Passing by Kennewick to get to Tacoma Stayed here for 1 night It seems like it’s a newer building so it “smells new” and still very spotlessly clean

Got a corner room, one wall facing the main highway and the window facing the front parking lot Everyone from the staff were very respectful and courteous The room we got was very clean and, well organized and no bugs Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard: breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, some fruits, they also have a waffle maker, juices, coffee and water Overall a great stay overnight!

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff I really enjoyed the breakfast and check out at noon We stayed for the state baseball championship game and it’s really close to Gesa Stadium and right next to the sports facility for baseball and soccer

There are also plenty of food options within walking distance of the hotel It’s definitely a great place to stay

We stayed 7/8 and a hot water heater was down so we had no hot water The staff said it would just take longer to heat back up which would have been fine but it never worked after trying multiple times I even got up at 5am assuming most people wouldn’t be up and using it but still no luck

It was a disappointment to not be able to fully shower in the middle of a 21 hour drive I asked the front desk if we could get a discount as I wouldn’t have paid over $200 for a room without hot water but she said the manager wasn’t there and she’d leave a message and check on rooms As of today no one has called me Otherwise the room was comfortable but I wouldn’t stay again due to the poor communication and lack of sense of urgency regarding fixing the situationI’m editing this to say that the hotel replied to this review saying I would be contacted and weeks have gone by…still no contact I just tried calling and no one answers the phone

This Courtyard is very clean and modern The service desk people were quick to get people checked inOur room was a double queen with a pullout sofa bed

The room was very large I was truly impressed with the extra space We had 5 adults staying here and we were comfortable and did not feel cramped I really appreciated that the room had multiple drawers for putting your clothes in When I’m at a hotel I like to unpack instead of living out of my suitcase A lot of hotels now a days don’t have drawersI would definitely stay at this Courtyard again

M Williams

A bit of a pleasant surprise for an airport hotel The gym is spacious and very well-stocked with equipment compared to most other Courtyards or similar chains I’ve frequented My 2 bed-suite was also quite roomy, clean and modern

This place gives the impression of a well-maintained, effectively operated propertyThe main feature of the location is proximity to the airport, obviously, but it’s also walking distance to Columbia Basin College and near a couple driving ranges, parks, etc I’d planned this as a one-time stay, but I can definitely see myself coming back

David Little

The stay was good, pretty typical as far as Marriott hotels go However, the cleanliness was less than great Upon arriving to my room, I found long hairs in the shower, and an opened and partially drank water bottle in the bathroom, likely from the person cleaning the room, who just forgot to throw it out

Not too bad, but it does make you wonder where else they may be cutting corners (such as bed sheets) Other than that the stay was fine and the bed was comfy

The beds were comfy, the AC worked well, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room seemed cleanThis would have been a 5 star review if it hadn’t been for how loud everything was there It’s like there is no insulation in the walls, ceiling, or floor

It seemed like we could hear everything in the whole hotel We could hear the people walking around on the floors above and below us, as well as our neighbors on our same floor Every door that was opened or shut could be heardThe hotel did provide ear plugs to use, which I thought was strange at first After a few minutes, though, I realized how necessary they were, especially if you’re a light sleeper like I am My friend wasn’t able to wear the ear plugs, so she didn’t sleep much at allIf you can sleep through anything, I would recommend this hotel If not, I would not recommend it

It’s the little things that count All staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with nothing broken or worn out The thing that topped it off was I was running late for breakfast and only had 10 minutes left until they stopped serving it

I went there expecting there to be only scraps I was pleasantly surprised they still had plenty of everything left for me and it was all good! The best part was when the staff asked if I would like anything else before they closed! I’ve been to other hotels that will have nothing left in the last hour, and shut breakfast down early and without saying anything Suddenly it’s light out and no food This really made my day and my stay! This place is managed extremely well and it shows

An absolutely wonderful night spent along the river My wife and I stopped through on a brief road trip The Grandparents were kind enough to care for our toddler for the weekend and The Lodge provided a much-needed getaway

The room was spectacular, well appointed with a nicely stocked wine selection The view of the river was gorgeous, the walkout patio was peaceful and serene, and the bed provided the best night’s sleep in what felt like monthsAccess to the Riverfront trail is literally steps from the balcony and a peaceful evening walk was the perfect end to a long day in the carIt seems silly to actually talk about now, but the lotion the hotel provides in the bathroom is exceptionally nice Unfortunately I didn’t catch the brand, but my wife raved about it!The restaurant, Drumheller’s, is almost unbelievably good and blows all other potential dining locations around it out of the waterOverall, the experience was so good we are now trying to find out how to return with our son and (large) dog for another wonderful weekend Thank you to the staff for making our stay exceptional!

Jenel R

This is our second time at the lodge Booked the king suite this time was amazing! The views are exceptional especially during sunset! The customer service with the cookies was awesome! My family loves coming here! The restaurant for Father’s day was good

services was a little slow and not because of our server but it was busyit was fathers day so completely expected The cheese board was A+!

Brynn Palomera

This was a somewhat last minute trip as my grandmother passed away unexpectedly Booking was extremely easy, as was check in & check out The only reason I’m not giving The Lodge 5 stars all around is because of the room we were in smelled HORRIBLE! We mentioned it at checkout & were told it was probably the new carpet

It smelled like formaldehyde & it was absolutely overwhelming Thankfully the room had big doors we could open for fresh air Wine available as well which helped too lol Would we stay here again? Yes! Do we feel that room & new carpet should’ve been aired out or ventilated prior to occupants staying? Also yes! Someone had to have walked into that room prior to our reservation & known it was damn near unbearable!

Staff was nice, however, there was hardly any toilet paper in the roomI had to go ask for more The phone, alarm clock and lamp base were all dirty There was some type of food substance splattered on the TV

I was just shocked! There are no elevators Elderly or handicapped people would have a hard time getting their luggage up to their roomsHousekeeping definitely need to step up their cleaning duties!

This place used to be good, however I stayed there 4/12 to 13/22 and was really let down I found out they did NOT report my stays to Choice for my points for the last 3 stays I was also told (by the manager) they no longer want be to stay there? ) The reason being the clerk that checked me in was to lazy and flat refused to look up the pre-paid authorization letter in her file and demanded another credit card

Finally after calling the manager the clerk gave us a room which was on the opposite side of the complex from the handicap access (wife is handicapped) making it extremely difficult it was then that we found it wasn’t a handicapped room, when I asked for a different room to accommodate the wife (handicapped access) the clerk gave us another room that was Handicapped the issue here was we couldn’t open the door and neither could the clerk after several tries The clerk then gave us the room next door that the door did open and we had access However there was an issue again The lamp on the desk was burned out? I went to the desk again and asked for the bulb to be changed The clerk stated there is no one there until the following day to change it I asked for a bulb and I would change it, at which time the clerk had to call the manager to get approval to give me a bulb? I will not stay at this place again I highly recommend finding a DIFFERENT PLACE UNTIL THEY FIND PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPETANT TO RUN A HOTEL I am surprised they are still a member of CHOICE HOTELS

My family and I stayed here for the American Legion convention 20-23 July 2022 We ate at the Seasons restaurant several times, and Nicky and Lou were absolutely phenomenal They were attentive and engaging, and truly made us feel welcome and valued

Frankly, we wished for them to have been our servers on the “comedy night” The waitstaff that night left much to be desired – very poor service and we joked that we needed “our Nicky” The service Nicky and Lou gave was top notch, and we all really appreciated their smiles, attentiveness, and overall great serviceUnfortunately, we also had to deal with a barking dog in the room across the hall from us That dog barked incessantly, and at all hours of the night (and day!) We brought the issue to the front desk multiple times; however, no attempt to solve the situation was madeWe were there to conduct business at the conference, and it’s hard to sleep when there is a dog barking all night long, for multiple daysFor this reason, I could only give 3 stars

I can’t say much to the hotel operations as we didn’t stay here, we came for a event So my review is more to the catering side What I can say is the ballroom was clean and the event staff truely thought about my young kiddos when everyone else at the event was a adult

They thought to make my 6 year old, 4 year old, and 3 year old a child friendly dinner My children were thrilled to have chicken strips, fries with ketchup instead of of fancy dinner they didn’t know what it was So thank you Red Lion for making my children feel special! It made a great event for my mother even more special because my children felt included

DjiGuy2020

So the lobby is literally the best part of the hotel It definitely makes you feel like your going to get your 200 dollars worth Until you drive around the side of the building to park

The grizzly bar was nice Good food and service As far as the room and the parking area,it leaves much to be desired The parking lot is scetchy and does not make you feel like your car will be there in the morning The room was very small for the price The only thing I liked about the room was the sliding glass door that opened into the pool area You can definitely find more accommodating rooms else where for alot cheaper

We arrived at night after being snowed in and the front desk woman was SO polite (her name was Tammi) and helpful, she helped lead us up to our room since we had our cats with us Room was clean and VERY warm Plenty of cups, good desk and chair

Beds are SUPER firm if that’s your thing, but there’s no outlet right by the bed(s) that we could find Lovely breakfast, lovely staff Staying at another location on our trip down to Arizona with our cats with no hesitation

Clean room, great staff, and yummy breakfast!I love staying at this hotel!I frequently stay in hotels for business, but La Quinta is by far my favorite, and this is whyIt is well known by hotel staff, that I am staying at the hotel to “work” and with the steady stream of traffic in and out of my room, and the shady characters that come along with the lifestyle, I usually have a difficult time staying any one place too often I’ve been blacklisted from several hotels/motels but not La Quinta! One of the housekeepers even told me that for the right price they will even give me a heads up if law enforcement was on the way!Perfect stay every single time! I will definitely stay here again!

Tiffany D

Friday night 7/29 is apparently party night, around 11pm loud music, etc

I called down to have it dealt with The guy on duty came which I appreciated however they were so loud I could hear him talking to the men in the room Who by the way confirmed they were just partying and having a good time Best part, the hotel staff told the guy he wasn’t sure why I was complaining it wasn’t “that bad” and that I as just some crazy complainerI have never call down at any hotel before this night in all my hotel stays, they guys were so loud I couldn’t drown out the music with my TV, and I had to work the next day!I hope someone coaches that guy on how to properly handle those types of complains!

Like a time machine to the 70’s this pink bathroomed, leather futoned, rambler looks like an old folks home on the exterior, and exactly the same on the inside Comfortable for a large party with beds and bedding hidden in every nook and cranny Large tables for drinking, dining or gaming, and televisions in every room for when you’re tired of your friends

It’s conveniently located and will serve you nicely on your wine weekend getaway

Maria Hansen

Owner walked through the house while we were staying there and went through the rooms “inspecting” how we were treating the house Did not stick to the previously agreed-upon payment plan Showed up at the door late one night demanding payment early as he was “heading out of town very early the next day” and yet he still managed to stop by later the next day and go through each of the rooms we were staying in

Was a nice option to stay together as a group instead of getting a block of hotel rooms, but there was something just off about the ownersAlso, the house smelled like an old litter box combined with wet dog Not sure if previous travelers had a pet with them or if it was the owners, but definitely could have used a deep cleaning before we visited

This hotel is nice, situated on the Columbia river Walk right out the back door to a beautiful park setting overlooking the river Just stunning

Parking was easy and I enjoyed the indoor pool each night A very special mention to front desk help, “Melody” She helped me pick out a gift wine and found gift wrap in the back for me She was a true concierge in spirit, was professional and was super resourceful in helping solve a problem Thanks again Melody!

This was a wonderful hotel! My two small daughters and I stayed here for four days while we visited my Grandpa The breakfast was always delicious, the hotel staff was so kind, and the location is amazing Right on the river with a nice, close walk to the big park

The pool and hot tub are beautiful and very well maintained, and the rooms were very comfy We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town

Great location and loved the afternoon shaded balcony off our room The patio was wonderful with plants and trees to keep the temperature comfortable when it starts to get toasty, and right next to the paved trail that goes along the river for miles Both times I stayed here we walked 1

3 miles along that trail to the marina where there are some great restaurants Excellent value for the price!

The room was very nice The shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor though so the whole bathroom floor would get pretty wet Almost all the ice makers were broken

The spa never got hot It was about 75° even at night when the temps dropped The doors that led out to the river trail were not able to be opened with a card key so I had to walk through planters and way around to return to the conference rooms after break There was a dog in the room next to me that was allowed to bark with no intervention by staff The restaurant/bar had limited hours It would have been nice to grab a snack or latte during the conference but meals were only available at specific times The hotel was overall nice with just a few minor things that would have made things nicer when staying there for a week The location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accommodating Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met during our scheduled meals

Leslie Pilease

This place is amazing the restaurant has an amazing atmosphere definitely a fancy vibe My server was Kelly and she was so nice and was super quick to order and refill my drink Jose was the chef who did an amazing steak was definitely top of the line

The view of the river is great Cant wait to stay again!

We stayed one night, we had a great dinner with beverages Our room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable We had a great breakfast in the morning

We also lost a set of keys while we were there, but didn’t realize it until we had driven home We called the hotel and the person at the front desk was very helpful and returned our call in less than 30 minutes

Wow what a huge disappointment I travel to the area every month decided to try it out When checking in the front desk super nice and friendly

Went to room and walked in on some guy in the room He started yelling at me The went back to front desk told them they have placed me in a room already occupied They scrambled for next hour to find me a room told me they are trying to move the man that was originally in the room What a mess Then they found a room for me and the roomNext door lasted their music till midnight and started back up at 4 in the morning Worst night sleep ever This hotel is terrible Never stay here Then to top it off now 5 days after my stay they charged my card on file I called to ask what the charge was for and they said they did not know but they would be happy to refund if it’s a problem Yes it’s a problem no you can’t just charge my card for no reason that’s called theft Shade shade Do not give them your Cc they will make random charges Rest of the week I spent at the Hampton inn down the road and had nothing but excellent service and room And they did not try to steal my money either

K Clark

Warning to those who stay here on the weekends: the parking lot across the street fills up with 100+ high school kids’ civics and subarus where they rev their engines and blow out their exhaust until 10:30pm It’s a regular weekend thing that is apparently okay with the hotel and Richland police dept The front desk will offer you ear plugs if you call about it

If that doesn’t bother you then feel free to stay here but wasn’t great with my 2 small kids not able to sleep all night Will never stay here again

Excellent customer service Really bummed about the hot tub being closed We were really looking forward to that

When I called about the pool, no one mentioned the hot tub being down The breakfast was truly amazing for hotel breakfast The room was great & beds were some of the best we’ve ever slept on Love Holiday Inn Express hotels a lot

I had an absolutely great experience My room was nicer than I expected, it had a jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom that I loved The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, so I went swimming multiple times a day

The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had There were 2 types of pre-made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, a pancake maker, a variety of pastries, hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cereal (the options vary slightly day to day) There were probably more things I forgot about They even have cookies and milk from 6-8 I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Great eggs and memorable conversations with him & other guest’s Left with a good nights rest, relaxing shower & full belly coffee in hand

This is an interesting hotel with a fun location and interesting story We stayed for just one night on a road trip and had a great view of the Colombia river The room was large, comfortable and clean (other than the fabric of the arm chair, which was a bit stained)

The hotel’s decor is a bit dated but everything works well and the beds were comfortable and clean The staff were all very kind We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was very slow, but the complimentary breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty

Didn’t stay at the hotel, went for the bar, and grill, first thing I want to say was the waitress was fantastic!! She was so busy, and kept all the orders correct, and together, not easy when you have so many Food was very good, and large portions as you can see by the pictures, only downside was the 2 hour wait for the three of us, not the place to go at 5:30 pm!! Maybe more like 3:00 when the crowds aren’t so bad!! Did I mention the view, wow spectacular!! Right on the Columbia River, with the paddle boat going by every so often, looked like the old floating casino and hotel, very opulent in its day!! Gives this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😋😋

We stayed at this location for a week It was very comparable to being home The facility and rooms are kept immaculate and the staff attends to every need immediately

The pool, gym and library are amazing amenities The breakfast center had different food every day and us ran above efficiently If I had to say one thing negative it would be that the outside break area could be better Bigger with a better bench for sitting My fiance was nursing a knee injury and walking the short distance to the park was not an option But that said, I highly recommend staying here, it’s amazing

I’ve always loved Homewood Suites, but the two front desk people really made it memorable! Every time we walked by the front desk, the lady (I wish I got her name) was cheerful and engaging We just got back from an 11 mile walk and my son was hungry, but the prices at hotels for the convenience food is pricey We didn’t even say anything and Miguel (at the front desk) took off a couple of dollars

I know it’s something little, and I hope he doesn’t get in trouble, but that small gesture made an impression! Thank you for making our trip with our son so great! This is the second vacation he’s taken as an adult and it was a breath of fresh air Washington State and the people of Richland are some of the friendliest I’ve met! I don’t have a dog with us, but I really enjoyed seeing the Corgis and the Labradoodles! All well behaved and happy!

Stayed here during Water Follies and had an awesome experience The front staff are exceptional – we had an issue with our booking and Chris was not only quick to fix it but was friendly, courteous and professional Every interaction with the front staff was great – so friendly and kind

Thank you for a great experience and making us feel so welcome!
