily upon request

Breakfast included in the rate, great pool with a whirlpool Free billiard room!!! Very quiet property They do not accept any parties I had my dog with me and they gave him a welcome snack

Jasmine Wright

The room was fine but the over night staff at the front desk needs to improve their customer service I just wanted to upgrade my room and know if there was a kitchen in the upgraded room but she just left me on hold for 12 mins before I hung up And then I went downstairs to talk face to face with someone and there was no one available

Bill Dieck

Service was ok but rooms are dated and in disrepair My room had the HVAC system right by the bed and boy was it noisy It also blew air on the bed causing me to turn it off completely (I don’t like air blowing one while sleeping)

Bed was like sleeping on a park bench but I have found Marriott to favor way-firm beds so wasn’t surprised, but this one was cinder block like Left 2 nights early and went somewhere else because of this
