Nice people somewhatDidn’t have water from 9 pm Thursday night until after7:30 am!!!!! Crazy for business people!I would have thought it would have been SMART to deliver water to every room that had guests, rather than say, come and pick em up at the frt desk – not cool when you’re already in your room and have to dress again to get waterBUT, I guess they don’t have to worry about being great with customer service!!!!!!!!!!

A cheap $70, but heed caution Bring your own sheets – the sheets had old stains Have bottles of water handy for brushing your teeth – the water smelled swampy

Hopefully you wont want to turn the television on, you need a code to unlock any of the channels Hospitality was nonexistent and the whole place smelled like weed Couldn’t wait to check out

I really should have token pictures of this place, because is so very Beautiful 😇😍☺ I even forgot that it was a Hotel 🏨😅 because I had never been in a luxurious place I stayed here for two nights, 🌙 and it was $130 per night 🌙 Wich is $65

00 per night, 🌙 and it was worth it because when your homeless, and you want to get clean up you be thankful for having water or even a place to rest your feet Please don’t get me wrong the only thing that was a little odd 😃😂🤣 was a barn door that slides for the bathroom I think 🤔 this was just a way to have some fun, and put a smile 😃 on your face if your open minded But I still think 🤔 it is worth a try Maybe next time I will take pictures of this place, or anyone else that is willing to take a chance on this place Everything else was good, they were serving coffee, granola bars, and muffins for breakfast, lunch, and dinner I usually drink coffee twice a day, so I was good, and the snack helps

Giving them a 1 star review bc the front desk man that is there TODAY is always questioning me about my guests that I bring He sits at the front counter with the blinds cracked in order to watch me come and go Sometimes I rent hourly rooms and sometimes I get overnight

He doesn’t assist with any complaints me or my guests have I never leave my room dirty and I even check out early He calls my room everytime I have a guest making them uncomfortable He is just terrible and really inconveniencing me If you want privacy this is not a good location

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family Room was spacious and clean Complimentary breakfast was appreciated

Our only real complaint is the placement of the AC vent in the bedroom If you wanted to cool down the space, you had to tolerate the air blowing directly on your head/face while in bed This wasn’t a gentle breeze either- we’re talking significant (had to cover our heads with the blanket) air flow There wasn’t a way to redirect the air or change the vent, so this meant we usually chose to go without AC or air movement at night Seems like poor planning

Sidney Duncan

we really enjoyed this place to service was excellent people were excellent

you do need to request room service however, when you do request they will accommodate you without a problem everything they do was great I did not have one single problem with this hotel other than the accounting but I understand this is the way hotels bill now

I loved this place Plenty of room and a kitchenette I actually was able to cook a great meal

Equiped with dishes and even a dishwasher! The hot tub and pool was awesome The breakfast was exceptional This is a great example of spending a little extra for a better stay The value exceeded the price I would highly recommend this place to anyone

I had an assignment in Kingwood, TX for a couple months I was searching for places at a cheaper rate for a lengthy stay but clean and good customer service I spoke with the attendant and was told to pay a regular rate for 3 nights and after the 3 nights I was given a genuine weekly rate

At the end of the 3 nights I go downstairs and the manager/ possibly owner was at the desk She initially acted as if she had never heard of the rate I was attempting to pay Later during the conversation this rate was offered on certain rooms and the room was not available During this same conversation the night attendant should have not offered the rate because he was in training and quoted it incorrectly… the list goes on and on… I let her know I was quoted a price and stayed there to receive it and it wasn’t my fault an employee in training was left alone to run the front desk She did not bend on the price at all I made calls to corporate and she offered one night for the quoted rate Needless to say I kindly departed the facility Found a better lodging deal and enjoyed my stay in the area The Better Business Bureau is the next to hear from me So totally uncalled for and horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jen Soad

I’m going to give this 4 out of 5 stars Mainly because the price was a bit high for 2 queen beds Overall this place was seriously great

The front desk staff are very sweet and professional I couldn’t thank them anymore for their kindness and over all warm hearts This is what we really needed that night we had no where to go A smile and kind words can really change someone’s life Thank you all for everything Including the cleanliness, and free breakfast lol if we could afford it, we would have definitely stayed longer Overall, we were extremely satisfied

Tralfaz

Worst stay I’ve ever had I’m not sure why people give it a good rating Maybe they’ve never been anywhere else? I wanted to leave my first night of a 7 day stay

Sketchy neighboring people Riff-raff people up all night standing outside talking and smoking right outside my door You can hear people walking It shakes the floor The bed and pillows are horrible The noise from the traffic is extremely loud The room had 2 rolls of toilet paper that each had about less than 20 squares left on them The “breakfast”looks risky I didn’t even try it

Extremely pleased with our stay here Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional at all times When they found out we were visiting due to a death in the family they gave all the members of our family the bereavement rate

This was a nice surprise and very much appreciated The accommodations were comfortable, fresh and clean The complementary hot breakfast every morning was a major plus! And access to the hotel was quick and easy, just off the freeway and a short drive to the George Bush Airport Highly recommended!

B Wilie

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel We had already checked in via the mobile app (I love this option) and we had our electronic key on my phone so there was not a need to have to visit the front desk I unloaded our suitcases and left them with my wife in the lobby while I searched for a parking space

Since we arrived late in the evening (around 9:00 I think) parking lot was pretty full and I ended up parking in the backside of the building Since I had a mobile key, that was not a problem as it gave me access through the door to the rear While I was doing this, the desk clerk greeted my wife, gave her two key cards in case the mobile app didn’t work and offered her waters He was super nice and I appreciated his concern in taking care of our check in needs The room was very clean and the be was super comfortable This was a great hotel to stay at and we would highly recommend it to others

Brittany Smith

You won’t be disappointed!! We contemplated between this hotel and another one similar in the area, and I’m so glad we went with this one! I don’t have any negatives, it was all positive! To start, and most importantly- This hotel is CLEAN!!! You could smell a faint scent of bleach on the crispy white sheets and there was no dirt to be found anywhere in the roomThe staff is super friendly and welcoming and made sure to do whatever they could to accommodate and assist! *because they had availability, they even accommodated a late checkout request that we had last minute and at no charge, extended our checkout time to 1:00pm instead of 11:00…this was super helpful for us and they were happy to assist! The breakfast is great! It’s complementary so sometimes you don’t know what you’ll get with those types of breakfast but this was delicious! Clean, again, everything is clean! And the staff was working around the clock to make sure the food was fresh and continuously refilled…teas, coffee, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, juice- you name it, they had it!Overall it was just more than I expected at the price point! And in all actuality, it was far better than most others that come at double the price! If you’re looking for a hotel in this area of north Houston/The Woodlands, this is your spot! You will not be disappointed

At check in neither digital key nor card key was available so the valet had to let us in our room 30 minutes later (after 4) still There was no key available, front desk said they have problem with the systemOur room had One little container of shampoo for four people and there were no washcloths

In the morning went for breakfast buffet and we were informed that they did not have the Buffet that they What happened?our last day I was trying to stay one extra day and I ask two hours before our check out if my room or others was available, they assured me it is available and other roomsAt 10:30 I called front desk that I want to check out since our plan didn’t work They would not give me an hour time to check out The lady at front said that my room has been given to someone else and there are no other rooms available and we have to leave immediately She said that’s the hotel policy I had to beg for 30 minutes extra time to get the whole family with all kinds of stuff out of the room It was unbelievable to be treated like this at this place so-called resortWe have been to many real resorts

Jackie Driver

Came for a nice weekend with my family Overall it’s good but for the price I would expect more The pool is enjoyable, however we all left with an insane amount of bug bites!! The wait for drinks was way way longer on Saturday morning than Friday

My room was not very clean There was hair in the shower and on the toiletMy son found used cough drops under the bed thinking they were candy! Was not happy with thatIt could be a great place but needs more renovations for the cost!

Words cannot describe how impressed and happy I am with my 4-day stay at this lovely hotel First and foremost, Rebecca, the hotel manager is beyond amazing! my flight was canceled and had a little issue and she went above and beyond to help she will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and in good hands

The hotel is super clean and smells good everywhere you go housekeeping is top-notch super friendly and you always see them cleaning rooms my room was always stocked, clean, and smelled good clean sheets, towels, and a comfortable bed with a wonderful AC and free and fast WiFi The breakfast is lovely and the dining room is super clean and the food is constantly restocked The front desk staff is super friendly and professional This hotel is a little gem! 10 stars! I really enjoyed my time here and will always appreciate the help I got from Rebecca the hotel manager if you need a place to stay in the area you won’t find anything better than Comfort Suites Old Town Spring Heck, even when I’m not in the area I’ll be going out of my way to stay there it is totally worth it Highly recommended!!!

We stopped at the hotel for an overnight stay while traveling through Houston The manager was extremely nice however the hotel was not The room, a king suite, had something brown slung on the walls at the sofa and also in the bathroom at the sink

It looked like coffee During the night the ac unit started making a groaning sound and did not pull the humidity out of the room, the sheets were damp as was the towels in the bathroom The machines in the fitness center were broken and unusable Will not stay here again

Brianne Nelson

I wouldn’t say this is a BAD hotel

But the room wasn’t very clean when we got there, some of the hardware (door handles, locks, sink shower) were in desperate need of repair, it felt lacking in privacy (I could hear people speaking at normal volume in the hall and the room next to mine), it was tough to get a towel for each person staying in the room (we had 5 people they told us they only give out 3 per room) and the tap water was discoloured and smelled funny Not sure if we just happened to get the short end of the stick this visit or if everyone else experiences the same thing, either way I wouldn’t stay here again

Very helpful and friendly staff They were able to accommodate to my preference with no hesitations The laundry and fitness center are open 24 hours which is so helpful for late nights

The pool and whirlpool is so fun! My son had a blast! The breakfast is free, and they also have a chef who can cook up whatever you’re craving I’d definitely come again The rooms are very clean and comfy we had a nice rest Perfect hotel for fun, business, and comfort

Ryan Murry

The service was excellent From the moment we entered, the staff made my 85 year old mother and me feel like family Eric and William worked to make sure the handicapped accessible room was what we needed

Chef Jake greeted us every time we walked in through the door She set the tone for making each person feel welcome We will use this specific hotel because of the staff Well done

Anita Davis

First we got here at 3:45pm a couple days ago and the room wasn’t ready, it hadn’t been cleaned even though I had already checked in at 9 am in the app Requested a digital key which I haven’t gotten yet The manager at the front said the room wasn’t ready and that they could look for us another room, so I asked if there was one close to the other one because my kids were in the room right across from us, she said nothing close by

So I said well then I need the room I’m supposed to get cleaned Waited awhile and she said it was clean We get up here and of course it’s not clean, just has the beds made There’s no towels, and there is even food in the fridge from the guests before us Gross! So I said okay, I’ll deal with this tomorrow Today I asked for our room to be cleaned and specifically mentioned the leftover food in the fridge Get back tonight and the only thing done is the beds are made The fridge still has the food from the other guests, the floor isn’t vacuumed, no clean towels, and not a single surface has been wiped off Like they literally only made the bed And bonus there’s a huge cockroach in the bathroom on the ceiling I’m so unhappy with this room and the service, or lack thereof, we’ve received I won’t bother saying anything else to the manager, as she’s had a horrible attitude from the beginning This is not at all what you’d expect from a Hilton By far the worst hotel we’ve been to I’m not sure why the owner hasn’t done something about how bad the hotel is Like there’s plenty of bad reviews on here, I should’ve read them before we booked Disgraceful

This hotel was Ah-mazing! The staff was very polite, the ambiance was delightful and the grounds itself was impeccable I really enjoyed my stay here, it was definitely worth the money Although we didn’t get the lake view from our room, it was still pleasurable to walk the grounds

The only con is that the bed wasn’t as comfortable for my back as I liked but sddi g some pillows made it better Thus is one of those hotels where what you see is what you get when viewing rooms online Great place to stay I will be back!

My family and I stayed at this hotel on 02/05/22 we came to Spring to visit family and this hotel was near our family Everything was pretty ok until checkout House keeping came to our room three times basically trying to rush us out on Sunday morning well before the noon checkout time

After we left, house keeping lied and said we were smoking in the room and charged my credit card $250 and then an additional $30 for incidentals Luckily we were still in Houston when we saw the charges so we went back to the hotel and spoke with the assistant manager who ultimately ended up reversing the charges I was grateful for how she handled it but at the same time I’ll never stay here again The house keeping staff is rude and dishonest to say the least Also the front desk attendant was equally at fault because she charged my account without contacting me to verify the smoking allegations I had my newborn and three year old in the room we were definitely not smoking Very dishonest staff and we won’t be returning here

C Goeyns-Smith

This is by far the best Holiday inn & Suites I have ever been to The staff goes out there way to help you They have a pool hot tub AND a sauna to boot

The housekeeping is awesome as well Not to mention the food is great They rock! And Ms Victoria is the best Every time I see her she has a SMILE on her face If I could I would give thi place 10 out of 10 I recommend this as the place to be for business or pleasure

Just “P”

One of the best holiday Inns I stayed at I was there for 8 nights Clean spacious rooms, nice lobby, bathrooms clean and you get all Dove soaps and lotions

Sparkling clean inside out This is where I will be staying next time everytime if they keep up with quality Just so as you know if you book through hotwire or priceline breakfast, though available, is not included and you would buy for $5 only

The hotel was fine, basic breakfast, clean room, pool However, my catalytic converter was cut and stolen off my vehicle just after I checked in at 3:30, parked in front of the lobby This hotel is located on I-45, which allows for a quick get away, and the brazen theft in broad daylight, at check in time, in front of the lobby would keep me from staying again

Management was supposed to call me to follow up, but never did

Cons Rooms need to be updatedWhen we checked in went to dinner came back a group of kids were booked on floor above us kept us up all night they were running up and down the floorsGrounds keeper was cutting lawn at 7am that woke us up out of our sleepPros

Check-in was super easy Location right off the highway was convenient The suite we stayed in had a kitchen that was stocked with dinnerware and a few extras The table area between the kitchen and living area was perfect for eating, prepping, playing games and overflow seating from the living room One of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed in while traveling Thanks!

Back on March 20, I decided to try this hotel for the first time I’m glad I did! Customer Service was excellent, Nita in particular ensured my stay went smoothly and was very nice In fact, there was a guest who was rude and I could smell alcohol, Nita stayed professional throughout and I was impressed

Calm, cool and collected The room was nice and clean House keeping was prompt when cleaning in the mornings I definitely will be back!

The hotel is immaculately clean inside and out All the employees I noticed were attentive, helpful and professional Our room was spotless and fresh

The bed was very comfortable! The property is close enough to the interstate that traffic noise was noticeable but not unbearable The hotel was convenient to things we needed to do but was in a slightly questionable area Not enough to deter me from returning next week but just something I noticed

Very disappointed in our stay, First night went to take a shower and had no water pressure It was like a mist Beds are comfy but covers are about as thick as a tissue

Second night was 4th of july night We came into the hotel to see the owners were having a family party There where people drunk everywhere as one girl continuously kept throwing up all over the funiture in the lobby laying her head all in it Completely unprofessional

We have stayed at this hotel almost weekly for 3 years and Mr Patel and his staff always take great care of us Extra towels, extra coffee, a big smile and always a warm welcome I highly recommend this hotel and it is within walking distance of Cracker Barrel and other restaurants and easy on and off to the 1-45 Freeway
