I can’t say enough good about this lovely hotel They staff was very accommodating and service top notch Our room was actually a suite
It was exceptionally clean and well maintainedBreakfast was wonderful every morning We stayed for five nights and could not have been more comfortable One of the best surprises was the hot apple cider from morning till night kept on tap near the coffee We will not be searching for a place to stay any longer when we go to the Smoky mountains This was about as home as you can get

Great room size, nice balcony, EXCELLENT comfy bed and ohhh the pillows! Welcoming check in staff, even gave us a bottle of sparkling grape juice and cups for our anniversary stay Best water pressure for a shower we’ve ever experienced in a hotel Only 2 small complaints
hot tub only had 2 jets working, needs to be remodeled Also staff at breakfast were a little rude We arrived at 9:30 for breakfast which ended at 10am and they were already cleaning up One lady was cleaning the waffle maker and never said a word to us as we stood there waiting to use the waffle maker Why would they not wait until 10am to clean? Nice size breakfast room though and lots of options when not being put away too soon

For some reason, everything in our room felt wet It also had a very moldy smell I left out a ticket stub and it was damp the next morning
I was impressed by how clean the microwave and fridge were, but we were given no bags for our ice bucket which had hair in it Pools are open late and looked clean Side doors are supposed to be locked at 11pm but when I arrived back around 1am each morning, they were unlocked Hotel is within walking distance (less than 5min) of a brewery/restaurant, movie theater, and fun center Breakfast was larger than normal It had both a large inside and outside dining area Staff very polite Very quiet
Taya Bullock
Just stayed 4 nights at this hotel, once checking in we ended up having to switch rooms because the smell of mildew was so incredibly strong The new room was better but we weren’t able to run the AC unit very much because the mildew smell was so strong We eneded up buying a candle to try to help with the smell when it was on
Customer Service – The young women at the front desk and the breakfast room attendant were so friendly!Cleanliness – The first room we checked into had a fake finger nail right on the bathroom floor The rooms really need a good vacuum The edges on the carpet were filthy The cupboard holding the mini fridge was extremely dirty and needed wiped down The shower curtain, window curtain and lamp shades all had black mold on them and the chairs had stains on the fabricOther than the cleanliness the hotel was a good place to stay, great location close to shopping, attractions and restaurants The indoor and outdoor pool option was great for our kiddos
Rheagan Buckner
Our room was so clean And service was phenomenal We booked our room online on booking
com In the description it said there would be a balcony When we checked in we went to our room down the hall on the first floor to a room with no balcony just a window facing the backside of the hotel we went to ask if there were any other rooms available and what i believe was the owner offered us a king suite to keep his word about having a balcony we will definitely be staying here again

The Lodge at Five Oaks is incredible We were evacuated from our cabin at Brother’s Cove during the Hatcher mountain fire and we were frantic to find another place to stay as we were evacuated while we were at our wedding reception and we had a larger party with us who were all also staying at Brother’s Cove The folks at the Lodge at Five Oaks were so helpful and so kind to us
They made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily and when we walked the halls someone always greeted us We will be staying here again when we visit Tennessee! It is also very conveniently located which is a major plus!

We booked our room about a week out and the prices were very good for the area on a weekend Location was about 10 miles from Gatlinburg but had plenty of wonderful things around it to do and a fabulous restaurant next door for an excellent farm breakfast! The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious with nice showers Pool had a small slide to kerp the kids busy and happy too!

There’s something about the Wyndham properties that makes a difference This is the third Wyndham hotel we’ve stayed at over the last year or so and all three of them had staff that really stood out At any descent hotel the staff will be professional, polite, and accommodating
At this one (like the other Wyndham properties), the staff are so friendly, personable, and genuine that they make you feel like you are related to the owner or a personal friend who happened to be in townHere’s a bullet-point breakdown of this hotel:STAFF: Excellent in every way!ROOM: We had a king bed/fireplace/whirlpool suite It was great!CONDITION: Some reviews complained about the age and condition We noticed some worn carpet, chipped molding, etc in the common areas Nothing real bad or unsafe For the comparative room rate for the location, we have no complaintsINDOOR POOL: We didn’t use it, but spoke with a couple guests who did and loved it They said it was really “heated” (not cold) We saw lots of families with kids enjoying itBREAKFAST: Good spread! No waffle-maker, but fresh eggs and sausage, juice options, and an assortment of fresh fruits and danishesPARKING: Plenty in the back close to the elevatorNOISE: We didn’t have any issues or problems with noiseOVERALL: We loved our stay at this hotel and will likely plan to stay here again if/when we return to Pigeon Forge
Carol Sue
The staff is very nice and helpful The hotel in general looks very worn and the room looks very worn and dated The bathtub is stained and looks filthy because it is so stained
You don’t feel comfortable with stains like that taking a bath The chairs are worn with stains on them The hotel elevator carpet is worn and dirty looking It is certainly not worth the price I have stayed in two Wyndham hotels now that I am not impressed with recently
Bridgette Donaldson (देवी ब्री – Devee Bree)
This is such a sublime Hotel! Positioned right on the axis of Parkway, a roadway rife with activities and eateries each step of the way, you can be sure you are within easy reach to EVERYTHING! A mere 15 minutes or less to Dollywood and seconds away from the Hollywood Wax Museum, you can rest assure there are plenty of things to interact with Even the heated indoor pool was quite the experience, better than a sauna and extremely relaxing! I will be coming back here for sure on the next venture from Charleston! Thanks Ramada and Wyndham! 🕉️🙏🕉️

We stayed at Hidden Mountain East, at Bear Ridge and had an absolutely amazing experience! The cabin was beautiful, it was very clean, quiet, and peaceful The hot tub worked and was amazing The office staff was very friendly, polite, and professional
(Their office was also decorated so beautifully 😍) They were also always very prompt about trash pick up We did have a couple house centipedes but, being in a cabin in the woods, we weren’t shocked and it didn’t damper our experience in the slightest The stairs were definitely a bit of a workout after a little while but, with all the good food we ate we were thankful to be able to work some of it off🤣🤣🤣 I just can’t say enough good things about this cabin, this resort, and our experience! We also really enjoyed the pool at the resort! It was very nice This was our first family vacation and our family didn’t want to leave Thank you, so much, for such an amazing experience!🙂 I was nervous after reading some of the reviews and I was beyond pleasantly surprised! You can’t make everyone happy and people are more willing to report the bad experiences over the good ones So, I definitely wanted to let others know of our wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning in the future!🙂Also, be aware that there are some pretty steep hills We had read about them from the reviews but, we’re still taken back by how steep they are But, we quickly got the hang of navigating them and all was great 🙂
Nicole DesOrmeaux
Great location and we enjoyed our cabin! Roads were a little steeper than we imagined but we finally got the hang of it! Clean and the staff was very helpful Prompt about picking up trash too Make sure to pack toiletries, extra toilet paper, paper towels and I suggest bringing extra washcloths from home too
Overall, a great experience for our family vacation!!

Far enough out of town it is quiet, close enough that it is easy to run into town and get in the action Easy to find our cabin when we stayed We have been to GSMNP twice
The first time we stayed in another companies cabin and we had to search to find it again every night No problems like that here It is gated, also, pool, nice grounds Clean, quiet, comfortable and sweet neighborhood like settingstaff is very hospitable

Buckeye Rides
I really enjoyed my short time there Having a shuttle to transport between parks/buildings is a huge help! Screaming/running kids everywhere is just kind of part of the whole experience, but it wasn’t too terrible Indoor Waterpark is pretty great
Outdoor park is crazy fun, but and I can’t emphasize this enough BRING PLENTY OF SUNBLOCK Don’t make the mistake of thinking it’s just there There’s places just down the road to get what you need, but definitely remember that if you plan to go Rooms were very clean, simple and that’s about all I can say about that Service in every situation was great, staff is friendly and willing to help Food is a little expensive, but I opted for the Thirsty Miner buffet and it was very good, plenty of options for everyone It was a really fun experience! Go there, plan ahead and have fun!!
Hannah Kistler
We are on our last day of a 5-night stay The rooms are very clean and customer service has been excellent I have been very impressed by the lifeguards and employees at the indoor water park – they are all kind and seem to take the safety of visitors seriously
My kids (9, 7 and 4) have had an absolute blast on the slides and in the wave pool Only drawbacks are:- The bathrooms at Stone Hill Lodge really are truly tiny, but we have survived- I wish there was free real coffee like most hotels offer (the teabag style coffee for the in-room coffee pots is pretty rough)- A second entrance to the hotel would be nice We stayed near the very end of Stone Hill Lodge and it seemed like half a mile from the main entrance to our room, which isn’t very convenient if you just need to run in to grab something But that may not be possible since it is literally built on a hill :)For the price we got it was fine, and we would probably return if we find a similar deal in the future
Jennifer McLeod
Rooms are clean and spacious Gives that little cabin feel with the furniture and decor The shuttle bus is vary convenient to go back and forth to the indoor Waterpark
Prices are very reasonable for a family on a budget Arcade area is huge with plenty for the kids to do The Waterparks did not disappoint! Plenty of fun for the whole family!

Had a wonderful opportunity to have an inside look of the luxurious units they have with Wyndham You can’t go wrong with Wyndham They basically have everything a family needs while on vacation
Spacious, comfortable, and entertaining for the whole familyThe units vary in the amount of space by how many rooms you need to accommodate your family My words alone can’t explain the look and feel of the rooms when you walk inWe had our kids with us on vacation when we the chance to look at the different rooms and options that Wyndham had to offer
DisneyDingDong222
This shares with the wilderness at the Great Smokies which is where I left my main review but just wanted to leave a little one here and say that this was a great stay The rooms were clean The hotel has a lot of amenities The location is fantasticMy only complaint would be that they do kind of get on you about doing the 90 minutes meeting to discuss their timeshare if you are not a current member This was a late wedding gift to me and my husband from my stepmother and my father as they are the owners of the timeshare so we went and stayed as their guests
Full disclosure we own a timeshare with Disney and we are not looking to add any more so I was very clear with them that I was not interested but they kept calling anyways and that’s fine but just a heads up for anyone else
Randy McCleary
This was our first time staying in one of the presidential suites, and they were super nice compared to the standard rooms The suite was super spacious, the washer and dryer was full-size, the kitchen had lots of room The presidential suites here face the golf course which is really nice, but we wish they also had some that face the Smoky Mountains
The last time we stayed there we had one of the upper level rooms that had a great view of the Smoky Mountains

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay located in a great area then you should stay here The staff was very friendly, the rooms were great Rooms were Spacish with nice bathroom and shower
They gave free popcornI came with my fiance but very family friendly place for kids Nice outdoor space with fire pit But what really took the cake is I left my new sneakers in the room and without hesitation the hotel packaged and sent them to my home I thought that was very nice Great place to stay trust you wont be disappointed

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Inn on the River! The employees behind the desk at check-in were super friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and had recently been renovated We totally felt comfortable in the room
Our room was on the river side which made for a beautiful setting to sit on our balcony talking while watching the river and ducks It’s in a great location I can’t sleep on all mattresses but this one was comfortable Kudos to the person who chose these My daughter’s major is in Interior Design and she loved the lobby- she said it was very aesthetically pleasing 👍I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall, our experience at The Inn on the River was great I cancelled another reservation I had previously to stay here instead The location was great, despite being in a very busy and touristy location
My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony facing the river and watching the ducks, geese, and squirrels The breakfast served was good, and the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful They asked numerous times if they could take our plates out of the way, even though they didn’t have to I’ve never experienced this at a hotel breakfast There were many special touches like nightly popcorn, specially folded towels, and a call to make sure we liked our room after arriving There was plenty of room to park as wellI gave The Inn on the River four stars instead of five due to my disappointment in the housekeeping After our first day, we came back to a room that was not cleaned I called the front desk and they told me that they weren’t doing housekeeping everyday I was a little disappointed considering how much we paid for our room However, we were reassured that we could have daily housekeeping from that point forward The staff handled our concerns well and we had no issues receiving housekeeping after that call However, the housekeeping we received for the rest of the stay was nothing special I only noticed the replacement of towels, sheets, and trash bags There was no vacuuming, wiping of counters and mirrors, replacement of soap, etc Considering how much we spent to stay here, I was very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail in housekeeping We would’ve appreciated the same attention to detail found throughout the rest of the hotel For example, upon leaving, I found trash from the people who stayed previously behind the couch This should have been taken care ofWhat this hotel does well:• Great customer service• Special amenities such as cookies, nightly popcorn, specially folded towels, etc• Nicely decorated guest rooms and common areas• Spacious parking• Fast and easy check-in and check-out• Discount for military service• Good breakfast and friendly kitchen staff• Jacuzzi was nice and in a completely separate room inside our room• Areas to walk outside and enjoy natureRoom for improvement:• Improved housekeeping (also inform guests up front if housekeeping services will not be performed daily)• Slight adjustments to hotel security— I didn’t see any cameras in the stairwells Perhaps there are some and I didn’t see them, but I was uncomfortable walking in the stairwells alone There was a sign next to the outdoor pool saying that the doors would be kept locked at all times, but they were not The latch to our balcony would not work (didn’t think to say anything because the lock worked)• Cleaner washers in the laundry room The washers had an odd odor to them and there was hair/fur/lint caked under the plastic

Hotel was very clean and smelled so good throughout everyday If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the place to stay Staff was very friendly and love that they do a quick cleaning in your room every day if you want
Parking was free and easy to access Breakfast was very good, better than most i have had at a hotel Would definitely recommend this to others and will definitely stay again

We stayed in 2 room suite The king bed was great, the 2 queens were hard and uncomfortable Our room was on the Parkway side and traffic noise made it hard to sleep
The place is very close to the road so keep that in mind The window blind was broken and didn’t close all the way We told the front desk after we checked in because we didn’t want to be blamed for it and they offered to fix it immediately Not a big deal for us The bathroom doors don’t close tightly They are sliding doors and don’t offer much privacy We really didn’t like that part Overall the room was nice Staff was pleasant Breakfast is buffet style but served by employees Just tell them what you want off of the displayed menu Service was fast and food was decentNot sure we’d stay here again It was good but for price, we expected better
Ryan Grier
The hotel was very clean, all the employees were very nice and friendly, and the hotel is in such a good location This made the trip better especially with bringing a 3 yr old The pools were nice and clean
The only downfall was breakfast, it’s just your typical hotel breakfast other than that, it’s a great place to stay and with some great views

Overall one of the nicer places in Knoxville Located in a good area within walking distance to all the attractions of downtown Lobby is nice, but certain employees were rude
Was downstairs and lady demanded that I show her my room key While I was looking for it I explained to her what room number and last name, she continued to rudely demand to see the room key It was a little awkward being that there were other people there but she continued to watch over my party the entire time Housekeeping staff was all really nice The rooftop bar is set up nice and the happy hour from 5-7 was a good deal for the price per night The breakfast in the morning was possibly the worst system I’ve ever seen It’s almost like a school lunch line, with a nasty red haired lady screaming at everyone as soon as you enter the breakfast area (which doesn’t have enough seating so you’ll be forced to take your food to go even though there’s an entire balcony section closed off) Without failure every time we went to get breakfast this woman would be yelling either at my party or another party Was disappointing to wake up to Overall rooms were clean and beautiful hotel just some of the staff def need customer service training

The best part of this hotel is the catering and events staff We were hosting my sister’s wedding and the gentlemen who oversaw the catering as well as his team were absolutely amazing They were also the same team that was serving breakfast the next morning
They were INCREDIBLY helpful and accommodating They made up for the check-in experience that we had I cannot speak more highly of the catering and events staffI will say the elevators were the worst part of my stay Several of them did not work so the wait to take an elevator was extremely long We often took the stairs since we were on the 4th floorThe view from the rooftop lounge was beautiful and was perfect for outdoor photos Breakfast was great (also because of the food service /wait staff) and so was the happy hour optionWe had a king suite and it was spacious but we did find some leftover snacks & receipts from the previous guest in the drawers I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity

I travel a ton with our gymnastics team and I am in charge of booking rooms for our staff This was the best embassy suites we have ever stayed in! Totally top ratings across the board Breakfast staff was so welcoming and went over and beyond to accommodate our needs
So clean! Very NEW hotel You will definitely get a good nights sleep in those comfy beds too I’m sure I can speak of 100 more things, but definitely the way to go in Knoxville, Tn Thanks staff for an awesome experience

Stayed here for a couple of days One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in I had a king jacuzzi room with a balcony over looking the river
The room was nice and super clean! They came in and cleaned the room, changed the sheets, left fresh towels The jets in my jacuzzi didn’t work, but that didn’t bother me I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others Front desk staff was nice also My only complaint is not a lot of parking
Chris Wheeler
Booked for a quick weekend getaway with my wife We were able to easily book a room last minute The Inn is centrally located to all the shops and attractions you would like to visit
The rooms were very affordable Check-in and out were very simple, friendly, and hassle-free The room was very clean, and the balcony view was nice We loved having a hot breakfast and coffee each morning to get the day started Was able to relax in the evening and catch the Final 4 games after a long day The parking lot is a bit small, but in our full-sized truck never had an issue finding a parking spot, there is overflow parking near the river behind the poolMy only gripe would be that the mattresses were very firm, too firm for our liking But, not a deal-breaker or something that would ruin a weekend Can honestly say we were pleasantly surprised Very welcoming and accommodating Would not have known it was a 2-star hotel based on our experienceOverall, very good experience for us Would recommend a quick, enjoyable stay Thank you

The room was very clean and well stocked I love that there is a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a 2 burner stove top There are pots, pans, and dishes so you don’t have to worry about having any anything to heat up leftovers
The shower had good water pressure The room has a sofa and desk and 2 bar stools in the kitchen area There’s plenty of seating However, the bed was firmer than I would like It wasn’t bad or too uncomfortable, just not what I personally prefer The complementary breakfast is really good They offer eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, as well as juice, coffee and milk The parking fee was about the same as other hotels in the area Out of the 3 hotels I’ve stayed in downtown Knoxville for the past few years I would recommend this one because of the amenities We had a great stay
Lisa Romyn
This is a great hotel, with the most fantastic staff! You receive a friendly greeting every time you walk back in the building From the front desk people, to the Bistro, to the cleaning staff, they are the most beautiful people The breakfast crew not to be left, are amazing, friendly and always take the time for a little chat
I just feel at home here!

Room 621 had no power in the bathroom We took showers in the dark Also, there is quite a bit of mold in the bathroom
The wallpaper was hanging off the wall We were all coughing quite a bit and as soon as we left the room, no more coughing At checkout, I informed the staff of our issues and she gave me an email address to send the picture and share my experience I emailed the mgr twice and never received any response

The only reason for 4 stars is there was mold in the shower and pay to park However, they did make it right with the shower issue Hotel was great, rooms were spacious, food and amenities were great as well
The roof top bar was also nice A little pricey, but nice The views are exceptional Service was well above average Walking distance to great eats and drinks I recommend Myrtles
Michael Potter
Highly recommend this hotel Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt valet service, and the best part is their breakfast Extremely high quality breakfast
The bed was very comfortable and the couch is comfortable enough to sleep on (didn’t even bother pulling out the sleeper sofa)The location is convenient to access campus, market square, and historic old town If you didn’t want to pay valet, it’s close to state street garage
Brian Correll
The location of this hotel is fantastic Right in the center of basically all you’d want to do Short walk to market square, movie theater next door, bars and restaurants all around – it’s a great place for easy access to the best of Knox
I stay here for work (conveniently located only about a block away) The rooms are clean, access to a restaurant and bar on-site, and the staff are very friendly Valet parking is easy and they are rather quick with getting your vehicle when asked Overall great experiences

Really nice place to stay, great location, nice staff The rooms was huge & very roomy! The beds/pillows was actually comfy & the free breakfast was actually good as well Loved that most of the rooms had a balcony as well
The bathroom was cool, it had the shower etc in 1 room then the toilet in a room by itself in there! I’d called to make sure they had an open pool working at this time and they said yes but just a few hours later when we checked in, they said the pool was broken and it didn’t open up the entire trip we was there so my kids was pretty upset about that Other then that 1 situation, it was a great place to stay
Matthew Shell
We loved the hotel It’s in a great location Staff is friendly
Beds are comfortable Having a balcony was nice Breakfast is very good, better than most choice hotels(Comfort Inn, Sleep inn, etc) Excellent pool hours, as this is how hotels should be; open til 2am Nice indoor/outdoor pool area The hotel is currently working on the pool slides, but the pools are still open
Mark R
This hotel exceeded my expectations I stayed during the week and the rate as a choice member under $80 I’m sure it’s higher on weekends and during the tourist season
The hotel and room were very clean The room a little larger than most by today’s standards And the small balcony appreciated The hot breakfast was nice and typical My only complaint is I wish the coffee cups were larger If you’re headed to Pigeon Forge, include the Clarion in your search

This hotel takes clean to a whole new level, it is immaculate and very inviting We felt very relaxed being here There are plenty of amenities, but we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace in the lobby
The staff is top tier, everyone was welcoming and accommodating The staff all seemed happy too, which goes a long way in making guests feel at home I stay in Marriott properties 6 months out of the year, and this is in my top 3 favorite locations Keep up the great work! We will be back!
Courtney Rambo
I was blown away at how wonderful my experience was here! Compared to what other hotels and lodges look like in the area and how touristy it is here, this one was not tacky at all and felt very mature and comfy The pools were awesome, the huge bonfire in the back was really nice, and the room was spacious Even the bathroom and shower were bigger than most other hotels I’ve been to
It felt luxurious considering my budget but didn’t break the bank They have a nice military discount tooThe only complaint is that there is no complementary breakfast and the cafe serving Starbucks is closed by 10am which is a little early in my opinion when people like me want to sleep in on my vacation haha! But there are many breakfast and coffee places just blocks away, we often didn’t drive more than 5 minutes to get to every restaurant we wanted to visit Definitely book your stay here!!
Megan K
I am a very seasoned Marriott customer and Bonvoy Member and have stayed in Marriott properties all over the US from top tier to lower tier This Courtyard Marriott is fantastic Clean (they scent the inside and it smells delightful), beautiful interiors and exterior
They have a bar in the lobby that also serves coffee on the morning and food to go that was very convenient The lazy river and the fire pit outdoors were great It’s right next to the river and saw lots of kids playing in it and adults sitting on camping chairs in it fishing as well 2 different kinds of fruit water each day in front of the elevators that was great Rooms were nice and updated Kudos to the property manager here You’re doing a great job We will hands down stay here each time we’re in town

Hospitality at its finest!!!Jennifer and her staff are second to none Being displaced due to the fires Jennifer and her staff was caring and understanding Front desk that was knowledgeable of the area and compassionate
The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained I highly recommend waking up early and taking advantage of their breakfast Fruit, cereal, hot eggs hot sausages were amazing the two ladies attending breakfast cap everything fresh and hot and tables wiped out while taking time speaking with guest with a smile on their face Anyone coming to the Smoky mountains I would recommend this hotel every time

We had a really good experience here We travel for cheer and have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last few months and this was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in Normally I notice dirty corners in the bathroom or tubs, dirty sheets, hairs, etc
there was none of this The common areas were also very clean Our room was spacious with plenty of storageThere was also good counter space in the bathroom which makes it easier to get ready Breakfast was great and had a good variety Staff was super friendly from the front desk to housekeeping/maintenance We had a little issue with water temperature/pressure but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t deal with We will definitely be staying here again
Eddie Lawrence
Because the staff was so friendly, I am giving this Holiday Inn two stars overall Otherwise, it would have been one starPros: Good breakfast, and very friendly staff
Location is good with several restaurants within walking distanceCons: This place is really dirty and needs a thorough scrubbing As soon as we got off the elevator, we noticed that the hallway carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed recently – lint, toothpicks, etc Once inside the room we discovered food on the floor which appeared to be quarter sized pieces of bacon We requested and received a new room The new room was in better condition, but we soon found that it was still not clean We discovered that the tile floor was filthy We dripped some water on the tile and my wife wiped it up with a washcloth Just one or two swipes across the floor left gray blobs on the cloth Upon closer inspection, you could see the the dirt on the tile I noticed that several of the towels had permanent stains Maybe from being placed on the floor? There are also electrical safety concerns There are strips of indirect LED lighting above the beds at about eye level I noticed that there were exposed wire nuts which connected two of the LED strips I do not know if these wires were connected to a 120V source of if the LED strips are powered by a low voltage source Either way, exposed wiring is not acceptable A child standing on the bed could easily reach the wire nuts If they unscrewed the wire nuts they could get a shockI’m attaching photos of the washcloth and exposed wiring to this review so that you can see yourself I would not stay here again
