This resort is second to none The place has always been clean and well maintained, the staff do an excellent job, are friendly and really great to interact with The pool is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of fun things to do like chess, billiards and ping pong

Arriving here you can feel the stress just melting away The management here also is very nice, not only to guests but the staff as well They knew each employee by name, introduced them and spoke very highly of everyone working with them This place is classy, warm, and inviting beyond measure

Spine First

Amenities on the property are plenty and useful Again greatly appreciate all the accommodations and requests Truly a wonderful destination See you soon Dr SK

Normally (we stay at Lakeshore about once a year) I’d give this place a 5⭐️rating but our most recent visit (July 2022) we had several issues with the room Nothing really bad and they addressed the issues once notified of the issues, but this time we’ve noticed that the place is in need of a real renovation The sofa bed at some point must have been broken and the “fix” they did was shotty

The front of the sofa both leaned in and out simultaneously due to the “repair” The washer sounded like it was trying to take off and the plumbing gurgled the entire week we were there The pullout cabinet for the trash and recycling wouldn’t stay closedLittle things that don’t seem that bad, but as owners we expect better from Marriott

I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! For our ten-year anniversary, my husband and I booked a resort vacation outside of Orlando To our dismay, we discovered on arrival that the resort had dropped the ball entirely, and we were suddenly left in Florida with no plans and nowhere to stay One quick Google search later, we pulled into Aloft with few prospects and less patience

We were greeted by a clean, welcoming, sharply designed common space, and an absolute angel named NebraskaNebraska was warm, kind, and very knowledgeable We pulled up to her desk, desperate and travel-weary, and she reassured us immediately that yes, there were rooms available and yes, she could assist us in getting checked in She so swiftly and completely solved our problem that for a minute I thought I was dreamingFrom that moment forward, our entire trip was saved The whole facility has a cool, colorful, modern design really appealing to young(-ish) adults like myself, and the hotel is about a 15-minute drive – or less – from all the favorite tourist spots Close enough for convenience, far enough for peace and quiet And the quality of the space is far higher than the price tag would suggest! Our vacation went from utter disaster to total delight And it was all thanks to Nebraska

Aloft Orlando is located close to everything The hotel lobby is modern and you’ll find a bar, a pool table and a snack room Check in was hassle free and the staff are super friendly

Had the pleasure of the pool view My room was super clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in The shower didn’t have so much pressure, but no complaints Wish I could had stayed longer Will definitely book again!

Vee Cee

First let me say the location is great The appearance is nice When we checked in I was told incidentals was $75 but I charged a $93

86 hold I question the additional hold amount and was told it was because I booked through Expedia The room had a nice lofty style design, but it’s not ideal if you’re sharing a room with multiple people The shower area is an open exposed area It’s even exposed to the hallway if the door is open Limited privacy We had coffee pot in the room with no coffee cups The coffee packs wasn’t designed for the coffee maker It wasn’t a drop in and push the start button My allergies were acting up so I needed Kleenex There was none in the holder in the room so I asked the front desk can we get some We were told there are no Kleenex in the building That’s crazy So I resorted back to an old school method of using toilet paper for my runny nose When it was time to shower we discovered that there was no soap The dispenser was empty We also discovered that there was inadequate amount of towels and rags So once again we had to ask the front desk for rags Not what we expected from a Marriott stay

Beach Girl

Came here after the venue for our event was switched last minute I was a little confused about where to park before I checked in I ended up parking at the mall and walking over

I got checked in quickly at the 4:00 check-in time My room was very comfortable and cool I thought the bedding was of good quality The days I was there were long and when I did get back to the room the room was cleaned and immaculate I think the most impressive quality I found was how quiet it was throughout each night I didn’t hear any doors slamming or loud elevators I probably got the best sleep ever in a hotel hereThe fact the mall is right there is convenient to grab a quick bite or a coffee I think this hotel is a better choice than the original one , glad it worked out this way !

Cameron Rothfuss

Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel! Clean and simple rooms for a great stay! If you are in the Orlando area and need less of a resort and more of a hospitable business focused hotel then come to the Florida Hotel! Attached to the mall to keep busy or helpful for grabbing something you may have forgot on your trip Food could have been prepared with a little more attention to quality rather than speed, but they were very busy when I visited so it didn’t bother me too much Great prices and service overall!

Marvin Janzen

Excellent reception when arrived and throughout our stay Restaurants were excellentBiggest disappointment was the room cleaning

it was non existing over 3 days Had to call the front desk just to get fresh towels and a few more coffee pods Beds were never made once When I checked out the older couple beside me said the exact same thing Cleaning staff definitely needs improving Otherwise it’s a very nice hotel with perfect location Walking distance to pretty much anything you need Located between the airport and Disney so driving doesn’t cost too much

N

Clean hotel, nice staff, rooms were well sized Close to the water park but far enough from downtown and the tourist areas The AC worked really well but the blinds broke in our room that evening and no one was able to fix it until the next day (our check out day)

It was hard to sleep with the light shining in the room Overall decent stay for the price and would stay there again if we had things to do in that area

Rochelle Stillman

Bit disappointed No information on room cleaning which we found out only happens if you request and we’ll be here more than a week No place to hang a towel, no concierge that AAA said would help plan what to do, has to ask twice to get a box of tissue, a couple of blocks from the better location and it’s hot walking to the bus

That’s after just 2 days here the staff is quite pleasant, so that helps

Hitesh Gupta

I have a Titanium Elite status with Marriott and I travel a lot for work I would like to share my worst experience in staying at Four Points By Sheraton Orlando Convention Center I still cannot believe that this happened at Marriott which has such high standards

Story: We were asked to change room in middle of the night with my two young daughters and wife (as Air Conditioner was not working) Since, it was late, we kept a few bags in the old room and decided to pick them in the morning Next day, I found that one of the bags with kids eatables and other personal stuff was missing from the old room First, the room service manager (lady) was so rude and unprofessional, she argued that there was no bag When I insisted that there was a bag, they went and tried to find it in the property Finally, in a hour they found the bag with half of the stuff not there Most of the other eatable packets were opened There were other stuff that did not belong to us eg pork strips etc (we are pure vegetarian) It looked like they got the bag from the gutter I had no other option but to throw the entire bag as it was unhygienic and most of the stuff was missing This is horrible and not acceptable from Marriott Serious action needs to be taken against the Hotel StaffOn top of it, I have already placed multiple complaints on Marriott Customer care for the hotel but in vain Even though I am told every time that they are trying to escalate, nothing happens This show that the hotel staff (manager) is very negligentI would recommend not to stay in this hotel ever!!The process looks stupid if no action is taken

We stayed in a one bedroom suite & it was amazing All of the staff was incredibly nice, the room was clean & decorated beautifully! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was my favorite part They have 4 pools & at times they were crowded, but that’s to be expected

2 pools have bars & they have fun activities at the resort Would definitely recommend+

Liah Collier

This place was greatStayed here last minute after our flight was cancelledThe resort is well kept and has tons of activities

For kids and adultsThe rooms were great It’s a very small apartment at your finger tipsEverything was clean

Upscale Traveler

Always a nice stay Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered

Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always doTo general manager:Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming The rooms were clean, the hardwood floors were a plus Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water

There was only outdoor seating for the breakfast, so we had to eat in our room because of rain The breakfast staff was extremely nice and helpful The food was made to order which was a bonus Will definitely be staying here again

shelly maddox

Beds were comfortable enough Breakfast was decent We were roomed right next to the housekeeping room and walls are paper thin we kept hearing the door being slammed all day and night

We found a cockroach in the bathroom on our last morning there They only offer cleanups of the room every 3 days Never took trash out of our room unless it was at the 3 day mark They are remodeling so hopefully it gets better Do something about the roaches That’s nasty

Michelle

My check in process was easy, fast, and organized with the help from Fernando He was very professional and helpful The morning of checking out my boyfriend wanted to extend our stay another day, Fernando helped us with no problems and we were able to keep the same room

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean The beds and pillows are so comfy you don’t wanna get out of bed Definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were large, well-maintained, very modern, and comfortable The (free) breakfast buffet was good, with plenty to choose from and lots of fresh fruit They pay attention to the small details that can really make a difference (you can charge all your devices at once, with outlets everywhere in the room; the kitchenettes come with decent utensils in good condition)

The honesty and friendliness of the staff made us choose this hotel, and we were glad we did

Raph

I was thoroughly impressed by this place! For the price, you get quite a spacious room with a full kitchenette and a smart TV Everything was very clean, and the amenities in the room just work perfectly Service was quick and straightforward

The location is quite good because ICON park is only a few minute walk, and there are some more restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center Overall, incredible value for money, I can’t recommend it enough!

AntDa Weirdo

Great experience, hotel was right in front of icon park, breakfast was good, staff was great, and tried their best to take care of us Rooms were modern, beds were comfy But the hotel is understaffed and parking is a nightmare

I dont get why we pay 12 bucks a day to use PUBLIC parking Overall the hotel was great and I would stay again

We had a group of 8 and our unit was great for us Check-in was easy Everything was very clean

The location was perfect as it was close enough to everything and also quiet and not busy We had everything we needed in the kitchen Everyone loved the pool and the hot tub was great after long days of walking through theme parks The staff was also great We had a small maintenance issue where one of the bathrooms has a very slow drain I called it in and because it was already the evening I wasn’t expecting anyone until the morning, but they showed up in about 30 minutes and fixed the issue My only complaints were the clothes dryer was extremely loud and squeaky and took way too long to dry when you put a regular size load in and one of the beds was very uncomfortable We tried it with just a couple items and it didn’t have an issue so it must be a weight thing, but the loads were unreasonably small As for the bed in the largest room, it was extremely lopsided The bed frame slats were broken so the top corner wasn’t supported and was impossible to sleep on with the mattress sagging so low The people who slept in there had to sleep upside down on the bed The mattress was fine but the frame is basically unusable Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back the next time we have a large family vacation

Pam Staton

Beautiful resort Very quiet, large rooms and well kept Love that some units are pet friendly

Conveniently located to all area theme parks, restaurants, shopping and lots of other fun activities The concrete walking path all around the lake is very nice and an excellent place to walk, run, walk your dog and enjoy the wildlifeBE aware They STRICKLY enforced, no outside alcohol at the pool They actually approach you every time and sometimes more than once, if you bring a cooler, cooler cup or insulated cup to pool They are nice about it but extremely diligent We have vacationed at lots of resorts and I believe this is the only one that didn’t allow you to bring your own alcohol to the poolThey do not have a designed parking spaces for each unit, so sometimes it is difficult to find a space close to your unit Also, there appears to be no luggage carts for loading and unloadingThe overall stay was very pleasant

Ethan Williams

We had a great 5 day stay! The condo was clean and met all of our expectations Denise was extremely helpful in getting into our unit The pools are clean and the staff was very friendly and professional

There is a Publix right next to our unit as well as many different restaurants within walking distance I would definitely recommend and we will be returning again

This was one of my favorite vacations! The rooms are nice and clean, the patio with that breeze was great and the service was amazing When I requested extra towels and toilet paper it came in no time Manny at the outside bar was my favorite!!! His energy was warm and uplifting and he went above and beyond to ensure my food didn’t contain garlic (I have an allergy)! The pool was also great! Nice and spacious and very relaxing

I plan to come back soon!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you choose this place you won’t be disappointedTop notch facility and staff The pool was plenty warm even during the cold snap we were there for Hot tub was clean and accessible Room was spacious and clean, all the appliances worked well, and showers were hot with great water pressure HGV does a great job and I’m considering ownership next year

Shannon Campbell

We just returned home from a 5day/4night stay Our stay was in a 1 br suite The highlights were – friendly and accommodating staff(5 stars for them) , spacious rooms, cleanliness around the whole property was great

We were especially appreciative of the spacious bathroom since there were 4 of us We got a lot of enjoyment out of the outdoor games (pool table, ping pong, corn hole) Location is pretty awesome for getting around town, most things we wanted to visit were within 15 minutes of the property, it’s just outside of the really busy areas while still being close to most things The traffic nearby wasn’t bad at all I’d expect that might be different if a large event is scheduled at the convention center across the streetThe things that weren’t so great – during our whole stay, every time we tried to utilize the water slide, it was closedThe bed on the pull out couch was dreadfully uncomfortable unless you prefer a very firm bed Only on the last 2 days, we had issues with hot water Our room was in the second floor and it was explained to us that could was likely the cause for it taking quite a while to get hot water If you smoke, there is only 1 designated section out front and away from the front lobby We found it a tad inconvenient to have to use the key card in the elevators, especially if you’re carrying stuff and have you hands full

I really liked our room I actually wish we would have had more time here We had 2 bedrooms with a kitchen

The space was really night A little out dated but well put together The pull out couch waswhew WELL beyond its life expectancy It was broken, and the mattress was so worn out it was paper thin I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness and i give this place a strong B+ There were some areas of dust and rogue hairs here and there but nothing action news reporting worthy The pool is not heated There is a small hot tub The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful I do recommend and would stay here again!

Our suite was cozy, unfussy, and humble Clean and affordable was our priority and Parc Corniche was that They have all the conveniences for our big family to stay

Pool area was clean and not busy Gym was pretty good for what needs to get done All the entertainment was easily accessibleWhat really made the experience for us was the incredibly welcoming and friendly service They were super helpful, professional, and kind We couldn’t get an Uber for our family size plus luggage, so were dealing with horrible taxi service that was an hour and a half late and unresponsive Antonio the manager rescued us by arranging another ride and getting it to us asap Everyone there who helped us out was fantastic and deserve a stellar review (I wish I got everyone’s names) They’ll be our first choice next time we stay in Orlando

Princess Leia

Made a booking in February of 2022, and didn’t need to pay until the day of check in The price was a little over $830 Now a week before they wanted us to pay the full amount before even getting there

I considered that unethical practice Now the price is over 1,300!!!!! So we were able to booked a better place for cheaper what they want now so I thank you for canceling us

I recently stayed here with my son for a trip to tour the University of Central Florida Being in the airport made our trip so easy and convenient The young man working in valet parking was extremely professional and went out of his way to assist us with transportation

We couldn’t ask for a better experience from check in to check out! Paul and Daniel went above and beyond by reaching out before our stay to ask if we needed any special accommodations We requested an early check in and a late check out so were able to leave our luggage in the room until we returned from the tour to catch our flight back home I really didn’t expect our room to be ready for early check in but sure enough, it was! Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet We returned to the hotel from the college tour arriving just after our 2:00 late check out time due to traffic so our keys were deactivated One of the very sweet cleaning ladies was able to immediately find a manager to unlock the room so we could grab our luggage I cannot remember their names but they were all very kind and professional This will definitely be our hotel of choice when returning to Orlando-I can’t wait to visit again!! Thank you so much to this amazing group-you all deserve to be recognized

This is a nice hotel, but it is expensive and you are paying for the location and convenience of being in the airport I have had much nicer, more updated, and more spacious rooms at other hotels for much less money Staff were very polite and professional when I was able to talk to them

However, when I tried to call the front desk several times on the morning of our checkout day, no one ever answered the phone The hotel was completely full on the night of our stay – the Friday of Memorial Day weekend We did not get the room type that I reserved, and since there were no other rooms, they were not able to move us My daughter had to sleep on the couch (sofa beds are torture devices, not beds!) But the manager gave me 25% off my rate and 6,000 Hyatt points for the inconvenience Note that some rooms are VERY far from the lobby – we walked as far as you could possibly walk hauling a huge amount of very heavy luggage when we arrived on our flight at 1 am (not fun!) The rooms are nicely done, but they are not very big, the ceilings are low, and you are not allowed to go out onto the balconies The motion-activated night lights under the bed seemed cool at first, but are actually really annoying when someone needs to get up to use the bathroom during the night

We arrived at the airport late night and were picked up by hotel shuttle promptly We found the room nice and clean The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful

We had easy checkout Besides clean room and comfortable beds the next best thing was the pleasant staff Everyone was exceptionally nice Special thanks to Ernesto for his help

The most pleasant room entry EVER!I used to travel a LOT for work, and stayed at MANY, MANY hotels

This was, hands down, the most pleasant stay ever, for many reasons, some of which are:1 – the first thing, was an effortless, fast check in by a very polite, professional desk clerk2 – the second thing (but this was what REALLY got me) was, when we opened the door to our room, there was beautiful music playing softly, from a special channel on the TV, and the room was cool, and smelled (and looked) VERY clean3 – As alluded to above, the room was SPOTLESSLY clean4 – the bed was extremely comfortable, as were the pillows Felt just like home5 – the hotel was quiet, which is usually due to excellent desk staff spacing out guests6 – The nice lady that tended the bar was very pleasant, jovial, polite, and accommodatingI am sure there are things I have forgotten to mention, but my wife and I, as well as our friends that were (like us) in Orlando for a wedding all enjoyed our stay If every hotel stay was like this one, it would be a better worldThanks Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Airport! We checked in around 9:30pm on Friday February 18th and got food delivered to the hotel at 10pm took a quick nap before our flight in the morning! When I woke up around 2:30 I noticed some bugs on top of our pizza box so I checked our donut box and they were absolutely infested with bugs!! We grabbed our stuff and got down to the lobby! The clerk didn’t act very surprised but I am still just so disgusted with that hotel!! We left for the airport almost an hr before we had to be there but I wasn’t staying in that hotel any longer! The shuttle driver was amazing! That is about the only good thing I can say about this hotel! How can you expect people to pay almost $200 to stay a couple hours and lose out on $50 worth of food purchased also! Will not be back to this hotel again!

Our room, 5051, has standing water in the bathtub, as well as some permanent dirt with what seems to be glue stuck to the bottom There was one little bottle of body lotion, but no hand soap In order to wash our hands, we had to use the liquid soap attached to the back wall of the tub enclosure

The main swimming pool of the hotel was dirty when we arrived on 6/27 and it’s still dirty today on 6/28We have stayed here before and we noticed that the quality has decreased from the last time we were here It’s unforgivable for a hotel of this caliber to be less than perfect We paid $440 for one night, including parking ($30), breakfast for three ($76 plus 18% “service charge”), resort fee ($35) and taxes For that money, we expected a lot better The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was prompt and attentive I give them 5 stars The front desk staff also gets five stars Quality control gets 3 stars

Mic Garcia

Stayed here for 3 nights for business and overall had a great experience The breakfast buffet was the best part about my stay Many options available (both hot and cold), great food quality, and wonderful service from servers, too

Breakfast was included with elite status, otherwise $30/person Front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful Room felt a little outdated, but it was very spacious and I liked the interior balcony overlooking the massive center lobby Bathroom also felt outdated, but it was clean There were light switches and USB plugs by the bed, which I always appreciate I would recommend this hotel, but if I visit Orlando for personal leisure, I’d probably look for a more modern hotel

CJ Ven

Absolutely wonderful hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating Every interaction we had with staff was a positive one The hotel lobby is so pretty and spacious

The rooms were quiet and clean It’s located in a great area 10/15 minutes from restaurant source to shop in and Universal with Sea world across the street I highly recommend this hotel and we will be back

We have stayed here 2 times and thoroughly enjoyed our stay each time The rooms are basically 2 bedroom apartments with a beautiful master suite and bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and massive, separate shower The living room is nice, with a pull out sofa bed

The kitchen is a nice size and is fully stocked with all of the necessary cookware The two pools are beautiful and almost every room has a great view of them and their small lakeThe only downside is the long check in process and that they really try to push for a meeting to try and sell a time share They do offer perks like gift cards for hundreds of dollars if you listen to their spiel Other than that, it’s a terrific place that’s minutes from all of the parks

Veronica Atanassov

We arrived at the hotel To our unpleasant surprise, the room was filthy and smelled like mold There were brown unidentified smears all over the doors and walls

The bedsheets were dirty and torn up There were scented dries sheets hanging off of the air vents to mask the smell The next morning I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager The front desk person took notes and took my concern to the manager but the manager never wanted to come out and talk to me Instead, she told the front desk lady that everything would be taken care of and the room would be properly cleaned right a way My family and I went to the parks and came back at 11pm tired to the same dirty room Of course we were disappointed as we had 4 tired kids with us and we didn’t even have fresh towels to take a shower I called front desk and we all had to wait until 12:30am to get fresh towels which is unacceptable The following day I went to do that again, and once again the manager refused to come out and talk to me about the issue That evening, once again, I tried talking with the night shift manager, which contacted me with housekeeping The housekeeping manager contacted me and said she will send up engineering to take down the dries sheets and replace the air conditioning air filter and assured me that the room will be properly cleaned the next day Engineering came up, took down the dries sheets, replaced the filter but the problem did not go away The room continued to smell like mold The next day it looked like housekeeping came up but only fixed the beds and left fresh towels for us They did NOT clean the brown stains/smears For the duration of our trip I tried contacting management but with no success We are extremely disappointed in that hotel and will never go back there again

This place was amazing! We stayed for six days and enjoyed every minute of our stay The room was immaculate and equipped with everything you’d need for an extended stay Washer, dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher etc

The bedrooms were very spacious Our master suite included and jetted tub and a huge shower They provided a list of daily activities for the duration of our stay and we enjoyed participating There was something fun for all ages going on each day There are 3 beautiful pools and each has their own unique things They ll have a bar where you can order food and drinks Cabanas, tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs are available at each pool as well as fresh towels Also, there are basketball and volleyball courts if you’re into that The grounds were well kept and so beautiful, we took walks often just to take in the scenery The staff was accommodating, the on site market makes it so you really never need to leave the resort 10/10 experience and will return

This resort was absolutely wonderful From the moment you walk in, the customer service was great We were taken care of very quickly and the front desk lady was very informative; she let us know where our building was, the open and closing time for the pool, etc

She gave us some tokens for my 3 year old to play and even some coupons for the drinks at the bar I have never felt so well taken care of at a resort then hereThen we went to the room Beautiful Everything was so clean and considering that we were right behind the pool, the noise wasn’t what we were expecting The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were glorious I personally love the little window in the master bath, i thought that was very cute and quite funnyThe location was close to the park that we were going to the next day which was wonderful and it was close to the restaurants and other attractionsWe absolutely loved this resort especially since it was 5 adults and a small child We all fit comfortably and we were so relaxedThe pool was absolutely gorgeous and we loved that it had a specific area where the children could play We will definitely be coming back to this resort sooner rather than later

First time and won’t be the last The staff was great They made our stay much easier and everyone is friendly and professional

They answer all of our requests extremely fast We stay 6 nights in a 3bed 2 bath The rooms were big and plenty of storage The master bathroom had a jacuzzi tub, which i didn’t think we were going to use but we did!The bathroom are big as well and double sink The kitchen had everything we needed and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a plus The fact that each room had their own TV made the kids happy! Everything seem to be working properly Beds were comfortable It can use and update here and there to make the unit more modern, but having that said, it is well maintained and clean! They have 2 pools which are both big and hot tubs as well Plenty of parking available and it was super quiet The location was great!

Chuck Christoffersen

We have been here a few times and each gets a little worse There for 9 days and we were told to schedule a “house cleaning” midway through We did

It was confirmed and it never happened When we called to question we were told it was never on the schedule So I scheduled it again Literally the same exact story So basically no house cleaning Also when we arrived our dishwasher was falling out and did not work, the sink in the master bathroom was clogged and our coffee maker did not work They were quick to respond to fix most of it The dishwasher was screwed back into place but he could not get it to work They were going to send someone back to fix it but never did Again, called multiple times to get this fixed but nobody ever showed upThat being said, it is a nice place The main pool and bar are relaxing A lot of room at both pools to enjoy your vacation The location is perfect and in all it was enjoyable

Just checked out after 18 nights This is an apartment rental with no room service so just know that before you stay We were fine with washing the sheets as the washing machine and dryer are in each apartment so room service was not a big deal

The rooms are still in good condition but could do with a little updating The beds are super comfy and the apartments are large with all the mod cons you would need to cook and prepare food The facilitys on site are brilliant and the gym although small is sufficient to do a workout Whoever does the landscaping does a brilliant job as the place looks really good Great warm pool and a lovely hot tub The bus stops right outside complex so everything is easily accessible I would definitely recommend and would come back

Greg Moots

The rooms are a bit dated but nice It’s nice having two bedrooms with full bathrooms and a full kitchen The sofa pulls out for a sleeper also, so you can sleep a full family in the units

The screened Balconies have tables, chairs and a ceiling fan The grounds are very well maintainedThe units themselves could use some preventative maintenance Our sliding bathroom door came off the track and couldn’t be fixed while we were there, faucet handles that are loose our neighbor’s dryer had to be replaced, and things like that The staff has been very helpful, especially SusanAccess to the trolley makes getting to many places, including the convention center, super convenient and cheap

Lyla R

My stay was pretty nice I appreciated most of the amenities offered there My biggest qualms would be how uncomfortable the blankets were and how dirty the dryer was

I didn’t even end up using the washer machine in fear of how unsanitary it might be The picture is of what I cleaned out of the dryer It looked like they hardly ever cleaned it The dryer also wouldn’t even close all the way because the rubber strip was broken Sadly that alone was enough for me to question how well they sanitize between customers and made my stay a little uncomfortable The jacuzzi also could afford to be hotter as it was almost the same temperature as the pool Outside of that everything else was pretty nice

Our stay was pretty good We stayed for a 6 days and they came and cleaned half way through our stay which was perfect timing The rooms are good sized and the location is perfect

I only have a few complaints there isn’t any vending, the furniture is a little dirty and the restaurant isn’t open all the time and they don’t offer everything listed on the Starbucks menu There also should be more towels in the family 2 bedrooms Other then that our stay was good

ToxSic Dream (ToxSic)

Had an Amazing stay at the point over the July 8th Weekend I spent my Days at Universal and it was nice to come back to rest and relax at The Point Had a nice 9 story view from my balcony

Also Enjoyed the layout of my room, Small but quaint and all I needed to enjoy my stay I highly recommend staying here PS Bathrooms are spacious and Very Relaxing to unwind in after a Long day in the Florida heat

Disappointing best describes The Point Hotel We arrived after the check-in time, but our room still wasn’t ready We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready, but we never did

When we finally made it to the room hours after the check-in time, we were impressed with the size of the suite, but otherwise disappointed It had not been cleaned well There was soup scum in the shower and tub and dirty floors Our kids immediately noticed how dirty their feet got just from walking on the carpetThe appliances are dated, seemingly 20 years old, as were the TV’s The picture quality and channel selection was a throwback to the 90’s The refrigerator barely worked The furniture was worn The cook ware and dish ware was minimal, making it very difficult to prepare meals There was a pull out bed, but no sheets or blanket The bedding we did have was very low quality, reminiscent of a Motel 6The staff was not at all welcoming and uniformly seemed annoyed by their job Literally every staff member we interacted with seemed like they hated being there They weren’t necessarily rude, just dismissive and seemingly annoyedOverall, the stay was very disappointing and not at all what we expected based on the online photos and other reviews If you are looking for a place to stay in Orlando, our suggestion is to keep looking There are so many other options that will not disappoint

This place is sweet Absolutely stunning and beautiful resort Service was incredible all week

Huge pools and tons of activities We came to Florida for Disney world but honestly we could’ve stayed all week at this resort and not been bored The rooms are beautiful and have plenty of space The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept on outside of my own home

Pamela Orr

Beautiful resort! First time staying at Marriott’s Cypress Harbour and we loved it! It’s in a great location, yet away from the craziness of the theme parks! The villas are lovely, the views of the lake are gorgeous and the screened lanais are so nice to relax in The villas are large and designed well allowing privacy between the master suite and the second bedroom and bathroom Very nice colour palette

The employees were fantastic too!Highly recommend!!

Mary B.

This place is wonderful I really enjoyed my 2 day short stay here The rooms are fantastic and have 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, washer, dryer, kitchen with amenities, jacuzzi, living room and screened in patio that over looks the waterway

The sofas (one in living room area and one in bedroom, are soft sofa beds) It was nice and serene to see the boats cruising on the water
