The hotel was great for my wife and I (SENIOR CITIZENS) but a $150 one time pet fee no matter if you stay 1 day or 30 days????? We were only there 1 night, just got done driving 10 hours and wasn’t in the mood to look for another place to stay We stayed at 5 other pet friendly Marriott hotels on our trip and never a fee, why $150 !!!! A ridiculous fee, that should be noted when making an online reservation through MarriottIf you have a pet STAY AWAY from this place!!!!

My wife and I spent a lovely evening at Cedar Rock Inn – just the thing we needed to unplug during the holiday season The grounds were quiet, the room was comfortable, and the service was outstandingEven though I’m from the area, I was very happy looking through their room book to see the things in town that were highlighted

Anyone from outside of Tulsa that opts to stay here will be presented with plenty of options – if the comforts of the Inn don’t keep them in!

Kacee Brown

We loved our stay at Cedar Rock Inn We came to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and somehow ended up having the entire home to ourselves on a Friday night! The hostess said it was really unusual to not be fully booked, but it was really fun for us! The website does not do the house justice! I feel like they could update the pictures with better lighting Some of the rooms are dimly lit but it adds to the ambiance of the home

The entire inn was super clean which I appreciated We stayed in Parkview and it was so spacious I wish it didn’t have carpet, and maybe a larger tv would be nice, since it’s such a large room The staff were fantastic Debbie gave us a full tour and was so accommodating!! She made us feel so welcome and special We loved our 3 course breakfast- prepared by the sweetest cook, Hayley Her hot chocolate pancakes were so yummy and unexpected! Overall, we truly enjoyed our visit and plan to visit again!

John Chandler

Beautiful secluded property, very clean, well appointed The service was excellent! Our innkeeper, Debbie, was wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed Not to mention the fabulous three course breakfast! We had stayed previously in the Terrace Suite and loved sitting out on the deck, but chose the Sage Suite for our recent stay because the website said it had a walk in shower (which we need at our age); however, it only has a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination

Disappointing, but we still loved the suite and access to the patio and fountainWould highly recommend to anyone visiting Tulsa for a quiet getaway!!

The Tulsa Club Hotel is an absolutely beautiful space with great staff and service Jeremy is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST and makes your stay a wonderful experience Ensures you have everything you need and more throughout your stay

I’ve been here twice in two weeks and one of my stays got extended due to the winter storm and the staff worked with me, extended my stay, and made me feel like this was home away from home while I was here The restaurant has super great food, wait staff are attentive, and the manager is the sweetest! The valet staff are extremely helpful and accommodating and friendly folks! If you plan to come to Tulsa I highly recommend staying at the Tulsa Club Hotel and ask for Jeremy when you check in!

Eddie Boothman

Beautiful hotel close to everything Tulsa’s city has to offer We stayed just overnight to see a concert at Cain’s Ballroom, which was a short drive to the venue The room was clean and art deco with a touch of modern, very spacious

We stopped in at the hotel bar after the show, where the woman at the bar was very personable We had a great time talking to her while we experimented with creating a cocktail to my liking The drink ended up being fabulous, and she made our time enjoyable We ordered a bite to eat as well, grown up grilled cheese, which was delicious! The sandwich was encrusted with something that made it pretty darn tasty! The room itself was annoyingly dark though How do they expect a woman to actually see her face to properly apply makeup in a dark room? They do provide a magnifying mirror, which I would appreciate if I could actually see my face lol The bed was quite comfy, and there were adequate surfaces to place our luggage onto I would stay again but maybe bring an additional light with me

Steven Card

My room was small but comfortable Felt very clean and updated Bathroom was nicely tiled, robes provided

As a solo business traveler it was plenty of space, but might be cramped with someone else if you were staying in the roomStaff was really friendly as well Restaurant on site was a little pricey for what it was but had great food Would definitely choose to stay here again

Fabulous hotel Didn’t stay here Just on the Routee 66 Passport tour

However, John-Michael was fabulous! He welcomed us in, provided excellent historical information and even arranged a tour of the Route 66 room With this kind of exceptional service to a non-paying guest, I plan to return and stay here the next time I am visiting the area! Just outstanding and exceptional service! They do have a fabulous bar and from what I understand, in need of a fabulous bartender! Wow! I think this would be a great place to work! Otherwise, I encourage you to stay here on your next trip Or, if you are localbook events here!

Tammy Chase

I’ve stayed here before and the experience was great Just arrived for an overnight stay with my hubs & it’s a total disappointment We were set to stay in the Oklahoma Legends Room, we picked it! The door wouldn’t lock nor did the heat work

They offered to move us to another room but the options were very limited, not due to availability, but “guest services” There are no baked goodies waiting your arrival any longer, no spa, no working fireplaces, Jane’s (the restaurant) has moved, and the bar has no snacks Very sad! Won’t be coming back unless something happens to change my mind

Dynel Wood

This would be better advertised as a haunted house The floors were squeaky, it was very loud when others walked down the hall, the lights were very dim, there were weird doors midway up the wall, and the wind howls through the doors It would be fine to visit but I had to bail on my second night because it was just too creepy for me

I spoke to someone on the elevator who thought the same!

Marsha Herron

I stayed here over night for a conference As I checked in, the room I reserved was not available The staff was so friendly to me

They provided me several options and apologized This is an older hotel, and the room I stayed in was clean, nice, and quiet The next morning I ate in the restaurant and the food was prepared well and again the staff was very kind, even though they were slammed with a large group and not enough servers The front desk staff the next morning were extremely pleasant and made checkout a good experience I would definitely stay here again when I am in town

Michelle RICHARDS

I was here one night for business The hotel is lovely and nicely decorated The front desk staff was friendly and gave us water and cookies

I like that the room had an iron and ironing board My view was of the city The only downside of the room was that I saw a couple of red stains on the white bedspreadWe had dinner at the restaurant around 7:15 and they weren’t too busy but it took over 20 minutes for us to get drinks from the bar and they were out of several ingredients to make the drinks My silverware was dirty I had the Route 66 Burger and it was exceptionally tastyI would stay at this hotel again

Julie Dawson

The first room we checked in to smelled like someone was smoking in it and all of these rooms are supposedly non-smoking I contacted the front desk and they moved us to another room The rooms were clean, the only issue we had was the adjoining door that was connected to the room next to us and the person in that room kept trying to get in two ours

We did not contact security however if it had continued, we would’ve We wanted to go down to the pool however it was quite busy between 6 and 8 so we decided to go around 9:30 which was even worse and it was very busy so we only stayed for 20 minutes Breakfast in the morning was very good we did have to pay for that however they had a great selection I would recommend this hotel to others but be prepared to pay for parking and breakfast

Hotel:Nice and clean Staff was friendly T

V, mini fridge, microwave, and desk in the room Mini shampoo and conditioner, soap and face soap in the bathroom Indoor pool was fun, hot tub was out of order Continental breakfast from 6-9 Little nook by the front desk had snacks and toiletries you could buy Good hotelLocation: not close to anything, really Gotta drive to find a restaurant but pizza delivery is an option Felt like a safe area Fairly easy in and out for the parking lot

Lee Orrison

This was an okay stay Nothing stood out that would make it 4 or 5 stars Everything just felt average

From the rooms to breakfast to the pool I would recommend that you you stay in the rooms away from the highway side of the hotel as it’s loud and bright It is a great location for many of the west side attractions Everything is 15 or less minutes away

Angie Hanson

I only book hotels with a pool and hot tub for my back injury, flying is the worst for me, just hours of pain When we arrived the hot tub was blocked off with all the pool chairs, leaving an eye sore and no seating with caution tape and stagnant water They told me it’s been that way the entire pandemic

DisgustingThere is nothing about any closures on their site or in my confirmation email so I would consider that false advertising I asked for a discount for my trouble They offered a night off (their idea) but then decided they weren’t allowed I heard they had jacuzzi rooms and asked for one, they never followed up I was trying to visit my family, not deal with hotel issuesTo top it off, once I got home I realized I was overcharged $50 as compared to my reservation Shame on you, Wingate Corporate will be hearing from me

Absolutely the worst stay MUST READ

Pool was cold but claims to be heated No towels in pool or gym area Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights and not a single sheet change or bed make We had to beg front desk for room towels and were supplied fresh towels only once the entire time Shower was hit or miss on the hot Had to take cold showers 3 of 5 days Ran out of toilet paper on day 3 and had to find our own Coffee and tea/cups were not refilled the entire time No room service at all No trash pickup, we took the trash out on our own Alerted the front desk multiple times that there was no service to our room Room allows for 4 adults but you only get 2 breakfasts each day and the other 2 have to pay $18 each I have never left a bad review on a hotel because hospitality is a hard job I am a very understanding person, especially with short staffing and covid but this was beyond unacceptable Only positive was the rooms are pretty and updated

Daniel Cloyd

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a resort This site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of my favorites in this area

I have been coming here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itWe stopped at the hotel on our road trip, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and from there on every staff member that we came across was super nice The rates are very competitive and a great place to stay Special mention goes to Chef Glen at Tall Grass, he is by far the best Omelet maker that I have come across in my travels

Tammy Brown

We stayed at this hotel while my dad was having surgery here in Tulsa It was close to the hospital That’s where the good ends

We needed to stay longer and they had us check out and rebook the room, no problem, only they charged us almost 40 dollars more The room was not clean We told the front desk there was a strong dried pee smell coming from the rug between the beds, they did nothing The bathtub drain was very slow, you stood in ankle high water while taking a shower There were only 2 working elevators we waited 15 minutes for an elevator that had room The morning we checked out there were no luggage carts and no one offered to find one Front desk not very helpfulGood luck if you stay here

What an awesome place to stay Check-in wasn’t until 3 pm

, so my wife and I hit a couple of local pubs to have a drink, when check-in time arrived we were able to go right on up and check in was super easy The room was fabulous and clean, even had a couple of robes, a first for me King bed was fluffy and soft but not weak, slept awesome! Went for some drinks on the Roof Bar; it was a lot of fun, and music was good Views Yes indeed! Afterward we went to the Prospect restaurant located inside the hotel, really simple nice fare, the best meatloaf I’ve ever had! Wife’s fried chicken was delicious as well After dinner retired to her room for the night and enjoyed a really quiet, relaxing time In the morning had another awesome meal at the Prospect, breakfast was really good, and service was excellent Recommended, I would definitely stay again

Jackie McDonald

Stylish bit pricey, you are clearly paying for the location which is great The rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated The beds are comfy but the pillows were terrible

We had a standard King room The staff overall were friendly and it was not a bad stay The downsides were as follows, seems like your paying for a lot of fluff The toiletries provided were all mismatched and old, the sugar/creamer packets provided again old The provided iron did not work and neither did the blow dryer Our friends room had a very loud AC unit You have to pay $16 per day to park in the hotels parking lot, and at no fault of the hotels the construction surrounding the area makes it difficult to get around by vehicle The worst part was that they charged us for 3 nights, we only booked for 2 Thankfully I check my credit card statement because I never received a receipt They front desk tried to tell me we were there, but change his tune when I told him I had my original reservation confirmation which clearly showed the check out date He did refund me for the error Again, not bad but a little pricey for what you get

Livia Al-Rihani

The beds, omg the beds So comfy Room was very cute and clean

We had a nice view too Rooftop bar was lovely Restaurant had delicious breakfast as well Check in/out was easy and staff was friendlyThe noise, internal and external, was pretty bad I understand there isn’t much to be done about the noise from across the street, but you could hear every word spoken from guests in neighboring rooms and hallways

It did the job – bed, shower, and nice staff The staff throughout the stay were helpful, courteous, and prompt to help with every request Cleanliness is the reason for 3 stars

Lobby floor was constantly covered in various liquids throughout the day, sometimes mopped up soon others left to sit for hours The elevator smelled like a dumpster full of garbage left to rot in the heat of the day This smell wavered in strength from time to time but it was always there for the entirety of the stay Room was clean at least in most normal terms The part that made me cringe was as my children walked around barefoot there entire bottoms of their feet would turn black At first I thought maybe they had something in their shoes or something else going on but it continued to happen and to confirm even after a shower their feet would go from clean to black in minutes and same with my wife and I Maybe it was isolated to room 410 but maybe not Overall not horrible and probably best place to stay in Sand Springs but could use some cleanup and attention

John Guymon

I reserved this place over a week in advance I got an email for an express check in I completed it

I had a very late flight and got to the hotel about 12:30AM When I got to the front desk I was told, “We can see your reservation but we don’t have any open rooms Somebody should have called you Call the Hilton”Just do yourself a favor and start in the Hilton to begin with They didn’t offer to fix it in any way What a joke

Cliff Burt

Overall, great service and yes I would stay again Here’s the highlights and let downsPositive: service was amazing, beds, pillows, and rooms are good size, they have DOVE soap!, the blinds are attached to the wall and block out all the light to help sleep betterLet downs: room had a giant hair on the bathroom wall, place seems old, room I was in had some kind of damage to ceiling like a leak, gym is not a gym, parking is alittle rough

Positives: Rooms were decent No hot water issues and had good pressure AC worked properly

Beds were okay Safety was good, patrol out and around all nightNegatives: Extremely limited and recurring same selection for the breakfast that you had to initially pay extra for when reserving If you wanted anything out of the norm (B&G, eggs, sausage links, potatoes) you had to pay extra Example: Omelette – $800 etc Ran out of fruit and milk Fruit explanation for running out, “Didn’t have enough time to cut more…” Milk explanation for running out, “The truck hasn’t brought more yet…” Only restaurant for lunch/dinner – not open on weekendsReceived zero room cleaning No fresh towels, no touch up, no knocks, nothingRoom had ripped curtain that was not replaced prior to arrivalNot a terrible place, but does need improvements for cost

George

This is my 20th night in a Hilton property this year but first time at a Garden Inn property Surprised that breakfast was not included Beds were squeaky and bed frames were so inexplicably large (ie shin bruise risk)

One of the bed sheets had blood stains Shower drains so slowly that we had to stand in ankle-deep water the whole time Alarm clock was more than an hour off The staff and location are nice, but I would not choose to stay at another Garden Inn for the foreseeable future

Tony Cortes

Overall a very nice stay Breakfast was very good and the room was to my satisfaction Fitness center had free weights also, pull-ups station w cables and Elliptical machine, so I got a solid work-out

However, my bathroom sink was stopped up from the get-go, and VERY slow to drain I was there for just one night so I didn’t report until I was leaving the next morning I’ll probably stay here again

Great location Out of the way, but easily accessible to everything you’d want to do We stayed for just one night and didn’t eat breakfast, but we will definitely book again if the need arises

For more details see belowSo for the downsides:•It was a little frustrating that we had to pay $10/hour for every hour after the 11am check out, but not too big of a deal•Besides that, the TV wasn’t working and they weren’t able to do anything to fix it until way later when we would have been out and about, but luckily we figured it out on our own so we didn’t have to go to a different hotel Honestly just felt that whole thing could’ve been handled better, but once again, not that big of a deal•Last nitpicks, the bathroom door got jammed about halfway, there was a drink left from the previous occupant in the mini fridge, tiny soap in shower and bathroom sink•Randomly appreciation: loved that the mini fridge temperature was cold enough for our drinks and that the room came with a microwave Convenient location Kind front desk clerk Smooth elevator Quiet**All in all, everything was clean, not a single bug, it was about $60 cheaper than everything else in the Tulsa area, and I would say it is worth a few minor inconveniences I could tell the owners take pride in their establishment and I felt 100% comfortable there Will return**

Will Bohnefeld

Rooms are nice and comfortable Service is non existence, no clean towels unless you ask for them Floors are kind of dirty, free breakfast is really bad but guess because it’s free

Unless you ask I guess there’s no house keeping, location is good and rooms are nice Other than that can’t really say much else Would I recommend 🤔 probably but don’t expect much Price is reasonable and worth it for a short stay

Mesay Solomon

This property is in a perfect condition The area is so safe The rooms are clean and so spacious

The shower has a good power There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and kitchenettes in the rooms, not to mention a flat screen TV loaded with good channels You can work on the wide table and office chair There is also a sofa to relax on The only complaint I had was that there was no fitness room

Check in went ok , keycards didn’t work the first staff we interacted with was great they came and reprogrammed the door after remagnetizing them didn’t work We got to our room, trash bins had not been emptied at all, papers we were given listed provided items that were supposed to be in the room but we’re not Every morning since check in they’ve been trying to pull an extra $270 and not been helpful in resolving the issue at all, even though our charges were finalized and paid in full

Parking was also expensive for the two days we were there but not awful Overall this has been a nightmare experience for the convention we were attending Wouldn’t recommend

Very nice and spacious room Great view, Internet was fast, A/C worked great and bed was comfortable Employees were very nice and helpful

Everything seemed very clean Parking kinda was a pain because you have to park in garage next door, but elevator and short covered walkway gets you to hotel It is downtown so you have to expect parking to be like that Great experience here and great view When I am back in Tulsa I will stay here

Nikki F For the win!!! Checked in super late because we had a serious house emergency Nikki was holding it down with the late night people

So friendly, super helpful and she made sure we were so comfortable Give this woman a raise!!! She was professional and incredibly friendly— made check in and parking a complete breeze So thankful for her great attitude She went above and beyond Thank you Hyatt for the great staff and subsequent stay!!

The rooms were nice and clean but small In general our experience was fine until check out Upon arrival we found parking in a parking lot down the street (never once parked in Hyatt’s parking garage)

When it came time to check out I was asked to pay 16 dollars for parking I explained that we parked in a different lot and used the text to park feature and showed the payment where I did so The older woman at the front desk (unsure of name) “didn’t believe” me She was extremely rude and made me pay the 16 dollars for parking although I never used the garage and had already paid 20 dollars for overnight parking elsewhere I will definitely not be returning because of this poor customer service experience

I advise anyone reading this not to stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Tulsa They are disorganized at best, and the hotel is arguably unsafe Our a/c was broken the first night, and at 11:45pm on that Friday night, with two minor children in the room, staff told us that there was no room to move us to with a/c

We found out this was false the next morning, when we were able to move rooms immediately upon describing the situation to the completely surprised morning staff This is not the end of our issues, though, as one employee in particular was almost always absent from the desk, leaving the entire lobby vacant; and when she was present, she was rude, passive-aggressive, and by the end of our stay, downright frightening Nothing about our stay was handled professionally, and the employee I just referred to actually followed us out of the building after we checked out, staring at us (two parents and two minor children) with her phone pointed at us, menacing us She did this because we had the gall to argue that we should not have to pay full price for a room with broken a/c during a particularly hot part of the Tulsa summer Please save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else Even if you were to not experience the same troubles we did, the way they acted during a difficult situation of a/c issues shows that unless your stay were to be 100% perfect, you could end up having a terrible stay, even being concerned for your safety as we were

We stayed for three nights at the end of May and were pretty happy with our accommodations The room was clean and nice and we loved the balcony and the walking path The pool was nice as well

The ice machine had trouble keeping up because the one on the floor below wasn’t working and everyone on that floor was using ours But all in all it was a nice hotel that we look forward to staying in again

My son and I really enjoyed our calm stay here Our room was very clean and the lobby was nice as well The Lobby area is currently under renovation

The staff is friendly, and there is a Starbucks in the Lobby The breakfast buffet is very good, and is currently $1499 per person The pool is lovely when the sun is out, with nice big windows and pretty landscaping outside The place does have an 80’s vibe about it in parts, but still a beautiful building

Do not stay here until construction is complete! Improper signage directing you to elevator The service elevator (only 1) is functional to take you to the makeshift lobby so be prepared to wait There is no true lobby or business center

No room service I took the regular elevator to the lobby and was greeted by several construction workers and an active construction site They should consider closing or at least not charging a full rate when they are not providing a full hotel experience I would call and ask if construction is complete before booking! Very disappointing experience and with other things happening we asked for a refund and leftI was staying with my 2 kids and it was a huge hassle just to get my luggage to the room due to the elevator situation

Beautiful suite and hotel Decent hot breakfast and free parking The bed was comfortable, and the room was super clean

There is a $75 pet-fee We booked one night initially; the next morning, we inquired about extending our stay Evidently, this is a separate booking, so we would have to pay *another* $75 pet fee Had we booked two nights from the start, we’d only have to pay the one fee I love my Yorkie, but I’m not paying another fee If you’re traveling with a pet, book all your nights at once

Even with no reservation, we got one of the nicest rooms we’ve stated in in a long time I think this hotel gets overlooked since it’s only 4 stories, but the room was exceptional in all regards Staff was super courteous and made every interaction pleasant and welcoming

Pool area/exercise room surprisingly nice and wide open All around an amazing experience we were not expecting on short notice

I stayed at this hotel for an extended period for work I was moved from a holiday inn to “upgrade” to this residence inn I would have rather stayed at the holiday inn

This hotel is horrible The curtains do nothing so light beams in Parking is sparse and even if you can snag a spot the safety bars never work so you get stuck in the parking lot The road noise is insane Apparently street racing in downtown Tulsa is the thing to do every night The shower heads are gross and clogged up so the water pressure is less than spectacular 1/10
