It’s a very nice hotel Allot of perks I was only there for a night but the facility looked to be taken care of very well

The pool was nice The spa seemed nice even though I didn’t visit on this trip I like the fact the are allot of food options close by including several within a couple minutes of walking The staff was very nice as well The room was comfy and cozy The bathroom was nicely laid out and designed

Nice resort Stayed for 3 nights The rooms were clean but got a little muggy a few times

One faucet plug wouldn’t come up so that meant one sink couldn’t be used The amenities are nice – the pools, outdoor and indoor, are great The gym is nice as well The grounds around the resort are quiet and very nice to walk Overall a pleasant experience and trip

Ryan Campbell

For the price, I expected better The hotel is nice, but the room left a lot to desire They weren’t cleaning rooms because of “COVID” but nobody on the hotel staff wore a mask? If you don’t want to pay the staff to be there or are trying to pinch pennies, at least say it or come up with a better excuse

As for the room, it smelled damp and the headboard had a water stain They obviously had a water intrusion issues that wasn’t handled properly The rest of the room get dated and sticky Definitely not the resort feel or worth the price Best bet is to go to the place at the top of the hill It is a resort

Great staff! Great location! My family recommends Roxy! She’s AMAZING! Great service and super friendly! The rooms left something to be desired My husband and I had shower doors that didn’t lock into place, so the slightest (or even non- existent) touch would send the doors sliding, while in the shower or not Our initial room was not cleaned for us, even though we arrived close to midnight

We had to be on a separate floor from our family for our entire stay (7 days) We had to send for towels because there was only towels for one Additionally, getting your room cleaned requires that you request a cleaning and you still may have to wait an extra day In the restaurant, again, Roxy, was the best! She was attentive and after a couple days knew exactly what we were ordering for breakfast and drinks in the evening Her sister, who’s name we failed to get, was also terrific! There is however a gentleman who was working breakfast that had no clue about customer service Slow, slow and slower he came with two items that should have been identical and were clearly not My mom wasn’t happy Check took forever to getWith all of this said, the week with my family was great! (Which I know has nothing to do with the hotel) And because Roxy is THAT AWESOME!!! I’d choose to stay here again

We didn’t see the reviews until it was too late to cancel so I had a bad feeling from the start However, the hotel was nice and clean Laura was super friendly and professional at check in

She explained the construction is to fix the roof that had come off in a storm and wouldn’t be going on much longer and is only on weekdaysThe beds were soft and comfortable, the room was a nice size and the bathroom was spotless There is a walkway from the hotel right to the river walkIt was a nice stay and I would recommend, except for Veronica who was rude at check out She wouldn’t give me a receipt for some reason and was very short with me She made it obvious that she didn’t care about my questions I still don’t know why I couldn’t get a receipt Other than her, everything else was great

Tom Hust

Room is nice and a short walk to shops on river walk and Alamo Bartender (Joseph) on our first time in the dining hall was awesome! Pizza was delicious!Next day the smoke alarms started going off sporadically all afternoon on the third floor and we quickly left our room We get down to the check in desk to learn it was only being tested, no worries

It would have been nice to receive a heads up

Nathan Titus

Great stay! It was nice to have a fully stocked continental breakfast Some of the food quality was average but overall satisfactory for the value The hotel was very clean and staff did a good job at being welcoming and greeting with a smile

The rooms were a little undersized and lacked any significant storage but the facilities looked fresh and was constantly being cleaned so overall would recommend a stay here Our primary reason for choosing this location was aproximity to the heart of the Riverwalk vs value The outdoor pool was nice but could have used some additional seating

Lacey Johnson

Great experience! Rooms very clean and nice Had to wait for our room to be ready which was a little inconvenient but not bad as the front desk staff was helpful and informative House keeping came and lightly refreshed our room as we stayed a few days which was much appreciated

Breakfast was wonderful Lots of choices Will definitely stay again

We booked a two night stay in a one bedroom king bed room for our anniversary When we arrived and checked in and got to our room, it was a standard double with queen beds When my husband called down, they claimed they’d “upgraded” our room to a river view with patio

Of course, they couldn’t “downgrade” us to a one bedroom with a mini kitchen, microwave and king bed because one wasn’t available I’m not sure if they don’t realize that prices are listed for rooms on their website or what, but we clearly got shafted We didn’t pay for the wrong room, but we happily would have considering it was our 27th anniversary gift to ourselves There was also the “add on” surprise he set up with champagne romance package that was to be placed in our room and that wasn’t done and when he questioned them after the fact, they claimed their third party contractor couldn’t do it on the first night and did we want it on the second? So he was disappointed with his surprise aspect One other negative was if you’re like us and ordering food in or bringing your own, bring silverware and glass if you take your own drinks They have paper cups for coffee and plastic for silverware We took our own champagne and had hoped to have a partial kitchen Maybe the one bedrooms have those things but the front desk doesn’t The rooms were nice and clean, and the service staff for the room checked in and made sure we didn’t need anything on the second day

The customer service here is excellent Everyone from the river staff to the lobby and restaurants and the valet was super friendly and helpful Troy at the valet was very nice and remembered us as he was helping with our car and luggage

The kids loved all the hotel activities throughout the day but mostly loved the lazy river My only recommendation would be to have an inner tube for large adults The ones there will only support someone up to 180 lbs, any more and you’re capsizing Can’t wait to go back!! Thanks for a great stay

Heather Sides

The property was beautiful We stayed in one of the patio rooms and it was so relaxing nestled under the great oak trees The service at the golf shop was great and they took care of us so well

From storing our bags and getting them onto the cart, to the well-manicured course and greens, and the friendly staff who made playing here a wonderful experienceAnd a special thanks to the staff who made our dining experience the best The food was great, particularly the fajita dinner on Sunday Big thanks to Janie and TJ who made sure we had everything we needed Our drinks were never empty and the plates were cleared the moment we finished It was hard to believe we were at a buffet And Janie made us feel like old friends But after 24 years at the Hyatt, she just knows how to do that We hope to see you all again next time!

Rachel Lorance

Staff was nice! Rooms & restaurants were great! The lazy river was great except there was not enough chairs or tubes for everyone The next morning we got there early and realized that people stacked all their tubes and placed their stuff on their chairs before they go eat breakfast We ended up finding a spot and some extra tubes

So, get there early! They have a Starbucks and a general store there, I bought little blowup tubes for the kids and the young boy at the pool area went to blow them up for me That was great! Overall, it was a fun weekend!

Over the course of 9 days, we stayed in 3 roomsFirst room was partially renovated and should never have been rented The vanity had no mirror or light, the curtains were missing, and the shower wouldn’t even turn on

The bathroom and shower floor had dirty shoe prints and didn’t look to have been cleaned before we arrived Staff didn’t seem concerned or alarmed at the state of the roomSecond room seemed fine, but after a couple of days we started getting bit by fleas We told front desk and they didn’t seem surprised or concerned, and moved us to another room without any apologyThird room was ok, but things were in strange places For instance, the full length mirror was behind the nightstand so it wasn’t usableThe hotel parking lot is too small, so don’t expect to get a spot in the gated lot, but instead out front or at Salt Grass Also, one of the elevators was broken down our entire trip, so sharing 7 floors with guests and staff was quite annoying with the remaining carsWe also found no safes in any of the rooms, which I believe are required by Texas law

Jeanette Sisneros

Customer service: Non existence! The woman who checked me in the afternoon of 5/22/22 was rude and unprofessional My second encounter with her again checking out was similar She ignored the desk and made us wait for about 10 minutes before helping

When I called to complain about the dirty bed linens when I got into my room, maintenance was sent with “clean” pillow cases which were not clean Apparently housekeeping is unavailable past certain hoursCleanliness: Run from this hotel if you value Cleanliness My room was dirty as if it had only been put back together after someone checked out The bed linens were not fresh and the tub was dirty There was brown substance splattered on the bathroom door The hallway had a horrible smell as if the carpet had never been replaced or cleaned despite the hotel being “under renovation” The renovations looked like they hired the cheapest DIY contractor they could find Sloppy work which was apparent by the peeling base boards, lumpy floor transition between carpet and vinyl Paint and caulking splatters left in the bathroomThe only reason I stayed as long as I did is because it was paid for by my new employerI was in town for training Run from this place It’s worth the extra money to stay in a better hotel

Rhianna Blumberg

Room was beautiful and beds super comfy I have only two complaints

first is that the hot water (temp and pressure) was practically nonexistent! And second, the spa was broken and had been for a long time according to staff I specifically chose this hotel FOR the spa so I was sadly pretty disappointed and wish these things were noted on their website Next time I’ll make a point to call before booking, my mistake On the plus side, late check out was a dreamy 1230 and they allowed me and my daughter to swim all day in the pool even after I checked out! So overall it was a great mini-vacation and I would consider staying againone the water issue and spa have been remedied!

Rooms are great Wehad a suite and it was wonderful Beds are super comfortable

All staff were very welcoming Loved the full breakfast and free happy hourGave it 3 stars because coffeein room was absolutely disgusting Tasted like mildew Overall however would stay again

Amy Willis

We had a great experience at this hotel It’s an excellent location near shopping and Alamo The hotel is beautiful and elegant with a large lobby with cozy sitting areas to relax with

The staff is great! What we had requested beforehand with 3 rooms together was already ready for us So nice! Very clean Breakfast is phenomenal… We especially loved the happy hour drinks and snacks where we would play a game of cards and visit before getting ready for dinner

Peter Alonge

This was a beautiful hotel sitting right on the riverwalk There are 17 floors There is also a pool and a restaurant attached to the hotel

Because this is an embassy suites there was a great breakfast buffet and cooked to order omelette bar We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and how polite the staff was We ended up using the valet parking which was a bit steep at $40 a day but it was nice not have to worry about your car The downside to this hotel is everything seems to close around 10:00 or 11:00 by the hotel so if you arrive late and you get your car valet it’s a bit of a hassle to go back out and find a restaurant or some food after hours So I recommend getting some dinner or something before you go up to your room for the night It’s great I was able to contact the hotel by text message they’re always very responsive and we were able to get anything we needed taking care of The pool was very nice it’s a bit small for the amount of people that the hotel could hold and unfortunately it looked like there was a hot tub but it’s not there anymore The fitness center looked very nice and clean I would stay at this hotel again and recommend anyone who’s looking for a hotel on the Riverwalk to stay here It’s not at the busy part of the Riverwalk so it’s very quiet at night and peaceful

Save yourself the headache and book at a modern hotel nearby The rooms are very small We have a king bed at home and the king bed at this hotel must have been half the size

You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside of your room Everyone in the hall, two rooms down you could hear people flushing their toilets, taking a shower, talking, using the sink You could hear people at street level walking by and talking (we were on the third floor) You will absolutely not sleep well at this hotelIf you’re interested in its history just walk around the lobby and then go to a modern hotelThey charged us $40 for the valet The valet was slow both when we got there and when we checked outThey gave us tickets for complimentary drinks When we tried to use them the bartender told us the coupons would not cover a whole drinkThe only thing this place has going for it is its location

Anne Margaret White

What a gorgeous hotel! We stopped by to admire the historic part and enjoyed the whole place Really wanted to have a drink at the historic bar, but got there a bit too early Instead we strolled the property and were delighted with the interior balconies, columns, and marble flooring beneath the skylight

Gorgeous hotel Just beside The Alamo, it’s worth a stop!

Magen Desnoyers

We stayed at the Menger Hotel for a conference The property is beautiful and walkable to everything we wanted to do while in San Antonio The most impressive part of our stay was the staff

I could not get over the level of service and hospitality each staff member showed us Marcia, Zara, Eli, Simon and anyone else we ran into during our stay met us with a smile and ready to help at every turn This is a beautiful historic hotel and we look forward to many more visits

Enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere Comfortable bed Clean room

The insight restaurant is great Short walk to the main river walk areaBut what really capped our stay is that we accidentally left a computer bag- computer with work info etc and they contacted us quickly so we were able to retrieve it! So thankful for the honesty of those who found it!We would definitely come again!

Jeff Crowley

We’ve been here a few times The room was nice and spacious but the bathrooms were not terribly clean Looked like some areas were missed

The hotel is right on the river but there’s not much within walking distance food or otherwise We ordered from the restaurant and the food was overpriced for what we got and the chicken was dry/overcooked We ended up going out for another meal later that night

Coralene Ramsey

Basically used the hotel for a night’s stay We checked in rather late There was a highly intoxicated man on the floor

Too inebriated to access his room The night auditor had to assistFor the cost of the hotel you’d think they’d no longer use shower curtains especially with COVID The bathtub drain stopper wouldn’t hold Continuously closed while taking a showerFor the room the view was ok It wasn’t spectacular or anything like that A view of the parking lot at least I could see my car Security was on point An individual was asking where is a good place to hang Provided directions Security stayed the duration to ensure our safetyHotels are expensive and to be charged a parking fee is ridiculous I completely understand that all hotel chains are not the same However, we are your guest To have to come out of pocket and be inconvenienced because the parking in downtown San Antonio is ridiculous As much as a room cost for a stay We as customers shouldn’t be charged an additional fee simply because it seems like the hotel has found a way to charge their customers and help the hotel pay the hotels parking lot fees

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Thoughtfully and tastefully designed, The Thompson is truly a Fine Hotel/ResortStaff are attentive, on standby for all your needs, and super accommodating Special shout-out to Cammie and Dana for making our stay enjoyable through requests over text messages! They both made the check-in process enjoyable and efficient

To top it off, head to the top floor for the rooftop restaurant and lounge Well crafted drinks, and great Mediterranean fusion dishes with a unique flair If you’re at the bar, look for Matt!

Salem Al-Ayyadhi

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is less than desired As others have mentioned, the staff is very cold and rudeOne of the biggest issues was valet

For the price they charge ($50/night) you would think that they would have helped with luggage and open the car door Not at this place! Also, the hotel either lost or stole one of my dear friend’s gown We were attending a wedding and this gown was over $1k and somehow it disappeared between valet and bringing it up to the room This is a huge issue and ruined our time there We had to find her another dress last minute and she didn’t have time to have it altered eitherI also had staff enter our room after 1am! This made me feel very unsafe because I don’t understand why they were trying to come into our room that late We mentioned this to the front desk during checkout and they could have cared less The staff are clueless and don’t know what they are doingI wouldn’t stay here again The ambience is nice, but the staff suck There are better options to stay at in SA!

Naomi Camargo

What a wonderful experience! We had dinner at the Moons Daughter for a VERY special occasion and we were not disappointed Such a beautiful scene and great food! But BEST of all was the excellent service From the second we walked in the first floor, to the restaurant staff, to leaving the Thompson was excellent! A special thank you to Mariano at the Moons Daughter & Felipe at the Thompson

I wish we could give more than 5 stars for the excellent service Thank YOU!

I needed a place close to downtown Baptist Hospital because my hubby wasn’t feeling well and i wanted to be prepared This small 3-story hotel fit the bill perfectly! It had easy access from 35 and a well-lit, enclosed parking so I felt safeEven though I didn’t get to enjoy the Jacuzzi/ indoor pool, or the gym, I was so relieved my darling hubby enjoyed a great night of sleep in a nice, clean room

When you’re not feeling well, kind attitudes soothe the soul The lady who helped us at breakfast the next day was a God-sent We liked this hotel so much we spent another night even though my hubby got better

Ellen Valdez

The staff was very helpful from the start We came in earlier than anticipated and they accommodated us though one of our rooms wasn’t ready instead of making us wait an hour we were upgraded no charge Extra towels, extra pillows they were at the ready

First breakfast hotel experience where it didn’t feel rushed Celestina was very helpful and is the main reason for the 5 stars, she made our whole group waffles and was on a great mood the whole time though extremely busy This world needs more people like her up beat and positive 😃

MP

Good price great place! Friendly staffs They have small Gym room and a indoor pool, plus a small jacuzzi Room is big, towels and shampoo, soaps are provided, even conditioner!!What more I can ask for with this price??!They have a Texas shape waffle for breakfast, the Spanish speaking lady made me a really nice one, I like this place and definitely will choose this again in future^_^

This is a really nice resort and a great place for families The rooms are nice and clean and you have plenty of room The facilities around the resort are excellent

The place is beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of work into building and maintaining the resort There are restaurants, five pools, and a nice area for taking a long nature hike The location is really good if you want to get out of the city It’s in the hill country and overlooks the city and is close and convenient to a couple of big theme parks The service is pretty good although we did have some questions with room service, as our order didn’t come as ordered and even when they brought up other parts of the order it was still missing I played golf here on another visit and the course is beautiful A must play in San Antonio La Cantera is a resort and you will pay resort fees and the rooms are expensive Having said that, you’re getting an amazing experience at a beautiful resort

Heather Haglund

We had a wonderful time here with our family last weekend The resort is beautiful and the amenities were to notch The staff was very helpful across the board

We loved the pool area with so many options from kids pool to adult only pool All of the restaurants were delicious, especially the mid day ice cream break! It’s hard to believe you are right in the middle of a major city while you are at La Cantera- it truly is a peaceful getaway Looking forward to our next stay!

Ashekia Pinckney

The resort is beautiful to look at It definitely has all the things you would want at a resort except a comfortable bed!! Omg, I have never had worst sleep in a hotel

The beds and linen felt like something from a display room The mattress was hard with no cushion or support The linen is thin and the thread count is non existent The staff was very nice and prompt and provided all the other amenities we requested Our roomAnd other areas of the hotel was very clean I would just believe that the bedding would be more comfortable in such a beautiful place

We had a great time at this Wyndham location The staff was friendly and helpful, the common areas and our room were very clean we enjoyed the pool table and gaming table The roof top pool in the 6th floor was awesome

It has two 3ft deep sides and the middle is about 4ft The hot tub was great They also have a small shallow pool on the side very private and great for little ones They had daily things in the lobby like one day they had ice cream pops, chips, juices and sangria and the next day breakfast pastries and coffee The location is great, it has direct access to the river walk It’s a nice walk, about 10 mins to get to the restaurants My only con is the parking The only option is Valet parking for $22 a night You can come in and out as much as you want My issue is that you have to wait for them to bring your car and if you leave something in your car again you have to wait I just prefer to have access to my car at all times But the valet employees were very nice Overall we loved it and wouldstay here again

Absolutely love Club Wyndham La Cascada! We came down for Fiestas and it was the perfect location Perfect walking distance to all the fun and mercados The room was exceptional for the price and we were able to get a Texas Resident rate

It was like having our own little condo with Balcony in San Antonio We will definitely stay here again!

This resort is amazing It’s right on the riverwalk and close to a lot of restaurants The rooms are big, beautiful and very spacious

There are grills outside in a grassy area and the staff was very helpful at check in Our room had a balcony which enhanced our view of the downtown area The is a small HEB grocery store 2 blocks from the resort and Walmart is close by also

I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER HERE!!! Maria La Rosa and her staff, were outstanding! The service was excellent, the hotel room was clean; the hotel itself was immaculate The breakfast buffet was delicious (especially the potatoes) The view of the river, while dining or sitting at the bar during happy hour (4p-7p), was definitely a must & a delightful treat

I arrived early and they had a room readily available & got me checked with in no hassle The hotel was conveniently located for everything I needed It’s the only hotel I will stay at when I come back to San Antonio

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in this area

I’ve been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be let downLove my stay here! Everything was great, but the true standout was the the super helpful woman at the front desk, Amanda Rodriguez! She made sure my stay was great, went above and beyond and truly helped me out in a pinch Let me know of current events, and just made me feel welcomed She is truly a professional I wish all hotel staff treated folks the way that she did

Hector Torres

It is a nice hotel There were a couple of drawbacks while visiting though The pool was cold and did not get to enjoy it

The hot tube was warm but never really got hot The room on the other hand was clean and spotless, I just wish that it had a microwave in the room It only had a coffee maker and a small refrigerator The staff was very nice and accommodating I would gladly stay here again

The pool was great, the rooms are convenient for a large family However, The valet parking made this entire experience a disaster They charge $40 a night, which makes you think you will have great convenient service

Wrong! There is a minimum 30 min wait to get your car, but no one mentions this until you actually need the car Only be last day we finally requested the car from upstairs as we are packing Come down 35 min later, they didn’t even get our car yet They mixed them up, and turns out gave us the wrong car So we are downstairs with all of our luggage, no luggage carts available, 3 kids under 3, and ended up waiting 65 minutes until we finally got our car To say that I was disappointed is an understatement We were not the only ones waiting for cars There were about 30 people in the lobby waiting for their car, so I don’t understand what takes so long Definitely worth it to park in the garage across the hotel, if you don’t have a lot of luggage and kids to drag with you There is also a lot of construction in front of the hotel right now and is very hard to get to

35 starsThe hotel is clean and the beds were comfy There is definitely room for improvement though

This hotel is connected to the Hampton Inn & Suites and they share many things including a small pool (it honestly would be barely large enough for the guests in one of these hotels let alone both of them) as well as elevators and luggage carts If you are lucky enough to get one of the few luggage carts you’d be lucky to even fit 2 suitcases on it, they’re that small There’s almost no point in having them When we were leaving on our last day we waited for over 20 mins just to get on the elevator to take our bags downstairs There are three elevators and only 2 of them were working The elevators were either full of other guests and no room for us or filled with housekeeping and their carts and there was no room for guests with them eitherThe 2 hotels do not share a breakfast area but that too could use improvement There wasn’t much variety and if you don’t go down the second they open good luck getting what you want Also there seemed to be a shortage of napkins while we were there

Our room was spacious and the location on the Riverwalk was great However, I can’t overlook how insanely uncomfortable the beds were Having stayed in Hilton properties all over the U

S it had to have been the worst bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel If we were staying for more than a night I think we would have left and stayed elsewhere Finally, the pool was also very small but I guess that’s to be expected in a downtown location

This was a last-minute booking We arrived late, tired, and overheated from Sea World Kiley (via phone) explained the valet service- which can be added to your room and is definitely worth it

When we arrived, she checked us in and made sure all was well The hotel is on the Riverwalk, and has an amazing restaurant downstairs (The Domingo) I would definitely spend the money to stay here The rooms are clean, current, and very well designed for comfort (temperature & lighting) We walked to the Alamo the next day and around downtown Nice work Hilton!

This is a very modern and chic hotel The location is perfect with direct access and views to the Riverwalk The rooms are comfy and spacious with many amenities (fridge, safe, loofah, and Nespresso machine)

The bathroom shower is absolutely gorgeous ( I totally want to redo my bathroom now) The 3rd floor has a hotel bar and a nice hang out space It was pretty cool and very busy up there The hotel offers 1 free margarita to all adult guests IMO that was a very nice touch and totally unexpected Well done Canopy! The overall service of the hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful The only downside is that there is no hotel parking available You are required to use valet or park in the parking garage across the street Both cost $55 to use

Stacy

The canopy is a GREAT option for anyone looking to visit The hotel itself is so chic, clean, and comfortable The restaurant and bar are great with a beautiful view of the riverwalk

The staff at the hotel were amazing I arrived super early and they had my room ready without charging me, which was so appreciated after a long flightMy departure flight was canceled and they kindly extended my reservation another day without blinking an eyeI highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful time celebrating a birthday here Ricky the porter and Chris the concierge are both so sweet and helpful They had the most upbeat welcoming energy

We opted for a massage at the spa and Jasmyn gave me the best massage I’ve ever had Even the assets protection man we ran into in the elevator asked what they could do better This entire team strives for excellence and succeeds Already planning a return visit Was sad to leave

Patrick Caffey

Hotel was very nice Rooftop pool was great nice to have drinks close by with the roof top cafe The food was great up there

Spa was very nice and pleasant would definitely recommend going thereThe rooms tho were just ok I thought for the price it would be a little nicer A/C wasn’t cold, the ceiling fan worked half the time, and the button on the jacuzzi tub was missing

Jodi Wishart

I had 2 rooms – king river walk view and double non view The hotel needs some love, but the staff make up for it They are wonderful people! This is a busier part of the river walk but a short walk to the quiet areas

The 800 reservation line does match the guest service of the hotel If you have any questions, call the hotel directlyThe character of the hotel was a factor in choosing it And character takes time and people to keep up It needs more love and care and we are all stretched thin It was clean – tattered but clean I know the “details” of most things have been sacrificed in our collective mess of the last few years

Very bad experience Company over Books and offers no help I booked and paid a deposit 2 1/2 months before to my trip

I received emails and confirmation about the booking I even received a call from the hotel 9 days before as a (early check-in) asking what time I would arrive, number of guest, and names I arrived 1 hour before the scheduled check-in time and was greeted by the clerk I gave my information and immediately his faced changed I waited about 10 minutes and was told they had no rooms available and was given number to call I called the number and was informed not only was nothing available at that hotel , they stated they were unable to find me anything at any of their other properties Don’t expect this company to try very hard if they over book I was left to find another hotel and come out off pocket even more

Doug Pierce

The room was very nice It was a 1 bedroom suite overlooking the Riverwalk I would stay here again with 1 small change

Don’t let them book you for a presentation for the vacation club As a part of giving us a welcome package, the concierge asked me for my credit card I was assuming it was a hold for potential incidental expenses but she booked me for a presentation and said I would only get the money back after attending The promised breakfast we were supposed to receive wasn’t available and it was a high pressure sales press to buy into their vacation club for $80,000 Other than that, a nice property
