I really enjoyed staying here The staff was outstanding I was not going to be able to get there until after 5:00 p

m and the office manager was going to be gone by that time However, she put the key in the box for me so that I could stay in my reserved suite The apartment suites were kept very clean and has everything that you could possibly need Very quiet and relaxing I recommend this place to everyone I definitely give them five stars all the way and always will!!!

Dawn C

I secured this listing through AirBnB That’s how I usually find places that are not hotel stays I was there from January 17 through January 21, 2022

My room was 207 The check-in process was easy They have a beautiful water view both front and back They also have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc Two tablesone in the kitchen and another in the dining area The bed is king size and the bathroom has two entrance/exit ways Free wifiif you are on the 2nd floor (like I was)a nice balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 upright chairs Nice size pool with plenty of places to sit and lounge around Also they have 2 bbq grills Free laundry area too although you have to take turns washing your clothes Free parking although if you want to get close to your unit you’d better get there before nightfall because spaces fill up quick! As I said in my AirBnB postthe only issue I had with the place was the sliding doors were a little stiff to move Also the metal bar attached to the window frame is loose so you have to be careful and hold on to it when you pull on the strings to pull back the blinds Very peaceful and quite and walking or driving distance to the beach! Will stay there again!!!!

Megan Ingalls

I would give it 3 stars, but I am giving it 4 stars because I liked the location a lot and would stay there again just for that Technically in Palm Beach, this place is basically in Fort Worth and is in very close walking distance (literally right across the street) from the beach and a pretty good beach restaurant called Benny’s It’s a full apartment style place with a kitchen and living room so would be great for a longer stay

However there were some issues We were given the wrong code for the lock box and struggled to get it open, eventually giving up when another guest told us that we could just use the door code to get into our room without opening the box for the paperwork The place was like stepping through time into the 1990s but felt fairly clean At 5:30 in the morning, a broken sprinkler was aimed directly at our window, which was very annoying I did mention the problem so hopefully it’s fixed Then, we went out and came home late at night to discover a large roach in our living room, on the ceiling We tried to get it but it fell and hid under the couch When we went to checkout the next day I mentioned there was a roach in the room, thinking that they might be able to get it out before the next guest arrived However, instead I was told falsely that it was not a roach but a palmetto bug (yes the roaches in this area are palmetto bugs, but it’s still a type of roach) and that “there’s nothing you can do about them in Florida” I am a native Floridian who lives in Florida, so I can tell you that’s 100% not true While you can’t always keep them out, you can most definitely make an effort, and at the very least you can try to remove them from a room when someone has told you there is already one inside

We had a great time here Because we are diamond we got upgraded to an ocean view room It’s was great

(Full disclosure the carpet seemed a little gross)The room was clean and we had a nice wrap around balcony overlooking the ocean The AC worked…which is keyThe food options were redundant but everything we ate was awesome Jessica the bartender at Coconuts was awesome Such a pleasant and personable bartender It was coming down and seeing her smile every day The drinks were great tooThe only downside was the amount of kids in the small hot tub It was tough to even get a seat in there at timesOverall though it was a great time

My wife and I entered the hotel lugging our luggage No staff were in lobby to assist or guide guests It seemed in fact that employees went out of their way not to make eye contact

Since we arrived 2 hours before the 4pm check-in, we were told we could sit in Ketch restaurant, or just use the amenities We decided to go to restaurant where we were ignored by staff for over an hour Two other parties had orders taken and food served to them We had to get up and ask waiter for service There were only 3 or 4 tables occupied at the time Staff were literally walking around not making eye contact with guests and ignoring other guests as wellRoom was very dirty Our socks were black from walking on the floor Dust covered headboard, and picture frames Sheets were stained Interior of closet dirty Bedside Lamp didn’t work Light over door didn’t work Told staff and nothing was done Coffee pot not working correctly and located in extreme awkward position behind the television Guests smoking cigarettes, cigars and marijuana and the smell was coming in through the patio door of our fourth floor ocean view room Therefore we could not open door to enjoy a beautiful ocean breeze and view Bathroom shower floor could not tell if it was dirty since it was wood laminated and not white Shower drain clogged unable to touch because it was gross and I didn’t feel I needed to have to do such a thing during my hotel stay When arriving in room, there were only three towels in the bathroom and we had to be inconvenienced several times to call housekeeping not only for towels but for coffee supplies as well There were also no extra pillows or blankets located anywhere in the room and at that point we were so aggravated with having to keep calling housekeeping we didn’t even bother to ask for those things that should’ve just be in the roomThey totally misrepresented their Ketch restaurant, it was not glamorous at all as they made it look on the website! It was like sitting at tables in a lobby with a flow of people going in and outside while you’re trying to eat Overall a very disappointing experience at a Hilton hotel with a brand that we really truly did give our loyalty to in the past I no longer will

Kim S

This place is the go-to destination spot on the beach! From the great hotel prices, the beautiful ocean view rooms, beautiful ocean views directly from their outdoor bar and restaurant to the beyond friendly and accommodating hotel staff both inside and out, you will not be disappointed! You are steps away from their fantastic beach, and have just about 10 minutes walk to other other great bars, restaurants, shops in a near by plaza Other fine dining restaurants are as close as 10 min drive There is live music at the hotel and at the other close by restaurants on weekends also! Beach front umbrella staff is so accommodating and friendly and work hard to find you that perfect view

Family friendly, but all ages groups are present I’ve visited this hotel a few times now and I will definitely be coming back very soon!

My family and I had a good time The rooms were pretty clean, but they were a quite outdated Apparently this was a very busy week for the resort because they ran out of clean washcloths two nights in a row, so that was not a great experience

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly The highlight for us was the beach, the pools and the activity center They offered a variety of events each day that our kids loved Tony Lucas at the Activity Center was exceptional!! He greeted us and everyone warmly and really made us feel welcomed He made sure we had a great time there

Kaitlyn Cole

My family of 4 came here last week and we had a great experience We did book an 1 bedroom ocean front and it was totally worth it Our view was spectacular

I recommend paying the extra points or price and getting the ocean front The building we were at , dolphin , was super close to the family pool Since I had 2 kids (5 and 1) it was important to be near there We never had any issues getting a pool chair The beach was walking distance We did have to pay $100 for 2 days of beach chairs and umbrella If I had to do it again, I’d figure out a way to bring a tent of my own but we flew so that wasn’t as likely I’m not sure I’d do that again just the 4 of us since my kids wanted to be in the water and I didn’t have much time to relax The food at the resort was good I can’t say it was spectacular but for us it met our needs It was also walking distance to the little town area to get food Not many restaurants on the beach in the area which was disappointing

Ava Gividen

The hotel has so many pools and so spacious It’s spread out so well far apart that you hardly see other people I’ve had to pull to myself multiple nights with just been a very peaceful calming experience

I like to watch the sunrise and there’s only a handful of people out in the morning They have lots of cool shells on the beach Their pretzels were delicious

Decent! We went to the spa, the restaurant, and hung out by the pools all day The best parts were the quality of massages we got, the fish sandwich, poke bowl, honeybelle pie at the restaurant, and the large and spacious main pool We liked the concept of the mineral and dead sea salt pools, but we needed to ask them to skim them (to get the dead floating bugs and debris off) and all of the pools needed water, so that the built-in skimmers can function properly

The staff was pleasant, especially Alex, but they had me down as a female and had the wrong name for my massage, which was annoying The front desk experience at the spa could be more streamlined too We literally had to say our last name 3 times, which isn’t a difficult one The locker rooms were nice, clean, and smelled good! The pool area could stand to be weeded and the trees trimmed Overall, it was a good value and we would definitely go back! Personally, I liked it better than The Breakers, so if they just fine-tune on the details, they’re almost there!

Gustavo Villalpando

Didn’t get to play the Bear Trap because it is under renovation, so played the front nine twice The layout is average Several of the greens are incredibly resistant to approach shots, even wedges from 125 yards out

The ball trampolines off the green if you don’t have a good amount of backspin The greens were speedy but not overly so Don’t expect an off-season glorious time as there is construction everywhere The staff are the highlight here Lots of fantastic, friendly, and hard-working folks here, so tip generously as they are working hard to maintain things as best they can

Luis Sepulveda

Beautiful resort We had a quick stay while visiting friends in the area I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t get a massive red toe nail stuck in my heal as I walked around my room, and find a clump of hair in my shower

They apologized when I called the front desk and was told they would come to clean immediately after we left for dinnerThey never cleaned the hair in the shower I wasn’t going to bring it up again but my fiancée said I should My resort fee was removed from my bill after mentioning what happened

A quick note to express our gratitude to you and your entire team Our group of 30 were extremely well taken care of by all your staff at the lobby restaurant and the rooftop We had a large party celebrating my 40th party originally scheduled for the rooftop

Due to the weather/rain we requested to be moved to the lobby restaurant The staff was super accommodating and set us up with a nice corner for the large group with no hesitation The service was impeccable We were then moved to the rooftop post dinner for drinks and made very comfortable in 2 cabanas Again the service and hospitality of your staff was amazing serving individual drinks to a group of 30Thank you for making our evening so special …Special Shout Out: Marshal (Manager) and Harrison (Waiter)Thank You Again!

They offered complimentary daiquiris at the pool All the drinks were delicious and the food was great Fresh and healthy food choicesWe always stay at five star places, but this one was extra special First time in pWest Palm Beach Jessica at the pool was super nice too She kept the drinks coming and offered fruit infused water when it was hot out Music at the pool was great tooJust a wonderful stay!I will be looking for other Autograph Collection properties when we travelWe will be back! We loved everything!

Grey Patch

No tea in rooms (never had a hotel not provide tea!!), no-one helped me with my bag despite evidently struggling on arrival, no-one cleaned the rooms for 2 days so had no water for when we needed it, and no sauna/steam room Initially was quite disappointed but over the course of the stay, the staff were actually polite and helpful and even offered us a late checkout with no qualms The rooftop music and service and atmosphere on Sunday was absolutely fantastic

If they improve a few things it could be great

Excellent!!! Very clean! Paul the Manger was very helpful and friendly My stay was for work purposes Great location, beds and pillows were nice and comfortable

Being a female in an out of town place I always felt very safe, compared to some of the other hotels in the surrounding area Cannot say enough about the manager he takes pride in his job and takes very good care of his customers The location is close to anything that you could need and the price is very affordable Will definitely return

Jon Little

We stay in the area for 3-4 nights every January We had been looking for a motel that was more reasonably priced than those near the coast, convenient, and centrally located for our birding interests This place hit the spot

After reading a number of reviews (I always check the worst ones first and was satisfied with the owner’s responses to the negative ones), I made a reservation It was a very good choice The room was perfect for our use After planning to stay 3 nights, we decided to stay 4 Paul, the manager told us they were totally booked for that night, so we began to make other plans About 10 minutes later, he contacted us and said he had rearranged other room reservations and that we could stay the extra night That added consideration, surprising as it was, simply made our day Needless to say, we were more than happy with the treatment we got from management No breakfast? Totally minor concern – we found numerous places to fill that need nearby We fully recommend this motel to anyone

Jill Bisberg

We have stayed here 2 times, and will stay here every time we are in south Florida! The property is exceptionally clean inside and out It puts lost big name hotels to shame with how clean it is and how well it is managed and cared for The manager Paul is amazing

He is incredibly professional, friendly, and very helpful Everyone that works there is nothing short of a 5☆ employee They make you feel at home when you’re on the road I very highly recommend this place to anyone that will be staying in the area!

BUYER BEWARE! I booked my mom a stay here back in November for a conference, and they cancelled her stay just days before travel due to them “overbooking” rooms by accident notifying us via a voicemail No compensation was offered It’s now February and we are STILL waiting to receive a full refund of $2k+

When we reached out to the hotel they assured us the refund was coming and nothing still We have now reported this as a fraudulent charge on our credit card So unprofessional I’m not typically a person who writes bad reviews, but I just don’t want this to happen to someone else

Jackie Cruz Wagener

This is a hard review to write It says this is a bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was served I wish I would have known this

It should be stated on their web site very clearly and easy to see There was no food available in the morning, only coffee and teaIt’s also not a b&b in the traditional sense where it’s a couple who owns it and they’re around to chat with you I don’t know who owns it, and I didn’t get that sense of intimacy with the owners as in every other b&b I’ve stayed inThe room was comfortable, room 2 I think in the main house I did end up having to ask for a thinner pillow because all the ones in the room were way too thick The pool is nice and we went in one day Towels are offered outside by the pool and lounge chairs are available for relaxing The stay was just ok but we probably won’t be back

Planning a personal photoshoot, I was looking for a lovely place to stay near the rejuvenated city center and Palm Beach I was fortunate to find Grandview Gardens, nestled behind a tall, private hedge in a historic neighborhood in the heart of West Palm Beach, FloridaThe charming, fully renovated Italian villa would be at home in the hills of Tuscany

You have the feeling of staying at a friend’s beautiful home in Italy Enchanting tropical foliage graces the lush grounds of the inviting historic structure The lovely villa, the pristine pool, and lush grounds are well maintained, retaining all the charm of the fashionable manor houses of the last centuryThe neighborhood is serene and picturesque The photographer and I were so charmed by the visuals that we asked for permission to shoot discretely in and around the property Our rooms were clean and comfortable My room even had its own balcony overlooking the pool and a private staircaseThe lobby and common rooms are furnished with antiques and art We got some fantastic pictures in the fabulous interior I was photographed sitting on a couch by Gianni Versace Fabian, the gracious host, is the soul of courteous European hospitality He assisted in our photoshoot, gave us contacts for food delivery, and provided for our particular requirements with graceI will definitely return for a romantic getaway

The past week we had four phenomenal days at the Palm Bach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa! From arrival to departure, each staff member was more than gracious and accommodating of our needs Arranged by Raj, our room was simply gorgeous with both beach and resort views Raj’s warm welcome, followed by his personal attention, and a follow up phone call from Raj after our return home, was most gracious and gratifying

We utterly enjoyed our breakfast and dinners, under Dining Room Manager Stalin, and found no reason at all to leave the resort for meals We appreciated the attention given by Vicky, Director of Banquets and Catering, for adeptly handling our nieces wedding arrangements She graciously came to our breakfast table to check with us The valets and bellman were warm and professional We have traveled extensively and found the accommodations and personal attention to be of the highest quality Kudos to all!

We are annual guests at your beautiful resort and this past stay was one of the best yet We were especially impressed by one employee Erica G who was stationed at the spa She spared no detail in ensuring that my family and I had the best stay

She went above and beyond her role and has truly made a lasting impact on us and we will remember her everything we speak about the Breakers She remembered our sons name after only meeting him once and would always greet us with a smile and greeting by name anytime we saw her across the property Erica G is an exquisite example of what the Breakers has always stood for regarding sophistication, customer service and family idealsThank you for making this past stay truly amazing

Our son’s wedding reception was on 2/19 The room view was beautiful Pool and amenities were ok

Reception was outstanding! Sadly, At check in our room was not ready It was not ready until 6:30 We could not check in because we were at the reception Our luggage had to be stored in a friend’s room and my wife had to get ready in the public bathroom My daughter and son in law had use public parking a few blocks away from the hotel because parking was delayed due to a government dignitary’s arrival He had to transport luggage, my 7 month old granddaughter and stroller from parking spot Other non wedding guests expressed similar complaints with rooms and check ins Staff was polite but… Guys you have to do better

Just don’t I realized after our stay they can probably justify the prices because the convention center is next door You have to valet- not included- every time you want to leave, so quick trips for coffee are not worth it and the coffee on site ($6

00) is glorified diner coffee The room was not ready at check in time so we had to wait and because it took so long we decided to down grade our room to get in and move on with our evening plans The rooms were nice but the TV cable was so ancient that it wasn’t worth it so we just watched our phones They should get with the times and use streaming services if the cable takes 30 seconds to change the channel The phone didn’t work to call the front desk They have a $2800 resort fee that is somehow refunded to you in the form of on site money But the only problem is everything sucks The soda cooler in the store was warm and the coffee shop is nothing to brag about The pastries were old Certainly not what I would expect for almost $500 a night out the door for a mid room I’ve learned my lesson to stick to Hyatt

Came to the hotel only to eat at their on site restaurant called the Galley Tucked away in the corner of the hotel, it over looks the pool area, complete with beautiful outdoor seating with fire pits The inside bar is classy and has very friendly bartenders

Good selection of food, good sized portions, reasonably priced for hotel food Very nice ambiance and I highly recommend! Hostess is very accommodating and the manager goes around consistently checking on the guests and their experience Nicely done!!!

Absolutely loved the Fairfield Marriott Hotel! Great customer service from Amalfi and her staff I really enjoy staying there because the rooms are always well kept and everything is updated The pillows felt so fluffy I wish I could’ve taken one home

Great location Smaller, 3 story hotel Across the street from the ocean Quiet end of ocean

I love that this hotel offer balcony rooms The free hot breakfast is a bonus as well as free parking which is rare for oceanfront However, the website doesn’t mention that there is a $250 deposit charge required at the time of check in This should be disclosed upfront to avoid any inconvenience to customers

I wanted to write a review for this hotel and specifically for the intern Derek Last week I was in a bind and needed a hotel room last minute for my two month old and I Derek was so helpful and professional while he helped get us a room

He handled every detail and made us feel so comfortable He helped us to the room and got a pack n play sent up for my daughter immediately He checked on us throughout our stay and answered questions when we had them There needs to be more people in the world like Derek This industry is lucky to have him

We had a wonderful time here Even by Marriott Resort standards, service was exceptional! Special shoutouts to Jenn and Eric in activities for providing activities that were not just well planned, but also accessible for my bad knee Adam in Security stepped up to the plate to be our blackjack dealer

He said he had never done it before, but he was so much fun! Sam at the front desk was a wizard! We had a delivery made where the driver didn’t follow instructions She was able to determine that the order was for me just with my first name The grounds here are well maintained I think the nicest beach on Singer Island is here Highly recommended

The studio me n my husband rented 4 the weekend was cute n clean The hotel itself though smells awful! The mildew smell is so strong you can smell it from the road Everytime I entered the building my throat started to hurt n my chest felt congested

I’d leave the building and within minutes feel better, come back and shortly after start feeling bad again The hall ways need updated terribly The carpet is gross The walls have nicotine seeping through the paint and the air conditioning doesn’t do anything to cool off the halls including the tiny elevators The staff seemed to be a bit abtuse but not overly rude just enough niceness as to not get a complaint Overall the studio owner waa great n updated her room but the permeating mildew will prevent me from coming back or recommending this place

We occasionally attend an Orthodox synagogue at the top Since we cannot travel in the Sabbath and holidays, we rent a room in the hotel for the time Most are very nice

some need updatingAnd the area is very nice Located between the ocean and intercoastal, walks through the area are interesting

Historic condo complex in a great location with a fair price on West Palm Beach Island Okay, so the only bad part is the musty smell in the hallways But do not let this deter you

The rooms (most) have been renovated and are clean and modern The complex itself is truly remarkable with a wonderful pool and beautiful garden There is not much to do within the complex, but on the mezzanine level there is a library with a chess table, games and puzzles The place offers a quite and relaxing atmosphere Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops Publix is across the street If your looking for a great place on a budget – book here it’s great

Above Excellent Customer Service! This was a Spacious room Equestrian Truckers drivers stop hotel I think it was great other than the hallway carpet had some kind of old odor The room was perfect! the room location and what I paid for I would come back here! The pool area was very cool and walking distances to a tropical smoothie and easy access to my vehicle

There is also a fine dining place attached to the back (busy) that I still didn’t get the chance to check out but I’m looking out for reviews! Thank you Royal Inn Hotel

We had an awesome time Saturday afternoon by the pool (even though the water was freezing), with great drinks and great food Music was on point! The rooms were spacious and very accommodating And that shower pressure was to die for! It was a very modern take on urbanization decor

The staff was super friendly and very helpful when i accidentally parked my car in the wrong building!! Their front desk staff, especially Mr Richard, was friendly and the epitome of hospitality We look forward to more stays at the canopy!

The hotel is nice but for the price you pay per night it does not live up to my expectations We booked 3 nights and the hot tub was not working and they said it would take a week to fix After a long day we expected our room cleaned and towels refreshed when we took off the “do not disturb” sign and left our room at 7AM

What is the point of the sign if when taken off no one comes to clean the room? No fresh towels for a 3 night stay and apparently you have to request cleaning That’s no problem but at least they could have told us this at check-in When we did call for towels it took an hour for us to get them You have to sign up to use the WiFi and it times out Also parking is not free! Not happy with the hotel service hereI would like to add that the bar staff at the rooftop bar were amazing! No problems there

Mona Haghighi

The Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach is a beautiful hotel with amazing service It is spotless, serves good food and spectacular drinks, and it is walking distance to City Place, Restoration Hardware, and many other restaurants I stayed there for the weekend, and although it was too cold to use the beautiful rooftop pool, we had drinks at the Tree House and enjoyed the view

We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the city I will definitely go back soon
