Nice full sized beds, clean room, very friendly staff Even during construction/remodeling of the roof I heard no noise and had no complaints Slept like a baby

The only weird thing was the toilet and shower are behind a separate door while the sink is in the bedroom with you, but the door is a sliding pocket door instead of a regular hinge door so that was a little weird Also, the shower isn’t a normal shower It’s a curve capsule type thing, not a normal stall The walls are a curved, but it’s bigger than it originally looks after you open the glass shower door Just don’t expect any of your shower stuff to stay on the shower shelf because it is also curved so everything slides off Indoor pool was heated and felt great! Also had a jacuzzi which was nice and hot Pool has a deep end of only 5 feet and for someone short like me, that was nice Overall, would stay at again

KLM

Rooms are older but very clean Bed was comfortable Shower is the little round kind but the water pressure was fantastic!Wonderful service from check in to check out

Kitchen staff was polite and efficient Food was normal biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, pancakes etc Served warm and plentyLocation was slightly difficult to find but once there the location was great Walking distance to convenience store and Texas RoadhouseOhalmost forget The Donuts!! Way to go what a treat💖🍩Reasonably priced, so I Would most definitely stay here again

We had an impromptu stay for my birthday My wife and I were without kids for the evening We had to pay a 250

00 deposit for the room because we were local I think it’s a silly policy, but they were one of the only hotels in Springfield that would even rent a room to someone who lives locallyif it wasn’t for that policy, I would have given a higher rating Staff was great and room was clean and invitingrating is not a reflection of the property or staff, just the silly deposit policythey said it is because locals have trashed the rooms previously, but anyone from anywhere could do that, so doesn’t make sense to me They say the deposit gets returned in 2 to 10 days

We visited from the evening of the 9th until the morning of the 10th It was a clean room definitely smelled alcohol when we entered the hallway The room never cooled down

The toilet overflowed and maintenance was very quick about coming and fixing it Breakfast was amazing and I loved the fact that you could make your own waffles No towels down at the pool, the hot tub wasn’t working and we quickly got out of the pool when we realized that someone had written wash me on the 3 foot tile and dirt was filling that in Over all bed was comfy, service was amazing but some basic upkeep definitely needs to be addressed

Angie Kyle

The 2nd room we were given had blood and other stains on the hide a bed mattress My daughter literally gagged I guess that’s better then the 1st room

It had a fully grown NAKED man Yes , they have us a room and key for that room, after already giving it to a customer Fortunately I am a married woman and my young daughter was not standing in an opportune viewing location, like I wasThe pro’s the towels were very large and fluffy in our 3rd room!

Booking was easy and the hotel is easy to find The facility is pretty, and everything seemed pretty clean Staff very friendly–the gentleman that checked us in was very efficient and kind and the young lady in charge of breakfast was so personable! The room is comfortable–the bed was great and I loved the pillows

The ac works very well and the room has a good sized TV Pool and hot tub were clean and working Breakfast was the best we’ve had in a hotel in a while–two different kinds of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and pasties just to name a few options Downside? This is the only hotel I can remember that ran out of hot water in the showers and there were empty beer cans and a half-full water bottle behind the chair and beside the second bed left from previous guests Also, I don’t recommend staying on the ground floor, since it sounded like someone was clog dancing on our ceiling all night Our room was right next an exit door and all night people were running up and down the hall and yelling out the door

Norrad

Good, free breakfast, with the typical cold and hot foods (cereal, toast, juice, yogurt, eggs, sausage) Room was comfortable and cleanThe staff was awesome, and they let me plug my hybrid car into an outside outlet for free to get a recharge

They are not equipped yet for charging an all-electric car, but I am sure that will come sooner or later

Surprisingly nice Rooms seemed to be recently remodeled, everything was clean and well-lit, the breakfast selection was decent Coffee was available in the lobby all day

The pool area was clean and well stocked although the pool room is badly designed so that any noise echoes around so much it almost deafens you The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they offered a variety of kitchen appliance you could borrow and use in your kitchenette, like a rice cooker, blender, etc

Frecky Lewis

My wife and kids stayed here for two nights The staff couldn’t be more pleasant, both the desk staff and those who work the bar/restaurant We had a two-bedroom suite, and it was functional but a little on the small side

the faucet in the bathroom sink had an odd spray pattern to it and the shower faucet was a little on the weak side But the room was basically clean and comfortable; I just think the hotel is a little older and showing its age We didn’t have too much vehicular noise despite being directly across the street from Mercy Hospital

Kelli Roberts

Very nice rooms It’s always nice to have a kitchen available while traveling Beds are comfortable and there’s enough work space for two people

The gym and breakfast were both nice No complaints!

Had a nice one-night stay here with my wife and children while passing through town We had a two-bedroom suite which was nice and spacious There were copious outlets for charging appliances and gadgets

The breakfast was quite nice for a “free” breakfast and certainly made getting the day started a lot quicker Staff were pleasant and the place was clean overall The gym was small but functional

Jake Moyer

I stayed in this hotel for 3 months with my wife, 1, 12, 13 year old and a big dog We ordered the sweet so that we would have a stove and could cook which was really handy They were highly negotiable on the price if you want to stay long term

Everything in the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly always and always at the front desk In three months I never once did not see someone attending the front desk The cleaning staff was exceptionally good, they respect your privacy while being on top of things There is a nice gym, outdoor pool, basketball and tennis court, And there is a gas station/McDonald’s a half a block away and a Wallgreens a couple blocks away I would highly recommend this place, especially over the place next to it!

Tony Ezell

Rooms are in dire need of updating, stayed 3 nights , in a different room all 3 nights, all were maintenance issues, although the housekeeping department could use some professional training For a hotel this size and being in one of our nation’s top tourist city’s, you would think the owner or owners would want better reviews and more return patrons, but it is very obvious, these owners are in it strictly for their pockets They definitely won’t have to worry about me or mine ever returning

Antonia Threlkeld

I’ve stayed at this location twice now, and both times have been great! The rooms were immaculate especially for a hotel that allows pets The atmosphere was welcoming, quiet and calm It’s hard to find a quality pet friendly hotel, and this one exceeded my expectations

I highly recommend this location, and will return when I’m in the area again

Kiki Fish

Very nice staff, though booking for a convention was a bit of an ordeal and I had to locate another employee the next day to book Mostly quiet location with clean rooms The shuttle was called for in advance and it still was an hour late to pick me up at the airport

The ride back to the airport was also late and I had also scheduled it the previous day, so plan for this I wasn’t mad about it, just disappointed Like many businesses they are operating on a skeleton crew and doing their very best to provide amenities The housekeeping was also the driver, she was polite, personable and was working hard Breakfast was much appreciated and well put together Even though I left before breakfast was served, they still had bagles, coffee and such available for early morning commuters I would recommend this hotel again Just be patient, everyone is doing their best given the times

Rhonda Hoffman

This was my first stay at Greenstay and it was the reviews that encouraged me to try them out It was my experience that earned this review The staff was wonderful – pleasant, friendly, and just what I needed after being on the road all day

Their claim to be a pet-friendly hotel was right! Because they were able to, they purposely put us in a ground floor room with door access to their green area outside The room was clean, no odors whatsoever, comfy bed and pillows, and toiletry amenities Not too long after we got settled in, the front desk called to see if we needed anything Great price on the room too 10⭐️

Brandy Tracy

Our check in was HORRIBLE We got to the hotel at 2:20, and we were told there was NO way we could check in until 4 We were there for a soccer tournament, so we were hoping for a few minutes to let the kids rest between games

When we found out we couldn’t check in, we went into town to waste a little bit At 3:20 I call the hotel to see if there was any way we could get checked in and the girl at the desk tells me, sure that check in is 3, there is no problem (we would have just waited there had we known we could have checked in at 3 rather than 4)When we got to the room, it was clean, the beds were not the most comfortable, two adults in a full size bed was not ideal, but I guess my fault for assuming that a double room came with at least queen size beds the sheets and blankets where thin, I spent most of the night cold and uncomfortable, and woke to a swollen face as I was allergic to something in the pillowThe breakfast was the best part of our stay It was better than most of the hotels breakfast you can get We choose this because of the price Next time I’ll spend the extra and go someplace where we’re more comfortable

Tom Ballard

This really is a bottom of the barrel place to stay! Looks good in the photo, but that is where the quality begins and ends The place smells when you walk in The carpet is worn out

The furniture in the room must be from thrift stores, the bed was the worst, and I found little whisker hairs on the sheets There was no hair conditioner, and the temp controls are the worst The thing that really stood out was the medical syringe on the bathroom floor I called front desk and they came got it, but, really, would you want to stay here??? I think not!!! I can say the breakfast was fairly decent! It might have been the best part if the visit!!! But, I assure you, I was glad to leave the place!!!!

Carla Shelby

Mary Kay ladies stayed here for convention They had classroom space available for our very large group, and it was located across from the Expo Center where the main event was located The restaurant had a great breakfast bar, and did a great job keeping up with the demands of hundreds of women! The rooms were nice, clean

I was especially grateful for the shuttle because some in our group were disabled and couldn’t walk back and forth from the Expo Center I didn’t like waiting for 30 minutes or more in line to use the only 2 elevators in the hotel, but I’m told that’s mostly due to the high number of ladies arriving/leaving all at the same time Overall, it was a great place to rest and refresh while being in a fun but exhausting event!

Anton Perreau

Probably one of the better hotels in town Plenty of parking, lobby is spacious and functional Hotel staff are well trained, friendly and know how to treat a guest

The rooms are SPACIOUS and the beds are super comfortable A/c temperature needs a little tweaking to be accurate, but that didn’t ruin our stay at allLobby could do with a lipstick remodel, but wasn’t ugly and didn’t feel any more like a time-warp than the rest of this part of America (lol)If you’re in town and need a place to stay, I’d recommend this place!

Caleigh Knight

Honestly if the conference wasn’t held here, I would never book here Rooms are decent size but nothing feels clean The rooms are also hot because the AC sucks and is just one tiny vent at the top of the wall

You can tell they don’t wash the comforters There were a few stains and they just felt old and dirty You only get 3 pillows per bed so if there’s more than one person per bed have fun with that Oh and yeah No fridge or microwave whatsoever So forget bringing back leftovers Also the outdoor pool has so much leaves and dirt built up along the sides it just felt gross Oh and to top matters off we found one plug in behind the TV and two more in one outlet if you unplug one of the lamps And they arent nice laps with the built in plug ins or anything so no luck there Would not recommend at all

Big Herb The Destroyer

Overall experience was good I had to go to the check in desk several times because rooms weren’t cleaned and available yet This made me have to attend my meeting that afternoon and then check in that evening

Cramped Big Herbs plans and style a bit Some of the remodeling that is happening isn’t professional Big Herb recognized inferior techniques There was hairs in tub and on toilet in room’s bathroom The elevators require key card and can be tricky I started using the stairs to save time The atmosphere was good The older woman at the desk should take lessons from the younger one for customer service It wasn’t terrible but the younger woman was a lot friendlier The breakfast was top notch and one of my favorite parts I’d stay here again and do recommend I also like that it has a restaurant attached Meeting rooms were nice Get you some of those cookies at check in!

bonnie lindahl

So far ( first night) no refrigerator, no microwave and a teeny tiny ice bucket The room where the microwave is is unavailable to regular people You had to be gold or diamond to enter

We were forced to gather in the main lobby which was very hot There was no exhaust in the bathroom The air was not cooling and my parents room the air conditioner made a vibrating noise Lastly (again first night) the ottoman in our room is cracked with holes We will see how the beds are tonight The staff for the most part was very nice

Cathy Thomas

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the main highway, Walmart across the street, and numerous restaurants nearbyThe lobby is nice, with numerous tables and booths to meet others and work The elevator is fast and quickly available

There is good security; with a key card required to operate the elevators and access stairs The rooms have the usual secure deadbolt and door stop They include a safe in the roomOur room was on the 6th floor and was quiet and clean They provide nice bath sheet sized towels However, they claim to have a mattress topper on the bed – NOT It’s just a quilted mattress cover, and the bed is hard The pillows are squishy – no support Also, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room At this price point there should beThe restaurant for lunch and dinner with bar was nice and had decent food The breakfast cafe was not so great for us as the so called chef was not a chef as he didn’t even know how to properly fry an egg The breakfast meat was sickening to look at I didn’t dare try it

We like to stay in the Drury Inn Motels Have always had a good experience when we stay The beds are wonderful

Nice to be able to get a good night’s sleep when we are traveling The food is good Just wish they gave you more of a choice If you’re staying more the 1 night you usually get the same thing multiple days Staff is always friendly Room was clean

Kendal Hackett

The staff are very friendly Rooms are clean The fitness center is small but the minimum is there that I needed; treadmill with TV

I like the idea of a free breakfast and dinner for the family Breakfast isn’t bad It’s pretty standard and hard to mess up Dinner on the other hand was pretty terrible The first night we suffered through it but the second night we opted to go out somewhere and pay for dinner instead The 3 free drinks is a nice perk, too although it would be nice to extend longer than an hour and a half Needs updating but all in all, pretty good

Jonathan Bruyn

I stayed here with my dog It is right near the interstate highway which is Interstate 44 It has a free breakfast as well as a free dinner

That is great because, after a long day of traveling you want to relax The staff is terrific and helpful It is a bit out of date Be aware that there is a pet fee to bring your dog You have follow some simple rules when you bring your dog

Our stay was everything Me & my husband were in town for 4 days and we loved it Our room was clean, all of the staff were super nice,(night and day staff) and the location was center to everything

Mall/food spots/not far from downtown The rooms had a sexy romantic feeling to it Breakfast was okay (warmed up burrito) but we went out to breakfast most mornings so that didn’t really matter Anyway, 5 star will come back and stay and recommend to others

Joanna Obuzor

The room was small and poorly designed There wasn’t a place to put my suitcase I ended up putting it on the only chair in the room

This half blocked the walkway to the window and it kept almost fallingThe rain shower was a lovely fixture but the shower was too smallThere wasn’t a nightstand I charge my phone at night and use it as an alarm I had to balance it on the headboardFront desk service was exceptional!

Susan Hofer

First time staying here First impression was good Helpful staff at check-in

Bed was very soft and a little low which made it a little difficult to get out of Discovered comforter on bed was dirty Front desk was helpful but no clean comforters were available Complimentary ear plugs are provided because street noise can be quite loud Bathroom was clean Not sure I can recommend and doubt I’ll stay here again

The rooms need some updating The bed was comfy The tv could be better quality

The big issue was the bathroom area Exceedingly basic with no vanity or shelves in the bathroom/shower The commode was the old style you’d find at a rest area not an upscale hotel & convention center The sink area had minimal flat surface for toiletries, etc The Fire and Ice restaurant was very nice Service was outstanding Taylor was awesome and made sure I always had a drink!

Malachai Sparkles

I now work as a housekeeper at the Oasis, and have stayed at the Oasis for a nice “getaway” in the past I haven’t stayed at many hotels in Springfield specifically, but I have stayed at a few around Missouri This is absolutely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at for many reasons (And I’m saying that and I’ve stayed in $200+ a night, 5-star hotels before)

The friendliness of the staff is absolutely amazing! We service rooms every day, so if you’re staying more than one night, you don’t have to ask for service, we’ll ask you! Rooms are kept clean and tidy, and any maintenance issues are dealt with almost immediately My favourite part of the hotel is the indoor pool in the Atrium All the plants in there are REAL and absolutely beautiful! There are so many great options for rooms, including some nicer Suites and Penthouses/Townhouses! Entire hotel is completely wheelchair accessible! You will not regret your stay! Remember to tip and enjoy yourselves!!!

Yvonne Novak

We had the updated section of hotel near indoor pool and it was phenomenal! It was a special getaway weekend for my husband and me Garrett Oglesby was AWESOME! There was a crazy day of checking out from a conference before us but he made it such a smooth transition Talk about professionalism during that chaos! Then I got turned around and could not get my key to work and Garrett made sure I was taken care of! We had such an enjoyable and RELAXING weekend!!!

Awesome place! My wife and I were travel back home and decided to stop off and stay at this location We were very happy with this place The staff was incredible; very knowledgeable, kind and helpful

The room was impressively clean and very large The quality of these rooms are top notch The location isn’t the best, kind of tucked back away from everything, but it was nice that it wasn’t right on the road I would recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in the Springfield, Missouri for a short and/or long stay Awesome property!

Becka Lang

I stayed here for a month because of work The room was very spacious and nice I enjoyed having a separate space to sit and relax, a space to work, and then the bed area

I only asked for full room service once a week I don’t really like people coming in and out too often My only complaint of the entire place was that when I asked for clean sheets I didn’t always get them Other than that, I had a good experience! The man who runs the breakfast in the morning is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met He was so friendly and helpful! He always offered to wrap my breakfast sandwich up for me because he knew I was always on a tight schedule He is definitely the shining star of this place!

Daniel Riewer

The room was fantastic and a great value It had unique features that would make an extended stay comfortable The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the bathroom door didn’t latch or lock

I am only giving 3 stars because the swimming pool was small, crowded and had very cloudy water It was so cloudy you couldn’t see your hand 2 feet in front of you while under the water We thought it felt gross and didn’t stay in long

Lena was such a pleasant face to see at check in and the whole time we were the She is so friendly and welcoming! I don’t know if she’s the manager but she should be! Our rooms were nice, beds pretty comfortable the only the only thing I would improve on would be the toiletries offered the bottles are so small they are used up in one setting Might want update to the ones self pump ones in the showers

Overall we had a great stay as we transitioned from moving out of one house and then, waiting to move into a new home

Upon entering we were greeted warmly by the clerk We were checked in quicklyThe hotel was clean

The room was clean However, the beds were quite uncomfortable The mattress was hard The pillows on the queen sized bed where the size of slightly oversized throw pillows We asked for another blanket the night we arrived and were provided with a foamy looking, scratchy “blanket,” if it can be called thatThis hotels does allow pets, dogs could be heard barking late into the night Also, this hotel was not particularly quiet We could hear everyone in the rooms next door, doors closing were extremely loudPool area was lacking, the two times my family went down to swim we had to ask for towels The pool had a green tinge to the bottom of it Pool was heavily chlorinated So, much so that it caused my 4 year old and a few other of my families kiddos to break out in a rash on their face The kids enjoyed it none the lessThe free breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, cereal – Cheerios and Froot Loops, granola, two kinds of yogurt, and mini muffinsBreakfast on Saturday and Sunday is until 10am Weekdays it is available until 9amCheck out time we were told was 11am when we booked So we rushed around to get out on time, then when we checked out, our receipt stated check out was at noonTl;Dr: clean hotel, nice people, uncomfortable beds, loud at times, pool lacking, free breakfast just okay

I am temporary working there right now hopefully one day to be hired I know coming from an employee it might not mean much But I am a housekeeper and I do my best to try to make sure that each room is clean to the point of which I would expect to stay in a hotel

The people that I work for are amazing Nothing is better than having a working environment that you enjoy and you enjoy being around the people I recommend that you say to hear in Tuesday through Saturday if you personally need anything Misty is always here for you lol I would do my best to make sure that your room is clean and you had the most satisfying experience at our hotel
