Nice area close to several restaurants and the mall Good stay overall but in all honesty this place could use some upgrades and a good cleaning The furniture in the lobby is dirty, the carpets throughout needed to be vacuumed and the wall in the pool area DEFINITELY needs to be repaired

I also noticed lots of petsdifferent breeds Probably wouldn’t book here again

Godness Moon

our stay was pleasant the rooms are large, perhaps not very well ventilated (the windows cannot be opened) breakfast was good but not great, maybe they should add more variety in the “hot” part

overall the property offers various things, including gym and swimming pool maybe the ventilation is too noisy, (even when turned off in your room) many nights it really bothered

Roger Loeb

This is a nice place to stay, especially if you are going to be there for more than one night The suites have a separate living room, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher) Breakfast is excellent if your schedule allows you to be up and interested in eating from 6 to 9

My rating would have been 5 stars if my shower didn’t drain slowly (I hate ankle wading in the water waiting to go down the sewer drain) Other issue, not necessarily on the hotel, was the extremely inconsiderate neighbors screaming at each other at 11pm Like normal conversation but at a volume that was just ridiculous

We had a great getaway With me being so busy I wanted to show my man that I appreciate him, this location was the BEST We had a whirlpool suite that was amazing

The fireplace was perfectly next to the window that had a great winter breeze Jacuzzi was amazing and deep enough for the both of us The staff were wonderful so polite, friendly and greeted us each time we came through the door I would definitely come back Only thing was upon checking out I found a shoe and other items under the bed from previous people

Stacey Johnson

Everything about my stay was 5 star Hotel was clean, facility, smells clean, check-in was smooth, pool and hot tub were up and running Hot tub was heaven

Happy hour, good breakfast Debbie was so sweet and polite I am definitely coming back Bonus for me were the signs about quiet time and what time its enforced Ive stayed at some hotels where guests and or children of guests had 0 consideration for other guests when it came to noise This will be a monthly weekend getaway staycation for me

Melissa Cardoza

Me and my boyfriend stayed one night, we enjoyed the room perfect for a small getaway the bed was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were okay breakfast was good we were satisfied with what they offered lots to choose from, now to why the three stars so around 11:40 (check out is at 12) we decided to finally get up and start grabbing our stuff I had accidentally spilled some coffee on my shirt so I was in the middle of changing when we heard the softest knock on the door and before I could even respond a cleaning lady presumes to open our door I was livid Check out is at 12 why the hell is someone barging in at 11:40!? So I go to the front desk with my frustration and the lady giggles it off and says oh I’ll talk to them

This place isn’t cheap by any means and the lack of customer service really irritated me I was in the middle of changing when a worker seemed it was alright to not even give us a second to respond to her knock before letting herself in We’ll be taking our business elsewhere our next couples getaway

We did a celebrating life weekend The check-in and check-out were smooth The rooms were nice, 1 king and 1 double

The only thing that made my skin crawl was the amount of random hair throughout the room, especially the bathroom I packed my own cleaning supplies, lysol, etc (as usual) and went to work There was also an elevator with gum pasted on the wall, which was never cleaned off The decor was fabulous and the accessibility to activities in the area was a plus Oh, there’s complimentary parking

Joseph Guyer

No doubt this hotel is beautiful My young daughter said several times that she wants to have her wedding hereHowever, when compared to other hotels out there, it’s sub-par

The rooms were not very large The coffee maker in the room is situated in a spot that is not near enough to an outlet There is no microwave in the room However, there is a microwave in the ice machine room It was broken And the ice machine was brokenThe control for hot tub was broken The pool was nice and the kids had a great time swimmingBut all in all, for $400 a night I think the value is severely lacking

Jen Porta

Didn’t stay there, went for a conference for several days Very nice place Ate at the Starbucks upstairs

Didn’t get the chance to go to the Steak House upstairs yet Do want to try that next yearLove the locationOnly downside is their concession stand food and drinks were SO expensive and they were mediocre at best Got a soft pretzel for $8 that was almost as dry and hard as pretzel rods!!! It must have been under the heat lamp all day! Chicken tenders were mostly breading and they were tasteless Do not buy concession stand food Eat at the places upstairs or go out to the many nice places close by

We had the honor of planning our wedding and reception at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort What a beautiful venue and location, and the amenities offered are just so wonderful too! Our wedding had been affected by COVID, as I am sure many are/had been Kassandra, the general manager, and Christine, our wedding specialist, were so accommodating and generous with their time and resources

There are so many wonderful things I would like to share about them and how amazing they have been in this process! This has been such a whirlwind trying to figure everything out, and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating to ensure our happiness for our special day Not only did they each reach out to us individually to see if we needed anything, but collectively as the Lincolnshire Marriott Resort Team I highly recommend this venue not only for the beautiful location and property, but also for the experience of working with such amazing staff members! From the time we walked into the front door until we left the parking lot, each member was so kind and helpful! What an amazing staff and venue for a wedding or event! Special shout out goes to Christine, she is literally one of the best human beings out there She was so gracious, kind and honest which is exactly what we neededLincolnshire Marriott, thank you for helping us out when this crazy season and circumstances has hit us all!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful I had a room option that gave me an upgraded room since I had my wife, our son, two dogs, and myself We were up for the renaissance fair that was going on in Wisconsin

I was offered a room on the first floor with a patio which helped significantly with the dogs I really appreciate the offer, but was not informed that it was going to be smaller than the bigger room i was upgraded to As an individual who travels and stays with Marriott almost every week, i was a little disappointed in the M Club You are told that when you arrive that it will not be operating to full capacity as it would be during the week Also when we informed the front desk about there not being water, they said they would not be restocking it because it was not operating at full capacity Even the other refreshments such in the refrigerators were not stocked and maintained I have stayed at other Marriott’s with M clubs stock constantly and way better than this one was

I booked a stay in advance with a group rate for a large event that was taking place on site As I was preparing for the event I checked for my confirmation and found that I no longer had it in my email, my fault for not printing it out I contacted the resort to confirm and found they did not have a reservation in my name

I talked with multiple people both at the resort and with Marriott All were happy to book a room for $499 per night vs the original rate of $159 and would not budge on honoring the original rate It was also suggested by multiple people that if the group were to add an additional block of rooms for the event they could then honor the $159 rate While talking with the sales department at the resort about the group, the reservation and honoring the rate I was told the the resort was sold out for my dates and they would be unable to help me any further So in a matter of 30 minutes they went from having enough rooms to add to the group block to being completely sold out I also find it odd that after getting off the phone there were still many rooms available on any number of web sites

I stayed here on 5/18 The staff was great and very polite This appeared to be an older hotel but the lobby had been updated and was nice and on par with your typical Marriott

The rooms were a little outdated but everything was in working order and no outside noises could be heard My only complaint was the cleanliness While over all the room was clean it was apparent that the cleaning staff rushed through and missed some minor things I found a used q-tip on the baseboard in the bathroom and one of the towels had a stain on it The towel seemed like it was clean but just had a stain that couldn’t be washed out Overall it this is a decent place to stay the night

Sonya Gilmore

Very disappointed!!! Watch your card and what they charge you for a deposit

I was charged an extra 135 bucks on my card at check in!! After that they put me in messed up room !!! Had construction people outside window at 7am making a tone of noise!!! On top of that the carpet in our room was solid in water when woke up!! They need to update these room and fix the pipe problem Also train your staff better so there not over charge people !! Worst experience!!!!!! Stay way !!!

Carelle Bartley

I booked a daytime room from 4-11pm to stay in while on a cross country road trip Due to car troubles we got into Chicago way later than anticipated but the hotel staff was SO accommodating They said it would be okay for us to stay a few extra hours and they even offered to let us stay the night to get rest before we had to start driving again

We also wanted to use the pool before closing and they let us stay a few extra minutes in there past close They also hooked us up w free ramen In Particular these are the people who were super helpful and kind during our stay: Sajina, Kendall, Toni, Phil, and Veronica Thank you guys again for everything

Pool is cold and room isn’t heated, kids were really disappointed No hot tub either Rooms were fine but there is no mini fridge or microwave

Fire alarm went off twice at 6am, that was nice Same car twice in a row had it’s alarm going off at 7am for 15 min Only thing that actually nice was the house keepers bundled up my son’s blanket and stuffed animals in a cute manner and displayed them It was sweet So kudos to them – Edit to the review to reply to their reply It wasn’t just the noise that was the problem The hotel also decided to have the carpets shampooed at 8amyou do realize that people stay there from international flights right? There was a ton of Japanese folks there, business and flight attendants

Michelle Poston

There is no microwave in the rooms, only a fridge There’s only one microwave available for the entire hotel on the first floor in a communal area near the gym Groups of people were always gathered there, which is not the smartest thing during a world wide pandemic

I mean, it was elbow to elbow at timesSo, this hotel is not really family friendly, since you have to have a Microwave when traveling with kids If you do not need the ability to feed kids by warming foods, this is a great hotel in a great location Pet frendly, very clean, extremely comfy beds, and a great price

Zayra Sanchez

Jalessa at the front desk was amazing I’m hoping I got her name correct she worked Saturday morning Her personality was amazing as a General Manager traveling I always pay attention to the front desk and I would hire her at my property in a heart beat She was professional, customized my check-in, and remembered us throughout our whole stay

The rooms were extremely clean housekeeping did a great job

Terry the front desk associate is super friendly from the start I had problems checking in and was quickly resolved Had problems mid stay and was quickly fixed Ramon the bartender is also super friendly and accommodating when I place my food orders They made my stay a lot better and not think about the physical facility issues I had Quality staff right there! Thanks

Attended a convention there in March 2022 They were short handed all week but the service was amazing The staff ended up like family and we had a great time clowning around with them

Amazing hotel My fiancée accidentally booked an extremely sketchy hotel, so at 11pm we needed a quick alternative for a one night stay Found this place as one of the cheapest options and it was near our convention center, and we were very pleasantly surprised

The location is beautiful, very private and next to a cute small pond The lobby was very nice, and the front desk person was extremely kind and even gave us freshly baked cookies with our room keys The room was large, comfortable, stylish, and clean This place saved our trip and we would love to stay again!

Currently staying here The staff is very, very nice Absolutely friendly, but the hotel itself is worn down badly

Cobwebs on the ceiling, inside the window in my room Not really clean Beds are comfortable and look clean The location is off everything Seems to be a staff hotel, where companies put in their people I will definitely not stay here again

Evita Rozenberga

Our rate was pretty much cheap for this hotel, but you get what you pay for, I guess Our stay was ok for the single night, but keep in mind that there is a lot of incoming noise from the airplanes arriving to O’Hare airport and from the parking lot you can actually see arriving planes Also, the walls between other guests seemed very thin and we could hear them partying and their TV sound until 1AM that night

The hotel seemed to be little outdated and could use some upgrades, however, the room was fine and the bedsheets and towels were fresh We were little disappointed that there weren’t any USB outlet near the night stands, only regular outlets, so we couldn’t charge our phones in the room, luckily we had our charging batteries (we weren’t planing to stay out of town that night so we didn’t pack accordingly) I’m usually able to sleep during any noise and slept just fine, but if you’re sensitive to any sound while trying to sleep, this hotel may not be for you

This hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at in its price range The room was comfortable and clean, the service was good and friendly, and the location was just what we needed with lots of food options nearby The only minor complaint I might have is that the bathroom was a bit awkward in our room, but the shower was fantastic and it was a minor complaint at most

Angela Blair

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! We stayed this past weekend for a wedding and it was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced! No one in our wedding party got any sleep due to all the commotion and craziness going on at this hotel and the majority of our guest were In fear of coming out their room at night due to multiple Fights in the hallways BOTH Friday and Saturday nights, police coming out twice on Saturday, loud noises throughout the night inside the hotel and outside in the parking lot, smell of weed throughout the entire hotel and it seemed like the staff was real comfortable or used to these activities as this craziness continued throughout the night both Friday and Saturday! It was a straight up hotel brawl And to top it off the Hyatt charges $100 deposit hold per room…on top of their nightly rate, absolutely ridiculous!!! If your staying in that area shop stay somewhere else!! It was an absolutely traumatizing experience

Michael Kiska Jr

stayed four nights for work great rooms great staff only 4 stars for service cause breakfast is the one thing that needs work i dont think fresh scrambled eggs and some sausage is asking too much

especially when you’re already putting out them gross pre-made sandwiches and their coffee pumps were broke two of the four days I was there only little things though stay was great my only other complaint is the $4 cookie it should be $2!! conveniently right off the highway in a non-congested area, east road access and food nearby highly recommend

I stayed here back in September for an event in the area As soon as I walked in, guest service was kind! Very generous They gave me my key with no hassle, gave me my room number, and sent me on my way

I got up to my room and opened the door, and I heard the voice of a grown man shouting in dismay at the door opening, and I could hear the shower running I was given a room that had a grown man in it who was showering I rushed back down to the front desk and explained it to them, and they seemed confused It turns out that the room had been given to someone, but it wasn’t logged into their system that it had occurred They gave me a new room that was the same as what I had requested, and they walked me to it to make sure that no one was thereI get nervous thinking about that scenario I was all alone, I’m a young woman, I’m very small- Had it been the other way around of a man walking into my hotel room while I was showering, I’m unsure on how the situation would’ve gone Guest service was kind, but I hope that after these months, they have themselves better put together I didn’t feel safe there after that and I had left my luggage in front of the door to prevent anyone from entering the room if the door lock failed I hope others have had better experiences than I have

Check in was fine Friendly & courteous customer service Easy on & off the highway

Place is very clean! The restaurant off the front lobby was great! Nice bar to wet the whistle The food was hit/miss Another table had sandwiches and they all were stating “hit the spot”my entree not-so-much Grilled chicken was delicious but the veggies seem very “BLAH” (Againhit/miss with food)Room was clean and decentMy shower is a death trap!!! Slippery surface even before soap hit the floor (It’s in their best interest to get that changedit’s a lawsuit waiting to happen!)Shower head is too small to be hanging from the ceilingnot getting the right balance with water distribution (need larger head for the effect you’re wanting to give off) And the half glass wall allowed me to soak the bathroom as I was trying not to fall in the shower (no joke)!!!And for truck driversthis location is starting to break away from us parking here on lot That back drive into Extended Stay that loops into Holiday Inn is NOT TRUCK FRIENDLY (EXTREMELY LOW TREE BRANCHEStrust meI “know”!

Here is a list of all my issues

For the room I purchased online I was told the price was wrong and was charged an extra 50 dollars No towels in room, no soap in room, trash cans still had trash in them No microwave Place charges for breakfast with outrages prices! Staff was nice but quality of stay is poor I don’t recommend anyone to check into this place for the price they charge was not worth it You get better perks at a roach motel!

Had a great stay Beds were super comfortable Checked in was smooth

I came in late due to flight cancellation so I asked for an upgrade and they gave me a king suite with jacuzzi for a small fee Breakfast was great with hot sandwich, eggs and waffles, it was busy in the morning with everyone coming all at once but did not have to wait Rooms were clean and tidy Staff was attentive Would definitely stay here again Close to everything No nuisance place

Overall a really great experience! Loved the temp of the room, it was clean, VERY comfy bed, great shower, and the staff was super nice Our son accidentally soaked the whole bathroom and all the towels, they gave us replacements promptly, no fuss Breakfast was fine, they had this really cool pancake machine making minis they my kids loved! My only complaint is a common one for celiacs like me, need more gluten-free options! Will stay here again for sure

My husband and I had our multi-day Hindu wedding at the Westin Aileen was our point of contact and was great to work with! Everything went so smoothlyThe guest rooms and suites were very spacious

Unfortunately, about 50% of our guest’s rooms lost AC on Thursday and Friday, which was not ideal However, the Westin was able to give us a 50% refund on those nights which was appreciatedThe Westin was a fantastic venue for our South Asian wedding, their staff is knowledgeable and professional

Nice suburban location about 20 minutes from the O’Hare airport Most of the eateries in the hotel are closed, I’m sure as a result of the pandemic The bistro has decent selections

Coffee shop offers standard fare Workers aren’t super helpful I ordered a coffee and fruit for almost $14 on two days No one told me they offered a combo that included the coffee, fruit, and a bagel/muffin for $8 (upgrade to specialty coffee option for like $2) I should have taken the time to read through everything but in the chaos of early morning rush, I try not to hold up the line I’ll know for return trips The hotel room I was in was OK Bed comfy Towels were a bit dingy Carpet shows signs of wear I also assume it is the byproduct of less workers due to the pandemic No daily housekeeping but that’s standard for the current times You can order service requests through the app Location is close to my office so I’m sure I’ll be returning

Whenever I need to stay near Chicago, this is the hotel I choose I appreciate the quiet of the area (even with the airport nearby) and the restaurant has the best hotel breakfast The staff is friendly and helpful and there is free parking; I have always felt safe here, and have never had an issue with my vehicle

There is usually a robe in the bathroom, which is helpful to use if you are going swimming in the fitness center’s pool

Loved it We came to Navy graduation, and this hotel is just close enough, without being stuck in the city Awesome staff, quick check in, great rooms with very good matresses

Everything super clean! We did come during some type of competition for cheerleading, so hotel was super busy at the lobby, but the staff still made time and helped us Super awesome crew!

The staff was great and space was plentifulAnd that’s itCleanliness was an issue The hotel appears worn out and neglected

Wall paper is peeling off the walls Glass doors and window appear like they haven’t been washed on weeks and floors were sticky (including the rug in the room)The space has potential to become an amazing venue Hope someone notices

The pandemic cutbacks have really made this place inferior to what the Marriott standard used to be We certainly can get by without daily maid service, however there was one tiny bar of soap for two nights for two people We had to move it back-and-forth between the shower and the bathroom

There’s in room coffee to make in the morning, but only enough for one out of two morningsBoth TVs were unplugged, and it took us a few minutes to figure out that we had to plug them in to get them to workThere was a clock radio, but the buttons to reset the time to the correct time only worked for minutes, but not for the hours I guess everyone travels with a cell phone, so the clock in the hotel is now superfluousThe computers were down when we checked in, and they had to take a photo copy of my drivers license and credit card Of course, they said they would shred it once it was entered, but in this day and age, businesses are not supposed to leave that information visible to employees at any timeWe called the front desk to ask for an hour delay at checkout time, but we still had someone knocking at our door half an hour before the promised checkout time to clean the roomThere is a morning coffee bar downstairs, but on a Sunday morning when it was busy, I had to ask for the cream containers to be refilled There were no stirring sticks, but I snuck a spoon from the buffet next-doorWe did have a lovely well presented buffet breakfast for a large groupThe room was clean, and almost everything else was in working order, although the shower drained extraordinarily slowly The room was clean, and everything seemed relatively new and freshHopefully as pandemic fueled staffing shortages improve, they will be able to undo some of the cuts that they’ve been forced to make

My wife and I had a night away and stayed here, close to our homeNice and clean hotel and roomSince my in-laws booked us the room as a surprise, they booked it through hotels

com instead of Bonvoy direct They were nice enough to honor my Gold Elite status and the amenities that are associated Very nice of themNice hotel, nice staff, and an a around solid property I will definitely stay here again for a local hotel

I will give you the good, and the not so good I hesitate to call it bad, because it really wasn’t terrible, but worth notingFirst, the good

Hotel staff were AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful From the front desk staff to the breakfast staff to the bar staff – they could not be nicer With every interaction I felt like familyThe room was very spacious and very clean Every room is a suite, so there is a separate bedroom that can be closed from the remainder of the roomThe price was amazing, I wold have expected to pay much moreNow for the not so good I was there in early July, and it was hot outside However, the A/C in the hotel was on overdrive It was so cold in the hotel lobby, bar, and eating area you almost needed a coat or sweatshirt In fact I did see several older folks bundled up because it was so darn coldSame with my room When I first opened the door, I was surprised at how cold it was I had to turn off the A/C to get the room up to a manageable temperatureAnd while the room was super clean, you could tell it is in need of updating The bathroom was great, but not very bright And the sink drained very slowly Also, the hot water faucet would leak when the cold water was turned on, making a sizeable puddle on the counter All of these are easily fixed if they were to spend some time making regular updatesI am still providing 4 stars because the good far outweighs the not-so-good Will definitely stay there again, as it is close to highways and friends and family when I travel to Chicago

Looked very promising when I walked in Room seemed clean at first glance but once you look closer you see it could use a lot of work Bed was comfortable

Tiles in bathroom were cracked I took a shower and stood in almost knee high water by the end of it and found some trash in a cabinet that looked like it had been there for years Wont be staying here again

Timothy Harding

Front desk employee was sitting in the back room while I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in They should get a bell if that is how they operate Bathroom was not very clean and room had only hand towels

No actual bath towels could be found and of course I noticed this at 5:30am Ordered pizza from my favorite place with plans on taking it home to my family Put it in the refrigerator only to notice when I was leaving that they have them turned off So all my food was ruined I will definitely be finding a new place to stay while coming to the area

Stacy Redmond

I recently booked a double suite for my grandson’s birthday and the accommodations were horrible I’ve stayed here many times and never had an issue they didn’t handle but , this time was different The entire kitchen in the room had issues

The garbage disposal went out and backed up the sink, dishwasher was receiving dirty water from backed up sink/disposal, one burner on stove didn’t work, and surface light on microwave didn’t work Called for maintenance and was told 15 minutes well, a hour and a half later I called again to reach Anastacia at the front desk who was NO HELP I was told there was no maintenance or house keeping available but, she could move us to two rooms Again, it was a birthday party and I had 5 small children and had decorated the room and was cooking dinner on the one burner we had So, I explained why moving wasn’t an option and asked about the bill Anastacia’s response was “I’m not touching your bill but I can offer the two rooms At no time outside of the two rooms did she offer any other solution At which time I tried contacting the General Manager So we’ll see what happens because this was poor treatment of a customer
