The app made check in and out a breeze! The ability to use my phone as a device key was a GAME CHANGER, I LOVED THAT!!! Also, I loved being able to check in and pick my room via the app too! The staff were extremely friendly My room was perfect! Clean, smelled great and beds were comfortable! Air conditioning worked great thankfully, because it was an extremely humid couple of August days!

Hats off to the Management at this Hampton Inn An excellent staff that tries their best to make a great experience during your visit I incurred two small concerns on my visit

I voiced my concerns about my visit and the Manager did everything she could to make things right Both her follow-though and follow-up made me feel she cared enough myself and my family and that she delivers on her actions I could not be happier with the service and attention I received Overall, a great experience at a very affordable hotel that was clean, enjoyable, and worth the overnight visit Thank you Well done

We stopped at TownPlace Suites in Richmond KY to and from visiting Michigan from AtlantaThe first unit was a two bedroom and it was good for a family of 3 It has all necessary equipment to make meals in the room, and I especially enjoyed having a toaster along with a freezer

Beds were extremely comfortable However, the furniture was pretty scuffed up and some of the doors were pretty dirty I cleaned them myself with paper towels and wipesThe way back to Atlanta we stopped again and stayed in two different rooms on the same floor This option was slightly more expensive but worth it for the extra bathroom Again the rooms are very nice but could use a deep cleaning Beds were very comfortable and we had all appliances you’d expect in a small apartmentThere’s a grocery store right down the street and many restaurants

Beware if you have scents sensitivity!!!! We have stayed at this hotel several times and have liked the stay The help are very nice and the rooms are spacious, nice for a longer stay However we just stayed there for 6 days the entire time I was suffering from the scented lobby

If you have problems with scents and get sick from it I would steer clear of this place It is extremely overpowering as soon as the doors open When we complained and ask for them to turn it down they chose not to Also when we said we couldn’t stay there again because of it, they were okay with that So if you are sensitive to scents, your business does not matter to them Please beware of this location

My husband and I stayed 3 night’s in April 2022 It was a very nice experience Everyone was very nice and helpful the rooms we’re clean and we’ll maintained

I like that the room was spacious In most hotels or inns I have stayed in the refrigerator was not cold this one was great the freezer was very good! Breakfast was really good The only thing I would like to see improved is the water pressure in the shower

Lorrie Koons

Checked in late- on our Harley heading to TN Staff was fantastic Room was super clean, beds comfortable, and ac was working great

Husband loved their pillows Shower was clean- could use just a tad more pressure, but that’s just personal preference Slept through breakfast, but hot coffee is available 24/7 Would definitely stay here again

Sheree Ross

In town for a funeral The hotel was very nice, loved the soft sheets and was able to rest despite dreading the next day The only concern is the rudeness of other guests, out in the hallway at hours of the night , talking loud like they were the only ones around

This isn’t the hotels fault, but I certainly wish there were some way to solve this problem

Joshua was the front desk clerk who graciously checked me in the hotel He was warmly professional and courteous This is a lovely historic hotel that I visited 40 years ago! They have a nice dining room and sitting area

It’s very comfortable to have a drink and visit with a friend The food is beautifully presented and the rooms are comfy and clean I love the halls because when you walk, the floor creeks!

Ramona L. Moore

What a nice dinner! My brother drove from Bowling Greene to visit me My husband and I met him there We had a very delicious dinner

The spoon bread was incredible! That was my first time trying it! 💯 Our waitress was okay Once dinner was over my brother paid for all 3 dinners and left her a $4000 tip Once she realized my brother was providing her with a $40 tip, all of the sudden she appeared to be nicer However, she waited until we were getting ready to leave before she cleared out any of our dinner plates The food was amazingthe shrimp & grits were to die for! 🥳😎🥳Thanks,Mrs Ramona Moore

Date of Stay: Monday, May 9, 2022 Absolutely lovely hotel The front desk worker Jaclyn was delightful and helped us find a great parking spot for our 26 foot UHaul

They have lots of room for larger vehicles, though we did call ahead to make sure they had space for us that day Our room was spacious and spotless Outstanding breakfast with excellent protein options, fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, bakery items, cereals, and hot beverages of course Very convenient and right off the highway for easyand quick in and out We would definitely stay at this fine establishment again

Nice spot to spend a night or two The beds are a little too firm for my liking but everything else here is good They have a decent breakfast in the mornings

A pool table located in the main lobby which is very nicely laid out and very spacious The rooms are nice and I like the minimalist approach If I was staying longer than a couple days I think I would rather stay elsewhere that had a couch or chair to be able to relax other than the bed But, for my single night stay it was just what I needed

Patrick Milan

How do I say Euro-light and not be insulting If you are looking for newer construction, good beds and the basics this place fits the bill Real fast was actually a pleasant surprise

But for a place with no bar, I was disappointed they gave no wine glasses anywhere on the premises They do offer a coffee/oatmeal cup for your wine Anyway, it’s basic, clean and has an updated look Three is a pool table in the lobby That’s got to be worth something Just don’t try to drink wine playing pool!

Jacob Shipley

Disappointed When I arrived, the entire hallway to the rooms was filthy Initially, I was impressed by the modern look of the room

However, the cleanliness was a huge problem There was hair EVERYWHERE! On the floor, in the shower, in the bed, on the remote There was ants crawling on the towels The bathroom doors didn’t lock The A/C didn’t work well The lowest it went was 66, but it felt like 75 The TV had around 50 channels, mostly infomercials, and no selection of movies or anything to watch The convenience store in the lobby was very poor and there wasn’t even anyone there to check out products, so I left to a gas station I wasn’t able to sleep but 30 minutes because of how hot the room was, so I just left in the middle of the night I was also attacked by about 3 million bugs at the exit door flying around One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Hilton To charge nearly $150 for a King bed, 1 bedroom is just ridiculous I wouldn’t stay here ever again The only reason I give 2 stars instead of one is the modern designs and the App that unlocks doors and checks in/out

I stayed here for work The front desk was nice enough but the windows were dirty walking in and there was paint chipped off the walls Then I proceeded to go to my room there was no elevator but I was on the first floor so that didn’t matter to me

My neighbors were having a party and slamming their door constantly and would hit the door the went between our rooms constantly I’m a female that travels alone so didn’t like that much Asked the front desk at 1038 if they could ask them to calm down because people were reving their engine outside and being loud next door I had to sleep for work and they said they allow them to make as much noise as they want until 11 They have a noise policy for a reason Well I have to work and have to be in bed by 9 unfortunately because I have to wake up at 4 am so thank you On the other hand when I first walked in I killed a spider when I tried to flush the toilet it didn’t flush a spider down And the bed farthest away from the door had a dirty sheet and hair on it I checked out early and if I couldn’t find a place to stay I was just going to stay at the hospital in an extra room or in my vehicle I will never stay at another Best Western again

Bigmindcreator TS

Great place to stay, but I don’t want to be here if there’s a fireAll fire doors are propped open which means fire and smoke would spread freely Any air that could fuel a fire wouldn’t have any safety barrier

The fire alarm system is also flawed in that most of the alarm bells here are installed improperly Meaning if there is a fire, you probably won’t hear it through the one safety system designed to alert youThe signs say to keep doors shut at all times yet they’re propped openBasically fire code violations all over

I have never in my life stayed in a dirtier best western Glass everywhere was filthy

was on second floor (no elevator) n carpet in halls, steps and room looked like it hadnt been swept all week Nasty dirty carpetim not talking stains bc there was those too as its an older run down properyy but i mean like food n dirt n such dust thick on furniture in room the decorative bed “runners” they put across the bottom for looks were nasty filthy too Hair n dirt on them Several hairs in beds and on pillow cases black streaks on pillow casesI seriously have never fealt more uncomfortable and figured we would bring home bugs but i did disect the bed and curtains and found none Hair on toilet paper butBesides that the bathroom was clean That was the only thing that was except the pool area looked decent clean but we didnt swim I didnt eat breakfast bc if the rooms are dirty why would i think they are cleaning the kitchen they cook in? Really appreciate the hospitality here, there were no pack n plays, the women came together for our family, and got us two from the community! The hospitality in this area is southern, and so welcoming We did have one issue but we got a ton of points after our stay for the few issues we had But I’ll never forget this place, the women, the hotel KY TV

This was the first , and unfortunately last place we went swimming as a family as we recently lost my children’s father unexpectedly this past December But I love the memories we shared in Berea, and the city here was a city I would love to have moved to with my children’s father because he wanted to actually work at Ford near by, applied in the hotel actually, and we were looking at houses talking about how I’d be the twin mum in Boones Tavern daily waiting for her husband to get done with his classes, or work 💔🥹🙏🏼👩‍👧‍👧Thank you so much for your hospitality, and the memories I get to look back on that I can embrace from your family like hotel, and the love you all flourished my family with as we visited your city

To be a upper mid range hotel it’s lacking The refrigerator didn’t work There was no microwave

The sink wouldn’t drain and the breakfast was very disappointing The manager and other staff members were very nice and apologized for the issues I was told that most of their rooms don’t have microwaves and that they are forced to serve the lackluster breakfast It’s bad when the econolodge across the street has more amenities

Jennifer Morris

We got there around 9 had a long day, had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, however after she greeted me, she apologized and said she was on a hunt for a specific pillow for another guest She was super nice and friendly We had actually also passed her in the hall on the qay to our room, and went the wrong way

But she remembered our room number and got the door opened for us, and went and got our roll away bed for us It seemed like she was the only one there and was getting that late night rush of last minute people, like us She was hustlin and doing it with a smile on her face Thank you for your great service We appreciate it, I wish we had got her name

Great little hotel right off I-75 The staff was friendly and the facility clean and organized The room was very clean

Bed comfortable, linens soft, AC cold and shower was amazing Plenty of pressure and a large volume of water Very nice!! We had the breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuit and gravy) which all were hot and fresh Overall, easy 5 ⭐

Lauri Sturgis

Nice staff, nice room, nice bed, nice breakfast, nice price! Staff was very accomodating Accessible room was conveniently placed and was large and clean King bed was comfortable but slightly firm

Good A/C and water pressure It had a fridge, microwave, desk, and a small tub Excellent hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy 12 pm checkout Highly recommend for the value minded

ANGRY MAMA

Very comfy beds and awesome water pressure! I was told the pool was open but did not swim Check-in was very easy The only issue I had was the first room we were given, the lock was broken

So my handicapped father had to walk to the other side of the hotel But the second room was very comfortable and close to the ice machine and continental breakfast I’d definitely stay here again

Being honest, I was leary of what the hotel would be like because we got it at such a fair price We booked two double queen rooms It was late when we checked in and the process was quick and the attendant was polite

The lobby was up to date, clean & welcoming Our rooms were clean, smelled nice and our kids loved the wall murals & pictures on the walls The TV was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel The beds were soft & the sheets felt wonderful The bathroom was very small – but worked for the purpose Definitely not a deal breaker You can tell they have put in a lot of effort to give a great stay Job well done – we enjoyed our stay very much!

Motunrayo

Definitely one of the decent hotels in Richmond Richmond is a small town so you don’t have a lot of options The hotel is located close to downtown and right next to the police station

The environment is clean and the rooms have updated appliances They offer complimentary breakfast but don’t expect much because it’s mostly frozen burger They elevator also doesn’t work so it might be some walk if you get a room on the upper floors

Tauna Schachle

This price fit our budget and compared to other places only considering price, we were not sure what we would get However, the room, bathroom, halls, and lobby was clean and tidy!! The bedsheets were soft and a full mirror (Usually my husband has to duck down to get a full view)

Clever bath shower to accommodate for low shower head, they installed a goose neck placing the head as far up as possible Ive stayed in pricer places that didn’t consider all these aspects! Definitely somewhere to recommend! The breakfast was simple but offered fancy syrups for coffee or tea Great yogurt and other itemsNote: there are low ceilings and it is an older building but it’s the small efforts that really pull this off! Brilliant!

Great location, and the staff is great I’m disabled and all parking was full out front I asked was there allot of parking out back which man working said there was

He then says, I will move my car so you can park out front I expressed that I could park out back and would be fine He wasn’t hearing it and moved his car so I had place to park out front and closer to elevator How awesome is that, never have I felt so welcome at a Holiday Inn If I knew his name I would give him a shout out but this is the type employee they need at every hotel No questions about it when I come back and know I will I will be staying here at this place Rooms are clean, pool was nice, workout room was great Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty I was happy with the room and recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone in the areaUpdate::: Had to ask before leaving what the gentleman working behind the counters name was at check in His name was Van, nice guy, very professional and will be staying at more holiday inn express just because of his nice gesture

The hotel was great and the rooms were nice and clean The breakfast was wonderful I thought I was eating at a five star restaurant The reason for just a 3 star I would of given a 5 star but it came to the price they charged me more then what they were supposed to do

And now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get part of my money back and I’ve pretty much have been given the run around Would I recommend this hotel yes I would Cause they may not do this to anyone else If they give me a refund in the next 24 hours i will give them a 5 star rating

Everybody there was Kentucky friendly, we love that!Location, price, rooms, service & breakfast were all good except the bed pillows sucked big timeBring your own pillows from home if you plan on sleeping
