Have stayed multiple times

Staff is always very friendly, hot breakfast is fantastic The price is also goodPool is not great, but good enough for my familyThe 2 queen suites are better than the king, as the pull out is absolutely horribleEverything else is just okay and is all my family and I need for a hotel room Don’t expect anything amazing, but it’s clean and functional Like I said, I’ve stayed here multiple times and would stay again Because sometimes a 3 star is all you need

Shelly

First time staying there It was great Really clean, staff was nice, loved having hot coffee and condiments stocked

I would only make a few suggestions Include extra pillows, we only had 4 with a king bed and pullout sofa Cool the hallways, gym and elevator off, it was too hot Ask housekeeping to clear the dishwasher for the next guests I would return The layout of the room is nice and what is offered is awesome Very close to Top Golf Nice breakfast as well

A Kiko

Room was clean and staff welcoming and helpful Overall stay was wonderful and would stay again if in the areaTwo reasons for loss of star:DO NOT get a highway facing room if you are staying on Friday or Saturday nights

on ramp/highway is a drag stripPool could use checking more often It was well used the weekend of our stay and chemicals were clearly off (water very cloudy)

Hello and no problem My family and I really liked the location of the hotel and the layout of the room and facility Our stay received 3 stars mainly due to the following reasons:1

The door on the first floor leading in/out the north side of the building had an issue with the electronic software to get back in working properly As such, we could not scan ourselves back into the building utilizing our key fobs even though our room was just inside that door Due to that, when we returned to the hotel and parked outside that door we had to walk around to the front of the building to enter the main doors I reported to the front desk the first day but it was not fixed during the days we resided in that room2 On day 2 of our stay, we went to enter our room and after turing the outside handle to open the door the handle popped out of the column and we could not get it back together The front desk tried to help but they were unsuccessful as well As a result, we were moved all the way to the top floor from the first floor so we had to move all of our things that were already unpacked in our first floor room along with all of the groceries we had purchased for the week3 Finally, when we went downstairs for breakfast one morning we were informed they were completely out of milk so we had to eat our cereal dry

Stay away from this dumpster fire of a hotel My wife and I frequent the Home2 style by Hilton due to the size for families This one was by far the worst to date

There was dirty laundry in the hallways that never went anywhere There was still trash in the room from the previous occupant The door stuck really bad from not being hung level and it was really hard to open and close The pool was ice cold, cloudy and had an odd smell Digital keys had issues unlocking the correct locationService here is an absolute joke too When asked with a question you are met with indifference and annoyance The staff are rude and unprofessional The girl at the complimentary breakfast was on her phone the entire time on her ear pods Every person working just seemed annoyed that people were thereClearly the management here is non-existant There is a lack of passion; a lack of consumer focus and a complete lack of work ethic Whoever owns this location should be absolutely ashamed at how it is ran Take some pride in your hotel and yourselves

A Google User

My review seems to have disappeared so I am sharing my full experience First, Hilton did not ever send an email confirmation Please note that this is important because it is the only document that would record a cancellation policy

Second, I cancelled over a month before my scheduled stay They proceeded to charge my credit card I reached out to the general manager twice with no response The front desk staff is not well-trained on taking and transferring phone calls and I was told twice to call back in the morning when a manager would be there I then filed a complaint with Hilton Customer Care and was guaranteed to receive a response within 72 business hours I have received no communication at all whatsoever, a full week later Please avoid this property and all Hilton properties at all costs I am having very similar issues with another Home2 property right now as well

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean The access to shops and restaurants on foot was nice But No security

A very busy area and multi floor access and lobby access that was not limited to hotel guests I actually had a young man in a ski mask (in summer!) follow in directly behind me in the revolving door He plopped down in the lobby and the lone front desk worker said nothing Bar was not open the hours stated on the website Closed by 830 on a Sunday night of a three day weekend…as many guests were requesting drinks The “restaurant” was a hot/cold breakfast spread that would be complimentary at most decent hotels For the price point at least a full service restaurant and maybe room service would be expected We were told by a number of staff that it was a business hotel and not a leisure hotel, which is why staff was minimal Housekeeping came banging on the door like the FBI before 9 on a Sunday morning We wouldn’t stay here again for a weekend trip

Tommie Rowland

At check in no one was at the desk I had to look in the back offices to find someone The first day I was there the room was clean, second day no room service

When I ask the front counter if they provided room service each day they said yes I told them my room was not clean third day room was clean, four day room was not Very limited amenities in the room Very uncomfortable bed

My husband and I are almost platinum level at IHG & also Gold Hilton Honor members I use to work for Marriott & wanted my husband to see that they have great hotels I am very disappointed in the service we received from the hotel customer service

We made a reservation I called immediately to cancel because we have a puppy and obviously we can’t bord her yet bc of lack of shots & not old enough for all of them yet I could have snuck her in the hotel however I choose to follow their policy I was told we could cancel and no charge was applied Turns out we got charged I spoke to multiple guest service representatives and told I’d see a refund We waited over the 2-3 business days for a refund that we were quoted We saw none So went in person to handle since we got no where on the phone The guest service representative at the front desk said we have no manager on duty and we would have to wait until the next business day for 1My husband said this never happened if this were a Hilton or IHG hotel & sadly I have to say he is right Very disappointed in Marriott When I worked at Marriott, after each shift we always made sure to have detailed notes on any guest issue and we took care of each guest issue ourselves if there were any I remember a guest so upset that their gift card had a 0 balance on it and should have had a balance on it to pay for their room I recalled them saying they had a couple gift cards they used at previous hotel So on a whim I asked the hotel info After speaking with that hotel they previously stayed at found out they had grabbed wrong gift card I was able to take care of their room charge Turns out this stay was a test on us Thanks to me handling everything for them and it being through only 1 guest service representative we got repeat business from them and other guests they sent to usYou never know who will walk through the door of your hotel & the service you provide speaks volumes on how you are as a hotel After going to a business dinner for my husband and bosses and discussing this hotel with friend of the family about where to stay for them and other family members who visit I told them I do not recommend this hotel & explained our situation The company needs hotels quite frequently and the friends of the family and their family members will now be using a different hotel nearby that we stayed at and highly recommend that had amazing customer service Sad to say that this could have completely been a different experience & they could have had more repeat business

One of the best hotels ever first of all the staff and everyone there are good people and nice and always helpful the inside is beautiful and looks nice in there but my favorite part is the glass elevators which you can see through and if you’re on the top floor it’s an amazing view inside the rooms is nice it has a good smell which smells like breakfast food and the room service is well the bed and covers comfy and nice

and the best part when you wake up the breakfast is 100% free and great all kinds of options and there is no limit like an all you can eat buffet and it has a homelike atmosphere even a wonderful pool The best place to stay 5 starts Strongly recommend : )

Camden Nicholson

When arriving to the hotel, I love the design that was in it the room was nice not cleaned throughly good We planned this trip 60 day ahead of time and was not told half the thing that happen when we got here Pool was down and was not notified ahead of time, Reservations Was put on hold for an extra hour and an half

I travel a lot due to my son playing AAU basketball and I must say, I was extremely impressed by the staff here!! I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such a friendly staff The lady whose in charge of breakfast has an outstanding personality She greeted everyone who came down & made small talk with the kids

I wish I would of caught her name so I could of gave her a personal complement on here I stayed Friday 7/8/22 and she was the younger black lady in charge of breakfast on 7/9/22 Please let her know she’s doing a great job! Also, the 2 gentleman that were working that morning as well Thanks for a great stay and having such an outstanding crew! The Jarrett’s

Great stay Short staffed, but the staff that were working double shifts, were friendly, helpful and happy Housekeeping was not a highlight

I had to request toilet paper and towels on check in because there wasn’t any in the room The room itself was very clean though I stay at this location everytime I come into town, will be back again

This hotel is fantastic It’s beautiful It’s close to downtown Cincinnati and close to the Kentucky state line

The hotel is exactly as pictured on the website, no bait and switch with lower quality when you arrive Our room was incredibly clean and kept well upon arrival The reservation was accidentally put in my maiden name and I think the woman checking me in was more nervous than I was about them not having it

We had an issue with our door when we went to dinner the first night – it looked like a kid had been pulling the handle or something and it wasn’t as secure as it was when we arrived so they switched us next door within 5 minutes no big deal We had breakfast at the hotel on day 2 assuming we’d get something light based on the photos of breakfast but they actually have a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, warm breakfast sandwiches, as well as all the typical cold stuff and pastries We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

C Thom

Our room was HUGE, definitely spacious The elevators moved super slow and one of them was down the next day so it made the wait for an elevator longer I didn’t experience any issues with noise

The location is pretty ducked off but next to a movie theater Teenagers that were leaving the theater seen us in the window and came into the building and knocked on our door!!! Definitely not safe to have anyone able to walk in the building at night The pool was pretty wild with no one supervising Breakfast the next morning was a mess! We had to ask for clean bowls, more waffle mix, a refill on cereal and the person working the area had an attitude when you asked! This is a good place to stay if you don’t care about service

The hotel is kept in good shape on the exterior and main lobby It’s right next to the convention center Free shared parking (so maybe an issue if there’s an event)

The actual rooms are clean and comfortable The air conditioner didn’t work great Just don’t pay more than what you would for a basic, clean hotelThe main point I wanted to share was their free breakfast, which is always a key factor when I book a hotel Let’s just say management runs a tight ship Breakfast ends at 9am Usually that means a hotel will stop adding new food on the counter and have a grace period for people who sleep in But here, they start clearing everything before so that nothing is out by 9 sharp!!! Even when there’s a crowd lining up for food Staff will make that point loud and clear, as I could hear one of them shout at a patron about the possibility of refills Grab breakfast early! That includes coffee and tea

Nick Cianchetti

We stayed here for two nights We arrived around 10p and was greeted with a smile by an employee named Praise The next morning at breakfast, he had an even bigger smile and was doing a very good job at keeping breakfast stocked and moving! He was there when we got back in that evening as well, with another big smile! There are people you meet that come across as genuine and I could tell Praise was a genuine person! This guy was wonderful and needs to be recognized

As far as our accomodations, the room was clean and the breakfast was good! Thank you for such a great stay!

Blue Matthews

The hotel is kept in good shape on the exterior and main lobby The actual rooms and hallways connecting them are quite dated and in need of some renovation The carpet was a bit torn up, the hallways were extremely hot, and the air conditioner didn’t work great

The room itself was fairly clean, but was a bit muggy It’s a bit dated and in need of some repair, but it’s clean and comfortable Just don’t pay more than what you would for a basic, clean hotel

Excellent experience! When I first walked in I was greeted by Christopher at the front desk He was so sweet and welcoming and had so much knowledge of the area He gave us great food suggestions and told me where to get the most for my money while shopping! Once he got us checked in we went to our room

Again, I was pleasantly surprised The room was was so clean! Everything looked new and smelled amazing! If you need an affordable night away from home, come here! You won’t regret it!!

I was looking around for a hotel for my 15th wedding anniversary, specifically for a jacuzzi suite It was a Saturday night, and every hotel was either booked or the room cost over $350 for one night Also most of them had very small jacuzzi tubs

I stumbled across a listing for LivINN, and I was a bit hesitant because the price looked a little too good to be true, but I took a risk It was a risk that paid off beautifully The hotel is lovely, very clean and very well maintained The staff was so friendly and courteous, and when I got to the room I was stunned It was so clean, roomy, and comfortable The tub was huge, filled very quickly, the jets were strong but not uncomfortable The location is very convenient, tons of dining and entertainment options just a couple minutes away I’m simply amazed that it was the most affordable, but also the nicest jacuzzi suite we have ever stayed in If you get the chance to stay, this is a hotel you can not beat, for a great price

Diane Lipski

We were part of the convention in the Sharonville convention center Choosing this hotel was a great choice We didn’t know that all we had to do was walk out the side door, skip 50ft and walk right in the door! Room was spacious, very neat and clean

Checking in staff was helpful and friendly when asked about places eat The pool was very cool and they had sides that opened up without door seating and a fire pit

Hotel was very nice, room was clean and organized The bed was nice and comfortable The heated pool and jacuzzi is a plus

My only complaint was the breakfast…I know is a free breakfast, but the bagel was stale, so did the muffins etc, I mean, come on…it tasted like it was days old My kids couldn’t eat barely anything that was served Other than that, I was pleased with my stay

Sherrie Johnson

Room was SO clean, comfy & spacious We’re visiting at local hospital and management put family on the same floor & made this tough situation a little more comfortableBreakfast was great and coffee was available 24/7Elevators and hallways were clean as well!Pool & hot tub were available & cleanCookies baked FRESH by Brandon, he even delivered to the patio! Thx Brandon!!Lobby area was modern and comfyDining area was very clean and stocked well at breakfastThank you for the great stay!!!

Justin Draper

I want to say I really enjoyed my stay here but there was a football team that took up most of the 3rd floor where I was staying and they were extremely loud for 3 days Literally screaming at each other, fighting, coach screaming at the guys, doors slamming, people running up and down the halls, a few times they were banging in my door acting like they thought it was their room, but they were trying to get my wife to come out This happened until 1 and 2 am for 3 days straight

I understand that’s not the fault of the staff here but I paid $700 for 5 days here We couldn’t have breakfast for 2 of those days because the breakfast area was JAM PACKED full of football players and of course they were being very loud and extremely rude Not a single person was going to get breakfast while they were there Easily about 50 or so people in their crowd But I must say, when I finally couldn’t take it anymore, I called the front desk and explained, apparently I wasn’t the only one complaining because they sounded very irritated But they sent someone up to take care of the situation And all was right in the world Also, their pool was extremely dirty Personally, I’m not a public pool guy myself, but, not even my wife and kids wanted to swim because of how dirty it was There was so many things floating in the water, it was very disgusting Other than this, our room was extremely clean, modern, beds were very comfortable, TV was great, mini fridge and microwave in the room, and the staff was very friendly The days that we did get breakfast, it was very nice Good selection for breakfast If I wasn’t for that damn football team, I know this would have been a perfect stay But that’s no fault of the hotel so that’s why I give 4 stars because of the dirty pool

Great experience We stay at double tree hotels fairly often with typically great results, this was was no exception Called to see if they had a room last minute after being turned away at the original hotel we had booked due to them not having any rooms available (3rd party websites overbooked them)

The staff and manager accommodated us extremely well for such a late check in Room was clean and nice Friendly staff, great stay overall Will skip the other places and just book here if we need to stay in the area again anytime soon

Matt Hotel

Came here for a baseball tournament Stayed 5 nights Rooms need renovations

Staff there are super great (Matthew, Will, Security guards, Bartender and breakfast waitress were exceptionally awesome)Pool is great Hot tub is downWe had a great time, I like the rooms set up, but it needs a Reno

Tina Boggs

We had a great experience with comfy bed, great staff, and excellent access The hotel is dated some BUT we had EVERYTHING we needed and hot water Rooms are spacious and loved having fridge and microwave in room

The cookies are always a treat! The only thing that iritated me was the baseball teams that stayed here as well The hotel can’t control them or their actions, but their coaches and parents SHOULD and didn’t Teens dropping the f bomb loudly multiple times in the lobby while talking to the parrot Mom’syelling at kids down the hall at 10 at nightcome on people!!! Architectural style is modern, European, colorful and inviting Rooms are spacious and clean Area around the hotel is green, walkable and safe, with restaurants and live music in close proximity

The reason for the poor rating is the service With one notable exception, the staff was unfriendly, short, disinterested and, often, downright rude No matter what the issue was (housekeeping forgot to clean the room, the paid breakfast was not delivered, or an extra item charged by the front desk to our room by mistake was not removed), every interaction with the front desk was unpleasant and painful Improve the front desk customer service quality and this hotel will be a 5/5 Until then, we will not return Thank you

Very nice hotel, convenient to a lot of restaurants and bars nearby The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable Shower was huge!My husband and I especially enjoyed having the XYZ Lounge downstairs in the lobby for a quick and convenient drink

The bartender was very friendly and kept us hanging out with some great conversationIt has its own parking lot so parking is not an issue

Kelly Bollinger

I always stay here when traveling for work It is a convenient location, I like the bar and the bartender, Nick, is greatThe rooms are always spotless and the staff is very nice

I wish the coffee was available all day and there was something to grab and go as a breakfast option I started bringing my own, but would rather just get something from the little store

I stay at this Tru for a couple days per month when working in the area Never had a bad experience Bed and pillows are comfortable, along with the desk chair for working

TV is large Room is small yes, but for someone traveling and basically using the room to sleep and do laptop work, works perfect Shower has great pressure even on the fourth floor other hotels seem to have an issue with high pressure on higher floors The lobby is inviting and is good for socializing

Camille Marie Wood

Amazing place! Stopped here for the night with 8, 4 kids and 4 adults Two rooms with double Queen beds for an excellent price! Brand new hotel! Rooms super super clean, stocked with lots of towels, wonderful soaps! Beds super comfy and sheets are so soft Staff goes above and beyond!!! Free breakfast is so good! Fun lobby with pool table, games and lots of tables, plus little office nooks for professionals

I wish we could have stayed here longer but we had to keep traveling Very impressed with this epic hotel!

Ashley Watkins

This hotel was great! The staff was great! The hotel is clean, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in Staff are constantly sanitizing frequently used areas The breakfast is wonderful but get it while you can because those ladies don’t play! When time is up, breakfast is over

We had a slight mix up at check in, we were checked into someone else’s room but when we figured out what the issue was, it was fixed with no problem I will 100% stay here again next time in Cincinnati and will choose this hotel across the board!

Close to the interstate clean rooms we had a 2 bedroom loft The only thing I’d change about the layout is the king bed is in the loft which essentially gives no privacy to the occupants in the loft and seeing as the king bed would typically be the master bed you’d think it would be down stairs in the bedroom and the 2 twins would be in the loft Just my opinion though

So, let me start off by saying we travel

a lot I have three kids in tow It’s normally a get in and get out as fast as we can kind of thingThe room was nice Clean It was Very standardBUT, I can safely say that the best thing about this hotel, was the staff serving the breakfast The guys working behind the scenes They were SO helpful, asking what they could do to help us, asking my kids about our tripThey made this hotel stand out to me I really hope the management reads this review and takes a moment to recognize those guys especially the guy who looks like Forest Whitacre, who told me he is also a Baptist minister Bump that guy up to front desk He made me feel way more comfortable than anyone else there!

Just bypass this hotel completely I booked a room with two queen sized beds earlier today When I arrived at the hotel around 9pm there were none left

The front desk clerk tried to be accommodating by moving me to a suite In the suite, the toilet seat is broken and I guess the housekeeper decided the toilet didn’t need to be cleaned Apparently they didn’t think the floor needed to be vacuumed either because little black lint (hair?) balls everywhere I will not book at a Hyatt property again

When I first arrived to the hotel I was very confused not being able to find a check-in desk then I realized that you check in at their Cafe counter which was different than I’m used to but okay no big deal My room was clean and modern with a couch, desk area and large TV The bathroom was the size of a small walk-in closet you are unable to close the bathroom door when you’re in the bathroom because there’s just not enough room unless you stand on the toilet

But not a big deal I was the only one staying in the room my real issue is with housekeeping housekeeping is non-existent I stayed here for a week and not once my room got cleaned even though I requested it twice The second time I requested house cleaning the kid at the front desk inform me that housekeeping decides what rooms get cleaned and don’t get cleaned He stated “It’s out of my control Im unable to tell them what rooms get clean it’s on their terms only ” But the young kid at the front desk did give me some towels that I could take up to my room If you stay at this hotel be careful coming in through the side door as you get rained on by all the condensation dripping from all the air conditioning units that come dripping down right over the doorway over the entrance not sure why they can’t just put some kind of drain pipe to offset this so you don’t get your clothes soaking wet Other than these issues the area seem nice safe and no other real issues but management and their cleaning staff need to work on a few things this is the hospitality industry after all they need to provide a little more hospitality
