The worst customer service by the manager Ivy Had a 2 night stay at the hotel, after the first night, before breakfast, told the front desk to have housekeeping change towels It’s an easy request

Came at night after working all day in 96° heat, to see it was not done, too tired to go to the front desk, just picked up the towels off the floor and reused them the next morning Went to front desk inquiring why fresh towels were put in the room The same lady from prior day Meg says she is surprised why they didn’t do it, at that point Meg says request should be put in the night before Well it was requested Ivy interrupts and says you just need to leave We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns never seen customer service this BAD The fact being is one of the expensive ones At $300 and some change per night, they need to give better customer service Avoid being here, go where they treat you with respect and want your hard earned $$

Really disappointed for a Hampton Hotel We chose this hotel because of the decent continental breakfast and the pool/hot tub On arrival the pool/hot tub area was closed and had been for awhile

No discount offered Entering the hotel room all amenities are so basic and minimal, tiny bar of soap etc Our in room phone rang twice from another room who had children staying in it trying to call their parents room but called ours instead The queen beds were equally as disappointing as they are bouncy and uncomfortable Felt like you were going to slide off in the night Showering in the morning we realized there were only two wash clothes for four people We had to ask the front desk for another one or two All around it was a safe place to stay but not comfortable for the price I paid and not getting compensated anything for lack of amenities

Only stayed a night here What really impressed me was the customer service The checkin was awesome and they made us feel welcome

The room was nice but the window seal was broken and it wouldn’t lock properly (thank goodness we were one the second floor) There weren’t any charging stations for devices near the bed, but we unplugged the one on the desk and moved it to the nightstand so we could use it there It was very dirty behind the nightstand and made us feel a little on edge about the cleaning they regularly did They overall surfaces etc looked clean though

my partner and i had to make an unexpected stop here last week due to a snowstorm i wasn’t expecting much, considering the area it was in the storm had caused power to go out, so check in took a lot longer than expected, but the employees were doing everything they could, and keeping calm and being friendly through the process

the room itself was much nicer than i thought it’d be, though the walls aren’t very insulated considering this was not on our road trip roster, it was a pretty decent motel, and i’d stay here again should circumstances call for it

Clean, and dog friendlyWe just stopped to sleep and shower Nothing fancy but it wasn’t gross thankfully 😅The beds were firm, and the showers were hot

The walls are pretty thin but you overall we had good sleep and felt safe

I stopped in without a reservation and was able to get two rooms The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and even gave a room discount and upgraded the second room from a single to a double at no additional cost The rooms were a little on the small size, very clean and neat

The bathroom and shower were very clean and there were two rolls of toilet paper, however they did not provide body lotion, shampoo or conditionerThe air-conditioning and heat both worked greatI also liked the fact that there was a restaurant right next door and a convenient store/ gas station Access was right off the freeway which made it easy to get back on the freeway I would truely recommend this place to my family and friendsCyrus FairleySpokane WA

Staying here was a wonderful experience! Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, competitive pricing, amazing breakfast buffet, bigger and better then anywhere we stayed that week Though we were too tired to try the pool and hot tub we did take a peek and it looked clean and inviting, and we would have had it to ourselves Highly recommend!

The rooms were just okay The beds were not comfortable at all The pull out couch was awful The bathroom in the regular room was not very cleanI guess I always expect more from a Holiday Inn ExpressThe breakfast area was nice, clean, and had a variety

This place was amazing We stayed here in an RV and it was such a lively place to stay at The wind felt perfect on your skin and the air was so clean

You truly feel like you’re experiencing nature by just being here There was a wide variety of people in different parts of their lives here You see people in their RVs and you see people in tents having a good time and cooking delicious food

Anabel Hernandez-Mejia

All staff were friendly and helpful Was here for a conference and the space was great for that They have a minor friendly walk route from the hotel that goes through the back and passes conference center and leads to the theater and bowling

Loved this because you can avoid passing through smoke & machines and you don’t have to go outside either Do somewhat wish the alley & cine were closer to the hotel end though instead of opposite sidesFull services and all vehicle type of parking available too The buffet is now a sit down & order Was not impressed with the dinner menu Would rather go to the sports bar and order food there Their catering for the conference offered delicious options, salmon being the best

Very happy to have stumbled across this hotel on our cross country trip Our room was small, but cozy and immaculately cleaned Amenities and furnishing were all very nice

Made for the perfect place to rest It’s nice to see and support a small family business They are also pet friendly for a modest and fair $16 which is great! Appreciate the strong coffee served in the AM too!!

A cute little place that offers a great rest The beds are wonderful and the innkeepers are kind They obviously take care of the place

The furniture and building itself is a little worn down, but it’s rustic instead of shabby There’s new tiles and fresh paint everywhere we looked, and the A/C in the room worked perfectly wellSome people in other reviews complained about trains; either there weren’t any or we slept through them There are earplugs at the front desk for light sleepersThere is a bright neon sign across the street, but that didn’t bother us either, and we kept the curtains open all nightBreakfast was okay There were fresh cinnamon raisin bagels individually wrapped, along with muffins and little yogurts and cereal It was nice for a continental breakfast, and well worth the value

We’ve been on the road for over 3 months now and this has been my favorite hotel! Many thanks to all of the previous reviewers for pointing out this gem! Yes, it’s a little off the main strip and spouse thought immediate neighborhood wasn’t the greatest but this little place rocked! Old-timey and CLEAN! Loved, loved, loved all of the original features, down to the hinges and keys Lots of windows, heater/a/c worked perfectly Solid furniture, nice scent in the stair landing, small self-serve breakfast and tons of charm

Slightly firmer on the mattresses than we prefer but I’d still stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for taking care of this great little place!

5 stars for the service and food in the restaurant/bistro The staff were friendly and the food was fabulous The breakfast was hot and good

The coffee in the room was better than any I’ve had in a hotel The room was a disappointment The carpet was shredded where it met the bathroom floor The shower curtain was dirty The inside bathroom door had dark contact paper on it; the paper was scraped and we could see the light-colored door under the paper We were surprised because 6 months ago, we stayed here and were given one of the new rooms (they were refurbishing their rooms then) This room certainly wasn’t refurbished The woman at the desk was curt And she said she was the supervisor! Yes, we will go back But we’ll be more discerning about our room

I traveled to Pendleton for training for work and My work got me this room for a couple of nights They wanted a credit card for incidentals but I don’t own oneThe agent called her manager to ask what to do, ended up paying 40$ of my gas money for the incidentals

The beds are horrible, uncomfortable My Godson found a toy under the bed that had beads and chewed on it and it exploded Shower pressure and temperature was great, the shower head screams when you turn on The air conditioner works perfect Otherwise the room was clean and presentable The front lobby was clean The breakfast is good, lots of options and tastes delicious

Taressa Hoover

PROS: Room was presentable, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent Parking wasnt a nightmareCONS:The light when you first walk in was flickering, there was a choking hazard toy that exploded little jelly beads that my 2 year old found under the bed

One of the beds was extremely broken in which the top left corner was caved in so I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed The head boards and lamps haven’t been dusted in a LONG time Pool was seasonal and closed but looked like fun in the summer, didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub or gym though
